The Pineal Gland or the 'Seat of the Soul' as described by Rene Descartes, is the focal

and spiritual powers. Directly affected by the light taken in through

the eyes, the pineal regulates sleep, menstrual cycles, mating seasons, hibernation, seasonal

flight patterns and many other "instinctual" behaviors.

The gland is the topic of much debate, and much has been written on it in recent times.

Many say that fluoride is one of the main things that blocks the pineal gland by decalcifying

it – others say it is a combination of things. Cannabis or Marijuana among other psychedelics

facilitates the activation of the pineal gland and helps turn on the third eye or the mind's

affect our basic nature, are senses received through this gland. This could also be the

area where images in our subconscious are rearranged into new and strange imagery during

our dream states. The visual receptors there operate in pure

darkness, but receive peripheral stimulus from the brain. The gland secretes a body-produced

DMT molecule in situations of near-death. The correlations between this concept and

that of sensory deprivation while using psychedelics, especially in the manner of dark, saline-filled

"float chambers" is suddenly not as far fetched as they once seemed. It is forcing

the mind to connect with the conditions found within the pineal gland, bringing insight

to the surface.

HOW DOES CANNABIS WORK IN THE PINEAL GLAND?

Research on rats has shown that the pineal gland contains a functional endocannabinoid

system, in that cannabinoid receptors type 1 and 2, and the endogenous ligands that bind

to them, anandamide and 2-AG, are all present. The study showed that the activity of the

CB?-receptors varied according to a daily cycle, with lowest activity levels occurring

at the end of the daylight period. It also showed that levels of an enzyme responsible

for synthesizing new endocannabinoid molecules, NAPE-PLD, was reduced during the middle of

the dark period. It is likely that THC's endogenous analogue

anandamide performs the same action of reducing the norepinephrine-induced release of melatonin,

and is therefore fundamentally involved in pineal gland function.

It seems that low levels of anandamide or THC are therefore needed in order for melatonin

production to increase. As melatonin levels increase, as they should

normally do at the end of the daylight period, feelings of sleepiness should occur.

HOW DOES THE PINEAL GLAND ACTUALLY AFFECT THE PROCESS OF GETTING "HIGH"?

While we are far from having a complete understanding of the complex network of chemical compounds

that interact in the brain, we are beginning to build a simple map of how all these interrelated

processes fit together. It is increasingly clear that the endocannabinoid

system is a fundamentally important messaging system that helps to link together various

parts of the brain, many of which work together to give us the subjective experience of being

"high". The pineal gland itself is crucial to this

process, and has undeniable importance as a source of consciousness-altering compounds.

It works with the endocannabinoid system and various other regulatory systems to control

our subjective daily experience of mood, wakefulness and sleepiness.

When we introduce external psychoactive compounds, this process can be altered in fundamental

ways, some of which can be greatly enjoyable to the individual!

But most importantly, they stimulate the pineal gland.

THE PINEAL GLAND IS PART OF A COMPLEX AND FASCINATING SYSTEM

The pineal gland is just one tiny link in an extremely long and complicated chain, which

stretches between some of the most basic and fundamental parts of the brain and some of

the most advanced, such as the neocortex, which only exists in mammals.

However, the pineal gland has repeatedly been associated with the biosynthesis of important

natural compounds related to sleeping, dreaming, and dream imagery.

The presence of these compounds in the pineal gland is one of the most important reasons

that so many view it as the "seat of the soul", or a key to "spiritual enlightenment".

Without a doubt, the most famous of these compounds is N,N-Dimethyltryptamine, more

commonly known as DMT. It's actually somewhat controversial as

to whether or not the pineal gland is responsible for synthesizing DMT in humans, but there

is significant evidence to suggest that it is the case. DMT and related compounds tryptamine

and bufotenin have been found in human urine, and DMT itself has been shown to be synthesized

in the pineal gland of the rat brain. A closely related compound, 5-MeO-DMT has

been found to be synthesized in the human pineal gland, but thus far, it has not been

proven that DMT itself is too. THE PINEAL GLAND AND SPIRITUALITY

The pineal gland produces "one or two endogenous tryptamines found in human blood and cerebrospinal

fluid. This latter fluid continually bathes the brain, and compounds found in it most

likely affect brain function." Light, the eyes and the 'third eye' or

pineal gland form a triad which directly controls and regulates normal or altered consciousness

and many bodily functions? these three factors are also directly related to, or implicated

in, mystical states and the 'psychedelic' experience.

Visions of white light are not only associated with mysticism and psychedelic explorations,

but are also a prevalent image recorded by those who experience the near-death state.

The pineal gland may not only play an important role in death, but also in birth, possibly

even in rebirth… The pineal gland first becomes visible in

the human fetus at the same time as does the clear differentiation of the fetus into female

or male gender. The time for both of these events is 49 days,

the period of time that, according to several Buddhist texts, the life force of a deceased

individual coalesces around its next corporeal existence. If the life force does indeed enter

through the pineal, the manifestation of this coming and going would be the release of psychedelic

tryptamines, which would mediate the visionary experiences associated with near-death, and

near-birth states. Another potential reference to this curious

little gland may occur at the end of the New Testament book of Revelation, where we find

that the elect will know God intimately, "his name will be in their foreheads," which

is where the pineal deeply lies. Noting the gland's strong connection with

light, the rest of the passage is interesting: "There will be no more night; they will not need

the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light."

Similar imagery occurs in the Persian tradition of the light-like sacred fluid, the "vivifying

and spermatic" xvarenah. "Ahura Mazda is preeminently the possessor

of xvarenah, but this 'flame' also springs from the forehead of Mithra and like a solar

light emanates from the heads of sovereigns." This mind-light from the forehead is also

identical with the 3rd Eye of Shiva, which when opened in the individual burns away the

concept of ego-bound consciousness, and when opened collectively has the potential to burn

away the ties and fetters of the Old World Order.

Perhaps if enough modern psychonauts achieve the pineal experience we can push this new

frame of mind onto the rest of ego-bound humanity.

This story grew concerns in the general public about Mueller's credibility and his real

motives about the bureau's actions.

This comes at a time when Russia probe under hard pressure after the newest revelations

showed anti-Trump claims that got key investigator Peter Strzok removed.

More Countries Follow Trump�s Lead in Declaring Jerusalem to be Israel�s Capital

Only hours after U.S. President Donald Trump formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital

of Israel early Wednesday afternoon, the Czech Republic, a European Union member state, unexpectedly

followed suit.

�The Czech Republic together with other EU member states, following the EU Foreign

Affaires Council Conclusions, considers Jerusalem to be future capital of both states, meaning

the State of Israel and the future State of Palestine,� the nation�s Ministry of Foreign

Affairs announced in a statement.

However, the ministry made it clear it only recognizes the western half of Jerusalem as

Israel�s capital, stating that it specifically �recognizes Jerusalem to be in fact the

capital of Israel in the borders of the demarcation line from 1967.�

According to The Hill, before �Israel seized control of the eastern half in the Six-Day

War of 1967,� it only had possession of half of Jerusalem � and it�s this portion

of the city which the Czech Republic now recognizes as Israel�s capital.

The ministry further cautioned that it cannot relocate its own embassy from Tel Aviv to

Jerusalem like Trump has pledged to do with the U.S embassy, unless �negotiations with

key partners in the region and in the world� first occur.

Despite the ministry�s stipulations, and despite its claim to have come �together

with other EU member states� in reaching its decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel�s

capital, the statement was nevertheless a major bombshell.

As noted by The Jerusalem Post, by recognizing Jerusalem, the Czech Republic broke with the

litany of �EU member states who hold Jerusalem should not (be) recognized as Israel�s capital

until a final status agreement is reached.�

The Czech Republic probably likewise just earned itself the ire of Muslims across the

Middle East, who responded to Trump�s own declarations Wednesday afternoon with great

anger.

The U.K. Daily Telegraph reported Thursday morning that a number of clashes had broken

out in the Gaza Strip as the terrorist group Hamas �called for new intifada against Israel

in response to Donald Trump�s decision to recognise the Jerusalem as the Israeli capital.�

�This Zionist policy supported by the US cannot be confronted unless we ignite a new

intifada,� said the terror group�s leader, Ismail Haniyeh, according to the Telegraph.

�The U.S. decision is an aggression, a declaration of war on us, on the best Muslim and Christian

shrines in the heart of Palestine, Jerusalem.�

Whether Haniyeh views the Czech Republic�s declaration in a similar light remains unclear.

According to the Israeli news outlet Haaretz, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has also

expressed interest in relocating his country�s embassy to Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed a number of other countries

desire to follow in the United States and the Czech Republic�s footsteps.

�(W)e are already in contact with other states that will make a similar recognition,�

he said, as reported by the The U.K. Independent.

Yet, the mainstream media in the West is treating Trump�s action like a disaster, denounced

by the entire globe.

To back up that headline, the BBC described reactions in Muslim and Arab countries (predictably

�outraged�); hand-wringing statements from the United Nations general secretary

and the European Union�s foreign policy chief (again, predictable); and lukewarm disagreement

from the leaders of Britain, France and Germany.

(Calling something �unhelpful� isn�t what most people think of when they hear the

word �condemns.�)

Protein, protein, and protein — and if you're Ryan Reynolds, plenty of carbs, too.

The actor says, "I really don't believe in that no-carb stuff.

It's probably not good for you — and it makes you pretty cranky."

No amount of exercise will make up for poor nutrition.

Eating the right foods in the right amounts — and at the right times, if you're being

really intense about it — is key to building a physique like this one.

That said, even superheroes get the occasional cheat day to indulge in some not-so-healthy

foods like...

"It's a chimichanga"

But actually, Reynolds prefers to gorge on pizza when he doesn't have to look ripped

onscreen.

He keeps it tight

Ryan Reynolds might shed some muscle or change up his workout between superhero flicks, but

he's basically been in battle-ready shape for the past fifteen years — which makes

it easy to ramp things back up when he needs to slide into a spandex suit.

According to his longtime trainer Bobby Strom, "For [action films] he was 200 pounds and

8 percent body fat.

For rom-coms, he's about 180 and 11 percent body fat."

But even then, Reynolds is a gym regular; says Strom, "When he does a comedy, he probably

goes to the gym to do cable work every other day."

He sets challenging goals

Reynolds has said that getting in shape for movie roles left him astonished at what could

be achieved with a solid workout regimen — and now, he keeps himself motivated by giving

himself new goals to strive for.

Of course, for someone as fit as Reynolds, those goals have to be pretty intense.

Among the items already crossed off his bucket list is running the New York City marathon

in under four hours.

Next up?

He wants to climb Machu Picchu.

He has fun with it Ultimately, Ryan Reynolds approaches fitness

the same way he approaches… well, everything: by not taking himself too seriously.

Sometimes that means finding motivation in unusual places — like a friendly rivalry

with his Deadpool 2 co-star Josh Brolin, who got even more muscled up than Reynolds to

play the character Cable.

But the actor also knows his limits, and isn't afraid to point out when another superhero

star has surpassed him in physical achievement.

When asked how his own regimen stacked up against Hugh Jackman's, who would wake up

at two o'clock in the morning in order to eat enough to fuel his Wolverine workouts,

Reynolds said, "Hugh Jackman has a dedication to his craft that I'm afraid I don't share.

If I'm up at 2 in the morning, it's because something has gone terribly wrong."

That laid-back attitude keeps the actor sane, and it doesn't hurt that it's totally in character.

"Superhero landing!

You know, that's really hard on your knees.Totally impractical they all do it."

Starting off at number 5--Dingo- im sure you all hear the phrase – A ding ate my baby.

And your probably like what the hecks a dingo…well that my friends is a dingo.

Cute arnt they?

They are a type of feral dog that's native to Australia.

Basically they are half dog- half wolf.

The reason people don't take in dingos as pets is because for one they are wild animals

and 2 they are naturally very aggressive.

They will often bite humans several times if approached in the wild.

However if unprovoked they pretty much keep to themselves.

At number 4--Bears- theres a reason teddy bears are still to this day the most popular

stuffed animal- and that is because they are so freaking cute.

My favorite childhood bear memory would have to be the Berenstain bears- little bear and

Wally bear from the teddy bears picnic.

But the bears im about to talk about are nothing like those bears.

Out of all bears Grizzlies and Polar bears are the most feared.

But really all large species of bear can potentially be dangerous if provoked.

Researches also found that male bears that are hungry and travelling without their young

are usually the ones that will kill.

But luckily in general you dot need to fear bears.

On average there are just under 3 fatalities a year.

But they still could kill you so watch out.

In at number 3--Leopard seal- Now most people find leopard seals cut but I never have- watching

pebble and the penguin as a child scared e for life.

As you can tell from that clip Leopard seals are at the top of the food chain down in the

Antarctic.

There are powerful and curious creatures that have been known to hunt people.

But as you now know from that clip I showed you they usually target penguins.

But theres been reports filed of these guys attacking humans.

Back in 1985 a Scottish explorer was bitten twice on the leg when a leopard seal tried

to drag him off the ice and then into the sea.

And more recently in 2003 a biologist was snorkeling when a leopard seal dragged her

deep underwater to her death.

at number 2--Elephants- elephants are my favorite.

I love them.

But even they have a bad side.

If elephants are agitated or abused they can become one of the most dangerous creatures

in the world.

Did you guys know that elephants experience unexpected bouts of rage?

Yep its true- and they are known to be quite vindictive.

In India alone hundreds of people are killed by elephants each year.

But this only happens in cases where the elephants are being mistreated.

So the lesson learned here- you be nice to the elephants and the elephants will be nice

to you.

Coming in at our number 1 spot--The slow Loris- these guys are super cute just look at that

face and those big beautiful doe eyes.

Normally these little guys are pretty chill and that's a good thing because the last

thing youd want to do is get on their bad side.

They are often taken for illegal pet trade but If they feel threatened they can actually

release venom from the side of their elbows. and when this venom is mixed with saliva it

can cause death by anaphylactic shock.

Geez.

The loris warns off predators by biting- hissing and raising its arms above its head.

Some people believe they have evolved over time to mimic the cobra.

It's no surprise that we like our Sonic up in here, and it seems you guys do too!

But somehow, despite the alternate versions videos, we haven't actually talked much

about Sonic himself!

So let's do it!

Now get ready to go fast, because it's time for the Top 10 Facts About Sonic!

Number 10: He wasn't always so blue and speedy.

In Fleetway's Sonic the Comic, the guy looked significantly less impressive in the beginning.

The brown, spindley hedgehog turned blue and had his speed enhanced by the good doctor

Ovi Kintobor.

Yes, that's Ivo Robotnik backwards.

Here, through a series of experiments and a sweet pair of kicks, Sonic went from a pretty

fast brown hedgehog, to a crazy fast blue one.

And he looks so much better.

If you look at blue then brown Sonic, it looks like before and after photos for a meth addict.

Number 9: He originally got all his speed from his shoes.

While in most forms, Sonic is naturally speedy, when he was first introduced his powers came

from his power sneakers.

In the game's manual, it said "It's Sonic, the real cool hedgehog with the spiked

haircut and power sneakers that give him super speed.

Oh god.

Now I'm picturing Sonic with frosted tips because of that haircut thing.

It's horrifying.

Number 8: The SEGA chant took up an eight of his first game.

Yep, we all know that early games weren't exactly the most hardware-intensive… mostly

because the hardware at the time was, well, pretty soft.

Damn, the wordplay, call me James Joyce!

As it turns out, the short little Seeeeegaaaaaa at the beginning that takes 3 seconds took

up an eighth of the space on the entire game, even more than some of the levels.

Really puts things in perspective.

Number 7: Michael Jackson might have written some Sonic tunes.

Yep, even the King of Pop couldn't stay away from the blue guy.

During production of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, MJ was asked to write some music for the game,

and apparently did.

However, he was later taken off the project, partly due to his not liking how the music

sounded on the machine, and partly, ya know… the child-related accusations.

Many believe, however, that some of his music did end up in the final game.

Sony refuses to comment on this though, so we're stuck wondering.

Number 6: Sonic loves to breakdance.

Comic readers are probably super familiar with Sonic's propensity to get down, but

while the whole breakdancing thing started in the comics, it's made its way into a

bunch of different games too.

For example, one of his taunts in Smash Bros Brawl is a breakdance, plus pretty much all

his fighting in Sonic Battle was breakdancing.

The guy feels the rhythm and he has to move.

Not his fault!

Number 5: Record Breaker.

The Sonic Archie Comics have been around for a long time.

24 years.

That's almost one whole Ron.

This incredibly long series makes it the longest running comic series based on a video game.

And there have been a lot.

So good job Sonic!

Number 4: Sonic's skid effect is from OutRun.

As is fairly common in games, certain sound effects were pulled from other games to be

used in Sonic.

Turs out his skidding sound was taken from another SEGA game, OutRun.

This would be so weird for Outrun players; personally, I notice every time they play

that scream from the Starcraft Academy.

It's used all the time and I love it.

Number 3: On-screen Debut.

While most people were first introduced to Sonic in his first game, he actually made

a super random appearance in Rad Mobile… as an air freshener.

Yeah.

I don't even know what scent he would be.

Hedgehog?

Evergreen?

The smell of speed?

Number 2: He may not be as fast as people say.

We all know that Sonic is super quick, often able to break the sound barrier in the comics.

But the nerds over at The Escapist's Game Theory actually did the math based on the

games, and… well, his speed isn't exactly impressive.

Turns out when you look at how quickly he can go along the track in the games works

out to roughly 10 metres per second.

While the speed of sound is 340 metres per second.

Still faster than me, but not exactly the stuff of legends.

Number 1: He actually SHOULD be able to swim.

Fans of the Sonic games may know that the guy is not the best swimmer.

And by that I mean, if he goes in the water, he dead.

I and many others always assumed it was just supposed to be a little quirk of his to make

levels more interesting, but it turns out the explanation is way funnier.

According to one of his creators, Yuji Naka, he just assumed hedgehogs wouldn't be able

to swim just from how they look.

Turns out: They can!

And it's adorable!

So Sonic, no more excuses, get in the pool young man!

The Rules of Floorball - EXPLAINED! - Duration: 4:10.

Ninh explains, the Rules of Floorball The object of the game is to score more goals

than the other team.

Floorball, sometimes referred to as Unihockey, Salibandy or Innebandy is a popular version

of hockey in Europe and Asia.

Teams consist of five outfield players and a goalkeeper.

The stick resembles an ice hockey stick and the ball is a perforated ball made of plastic.

You are eligible to use both sides of the stick to pass and shoot the ball.

The floor is generally a maximum of 40m x 20m, with goals 160cm wide and 115cm high.

The game starts with a faceoff.

Once a team has possession of the ball, they will try to shoot the ball into the goal.

To move the ball, you can pass the ball to a teammate.

Or run and control the ball with both sides of the stick.

The defending team will try and take the ball away from you.

Just like field hockey, they are allowed to make light contact with the ball carrier,

but ice hockey style checking is not allowed.

Also a player cannot lift the stick of another player.

Unique to Floorball, when playing the ball - the blade of the stick must not be played

above waist height and the ball must not be played above knee height.

Similar to Bandy, the goalkeeper does not have a stick.

He is the only player who is eligible to catch and throw the ball, but must not handle the

ball outside his own goal area.

Once a team scores a goal, the ball is then faced off at the centre spot and the process

starts all over again.

The game is played in 3 x 20 minute periods, for a total playing time of 60 minutes.

Junior matches are played in 3 x 15 minute periods.

Highest score at the end of time, wins.

That's basically the gist of it, but there's a few other things that you need to know before

playing or watching Floorball.

For example.

Substitution.

A team can substitute as many players as they like and at any time.

To do this, the player coming off must be out of the substitution area first before

the new player can come on.

The goalkeeper can also be substituted for an attacking player, but this leaves the goal

undefended.

Free hit.

If you break one of the rules that regards to the stick, or if a ball is deemed unplayable,

a free hit may be awarded.

The non-offending team can take a free hit from the spot of the foul.

Penalties.

If you break one of the rules, a penalty may be awarded.

Just like ice hockey, the penalised player must serve time in the penalty seat, and the

offending team is required to play shorthanded for a specific amount of time.

Minor infractions, such as these incur a two minute penalty and Major infractions incur

a 5 minute penalty.

All penalties must be served in full, so the offending team must play shorthanded until

the time of the penalty expires.

Time Out Each team is allowed 1 x 30 second time out

to take a break or discuss strategy.

Timeouts are usually used towards the end of the game.

Extra Time If scores are tied after regulation time,

an additional 10 minute period will be played to determine the winner.

The team that scores the next goal first … wins.

Penalty Shootout If scores are still tied after extra time,

a penalty shootout may be used to determine the winner.

Just like ice hockey, field hockey and bandy, a player can move the ball towards the goal

and try and score one on one against the goalkeeper.

The best of 5 shots per team, wins the contest.

Should you use Bribe Authority.

In most cases no.

What bride authority does is take away wanted levels from your entire CEO organization.

The problem is the cost.

It cost 15 grand to perform this action and it's just cheaper to call Lester and remove

wanted for $250-$1500 depending on your current wanted level.

If you are trying to make money doing Import/Export, Headhunter, Bunker Sell, Bunker Resupply or

whatever else, chances are that you don't want to spend money on something that you

have for cheaper.

Even if you have a 4 man team at 5 stars it would cost a total of about $6,000.

If your not in a rush you can also try just losing the cops for no money.

Just go into a tunnel if you're in the city and if you are outside the city you can outrun

the cops on dirt so you only have to worry about helicopters unless they're right behind

you.

But back to the main point, there is no good situation to use bride authorities.

It's just a waste of money.

Dear Santa, it has come to my attention That it is very nearly Christmas. Now, Just

because I am the Dark Lord does not mean that I should not receive gifts. I know

it is customary for you to give gifts for those on your nice list and give

lumps of coal to those you consider to be not so favorable. I have received many

lumps of coal from you for the past 37 years, and while I do find coal a

particularly useful resource, especially for lighting fires to keep my dark dark

dungeon warm and cozy, in light of climate change it has come to my

attention that is actually not so environmentally sustainable. Despite

being a Dark Lord, I think we all need to pull together to keep this planet a safe

place for all of us to live on and ignoring these kinds of pressing issues

is actually making you bad and not nice... if I was to write a list of naughty and

nice Wizards, considering your carbon footprint, you would very much be in the

naughty books! Therefore if you would like to remain on

my good side, you will do the ethically responsible thing and send me a

selection of gifts from my list. Henceforth I would like assorted jelly

snakes... yummy! Bertie Botts every flavor beans... but only

rotten egg and vomit flavor so I can trick children and make them cry.... ha ha

just joking.
