started this video okay time to start some reading a week before the first

difficult right page one I wonder what the Dolans when they're doing right now

okay I printed out a hold off of my high school I'm going to be totally ready for

the first day first period is in room 522 okay and then I have second period

all the way in 7/10 my god okay then as nutrition which is all the way

oh great and I have to stop my locker which is

overlay over here okay so my lockers here and then go from this room all the

way here then I'll have a couple minutes teaching you sure great hey love hi

wait if I have to get from this room all the way to this room in five minutes

what have I booked a P okay I need the perfect outfit for the first day of

school obviously you can't wear this because

everyone on snapchat already saw wearing it today and school starts in a week and

that just wouldn't be cute because people recognize that I'm wearing the

same outfit as /system okay we have this option but if you can

be a little warm underfoot tread on now I look like a potato

I'm totally are just randomness I can't wear school on the first day this could

be cute but I definitely already did election on my dummy with the shirt go

What Are Your Ascension Body Symptoms Trying To Tell You

Our body vessels are UPgrading in our every living cell from carbon, the �old school�

physical operating system of 3D reality, to crystalline.

Crystalline is the �new school� operating system of our light bodies whose fuel cells

increasingly �run� on energy.

This process of transition from 3D carbon to 4D transitional to 5D light body has been

going on for some of us for many years.

Yet, also, our emotional bodies have been in an UPgrade process too, going from mostly

unconscious or subconscious reality processing to consciously feeling and healing of our

this life and other lifetime emotional energies to really clear them and complete them.

This is new, cutting edge, consciously taking ALL our bodies �with us� into higher vibrational

frequencies of consciousness.

We know the float out, astral self exploration, near death, being �out� of the body in

these moments of intense tunnel of light experiences.

But, to remain WITHIN the physical body, which is the densest aspect of our BEing, is quite

an undertaking.

We�ve signed up for this UPgrade experiment collectively, led by those of us on the leading

edge of the process showing the way, lighting the illuminating lanterns along the path for

others to follow along.

The �ascension symptoms� related to the body are vast and seem to be so unique to

each soul, directly connected to what you�ve signed up to heal and feel this life from

your soul legacy that became triggered for you by this life experiences.

The degree of experience related to body symptoms, I believe, is also connected to the emotional

body conscious healing that you have engaged with AND other lifetime aspects (what I call

Metasoul) conscious integration as well.

The more lower vibrational, fear-based �stuff� in your emotional body (which spans from this

life to other lifetimes and seems to connect to the collective emotional body as well),

the harder your body has to work to clear it from your cellular memory during the UPgrade

process.

I actually feel that the emotional woundings are often what is downstream of the body reactions.

There is a process of adjustment and �enlightenment� going on with our physical bodies, yet I feel

that many if not all of the �ascension symptoms� can be connected to an emotional body root

cause that stems from this life and other lifetime woundings.

The body is �talking to us� and pointing out what needs our attention from an emotional

body perspective and parts of us express through the physical body with pain and suffering

and discomfort to �get our attention.� Manifestation of pain can signify resistance

to love, so I feel that experiencing pain while going through these body UPgrades can

actually be a sign of fear-based resistance from parts of us that can be moved and healed

and even abated through conscious connection, negotiation, and love with them.

The next time you are experiencing a �ascension body symptom� and would normally just see

it that way with the usual way of �letting it BE and accept it as part of the ascension

process�, feel into this approach instead.

Connect with the symptom in a conscious way�.let�s say it is �ringing in the ears� as is

commonly reported by many souls.

Bringing in your most loving, caring, parental energy and opening your heart, write a letter

to the body symptom and ask for it to share with you what its pain is about.

Or you could connect to it during meditation with creative visualization, seeing yourself

in a room filled with white light and the energy of the physical symptom �in the room�

with you.

Ask it to tell you its �story� and reveal to you the origins and reasons for the pain.

You might be QUITE surprised by what comes back to you!

It could be access to this life memories stored in your emotional body (which doesn�t orient

to linear time at all) that you had �forgotten� about or, really, that part of you had blocked

you from remembering (usually the Inner Protector) because it was too painful.

It could open up access to a wounding pattern in your Metasoul connected to expression or

repression of clairaudience abilities (in this example) and persecution experiences

that your Metasoul/other lifetime aspects are experiencing in the NOW (because again

there is no linear time, no �past lives�.)

This exploration could reveal to you an aspect of yourself that needs your ongoing attention

and love, such as your Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Protector, etc.

The ascension process is meant to push UP these woundings for us to feel, so that we

can transmute them with love into higher frequencies.

JUST looking at the physical body symptoms as �part of the process� and treating

them with remedies at the physical level (even if they are natural ones) can actually screen

out a huge resource of information for us about ourselves and our soul legacies too.

I also feel that this is why so many people experience looping patterns of body symptoms

that can last for days, months, even years��which I�m feeling in this moment you don�t HAVE

to experience it this way.

Temporary physical discomforts and transitions that you then respond to with perhaps natural

remedies and definitely some dietary changes is a self loving response to a process that

you are holding as necessary, yet definitely transitory AS you dig deeper to feel and see

if there is more going on at the emotional body level that can be cleared.

You may have forgotten how to be your own love detective, curiously searching for and

finding clues to your own healing and transformation through everything that happens within and

with you.

Looking �outside� to others for resources on what this or that ascension body symptom

could mean according to them is an example of forgetting your own love detective essence.

Curious and compassionate self exploration led by you allows you to move from victim

to the ascension symptoms into self empowered collaborator who is negotiating with the physical

expression at the emotional body level.

You then have a �with� relationship to what is happening to you on all levels, leading

with trust that everything you experience is more data about yourself and your soul

that ultimately leads to more experience of and service of LOVE. ~

The Untold Truth Of Shameless - Duration: 5:49.

Ever since Showtime introduced us to the quirky, fun, and well… shameless Gallaghers in 2011,

fans and critics alike have obsessed over their wild antics.

The dramedy has won numerous primetime Emmy and SAG awards, as well as earning nominations

for Golden Globe and Critics Choice awards.

But despite the show's popularity, there are some surprising things that go on behind the

scenes.

Here are some secrets even the biggest Shameless fans might not know!

American adaptation

The British version of Shameless aired in the UK from 2004 to 2013.

Like the US edition, the British show followed the dysfunctional Gallagher family and their

lives in Manchester, England.

Fans of both shows will notice that the first episodes of each show are pretty identical,

but eventually the story lines diverge.

In an interview with Assignment X, executive producer of the US version, John Wells, explained

that keeping the two shows completely aligned became "...increasingly different as it goes

on, partially because things changed so much in the British version."

We can't say we're mad — the US version of Shameless is perfect as it is.

Juggling casting

Sometimes casting a hit show isn't as easy as it seems.

While William H. Macy's brilliant portrayal of the Gallagher patriarch has earned him

multiple awards, producers originally offered the role to Woody Harrelson.

In an interview with ShortList, Macy described an encounter with Harrelson, who told Macy

he had spoken to producers about playing Frank but ultimately turned down the role, claiming

he didn't think he could do it better than the British original.

In true Frank Gallagher form, Macy allegedly responded, "I can."

While Joan Cusack's portrayal of the agoraphobic Sheila Jackson is flawless, earning her an

Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress, it was Allison Janney who played Sheila in the show's

pilot.

Deadline reports that Janney then turned down the role because she was also committed to

another show.

And did you catch a slight difference in Mandy's appearance from season one to season two?

Jane Levy was originally cast as Mandy, but left after booking a lead role on ABC's Suburgatory

in 2011.

When Shameless returned for its second season, Emma Greenwell took on the role of the badass

Milkovich sister.

Emmy Rossum's ultimatum

Fiona is the backbone of the Gallagher family, but a Fiona-less Shameless nearly became reality

after season seven when actress Emmy Rossum demanded pay equal to that of her costar Macy.

In late 2016, Variety reported that Rossum wanted to get paid more than Macy to make

up for the years she didn't receive an equal salary.

Fans breathed a sigh of relief when the network met her demands.

Rossum tweeted in December of 2016, "Playing Fiona Gallagher has been one of the great

privileges of my life.

I'm so happy to continue with my SHAMELESS family!

Back to work in May!"

Liam Gallagher's double life

The youngest Gallagher, Liam is actually played by twin brothers Brenden and Brandon Sims.

According to an Instagram page run by their mom, the twins, quote, "love WWE, [and] living

shamelessly on your TV screens on Sundays."

Justin Chatwin's secret scene

The show's writers devastated fans of the loveable Jimmy/Steve at the end of season

three with a huge cliffhanger that left Chatwin's character's fate largely unanswered.

Executive producer John Wells told TV Guide, "That character was coming to an end."

Viewers assumed a drug lord killed Jimmy/Steve, and were shocked to see him return for a few

episodes in season four.

But fans of the show weren't the only ones left in the dark about Chatwin's return.

Emmy Rossum revealed in a Reddit AMA, "Little did I know, they actually FLEW Justin to Chicago,

hired a different crew, kept him in a different hotel, and filmed — UNBEKNOWNST TO ANY OF

US — a scene that would end season 4."

The actors didn't find out about Chatwin's return until the episode actually aired.

Not really South Side

Despite the Gallagher clan's South Side pride, the home where the crew films is actually

located in an area 30 minutes northwest of the South Side.

While most of the show is actually filmed on a set in Los Angeles, the cast visits Chicago

for two weeks per season.

Fans of the show can visit the Gallagher home, but it is a real neighborhood with real people.

Emma Kenney, who plays Debbie Gallagher, told the Chicago Tribune, "The little boy who lives

in the Gallagher house — the real house — his name is DJ and he's 8 years old now,

so I've known him since he was 1...He's a really good kid, such a good kid."

Ethan Cutkosky goes to school

When we first met Ethan Cutkosky's character Carl, he was a young street kid with sociopathic

tendencies.

As of season seven, he'd befriended a police officer and attends military school.

The decision to send Carl off to military school came after Cutkosky asked to be written

off as he started high school, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Cutkosky said, "I still want to come home and be that regular kid."

Executive producer Mark Mylod promised to do his best to allow it, telling the Tribune,

"He is a good, grounded Chicago kid who wants that whole high school experience, and hats

off to him for that."

Shanola Hampton's pregnancy

Veronica's season three arc includes an infertility struggle, but in 2013 Hampton revealed to

People that she was pregnant in real life, telling the magazine, "We are beyond excited

to expand our family and begin this new chapter."

To accommodate Hampton's pregnancy, Veronica and Kevin get pregnant in the first episode

of season four.

Proving yet again, the Shameless crew can find a solution for anything.

Meet the doctor.

My name is Alicia Morgans, and I'm the Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Vanderbilt University

in Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States.

Where is the spine?

The spine is the bones that are on your back, sometimes called the backbone, or I tell my

children,

the bones that make you look like a stegosaurus; the bones right here on your back.

What goes down the middle of the spine?

The spinal cord travels down a hole in the middle of the vertebral bodies

that makes up the spine.

What is the spinal cord?

The spinal cord is a group of nerves that travel

down the middle of the spine, or the backbone.

Why is the spinal cord important?

The spinal cord's nerves actually control the functions of the legs and the arms;

it controls your breathing, your bowel movements, and your bladder habits.

It actually is the nerves that control most everything outside the brain.

What danger does prostate cancer bring to bones?

Prostate cancer, and actually the treatments that we use for prostate cancer, all make

the bones thinner and more weak.

They're more able to break.

What special threat does prostate cancer have for the spine?

In the spine, prostate cancer can grow within the bones, and over time it can grow into

the area

where the nerve travels down the backbone, and it can push on the nerves.

That can be very painful and can actually cause

paralysis of the arms or the legs in men

who have what we call cord compression where that tumour's pressing on the nerves.

Beside spinal cord compression, what other threat does prostate cancer have for the spine?

The bones actually can often break because they

become weakened by the cancer growing in them,

or by the treatments that we use for prostate cancer.

So the spine is a very delicate area in the body

and one that can be affected both by the

prostate cancer and by the treatments we use for it.
