This Chinese Organ Body Clock Helps You Know When to Exercise, E - Duration: 1:07.

This Chinese Organ Body Clock Helps You Know When to Exercise, Eat, have Sex, Rest and

Sleep

In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is believed that each organ has its point of highest energy

and lowest energy.

This 24 hour cycle is believed to help us know when to exercise, eat, have sex, rest

and sleep.

It also acts as a way to communicate with a particular organ or meridian (energy channel)

of the body.

5 am to 7 am is the time of the Large Intestine making it a perfect time to have a bowel movement

and remove toxins from the day before.

It is also the ideal time to wash your body and comb your hair.

It is believed that combing your hair helps to clear out energy from the mind.

At this time, emotions of defensiveness or feelings of being stuck could be evoked.

7-9am is the time of the Stomach so it is important to eat the biggest meal of the day

here to optimize digestion and absorption.

Warm meals that are high in nutrition are best in the morning.

Emotions that are likely to be stirred at this time include disgust or despair.

9-11am is the time of the Pancreas and Spleen, where enzymes are released to help digest

food and release energy for the day ahead.

This is the ideal time to exercise and work.

Do your most taxing tasks of the day at this time.

Emotions such as low self-esteem may be felt at this time.

11am- 1pm is the time of the Heart which will work to pump nutrients around the body to

help provide you with energy and nutrition.

This is also a good time to eat lunch and it is recommend to have a light, cooked meal.

Having a one hour nap or a cup of tea is also recommended during this time.

Feelings of extreme joy or sadness can also be experienced at this time.

1-3pm is the time of the Small Intestine and is when food eaten earlier will complete its

digestion and assimilation.

This is also a good time to go about daily tasks or exercise.

Sometimes, vulnerable thoughts or feelings of abandonment my subconsciously arise at

this time.

3-5pm is the time of the Bladder when metabolic wastes move into the kidneys filtration

system.

This is the perfect time to study or complete brain-challenging work.

Another cup of tea is advised as is drinking a lot of water to help aid detoxification

processes.

Feeling irritated or timid may also occur at this time.

5-7pm is the time of the Kidneys when the blood is filtered and the kidneys work to

maintain proper chemical balance.

This is the perfect time to have dinner and to activate your circulation either by walking,

having a massage or stretching.

Subconscious thoughts of fear or terror can also be active at this time.

7-9pm is the time of Circulation when nutrients are carried to the capillaries and to each

cell.

This is the perfect time to read.

Avoid doing mental activities at this time.

A difficulty in expressing emotions may also be felt however, this is the perfect time

to have sex or conceive.

9-11pm is the time of Triple Heater or endocrine system where the bodys homeostasis is adjusted

and enzymes are replenished.

It is recommended to sleep at this time so the body can conserve energy for the following

day.

Feelings of paranoia or confusion may also be felt.

11pm-1am is the time of the Gall Bladder and in order to wake feeling energized the body

should be at rest.

In Chinese medicine, this period of time is when yin energy fades ad yang energy begins

to grow.

Yang energy helps you to keep active during the day and is stored when you are asleep.

Subconscious feelings of resentment may appear during this time.

1-3am is the time of the Liver and a time when the body should be alseep.

During this time, toxins are released from the body and fresh new blood is made.

If you find yourself waking during this time, you could have too much yang energy or problems

with your liver or detoxification pathways.

This is also the time of anger, frustration and rage.

3-5am the time of the Lungs and again, this is the time where the body should be asleep.

If woken at this time, nerve soothing exercises are recommended such as breathing exercises.

The body should be kept warm at this time too to help the lungs replenish the body with

oxygen.

The lungs are also associated with feelings of grief and sadness.

Chinese Medicine practitioners use this clock to help them determine the organ responsible

for disease.

For example, if you find yourself waking up between the hours of 3-5am each morning, you

may have underlying grief or sadness that is bothering you or you may have a condition

in the lung area.

If feelings of anger or resentment arise, you may feel them strongest during the time

of the Liver which is 1-3am or perhaps if you experience back pain at the end of your

working day, you could have pent up emotions of fear, or perhaps even Kidney issues.

15 Facts That Could Save Your Life - Duration: 8:48.

• Who detected cancer in their balls during a pregnancy test?

Can you take a dump in an envelope for science?

Here are 15 facts that could save your life.

15 – Ball Cancer Pregnancy Test • If a man pisses on a home pregnancy test

and the result is positive, he might want to get to the doctor straight away.

• Pregnancy tests look for elevated levels of beta human chorionic gonadotropin, which

is a hormone related to pregnant women.

But when men develop testicular cancer, they can often produce this hormone as well.

• There's other ways of checking for ball cancer though, such as regular fondling, because

a pregnancy test is not the most effective method for identifying it.

14 – Stabby McKnife • If you ever get stabbed - which we sort

of hope you don't - there's something critical to remember.

• Getting shanked would be a pretty unfortunate thing to happen, but if you do find yourself

with a knife lodged in your person, don't take the knife or object out.

If you remove the knife, you risk bleeding to death before the ambulance arrives.

• Sometimes the offender takes the knife with them though, so it's best to keep pressure

on the wound to avoid a bloody death.

13 – Life – Jack It • In the unlikely event of an airplane crash,

passengers should be aware of the safety procedures, especially what you need to do with your life

vest.

• If you've ever heard an airline safety spiel, they tell you not to inflate your safety

vest until after you exit the craft.

If water enters the crashed plane and you inflate your jacket early, you won't be

able to swim through the emergency exit and you'll be caught inside the sinking plane.

• Obviously this only applies if you're still alive after it crashes.

12 - Aspirin • Heart attacks can happen at any time,

and while you might be able to spot the symptoms, there is a household drug that could potentially

stop a person from dying.

• Taking aspirin is known to reduce, or potentially completely prevent heart attacks

by stopping blood clots in arteries.

It is used as a preventative measure, but can also save someone's life if they eat

it while they're enduring an attack.

• While Aspirin will help, don't forget to take the injured person straight to a hospital.

That part is kind of important.

11 – Sinking Car • We would hope that no one has to experience

this, but if you do find yourself in a car that crashes and sinks into a body of water,

there are certain things you should do.

• Immediately open your car doors as soon as you hit the water.

If you don't, the air in the car will pressurize and make it virtually impossible to open.

Your next option is to smash a window.

If those options fail, you'll need to wait for the car to fill up with water until the

pressure releases and you can open the doors.

• Assuming you don't drown first.

10 – Opera Wild Cats • Okay so this might not be the most scientifically

proven survival tactic, but it definitely worked for one lucky person.

• A woman who was once hiking in Colorado found herself confronted by an enormous mountain

lion standing ten feet behind her.

She knew not to run; otherwise the cat would attack her.

So her tactic was to belt out some classical opera music at the animal.

• The cat was so confused by the encounter it backed off and ran away through the bushes.

9 – Emergency Brake • Sometimes just knowing how technology

works can assist in saving a person's life.

• Most shopping centres, airports and universities will have escalators.

They're incredibly useful inventions.

But if someone were to fall on an escalator, would you know how to slam its brakes on?

Most people aren't aware, but there is an emergency stop button at both ends of every

escalator.

• The last thing you want to see is someone falling down infinitely moving stairs.

8 – Car Radiator • Like all machines, cars need regular upkeep.

But if you don't understand the basic functions of a car, you could literally end up in hot

water.

• Even if you don't understand how cars work, hell I don't, you should at least

know what to do if your car overheats.

If your radiator light starts blinking while you're driving, then pull over and turn

the car off.

Do not attempt to open your radiator cap for at least half an hour; otherwise you risk

having boiling water exploding into your face.

• Once the engine is cool, you can refill the water and drive it to a mechanic.

7 – Feel Yo Titties • Of all the ways you can prevent dying

early from cancer, this one is actually kind of fun.

• Once a month, ladies should check their boobs for any changes.

Including but not limited to: lumps, bumps, dimples, pimples, ripples, indents or swelling.

Get yours or a friend's hands and inspect every bit of your lady chest.

• Catching breast cancer early can significantly save lives, so if you find your Ta-Tas are

behaving differently, get a doctor to have a gander.

A medical gander, that is.

6 – Peggy McNail • This fact may not literally save your

life, but it damn well might save a trip to the emergency room.

• Some genius out there in the depths of the internet came up with a way to prevent

smashing your fingers when doing woodwork.

You get a clothes peg, you put the nail inside it, hold it to a wall, and hammer away without

the worry of destroying your poor phalanges in the process.

• It's the little things that keep you from losing your mind while doing housework.

5 – Dying Person Test • There is a very simple test that everyone

can do that apparently indicates when you will die.

• Brazilian physician, Claudio Gil Araujo, invented the sitting-rising test, also known

as the SRT.

It is designed to indicate how unhealthy people are based on their ability to sit down on

a floor and stand up without using their arms or knees.

• Based on your ability to get up with ease, Araujo suggests this is a massive indicator

of your overall health and therefore how much longer you can expect to live.

4 – Jellyfish Wee • We all know the rumour that if a jellyfish

stings you, you should take a steaming hot piss on the wound.

• The fact is though; urine isn't that helpful, if it helps at all.

The worst thing you can put on a jellyfish sting is fresh water, and if your pee isn't

salty enough, it will just agitate the nematocysts into releasing even more venom into your wound.

Saltwater or vinegar is significantly more effective.

• You might not have vinegar on you at the seaside, but there should be plenty of seawater.

You know.

In the sea.

3 – Seizure Etiquette • Epileptic fits are pretty scary to watch,

let alone endure.

If someone starts having a seizure in front of you, remember these things:

• They usually only last between 60 and 90 seconds.

Make sure the space around the person is clear, they might jerk around a lot.

Try to lean the person on their side, so their saliva doesn't choke them.

Don't shove your fingers in their mouth unless you're dislodging vomit.

• After a fit, people usually have no memory of what happened, so stay and comfort them.

People can't help inducing seizures, but you can help them.

2 – Carry a Stiff • Just say there is a zombie apocalypse

one day and you need to save your tall, bulky friend's life, but your friend has fainted

– how are you going to get them to safety?

• Apparently there is an easy way to lift someone who is heavier than you.

Sit them up, pull the person's arm over your shoulder, crouch down and with their

body pushed again you, thrust your body upwards using your legs.

• I'm sure it would take some practice, but there is still a little bit of time before

the zombie apocalypse starts.

1 – Shit in the Mail • People who are older than 50 are statistically

more likely to contract bowel cancer.

• In certain countries like Australia, there is a brilliant initiative to screen people

for the disease from the comfort of their own home.

All they have to do is shit onto a few sheets of paper and then send them via post to the

nearest clinic.

Millions of stool samples are sent in the mail every day, saving people's lives.

• Who knew in the future we would be shitting in envelopes to detect cancer.

Claim: Stone Carvings Reveal Comet Catastrophe | Space News - Duration: 7:19.

Welcome to Space News from the Electric

Universe, brought to you by The Thunderbolts Project at Thunderbolts.info.

New scientific reports suggest that ancient stone carvings confirm that a

great comet struck the earth over ten thousand years ago. Researchers at the

University of Edinburgh in Scotland have studied the perplexing symbols carved on

stone pillars at Göbekli Tepe in Turkey. They have concluded that the markings in

effect document a bombardment of comet fragments that hit Earth around 11,000

BC. Lead investigator dr. Martin Sweatman says of the research, "It appears Göbekli

Tepe was, among other things, an observatory for monitoring the night sky.

One of its pillars seems to have served at a memorial to this devastating

event -- probably the worst day in history since the end of the ice age." He

continues, "I think this research, along with a recent finding of a widespread

platinum anomaly across the North American continent virtually seals the

case in favor of a comet impact....Our work serves to reinforce that physical

evidence. What is happening here is the process of paradigm change." But if

ancient stone carvings count as evidence of actual events, a far more sweeping

paradigm change may be necessary. For nearly half a century, the founder of The

Thunderbolts Project, David Talbott has identified countless global patterns in

ancient myth, symbols and storytelling which under strict forensic guidelines

allow a reconstruction of extraordinary events. Talbott offered an introduction

to his work in the feature-length documentary film, Symbols of an Alien Sky.

In his ongoing video series, Discourses on an Alien Sky, he offers more detailed

analysis of specific mythical themes none of which can be understood in terms

of anything observed in the sky today. We asked David Talbott for his summary of

this latest claim of an ancient comet impact. One thing is pretty clear,

the global headlines were calculated to draw attention. From the British

publication New Scientist we read, "Ancient carvings show comet hit Earth

and triggered mini ice age." Or another popular media headline, "End of the World:

Ancient Göbekli Tepe 'Vulture Stone'. And also this, "Ancient 'observatory' may hold

secret to 'comet collision' and sudden climate change." Climate change even? With

possible shifts in Earth's rotational axis. But no such thing is actually

documented in any version of the story. The explosion of headlines around the

world was ignited by a random speculation in reference to

archeological findings in Turkey, going back to the 1960's. One headline after

another looking for a story. And yet there is a story reaching far beyond

this meager report. The real story has occurred across decades as scholars have

begun to notice carvings on stone raising the possibility that certain

common themes might have been provoked by unusual celestial events. Think, for

example, of the original work of plasma scientist Tony Peratt showing profound

similarities between rock art carvings of the so called stickman and also the

ladder of heaven concretely identifiable as electric discharge configurations in

the laboratory. That was real science and it helped to animate the Electric

Universe community more than 15 years ago. From the recent headline-grabbing

announcement you would not even know that there are recurrent themes in rock

art or that these themes find counterparts in early human

storytelling and in sacred practices the world over. This cross-cultural accord

requires systematic investigation and without that you're left with nothing

but a wild guess. Why should anyone believe that the obscure picture shown

here depicts either a comet or a swarm of comets? The carving itself gives no

reason to believe such a thing. And yet it is significant that today's scholars

appear increasingly willing to consider a celestial referent.

What they need to consider is the vast field of evidence and a vantage point

that works and provably works. My own conclusion from years of research

touching directly on this field is uncompromising. Isolated artwork and

storytelling never provides sufficient content for a reliable reconstruction.

Reliable conclusions are possible only when one takes into account the

worldwide patterns and that requires systematic attention to a broad field of

evidence. The patterns to be explored include storytelling, artistic

representations and ancient reenactments of Earth-altering events. Nothing less

than a global cross-cultural investigation could lead to any reliable

conclusions. The greatest surprise for me was that there are far more global

patterns than I've even imagined possible. Hundreds of archetypes, all vitally

connected to each other and you won't find anything more compelling than that

provable fact. Without a referent at the fundamental level of cross-cultural

archetypes, no explanation could advance beyond a mere conjecture. Nevertheless, it

is encouraging to see a general interest in unusual possibilities, something

potentially profound in the ancient sky, something not occurring today. That does

make good sense and could be the beginning of real advances in the study

of the ancient cultures and the planetary history as well.

This Video Exposes The Lie We Live - Duration: 12:15.

This

Video Exposes The Lie We Live

By consciousreminder

I often ask people, What would you be doing if there was no such thing as money? Some

people will answer along the lines of, That would be impossible to fathom or look at

me as if Im crazy without realizing how trapped within the system that they have become.

Would the fry cook at McDonalds still be making french fries if there was no such thing

as money? Probably not, but he or she might be doing something in the culinary arts field

or in agriculture to help feed others.

If you take money out of the equation, it will give you a good idea of why youre

here and what you should be doing with your life. Many people will say, If there was

no such thing as money, then Id travel a lot or they might say, Id party

all day but after traveling and partying, most people would eventually want to do something

the contributes to society.

If there was no such thing as money, Id grow a large fruit orchard with a sign next

to it that said something along the lines of, Help yourself and if you know someone

who is hungry, grab some for them too. Id also like to work with children in helping

them to find their true, divine reason(s) for being here.

We dont need money because that makes us economic slaves to a broken system of fiat

currency. What we need are ideas such as the The Venus Project, Ubuntu, or The Global Unity

Project to come to fruition, where EVERYONE can live in abundance and prosperity without

the need for economic subservience and slavery.

Who else is tired of being a slave to a broken system? Who else feels the pain of those who

are starving and homeless? Certainly not those who control this planet.

The following video and commentary was created by Spencer Cathcart and tells of the truth

we see everyday but rarely think about.

Its time to write a new script!

The following is the transcription for the video:

The Lie We Live

At this moment you could be anywhere, doing anything. Instead you sit alone before a screen.

So whats stopping us from doing what we want? Being where we want to be?

Each day we wake up in the same room and follow the same path, to live the same day as yesterday.

Yet at one time each day was a new adventure. Along the way something changed. Before our

days were timeless, now our days are scheduled.

Is this what it means to be grown up? To be free? But are we really free?

Food, water, land.

The very elements we need to survive are owned by corporations. Theres no food for us

on trees, no freshwater in streams, no land to build a home. If you try and take what

the Earth provides youll be locked away. So we obey their rules.

We discover the world through a textbook. For years we sit and regurgitate what were

told. Tested and graded like subjects in a lab. Raised not to make a difference in this

world, raised to be no different. Smart enough to do our job but not to question why we do

it. So we work and work, left with no time to live the life we work for. Until a day

comes when we are too old to do our job. It is here we are left to die. Our children take

our place in the game.

To us, our path is unique, but together we are nothing more than fuel. The fuel that

powers the elite. The elite who hide behind the logos of corporations. This is their world.

And their most valuable resource is not in the ground. It is us.

We build their cities, we run their machines, we fight their wars. After all, money isnt

what drives them. Its power. Money is simply the tool they use to control us. Worthless

pieces of paper we depend on to feed us, move us, entertain us.

They gave us money and in return we gave them the world. Where there were trees that cleaned

our air are now factories that poison it. Where there was water to drink, is toxic waste

that stinks. Where animals ran free, are factory farms where they are born and slaughtered

endlessly, for our satisfaction. Over a billion people are starving, despite us having enough

food for everybody. Where does it all go? 70% of the grain we grow is fed to fatten

the animals you eat for dinner. Why help the starving? You cant profit off them.

We are like a plague sweeping the earth, tearing apart the very environment that allows us

to live. We see everything as something to be sold, as an object to be owned. But what

happens when we have polluted the last river? Poisoned the last breath of air? Have no oil

for the trucks that bring us our food? When will we realize money cant be eaten, that

it has no value?

We arent destroying the planet. We are destroying all life on it. Every year thousands

of species go extinct. And time is running out before were next. If you live in America

theres a 41% chance youll get cancer. Heart disease will kill one out of three Americans.

We take prescription drugs to deal with these problems, but medical care is the third leading

cause of death behind cancer and heart disease. Were told everything can be solved by throwing

money at scientists so they can discover a pill to make our problems go away. But the

drug companies and cancer societies rely on our suffering to make a profit. We think were

running for a cure, but really were running away from the cause. Our body is a product

of what we consume and the food we eat is designed purely for profit. We fill ourselves

with toxic chemicals. The bodies of animals infested with drugs and diseases. But we dont

see this. The small group of corporations that own the media dont want us to. Surrounding

us with a fantasy were told is reality.

Its funny to think humans once thought the earth was the center of the universe.

But then again, now we see ourselves as the center of the planet. We point to our technology

and say were the smartest. But do computers, cars, and factories really illustrate how

intelligent we are? Or do they show how lazy weve become. We put this civilized

mask on. But when you strip that away what are we?

How quickly we forget only within past hundred years did we allow women to vote; allow blacks

to live as equals. We act as if we are all-knowing beings, yet there is much we fail to see.

We walk down the street ignoring all the little things. The eyes who stare. The stories they

share. Seeing everything as a background to me.

Perhaps we fear were not alone. That we are a part of a much bigger picture. But we

fail to make the connection. Were okay killing pigs, cows, chickens, strangers from

foreign lands. But not our neighbors, not our dogs, our cats, those we have come to

love and understand. We call other creatures stupid yet we point to them to justify our

actions. But does killing simply because we can, because we always have, make it right?

Or does it show how little weve learned. That we continue to act out of primal aggression

rather than thought and compassion.

One day, this sensation we call life will leave us. Our bodies will rot, our valuables

recollected. Yesterdays actions all that remain. Death constantly surrounds us, still

it seems so distant from our everyday reality. We live in a world on the verge of collapse.

The wars of tomorrow will have no winners. For violence will never be the answer; it

will destroy every possible solution.

If we all look at our innermost desire, we will see our dreams are not so different.

We share a common goal. Happiness. We tear the world apart looking for joy, without ever

looking within ourselves. Many of the happiest people are those who own the least. But are

we really so happy with our iPhones, our big houses, our fancy cars?

Weve become disconnected. Idolizing people weve never met. We witness the extraordinary

on screens but ordinary everywhere else. We wait for someone to bring change without ever

thinking of changing ourselves.

Presidential elections might as well be a coin toss. Its two sides of the same coin.

We choose which face we want and the illusion of choice, of change is created. But the world

remains the same. We fail to realize the politicians dont serve us; they serve those who fund

them into power.

We need leaders, not politicians. But in this world of followers, we have forgotten to lead

ourselves. Stop waiting for change and be the change you want to see. We didnt get

to this point by sitting on our asses. The human race survived not because we are fastest

or the strongest, but because we worked together.

We have mastered the act of killing. Now lets master the joy of living.

This isnt about saving the planet. The planet will be here whether we are or not.

Earth has been around for billions of years, each of us will be lucky to last eighty. We

are a flash in time, but our impact is forever.

I often wished I lived in an age before computers, when we didnt have screens to distract

us.

But I realize theres one reason why this is the only time I want to be alive. Because

here today, we have an opportunity we never had before. The internet gives us the power

to share a message and unite millions around the world. While we still can we must use

our screens to bring us together, rather than farther apart.

For better or worse, our generation will determine the future of life on this planet. We can

either continue to serve this system of destruction until no memory of our existence remains or

we can wake up. Realize we arent evolving upwards, but rather falling downwe just

have screens in our faces so we dont see where were heading.

This present moment is what every step, every breath and every death has led to. We are

the faces of all who came before us. And now it is our turn. You can choose to carve your

own path or follow the road countless others have already taken.

Life is not

a movie. The script isnt already written. We are the writers.

A weekend of frantic spin Republicans ramp up the blatant lying after their Trumpcare victory - Duration: 6:55.

A weekend of frantic spin Republicans ramp up the blatant lying after their Trumpcare

victory

The Republicans were very, very happy last week when they finally got their Trumpcare

bill through the House by one vote.

The political establishments favorite Republican, House Speaker Paul Ryan, got to take a long-awaited

curtain call as even his normally hostile right-wing colleagues gave him an ovation.

Then House Republicans hopped on party buses for the short trip to the White House, where

they all patted one another on the back and basked in the unprecedented unpopularity of

their leader, Donald Trump, as he congratulated them on fulfilling their promise to make America

sick again.

Its unclear exactly why this should have been such a heavy lift.

Just a little over a year ago, President Barack Obama vetoed a bill to repeal the Affordable

Care Act that had sailed through both houses of Congress.

Why, you might almost think Republicans werent actually serious about that one, or they would

have simply passed it again and sent it to Trumps desk to be signed into law.

The fact that they didnt do that perfectly illustrates the point that all the hand-wringing

over Obamacare was political posturing.

Once given the power to repeal it, the GOP has had to face up to the fact that it would

be ruining millions of peoples lives and destroying families financial security

for the sake of massive tax cuts.

In the end, party leaders felt it was worth it at least in the House.

Now all eyes turn to the Senate, which, for some unknown reason, everyone seems to think

will save the day.

But as HuffPosts Jonathan Cohn pointed out on MSNBC on Sunday, its possible that

the House has set the bar so low with its cruel and dishonest bill that any improvement

(say, reducing the number of people thrown off their health insurance from 24 million

to 15 million) will be considered an act of great empathy, and everyone will applaud the

great work of the senior statesmen of the Senate.

Some of the, shall we say, dimmer lights in the GOP have already tripped themselves up

drinking the deadly poison before they understood what was in the cup.

Wisconsins Gov. Scott Walker, the once and future Great White Bread Hope of the Republican

Party, blurted out that he would consider applying for the waiver granting him the right

to allow insurers to discriminate on the basis of pre-existing conditions.

He claimed that everyone had really liked the high risk pools, before Obamacare

ruined everything by making it so everyone was treated equally.

There was an immediate outcry from his constituents and he later clarified that he wasnt looking

to change policies for people with pre-existing conditions, which almost certainly laid no

ones concerns to rest.

Later, Walker got into a spat with a county executive who had the nerve to ask him about

health care at a tourism event, which had the governor hopping mad:

If the reaction of Republican leaders on the Sunday morning talk shows is any indication,

the official plan is simply to lie about whats in the bill and hope nobody finds out.

The House failed to let the Congressional Budget Office score the Trumpcare bill before

representatives voted, but Speaker Ryan insisted on ABC News This Week that any mention

of that fact was a bogus attack from the left, since the CBO had scored the bill

that failed last month and only three pages of changes were made.

Needless to say, those three pages contained all the pernicious additions that the right-wingers

of the House Freedom Caucus demanded and received, resulting in the groups support and the

bills passage.

Ryan went further and claimed that under this bill, no matter what, you cannot be denied

coverage if you have a pre-existing condition. He forgot to mention that it could cost as

much as taxpayers lay out weekly to send Trump to make personal appearances at his for-profit

golf resorts.

(Im only slightly exaggerating.

The costs for people with pre-existing conditions in certain situations will skyrocket.

Its unlikely to match the millions Trump has already charged the taxpayers to fund

his weekend promotional trips on behalf of the Trump Organization.)

In reality, the costs and consequences for people with pre-existing conditions will be

much greater than what was described in the original CBO report.

Destroying that guarantee was one of the Freedom Caucus fundamental demands, and it received

it.

The $8 billion Band-Aid called the Upton amendment will do little to pay for what most experts

believe is at least a $200 billion expense.

But for all his dishonest spin, Ryan was pretty much George Washington copping to having chopped

the cherry tree as compared with Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Prices act.

He appeared on a number of shows on Sunday and was a gushing fountain of disinformation,

distortion and misdirection.

Like Ryan, Price insisted that people with pre-existing conditions will be just fine.

He also ludicrously asserted that the goal of Trumpcare is to make certain that every

single person has health coverage.

A weekend of frantic spin: Republicans ramp up the blatant lying after their Trumpcare

victory On CNN he responded to Jake Tappers question

about whether the $880 billion in Medicaid cuts will result in loss of health care with

some incomprehensible nonsense about how everyone will be covered because the new plan is more

responsive whatever that means.

On NBC News Meet the Press he fatuously argued that many people are still uncovered

by insurance with the ACA and Trumpcare would cover them all.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The Congressional Budget Office and every nonpartisan analysis has made clear that this

grotesque parody of a health care plan will actually result in tens of millions of people

losing coverage, from both the cuts to Medicaid and the subsidies.

Others will simply be priced out of the market entirely.

These GOP leaders know this.

Their frantic pirouettes around the facts and the numbers proves it.

They are simply driven to deliver for their true constituents: corporations and wealthy

individuals who will see an $800 billion windfall in tax cuts.

And if some of their true believers feel the effects, Republicans obviously figure they

can blame this all on the fact that Obamacare was so terrible that it couldnt possibly

be corrected all in one go.

If I were a cynical person, I might even suspect that they were planning to go back next year

to fix it with more tax cuts.

Black River Revue - Dungeon - Duration: 3:43.

[singing] Take a step by my kitchen door,

thinking about a song I never sang before.

Kick around the ground and I'm feeling leaves, blowing up

the wind, blowing through the trees.

There ain't a thing I can do about it.

There ain't a word I can say.

It's like living in a deep dark dungeon, baby.

I don't know why I feel this way.

Follow down the path leading to the woods,

looking at the land where the white pines stood.

All we knew was to cut it down.

King in the castle still wears a crown.

There ain't a thing I can do about it.

There ain't a word I can say.

It's like living in a deep dark dungeon, baby.

I don't know why I feel this way.

Follow down the path, there's a fork in the tree,

and either left or right, am I doomed to fail?

All I know is my head's up high, make my own damn road

before life passes by.

There ain't a thing I can do about it.

There ain't a word I can say.

It's like living in a deep dark dungeon, baby.

I don't know why I feel this way.

Cosmic Dawn: The Science of JWST - Duration: 9:28.

The James Webb Space Telescope is our next great observatory in space.

Forged from the fires of curiosity and fueled by 25 years of discovery from the Hubble Space Telescope,

new questions have emerged that require a new set of eyes on the cosmos.

Astronomers and cosmologists around the world have chosen JWST as the flagship to begin

a new chapter of discovery.

With Hubble's discoveries as a starting point, JWST was designed peer farther and

capture objects fainter than Hubble could ever hope to, and it will address four main

scientific realms of interest for astronomers and cosmologists.

JWST will peer deep into the history of our cosmos into a time known as the end of the Dark Ages

This is a period in our universe when the first stars and galaxies were formed.

According to theory as well as observations from the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe

(WMAP), the universe has expanded by a factor of 20 since the Big Bang during this period,

the mean density was 8000 times greater than it is now, and the age of the cosmos was only

about 180 million years.

The first stars to emerge from this time were 30 to 1000 times as massive as the Sun and

millions of times as bright and burned for only a few million years before meeting a

violent end.

Each one would produce either a super luminous pair-instability supernova or collapse directly

to a black hole.

These supernovae would come to enrich the surrounding gas with the chemical elements

produced in their interiors, and future generations of stars would all contain these heavier elements,

referred to by astronomers as 'metals'.

The black holes produced from these violent deaths would start to consume gas and other

stars to become mini-quasars, growing and merging to become the supermassive black holes

now found at the centers of nearly all galaxies.

Galaxies are the visible building blocks of the universe.

Theories developed through observation give us a preferred picture of the assembly of

galaxies.

It seems that small objects formed first, and then were drawn together by gravity to

form larger ones.

This process is still occurring today, as our Milky Way merges with some of its dwarf

companions, and as the enormous Great Andromeda Galaxy heads toward the Milky Way for a future

collision billions of years hence.

With Hubble, galaxies have been observed back to times about 400 million years after the

Big Bang.

While most of these early galaxies are smaller and more irregular than those of today, some

early galaxies are very similar to those seen nearby and astronomers want to learn why.

Astronomers do not really know how galaxies are formed, what controls their shapes, what

makes them form stars, or how the chemical elements are generated and redistributed through

the galaxies, nor whether the central black holes exert great influence over the galaxies.

JWST will be able to observe galaxies back to their earliest precursors so that we can

understand their growth and their morphological and metallicity evolution.

The James Webb Space Telescope will provide imaging and spectroscopy over bright range

of infrared wavelengths to uncover many of these mysteries of the very first galaxies

ever to form in the universe.

The study of stars is as old as the field of astronomy but, only in recent times have

we begun to understand them from detailed observations and computer simulations.

A hundred years ago we didn't know that they are powered by nuclear fusion, and 50 years

ago we didn't know that stars are continually being formed.

We still do not know the details of how stars are formed from clouds of gas and dust, or

why most stars form in groups, or how planets form with them.

We also do not know the details of how they evolve and liberate the so-called "metals"

back into space for recycling into new generations of stars and planets.

In many cases these old stars have major effects on the formation of new ones.

Astronomers have learned that most stars are formed in multiple star systems and that many

have planets.

However, there is little agreement about how this occurs, and the discovery of large numbers

of massive planets in very close orbits around their stars was very surprising.

We also know that planets are common around late-type stars - these are stars cooler and

less massive than the Sun - and that debris disks might signal their presence.

Understanding the origin of the Earth and its ability to support life has been a burning

question that impacts all of humanity and is central to the JWST science program.

Astronomers will use JWST to understand the formation of small objects and how they combine

to form large ones, learning how they reach their present orbits, how the large planets

affect the others in systems like ours, and about the chemical and physical history of

the small and large objects that formed the Earth and delivered the necessary chemical

precursors for life.

One of the main uses of the James Webb Space Telescope will be to study the characteristics

of exoplanets, to search for the building blocks of life elsewhere in the universe.

To do this, it will study the atmospheres of planets around distant stars as the host

star's light travels through any atmosphere the exoplanet might have.

Using spectra to determine the composition, astronomers using JWST will be able to determine

if there is any water as well as any telltale signs of life, like increased methane concentrations.

In addition to studying planets outside our solar system, scientists want to learn more

about our own home.

JWST complements NASA's other solar system missions, including those observatories on

the ground, orbiting Earth, and in deep space.

Data in different wavelengths and from different sources can help us build a broader, fuller

picture of the objects in our solar system especially with the help of JWST's unprecedented

improvements in sensitivity and resolution.

JWST will observe Mars and the giant planets, minor planets like Pluto and Eris - and even

the small bodies in our solar system: asteroids, comets, and Kuiper Belt Objects.

The infrared capabilities of JWST will help us understand cool objects and dust in the

outer Solar System.

These outer regions still provide a glimpse of conditions in the early Solar System, and

are directly comparable to cool objects and dust observed around other stars.

From its inception, the James Webb Space Telescope has been designed to answer some of the most

burning questions astronomers have had for centuries: what were the first stars and galaxies

like?

How did they form?

How exactly do stars and planets come about?; what is our solar system really like?; and

what about the billions of planets orbiting other stars: are they habitable for us?; What

are the possibilities for life elsewhere?; Where do we fit in?

When JWST launches from the titanic Ariane V on the French Guyana coast in October 2018,

capabilities become available in our quest for understanding the cosmos that we've

never before had: a set of eyes will be open for the first time, heralding in a bright,

new era in humanity's attempt to understand itself.

[AXIS B] Interview - KSTATION TV - Duration: 9:39.

Hello and welcome to our home in Seoul.

KSTATION TV already talked about this Kpop group who has debuted in the Philippines and in Japan,

but not in Korea yet.

These 5 boys, full of humour, talent and charm, are called AXIS B.

Today, KSTATION TV presents this young group on which you might want to keep an eye on.

An interview done in an amusement park, in Seoul, where AXIS B performed.

Hello,

Ok, let's introduce ourselves, 1-2-3 AXIS B, hello we are AXIS B.

Hello.

Can you introduce yourselves and tell us who is AXIS B?

Yes.

The name of our group is AXIS B.

In English "AXIS" means to be at the center of the world and the B stands for "Boys".

So, in a way, we are the boys in the center of the world.

And, that's actually what we'd like to become,

indeed it's our group AXIS B.

Yes, our concept is that we are producing the music, lyrics, dance and outfits ourselves.

We are doing everything, we are managing ourselves.

Yes, indeed, so now we're going to introduce ourselves one by one.

First of all, my name is DoA. I am in charge of the marketing and promotion of the group.

Thank you for your support.

Me, I'm Ju No and I'm in charge of the Rap. Thank you.

I am Jang Hoon, I'm in charge of the vocal part in AXIS B. Thank you.

In AXIS B, I'm in charge of the dance and choreographies. I'm Dae Young. Thank you.

Me, I'm the Maknae. My name is Honey. Thank you.

How did your first meeting go? What was your first impression of each other?

Oh, the first time we've met.

The first time… I think it was about 6 months ago now.

Yes, actually it's been 6 months since we've started working together as AXIS B.

Before AXIS B, a while ago, Doha, Daeyan and I all knew each other.

Doha and Honey have also been working together.

So, even if it's only been a little time since we've been a group, we are all working together.

Yes, indeed.

Because some of us knew each other before, it's easier and we are feeling much at ease.

When I was in highschool, my singing teacher became, after a while, our maknae's teacher.

So, like that, by chance, we've met together with Honey.

We could say that, already in the past, we were in contact.

So, what was your impression of one another?

The first impression?

Me, I found our maknae really beautiful at first,

but as time passed by, I found out his head was in the clouds a bit, he's simple-minded.

Indeed, he has many flaws, but I think that's what makes his charm.

Yes, he has an innocent side.

While me, when I met Dae Young for the first time, he was really shy.

So, as I am too, it took a while for us to get close, about 1 or 2 months, to feel at ease with each other.

Yes, we became close friends quite recently.

During the first and second months, we didn't talk much.

So, I don't have many memories with him, but I find him really friendly.

In the musical world, korean or international, do you have any role models? Who? And why?

Who wants to go first?

Role models…

For me, I knew Maroon 5

since their music are often broadcasted in korean shows and

used during dance's auditions.

That's how I began to like their music as its variety is good to dance on.

So, that's why I like this group.

Me, I've liked Chris Brown for a while, his dance style.

Can you sing a bit?

Well, not right now!

If you ask me without notice, I don't remember it.

When I was a trainee, I often used his style to train.

Yes, by imitating this Mister Chris Brown.

Brown, Mister Chris Brown.

And DoA?

Me, I like foreign singers, like R.Kelly.

I say "sunbae" because we both work as singers, so he is a "sunbae". I

Indeed, I like him.

And, in Japan as well, there is a group called Arashi

They are 5 and their band has been here for a while.

As we are extending our activities in Japan,

we want to consider Arashi as our role models.

Our group would like to become a group that will have a long career, 20 to 30 years long,

until we become grand-parents.

That's why I respect this group Arashi.

Yes, that's a good reason.

You, you don't have one. Everyone needs to cite his role models.

Me, I have a lot of respect for Michael Jackson.

Because, before becoming a singer, I was B-boying and

I was greatly inspired by this artist.

Michael Jackson.

Now, me. Here, in Korea, there is the group Big Bang and this year,

it's been 10 years since they've been here, just like the group Arashi you've mentioned earlier.

So, me too, I want our group to hold on as long as possible,

with a strong friendship like the group Big Bang, yeah!

Do you know a bit about Europe? Which country would you like to visit and/or discover?

In Europe, Soccer is well known.

Yes, indeed. They are really good at Soccer,

but the plane ticket is very expensive.

Even if there are many countries in Europe that I want to visit, well…

Me, it's Spain.

Me, Canada.

Canada?

Canada is not in Europe.

Canada is not Europe?

No. Not at all in Europe.

Oh, ok.

He is stupid, that's his charm.

At first it was fun, that was part of his charm.

Sorry. I'm going to study Europe more.

As for me, Italia.

Oh, you and me, it's the same.

Really?

Do you want to go together?

But you've already visited Italia, right?

Me, yes. There are a lot of beautiful things in Italia, so I'd like to go again.

Italia, why?

I've already been there to perform.

Ju No has been B-boying for more than 10 years and has visited many countries in Europe.

No, not that much.

Oh, ok.

Just a few. Because the plane ticket is expensive.

Me, Prague. I want to visit the Czech Republic.

Oh, really?

Yes. I've been wanting to visit Prague for a long time.

Why, why?

From what I've heard, it's a beautiful country, especially the women.

Ah, girls…

Yes, that's what I've heard.

What are your future plans?

Now, as we consider expanding our activities in Korea,

we want to do the same for the rest of the world, in Europe, Philippines, Japan…

When we become more famous,

we want to be among the most known artists in the world, that is our ultimate goal.

Indeed. Starting tomorrow, AXIS B will leave to perform in the Philippines and we will tour in 5 cities.

Even if we've just debuted,

we already see many people buying our tickets for the shows,

that makes our eagerness grows.

When we will finish our activities in Japan,

after we will go to Korea for new activities.

So, please cheer on us very hard. We will give our best too.

To end this interview. Can you say a few words to your fans?

Let's start with Honey.

We will do our best during preparation and we will always give our best. Thank you.

So, we haven't visited Europe yet, but the desire is already here. If there is a chance,

, please call us. Thank you.

Indeed, we, the 5 members of AXIS B,

we will work harder and harder, and we will come back to you with better musics.

Until then, please support us well.

Already, we are receiving so much support from you.

We are going to make every effort to become even better. Please cheer on us.

Yes. Thank you to our fans in Europe.

We already want to come hold a concert in Europe,

while there are still European fans present.

So, cheer on AXIS B. Even if the plane ticket is a bit expensive to go to Europe,

we will do more to come easily, by gaining fame.

And so, we ask you to please be a little more patient. Thank you.

1-2-3 AXIS B. Bye. Thank you.

Thank you to AXIS B for the time they gave us before their perfomance.

Feel free to follow them on their different SNS

and don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more interviews and Korean music.

Until next time. From now…. CUT!
