the world awesome now exercise number two we're going to get right into it

kettlebell clean and press and Jess is going to be working double kettlebells

from the ground up all the way from the ground all the way up just having good

tips for us on the press I would just say keep your core nice and tight

make sure you're driving through your heel as you push through the floor overhead and

as far as to the end like to go the last side shoulder-width gone and you notice

Jess is using smaller kettlebells that she doesn't have to go as why I'm using

the Jumbo kettlebells so just enough to fit the feet through and then we're

using the legs did you drive it up another option if

you only have access to one kettlebell is you can use a single give one arm

purse I'll show you a couple of those and you wouldn't feel like this guy's

this is total body really awesome for those arms and you get that benefit of

also working those ABS those side apps your especially on that one arm press

now and we like to do is dip and drive before we punch it up overhead really

from you to take the street down high plank give us a couple poles and as

we're pulling one arms pushing for ours home so really great for the arms also

we're getting some nice back work here and leg and guess what couple more jets

during a plank position so we're getting that added benefit of those ABS working

such a great thrill and jess is making it look you see a couple of other things

is she's calling wider stance and notice let's do a couple of battens never do

this on a renegade row - it's twisting so that's going to be zero for each

minute so you still can get those arms organ it's just going to be less forward

and we always like to train the body constantly for picked out all the

muscles working together and jet I feel

exactly trying to click the hips pill and then give us a couple would like the

button here this is also not good do not keep this one attempting the renegade

rows guys we see this all the time people are trying to do almond so it was

made one or two more with the butt up in here so we're here and then we're

getting to zero make sure get into that tight plant

first and another mistake most people make with these is a Gianna hey there

girl good to see if hey another mistake that you will make is going too heavy

and then barely home it's like no trap that was no rep right here and you're

not going to get those sexy arms doing half reps, we go full range of

motion as we're working so those look fantastic and also I want to make sure

you use these with a bigger kettlebell the other cool thing is that they can

tip over which we don't want to have happen chest and I can show you that but

I see stuff right and you and the rest of the world, you see stuff in a weird way.

I was in class and they kept saying I was doing the wrong stuff.

Like, they would say, "Color this, this color," and I would just, like –

Everybody could draw and I couldn't.

I said, "I'm about to learn to draw better than all y'all!"

Every time something make me mad, I have to beat it, like a videogame.

My family being, like, all these artists, but they didn't do nothing with it.

I said, "I'm going to do something with it."

Any artist can be talented, but you got to have the "it" factor, the power to attract.

I saw that in Frank.

If you draw something and somebody don't like it, that's cool.

Keep drawing it.

somebody going to like it.

Ugly means unique.

It's just a short way to say it.

I'm a very frank guy.

I mean, my name is Frank, Paper Frank.

Brisk asked me to paint a large wall in two days.

Huge Stars Who Live Like Normal People - Duration: 6:19.

Most people assume that once a star hits it big and starts banking that serious cash,

their life changes completely.

But what if that megawatt fame and fortune didn't alter their lives that much?

Here are some of the biggest names in showbusiness, who, in spite of stratospheric success, have

managed to stay down to earth.

Jay Leno

One of the most famous late-night talk show hosts of all time, the incomparable Jay Leno

has built up a considerable following over his thirty-year career, along with some major

bank, with an estimated net worth around $350 million.

However, Leno learned how to save in his formative years, reportedly working two jobs in his

youth, saying, "I'd spend the money from one job and save the money from the other."

That strategy has lasted a lifetime.

He later told 60 Minutes:

"I always tell new people in showbusiness, I say 'look… showbusiness will pay you a

lot of money.

But eventually you're going to get screwed.

And when you get screwed, you will have this pile of money off to the side, alright?"

Since retiring from The Tonight Show (the wages for which he reportedly put entirely

into savings), Leno has lived purely off the proceeds from his lucrative stand-up career.

He might have a serious predilection for collecting classic cars, but, according to the funnyman

himself, he has yet to spend even a dime of his television earnings.

Sarah Jessica Parker

She'll always be Carrie Bradshaw to most of her fans, a character who, in spite of submitting

maybe 1,000 words of copy a week, managed to live in a $7000-a-month apartment in New

York City while hoarding Manolos and throwing back cosmos on the daily.

According to The Richest, Sarah Jessica Parker is worth an estimated $90 million in real

life, so if she wanted to buy a new pair of Louboutins every week, she could.

However, in a 2008 interview with Parade, Parker extolled the virtues of working hard

for your money, revealing how she dressed her son, James Wilkie, in hand-me-down clothing

throughout his younger years.

The actress grew up on welfare and inherited a frugal outlook, now living in a modest brownstone

in NYC with her husband, Matthew Broderick, and their three kids.

As for dressing herself in the latest threads, Parker supposedly had her choice of Carrie's

clothes once Sex And The City wrapped, so she probably doesn't need to fork over for

new stuff for herself too often either.

Sarah Michelle Gellar

Another A-lister who learned to live frugally thanks to a difficult upbringing is Buffy

herself, Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Gellar, whose father left the family when she was a young child isn't ashamed of using

coupons and striving to get the best deal wherever she shops, crediting her mother with

teaching her to live modestly.

When she's not busy saving the world from encroaching vampires — or, more often these

days, being a mother to her two kids — the actor told Self that she frequently uses coupons

and buys fish at Whole Foods only when it's on sale.

She told the mag, "I clip coupons all the time.

Why should you pay more for something that someone else is paying less for?"

Tyra Banks

It's tough to imagine this multi-hyphenate business mogul, supermodel, Harvard Business

School grad, and creator of "smizing" as a simple-living person.

But in reality, Banks learned a lot from her mother, who travelled with her and assisted

in Banks' early career as a model, teaching her how to make her earnings last.

In a 2008 interview with The New York Times, Banks openly described herself as "frugal."

As a kid, she saved a little bit from her weekly allowance.

And she admits that these days, her only real indulgences are food and luxury toiletries.

Banks even admitted to Forbes, "I'll ask my accountant if I can afford something,"

which seems crazy for a woman worth an estimated $90 million.

But, maybe that's how she keeps it!

Dave Grohl

He's a member of two of the biggest rock bands of all time, but Dave Grohl still lives like

a jobbing musician.

Although his stints with Nirvana and the Foo Fighters have netted him a cool $225 million,

Grohl fears spending too much, too fast.

In a 2003 interview, the rock star confessed that, in spite of having plenty of money to

live off, he's "afraid to spend it".

The multi-instrumentalist is reportedly wary of ending up broke because he never got his

high school diploma.

But as long as the Foos continue selling out arenas worldwide, there's no need to worry

about his career slowing down anytime soon.

Zooey Deschanel

She headlines a hugely successful TV show, but New Girl star Zooey Deschanel hasn't let

her considerable success go to her head.

Deschanel may currently be raking in a massive $125,000 per episode but she's anything but

flashy.

Court documents — revealed to tabloids in the midst of her 2012 divorce from Death Cab

For Cutie's Ben Gibbard — showcased a frugal spender with eyes set on future financial

security.

The TMZ-published report showed that, although the actor was bringing in almost a hundred

grand per month at the time, her expense sheet totalled just $22,500, including less than

$1,000 in utility bills, with another two grand dedicated to charitable donations.

On top of this, nearly half of her total assets were safely held in bank accounts, with the

rest spread out across stocks, bonds, and real estate.

And, her three credit cards had zero balances — not bad for someone who could easily afford

to max them all out each month without feeling the slightest pinch.

Jennifer Lawrence

J-Law is one of the most famous and highly-paid actors on the planet, scoring an Oscar for

her role in Silver Linings Playbook and spearheading the hugely lucrative Hunger Games franchise,

among a multitude of other projects.

Now reportedly worth $75 million, Lawrence claims not much has changed in her life since

her massive career explosion — with the Oscar winner even continuing to live in the

same apartment as before she was famous, until she recently bought Jessica Simpson's former

house in Beverly Hills.

She told Fabulous magazine in 2013, "I was raised to have value for money, to have respect

for money, even though you have a lot of it".

Lawrence also does not employ a personal assistant, and shops for bargains herself — all while

driving a sensible Chevy Volt.

Kristen Bell

She played Veronica Mars for years before graduating to massive movie mega-hits like

Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Frozen.

And now she's married to Parenthood star Dax Shepard, with two kids, to top it all off.

But Bell hasn't let fame alter her spending habits.

In spite of the couple's combined net worth of over $20 million, their wedding was very

low key, as the actress described to Ellen:

"It was the two of us, and $142 in legal fees, and we signed our name on a piece of paper."

And that included gas, to drive to their courthouse wedding.

She even joked with Flaunt magazine about how she and Shepard are "hillbillies at heart".

In an interview with Conan, Bell went into hilarious detail about how frugal she is,

sharing her hottest couponing tip with the host:

"The best coupon you can get, possibly in the world, is the Bed Bath & Beyond coupon."

Clearly, she's not just a master detective on TV, but one in real life too.

Ballin' on a budget

The old adage still applies: money doesn't buy you happiness.

Maybe true happiness comes from good family values, and spending within your means.

If Buffy doesn't want to pay more for her shopping than everyone else, why should we?

So, on that day when you hit the big time, consider taking a page out of these celebs'

super-frugal, down to earth playbooks and stay true to your roots.

The Brothers Karamazov Read-a-Long #BrosK - Duration: 8:02.

Hi everyone. I'm rincey and this is rincey reads. Today i'm going to be

talking about the brothers karamazov read-along that i'm going to be hosting,

kind of. I'm going to be giving you guys a little bit more information about this

in case you guys are interested in joining along or if you haven't really

heard me talk about this at all, this will be all the information for you.

So brief overview: basically in August I choose one big book that's slightly

intimidating or scary to read and I just take the entire month to read it.

Last year I did Middlemarch, year before that was Moby Dick, and the year before that

was war and peace. So this year I'm reading The Brothers Karamazov and I always

invite you guys to join along with me. This is a relatively like low-key read

along. Like I don't make a Goodreads group even though a bunch of people

ask just because I'm too lazy to do it. I could make the group but I would not

participate in it at all because that's just not how I like to discuss books. I don't

know, it's weird. It's hard for me to explain but basically it's super low-key.

If you have like Twitter or Instagram, we do use a hash tag. For this book we're going

to do #brosk just because it's relatively short. So like if we're

on Twitter or something like that, it'll save us some character space. And like I

said this is like relatively low-key. I don't assume that everyone will read it

within the entire month and I don't do like regular check-ins that much. I'm

going to do a halfway point check in so we can talk about the first half the

book together. And then I'll do sort of like a wrap-up on it at the end of the

month or the beginning of September. The only other Dostoevsky book I've read is

crime and punishment and I read that back in high school.

Dostoevsky is one of those Russian writers who's like slightly more

philosophical in nature. So I'm a little bit concerned, a little bit hesitant

about this read along just because I don't know how well it's going to go, at least

for me personally. Like my own personal experience with reading this book, how

it's going to go. And I have a feeling that other people might be like nervous

about picking this book up or concerned about their own reading experience with

this book. I think that in general Russian authors are kind of intimidating

to those of us who maybe don't have a lot of experience reading it. Since I

have read some Russian literature and I have read some Russian classics,

I thought I would give you guys a couple of tips to sort of get through this or

to give you guys sort of like the best experience when reading this book. So the

first thing has to do with like picking a translation. Now everyone is going

to have completely different preferences when it comes to their translations.

I don't necessarily have like one I 100% recommend. I think a lot of them have

some really great pros to them but they also have cons. The translations that I

tend to lean towards are the P & V translations because they come off is

more readable to me and a lot of times that's just what I want from Russian

literature. Like I'm not looking to do a really deep analysis of this book. Like I

just want to read what's presented to me and think about it and discuss like the

plot and the characters and things like that. But I always do like a quick google

search to see what people are saying about different translations. But I just

also happen to luck out because I saw this copy of the book at Half Price

Books and I just really like this edition of it, like the cover and stuff,

and it happened to be a P & V translation. So I ended up picking it up but I've

heard like really good things about a couple of other translations of this

book. So yeah just do a little bit of googling if you aren't sure which

translation you want to pick up. There is a copy of this book on Project Gutenberg.

I always like to pick classics for my August read along so that way you guys

have access to a free ebook copy of the book if you want to join in. And so I

will link that down below in case you're interested. I'm not sure which

translation that is but that is an option out there if you want to do this read

along and aren't able to get your hands on a copy of the book in time for August 1st.

Another recommendation that I have for when you're reading Russian

literature in general is to get like a piece of paper or maybe like a note card

or something along those lines and start jotting down the character names that

you come across when you're coming across them, and if you know sort of

their relation to another character jot that down as well. There's also a chance

that some of these characters go by multiple names. So as you come across

them, again, like if you have like their full name and then like maybe also

include like their nickname or the secondary name that they are referred to

as, and then maybe a quick like jot down of their relation to another character,

like if it's someone's husband or wife or mother or brother or sister whatever.

You know, keep all of that information handy because in the beginning it can be a

little bit difficult to keep all the characters straight. And especially if

you're someone who isn't really familiar with like Russian names then sometimes

the names sort of look similar and so I think it's really important to just be

able to keep those characters straight. Now depending

on the book and the edition that you have they might have like a list of

characters in the front or the back of the books. So my edition actually does

have that. So it's like right here, it says like list of characters. And so what

I'm probably going to do is use this. Like I'm going to put like a sticky note

or something on this page so I can flag it and I'll probably like flip back and

forth and I'll probably even like jot notes down here so that way as plot

points are happening I can maybe like make little notes about things

that are happening to which character. So I can keep things straight. Another thing

that I recommend, that I don't know if it's considered controversial or not but

I consider it a huge help, is to utilize things like spark notes or whatever

preferred like Cliff's Notes sort of reading tool you might have access to.

I just use spark notes. Now obviously, read the actual text but I think especially

towards the beginning as you're sort of getting used to the writing style and

the characters and all these different things, a lot of times what I do is I

read the text and then I head over to Spark notes and I read the spark notes

just to make sure that I'm actually understanding what's happening and I'm

not like overly confusing myself or anything along those lines.

I think spark notes are a really really great tool when tackling like classics

that you might not be used to. Or if you're even just feeling nervous at all

like I think it helps provide a lot of clarity to books like this. So don't be

afraid to utilize spark notes. It's a really really great tool. And again it

doesn't like replace reading the actual book and the this actual experience but I

think that especially towards the beginning as you're getting used to the writing

style and everything that's happening here, spark notes are really great. Like

I'll just read the chapter by chapter synopsis as I'm going through the

different chapters in here. So yeah definitely don't be afraid to utilize

that if you need it. Especially if it's like your first time reading Russian

literature and things like that, like I did it with war and peace. I'm pretty

sure I did it with Middlemarch and Moby Dick as well. So yeah that's, that really

is just a great tool that I highly recommend. So yeah those are basically

like my quick tips when it comes to reading these classics. Like I said,

I'm going to be reading this throughout the month of August. If you have picked

up a copy of this you may have seen already this book is split up into four

sections and then each section has its own like books and then

book is broken up into chapters. So I'm going to be doing sort of like one of

the four sections each week. You can split up the chapters and the books

however you would like during the week. I'm going to make a spreadsheet that

breaks it down by chapters and so I will link that down below and make it

viewable for all of you guys if you want to be following along in the terms of

like chapters that I'm reading each day. And if you want like a copy of the

spreadsheet yourself just go to files I think it's file and then make a copy.

I will have the exact instructions to it like down in the description along with

the link to it so you guys can check that out and you can make a copy and

save it yourself if you want to keep track of where you are in the days. Like

I like to just put in what chapter I'm at each day and see like whether or

not I'm ahead or behind schedule. I'm going to try to keep ahead of schedule

just so it'll be easier for me well when it comes to making videos and stuff like

that. So yeah I know a couple of you guys have already said that you will be

joining me for this. I'm really excited. But if anyone else is interested, there's

a link down below to the project gutenberg ebook. And if you have any

questions about the read along or anything else that has to do with this,

feel free to leave a comment down below or hit me up on Twitter. Again the

hashtag is #brosk. So yeah, that's all I have for now and thanks for watching.

Hasan Salihamidžić new sporting director, anticipation for Audi Cup - Duration: 2:08.

Hasan "Brazzo" Salihamidzic has been named FC Bayern München's new sporting director.

This was announced during the short-notice press conference called

by club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and president Uli Hoeneß.

The 40-year-old former Bosnian international, who made 234 Bundesliga appearances for the German record

champions between 1998 and 2008, is delighted about his new role.

Yes, when Uli Hoeneß and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge came to me and asked if

I wanted to become sporting director, it was immediately clear that I wanted to accept.

You all know me and that I gave everything

in every training session and every game. That's exactly how I will fulfill my job as sporting director.

Salihamidzic's first official outing in his new role will be at the Audi Cup tomorrow,

when Carlo Ancelotti's FC Bayern take on Jürgen Klopp's Liverpool in their semi-final:

I've always felt good hear. I like the region; I've said that a few times in the past.

I'm here now with another team. That has nothing to do with my time in Dortmund.

While it is likely that Arjen Robben will be fit to play after recovering from their injury problem,

the Audi Cup – for which there are still tickets on sale for both days -

too early for Manuel Neuer. However, our number one has definitely made

clear progress on his road to full recovery:

It was a great day for me. Today I was able to run at 100% for the first time.

But we focused on small things today. It was the first real test.

I coped well and am obviously hoping to be back with the team

as quickly as possible.

Things People Believed 25 Years Ago That Ended Up Being Wrong - Duration: 7:08.

In the early 1990s, things were different.

People watched Bill Cosby portraying a beloved family man and sweater aficionado on TV.

The idea of the Chicago Cubs winning a World Series seemed impossible.

Street Sharks were going to live forever.

"Half Shark!

Half Man!

Fighting evil that's the plan!

Street Sharks!"

Let's look at some other things we believed back then that turned out to be wronger than

wrong.

Carbs were king

In 1992, the FDA unveiled a Food Pyramid to explain to ever-widening Americans what they

should eat.

The bottom of the pyramid suggested eating 6 to 11 servings a day of carbs, and that

fats and oils should be consumed sparingly.

This super-high carb, very low-fat diet was considered the way to good health and losing

weight.

"Fettuccine alfredo.

Time to carbo load!"

One of the biggest figures pushing this sort of diet was Susan Powter, with her "Stop the

Insanity!" weight loss crusade, which emphasized this diet.

Except she was wrong, and according to Time Magazine, her emphasis on processed, low-fat

foods that were high in sugar only caused people to gain weight.

Basically, this pyramid only contained a curse.

"There's sugar, salt, nachos, hot dogs, corn dogs, all the dog foods."

Since then, the FDA has made several revisions to their food recommendations, most recently

in 2011, emphasizing making the most of your food veggies and fruits, and reducing your

carb and grain intake.

This idea was backed up by a 2014 National Institutes of Health study that showed people

lost more body fat on a low-carb diet than a low-fat one.

The idea of filling up on white bread, rice, and cereal is completely outdated.

So don't stop the insanity; stop the unlimited breadsticks at Olive Garden.

Invest in comic books

In 1974, Action Comics #1 was worth $400.

By 1984, its value had shot up to $5,000, and by 1991, it was going for $82,500.

And that wasn't the only comic book increasing in value.

Detective Comics #27, Batman's debut, sold for $55,000 in 1991.

Nowhere to go but up, right?

"We'll also take you to the brave new world of Comic books.

They are bigger, they're wilder, they aren't just for kids anymore."

Comic speculation made everyone go a little crazy, buying issues that they hoped would

one day be worth a mint, just like Batman's first adventures, and for a while in the early

90s, even recently published comics were increasing in value.

Comic stores popped up everywhere to meet the demand of buyers, and new publishers emerged…

but by 1992, the industry had peaked.

The market became flooded with hundreds of comics that just about everybody owned, making

them essentially worthless.

Quality dipped, artists started drawing heroes with too many teeth and not enough bones,

and by 1993, the exploding industry collapsed.

Classic comics retained their value, but comics from '90s never really did.

That mint Death of Superman you've kept in a polybag for 20 years?

May as well just rip it open and read it.

Spoiler alert: Superman dies.

AIDS will get worse

One of the most shocking announcements in sports happened in 1991, when Magic Johnson

revealed he was HIV-positive, and was retiring from the Lakers immediately.

Then, contracting AIDS then was considered to be a death sentence.

It was also thought of as a disease that only affected gay men, so Johnson revealing he

was ill was shocking.

It seemed like AIDS was going to become an even more widespread epidemic in America.

However, over 25 years later, not only is Johnson still alive, but he's healthy as a

horse.

AIDS, meanwhile, would become a treatable disease in the United States, thanks to drug

therapy.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, about 1.2 million people in the U.S. are living

with the disease today, and the number of diagnosed cases declined 19% between 2005

to 2014.

"Millions of infections have been prevented.

And around the world people with HIV are living full and healthy lives with the dignity and

respect they deserve."

While people still do die from complications from AIDS, it's no longer the automatic death

sentence it once was.

Killer bees will kill us all

"Please listen very carefully.

A swarm of killer bees is coming this way."

Most people know now that bees are really important to our ecosystem, and their death

thanks to pesticides, parasites and disease is a pretty big deal, since they're fairly

essential for plant life, and we use plants for, well, everything.

"BEEEEEES!"

But in the early 1990s, people feared bees, especially the dreaded "Africanized honey

bees."

Appropriate to their name, the honey bees were imported from Africa to Brazil in the

1950s, and were expected to thrive, since they'd already be used to the climate.

The bees were ultimately called "killer bees," and swarmed around the world until arriving

in the U.S. in 1990s.

Get off my sugar!

Bad bees!

Bad!

Ow!

Ow!

Owwwwww! They're defending themselves somehow!"

When they did arrive in the U.S., several people did die from being stung by them, which

caused concern that the bees go on a rampage and kill many more people.

The reputation of killer bees was that they were extra large, and extra lethal, but the

reality is that they're both smaller, and less venomous.

They're also more likely to sting, and pursue targets for longer distances than regular

bees do, so the threat is real.

But today, we know that the dreaded killer bee threat never took over all of America,

mostly because it never really existed.

"Beads!"

"Bees?"

"Beads."

"Beads?"

Rise of the superpredators

Crime was a huge issue in the early '90s, and with the predicted decay of major urban

areas, "superpredators" became a legitimate '90s fear.

You know every '80s movie about gangs of roving, depraved teenagers ruling vast cities and

committing remorseless brutality?

This was once a genuine concern.

"They are not just gangs of kids anymore.

They're often the kinds of kids that are called "super predators, no conscience, no empathy."

Criminologists described a "blood bath of violence" that was going to destroy the country.

John DiLulio, Jr., a political scientist, warned that youth crime and violence was hurting

the inner city, and that it would inevitably spill out into suburban and that it would inevitably spill out into suburban areas, and even into those places that have.. like no cell service..

So not only would we have to deal with street gangs, but farm gangs as well.

So, you may be wondering why we're not all living in 24/7 cesspool of death and crime.

Instead of a meteoric rise, crime dropped rapidly in the '90s, and America generally

became safer.

The superpredator went extinct, and America found brand new imaginary things to fear.

"Do you want to destroy humans?

Please say no."

"Okay.

I will destroy humans."

"No!

I take it back.

Don't destroy humans."

Earth Overshoot Day 2017 is on August 2 - Duration: 3:36.

Hi folks, Alex here. Have you heard of the Ecological Footprint and Earth Overshoot Day?

Our Ecological Footprint is how much we demand from nature.

Currently, humanity is using the equivalent of 1.7 planets.

Every year Global Footprint Network calculates Earth Overshoot Day.

It marks the date when humanity's demand on nature

exceeds what Earth can regenerate in that year.

In 2000, Earth Overshoot Day fell in late September,

and in 2017, it falls on August 2nd.

You can think about this as a bank account:

for the first seven months and two days in 2017, we lived on our regular salary,

after that we started chipping into our savings and racking up credit card debt.

Hmmm, seems like there's something wrong with that math.

The Ecological Footprint measures how much land and water area

we need to produce the resources we use,

things like food, land for settlements, timber, seafood, and to absorb the wastes

and carbon dioxide we generate.

Our biocapacity is the amount of biologically productive areas

such as forests, fishing grounds, crop and grazing areas,

that are available to provide the resources we use and to absorb our waste.

We can compare footprint and biocapacity to see if we are well balanced or not.

Why do we care about humanity's Ecological Footprint?

The costs of ecological overspending are evident every day in the form of deforestation, drought,

biodiversity loss and the build-up of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Ecological overspending also can put nations at more risk.

Without sufficient resources, it is hard to operate an economy,

or we have to import more which has costs as well.

Carbon emissions from fossil fuel use are a big part of today's footprint.

Today, humanity's carbon footprint makes up 60% of the world's total Ecological Footprint.

Individuals can measure their own Ecological Footprint

with Global Footprint Network's new calculator.

Mine is 3.5 global hectares. In fact, you can even calculate the date

of your own Overshoot Day, the day when the world would go into

ecological overshoot if everyone on the planet lived like you.

If your overshoot date falls before August 2nd,

that means your Ecological Footprint is larger than the world average.

You can learn more about sustainability solutions

by joining the Earth Overshoot Day #movethedate campaign.

Make pledges to take actions to move back the date of Earth's Overshoot Day

and share pledges and the calculator with your friends and family.

If we can move the date of Overshoot Day 4.5 days per year,

we will be living sustainably on our one planet Earth by 2050.

and Overshoot Day today.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho gives brilliant response to Antonio Conte criticism - Duration: 2:35.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho gives brilliant response to Antonio Conte criticism

Jose Mourinho has aimed a thinly-aimed dig at Antonio Conte after joking that he will not lose my hair about the Italians recent criticism of him.

The pair have not seen eye-to-eye since Conte was appointed Chelsea boss last summer and they clashed on the touchline in Manchester Uniteds two visits to Stamford Bridge last season.

Ahead of the start of the season, Conte reopened those wounds by publicly warning his side to avoid a Mourinho season after winning the title. And, following Uniteds 3-0 win over Valerenga, Mourinho hit back with an unsubtle dig.

I dont know, I could answer in many different ways, he mused in his post-match press conference. Im not going to lose my hair to speak about Antonio Conte.

Mourinho was sacked just seven months after winning his third title with Chelsea in his second spell at the club. At the time, Chelsea were languishing in 16th place in the league - just one point above the relegation zone.

And Conte could not resist referencing those final months of Mourinhos reign as he plotted Chelseas title defence. 'It's a very important period for us because we are working very hard, he said earlier this week.

We are very tired because we played three games with the same players.

'We know it will be difficult next season. We want to try to avoid a Mourinho season. Two years ago the team ended the league in 10th place and we want to try to avoid this.'.
