- I think we need to call in some more reinforcements.

- We have thousands of people that are on a drip campaign.

The end of that sequence, if they do not buy

what if I just simply send them an email that said

"We would love your feedback about why you've decided not to

attend Social Media Marketing World."

4,150 people that have gone through the entire process

and have not puchased.

That is like a gold mine.

I'm going to e-mail them.

Just imagine how cool it's going to be

if in a matter of days I start getting reasons why and it's like,

wow! We never considered that.

In my mastermind group are a lot of speaker affiliates for us

like Pat Flynn, Cliff Ravenscraft, and a lot of other people.

I announce to them that we are opening up this $297 community

ticket for the affiliate program.

And they all were exceptionally jazzed.

They were all like "Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo".

And they were like hey make it super easy.

So I'm going to make a video.

So I created this cool little video for speakers.

Is my head squished?

I look like I'm a lot thinner than I'm supposed to be.

[cameraman laughs]

And as you can see I'm showing off our whole special page

we have for our affiliates.

I just need to fix my head.

I'm going to do my best to train the division heads in

Social Media Examiner on the Art and Craft of Delegation.

So I am not the perfect living example of how to do this.

I'm preaching to myself as much as anybody else here.

Let them fail. Teach them after they fail,

why they made that mistake, what they did wrong.

And then let them try again.

Let them fail again.

Until they have really done a good job and then at that

point they can entrust them.

With that I'm going to end today's meeting.

We did something new last week.

We decided to segment the most active people on our list and we're

calling them the A plus subscribers.

We sent an email out on Friday telling them it was the last day

to get a sale.

But we only sent it to those people.

So now the question is like what do we do?

Do we only promote to our most loyal subscribers.

So that the other ones get to know us more?

And we don't start actively promoting to them until they've

been on the list for a while?

-The whole point is if they're a new subscriber,

then we want to let them know about our other offerings.

We want to let them know about the conference.

- I think you just hit on the key.

I think if I'm a brand new subscriber on a list and I get

like three emails in a week promoting something that I'm

going to say to myself, this is what it's going to be like?

- I never should have signed up for this.

- The point is that you want to just give, give, give, give.

When do you push hard and when don't you push hard.

And we've been pushing hard for a long time.

That's the challenge.

- Yeah I think the list is getting tired of us [laughs].

- Pat Flynn recently came out with a podcast episode

all about affiliate marketing.

You'll hear all sort of things that could enable us to be more

exciting to our affiliates.

So what I want you to do since you're the person managing the

affiliate program, Kim,

is to listen to it.

Come back with like things that are within reason that you think

we could do, okay?

- Okay. Sounds good.

- Thank you, bye.

I just freaked out my social team.

Someone on The Journey commented, "Hey how come you guys

aren't on Snapchat?"

And I gave my standard response, "Well, you know our core audience are on

Instagram dot, dot, dot."

But then it got me thinking,

why aren't we on Snapchat?

So I called up my social team, Eric Fisher, and Jeff Sieh. and I said

"Guys, I think we need to be on Snapchat."

And they're both like "Uh, are you sure?"

"Is our core audience there?"

"Are you going to be able to fit it in?"

It might not work but it could be huge.

Hey Shaun.

- Good Morning.

- When everybody zigs, we should zag.

[laughs]

And right now everybody is completely 100% focused on Instagram

and I'm wondering, whether or not, we're ignoring a huge part of

our potential Social Media Marketing World audience, right?

Do you think it makes sense for us to focus on Snapchat?

What are your thoughts?

- I believe that if Social Media Examiner wants to

get in front of that new generation of social media marketers,

Snapchat is the destination for it,

at least right now.

- I just looked it up and Twitter, as of earlier this year, only had

100 million daily active users.

Snapchat's bigger than Twitter in terms of daily active users.

- I think people have their preference, am I right Shaun?

That like some people are Snapchatters and some people are Instagramers

or are you telling me that most people do both?

- I actually think they are a separate community.

I believe that the audiences are completely different

amongst the two.

- Right?

- I'm excited that you guys are now really considering making

this happen.

- Oh it's not consider. It's beyond consideration stage.

[laughs] It's happening my man.

[mouthing words] Be very, very quiet.

[laughs]

- I can't believe it. You scared the crap out of me.

[laughs]

- It's carpet time what do you got?

- Carpet time.

We are looking at the networking plaza for carpet.

- Okay.

This feels like I'm walking into a circa 1970s apartment.

- [laughs]

No one liked that one.

- Now this one.

- A kindergarten room.

- Red is the color of danger.

Danger Will Robbins, danger.

- [laughs] Oh my God.

- This will show every stain.

- So what we're left with is pretty much two options here.

What do you like?

- I like the blue because I think it's like nice it's soothing.

It won't show dirt, it won't show footprints

- Definitely shows footprints.

- Everything's going to show...

- But it's going to look like that, just to be clear.

- That looks like a bad office building.

- Pretty much looks like our carpet.

- Again that looks like a bad office building.

[laughs]

- Scott and Irene we have a dilemma.

So here's the option.

This is the blue option which shows every little movement.

[laughs]

Now hold on a second, it shows everything okay?

-[Woman] Gee which one does Mike like?

[laughs]

Then there's the gray one , which doesn't really show anything right?

Now we already know that Irene likes blue, she likes blue,

and she likes blue.

- The blue?

- Yeah.

- It really stands out.

- [Woman] You know what does Mike want?

- No it's not about what Mike wants.

[laughs]

I think we need to call in some more reinforcements.

[laughs]

Raise your hands if you heard my position and you still prefer blue?

Okay.

Raise your hand if you prefer anything but blue.

[laughs]

Thank goodness you guys are not making these decisions

without the team.

- The team? [laughs]

Okay, there's no "I" in team, right Mike?

[laughs]

- It depends how you spell it.

[laughs]

- It was the most horrifying half hour of my life.

People are much more advanced than we think we are. We are intuitive, spiritual creatures

who give off constant frequencies and vibrations. With practice, you can manipulate your vibrational

frequency to be increased.

Everything about us is a given off frequency or a received frequency.

Everything that is, was, or ever will be, gives off a specific frequency of vibrations.

Every thought, feeling, and emotion is some form of vibration.

You know how sometimes you can really feel the hurt someone you love is going through?

It�s like you feel it in your stomach.

This is referred to as empathy, but it�s actually you receiving that person�s vibrational

frequencies.

It�s a natural response. Some people feel these frequencies much more powerfully than

most people do, enabling them to read people like the back of a card.

There are even simple ways to practice raising your own vibrational frequency! Here�s how.

Be Conscious of Your Thoughts

In order to raise your vibrational state, you need to be conscious of what�s going

on in your own mind. Pay close attention to every thought you have, what caused it, and

how it affected you.

You have to be aware of the relevance of your thoughts. They�re more than pointless thought

bubbles. They�re what makes up the entire you.

Practice Meditation

Meditation has a ton of different benefits, both medical and spiritual. Meditating allows

you to become fully aware of your spirituality.

It makes you take note of the power of your mind. Many people think it is too hard, but

you�re just trying too hard. All you have to do is let the universe flow freely through

you.

Eat Consciously

Foods can affect your vibrational state, believe it or not. Some food is contaminated with

pesticides that make you feel weaker. Whole and natural foods make you feel better physically

and emotionally.

Refrain from Drugs and Alcohol

Drugs and alcohol affect your vibrational state too. Drugs blind you of your own personality,

leaving you with nothing but a dependence. Your vibrations will never be steady or stable

with a drug addiction.

Listen to What the Music Tells You

Music is good for more than pleasing the ears. Music can tell us a lot about our true selves.

When you�re listening to that one powerful song, pay attention to the thoughts it�s

making you have. You can learn a lot more about the true essence of life by doing this.

Be Aware of the Home Environment

Home environments are extremely important to your health, mentality, and vibrational

frequencies too. A bad home environment can ruin your vibrations.

A negative home can make you someone you�re not, and block you completely from your spiritual

abilities.

Do Random Acts of Kindness

Random acts of kindness are so much more than just helping someone else. It does more good

for you than it does them.

It makes you humble, appreciative, and nothing beat the smile you get when helping someone.

Good karma comes around too.

Practice Compassion

Compassion is extremely important. We have trouble understanding that we are all the

same in the modern day time.

We are all people with their own issues, gifts, traits, and talents. There is no reason for

us to think our feelings are superior to one another�s.

Forgive and Forget

Many people think that forgiveness is the one who hurt you, but it�s not. It doesn�t

do anything for that person. It helps you. Hurt is nothing unless you continue to remember

it.

When someone hurts you take it as a lesson. Don�t let them continue doing it, but forgive

them for it. Realize that you didn�t do anything to deserve it, and move on.

It makes you feel better. Holding grudges eat you alive while leaving the other person

completely unaffected.

Play some Drums

Drums have a rhythmic tone that soothes people, stabilizing their vibrations. Sometimes are

vibrations even synchronize to the sound waves and frequencies around us.

The rhythm of the drums can put you in a trance-like state that moves the conscious controller

(ego) out of the way to allow for dissonant energies to be vibrated apart

Binaural Beats

Binaural beats are sound frequencies that your own frequencies adjust to. it typically

consists of two different pneumonic sounds.

Your brain will adapt and fill in the middle of the sound gap, making it constant instead

of

a beat.

I got goosebumps every time

So that's why I set this on the 3th place

On the second place I got Phuture Noize with I Got Noize

This track contains so much feeling

and I think he's a really good dj

So that's why he deserves a second place

And at the first place B-Freqz with Freedom

This was our song of the whole summer

and since April I went to parties every week

and we played this track a lot

Also when B-Freqz played this song at Decibel, we had so much fun

And I filmed that
