Waching daily Dec 7 2017

Have you noticed that your channel stop growing because of views and subscribers

remain the same or are declining? If you want to revive your dead YouTube channel

stay tuned because I have 10 suggestions for you. Hello my name is Herman Drost

from drostdesigns.com if you want to grow your audience on YouTube and

generate traffic leads and subscribers on autopilot hit the subscribe button or

hit the bell notification icon here are 10 suggestions to revive your dead

YouTube channel number 1 check out your competitors channels take a look at the

videos of the top channels in your niche watch the videos that are receiving tons

of views and comments and ask yourself why are these receiving so much activity

if they are tutorial based they're probably answering questions to the biggest

problems of the audience if they are entertainment based they're probably

providing very entertaining videos number 2 look at your most popular

videos go into YouTube analytics and look at the top 10 videos on your

channel watch the videos that are receiving the most views then create

similar videos around the same topics you can do the same to find the most

popular videos on your competitors channels just click the videos tab then

filter by popular videos number 3 survey your audience it's quite possible that

you're not targeting the right audience or know your audience very well the best

way to create content that your audience wants to watch is to ask them if you

have an email list send out a survey Visit Facebook groups and forums in

your niche so you can ask questions to your target audience ask for topics they

would like to know about then create videos surrounding that content number 4

give your channel art a makeover images are what people see most therefore take

a look at your current thumbnails and compare them to your competitors

thumbnails ask yourself the question would you click on your thumbnail over

your competitors thumbnails if not redesign your thumbnail to make it

clickable do the same for your channel banner I find that most of the traffic

that comes to my new videos come to my channel homepage therefore make an

obvious in your channel banner what your channel is all about it's the first

thing that viewers will see when they visit your channel homepage number 5

optimize your channel homepage make sure your channel trailer clearly encapsulates

what your channel is all about include the main benefits of

why people should subscribe to your channel then include a powerful

call-to-action keep in mind these are people that have never seen your channel

so if you want them to subscribe you've got to give them a good reason to your

channel homepage should also include more in-depth content that first-time

subscribers will want to watch therefore organize your channel home page into

sections that contain playlists with more in-depth content number 6 do correct

keyword research if you want your videos to be discovered in the search engines

then create videos based on the keywords that people are entering into the search

engines the easiest way to get keyword suggestions is to enter your main

keyword in the youtube search box it will give you a list of keyword phrases

that you can create video topics for number seven create engaging videos the

most important ranking factor for YouTube videos is audience retention and

watch time the longer somebody watches your video the more chances of that

video being promoted by YouTube the longer somebody stays watching your

video or successive videos the higher chances of YouTube promoting that video

to other channels it also has a higher chance of appearing in search so if your

video ranks well in the search engines and gets promoted by YouTube on other

channels your channel will increase in views when creating your video put

yourself in your viewers shoes the first 10 or 15 seconds of your video is very

crucial therefore ask a question or explain exactly what your video is going

to be about so people will continue watching your video throughout your

video expand upon what you promised at the beginning and end it with a strong

call-to-action to subscribe or watch another video number 8

promote your video across multiple platforms after you've uploaded

optimized and published your video your work has just begun make sure you

promote your video across all your social media channels which includes

Facebook Twitter Instagram etc find Facebook groups and forums related to

your niche and engage in conversation in those groups and forums for example when

somebody asks a question related to your niche you can add your video link in the

comments so it provides an in-depth answer you can also repurpose your

content by embedding your video on your website if you transcribe the

content you can submit it to document sharing sites number nine collaborate

with similar channels when you collaborate with other channels in your

niche then your videos are exposed to a different audience this may result in

more views and subscribers to your videos and your channel the more

collaborations you do the more exposure you get number 10 upload more frequently

when you upload more frequently it triggers the YouTube algorithm and sends

more views to your videos if you're only uploading once a week think about

uploading twice or three times a week and observe the differences if you're

getting a boost in views then you know the frequency of your uploading is

working also check your traffic sources to see where most your traffic is coming

from if most of traffic is coming from the west coast of the USA then try

publishing your videos in the morning at West Coast time if you are unable to

publish multiple videos on a regular basis each week try live-streaming the

beauty of going live is that you don't have to edit the video afterwards which

saves you a ton of time instead it's a great opportunity to connect with your

audience and answer their questions when you implement these 10 suggestions wait

a few weeks to observe the changes channel growth doesn't happen overnight

but with the upcoming weeks and months based upon the changes you've made

you'll see a steady growth of your channel here's an important thing to

keep in mind if you still don't see much progress in the growth of your channel

then get someone to review it you can also evaluate it yourself by downloading

my free channel evaluation worksheet just click the card icon to download it

to your computer if you want to learn how to grow your audience on YouTube and

generate traffic leads and subscribers on autopilot click the subscribe button

Hello friends

All of us desire certain things in life

We feel a longing, at times an obsession

Some days ago I saw two children having a fight

They were pulling a ruler scale towards themselves between them

A tug of war began and continued for a while

Just as one was having an upper hand, the other child did what I never expected

The other child suddenly let go of the scale

And the about to win child fell to the floor with a thud

He got the scale but along with it a few bruises too

In our life too we get hurt

Because we don't let go of certain desires at the right time

Sometimes by giving up few desires we lose less and gain more

We achieve peace of mind

These desires, obsessions, beyond a certain limit cause us pain

At such times, it is better to let go

Some people consider it as losing

But there is victory even in this apparent loss

And the one who wins even while losing is a real winner(asli baazigar)

If you have liked this concept

please share your suggestions so that we may make more of such motivational videos

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S02E14 - Episode Review - Duration: 5:30.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the seventy fourth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as

well as the fourteenth episode of Season 2, titled "Missing Green".

We begin this episode at the Youth Center where Jason is training with Zack with a dummy,

and Jason is having trouble concentrating.

Apparently, a tournament just a few hours away, and when Jason tries to kick, he sees

a translucent Tommy.

Jason says that he misses Tommy, and he feels like it's his fault that Tommy lost his

powers in the first place because he didn't grab the Green Candle.

That's… a surprising amount of survivor's guilt for this show.

On the moon, Zedd sees this, and he says that he actually has black, blue, yellow, and pink

candles too, so take that Jason.

Kim, Billy, and Zack talk about how they can cheer up Jason, and they say they need to

find Tommy?

Apparently, Kim thinks that he's at his uncle's lakehouse, and Kim blows it by saying

"Ranger or no Ranger, Tommy is our friend", clueing Bulk and Skull in on their secret

identities.

Everyone plus Trini rides in Zack's car as Bulk and Skull follow, hoping to be lead

to the Power Rangers.

The teens think they're lost, so they get out and check the map because I forgot it's

1994.

Zedd sees they're parked, and he sends down Goldar who appears before them.

The teens immediately morph while Bulk and Skull go to hide, and they try to take a photo

of the Power Rangers, but bird eggs fall on them?

Whatever, Goldar sends the four Rangers away to the Dark Dimension.

Bulk and Skull don't care though because they want to go get their photo developed.

The Rangers are behind bars that they could get out of if they just turned sideways.

Goldar lights the blue, yellow, black, and pink candles with what's left of the original

green candle, saying how the same fate will happen to them.

Jason is at the Command Center, and Alpha is trying to locate the other four Rangers,

and according to Zordon, his friends knew that Jason wanted to win the Golden Pipes

Karate Trophy, but Jason says that it means nothing if he can't share the experience

with his friends because wow, this episode is hamfisted.

Alpha keeps looking for the Rangers.

Zedd decides to turn the Golden Pipe Trophy into a monster which is surprising because

I fully expected Skull's weird ass camera to turn into one.

Jason sees the new Pipebrain monster on the viewing globe, and Alpha finds the other Rangers,

and Austin St John tries to act angry about what's happening to them, but it doesn't

really work out.

Alpha and Zordon says that Jason needs to stop acting like a damn idiot and get over

it.

Also, he apparently has to defeat the Pipebrain monster to gain access to the Dark Dimension,

which means there was literally never a choice to begin with.

Jason morphs to the scene, and he fights some putties and the Pipebrain monster, clearly

being dubbed by someone who is doing a terrible Austin St John impression.

Great.

Zedd decides to change things up a bit by making Pipebrain grow giant only 9 minutes

into this episode, so Jason calls out the Red Dragon Thunderzord, who is finally actually

interacting with the monster!

Hooray!

There's a longer than necessary fight between the zord in warrior mode again Pipebrain,

but honestly, it's pretty damn good because the Red Dragon in Warrior Mode is bitching.

Then, Jason gets the upperhand, using his staff to finish Pipebrain off.

I feel like this monster existed for a total of 4 minutes, but whatever, the trophy is

back to where it came from.

Red Ranger teleports into the Dark Dimension, fighting Goldar while his friends' candles

are burning low already.

There's a some decent wire work in this fight, but it comes at the cost of being able

to literally see everything on the set.

Goldar knocks over the candles, creating a giant fire before he just peaces out.

Jason unlocks the bars, taking everyone's Power Coins and putting them on their respective

candles before holding up his own coin, which then… makes the candles come back?

Whatever, everyone is fine and leaves, but just as Red is about leave, Jason gets grabbed

around the ankle by Goldar who is apparently still there.

The helmetless teens teleport into the Command Center, celebrating, when they find Tommy

on the lake front, writing a letter to Jason about how much he loves him while literally

speaking it all aloud while writing.

It's pretty obvious that Tommy's just reading the damn script, and he tells his

boyfriend to go win the Golden Pipe Trophy for him because love wins.

At the Command Center, everyone except Trini walks up to Bulk and Skull who have somehow

gotten a photo of the eggs falling from before?

Somehow?

That was impossible with the way camera was angled.

Whatever, Jason competes in the competition, and throughout the entire demonstration, he

just oiler and oiler, and wow, I'm into this.

Then, of course, Jason wins the trophy right away, and he's held up by Billy and Zack

as he says, "this is for you, Tommy, wherever you are".

Bitch, you literally just saw where he was!

This episode gets an A for effort, but other than that, it's pretty rough all around.

Austin St John's acting is worse off than ever for some reason, so I have to assume

he was just directed oddly.

I like the idea of showing that Jason feels guilty about Tommy's powers, even though

it's executed horribly.

Trini is also barely around during this episode, which makes you wonder why she's just not

there at all, especially with this set of episodes.

We know that Thuy Trang injured herself prior to this episode around the very beginning

of Season 2, so maybe these were physical therapy days.

Who knows.

Next time, we get one of the weirdest episodes ever to come out of Power Rangers, but until

then, may the power protect you!

Korea initiates international standards for vehicle interior air quality - Duration: 3:43.

Fine dust particles, yellow dust... outdoor air pollution has always been a hot issue.

But with people spending more time indoors including inside their cars... there's growing

concern over air quality within such space.

For our news Features tonight, Cha Sang-mi shows how Korea is taking steps to eliminate

harmful compound in vehicles.

Worsening air pollution has been a growing issue around the world, forcing people to

seek spending more time indoors.

That, of course, includes vehicles.

As such, the so-called 'sick car syndrome' is gaining more attention these days.

Nausea or headaches,... these are some of the symptoms that can be triggered by a variety

of materials present in brand-new cars.

The World Health Organization has recognized interior air pollution of cars is, in fact,

a major threat to human health.

To tackle this issue, Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has been

conducting research on the matter since 2003 to limit the amount of possible air pollutants

in new automobile upholstery and interiors.

As of last year, data show that the amount of toluene, one of the most harmful industrial

chemicals, found in three major Korean car manufacturers, has decreased exponentially

since 2011, when vehicle air quality tests were first implemented domestically.

Based on statistics, Korea's transport ministry came forth with an initiative to regulate

auto air quality measurement globally.

And on November 15, Korea's proposal was selected as the new international standard by the United

Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

(KOREAN) "Korea has already been regulating vehicle

interior air quality, but just partial discussions were going on internationally.

So we presented our standards and formed a Working Group in UNECE in 2015 and began serving

as a Chair."

Then how is air quality measured?

A new car is directly transported from the production line to a testing lab after being

stored inside a compartment at 20 to 30 degrees Celsius for 24 hours.

For the ambient mode testing, which measures the levels of contaminants inside idle vehicles,

the car is ventilated for 30 to 60 minutes, and then measuring tubes are left inside the

vehicle for at least 15 hours.

(Stand-up) "The air quality of the inside of the vehicle

is measured using these tubes hung from the driver's headrest, about 50 centimeters

away from the steering wheel."

This test, which is done within 28 days of production, aims at determining the levels

of 5 volatile organic substances such as benzene, xylene and toluene and 3 carbonyl compounds

such as formaldehyde and acrolein.

(KOREAN) "Car manufacturers have been striving to reduce

the presence of harmful substances inside new cars.

It is meaningful that such efforts will pay off with an enhanced driving experience while

keeping comfort and safety."

Experts, however, are calling for a more detailed approach in vehicle interior air quality testing.

(KOREAN) "Although the current proposed provisions

are accurate enough, there needs to be more in depth case studies for each and every material

used for a vehicle's interior."

With Korea's vehicle interior air quality test procedures having gained international

recognition, they are now expected to serve as a stepping stone for establishing a global

standard in this field.

Interacting with you, and I love trying different foods

That perhaps you've not had I've not had and I love trying them for the first time with you guys

Now this is something that I'm very very familiar with

When I was growing up as a child

So I'm gonna talk a little bit as I cut into this and I'm gonna give you a little history of my pomegranate

my pomegranate history

Okay, so first of all you want to just kind of cut

Along the top here

Yeah, you want to come along the top?

Cut that off

okay, and

You can kind of see where to cut as you're going we're gonna cut that and see how we fare okay?

When I was growing up

In Mississippi in Columbus, Mississippi

Actually I had come from st. Louis

At the age of 12 I had lived in Mississippi when I was younger

but at age of 12 we came back to Mississippi and

my

Great-grandmother we called her Big, Mama

Everybody called her big mama, and she was big. She's really really big guys

she was very very obese lady and

but we called her Big Mama and

In her yard she lived like next door to us

All my family lived on like the same block that was beautiful. I had an aunt across the street a

Cousin next door you see I'm cutting this and I'm trying to kind of stay along

Certain parameters so that we can get into it and cut it down

But

Yeah, they we all lived on the same block

It was it was pretty amazing we had some cousins that lived down the road from us

they weren't on the same block, but they were pretty close and

You know this is this thing's very much

pomegranate stains pretty good

so try not to get it look how I

Open that and look at the seats look at the beautiful seats now see the seats

You don't want to eat the white parts of it. You basically want to eat just your seats

Now I'm gonna open that up so you can see it how?

beautiful it is

My grandmother had a pomegranate tree in her yard

But let me tell you something you were not about to go on her yard and start picking up

Pomegranates and start eating them no no they were pretty rare even here in Mississippi

California, I think is like the home of the pomegranate and they're their bountiful there

However in Mississippi that was like one of the one and only

Pomegranate trees that I've seen since and when we were really really good

she would let us go and pick a

Pomegranate and get us some beautiful juice

Pomegranate juice from the tree, so you just basically

Opened it like I did I showed you how easy it was and you're just gonna get the juice out of it, so

How wonderful is that?

Mmm. Folk that

Some people eat the seeds and swallow them all the way I

don't

I

Take the seats up, and I just go through juice you can look at how beautiful that is

So good

Very very good for you

Hmm

Some folks put them in their salads

They cook with them

I've only just eating them no I'm sorry

And like I said, I don't -

the whole thing I

just take the juice and

Don't eat the white part

Because that white part is bitter

Well, you just keep pulling it back

Filling it back

And you can even take it, and you know pull it like this if you want to take it all take it out

you can hit it and

Get your seats out that way I

Like to just bite mine out

And get that burst of juice look at that look how beautiful that is

Guys

Mmm

Very seasoned right now

Go to store and get you some don't be afraid

Tastes so much better than anything that you would buy

You know

There's been um

Reconstituted or whatever just get you a fresh beautiful pomegranate and this is how it looks

And then you open it up you just open it and

Don't eat the white part. Okay guys. I'll see you in the next video

A Brief History of Title IX - Duration: 7:56.

Since I'm going first, let me give a little bit of a very abbreviated and probably overly

simplified history of Title IX and how we got here.

And one thing I should start out with is when you talk about Title IX, generally speaking

people think of it in athletics, has generally been the history of it and in fact when it

was put into place in 1972, that was actually one of the main concerns was the low level

of women's participation in college sports and from that perspective, Title IX has actually

been a really smashing success, by about, I saw a graph talk about it in my book, by

1985, the representation of women in college sports had shot up so much and it really hasn't

moved a lot since so in that fairly short span of years, we really got to the representation

level we have now.

So when it comes to athletics, Title IX, there's still controversy, obviously that has to do

with it but that part of the controversy doesn't have a lot to do with what we're here today

to talk about.

What Title IX says, it's a pretty short law, and the part of it that is actually operational

is I think 29 words, and these are the words, no person in the United States, shall, on

the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected

to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

That sort of makes it sounds like it only applies to public schools.

It does not because federal financial assistance includes just about every government grant

obviously you get and also Pell grants and Stafford Loans, so there're only a handful

of schools in the country, all private schools, to which Title IX does not apply.

So for all practical purposes it applies at every school in the country.

It wasn't long after it's passage that feminist scholars realized that Title IX could be used

for more than athletics and another big aspect of it was that it started to, it was a big

part of the reason that we don't have so many single sex colleges anymore.

It started to really close the door on the ability to run single sex higher education

programs easily.

And the most prominent is somebody who is known to anybody who knows anything about

feminism, Catherine McKinnen, who as a student and an early on advocate, this is her thing,

pushed at Yale for people to bring a case that would start to use Title IX as a way

to address sexual harassment on campuses, the idea being that Title IX bans sex discrimination,

that's the words it uses, it wasn't clearly established at the time although it was an

idea that was out there, it wasn't clearly established that sexual harassment was a form

of discrimination.

But through a case, Alexander V Yale, 1977, even though it was a loss in court, they weren't

able to demonstrate any sexual harassment had taken place, they were able to establish

the principle that sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination under Title IX.

Since then, as Tom was talking about, it has expanded from there, because there are a lot

of different categories, things you can put into the rubric of sex discrimination.

You can add in things like obviously sexual harassment, sexual assault is not considered

to be part of it because it is considered to be, interestingly enough, it's not in there

cause it's a crime, it's in there because it is considered to be an extremely severe

form of sexual harassment and therefore a form of sexual discrimination.

That's the reach that Title IX has onto it.

We're also seeing it being read into issues of gender, and to the extent that sex and

gender are not coterminous which is not a debate we need to get into, there's also debate

over to what extent did the authors of Title IX be interpreted to cover gender identity

as opposed to just sex, so there's a lot of different complicated things and the Obama

administration made what Fire thinks was a bad decision back in 2011 on April 4th, they

released this now infamous Dear Colleague letter which has the most boring title possible

but it was actually very exciting in a bad way for both Fire and civil libertarians and

for colleges and universities.

It was the administration's attempt to edit what we think and what I think, I think we're

right on this, is a new interpretation of Title IX and basically saying that the law

required, in order for you to be compliant with the law, you needed to have campus tribunals

to determine whether or not sexual assault or sexual misconduct had happened, and those

tribunals, whatever they are and they could be a single investigator, they could basically

be an inquisitor, and I'm using that in a non pejorative way.

There's a reason why it has a pejorative term and I'm sure we'll get into that, it has a

connotation of that, you need to use the preponderance of evidence standard which is this 50.01%,

there's a lot of different ways of putting it, 50% plus a feather.

Basically how certain do you have to be that it happened, you have to be, in order to declare

that somebody's responsible for sexual misconduct, 50% sure plus a tiny tiny bit.

A lot of schools were already using that, some were not, and it was a new regulation,

effectively from the government that said now all schools have to use it to be compliant

with Title IX.

They also discouraged cross examination, and particularly of the direct kind.

And there's some understanding for that.

Obviously when you have a rape case on campus, it is extremely awkward and uncomfortable

to have somebody questioning the person that they are accused of victimizing and vice versa.

So that was discouraged, unfortunately what ended up happening is the opportunity for

anybody to cross examine them or for you to ask questions that got to credibility was

also being curtailed.

So this became a pretty big issue and sort of got swept up in the fervor for regulatory

reform as well because it was such a step past what the traditional roles of regulation

were.

Fire actually sponsored a lawsuit by a John Doe plaintiff and also Oklahoma Wesleyen University,

challenging the preponderance mandate and that lawsuit was in the pipeline, and is still

actually in court right now but it was just last week that secretary DeVos and the department

of Education officially announced that they would be rescinding the 2011 Dear Colleague

letter and this even longer I think 39 page long 2014 guidance that was trying to clear

up a bunch of the confusion that had happened from the letter.

And so that's where we are now.

We are going to be looking forward to, this seems weird to say it, particularly in a libertarian

venue like this but we're looking forward to the regulatory process where believe it

or not, people have more of a say than they did last time.

So sorry, I think I've gone overtime but hopefully that gives you an idea of where we are now.

On the go with EF #55 – Angelina goes surfing in San Diego - Duration: 5:38.

Hi everyone and welcome back to "On the go with EF".

I'm still in sunny San Diego. Do you see where I am?

I'm at the beach!

I'm going to try something that I've never tried before.

I'm going to have a surf lesson and I'm pretty nervous, to be honest.

But, I'm also super excited. The waves look pretty amazing, so let's do it!

Hi guys! These are my friends from EF. Why don't you introduce yourselves?

What are your names?

I'm Marco from Switzerland. I'm Martina, also from Switzerland.

And we're going to have a surf lesson today. Have you guys surfed before?

Yes, once before. We are very excited, of course.

Yay!

This is my first time, as I said. I think it's going to be fun. Should we go?

Yeah. Let's go!

Hi, I'm Angelina. Hi, I'm Stephanie.

Nice to meet you. Martina.

Marco. Marco? Nice to meet you guys.

If you guys are ready for your surf lesson, I've got your wetsuits over here.

Perfect.

It's important to wear wetsuits when you surf, right?

Is it just because it gets cold? It's to keep you warm. The water gets cold.

Of course. I highly recommend a wetsuit.

You got it? Yeah, I got it.

Ready!

What you've got to understand is that the ocean moves a lot.

You know when you see surfing on a poster,

you see someone up on the board and riding the wave, right?

Well, that's 10% of it.

90% is actually paddling around and getting in the right spot.

Do you see all these people here? See how they have to paddle?

In the long run, if you want to pursue this,

you have to realize it takes a lot of time and practice.

When I give you a push, it's going to hopefully be a nice, smooth takeoff.

Do you guys understand? Everything's good? Yeah. Perfect!

Let's go over to the boards. Right over here.

Each board is a different shape. I'm going to have you guys on these three boards.

These are all 9-foot boards. You've got the nose, the tail, the rail.

You're scooping the water.

So your feet don't actually touch the board when you're paddling?

Keep your toes down. Okay, just down?

Do you see what I mean? You're balancing. It's a little bit of yoga.

You're paddling with nice, long strokes.

It's what you get with every stroke and not about how fast you do it.

It's not this, and not this. It's this.

Okay? And when you're paddling, make sure you're looking up.

It's like you're digging.

You've got to look up at all times.

If don't look up and you're looking down, you can't see where you're going.

It's here, here, here.

Here, you're looking where you want to go. You know, you see those people on the barrel?

Ok, we're getting ready now. Are you excited?

I'm so excited. We're going to go in the water really soon.

The waves look pretty cool, I think. Yeah, they do.

Alright. You're ready. Thank you! Okay, I'm excited.

If you actually manage to stand,

then you've done a pretty good job because that's hard, right?

Please try not go get on your knees. When you guys are getting up,

make sure that you're bringing your front foot up, okay?

Here …. And here. Do you see this?

Because if you guys are way back here, this is like the brakes, and this is like the gas.

Right.

This is your equilibrium. Here and here is where you want to be.

Where you're lying down, you're popping up.

Oh, you got it. Wooh! It was slow,

but I got the footwork down, I think.

That was so hard.

I just had my first surf lesson.

It was way harder than I thought, but it was so much fun.

The board is really heavy.

My body is aching, but I had an amazing time. What did you guys think?

It was fun, right? It was great.

You were both standing up!

I wasn't able to stand up. I really tried, but I was on my knees.

Next time.

Next time I do it, I'll be able to stand up. For sure!

I've had a really fun time today. I tried surfing for the first time

and although it was really difficult, I had an amazing time.

I know I'm going to be really sore tomorrow.

I also got to hang out with some of my friends from the EF School here in San Diego.

Now, I want to know: What is your favorite beach activity?

Comment below for a chance to win this really awesome surfer's bracelet

and don't forget to watch next week because then I'll be going to the San Diego Zoo.

I'll see you then. Bye!

Next week: Angelina visits San Diego Zoo

KARMA, CAUSE AND EFFECT IN THE MATRIX - Duration: 6:23.

KARMA, CAUSE AND EFFECT IN THE MATRIX

BY RJ Spina,

Karma is a term that has been used by many civilizations to explain or rationalize, in

the of simplest terms, the notion of, what you reap, so shall ye sow. Closely related

to this concept is the idea of Samsara, which has often been described as the entrapment

and perpetual, entropic cycle of endless rebirth and death.

Spiritual Evolution is the singular reason why any Soul incarnates as a Human, or as

any of the other various forms within the physical universe, but, its the Law of

Cause and Effect at work in relation to spiritual evolution which impacts us far more than Karma.

The two, Karma and the Law of Cause and Effect, are not mutually exclusive, but perhaps an

alternate understanding of these concepts and processes will cast a new light.

My understanding is that any desire, intention, thought or action (which is the order of creation

itself) that is produced by consciousness is subject to the law of Cause and Effect.

At its core, anything that is produced not out of unconditional love (or total perception)

is destined to return to its origination point or source in order to experience its full

breadth and depth.

Lets imagine the infinity symbol, the sideways figure eight, endlessly flowing into itself.

Picture yourself somewhere in that loop.

Now imagine your consciousness puts something into motion, so to speak.

For example, lets say we sell an item knowing it isnt the best option for someone in

need yet we do it anyway, say for the sake of profit.

In order to understand in totality what we have put into motion, we must also be on the

receiving end of that action as well.

So we in turn must experience what it is like to be in need and be taken advantage of.

Now, what we have given momentum to, this action, has come back around to its Originator

and we can now truly understand in totality the depth of our action.

To fully grasp the totality of the Law of Cause and Effect, we must have the understanding

that this Law applies to EVERY single desire, intention, thought and action our Soul has

ever given life to within every incarnation.

When we see The Law Of Cause And Effect in its fullest scope, we know and accept the

WE are the sole author, actor and director of everything we EVER experience.

We are responsible for everything, since we set it into motion, and its is our developing

sentience that allows us to eventually transform out of ignorance and into a Being of pure

Cause, sans Effect.

All notions born of pure unconditional love cut the infinity chords of Effect for there

is no need to see the totality of the notion because it was born out of total pure perception

or unconditional Love itself.

Operating within this state of awareness is Self Mastery and quite often the domain of

the Beings we know as The Ascended Masters.

They have ascended beyond the Law of Cause and Effect and therefore, they have no need

to incarnate into these lower frequencies.

Many never did to begin with.

When these Masters do incarnate, and some are here right now, they do so out of pure

service to others and unconditional Love.

How does Karma play its role with this infinite, sideways eight we are all a part of?

It is my understanding that Karma is the unnecessary, self-induced ATTACHMENTS to low-frequency

thoughts, actions and behaviors.

If we can imagine a supernatural Being, existing on multiple frequencies and dimensions concurrently,

truly not bound by anything, imprisoning itself through the use of finite consciousness (when

incarnate) via ignorance and/or greed by thoroughly identifying itself to ANY low-frequency thought,

action or behavior.

If this supernatural, multidimensional Being (YOU) so thoroughly identifies with being

the Body and Mind, and therefore the physical sensory realm, this identification creates

bondage (addiction) that can only be undone where the link was made here, while incarnate.

Karma is a possibility based only upon choices we make via our free will and therefore is

strictly a Human experience.

Why is it strictly a Human experience?

Because the Human Experiment is the experiment in individualized, free will.

Humans are the only species of Beings incarnate throughout the entire multiverse that have

been given this gift.

It is the single greatest opportunity to fast track our spiritual evolution and therefore

it comes with the highest risk, karma.

ALL of you reading this are the bravest of the brave and I love you all for accepting

the challenge of evolving thru human incarnation.

Many energetic Entities are in awe of this bravery.

The Matrix is the realm of perception management.

The scripted delusion sold as reality.

It utilizes the manipulation of the five physical senses to help seduce and deceive the ego/mind,

creating and perpetuating a false narrative that the fake identity identifies with thru

its use of finite consciousness (the Human mind), thus possibly creating bondage out

of our own misidentification of thinking and believing we are merely human through our

own ignorance, greed and subsequent identification/attachment to low-frequency thought, actions and behavior.karma.

With a broader understanding of what Karma is and the law of Cause and Effect, we can

make our choices with more wisdom and awareness and move up the frequencies toward enhanced

understanding of how our spiritual evolution truly works and our current position within

The Greater Reality.

Awaken all of YOURSELF.

Humanity needs the REAL YOU.

I am with you until the work is done.

BEST REVIEW OF MVMT - Duration: 5:04.

Alright, I guess lots of you were waiting for the football video, but don´t forget I have problem with LaLiga

and to be honest situation is really bad, so I decide to make the best product review! Lets do it!

I have to tell you that I love watches, and even when I was a little kid I always had a watch

From that time I broke and lost several of them, but I believe its a very important accessory especially for men

That can tell you a lot about the person. So at the moment I already have a small collection

Of course sport G-Shocks, casual watch and classic one

This one is my favourite

But if you look at them, they are all dark. Except of this one, but its more for the official look

white dial, black straps, for suit, tie, kind of boring

So I was always missing light casual watch that I finally bought

and now like Wylsacom

I forgot that I am just by myself here...

But I am a simple guy, I can throw it for my self

second try

...I can throw it for myself

New MVMT watch. Unboxing! Lets do it!

I have to say that nobody paid me for the review and unboxing. I bought them from my pocket and paid 92 eur

But then they charged me 33 euro extra for some taxes for shipment from US, so I paid 125 euro and now lets open it

Everything arrived in such a box and sleeve. Brand MVMT

Recently appeared a lot of brands that produce not expensive stylish watches

of course its not Swiss Made but Swiss watches cost much more, so I prefer this ones

So we open the box, and here we have brochures, leatlets, instruction should be also here...

But all famous YouTubes reviers usually thorow it like this. So lets keep the trend

And here we have...

Light casual watch! As I wanted!

So, thats how it looks like

Seem to be high quality build, very nice and pleasant strap

And now the most important thing is to take the this plastic away

Like you take it off from all other gadgets and all reviewers LOVE it so much

So lets try it!

Wow its just incredible. Just kidding... whatever..

Lets take the label off

So, firsrtly we must get rid of this red stopper

fClick it back. TIme is on!

Also there are two buttons here. First one is a timer. At the bottom the arrow starts to go

Click one more time to stop it, and other button will bring it back to the initial position.

Also ther is a 30 min timer here and this arrow make one turn in 24 hours

And I have no idea why you need it, but its fine to have it

So guys, this is a really cool watch 45 mm size, like my favourite Diesel watch

My hand is not that big, I believe 42 mm suits me better but 45 is also nice

As I said all my other watches are dark, but what to do if you wear a white shirt

And light pans

I think this watch will be a perfect match here!

sooo...

isnt it cool??

So that was a watch review! Hope you enjoyed it

If so give me a Like on this video, subscribe to my YouTube channel and to my Instagram

And links where you an buy this watch I will leave in the description. Thats it! see you soon!

Ya guys, if Wylsacom would see how I filmed all this video...

He would really laugh

Yeah, I am the best reviewer ever...
