Ole Miss Soccer: Spring 2017 - Coach Mott 2017 - Duration: 5:45.

[MUSIC]

Here with Ole Miss head soccer coach, Matt Mott

who just led his team to a 4-1 record in spring play this year.

4-1 looks great on paper, but give us your insight

on how you thought the team did in the spring.

Yeah, it was a really good spring for us.

I felt probably the best spring we've had since I've been here.

The girls came in fit from Christmas break

and worked really hard in the weight room.

And then we got on the field and did such a good job of taking on board

what we were trying to teach them and work with them.

We did a lot of work on defending, early on in spring

and it showed by us not giving up many goals.

And then we worked a ton, maybe the second half on our attack

and we scored, I think 18 goals in the four games.

So really happy with that and it was an overall really good spring.

We've got the right 17 players here ready to go

and bring in the freshman class and I think it was a great spring.

You mentioned the goal scoring,

is that an area you are already seeing a lot of improvement going into the fall?

Yeah, you know, CeCe Kizer is back in form and healthy

and she had a great spring.

Gabby Little who was a freshman this year for us,

she's really kind of rounded into form and those two are really dangerous.

And then we added Channing Foster an early enrollee

who was just dynamite for us.

So that and a couple other of the new guys that came in,

they just really gelled early on, really quickly.

We'll get to some of those new additions in a bit.

But in the spring you played some teams you are going to see again in the fall,

how does that help as you prepare for a grueling SEC slate?

Yeah so it's, you know, we are going to all be so different,

it's great that we played them, because it's great competition

but I don't think it really translates very much from game to game.

You know, Auburn when we play them in the fall will be much different

than the team we played in the spring.

And same thing with Memphis, and LSU.

I mean those guys are bringing in big classes

and it's going to be different certainly.

So it's great, because it's great competition, it's SEC level competition

but the game to game from the spring to the fall are much different.

Let's get to some of those early additions you made in the spring here.

Channing Foster, the freshman what is she going to bring to the team,

what is she already showing you so far?

She has been just dynamite, came played an attacking mid role

and kind of a forward roll, she scored a number of goals in the spring.

And just played some final balls into our front guys that we haven't

seen really in my time here.

She's a tough kid and for a freshman she is really well skilled

and is able to unlock pressure really easily for her,

it's almost natural for her.

So she is going to be an exciting one for us to watch for sure.

Same question for JuCo transfer Mary Kate Smith.

Yeah, Mary Kate Smith has been a dream.

She transferred to us from the JuCo college,

really our first JuCo player we've had since I've been here.

And she's been awesome, fast and tough

and played on the right side the whole time, served great balls

as a scoring threat, but tough defensively.

She's going to be a great one for the Rebels to watch for sure.

Julia Phillips a transfer from Florida State, you hear that big time program

kind of thing coming in, what's she bringing.

Yeah, big time player, you know, she's left footed

plays on the left side and played a ton of minutes for us this spring

and I think she's poised to be a big contributor for us in the fall.

You know, had great tenacity and toughness

and came in with a great skill set and obviously great pedigree

coming out of Virginia, but playing certainly at Florida State

and her first year really helped her.

So the three of them were fantastic for us.

Lost some seniors, so what are you looking for from a leadership standpoint

on your team this season?

It's a great question, so we named Bella Fiorenizo our captain.

She was almost a unanimous pick from --

we had the team vote, and the staff vote.

And Bella just has this way about her, she's a great leader

she connects so well with people, she listens so well,

and so well spoken, but she's a competitor on the field.

She came in didn't play much and was coming off a big injuries

and by this point now, she's one of our key players.

Tell us about the senior class.

Yeah, you know Liza, Danny, Courtney, and Bella.

It's four guys that have a lot of experience, have played a lot of minutes

and are ready to get this program back where it belongs.

I think that's been their big push.

You know our motto this year is brick by brick.

And they want to do it one step at a time and focus on all of the little

details to make sure we're doing things the right way

and putting this program back where it belongs

and kind of looking to get back in the SEC tournament,

back in the NCAA tournament, those are the goals for us

and those guys are dedicated and motivated to do that.

Speaking of brick by brick, you are kind of getting your home back

with the Gillom center, what's that going to mean for this team

and for the future of the Ole Miss Rebels team?

Yeah, I mean, its hard to say we are going home,

because outside the four walls, it's a brand new facility.

I mean it is a fantastic building, we are so fortunate

there's not another one in the SEC like it for soccer and volleyball

and softball and rifle.

But what an awesome building it is, between the video lounges

and the team spaces and the weight room and the training room

it's a one stop shop for our athletes which is huge.

They show up, they have everything right here.

They walk out of it right on to our field.

You know, again their team room's there, their locker room's there,

our offices are there.

So everything they need from a soccer standpoint is in place.

And I have to give big credit to Ross Bjork and Lynette Johnson and Joe Swingle

for making this -- it'll be our new home, but it is an awesome, awesome

new facility for us.

I think you left out a major part,

the girls are excited about the ping pong table.

Yeah we voted, we voted pool, ping pong or foosball,

they went with ping pong.

Well coach it's been great catching up with you.

Best of luck this fall.

Thank you so much.

What Is Sleep ParalysisTypes, Risk Factors, And Treatments - Duration: 6:47.

What Is Sleep Paralysis?

Types, Risk Factors, And Treatments

Sleep paralysis is medically defined as a state of being conscious but unable to move,

speak, or react.

Episodes usually last for about 1-2 mins and are often said to occur when a person passes

between stages of wakefulness and sleep.

Treatments that can help combat the condition include improving your sleep habits and avoiding

caffeine or alcohol before sleeping.

If you have ever woken up and felt like you couldnt move, then congratulations (well,

not really)!

You have experienced sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis is medically defined as a state of being conscious but unable to physically

move any part of your body.

This usually happens when there is a little miscommunication between the phases of sleep

and waking up.

Those who have experienced it consider it to be an extremely frightening experience.

This is because they are consciously awake and mentally aware of their surroundings,

but their body is still asleep, and they have no voluntary control over bodily movements.

Although it sounds strange, this condition is quite common and does not harm your body

or mean that there is anything seriously wrong with you.

What Are The Types Of Sleep Paralysis?

When we fall asleep, our minds and bodies are both super relaxed and slowly become less

aware of their environment.

Hypnagogic Phase

When we experience this phase, the paralysis that happens before we fall asleep, the mind

is consciously aware of whats going on; however, the body is still in an unconscious

state of relaxation.

So no matter what the person does or is consciously awake for, they will be unable to move their

body, resulting in panic.

Hypnopompic Phase

This phase is the paralysis that happens after the person wakes up from rapid-eye movement

(REM) sleep.

During REM sleep, the person is in deep sleep and dreaming, for which the brain paralyzes

the muscles so that we dont act on our dreams, almost like tying our body up subconsciously.

Here, you are conscious, may possibly see your dreams unravel in front of you, but will

not have any conscious control on your own movements.

It is a terrifying experience if you are having a nightmare and cant move a muscle to dodge

whats in front of you.

In hypnopompic sleep paralysis, a part of your brain wakes up, but the part that is

responsible for REM sleep and the muscles paralysis is still asleep.

Who Is More Susceptible To Sleep Paralysis?

You are more likely to experience sleep paralysis if the following factors apply to you:

Alcohol abuse Stress

Inconsistent sleep timings Lack of deep sleep or previous cases of insomnia

Sleeping on your back and not your side Bipolar and related mental disorders

Sleep disorders such as restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy (random and involuntary phases

of deep sleep), or even nighttime leg cramps Use of medicines, especially those to treat

attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) On average, people experience sleep paralysis

only around one to two times in their lives.

But some experience it close to few times a month!

A study by Penn State University found that around 8% of the population who had frequent

sleep paralysis issues also suffered from mental disorders like depression, anxiety,

and sleep apnea (short-term inability to breathe while asleep) and were also more vulnerable

to experiencing it.

What Are The Advised Treatments?

Since this condition is triggered naturally by the body, there is no proper medication

for the treatment.

But if a doctor does find a source of the frequent sleep paralysis, here are some usually

advised treatments:

Providing you with a consistent sleep schedule Prescription anti-depressants

Sleeping pills Counseling with a mental health professional

Treatment for any possible sleep disorders

Some Remedies You Can Try On Your Own

Getting an adequate amount of sleep Making sure you get good quality sleep by

taking measures to de-stress yourself before going to bed

Not depriving yourself of sleep, as a missed day of good sleep is said to be a trigger

Reducing caffeine, alcohol, and drug consumption Restricting smoking

Switching off or keeping electronic devices away from you at least half an hour before

sleeping Drinking some warm turmeric and honey milk

or warm lemon water before going to sleep, as options for relaxing and sleep-inducing

beverages In case you do experience sleep paralysis

despite all of the measures taken, remember to just stay calm, focus on your breathing,

lie back down later, relax, and

remember that it will always pass.

What Does It Mean To Be A Quantum Being - Duration: 13:24.

What

Does It Mean To Be A Quantum Being

by Morag,

What is quantum?

What does it mean?

How do we live it, become it, experience it consciously?

Physics, spirituality, Einstein and Tesla, multiple dimensions, bubble theory, infinite

choice and lifetimesall have something to do with quantum, dont they?

It helps to start with what we do know.

We know linear.

We are experiencing a linear existence in this lifetime.

However nature has consistently shown itself to be cyclical.

The imagery of spirals is everywhere, the Fibonacci sequence showing that the natural

world is designed or has evolved on a cyclical template.

The changing of seasons, rising and setting of the sun, movement of stars have set a cyclical

clock on this dimensions experience of time.

These natural cycles have been compartmentalised into beginning, middle and endings, from walking

the dog to our finite lifespans and everything in between.

The matrix has been constructed to control our lives through a linear, locked down context.

The elite have divided our lives up, boxed us into a tightly structured linear design,

in an attempt to control us and limit our thinking.

This is inherent to our experience of the third dimension and has been exploited by

the ruling elite to further imprison us.

We have been disconnected from the natural cycles of the planets, seasons and sun rises.

We have been brought into a matrix of alarm clocks, second by second compartments that

have to be filled.

We clock in and clock off.

We use bells on our children to cut up their day into slices, segments.

They get a certain time to eat.

Then its back to work or play.

This is how the programming starts early at school in the west.

We are plugged into a linear system of manipulation and control.

Free thinkers, travelers of the mind, artists, free radicals, earth warriors can exist in

niches outside the daytime stepford living or base survival mode.

The matrix allows a little flexibility in their routines and cycles, this is compartmentalized

creativity.

Economic, cultural and religious pressures limit this free thinking creativity.

The Islanders, as Huxley named them in Brave New World.

Routine is good, its healthy but being a slave to a system that drains your life

energy is not so good.

A system that makes you chase numbers to survive.

Rating us and dividing up the pie depending on chance of birth.

A caste system of population control.

The linear system underpins this process, it creates boundaries, blocks and bars to

keep us hemmed in, like cattle.

We can begin to understand the limitations of a linear timeline.

It limits us metaphysically, spiritually and leaves us vulnerable to manipulation.

Linear time puts a dam in the flow of existentialist thinking, it blocks the flow of possibility

by locking us down.

The philosophy of reincarnation opens us to an extension on the elites preferred narrative

of birth, life, death, scary, judgemental masculine god.

The rules and regulations, the consequences and fear mongering in many religions prevent

people opening their minds to past lifes, multiple lifetimes, quantum multi verses and

intergalactic community.

Ancestral and genetic data also shape our perception of ourselves and our existence,

yet it too is cornered by the past and present linear context.

We have learned behaviors, familial behaviors, genetic inheritance to ground us into a present

formed by the past.

A spiral perception illuminates a more complex, convoluted, multidimensional context to our

lives on Gaia.

It helps us to probe outside of the matrix box, to see beyond the parameters of programmed

control, to a deeper, karmic, energetic, conceptual perspective.

But what of the future?

What if we throw knowledge and recognition of the future into the mix?

Add a layer to our linear outlook, extending it forward.

Knowing the future is the game changer (as the recent film Arrival explored).

When we know the future, this knowledge will change how we manage the present.

Knowing the future changes the present, makes it more fluid.

Awareness of sliding doors moments and what they mean.

Seeing and understanding simultaneous infinite timelines based on decisions made in the present

changes everything.

We make the leap into the quantum.

Now we dont see behind us and where we are, we see all round us, above us and below

us, we see angles and trajectories of timelines, paths sparking off our present thoughts and

behaviors.

Like lightning bolts burning off leaving their mark.

Each timeline meaningful and fluid.

We become quantum beings, able to see into multi space, all around us, each infinite

choice.

In the matrix hologram, the third dimension, we are in a prison of sort, a linear illusion.

With quantum perspective, higher dimensional higher frequency vibration, we are in a multi

dimensional space.

The limitations of the 3rd dimension no longer apply, we are not locked into a linear existence

anymore.

Knowing or seeing the infinite possibilities of the future, fundamentally would change

our decision making processes, our world view and our experience of reality.

Manifestation would become very real, immediate and powerful.

This was illustrated by the Linguist, in Arrival, changing her past because she knew her future.

Add time to this equation, knowledge of the future gives you time back, moving forward

or backwards, sideways, up and down or staying still.

Does time dictate a linear reality?

Can time loop?

Can time fluctuate, slip, speed up or slow down?

Gravity also applies when considering specific lifetimes in a fixed space in time.

Where we are in the multi verse, different planets or space travel could also affect

our perception of time.

This is the rabbit hole of the space time continuum.

Within this complex, convoluted, infinite vastness of quantum space and time are there

fixed points that we will travel to no matter what path we take?

Are these preordained?

Part of a bigger mind body spirit growth evolution thing.

Is there design in the multi verse as the fibonacci sequence suggests?

Do we have fixed points that somehow connect this intricate multi dimensional web on the

space time continuum that we exist in?

Much of what we think we dont know, we do know its hidden in plain sight.

Old wives tales like sliding doors, its meant to be, whats for

you wont go by you or that one is an old soul.

Is there truth in these ancient tales?

Fixed points, interactions, spaces and places we will always be part of no matter our choices?

To be free thinkers, is to release conventional thinking, peer over the panoptican walls and

question everything!

Quantum is big.

Its huge.

It bakes your noodle, bends your mind, trips you out.

Its the spoon does not bend, you do, Kansas is going bye bye, red pill moment.

It makes you think beyond the boxes our minds have been trained to remain in.

It challenges us to question who or what we are, how we fit in, what the bigger picture

is.

This is healthy, this is organic, its evolution.

To be quantum, to exist in a multi dimensional world is achieved by raising our frequencies,

the vibrations of our cellular system.

Dictated by our thoughts and environment we can raise our vibration in many ways.

If we think about this, adding it to past present and future with all its infinite directions,

we have to add a layer of dimensionality to this intricate quantum web.

We can be moving between different frequency fields at any given moment.

Maybe remaining fixed in space but not in time or vice versa?

We may be existing simultaneously in other lifetimes, we may even crossover occasionally.

The bubble theory of parallel realities, worlds, existing next to each other, always expanding,

moving, interacting.

Or think of a computer program, a sims where you can have several levels occurring at once.

The third dimension matrix reality, buying potatoes for dinner, the fourth dimension,

interacting with passed on relatives, fluid and more ethereal in nature, or the fifth

dimension where there is a pervading sense of love and abundance, peace and tranquillity.

Could we be in the akashic records buried in a book, whilst simultaneously riding a

Harley Davison down route 67?

Its about awareness, expanded consciousness.

What are we aware of?

In this reality we are aware of past, present and possibilities of our future.

What we know are memories of the past, what occurs in the present and dreams, expectations

of our future.

If we saw our future, we could change it, back to the future style, and therefore

change our past (remember his brother and sister disappearing from the photo?!), which

is when our noodles start to bake (again).

Infinite possibilities, ever changing, parallel dimensions, higher frequency existence.

It all gets very convoluted.

Just to further stir the mix, throw in a general helping of other planets, other solar systems,

other universes, maybe right next to ours, intergalactic populations, hidden from us

in this matrix and our noodles are officially burning up.

Councils of intergalactic representatives meeting to discuss what to do about planet

earth and its chaos and destruction?

Spacecraft that can jump time, loop dimensions and snap in and out in the blink of an eye?

Throw in some inter racial politics, some good versus evil and a big dollop of technology,

AI and wellit all gets very complex, and intriguing, indeed.

When the word quantum is used it can encompass all of the above.

It is a general recognition that the universe is multi layered, multidimensional and multi

everything really.

All possibilities covered and the ones you havent thought of yet.

We can meditate upon it, research it, think about it, argue about it and investigate.

The main thing is we are talking about it.

That alone means the tight hold linear thinking has had on us is waning, cracks are beginning

to show.

As people begin to question what about the past, before this life?

What about the present, the impact my behaviours have?

What about the future, is it set in stone or can I change it?

This is liberation of thought, expansion of consciousness, opening our minds to quantum

possibilities.

This is waking up, unplugging, deprogramming.

Quantum is cyclical, multi dimensional, geometric in its design.

It is physics, math, spirituality, cellular frequencies and karma.

Becoming quantum beings requires we lighten our karmic load to enable us to access higher

frequencies and dimensions.

We are in this process, propelled by cosmic waves of ascension, awakening and upgrades.

This is the beginning of the new world, lets make it a.maz.ing!

Sending love and light beautiful people.

Who Controls The Government - politics - Duration: 7:25.

Who Controls The Government?

It is quite ironic that the previous Drone-Bomber-in-Chief, Barack H. Obama, has been given the profile

in courage award, which is being presented to him this week by the JFK Library Foundation.

But how much courage did it take for Obama to order the bombings of several different

countries, killing mostly innocent civilians, when those countries were of no threat to

us?

How insulting to President John F. Kennedy, who promoted peace after recognizing that

the post-World War II Cold War and national security state were destructive and unnecessary,

and who wanted to splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.

In a June, 1963 speech promoting peace, nuclear disarmament, and diplomacy, Kennedy stated,

No government or social system is so evil that its people must be considered as lacking

in virtue.

As Americans, we find Communism profoundly repugnant as a negation of personal freedom

and dignity.

But we can still hail the Russian people for their many achievements in science and

space, in economic and industrial growth, in culture, in acts of courage.

The hard-core Cold Warriors probably didnt like that.

Their existence as security bureaucrats and their little fiefdoms in Washington were

dependent on the fear and paranoia of those commies, just as the modern day bureaucrats

are dependent on post-9/11 fear-mongering.

And the corporatist cronies back then also probably didnt like Kennedys assertion

that the expenditure of billions of dollars every year on weapons acquired for the purpose

of making sure we never need them is essential to the keeping of peace.

But surely the acquisition of such idle stockpiles which can only destroy and never create

is not the only, much less the most efficient, means of assuring peace.

So there were reasons why those within the national security state apparatus would have

wanted to assassinate John F. Kennedy.

In my view, the national security apparatus provides the career bureaucrats with power,

and is quite profitable.

War is a racket, as Gen. Smedley Butler would say.

Some people believe that the military and CIA have controlled the U.S. government since

at least when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

But now there are renewed concerns that the U.S. military may no longer be under civilian

control because of the influence all the military generals have on President Donald Trump, who

has deferred important military decision-making down the chain of command.

Trump picked generals to advise him because he is enamored with their stars and medals,

and seems to have some kind of gut response to their swagger, which might be typical of

your average authoritarian like Trump.

But so far there have been bad decisions made by the bureaucrats of the Trump administration:

bombing Afghanistan caves and tunnels, which hasnt affected anything or gotten any ISIS

militants, and bombing Syria which may have actually helped ISIS.

I guess we cant expect bureaucrats (and many others now) to learn from history.

The U.S. governments participation in World Wars I and II seemed to have inflated the

egos and hubris of career government and military bureaucrats, their future generations of career

government and military bureaucrats, and the institutions they have controlled since then.

Hoarding these items is better than having money in the bank (Ad)

The narcissistic arrogance could be seen in the military bureaucrats when they consciously

and knowingly pursued continued aggressions in Vietnam despite their knowing by the mid-1960s

that the war could not be won, as revealed by the Pentagon Papers.

Those leaders contributed to the deaths of a million innocents and tens of thousands

of American soldiers who died for no good reason but to serve the deranged egos of the

military bureaucrats.

And Iraq in 1990-91, the decision by President George H.W. Bush to start a whole new war

and bombing campaign against a country, Iraq, that didnt attack us and was of no threat

to us, was not just an act of incompetence, but a criminal act.

Bush approved of the U.S. militarys bombings of civilian water and sewage treatment centers

and electric service facilities, followed by sanctions and no-fly zones that were continued

by President Bill Clinton throughout the 1990s which led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands

of innocent civilian Iraqis.

It was an intentional policy of sadism and psychopathic cruelty, that perhaps involved

more sinister long-term goals than just to do with oil.

Who would purposely cause a whole population to be vulnerable to disease and death?

Who would do that?

But now we have President Donald Trump, who campaigned with anti-war, anti-imperialism

rhetoric, but is now the Happy Warmonger.

And Trumps civilian cabinet advisors include military general graduates from West Point

or other top military academies but they arent exactly trained in the ideas of restraint,

diplomacy, the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution.

No, post-World War II military people are trained to suppress their consciences, their

moral scruples, in order to rationalize their invasions of other territories and the deaths

of innocents they cause.

And oh how happy the Trump-advising generals and the other higher-ups in the military must

be that Donald Trump is so easily manipulable and spongy.

Their psy-ops are working on him like a charm.

It used to be that psy-ops were used by the military and CIA on foreign agents, to manipulate

the enemys emotions and their decisions.

And then the military saw how useful such a technique had been on their own U.S. senators,

as reported by the late Michael Hastings in Rolling Stone.

Which is apparently illegal, under U.S. law.

Unless they view their own fellow Americans as the enemy. Hmm.

Foreign policy analyst Gareth Porter recently tweeted: Military now seeking permanent

US military presence in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Time to say loud No to permanent war.

So its getting worse now.

Some theorists believe the zealous bureaucrats of the military need permanent war and occupation

abroad in order to achieve such a takeover at home.

(There may be other reasons, however.)

When the military controls the government, and then there is some kind of emergency or

economic collapse, of course they will not think twice about imposing martial law, legal

or not, constitutional or not.

They will also not think twice about disarming law-abiding Americans.

In Revolutionary times, the early Americans were rightfully wary of militarism, because

they knew that would lead to tyranny.

But the immoral and incompetent bureaucrats of the modern U.S. government long ago abandoned

any concern for the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution.
