"Tiger! Get down now! Down!

Tiger had a different tune on a very windy Saturday….

Back to reality.

Tiger Woods had us all wound up after starting out 7-under par but leveled out on Moving

Day at the Hero World Challenge.

With wind gusts up to 25 mph, he wasn't the only one having troubles -- carding 5

bogeys en route to a 75…

A hug from the family didn't prevent him from carding a bogey right off the bat or

his work around the greens from coming up short….

More than once…

After only carding 4 bogeys through his first 36-holes, Tiger had 4 through 7 on Saturday

and was relieved when he finally notched his first birdie of the day on the 14th…

"I really didn't feel that far off, that's the crazy part."

"it's just one of those days.

and well tomorrow's another fight."

But we still had some fun highlights – a slam dunk from Kevin Kisner from the beach!

And the Iceman, walking one in from long range!

Charley Hoffman will sleep on the lead once again as we head into the final round in the

Bahamas.

Follow along on our first Sunday with Tiger in too long on PGA TOUR Social media and I'll

see you Monday for the Good, Bad & Unusual.

I don't know if you saw the video where I talked about the octopus metaphor but

I love octopi and I was thinking it really makes sense with an octopus in

the sense that how they have eight legs and let's pretend there's like 20

suckers on each leg that gives basically a four that octopus is 160 opportunities

of connection and it's like are they better off using each connection sucker

point for a different thing or are they better off using all on one or what's

that balance what's that balance of you know navigating it throughout life in

the most harmonious way and it sounds like you have a good eight things you're

maybe you're using each leg on you're juggling on each leg and that's pretty

seems pretty balanced but what it's the most way excites you the most if if I

have if I want to invest in a million dollars and write into you right now

like there's an opportunity to invest 1 million dollars into your services for

the year for for breaking normal for Brit the breaking normal brand what's

gonna be the best return on my investment and why alright so think

about it this way think about this way to that you have nothing to do all I do

all it is is breaking or most gifting you to not work to not work for the

whole year like please do nothing else for money and that if you just want to

dance the whole year that's fine but I don't want you to be tempted by

prostituting your gift or going under someone else's ploy I just want you to

be you and then most like if this is heaven

cool alright so writing writing okay cool that that is like that's great to

know as some of the most impactful people ever that we're still talking

about even though we have no idea we've never met them in person

or even our parents are worshiping them the reason that's happening is because

writing writing was a major part of that so now actually for my own sake I mean I

um this is so cool we have it you know I love these creative constraints so with

our five minutes or four and a half minutes left what do you think though

for breaking normal now less of an esoteric or an ultra spiritual answer

because it seems to me that writing maybe something you want to consider

using the majority of your octopus legs on potentially and just see what that

feels like is that the best feeling let's just start there and that could

change that maybe it's just that like that for a year maybe it's like that for

it maybe if that year is six months later you might be like you know what

actually I'm now I want to start speaking or now I want to start singing

but it sounds like writing is a great start all in it it sounds like going

all-in on writing is a great start yeah I can relate to that I can relate to the

temptation to build a brand based on what works according to history and I

also can realize that the cost of that might be blurring the lines breaking

normal being uncatted erisa below and I think for early adopters and the

this is where they collective is going anyways information is becoming so

obsolete so quickly in the way like on the grand scale of humanity because if

we're really heading towards like basically I have this Apple white watch

on right now that I can like press a few buttons or say a few things too and I

can almost gain more access to any information then presidents did when I

was 10 years ago or 15 or whatever it was but when I was born there whoever

the president was when I was boring that's pretty 30 years over arguably

millions to billions it's like holy moly this knowing things and having

everything categorized and all that that's that's gonna I think gonna get

boring for a lot of people real quickly starting now and that's like why

breaking normal I believe is ahead of its time I believe what you're doing is

that had the idea of you're saying that if you really go all-in on writing

you're done with categorize there compartmentalizing everything and just

like letting showing the messiness of it that's what's trending right now and

there's a reason that's Brene brown i have even the more eager marketing i'm

starting to hear an advertising like i turned on an instagram live video today

and the guide that was representing an instagram is like yes authenticity is

what gets shared and I'm like man this is just now it's a point of crossing the

chasm when the collective is gonna cross the chasm and early adopters like us are

already doing it and I would say the more we go all-in on it the better

investment for everyone including ourselves

cool I would also do you have anything to say about what I said like do you

have any ideas specifically for breaking normally how you would love to be

involved off the top of your head bottom of your heart okay yes I've actually

been in his studio with JP yeah one thing I'll plant this seed with you

right now all this text is getting saved and I

think it's gonna be the like backbone of the next book

potentially where I definitely want to partner with writers because the I've

it's already all written but now I want to start saying like let's finding the

golden thread and how the pattern we can build a pattern off it and then how we

can not only transcribe the text but more even more in my voice

take out the likes figure out maybe if there's a new theme to be built in and

and figure it out like you're writing that that kind of book for me isn't be a

real partnered project so that's something to think about

20 Rules of Life Native Americans Follow That Will Transform You - Duration: 6:02.

20 Rules of Life Native Americans Follow That Will Transform You Into A New Person

by Hayley Anderton

Though much of the Native American lifestyle has been threatened since the 1800s, the

tribes that remain still live by rules that they created hundreds of years ago.

The Native American culture is based on spirituality, and they have a tremendous amount of respect

for the Earth we live on and the gifts it provides us.

As one of the oldest set of rules our Earth still knows, there is a lot we can take from

the Native American way of life.

1. GET UP EARLY TO PRAY

Rise when the sun does to make the most of the day and pray as often as you can throughout

the day. We have a lot to be thankful for, so we should take the time to appreciate it.

2. BE KIND TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT FOUND THEIR RIGHT PATH

Often, we can be quick to anger when someone doesnt follow the rules that we live by.

However, anyone who is troubled should be treated with kindness and should be guided

back to the place they belong.

3. FIND YOURSELF IN YOUR MANNER

This is a solo mission, and no one else should interfere with the process. Though people

may take the same path, or be present along the way, it is up to you to pave your future.

4. A GUEST IN YOUR HOME SHOULD BE MADE TO FEEL WELCOME

Never be rude to someone visiting your home, and always ensure they have the best you can

offer them that includes food, drink, and the most comfortable room.

5. EARN WHAT YOU TAKE

Dont assume something to be yours, unless you have earned it in some way. Respect peoples

property, and dont decide anything for yourself that you dont deserve.

6. RESPECT WHAT THE EARTH HAS GIVEN US

Never mistreat a plant, animal or person. These are the gifts of Mother Nature and should

be treated as such.

7. BE TRUE TO THE WISHES AND WORDS OF OTHERS

Allow a person to speak their mind, and never try to tear them down for what they think.

When you disagree, you may discuss the matter after they have finished speaking.

8. NEVER TALK BEHIND SOMEONES BACK

We as a nation love to gossip, but Native Americans believe that you are inspiring negative

energy, which will only come back at you twice as hard.

9. BE FORGIVING

Every person makes mistakes, and it is essential that we forgive quickly when someone has made

an innocent or nave judgment.

10. BAD THOUGHTS ARE HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH

Negativity is thought to affect your mental health, body, and spirit in a wrong way. Its

important to remember positively and aim for a right attitude at all times.

11. NATURE IS A PART OF US, AND NOT SOMETHING THAT BELONGS TO US

Nature is a part of the Earth that gave us life, and so is equal to us. It is part of

our being and gives us life through our air, our food and our crops. It should never be

presumed to belong to us.

12. CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE AND SHOULD BE RESPECTED

Our children grow to be the great minds of our future. They should be treated well and

respected the way we would a grown adult.

13. NEVER TRY TO HURT SOMEBODYS EMOTIONS

If you stab someones heart, yours will be stuck in return. To cause someone unnecessary

emotional pain is a bad thing, and it will always come back to you.

14. STILL BE HONEST AND TRUE

Never lie for the sake of saving yourself. The truth will even work more in your favor,

though it may hurt at the time.

15. CREATE A HEALTHY BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE

Dont give in too much to any one aspect of your life. Be kind to your mental self,

spiritual self, emotional self and physical self, but do not overindulge yourself in any

one area.

16. BE CONSCIOUS IN YOUR THOUGHTS

Always be aware of how your thoughts will translate when enacted upon, and take responsibility

for the things that you do.

17. RESPECT THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS

Never damage or touch something that doesnt belong to you without explicit permission.

Invading someones private space is a sin in itself.

18. BE YOURSELF BEFORE ANYONE ELSE

Dont let others persuade you away from your true self. If you are not true to yourself,

you cant expect to be faithful to anyone else.

19. RESPECT OTHERS BELIEFS AND NEVER ENFORCE YOUR OWN

Allow people to follow whatever religion they choose without judgment from you. Its their

life, and they can do with it what they wish.

20. SHARE HAPPINESS AND WEALTH AROUND

If you have stumbled across a good fortune, spare a thought for the people who havent.

Be charitable and kind to all, especially those who dont have as much as you do.

These rules can date back to hundreds of years ago, but theres a reason these rules still

apply; human nature never changes, and its important to be conscious in what we do so

that we dont stray from being good. If in doubt, follow these rules, and you can

never go too far wrong.

Dwayne Johnson on 2020 Presidential Run: 'I Will Be Watching Very Intently' - Duration: 1:46.

For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.

Actors turning to politics is nothing new, for the better part of fifty years we've had

a Hollywood to Washington pipeline that's given us Ronald Reagan, Arnold Schwarzenegger

and, of course, Donald Trump.

This past May,Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson discussed the possibility of a 2020 Presidential

run in a profile for GQ magazine, saying, "I think that it's a real possibility."

He and Tom Hanks then joked about the topic during the cold open while on Saturday Night

Live.

And most people presumably figured Johnson's run was as about as serious as Kanye West's

proposed 2020 run.

But Johnson seemed dead serious about such talk during a subsequent appearance on The

Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

And, based on Friday's interview with Instyle magazine, Johnson hasn't ruled out a 2020

run.

"This whole thing started with a piece in The Washington Post about a year and a half,

two years ago.

And then, when it started to pick up and got to the point where it was just impossible

to ignore, I said, 'Of course I would consider a run.'

So where we're at right now is just quietly observing everything happening on the political

landscape, and when the next election comes along … I will be watching very intently."

The former pro-wrestler seems to have already mulled over a campaign slogan, based on the

amount of times he's repeated the phrase "More poise, less noise."

It should also be noted that in May's GQ interview, Caity Weaver got Johnson to disclose

that he declined to endorse Hillary Clinton or Trump.

"But I also have a tremendous amount of respect for the process and felt like if I

did share my political views publicly, a few things would happen.

And these are all conversations I have with myself, in the gym at four o'clock in the

morning—I felt like it would either (a) make people unhappy with the thought of whatever

my political view was.

And, also, it might sway an opinion, which I didn't want to do."

Considering the political climate in DC and the very real possibility that Trump might

not finish a full-term in office, the idea of Johnson 2020 is very refreshing.

That's all for now, for everything else subscribe to Complex on YouTube, for Complex News, I'm

your space, your rules | some thoughts on commment moderation - Duration: 3:55.

Hello there friend.

Do you have a space where people leave comments and you also have access to moderating tools like deleting and banning?

Consider this an invitation to treat that space like your very own digital living room.

If someone comes into your home and acts like an asshole, you can and should kick them out.

They have every right to be an asshole, but you have every right to kick them the fuck out of your living room.

I first had this epiphany over on the Snark Squad when we were recapping Buffy the Vampire Slayer and developing some rather unpopular opinions about the show.

What started out as this very fun space where we were all chatting about this 10 year old TV show

grew really heated as reactions to our critiques of the show started to get very personal.

This was actively affecting my life and mental health.

I created a filter in gmail so that the comments would skip the inbox and I could try to wait to deal with it when I was in a better headspace,

but even so, when I did sit down to respond to all of these comments was a source of significant anxiety.

In our internal email chain we had this whole back and forth about one particular commenter – the whole thing, but one person in particular –

and I forget at what point we finally decided to ban her,

but I do remember all of us being really nervous about it – like whether or not this was an OK thing to do.

There is a very fair concern about closing yourself off to critique and criticism.

That is valid and worth engaging with honestly.

But: anybody who has to be an asshole to deliver their criticism is not offering up that critique in good faith.

A critique that can only be given with a helping of cruelty is not about an open exchange of ideas.

There's thoughtful critique and then there is intent to harm, and you under no obligation to engage with the latter.

When we did finally ban this woman it was fucking liberating.

Like, the realization that we didn't have to put up with her shit was...life changing.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately as trudging through the Sociology comments has been a significant part of my year.

Especially if we add the time spent thinking about it to that tally.

I only attempt to moderate for a short period of time before I just let that space get eaten by the weeds – which is also a legit approach.

I know there are some people who basically just say "hey, comments on everything I do eventually turn into a fucking hellscape, so proceed with caution"

That is also fair!

But, for me, when I am moderating, it's a lot of good faith/bad faith.

Like, "is this a legitimate critique, or is this just someone here to be an asshole."

And in some sense I suppose that's arbitrary.

But I am not a government agency, I am a person moderating a comment section.

I am a person deciding how I am going to engage with other people and let them engage with me.

The thing is, these spaces are ours.

Snark Squad, in particular, where we actively pay money to run that thing.

Setting aside any arguments I might make about what constitutes earnest discourse, we get to make the rules for our own living rooms.

The space below this video belongs to me and YouTube.

YouTube's got their own set of rules and policies, but the platform has given me a set of tools with which to moderate this space at my discretion.

And this goes for everyone in that position; these spaces belong – at least in part – to you.

You get to decide who gets to hang out in your living room.

You do not owe anyone a fraction of that space.

You do not owe anyone else anything – it is your fucking living room.

Maybe you already knew that, but just in case you are struggling with it:

consider this permission or an opportunity to reframe the way that you think about that space.

And if you just can't deal with it at all, you are also totally free to just disengage.

But another possibility might be reaching out to a friend and asking them to moderate the space for you,

or – I also find that it is a little bit easier when there's a layer of removal – so maybe trading with a friend?

Like, "I'll moderate your stuff and you moderate mine," kinda deal.

The key takeaway here, though is that the fact that you make something on the internet does not entitle your audience to anything from you.

Take care of your living room and, more importantly, yourself in whatever way you need to. OK BYE.
