Wintry weather conditions _ 120717 - Duration: 2:03.

According to Asian Calendars today is "Daesoel" meaning "big snow".. and parts of Chungcheong-do

and Gyeongsang-do Provinces saw heavier snowfall with heavy snow advisories being issued.

Meanwhile, a dry weather advisory has been in place in the east for nearly a week now...so

stay hydrated.

Temperature readings will be similar to slightly higher than yesterday...

Seoul will top out at 6 degrees Celsius,... while those of you in Daejeon could see snow

turning to rain later in the afternoon.

Temperatures will plummet again on Friday with a low of minus 7... then this weekend

is forecast to be snowy one... then bone chilling temperatures are in store for early next week.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While temperatures will ease a bit compared to yesterday with a mix of snow and rain expected

some parts in South Korea, parts of North Korea will be under plenty of sunshine together

with icy cold temperatures.

As for major cities in Asia, Beijing will be under clear skies with passing clouds.

Meanwhile, those of you in Sydney and Perth will be under plenty of sunshine with highs

nearing 30 degrees Celsius.

Heading to North America, major cities will be under bright skies,... while highs will

range from negative territory to mid twenties depending on the region.

As for South America, those in Sao Paulo will need to keep an umbrella handy on Thursday.

Taking you to Europe,...London, Paris and Stockholm will have a rainy Thursday.

Lastly to Africa, it will be sizzling hot in Cape Town at a high of 35 degrees.

Hello, I'm Rogan and welcome to day six of Vlogmas and a BookTube video.

If you've been following me for a while, you will know that I did Sbooktober,

the Sbooktacular Reading Adventure. This is the same idea as that, except for the holidays.

The name is Holiday Adventure-a-thon.

That's obvious from the title, but that's how you sign it if you were interested.

This will be running from December 13th - 24th.

It's a reading adventure where you pick your own path, read what kind of books you want to read, etc.

At the end of the paths, there are cute characters and whatever. The map looks like this.

And my character, my team is the penguins!

It's so cute!

The aim is to finish seven books in twelve days. I don't think that will be a problem.

I do want to try to finish all by the 23rd, and do a wrap-up video because the next day, the 24th,

is the end of Vlogmas.

So I want to be able to separate them, not cram it in the same video or do two videos in one day.

That's not happening.

So today is my TBR (To Be Read).

I tried to get all of the books that are mine, so I don't have to go to the library to get whatever.

So I can actually get through some of my books. But I couldn't do that for two books, I'll explain as we go.

Presents: Read a book you got as a gift.

I got that as a "going-away" gift when I ended my job at the RIT Leadership Institute (at my college).

I was graduating, so... This was a goodbye gift.

I still haven't read it, and that was like, two years ago now? So... Yeah, I need to read it.

Star: Read a book with a metallic cover.

[Title: Personal]

I have a couple other books with metallic covers, but I've already read those. I haven't read this one, I think?

Wish: Read a fairy tale retelling.

Cinder.

I do own a fairy tale retelling, [points to book on shelf].

Wicked. That is actually the second copy, I didn't even realize we had it.

I have one that's the combined version, of Wicked and Son of a Witch, from the B&N fancy edition.

So... I've already read it, so I don't want to re-read books for this. That's why I got Cinder.

I've been wanting to read it anyway because Paige, of The Princess and the Scrivener,

has repeatedly mentioned this book. So I'm like okay, okay. I should read it.

Cookies: Read a book while eating a festive food.

[Title: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time]

Obviously, I just got this book. Perfect, this is a good opportunity.

And what better book to read while eating cookies and drinking eggnog than a mystery book?

Nice: Read a book that a friend or family member recommended to you.

Close Range.

My best friend recommended that book. He's a writer so he was like YES you have to read this! It's really good!

Okay, okay! I'm getting around to it now.

Jingle Bells: Read a book with the word "silver" in the title.

Silver Sparrow.

Okay. Out of ALL the books that my family owns, about a thousand, we own ONE book with silver in the title.

And that is SilverFin. A young James Bond Adventure.

I have read this many times.

And yeah, I don't want to read it again, because...

Also, I went to the library to get Cinder and Silver Sparrow.

I was like really?

Because I arrived--I already checked to make sure both were in the library, all good.

I went to find both books, they weren't on the shelves.

That's odd. I've been to the library a lot, I know how it works.

I'm like that's weird, maybe they just haven't been put on the shelves yet.

So, fine, I went ahead and asked the librarian.

I told her which books, fine.

She went and found Cinder. Ah, it was on the top shelf, not where it was supposed to be.

Silver Sparrow... She went to it and gave it to me, and said, "Yeah, it was where it was supposed to be."

I was like... I just-- I literally-- What?

Fine, I went around looking at other books. I walked around back to that section.

Looking at the shelves, it had a gap where Silver Sparrow was. I KNOW it wasn't there when I looked!

Making me look bad! Rude.

Anyway, moving on.

Last but not least. Penguin: Read a contemporary book.

Ramona Blue.

Again, this is a book Paige has read, and Kathy, my other friend I mentioned in my previous video.

They did a Buddy Read of that so I will link that video down below if you want to see that. Captioned!

I've heard nothing but good things about this book, so great! I already bought it a while ago.

So, perfect, a good excuse to read it now.

And that is my TBR for the Holiday Adventure-a-thon.

VEDUS Day 32 (Sparks, The Jedi Doth Return COMPLETE) - Duration: 2:15.

Hey everybody, welcome back to Tanner's Books and Beyond and VEDUS day 32.

I *cough* can talk again...technically...I'm still a bit sore in here so *deep breath*

I'm just gonna try and take is easy today. This is gonna be a low-impact update.

Today's Certain Point of View story is "Sparks" by Paul S. Kemp, and this one's about a Rebel

pilot named Dex and his astromech droid Sparks in the moments leading up to and during

the assault on the Death Star.

I liked it, it's good, it's another one of those stories of Rebels knowing that they're

laying their lives on the line in order to defeat the Empire and I'm always a big sucker for those.

I never get tired of those, but it is hard for me to praise them without thinking it

sounds like I'm repeating myself.

Because It's a very good story, I like it a lot and I give it four stars, but it is

really similar to other similar stories that have similar Rebels taking down the Empire

in similar way.

So I can't say anything bad about it because I did really like it, I just can't say that

much about it period.

And of course I was also able to finish The Jedi Doth Return, which I'm gonna write a

full review of, but I liked it a lot.

It's gonna be five stars.

I didn't quite like it as much as I liked Tragedy of the Sith's Revenge, but that one

was soooo Shakespearean in its tragedy that it was kind of a shoo-in for top spot if I was to rank these.

But this is a close-second. The Ewoks still kind of bug me, but now that I think about it it's not enough for me to

dock it a mark, so yeah, this gets full five stars.

And since I'll have a full review of it later, I just wanna say generally for this original

trilogy (and the prequel trilogy too!), it opened my eyes to a lot of things that I didn't

necessarily pick up on in the Star Wars movies because Doescher is able to find these emotional

nuances and expand upon them into these awesome, beautiful monologues.

And you know, I'm always going to be an advocate for "show, don't tell", but I think we need

to stick a little footnote on there, something like - "if you have confidence to tell it

in an entertaining way then you should tell it".

Because that's what Doescher does, he just takes it and runs with it, and the plays are

way better off for it.

So that concludes this update, and it also concludes the original trilogy of plays.

We've only got one more left!

It was dislocated turns out the muscles are just fucked up and the reason I missed the video last week is because I had headaches

so bad at first they were just a minor nuisance like my head felt like I don't know it was just getting slapped around a

But as the day's progressed it compounded it did like magnified it multiplied

It exponentially it was like yeah. It was definitely 2 degrees and so by like the third day. It. Just felt like my brain

Was just getting

What I'm trying to say is my brain was basically getting

Curb-stomped by whatever it was so I decided to go a little clinic which is at King Soopers. It's like a nurse practitioner

It's not really a doctor, but it's cheaper

So you know I figured whatever so I went in and she was like oh, hi. How are you and now?

I'm sorry those little raises

What I'm trying to get across here is she did not speak the best English. She was a nurse practice

She wasn't a doctor and she didn't speak the best English so she was like took out all these tools and start examining me

Right I was like. I have a hear earache and just a massive headache, so she like took out her little

kaleidoscope and just

Smashed it in my ear and I was like yo

whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa fucking Deepwater Horizon

Deep-sea oil drilling that bitch like with this little thing and she pulled out this you like your wax, and I was like

Ok I didn't realize that you could have that much of your wax, but basically that wasn't the problem

It is no longer news that Anidugbe Oluwatobiloba Daniel, AKA, Kiss Daniel, has been dragged to court by his former record label,.

G-worldwide.

The record label alleged that the seven years deal signed by the singer has not expired, adding that the artist breached the deal with series of actions contrary to the provisions of the contract.

However kiss Daniel in a statement signed by his lawyer, Oluwaseyi Lawal (Esq) stated that, The Federal High Court, Lagos denied and refused G-Worldwide LTDs application for injunction, restraining him from performing, recording or using the stage name Kiss Daniel as alleged by the former label.

They also insist that Kiss Daniel is yet to be officially served any letter or court document from his former label.

The statement entitled, 'What G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd will not tell you' read thus: ''We are solicitors to Oluwatobiloba Daniel.

Anidugbe (Kiss Daniel) our attention has been drawn to the unfortunate publication by G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd currently circulating on social media in respect of the exit of our client from G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd.

It has been said that "A lie unchallenged becomes the truth.

" In view of the above, we wish to say as follows on behalf of our client: The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos denied and refused G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd.

's application for injunction restraining our client from performing, recording or using the stage name "Kiss Daniel.

In other words, the court refused to grant any order of injunction to restrain or prevent Kiss Daniel from performing, recording or using the stage name "Kiss Daniel" as requested by G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd.

This application for injunction was surreptitiously and secretly filed without notice to our client but the court saw through the.

deceit and refused the application.

Kiss Daniel formally terminated his contract with G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd via a letter dated 30th of October, 2017.

The termination was done in compliance with the provisions of the Recording Contract between the parties.

With regards to the name "Kiss Daniel", our client was already using the combination of the stage name "Kiss" long before he ever met G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd.

The addition of "Daniel" (which is his middle name) was at his instance.

It is therefore, laughable and unbelievable that G-Worldwide Entertainment Ltd will purportedly claim to own or have dashed our client his own middle name..
