Waching daily Dec 23 2017

Hello everyone and welcome to my YouTube channel and today in this video we will see why the

music player in your iPhone just plays the same song again and again and won't play the

next one.

Now for that one we will go ahead and open the music app and let's go to the Playlist.

Select the playlist and suppose this is the music this is the song which repeats again

and again then what I will do is I will open this song.

I will just hold it and then tap on it.

Now this will open the music player app in the full screen.

Now let me scroll down and here you can see an option here "Repeat".

Make sure that this repeat option is off.

If it is like this one enabled then what happens is the same music plays again and again.

So, just switch off this, disable this repeat option.

Now your music player in the iPhone it will play the next song.

Q&A Part 2: All The Other Stuff - Duration: 16:51.

Hi everyone. I'm rincey and this is rincey reads. This is totally weird. um So

I'm running super behind on everything. Lighting in here is terrible. So I'm

recording a video at work. I have like a half an hour maybe until people show up

for work so let's see if I can actually do this. Yeah I forgot my tripod at home.

It's been a week. So let's just get into it. The first question is I'm curious how

old you were when you started the channel. And has booktube changed your

reading taste at all? um So I started the channel in 2012. So I was 25, 26. So I was

like older than most people are when they start booktube but I was still

relatively young, I suppose. And has booktube changed your reading taste at

all? Significantly. I feel like I read so much wider, so much broader than I would

have before. I read a lot of like just contemporary

and literary fiction prior to joining booktube just because that's what I was

exposed to. Like I didn't really know how to discover books very well. So a lot of

times my discovery method was just going to the bookstore and picking out

whatever was on the front tables in my bookstore. I mean like borders and

Barnes and Noble. So yeah now I'm exposed to so many genres and so many different

types of books that I never would have picked up otherwise. Question 2: what's

your favorite thing about booktube and what motivates you to consistently make

videos for years on end? What motivates me are two things. One is like a selfish

one where I really like making videos. Like I feel like it works a muscle that

I don't get to work otherwise. I enjoy talking about books. And then the other

one is that, uh, you guys. Like I love the comments that you guys leave me you guys

are very generous. And I feel like I enjoy having like the back and forth

with you guys, having the conversations and seeing what you guys think about

things. Yeah I really just like this whole interaction part. What's your

favorite memory connected to booktube? I think it would be being able to go to

VidCon. A couple of years ago, I was on the booktube panel. That was just an

amazing experience. One because I never thought that I would be asked to be on a

panel at VidCon. Like that's insane. I still can't believe that really happened.

Another part of it is just like the experience of being able to see a lot of

different people who I either know through booktube or being able to meet

new people who were in booktube at that point and being able to meet people who

say they watch my videos. Like seeing people in real life say that is still

mind-blowing. What booktuber do you think has the

closest reading taste to your own? I would say David from the poptimst is

probably the closest. he hasn't been making videos though lately. So the other

one I would say is Jennifer from insert literary pun here who I

mentioned in my shout-out video. Do you ever get overwhelmed with booktubing and

maintaining your professional and personal life? Yes. Can you tell by the fact I'm

currently like recording a video in my office because I

just don't have time right now? I mean, that's partially just due to vlogmas.

In general usually I'm pretty good about balancing my time. I'm very aware of like

the things I need to accomplish. But yeah, I get overwhelmed constantly in general.

So yeah, it definitely happens. But I think I've given myself a significant

amount of grace when it comes to especially booktube stuff. Cause this isn't

my job and I've become very good at like realizing what my priorities are.

And if I don't finish some of the things that are lower on the list, that's fine, too.

So if I take a week off from making videos. It's fine. No one really cares

that much. I mean, you guys enjoy when I put out videos but I think you guys also

care about me taking care of myself and taking care of things like my job

that pays the bills. Speaking of which, moving into the miscellaneous section,

I got a bunch of questions along the same lines of what's your educational

background? What's your day job? You work at book riot, is that like your

full-time job? And all this stuff and how did you get started with book riot?

So quick rundown. I was a journalism major in college. My current full-time job is I

work at a real estate trade magazine. We publish mainly for agents. That's like my

full-time job. Book Riot is just like a side thing. I do like maybe -- what am I

doing now? Probably about like 30 hours of work a month for them. I mainly just

do the videos for them and then I am the one who's sort of like maintains their

YouTube channel. So like everyone else's videos like they upload them but I like

scheduled them and make the thumbnail and make sure they're all have like book

links and all that different stuff. And obviously I'm doing the podcast with

them too. And in terms of how I got started, I just got really, really lucky.

A couple of years ago, they decided they wanted to start doing booktube and I was

someone they reached out to. And they were like hey are you interested in

doing booktube for us and I said yes. And at that point they were still figuring

out what YouTube was gonna look like for them. So I didn't start right away doing

YouTube stuff for them. So when I got hired I was writing content for them the

way that everyone else writes content for them. Then eventually,

they started their YouTube channel and then I got hired on as someone to do or

as a youtuber for them. But yeah, if any of you are ever interested in writing

for book riot, please do it. They have a link on their website that's always open.

They're always accepting contributor applications. You just have to provide

some sort of writing samples. You don't have to have like published writing

samples. If you have like a blog or something along those lines, that's great.

But you can also I think create writing samples for them so they can get a sense

of your style. They don't hire people directly to do their YouTube channel.

So you would have to be willing to work at book riot as a writer. Have you ever

considered a career in publishing or something book related? I've thought about

it before. I mean, I never gonna say no to an opportunity like that. It probably

would be interesting and probably be something that I could theoretically be

good at. But I don't have a lot of experience in it, obviously outside of

booktube. And I kind of like the fact that there is a separation in my life.

Like I like that get my day job I'm focusing on a specific task and

specific type of work and at like home and side stuff I'm doing something

completely different. Like my biggest concern is that I would get like burned

out talking about books and talking about publishing and then like something

like this would get abandoned. So yeah I sort of like the fact that my life isn't

consumed by one specific industry. Like I know a lot about real estate right now

and I kind of find that really interesting. And I think that the same

way that I need variety in my books, I need variety in my day and the idea of

like being completely entrenched in the publishing world doesn't really interest

me at the moment. All right, next up I've got a bunch of food questions because I

prompted that. What's your favorite thing to cook and are there any meal snacks

etc that propel you back to your childhood? I don't have a favorite thing

to cook. I mean I feel like my favorite things that I've made are things that

I've made for other people. I have a jambalaya recipe I really like and the

reason why I'm thought of that is because I made it for my friends who

just had a baby. I really enjoy baking cookies if we're talking about baking.

I really like roasting vegetables. That's not like a thing to cook, that's like my

favorite thing to eat. I make a lot of like soups and things like that of that

nature because that's usually what I'm bringing to lunch. That's another

question is, I know you pack your lunch for work. What's a typical packed lunch for you?

Usually some type of like soup type situation or like a stir-fry.

Sometimes I'll have pasta but I don't really like eating a

lot of pasta. So I don't do that too often. But a lot of times it's like a

soup type thing because I like it and it works well for lunch and I have like

these little containers that carry it well. Oh and then are there any meal

snacks etc that propel you back to childhood? Yeah basically anything my mom

cooks. Those freeze-e-pops. I don't think that's the official name for them but

it's like the tube and it has like sugar water inside basically that's frozen.

Those always propel me back to childhood although I still eat those now in the

summer time. So I don't know. I feel like a lot of the stuff that I eat as a kid I

still eat on occasion. Not as often but I still eat it. Alright, next question is

what's your favorite bougie "foodie" type food and what's your favorite trashy

junk food? Trashy junk food is very easy for me to answer that is pizza rolls.

Pretty sure there's nothing nutritional or helpful in pizza rolls but I could

eat those every single day if I didn't care about my body. Favorite bougie

foodie type food is really hard for me because I don't really eat that much

bougie food because, in my opinion, because I don't want to pay that much

money for food. So I'm gonna just go with ramen. Like you can get like dollar ramen

and it's not bad. But like really good high-quality ramen is *mwah* could eat it

every day. Any cool podcast that you can recommend?

I'm gonna look at my podcast player really quick cause I did that prep as well

for this question. I don't listen to a lot of podcasts because I don't spend a

lot of my time listening to things. Like the majority of my listening time is at

work and I can't really listen to podcasts cause I can't really listen to

podcasts and like write things or edit or read and edit things. I'm just going

to run down through some of my favorites. I really like the annotated podcast from

book riot. That's probably like one of my favorites that book riot's put out.

It's basically like planet money but with books.

NPR's code switch, always great. Extra hot great is a TV related podcast that I

really, really enjoy. Pass the mic is-- the website that pass the mic works for is

called a witness and they call themselves like a black Christian

collective. I really enjoy that. That's probably my current favorite.

Still processing is one from the New York Times that I really, really enjoy. I'll

have links to all these down in the description below. So that way you guys

can check them out if you're interested. But yeah, those are sort of like

the ones in my feed of like when they put out a new episode, I always listen.

Besides books what are your specific interests?

I associate you and your channel with literature but while watching I can't

handle it-- But while watching, I can't help but

wonder what your favorite food or music is? Things besides your favorite book.

If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I like food a lot and I also like

music a lot. In terms of my favorites, I mean, I listen to basically like pop and

indie rock and indie pop and some R&B. I listen to a lot of different things. It's

hard for me to say what my favorite is. I sort of grew up with like two major

influences in my life. One was like my sister who listened, and still listens,

to a lot of like hip-hop, R&B, pop. And then I had like my cousin who was like a

straight-up like rocker type guy. He listened to like Metallica and all that

stuff, Pearl Jam and Nirvana and the Foo Fighters. So I get like a rock side from

him. So now I feel like I just listened to everything. Other things I like:

I really like art, going to art museums and you know seeing public displays of art.

I don't watch as much television as I used to but I really am intrigued by the

television industry, the media world and things like that like. There was a point

in time in my life, when I was in college basically, where I thought I wanted to

become a network executive. That obviously didn't happen for a lot of

different reasons. But yeah, that was a thing. Someone asked me: have you ever

been to Delaware? No I have not. I actually know nothing about Delaware. I'm

very bad at knowing about the like northeast part of the United States. Like

all those states sort of blend together. I apologize to all of you who live in

that part of the country, but I know nothing about it.

What songs albums have you enjoyed this year and what are your thoughts on

reading while having music in the background? Reading while having music in

the background I'm totally cool with. Just because I can easily like ignore it

and I actually like it a lot. I'm currently looking up my last.fm profile.

So I can see what albums I listen to a lot over the last 365 days. HAIM's new

album, definitely high repeat. Hillsong United's new album, Wonder. The Mynanirds,

be here now. I listen to that soo much Ibeyi? I don't know how to say that one.

Their new album ash I listen to a lot. The xx's latest album I listened to

a lot this year. Rationale's album I listened to a lot. Oh god I really want

to see rationale in concert. SZA. I listened to her album a lot. flor.

I don't know if I'm saying that one correctly. John Mark McMillan's new album

mercury and lightening. I listen to those a lot. Yeah, that's good. That's like top 10

for the year. Where did you get that super cute sweater?

I'm assuming this person meant the sweater that I was wearing in that first

video where she left the comment and it was from Old Navy. So yeah. Oh, by the way,

speaking of sweaters, I'm wearing my Christmas sweater today cause it's the last day of

work before Christmas. I just thought I'd show that off since I can. I think you

mentioned in another video about your parents being immigrants to the United

States. I want to ask if you or your parents ever visit family left behind,

also if you can read in another language. I can't read in another language. I can

barely speak / understand other languages. I can get by. But yes, we do or

my parents do or I should say my mom does cause my dad passed away a couple of

years ago. But yeah, my mom just went back to India this year. I hope to return at

some point but it's hard with like vacation and things like that. And

especially like going all the way across the country, you lose like two to three

days just traveling. So it's hard for me to take like big chunks of vacation like

that. So I haven't been since I was in college. Which is unfortunate because I

have a lot of family back there: a lot of first cousins, a lot of people who are

getting older, a lot of people have had kids at this point and I have never met

their kids. So yeah I definitely want to go back. Have you always lived in Chicago?

Basically yes. I was born here. The only time I left for a significant portion of

time is when I went to college and that was literally going to Milwaukee, which

is not that far away. It's like an hour-ish drive. So yeah, I am a Midwestern,

Chicago girl through and through. What's the best concert you've ever been to?

This is really hard for me because I feel like best concert is such a

subjective thing. The first Bastille concert I ever went

to was like mind-blowing but I think it was partially because it was the first

time I was seeing them live. And also I met them afterwards. I was that weirdo

who hung out in the alley and stayed behind to meet them. But it was

fantastic. Like they are so kind and so generous with their time. Will, the

bass player, like offered me his coat cause it was maybe October at that point. And it

was like one of those days where it was slightly on the warmer side. So I didn't have a

jacket and so I was like literally standing there like this the whole time.

And he offered to give me his coat so I could like be warm while we were having

our discussion. And it was a great discussion. Like we didn't, we talked

about like crime in the United States. Cause it was also like their first time in

the United States. So we were talking about like what they were seeing and

experiencing in the United States. And so we talked a lot about like culture and

like things that they've noticed that are like super different from the way

they were raised in the United States. Like they found like the whole gun stuff

super fascinating because they are so not exposed to it, gun culture that is.

And you know, I talked about crime here in Chicago and you know various factors

that go into that. Yeah it was really, really fantastic. So I feel like that's

sort of the epitome of like a great concert experience. Like all of

their shows are amazing, I think partially because the crowd is

always super great. But yeah, they also just put on a really fantastic show. um

All right final question, who / what is your favorite non book related YouTube

channel, something that might surprise us? I watch a bunch of like random things.

Like I'll watch like one channel in a bunch of different genres. Dodger /

pressheart2continue in terms of gaming stuff. I've been watching her for

a really long time cause she used to do like daily vlogs sort of situation. Like

she did this thing called coffee time and she would record a video every single

day and have coffee and talk about her day and she is fantastic. And so now I

watch her. Trainer tips in terms of Pokemon go content. Yes I'm still

watching that stuff because I'm still playing. But I'll-- beyond Pokemon go stuff.

He is amazing at filming and editing. Like my most recent daily vlog that I

did was partially inspired by like things that I had seen him do. And

obviously I can't do things at his level but it was me trying to emulate that.

I apologize for the sound. Our coffee makers turning on because it's

on a timer. Another one that I recently saw is Anthony

D'Angelo makes a lot about like media theory and media content. And he recently

just put up a video called the politics of vlogging. I'm looking to the side cause

I'm looking at my computer to make sure I'm saying it all correctly. I'm gonna

link specifically to that video. It's amazing. He's so smart. I mean, I think

he's getting his master's in this or something along those lines. But yeah,

he's so smart. I also watch like financial youtubers. If you have been

with me for a while, you would have seen like last year I made videos about

like budgeting and things like that. I don't watch quite as many anymore but

the one I would recommend or the one that I really liked is budget girl.

Because one, she's single. It's very rare to find single people who talk

about financials because it's usually like married couples. And also like she's

always made similar amounts of money as me. So it felt really

nice to see someone who is making like $30,000 you know paying down their

student loan debts and things like that. And I just wanted to be really inspiring.

And obviously our situations are often different but the fact that like she

wasn't making a lot of money, I wasn't making a lot of money at that point and

she was paying debt really aggressively, I was just, yeah again, just

really, really inspiring I'll have links to all their channel / videos down

in the description. And that's it. I finished and no one's here yet. Success.

Part of me now wishes I brought my laptop to work because then I could

import this video and get a head start on editing. But anyways, that's a complete

side thing. Thank you so much to everyone who left me questions.

You are always welcome to leave me questions in comments of videos and I

tried my best to answer them the best that I can. But this was fun even if like

I'm doing things like this like recording at work. So yeah, I will have my

best books of the year, or not best books, favorite books of the year. I say

favorite because I am in no place to judge the best books of the year. But

yeah, favorite books of the year is coming out tomorrow. So you can look out

for that. And then I'll be basically done with vlogmas. So thanks so much to

everyone for watching and enjoying all of these videos. I will have a link to my

vlogmas playlist up in the cards. So in case you guys are interested in checking

that out if you are new here or you just like to see if you missed any videos

definitely you can do that. So yeah, that's all I have for now and thanks for watching.

Love, Not Fear - Duration: 3:40.

Love, Not Fear

by Julie Alexander,

We live in a society full of fear, everything we do and say is controlled by fear.

We have created this world with fear.

Fear of not having enough money, food, friends, clothes, cars, fear of not having a good career,

a good education, we are all following the rules of fear.

Fear leads us down a dark miserable path, once fear gets hold of us it does not want

to let go, we get used to living in fear, not trusting others, seeing ridicule, insults,

put downs in everything that happens to us.

Fear makes us feel small, failure takes over, we live with low self esteem, which creates

more fear.

Fear creates a downward spiral.

There is a solution to fear, it is love.

If you can change your perspective from one of fear to one of love, love produces understanding,

kindness, empathy, compassion.

Love lifts us up, makes us stronger and wiser.

View the world from a point of love and everything changes, with love we dont need all those

material things, we dont need to get the good job, the good education, the good career,

with love we strive for happiness and joy, we are not ruled by our fearful egos.

Love is more important than fearful ambition, with ambition we are trying to prove ourselves

all the time, trying to prove we are clever, successful, smart, because deep down we feel

unworthy, so we are driven by fear to continue on this ambitious path to prove to everyone,

how clever and successful we are.

Mainly we are trying to prove this to ourselves, because deep down we are full of fear, fear

drives us on.

With love we follow our passion, we follow joy, this leads to success but a different

kind of success, one built on love not fear.

When we love what we do, we are full of joy, this joy spreads to everyone and everything

around us.

A world built on love not fear is what we need today.

We need to take away the fear, take away the fear of lack, lack of money, lack of food,

lack of material things.

Once we lose this fear we can move forward, this is easier said than done in the world

we live in today, a world where it is so easy to feel a failure, a world where it is so

easy to fear, a world where it is so hard, just to survive.

If each of us comes from a place of love and understanding, I believe we can change the

world we live in today.

To a world based on love, a much happier world for our children to be born into, a much happier

world for us all to live in.

This world based on love is the world we all deserve.

Lose the fear and turn to love, see the world with love in your eyes not fear.

The difference is amazing, its certainly not easy, its challenging but all you have

to do is change your point of view and life will start to change for the better whatever

your circumstances are at present.

Fed-Up Queen Responds To Meghan Markle After Trump-Hating Actress Cries Royal 'Racism'. - Duration: 3:49.

Fed-Up Queen Responds To Meghan Markle After Trump-Hating Actress Cries Royal 'Racism.

Queen Elizabeth II is already tired of her grandson's fiance, Meghan Markle, and she's

drawn a line in the sand over the Trump-hating actress' shenanigans at the recent official

royal Christmas luncheon.

Markle supporters are demanding a public apology from the British monarch, alleging the African-American

actress was targeted with outright racism.

You'll be shocked at the Queen's reply.

You don't want to miss this.

The Hollywood celebrity gossip outlet, Page Six, has decided Queen Elizabeth's cousin,

Princess Michael of Kent, intentionally wore a "horrendously racist brooch" to meet

Prince Harry's finance, Meghan Markle.

There is no doubt this story was leaked by Markle's "people," thus she approved

it.

How do we know?

Well, the royal Christmas luncheon had no press in attendance, and the one photo of

this "racist" pin was captured by paparazzi who never take a picture of this royal, Princess

Michael.

Paparazzi bombarded the cousin of the Queen as she was leaving the luncheon.

You've probably never heard of her, and she is an older lady married to a cousin of

the Queen, Prince Michael of Kent.

"Princess Michael of Kent sparked fury after wearing a 'racist' blackamoor brooch to

the Queen's annual Christmas lunch.

Princess Michael proudly sported the brooch on her coat as she was driven into Buckingham

Palace on Wednesday.

Blackamoor is a style of artwork dating from the 18th century that is usually found in

sculpture, jewelry, and textiles in which black men and women are often depicted as

slaves," reported Page Six.

The report goes on, "Outraged social media users slammed the royal for her choice in

jewelry.

One post said, 'I hope the Queen is going to ban this racist, horrible woman from any

further gatherings.

This woman is an embarrassment to the Royal Family.'"

Well, no that's not going to happen.

There will be no banning or apologies from the Queen.

Blackamoor is not a racist image, and the Queen is well aware of this fact.

If you look it up in the dictionary, it's actually an art form of pride for African-Americans:

"A black African or a very dark-skinned person.

Origin: Early 16th century: from black + Moor."

Nothing to do with slaves.

Yet, in this day and age of everything is racist, of course, these idiots would think

Princess Michael decided to wear an offensive racist brooch.

Sadly, the heat got too hot for Princess Michael after every liberal idiot in the mainstream

media is calling her a racist.

She ended up issuing a statement, saying, she's "very sorry and distressed" for

wearing the brooch, adding it was a gift she's worn many times before without controversy,

according to the Daily Mail.

Blackamoor artform has been used by Dolce & Gabbana in jewelry and presented by the

leftist New York University.

How else would a statue look depicting a beautiful Black person from the 16th century?

They became popular for their beauty, and people tend to wear attractive things, not

ugly racist images.

If you know anything about royal etiquette, the official apology should have come from

the monarch, but the Queen wasn't buying this whole charade.

The Queen is no dolt, she was great friends with Winston Churchill as a very young queen,

and she credits her conservative political values as coming from the former British prime

minister.

So, nice try by the Trump-hating crowd surrounding Meghan Markle; the Queen is as astute as President

Donald Trump, and these liberal losers are outclassed, outsmarted, and out of their league

with this queen.

What do you think about this?

A Hat in Time to the ultra lowest. Increasing fps on an Intel Pentium + IntelHD - Duration: 5:24.

Do you ever think back about classic games like Super Mario Sunshine, appreciate its

colorful whimsical levels and think to yourself… they just don't make games like this anymore.

Well, then you should play A Hat in Time, literally one of my top 10 PC games of this

year.

But what if you using an integrated GPU and you need a bit of help in the performance

department?

I am Alex, this is the LowSpecGamer… where we explore ways of increasing performance

on games and see what if the most ridiculously low we can to run this game under the minimum

requirements.

A Hat in Time is a recently release indie game running on the Unreal Engine 3 with some

rather unspecific minimum requirements.

I will be experimenting on this game on a dual core Intel Pentium G3260, and its included

intelHD GPU.

No dedicated graphic cards for this one.

Let's go through some of the things you can change on this game for better performance,

which can all be achieved on the configuration file located on the game's installation

directory, hat in time game, config… and the file is called hatintimesystemsettings.ini

Let's start with something simple.

On the lowest settings the game still renders shadows on objects that are close enough to

the camera.

You set DynamicShadows and LightEnvironmentShadows to false to get rid of shadows all together.

Some of the variables at CompositeDynamicLights and SecondaryLighting can be used to disable

some of the game's light but DirectionalLightMaps is something you might want to leave enabled

as it will make indoor surfaces completely dark.

This does not affect most outdoors levels, but everything in close down spaces will be

very hard, if not impossible, to navigate.

It does provide an important performance boost so only use if necessary.

Another simpler option is disabling post processing effects.

The difference here is hard to spot, mainly the colors being less vibrant which is relatively

a small sacrifice.

One very interesting element is depth of field.

On large levels the game uses a dept of field effect to blur out elements over a certain

distance.

This is a trick used to mask some of the draw distance of the game, but it looks a bit weird

on the lower settings.

If you want to disable that for aesthetically or performance reasons all you have to do

is to set DepthofField to false.

This will of course reveal the low resolution low framerate elements in the background that

you are not supposed to see but in general some of the levels will look cleaner and work

better.

And talking about draw distance, that is controlled by the MaxDistanceScale variable and if you

are starting to get desperate you can reduce it a bit.

Cutting it to a dramatic 0.2 will cause a lot of things to suddenly appear as you are

walking around which, obviously might dramatically affect your gameplay experience.

During my own personal experimentation values around 0.6 seemed to provide a good performance

boost without making the game unplayable.

If you are interested in a more simple change, this game supports changing in internal resolution

which allow to drop the resolution of the game without affecting UI.

This is done by changing the ScreenPercentage variable where 100 is, well 100% external resolution.

Change to 50 and you will definitively notice a difference.

Experiment until you find a value that works for you.

Finally we have level of details for textures.

These variables control the texture resolution of pretty much the whole game, so changing

the Max and Mix LOD values to a low number has some interesting effects.

For example, if you limit all MAX lod values to a 16 the game looks like this, so there

is a very obvious reducing in texture resolution.

If you drop them to 1 well… emmm….

Oh Hat kid… what have we done to you.

Nothing escapes these changes, grass is weird, textures are flat, nothing makes sense.

Evidently you might not want to got to these extremes.

During the testing, which I streamed

I noticed that some surface that were supposed to be transparent are now opaque, which makes

it really hard to complete some levels.

So it seems the lowest you can drop the textures without this happening is 16 pixels of Max lod value.

You will the find the final configuration file I used in the description.

With this final configuration I played several levels without major issues in the playability

of the game.

It is worth noting that the game has a very curious warning at the start… given the

fact that this is not a laptop and that the only GPU on this thing is the IntelHD.

Are you judging me?

Because obviously everyone has a dedicated GPU right… no one would try to play this

game on integrated.

But on the actual game performance was much better than I expected even on some of the levels

that give me trouble before.

Often close to 50 fps.

It would drop to around 30 when it needs to load something or when moving around the

map really quickly. But it is still pretty good.

There are some levels that are particularly GPU heavy but, in a game were everything centers

around the movements system I was still able to navigate effectively on this PC.

So, if consider playing this. I really recommend you do, it is really charming

and the industry could use more games like this. And if you are in a low end computer give some of the tweaks a try

If you would prefer to follow a written guide I wrote an article on ModMy that you can find a link for in the description.

Blowing Up See Through Engine on Nitromethane - 4k Slow Motion [ Attempts 1 -9 ] Crazy ! - Duration: 19:24.

Welcome back to this episode that I am very excited about.

And that is blowing up the see-through engine.

Now in a previous episode.

I had A viewer request.

To run this see-through engine on nitromethane.

Which I did not do because I thought it was way too dangerous.

But I am going to run it on nitromethane in this episode.

I think it's going to blow this thing apart.

But in order to do that.

I need to make it fully remote controlled.

That's going to allow us to get a nice safe distance away.

That way this thing can blow up completely.

No Holds Barred.

That being said let's Let It Rip.

Hear that we are all set.

We're all set we're ready to go.

A lot of people ask me what can go wrong.

I guess the whole thing can blow up.

Or we get a crankshaft out of the side of the crankcase.

Or the head blows up in pieces fly everywhere.

My prediction is that the heat is going to heat up this plexiglass.

To the point where it just goes boom and Pops.

For people wondering how we can relate this.

This engine is used in the car that you drive everyday.

This combustion process is something that's killing our environment.

Not only that.

It's something that we have been using for transportation for more than a hundred years.

This is the entire principle behind internal combustion engines.

This particular project.

With the fuel that we are using.

The nitromethane.

That is something that we can find at any drag strip.

Like the funny cars and stuff like that.

That they race with the big exhaust and they're really loud.

Those funny cars burn Top Fuel.

So it's pretty explosive from what I've heard.

I've never run an engine on it.

Let's see what happens.

Apparently I have to open up this needle a lot more.

I'm going to open up to where it's almost falling out of the carburetor.

Here we go try this again.

I thought the head failed.

But actually the electrode came out.

Looks like I have a little problem to solve.

And I think I already have a solution.

Alright I think we're good.

How much can an engine take.

Something is sizzling.

Yeah it's a mixture problem.

It just ate up the whole head.

Haha look at that.

So it looks like it actually ran for about 8 minutes.

We got some plastic coming out of the exhaust right there.

And the head is a little bit melted.

I think that's why it shut off.

Started leaking compression.

So I'm going to come back and do it again.

That was kind of unexpected.

I didn't expect it to blow out of the side like that.

It's all melted together look at this.

You can see where all the heat is concentrated.

Take this apart.

Yeah it looks like it definitely melted this thing pretty good.

All that really happened was.

We started leaking compression out of this little hole.

That got melted between the head and the spacer here.

And the burned up this had pretty good.

It looks like the plastic was part of the fuel in this case.

Because this whole plastic was getting shot out of the exhaust.

This isn't what I wanted to happen.

I wanted this whole thing to blow up completely.

So I think this is the week part right here.

This spacer so.

I think I'm going to just change this out with a more hardcore spacer.

I have the spacer plate completely 100% done.

And I doubt that this one's going to melt.

All I'm going to do now is I'm going to throw this back together.

I have a new acrylic head.

That's not as bad as the one we burned up.

This time I have a new spacer.

And I also have a new fuel.

In the last run I ran RC fuel which is 30% nitromethane.

And as you just saw it did not blow the engine up.

Originally I wanted to run 90/10.

90% nitromethane 10% alcohol which is Top Fuel.

But instead this is what I got.

This is 50% Nitro and 50% alcohol.

The reason I went with this fuel over the 90/10.

Is because the 90/10 takes a lot of spark energy to fully ignite the mixture.

I don't think that this Magneto has enough spark energy to do that.

And now that I'm going to be running a higher percentage of nitro.

I'm actually going to remove this flywheel.

To change the timing.

I don't know what this runs from the factory.

But I'm going to do about 30 degrees advanced.

That's pretty modest.

I'm thinking where it is now is about 13.

That's 45.

That's 90 right.

So right about there that should do it yeah.

Normally Top Fuel dragsters from what I know run 50 to 60 degrees advanced.

Because Nitro Burns really slowly.

My main goal here is I want to make huge explosions.

And get as much power possible out of the Nitro.

This is the nitromethane right here.

And it smells like acid.

But I'll tell you it does bring back memories.

Those remote control cars and remote control planes.

What happened.

Since I set the timing so Advanced.

We're going to run the engine here.

Make sure I don't need any more timing adjustments.

Then we're going to run it and blow it up.

Since I'm burning more of a percentage of nitromethane.

We need a lot more fuel.

So instead of putting a bigger jet.

I raise the gas tank to a higher level.

That's going to give me more fuel pressure.

And increase the amount of fuel.

Hopefully.

After running it for a few minutes.

I found it really interesting that it idles like this.

Look at how it's idling look.

I thought that was pretty crazy how it idles.

Really really low and quiet.

And then when you rev it up and goes crazy watch.

Alright looks like I have a new problem.

I went to start this engine up again after that last run.

And apparently.

The nitromethane is wreaking havoc on our carburetor.

Because we now have no more fuel.

It looks like I found the problem here.

If you look at this float.

This float is actually supposed to be level.

The float is kind of stock.

And there's our little needle.

It doesn't seem like it's clogged or anything.

There's definitely not a o-ring in there.

The little tip of that is rubber.

I guess this expanded with the nitromethane.

So maybe I just need to adjust the float.

Let's get our see-through head on here.

So I have two new gaskets.

And the new aluminum spacer.

This should work out really really nice.

I'm going to start it up so we can see how it looks.

Running with the see-through head on nitromethane.

Now that I gave you that little demonstration of nitromethane on the bench.

I've been searching the internet high and low.

For some type of Clips or animations or something.

How nitromethane Burns differently.

Compared to gasoline and other fuels.

And my search came up empty.

So before I blow this up.

I'm going to bolt on my last remaining transparent head.

Set up the high speed camera.

And I'm going to try to capture some high-speed footage.

To reveal just how differently nitromethane Burns.

Compared to other fuels.

Then I'm going to run this thing Full Throttle and see if I can get it to blow.

This is what we got.

It started melting up the head a little bit.

But at this point I'm hoping that the head blows off.

Or something cool happens.

I guess we'll see here it goes.

Let's do it let's blow this thing up.

Whoa that's all we needed was a little Spark.

There it goes Full throttle.

Hold it hold it we got oil.

Got oil coming out.

The engine is kind of still running.

We got oil flying out from all over the crankcase.

And from the Magneto over here.

I'm not really sure what's happening.

I'm going to try to start it up one more time.

And see if we can get it to blow.

Do Full Throttle again.

It kind of died on its own I don't know why.

But there's oil all over the place.

I'm going to start it up one more time and let's try to blow it.

Here it goes.

Here goes my second attempt to blow up our Briggs & Stratton a nitromethane.

Oh it still runs.

Here it goes Full Throttle.

Oh hold on it's still running it's still running.

Alright I don't know what happened.

It doesn't want to run anymore.

This is our second run and I don't know what's going on.

But there's oil everywhere as you can see.

I don't know where that's coming from.

It's all over the ground down there.

I can't see where.

But we're like leaking compression or something somewhere.

But it still runs.

I don't know in like died out on its own.

I don't know what happened if it's like overheating or what's going on.

This is going to be my 3rd attempt.

I'm going to try to start it up again.

And see if it starts.

And I think this is going to be our last run.

Because I think it's on its last leg.

Or last piston.

I mean the head looks pretty beat up there.

As you can see.

Yeah I'm surprised it's holding together.

I mean it was Full Throttle.

It was definitely more than 3,500 RPM.

Start this baby up we got oil all over the place.

Look at this we got oil everywhere.

I'm excited.

Alright so that was definitely a head failure there.

And that's what it looks like in your car when a head gasket blows out.

Okay I mean the Briggs & Stratton held together.

Surprisingly enough.

After all this abuse.

The Briggs & Stratton is still holding together.

I can't believe it.

Take a look down at the engine here.

This was our third attempt at blowing this up in this episode.

We got oil coming out of the crankcase I don't know what's happening here.

I'm going to have to investigate further.

What did every subsequent run.

More and more oil is coming out of the crankcase somewhere.

But ultimately.

The mechanics of the engine seem to have held together.

Maybe the crankcase is leaking oil somewhere.

But the mechanics themselves have held together.

Our failure at this point was the head gasket.

oh shoot oh that's hot.

That's hot.

So anyway it wasn't even our had that failed.

It was the head gasket that actually blew out.

As you saw on the high-speed footage.

I wanted to get something cool with this engine.

I wanted it to just blow up.

But I think that was cool enough for now.

The next step at this point for me.

Is to move on it to the next step in the story.

I'm going to get the turbo charger.

Both it on here.

And I'm just going to do it one level up.

I'm going to do the turbo.

And the nitromethane and 40 degrees timing.

And full throttle.

To see if we can actually get this thing to fail.

All I can tell you this much.

If I had a company making lawn mowers.

I would definitely buy Briggs & Stratton.

Let's take a look at all the oil one last time.

And you can see how much weight we needed to hold this thing down.

I mean this is a beast.

Is 100 lb is 140 lb and this is about 100 pounds.

That being said that's how much weight we needed to chain this Beast to the ground.

And I'm happy.

I think this looks fantastic..

Hopefully you enjoyed that episode.

This was a long one.

We had a lot of attempts to blow this thing up.

That were unsuccessful.

Subscribe if you like this kind of stuff.

And that's about it.

See you in the next video adios.

Mutual Fund Q&A, ELSS, Dividends, Bharat 22 ETF, December 22, 2017 - Duration: 9:08.

Aman Gupta wants to do SIP in Bharat 22 ETF but is not being able to do so online

Bharat 22 ETF like all ETFs like a share and you need to buy and sell them through a demat account

To get the same effect of regular investment, you need to buy it all by yourself regularly

In response to our video on hybrid funds, Rohit Mishra asks whether it is the same as balanced funds

Balanced funds are a category of hybrid funds

Hybrid funds have a mix of debt and equity investment

In case of balanced funds, 65% or more are invested in equities

As a result, you tend to get a higher return from equities in rising markets compared to a fund invested less in equities

Any fund with 65% or more equity investments is treated like an equity fund

This means that for an investment of more than 1 years, the capital gains is tax free and 15% short term capital gains tax for investments less than 1 year

Amit Belwal wants to know whether one should buy "dividend mutual funds" and whether they are useful

Mutual fund schemes have dividend and growth plans

Dividend plans provide you with the gains of your investment with regular dividend payments

You opt for dividend plans when you need regular income from the investment during the term of the investment

For long term goals such as retirement or child's higher education who don't need the money to come to you but need it to stay invested for further growth

In case of dividend yield fund, it is an equity fund with investments made high dividend yielding stocks. They are typically useful in declining markets

Since capital appreciation may not be much in such conditions, so the investors benefit from dividends

Padmakumar Patil wants to know why cancelled cheque is needed to invest in mutual funds

Cancelled cheque is needed to establish the bonafides of the bank account of the investors

Mukund Kulkarni wants to know how to invest a lump sum in ELSS and what are the funds we suggest?

Use systematic transfer plan (STP) to invest lump sum in ELSS. It transfers money in liquid fund from where the money gets regularly invested in an ELSS of your choice

Among ELSS, we suggest Aditya Birla Tax Relief 96', Axis Long Term Equity Fund and Franklin India Taxshield

Anthony Joshua v Deontay Wilder: The five biggest fights we want to see in 2018 - Duration: 4:12.

Anthony Joshua v Deontay Wilder: The five biggest fights we want to see in 2018

Some big fights are already slated for 2018 with IBF and WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua set to fight WBO title holder Joseph Parker in March.

WBA super-middleweight king George Groves faces rival Chris Eubank Jnr in the World Boxing Super Series semi-final in February.

IBF featherweight champion Lee Selby will take on Leeds favourite Josh Warrington in May with the winner fighting Carl Frampton, if he beats Nonito Donaire in April.

There are sure to be big nights for WBO middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders and IBF and WBA bantamweight champion Ryan Burnett, plus the possible return of Tyson Fury.

Starsport takes a look at five of the fights we want to see in 2018.

ANTHONY JOSHUA v DEONTAY WILDER The unbeaten IBF and WBA champion from Britain against the big-hitting and loud-mouthed WBC champion from America – what's not to like? Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn says this one needs to build, but just get it on now and the winner can face Fury in 2019 if he is back fit and firing.

GENNADY GOLOVKIN v SAUL 'CANELO' ALVAREZ 2 The first fight in September was spoiled by a dodgy scorecard in favour of Alvarez, which left it as an unsatisfying draw.

This classic looks close to being finalised for May 5 and we just need better judges this time. VASYL LOMACHENKO v JORGE LINARES Lomachenko announced himself as boxing's pound-for-pound king with his six-round thrashing of Guillermo Rigondeaux.

Now the WBO super-featherweight champion may move up in weight again. What better fight than the WBA lightweight champion Linares, who would give the Ukrainian the chance to prove himself as a modern great.

BILLY JOE SAUNDERS v DANIEL JACOBS Saunders showed in his 12-round masterclass against David Lemieux last week that he is ready for the winner of the Golovkin and Alvarez rematch.

A clash with New Yorker Jacobs would be a cracking fight to have in between and could further enhance Saunders' reputation in the USA.

KEITH THURMAN v ERROL SPENCE JNR Spence Jnr went from contender to champion with his spectacular win over Kell Brook in May. Now the IBF welterweight champion is ready to show he is the best in the division.

The only way to do that is by taking on WBA and WBC title holder Thurman, in what would be the fight to decide who is the real heir to Floyd Mayweather's throne as the welterweight king.
