Sugar has damaged our health a lot
People in the age of 50-60, they suffers from joint pain & weak bones
Some people suffers from acidity and obesity
All of this happen because of Sugar
What do we used to eat when we were not having Sugar?
Yes, we do eat sweet at that time also but it was Jaggery.
And thus we used to have less diseases at that time.
So let me share some benefits of Jaggery
If you are watching this episode & if possible try to replace the sugar with Jaggery
This way you'll get rid of lot problems
Jaggery is one of the major source of Iron
In women its noticed to have blood deficiency (Anemia) most commonly
In later stage people even have low Haemoglobin count
Consume Jaggery and you'll not suffer from such problems
If you'll regularly consume Jaggery then you'll not suffer from Anaemia anymore.
Delhi is observed to be very polluted now a days
If you have so much pollution around you, you are riding a bike and having dust & pollution around you
At that point eat some Jaggery in the morning
Also eat a big piece of Dark Brown Jaggery when you are back home from polluted area
Even Jaggery is not pure , you'll get chemical based yellow jaggery
But you have to take Dark Brown Jaggery that is more genuine and pure

If you consume Jaggery, it keeps your digestive systems healthy and smooth
Jaggery has warm effects but since winters are coming
In winters we suffer from Cold, cough etc
Consume jaggery and stay away from all these problems
If you are suffering from sever cold and cough, if you consume jaggeery with little bit of ginger juice
You can also add little bit of basil leaves juice
Then you need not to take any medicine
Take some Jaggery and add some Ginger Juice & Basil Leaves Juice
Make a small ball and suck it 2-3 times in a day
You'll notice that cold and cough is been cured by this remedy
Similarly some people have the problem of Sore throat
Consume Jaggery with cooked rice and your sore throat will be cured
People who are suffering from Asthma, shouldn't consume Sugar
Rather consuming Jaggery will be beneficial in the problem of Asthma
