Freezing cold weather hits the nation again tonight _ 120717 - Duration: 1:37.

Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the weather update.

Conditions are expected to get colder again starting this evening, with temperatures plunging

to negative territory.

The western and eastern coastal regions will receive some snow past midnight,... while

a heavy snow alert has been issued for the mountainous areas of Jeju Island.

The nation will wake up to a freezing morning tomorrow,... with Seoul starting off at minus

7 degrees Celsius while Daegu and Busan hit minus 3 and minus 1 degrees respectively.

The day will continue to stay partly cloudy and cold tomorrow,...Seoul topping out to

0 degrees while Gwangju and Busan reach 4 and 6 degrees.

The mercury will rise slightly over the weekend,...however, starting next week, another round of cold

spells will hit the nation dropping the daily lows to below minus 10 degrees.

Report: 49 countries have been violating sanctions on North Korea - Duration: 1:41.

With all the international sanctions on North Korea, it might seem like the regime has been

cut off from the rest of the world.

But according to a Washington-based think tank, dozens of countries have continued to

work with the North over the last three years, violating UN resolutions.

Lee Jeong-yeon has the details.

Upon North Korea's most recent long-range missile launch, U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley

urged all countries to comply with UN sanctions and limit cooperation with the regime.

But just recently, according to a report by a Washington-based think tank, 49 countries

were found to have violated UN Security Council resolutions on North Korea... between March

2014 and September 2017.

This includes its main trading partner China, as well as Germany, Brazil, India, and France.

According to the report by the Institute for Science and International Security, 12 countries

were found to have military links with the regime, including Angola, Cuba, and Syria.

These countries either received military training from North Korea or traded military-related

equipment with the hermit state.

Twenty countries were found to have aided North Korea with shipments by "re-flagging"

or changing the national registration of ships.

The report pointed out that the regime seems to have mainly targeted countries with weak

or non-existent export and finance controls.

The report adds that in addition to cutting all non-humanitarian-essential trade with

North Korea, international pressure can be effective,... at least in the short run,...

as seen with Uganda when they expelled all North Korean arms dealers back in October.

I've been in Switzerland for one year.

She fled Syria with her family and

I've spent most of my time learning German.

And now I'd like to make my biggest dream come true

by becoming a biomedical lab technician.

First of all I need to take the integration course

at the Viventa school in Zurich.

Unfortunately I live in Wetzikon

and the local council cannot pay the school fees for me.

Then I saw the crowdfunding site.

So I made a video with a friend.

As I'm not allowed to work, I hope I can count on your support.

Thank you very much for your help.

And in 5 days I raised all the money, which was an incredible surprise.

How did you learn such good German?

I attended some free courses.

And I've been doing some projects, which is how I learned German.

What kind of projects?

I was in a play that was in German.

And I also did a writing workshop.

Plus I've been doing a tandem course.

A friend studies Arabic at uni,

so I speak with her in Arabic and she speaks with me in German.

Tandem in the sense that you help her with her Arabic and vice versa.

I always talk to my friends and they are full of good ideas.

I met one of them at the theatre and one at uni.

They're called Damiana and Ricarda.

Can you tell me what you went through in Aleppo

before you came to Switzerland?

Not really. I prefer to write.

When I think back to it all, I write.

I try not to think too much about it but instead focus on the future.

I'm always writing poems in Arabic.

Recently I translated them into German.

I suppose I learned the letters of your alphabet by heart.

No, not the letters but the points on the letters.

And in the future I'd like to write a whole book.

So you don't just want to be a lab technician but creative as well.

And you started school back in August. How's it going?

Amazing!

I've also made lots of new friends.

I'm really happy that I have a proper school with regular classes.

I'm just really happy.

Pausing Tags in Google Tag Manager - Duration: 1:59.

Hey there!

I'm Benjamin from Loves Data.

In this video we're going to look at the new 'pause tag' feature in Google Tag Manager.

This is a great way to disable a tag without having to delete it entirely or without having

to remove the trigger to stop the tag from firing.

For example, I recently found that I wasn't making use of the LinkedIn insights tag in

a Google Tag Manager account, so instead of deleting the tag and having to re-add it again

later, I can simply pause the tag until I need it again.

Let's head into Google Tag Manager and take a look...

// If I navigate to 'tags' I can see I have a few tags setup in this container.

And I can see I have a LinkedIn tag that I want to temporarily disable.

I just select the tag...

And click the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the window...

Then I select 'pause'...

We can now see the tag is paused, but I still need to publish the change, otherwise the

tag will still be fired on my website, so let's publish the changes...

Now the LinkedIn tag will no longer fire on my website.

And if I'm ready to use the tag again, I can select the tag...

Click the three vertical dots...

Select 'unpause'...

And publish the changes again...

Now the tag will fire again on my website.

That's it!
