Waching daily Aug 18 2017

Welcome back to The Legal Brief, the show where we CRUSH the various legal myths and

misinformation surrounding various areas of the gun world.

I'm your host Adam Kraut and today we are talking about Indian Reservations.

Are you concerned about the NRA and the direction it's heading?

Want to ensure someone who enjoys NFA firearms sits on the Board of Directors?

If you are a NRA life member, an annual member for the past five years, or know someone who

is, head on over to adamkraut.com to get a petition to place me on the ballot for the

NRA Board of Directors in 2018.

There are about 326 Indian Reservations found in 25 states, with the majority being located

in California.

Approximately 56.2 million acres are held in trust by the United States for various

Indian tribes.

Now you may be asking, Adam, why are we discussing Indian Reservations on this show?

Well, it's actually an important subject to cover, since a lot of times you are able

to hike, camp, fish, pursue other outdoor activities on them, and even gamble in a good

old fashion Indian casino.

The Constitution gives the Legislative Branch the power over Indian Affairs, meaning that

states have no authority over tribal governments unless expressly authorized by Congress.

This means that federally recognized tribes generally are not subordinate to states and

can have a government-to-government relationship with them.

These federally recognized tribes possess both the right and authority to regulate activities

on their lands, independent from state government control.

This means that they can enact and enforce stricter or more lenient laws and regulations

than those of the surrounding state where they are located.

This also means that there is no uniformity between the different reservations, so essentially,

it is like traveling to another state that has different laws.

Which then begs the question, what is the authority of Tribal Courts over individuals

who are non-Indians?

Generally, tribal courts have civil jurisdiction over Indians and non-Indians who either reside

or do business on federal Indian reservations.

They also have criminal jurisdiction over violations of tribal laws committed by tribal

members residing or doing business on the reservation.

In 1978, the Supreme Court in Oliphant v. Suquamish Indian Tribe declared that "Indian

tribes do not have inherent jurisdiction to try and to punish non-Indians."

As such, for criminal matters, tribal courts do not have the jurisdiction to prosecute

a non-Indian.

That does not mean that you cannot be arrested, detained, have your property confiscated,

be ejected from their land, etc., while a tribe attempts to ascertain your status as

a non-Indian.

Further, the tribe could turn you over to local law enforcement.

But Adam, you said the tribe doesn't have criminal jurisdiction over non-Indians, so

how can they lawfully seize my property and not return it?

Good question.

Technically it would be an unlawful seizure.

And depending upon how that tribe has elected to structure its court system, either its

own tribal courts or having turned over enforcement to the state, you may have some options.

All said and done, you're probably going to spend more time and money than it's worth,

so it's better to just avoid the situation up front.

It's also worth noting that Indian tribes enjoy sovereign immunity, so you can't sue

them.

However, you can take comfort knowing that you can't spend years in prison on an Indian

Reservation.

As with everything, the best thing to do is to find out what the laws are in that area.

I've included a link to the National Indian Law Library search.

You'll want to search for terms like "weapon" or "firearm" and the name of the tribe

whose land you'll be on.

You can also look for the tribe's website to find information there.

Honestly, that's probably the easiest way to find the answer.

If you are unable to find the answer, submit a request and ask for a response in writing.

It's the best way to cover your butt.

While obviously not bulletproof, it's better than rolling the dice.

Let's try an example.

I'm planning on going on a backpacking trip to Havasupai Falls, which is located in Arizona.

I'm hoping to plan anyway.

Place looks awesome.

Anyway, my license to carry is recognized in Arizona as a valid permit.

If I wanted to take my firearm with me while backpacking in Arizona, I'd be allowed to

do so, assuming I'm not breaking any of Arizona's laws.

However, if I wanted to take my firearm with me onto the land of Havasupai Tribe, I'd

be breaking their tribal law.

How do I know this?

A google search of their tribe lead me to their website.

Their website under the information tab clearly states that it is illegal to possess weapons

on their land.

Let's do another one.

On the lands of the Confederated Tribes of Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, their

law states that a person commits the offense of carrying a concealed weapon by knowingly

carrying or bearing, among other things, a pistol or revolver, that is wholly or partially

covered by their clothing.

However, their law has an exemption written into it that if a person is permitted under

state law to carry a concealed weapon, it is not unlawful for them to do so on the tribe's

land.

How do I know this?

Again, a google search led me to the Tribe's website where the code is published.

As always, if you are unsure, ask for a response in writing.

Lastly, for those traveling through or stopping while passing through Indian Reservations,

you'll again want to ensure you're complying with the reservations rules.

There are some nuances as -to who owns roadways, etc.

Obviously this translates into a large task (depending upon how many you are traveling

through), so you'll want to prepare ahead of time.

The easiest way to explain it is treat traveling to a reservation as if you're traveling

to another state.

Research their laws to ensure you are in compliance with them.

As you can see there is no blanket answer for Indian Reservations.

Since they each maintain sovereignty, it is like having a lot of little countries or states

to travel through.

How many of you guys have been on reservations and didn't know this?

Let me know down in the comments.

If you found this information valuable be sure to share it with your friends.

Don't forget to hit that like button and if you aren't subscribed already, you better

make that happen.

Be sure to ring that bell so you don't miss an episode.

Check out my website adamkraut.com.

And as always thanks for watching!

Sex Reassignment Surgery is Mutilation? | Misconceptions of MTF SRS - Duration: 12:53.

I had sex reassignment surgery which means I mutilated my

genitals. Yeah, let's talk about why that's complete nonsense.

Hi everyone! I would like to discuss some of the

misconceptions of sex reassignment surgery. A video of

mine about dilation was shared all over Twitter not long ago

with people mostly using it as a reason why transgender people

should not serve in the military. I have my own view on

that situation and this is not the place for it, but I mostly

wanted to address some of the concerns and misinformation

I saw these people spreading online. One misconception is

that SRS is mutilation of the body and the genitals. You can

see it that way, and I totally get it. The result some people

have from SRS may be a bit disappointing. The truth is,

everyone will have a different outcome. Some will look more

natural, and others not so much. Even if you go to a reputable

surgeon, issues can still happen. It all depends on the

person. However, some people even describe it as a

'gaping hole.' Ok, I'll admit that for some people it can look

like that as it may not look natural. But, if it makes

someone happy, does it really matter what it looks like.

If it's true mutilation of the body, does it

matter if they want to do that to themselves?

Another issue is people said you don't have

sensation and cannot orgasm, and also can't lubricate.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong again. This is all possible,

and I experience all of these. Lubrication is

possible if you are really in the mood.

This comes from the cowper's gland which is

connected to the prostate. The prostate remains there too,

which is a male organ, but it acts almost like the G-spot that

a woman has. Not only that, but orgasm, while different, is much

better now. Maybe not every experience is fantastic, but

overall things are good. Now I completely understand that

cutting nerves will result in loss of sensation. If the penis

has less nerve endings than the clitoris of a woman, and it's

severed even more, then it's true that there will be less

sensation. Yes, there are spots where it's completely numb with

no feeling at all, but that doesn't mean you can't orgasm.

For anyone interested in how to repair nerve damage, look into

the supplement CoQ10, specifically Ubiquinol. It can

help especially after surgery heal the nerves and get better

sensation. I think the main reason people have the

misconception of the inability to orgasm is because after SRS

your sex drive diminishes even further. Your body no longer

produces testosterone. For all of you who have transitioned

from male to female, you know what sex drive is like before

and after hormones. Then after SRS, it decreases even more. So,

in order for you to have more sensation and reach orgasm, your

testosterone has to be in good range, otherwise you could

regret surgery if you cannot use the new parts you have. Yes,

people do regret it and I won't overlook that fact. For some

people it can be great, but for others, it enhances the risks of

depression and suicide. It's true so be careful. I was taking

testosterone for about a year, but stopped and found what

worked best for me that I could incorporate into my diet and

supplement regimen. These are DHEA, as well as iodine and

selenium. DHEA is a type of hormone that decreases as we

age. And iodine and selenium both stimulate the thyroid,

which I think has had the biggest impact. Iodine can be

acquired from natural sources like seaweed and other marine

life. Selenium can be acquired from brazil nuts. Just one or

two brazil nuts a day and you'll notice some positive effects.

Exercise also helps get those testosterone levels up. The

amount of naturally born women who have told me how much they

have related to my discussion of my surgically made vagina is

quite astounding. So much that is sounds like maybe, just

maybe, that the results closely reflect that of a woman who was

born with a vagina. Of course, I'll never have a real vagina.

I can never have a period, get pregnant, or have plenty of

other female only features and characteristics. It's made by a

human being via surgically reconstructing male anatomy.

It wasn't made naturally. I'll admit it's not real. But with

the amount of women who could relate, that's interesting for

sure. Even when I went to the gynecologist, she was impressed

and said my surgeon did a good job. Maybe she was just saying

that, but I don't think so since my vagina is not a freak show.

Yeah, there may be some problems visually due to how thin I was

when I had the surgery since there was less fat to work with,

but I like it now. Yeah maybe also there is some hair inside

the vagina which is unnatural. However, it's minor. It's not

like a hairy cave down there. Another misconception is that

dilation is required to keep this gaping hole open and ready

for action. Dilation is crucial early on after surgery,

especially the first year, if not two years. But after that,

it's not as important and can actually be replaced by sex. If

I had a man I'd much rather have a penis up there than a dilator.

Yeah, dilation is unnatural. Many women don't need to do

this. But, also remember that dilators are not just for trans

women, but also women who were born with vaginas who have

vaginal atrophy. This happens to women with low estrogen, so it's

still something real women do, not just trans women. Another

misconception is that having this surgery, or just

transitioning in general, promotes the mental disorder

that is gender dysphoria. The main problem with this is that

it does encourage people to alter their bodies through

hormones and surgery, which why would anyone want to do this

anyway? I wish I didn't have to do any of this. People alter

their bodies because they don't like them. Instead of accepting

the bodies we were born with, we alter them with drugs,

surgeries, and so on due to insecurities we have. Cosmetic

surgery can be very addicting and I've seen people get carried

away and transform themselves into a non-human being, which is

simply impossible. Just like it's impossible to truly change

one's sex. I had SRS, but I recognize that I'll always be

male. I can never biologically be female no matter what, so

I'm not going to obsess over it. However, what other way than

transitioning can alleviate dysphoria? Often there is no

other way, which there certainly should be. The argument people

make though is that if someone hates their legs and wants them

cut off, it's a mental illness and shouldn't be encouraged. And

they also apply that to trans people. Ok, that's a reasonable

argument. But, what if it's not just a mental disorder at play,

but a physical condition. What if a baby was meant to be a

male, but physically developed as female prior to birth. While

body, mind, and spirit are all connected, it doesn't mean the

body will always match the mind. Spirit doesn't know any gender,

but mind and body are gendered as either male or female, so

some people have to transition. The mind is more powerful than

the body, so that's why we have to change the body to match the

mind. Another thing I take issue with is the medical necessity of

SRS. It's not necessary to be happy and live as who you really

are, and neither is transitioning. You can learn to

be happy and love yourself without changing anything

physically. Some people will have an extremely difficult time

and will be saved by this transition and surgery, but

others will actually be negatively impacted by these.

So it's not necessary, but some people have a harder time with

dysphoria. Another issue I have is that some people think trans

women are going to be sleeping with men and never tell them

that they were once a male and now have a surgically made

vagina. This is a tricky one to answer since I always believe

one should be honest. If a trans woman is going to have sex with

a man, she should always tell him. She should say,

"Hey, as long as you're cool sticking your penis inside this

gaping hole that is a penis and scrotum that's

been pushed into my body to resemble a vagina."

Obviously it's not going to go like that.

Some people won't find the humor in that statement and be

offended. I don't really care. But, telling someone is so

important and I simply just don't understand the people who

slut it up for some action. I'm not these people so I don't

know. My best advice, find someone who loves and cares for

you, wait until you two know each other well, then tell them

you are trans, then have sex if both of you are comfortable.

What is the need to rush and have sex and one night stands?

Lastly, I just wanted to mention that any videos related to sex

reassignment surgery are often flagged as inappropriate and I

cannot make any money off them. I'm fine with that. But if you

recall, I made a video not long ago about censorship, which I'll

have an annotation and a link to in the description. Essentially

Google AdSense has put a violation on my account due to

sexual merchandise. This affects my website currently, and if

they shut my AdSense down, it'll affect all my YouTube income as

well, as scant as it's become. And this video may be the final

straw since it discusses sexuality and surgery. According

to them, "Google ads may not be placed on adult or mature

content. This includes fetish content as well as sites that

promote, sell or discuss sexual aids." Ads don't appear on any

page on my site discussing sexuality or surgery as I've

removed most of them, so it's merely a cover up for something

else. The page that was in violation does talk about a

sexual device, dilators, but you know what, you can call them

dildos or sexual devices or whatever, but above that, they

are medical devices since surgery was a medical process

and I have a medical condition. I don't show off vibrators and

try to sell them to you like some cheap referrer code deal,

"Get 50% if you use the code AutumnVagphodel," like I've seen

a few other trans people do on YouTube, which is just a

disgusting way to make money from your viewers. So, they've

targeted me because they don't like the other content I make

and are using SRS and dilation as the excuse. This is

fascinating since the video about censorship is pretty much

censored and I don't make any money off of it, and more and

more videos are seeing a sudden halt of revenue. That's why it's

so important to help whatever way you can. However you can

support me, I am truly grateful since it helps us continue

fighting the censorship. Just by sharing my videos and spreading

the message helps greatly. And if you want to donate, I am

currently using Patreon and PayPal which is in the

description of all my videos. Via Patreon, you can get early

access to my videos and even have your name and social media

displayed on the 'special thanks' page on my website.

However you can contribute, I am so grateful for your support.

Thank you! Be sure to also sign up for my free newsletter on my

website to get early access to all videos posted there. As

always, the links are in the description. If you have any

other input on this topic, I would love to hear it so please

feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you agree or

disagree with, and/or how this has helped you or someone close

to you. Have a wonderful day!

UPDATE: State Takes Steps To Remove State Senator Who Called For Trump's Deat | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:52.

When Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal posted her fantasy of the assassination of

President Trump earlier in the week, one has to wonder if she gave any thought to the possible

consequences.

We'd like to think in order to serve in a public office at a state or federal level,

one would need to be somewhat intelligent.

But we've been proven wrong again and again on that.

Here's what the leaders of Missouri along with other lawmakers are attempting to do

to her.

Fox 2 Now reports:

ST.

LOUIS, MO — The Lieutenant Governor of Missouri is suggesting steps to remove State Senator

Maria Chappelle-Nadal from office.

Thursday she posted, and then later deleted, a Facebook comment saying she hoped President

Trump would be assassinated.

This had many elected officials calling for her resignation.

The Secret Service is now investigating her.

Lieutenant Governor and President of the Missouri Senate Mike Parson says that Article III,

Section 18 of the Missouri Constitution allows for her removal for calling for the assassination

of the President of the United States.

"Many Republicans and Democrats have asked for her resignation.

For her to continue to serve as a Missouri State Senator is totally unacceptable.

There are ways to remover her from office but I think she should take responsibility

for her actions and resign," said Missouri Lieutenant Governor Mike Parson.

"As the President of the Missouri Senate I have the ability, the right to call on my

fellow Senators to expel her from the Missouri Senate; which I plan to do if she does not

resign."

Governor Eric Greitens told his Facebook fans that he believes Chappelle-Nadal should step

down.

what do you think about this?

Pokemon Snap Review - Taking Photos of Pokemon (N64) - Duration: 4:28.

Pokemon Snap on the Nintendo 64 is kind of a weird game if you really think about it.

Sure, it has Professor Oak and all of the Pokemon you know and love

- well, most of the first 150 of them anyway -

but the whole thing has weird, non-canon feeling to it.

The kid you play as is drawn in the same style as the Pokemon anime

but looks extremely generic and the vehicle you ride in doesn't look like it came out of the series at all.

Not to mention that the whole aim of the game is to try and take the best pictures of Pokemon that you can.

I mean it's an awesome idea but it's super weird to go from an RPG where you catch monsters

to an on-rails photography game.

Perhaps the weirdness is just because the game was made by Hal Laboratories instead of Game Freak

or maybe that Pokemon as a franchise wasn't as firmly established as it is now.

I dunno.

Originally Pokemon Snap was supposed to be for the 64DD

but because that peripheral totally bombed it never happened.

I wasn't able to find information on what was originally planned to be in the game on the 64DD

but based on its capabilities, it probably would have had more stages,

possibly more Pokemon and maybe even an internet sharing option.

Unfortunately as it is, the game isn't graphically amazing.

Sure a lot of N64 games have aged quite poorly

but Pokemon Snap looks quite a bit more bland than other Nintendo-developed games

like Ocarina of Time or even Kirby 64.

It's not a deal killer but "meh" graphics in a photography-based game is kinda hard not to notice.

As I said before, the gameplay is all on rails and has you taking pictures of Pokemon in real time.

Some levels have unlockable routes, special abilities

and Pokemon you can only see if you use one of the items the game provides to you

as you progress through it.

The first item you receive is the apple

which you can chuck at Pokemon to have them pause to eat or even hit switches with it.

Oh and you can nail them in the face.

HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME

I MADE MY MISTAKES

Once you've completed a level,

you pick out your best photos and submit them to Oak to have them rated.

If you submitted a photo of the same Pokemon earlier

the old one will be replaced if the new one is scored higher.

Your goal is to try and get the highest scoring photos of every Pokemon you can.

Yeah, there's nothing about this game that is particularly difficult in any way.

You can easily get through it without having played it before

but it's still kinda fun to jump into from time to time.

Oh and it'd probably be even MORE fun

if you know someone with one of those photo printing booths they used to have at Blockbuster.

These things were the weirdest,

most Mickey-Mouse setup ever.

Inside the housing was a CRT television

and a full on N64 with the most bizarre printer ever.

The thing just plugged straight into the second controller port.

Did Nintendo specially make those or something?

Why not just make a proper machine instead of this weird Frankenstein?

The world may never know the answer to those questions.

If you don't know anyone with one of those machines

you can also buy the game on the Virtual Console and share your pictures via the MiiVerse.

Other than that

you can capture it on your PC and that's about it.

Despite Pokemon Snap having sold over 1.5 million copies

- a pretty good number back then -

Nintendo never made a sequel.

The closest we ever got was Pokemon Dream Radar on the 3DS

but that was really just a bare-bones augmented reality game.

With all of the advancements consoles and handhelds have had since 1999

it's kind of bizarre that Nintendo hasn't resurrected this series.

Instead we got.. Pokemon Channel..?

eh??

All in all, Pokemon Snap doesn't have a ton of depth to it

as it's really just a simple photography game aimed at kids

but it's a great little game to fire up when you're in the mood to chillax.

I imagine most older Pokemon fans have already played this

but for anyone that hasn't, it's definitely recommended.

HackTrip to Rio de Janeiro with Wifi Cracking and Airdrop Hacking on Mac - Duration: 10:11.

Wisers, at last we're in Brazil! To be exact, in Rio de Janeiro

Yesterday was super crazy, I spent it travelling all day

travelling for about 20 hours more or less before I arrived.

First, I had to travel from the city of Guadalajara

which is where I reside to Mexico City.

Ten hours later, I took a flight to Chile

and in Chile I had to wait for about four hours.

And lastly, I flew from Chile to Rio. And finally,

at last after so many hours I arrived, super tired.

But now we're at Rio de Janeiro and --

Yesterday, a lot of interesting things happened.

However, I want to tell you: This channel's objective is

(as we all know) hacking and technology.

Little by little I want to tell you about my life

and how do I live out all these travels,

but from a technological viewpoint.

So, when I was travelling from Mexico City to Chile,

I started fooling around a bit, trying to find

security vulnerabilities; I realized that many people (on their iPhone

or their iOS devices such as iPads or any Apple device)

had Airdrop enabled, this...

feature, you could call it, that allows you to share files

between iOS devices.

With Airdrop, you can choose if you want anyone to find you

or if you want to be found by your contacts only (those added on your device).

And it turns out everyone had enabled the first option.

I downloaded a JPEG image and changed its name to

payload.jpg just to play a bit.

I sent the file to three people.

Surprisingly, two of them accepted the file!

It was a JPEG file that they had accepted from a stranger.

Two of them got the file. Hackers could use this technology

to distribute trojans and infect computers at the airport without a hitch.

All of you watching this video: Be careful with this!

You don't want to be hacked. Imagine, what if

this image had been carrying a troyan?

A hacker could infect your computers.

Be careful, and let's continue this trip!

Today is our first day at Rio de Janeiro

and I had the chance to slip into a graffiti tour

(tell you more in a bit)

and we're being told about the history of some of these

paintings here in Rio (really amazing)

It's super fun to understand a bit more about the context

of why the artists make these.

Here's a very special person I want you to meet

who accompanied me to this trip to Rio de Janeiro.

She came here to attend a Youtube event;

look, I want to introduce you to this little one who accompanies me --

Cesar: "Hahah, she wants to hide!" Liz: "Aaaah, I'm escaping!"

Well, for those who don't know it yet, she's my girlfriend

and she's got her own Youtube channel called "Craftingeek",

go ahead and visit her.

Well, my friends, let's begin this graffitti tour, we'll see how it goes.

Right now we saw this person painting graffitti in front of us

is putting himself at a risk in a way, since

if the police caught him and identifies his style

he could, in a given moment get in trouble

because they could say this, that and those paintings are his.

Part of the things I found to be interesting was

the incredible amount of available WiFi networks.

As we could obviously think, imagine cafeterias, restaurants, businesses

all of them need wireless networks.

But the worrying thing about this is that the majority of

these networks had their default passwords.

Hackers could calculate the passwords based on

the router model, MAC address and the SSID.

If you recall, some months ago I uploaded a video on

how to calculate these passwords.

Well, let's see what other curiosities we find on this journey

but for now this has turned interesting already.

I was about to head out, I thought "Well, I'll wait one hour

more or less to charge my devices",

I get to the room and look at what I stumbled upon:

Somebody explain to me: WHAT is this?

What is this!?

The outlets here are like the Europeans ones.

I would have NEVER imagined that.

So now I have to get an adapter to charge my devices.

In Mexico they're not like this.

These are the plugs in Brazil. As you can see they're two...

Round sticks, very weird, and well, I must think

how am I going to solve this situation.

And these are the plugs from Mexico that we all know

Or at least the majority of Wisers do;

It's two flat sticks.

Oh well. Mexican plug. We need an adapter so let's go look for it.

Right now I had to switch from the camera I was using to record;

had to use my cellphone because I was told it is a bit unsafe

to be seen with such a big device, recording.

I'm looking for a place to exchange dollars into reales.

Because it's the local currency in this place.

I was just told there's a place just ahead so let's see if we can find it.

Airports regularly have a worse exchange rate

so I do not reccomend that you do it there.

They exchanged 2.9 Reales for each dollar.

We did it, so let's go purchase the adapter we need to charge our devices.

I'm surprised by how complicated it can get to

simply make yourself understood to buy one of these things.

Everyone was showing me adapters

but they were for USB, to charge your phone.

There's a lot of stores for that.

But I found this one that works for any device.

Right now I'm looking for a place to buy a SIM card

to see if I can get a data connection because I have no Internet access

so things like moving around and communicating have been very difficult.

Let's see which company works here.

Right on, I have a data connection, and my power adapter as well

so I have evolved once again

and I can communicate with absolutely anyone

and do whatever I want; I'm quite happy, I've got GPS

so I'll be able to move around perfectly.

Right now I'm headed to the Botafogo beach

(or something like that)

and this tunnel draws my attention because it looks like

the one in those prank shows here in Brazil, right?

It's actually a little creepy and making me look out everywhere.

Just look at this beauty I found,

and I just took some pictures for Instagram

I really liked this place, so I decided to keep a memento, right?

By the way, today's my birthday, number --

And the only thing I can say is that I'm really thankful

for everything that has happened,

how much I've progressed this year, in the channel

and professional pursuits, the business, etcetera.

And thank every one of you that are in some way supporting me always.

Thanks, thank you everyone!

Let me show you around this beautiful beach.

A while ago I walked through here and realized that

many people were forming queues to buy lottery tickets.

It caught my interest; I thought it was something rare

and that I wasn't seeing right.

I just purchased this, which I don't know what it is

but only that it is Açaí.

I think it's some sort of fruit.

I was drawn to it because these two look really happy,

they're saying: "Ay, how huge!" or something.

We gotta try it out, it's almost done.

I think they don't want to appear in a picture.

I just purchased this thing here.

Obrigado! [Portuguese: Thank you!]

I got my drink. I was curious since I saw many others enjoying it.

Truth is I haven't tried it yet, I just got it.

Wow, it's really good! What is this?

Tastes like banana, with...

It's really good, honestly!

I've arrived to this place I was invited to,

this super weird place. Look, they're waiting for me.

We've entered this peculiar place located in the event

I was invited to by Liz, and in this space--

It's awesome because in the past, this place I'm showing you

was a chocolate factory.

Some time later after the factory closed,

this place started to be used as a market,

so all the parts of the factory were divided

and they make different kinds of furniture and that sort of things.

Right now it's super interesting because the place

is open during the event so we can learn

about what is made in this space.

Liz: "We'll go explore." César: "Yeah, vlog inception!"

Liz: "I'm getting into his vlog."

To be continued.

Olympic Athletes Who Look Completely Different Today - Duration: 4:53.

When competing in the Olympic Games, athletes keep their bodies in top form.

But when the torch goes out and the roar of the crowd fades, many Olympians let themselves

finally relax and shift their focus to less physical pursuits.

Here's what a few former Olympians look like since their retirement.

Tonya Harding

While she never won a medal during her two visits to the Olympics, Tonya Harding was

an extremely talented figure skater.

She won the 1991 and 1994 U.S. Championships and became famous for being the first woman

to successfully complete a triple axel in competition ...

"And look at the size of this jump.

Huge!"

She also became infamous for her role in the brutal attack on fellow skater Nancy Kerrigan

— carried out by Harding's ex-husband Jeff — in an unsuccessful attempt to keep Kerrigan

from competing at the 1994 Olympic Games.

After being stripped of her title and banned for life from the U.S. Figure Skating Association,

Harding turned to other methods to earn money, including boxing, woodworking, releasing a

sex tape, and even setting a car-racing land speed record.

Shaquille O'Neal

Shaq snagged gold at the 1996 Olympics as part of the all-powerful U.S. basketball "Dream

Team."

This was during the very promising early years of Shaq's NBA career, and his transition to

the L.A. Lakers from the Orlando Magic was announced on the first day of the Games in

Atlanta.

He continued his storied career for another 15 years, before announcing his retirement

from the sport in 2011.

Mark Spitz

American swimming legend Mark Spitz made history when he broke world records in all seven of

his events at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.

In total, during his career, Spitz won Olympic gold nine times, as well as silver and bronze

medals.

He decided to bow out of the sport while he was on top, retiring from swimming right after

the Munich games at age 22.

He then began a successful career in television as a broadcast commentator for many years

before starting a real estate company in Beverly Hills.

Caitlyn Jenner

While still known as Bruce, Caitlyn Jenner became world-famous for her gold medal performance

in the decathlon at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal.

Her world-record finish over the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War, paired with

Jenner's victory lap carrying the U.S. flag — a tradition she started which continues

to this day — transformed Jenner into a classic all-American hero.

Today, Jenner continues to inspire millions.

She officially came out as a transgender woman in 2015, showing off a completely new look

on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Tara Lipinski

Figure skater Tara Lipinski achieved international fame at the tender age of 15 when she won

the 1998 Olympic gold medal in the ladies' singles category, setting a record for the

youngest person to ever win that event.

After a professional career plagued with injuries, Lipinski retired from the sport to become

a commentator, actress, and philanthropist.

Lipinski is all grown up now and looks much different from the fresh-faced teen at the

Games in Nagano, Japan.

Highly regarded for her keen fashion sense, she continues to work as a commentator for

NBC during its Olympic coverage.

Ian Thorpe

Like figure skater Lipinski, Australian swimmer Ian Thorpe represented his country on the

national stage at a very young age.

He was only 14 when he won the 400-meter freestyle at the World Championships in 1998 and went

on to captivate the world when he dominated his swimming events at the 2000 Olympics in

Sydney.

After the Games, Thorpe was plagued with injuries and illness, which ended his bid for a comeback.

Thorpe has since become active in philanthropy, hosted a TV show, designed jewelry, penned

two books, and has even dabbled in acting.

Shawn Johnson

During the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, Shawn Johnson and her teammates on

the U.S. Gymnastics team captivated the country with a silver medal performance.

Johnson also took home gold in the individual balance beam event, along with silver in the

individual floor exercise.

An unfortunate skiing accident in 2010 left her with a knee injury that thwarted her efforts

at a comeback for the 2012 Olympics, so she turned her attention to a career as an author,

spokesperson, philanthropist, and occasional reality tv contestant.

Brian Boitano

After taking home the 1988 Olympic gold medal for men's singles figure skating, Brian Boitano

forged a successful post-Games career in professional skating before cashing in on his South Park

cameo fame by landing his own Food Network cooking show, appropriately titled What Would

Brian Boitano Make?

Even though he's traded his fluffy hairstyle from the '80s for a more modern and age-appropriate

cut, Boitano still looks great.

The Great Question | Dr. Ed Young - Duration: 28:29.

♪ Theme Music ♪

Jack did not notice when Alice, three times, had reached over

and hit the snooze button.

But he realized how late it was this Sunday morning.

He jumped up out of bed, getting ready to go to work.

He didn't shave; he went in the shower.

He threw on some clothes; he raced to the car to realize he

had been asleep eight minutes before, and now he was backing

out of his driveway, going to work.

He said "Well, it's kind of unusual for me to go into work

this early on Sunday morning."

Then he thought about it.

He said "No, it's sort of normal, recently..."

Because Jack had been working almost 24/7 for weeks that

grew into months, that grew into years

as his company was expanding.

And he was at the point of so many new enterprises.

So he knew he had to get to work well, well early that Sunday

morning in order to complete the task that must be

ready for Monday morning.

Now as he was going to his automobile, he was thinking,

"How long can I go at this pace?

Here it is before 6:00 a.m., and I'm out moving!"

He thought about how much he loved his three children, and

how much he adored his wife, and he thought that "In a little

while, maybe I'll have it all together!

I won't have to work like this, and we'll have some bills paid,

and we'll be a little more solvent in our situation" and,

then he topped a hill, and he said "I hope I can make that

southern crossing before that 6:08 freight train comes by!

Because every morning, he tried to beat the 6:08 freight train!

He said "I don't know if I'm gonna make it today!"

But as he went over the hill, he saw coming from

his left that long train!

He said "I think I've got plenty of time today!

I think I'm gonna make it!"

And he said "I'm not gonna take a chance."

Jack was not a risk taker.

He was very conservative, very careful.

He wasn't going to take a chance, but as he looked at that

train coming, and he entered that crossway, he said

"I'm gonna be all right!

I'm gonna have plenty, plenty of room to spare!"

And just as he got to the tracks-BAM!

Coming from his right was 20 tons of steel!

Another train he hadn't even noticed!

I thought about an old song I learned as a boy.

It said "If the left one doesn't get you;

then the right one will!"

This is Job, isn't it?

Jack is Job!

He's looking to the left, and all of a sudden,

he's lost everything he has!

He's lost all of his ten children,

and he's totally beaten up!

But then he looks to his right, and what happens?

He's terminally ill!

There's boils from the top of his head

to the bottom of his feet.

And here is Job, at one time, the greatest man in the East,

the Bible tells us!

And now he is a zero!

He is in the garbage dump, and his three closest friends hear

about his dilemma; hear about his suffering; hear about his

pain, and they travel to be with him!

And in the beginning, they do a great job of comforting Job.

They really do!

We read and studied in our Scripture

-Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar!

Eliphaz was the slick, smooth person

who talked about experience.

He was the oldest comforter.

And, then Bildad was,

was the one who talked about tradition.

"This is the way things work traditionally

when you're suffering!"

And Zophar was the "in-your-face" guy, remember?

He was in your face saying "This is the way it is, Job..."

And the thesis of these three men was exactly the same.

"Job, you must be a sorry, secret sinner,

or you just wouldn't be suffering like this!

We've never known anybody in just a few days, they'd lost

everything; and now they've-You've lost your health!

On top of that, your wife has come and said 'You dirty rascal!

Why don't you just curse God and die?'"

I mean, how dark can life get?

How low can you go?

How much suffering can you stand?

And these three friends showed up.

And they do everything right in the beginning.

Remember, we talked about how do friends comfort friends?

Friends first of all show up!

They're there.

They come!

The second thing they do; they try to feel as you feel, and

they enter into your suffering, into your pain,

and they shed tears...

And that's exactly what these friends did in the beginning.

They got down in the garbage dump with Job!

They spent seven days, seven nights with Job!

They got down where he was!

They, they shed tears!

They threw dirt in the air, indicating their sorrow...

And, what else do friends do?

Friends also do not get turned off by what they see,

or what they smell.

And these friends of Job-they didn't recognize him at first.

He had no hair on his head!

And his, his robe was torn apart!

And, he had boils all over his body!

He was moaning and groaning, and crying, and he couldn't sleep;

he couldn't stay awake, and he was going through despicable,

unbelievable agony!

And they were not turned off by what they saw, what they smelled

with Job and his sickness, and the trash dump.

But then the fourth thing that friends do for friends

-these three friends did okay for seven days and

seven nights, and then they messed up!

What's the fourth thing?

Friends who comfort friends don't say very much!

They say very little...

And they did all right for seven days and seven nights,

and then they just started talking!

They took a good man, Job,

and they tried to play God with him!

And they tried to diagnose why he's sick, and what's going on

in your life, and they just come one after another.

One speaks; Job answers, and Job answers them,

and then he utters a prayer to God.

Another one speaks, and Job answers, and he answers them,

and he has a prayer to God.

Another one speaks, and Job answers, and he

answers them and has a prayer to God.

This all goes on for three cycles, until finally;

everybody is more or less exhausted!

And then we come to this portion of Scripture as Job is

answering, thoroughly, I think, these three guys.

And look what he does here.

Look at Chapter Number 13, Verse Number 13.

By the way, this is a different Bible.

My dog, Winston, got a hold of my Bible, and uh, this is

true-had it open at Job, and he ate all of

Chapter 13 and part of Chapter 14!

It's true.

A couple of weeks ago, he got, uh, Oswald Chambers,

My Utmost for His Highest -ate a whole page out of that!

So I had to sort of prop up this new, red Bible.

Uh, anyway-I guess I have a holy dog!

He's absorbed more Scripture than some of us

are here at church today, so...

Eehhh-don't want to get too personal!

Chapter 13, Verse 13.

Job responds and says: "Be silent before me so

that I may speak!"

In other words, he's saying to these three friends,

"Would you guys just calm down?

Be quiet for a minute?"

"Then, let come on me what may.

Why should I take my flesh in my teeth and

put my life in my hands?"

Other words, he's saying "I am sick; I am dying.

I've lost everything."

He said "I'm not just going to curl up in the fetal position

and say 'Okay guys -thank you for being

here and talking with you!'"

He says "I have something to say!"

And now we see Job making a great affirmation

of faith in this setting.

Look what he says.

I read it to you.

"Though He"-that's God-"Slay me; I will trust in Him!"

God wins the contest with Satan, had you forgotten that?

Remember how we got here?

Satan and God got in a conversation beyond

the pail of history.

God mentions Job, what a good guy he is, and Satan responds

and says "Man, if I could get a hold of him..."

And he got a hold of him.

The first train hit him; lost his kids, lost his possessions.

Then Satan said, "Well, he didn't curse me that time.

He blessed You; but let me get a hold of his skin.

Let me touch his health.

He'll take care of his own personal well-being.

And the right-hand train got him, and Satan said "Now he'll

curse You, because he's been serving You and being faithful

to You because You have blessed him and

given him a penthouse life!

But now, Job has lost everything; and this Verse seals

the debate between Satan and God, does it not?

Because Job says "Though He kills me,

I'm going to keep trusting Him!"

Game over!

Game set-match!

Victory for God, and for Job!

Everything Satan wanted to do to bring down the life of Job;

the very opposite took place!

He blessed God, and now he puts his trust in Him,

no matter what happens!

That's over!

It's done for!

That's the end!

But we got some mopping up to do with these three guys!

And Job is not through!

Look what he does next!

It's sort of staggering.

Job says, second part of Verse 15:

"Nevertheless, I will argue my ways before Him, before God.

This also shall be my salvation.

For a godless man may not come before His Presence.

Listen carefully to my speech and

let my declaration fill your ears!

Behold now, I have prepared my case,

and I know I will be vindicated!"

What is Job saying?

Job is saying to God-"Look!

Let's go into court of law!"

Read the Book of Job, and you have every law term,

almost you've ever heard of!

You have a case; you have charges;

you have a judge; you have a jury.

You have witnesses; you have evidence;

you have everything you look for!

You see, Job understood that God is the Supreme Judge, and he

believed that God Almighty was a judge who was righteous,

and a judge who administered justice!

Upon that basis, he goes and says "I want to have my day in

court with You, God."

You see, he'd been dealing with the three monkeys.

Now he wants to confront the organ grinder!

He wants to confront God!

He said "God, let's get on even ground!

Get on the same ground together!

Let's get on level ground!"

And look what happens then.

What does Job ask for in this trial

that he is bringing before God?

He's asking for God's Presence.

By the way, folks, when suffering comes, that's what we

need, just the Presence of God.

If you know that God is present, and God is with you,

and God is there; that's all we need.

This is what Job asked for.

Look for it in Verse 20.

He says: "Only two things do not do to me.

Then I will not hide from Your face.

Remove not Your hand from me, and let not the dread

of You terrify me."

Job is saying "In this trial, Lord, I want two things:

Don't abandon me!

I want You here with me.

Don't abandon me!

I know I'm making charges before You.

Don't abandon me", and he said also "Don't terrify me.

Don't intimidate me."

Think about it!

Going in court with God?

He said "God, don't abandon me in this,

and don't intimidate me!"

You talking about intimidation!

You talk about the boldness of Job, and I imagine his three

friends now just cower back and say "He's lost his mind!"

And then look what Job says-wonderful!

Verse 22.

He's talking to God now.

He said "Then call and I will answer, or let me speak.

Then reply to me."

What's Job saying in the courtroom?

He's saying "God, You be the plaintiff,

and I'll be the defendant."

He said "You speak; I'll respond."

He said "Or, reverse it!"

He said "I'll be the plaintiff, God,

and You can be the defendant!"

He said "Whatever way you want to handle this trial,

God, it's okay with me!"

Then he goes on and says "I want you to number all of my sins!

Just list all the things I've done that brought

this suffering into my life."

Now that's bold, isn't it?

And one little phrase I read-don't miss!

He said "No one goes before God"-paraphrase

-"When there's sin in your life!"

If you go before God with a prayer and there's living sin in

your life and my life; God can't hear; God can't listen!

We have to be as we used to say when I was brought up

-"confessed up; prayed up".

We have to get all the stuff in your life and my life right

before we can go to God, or our prayers are meaningless!

He can't get to us and hear us, because there's a

blockade there of trash in a life!

And Job is saying right here, oldest Book in the Bible;

pre-Calvary, pre-Christ, pre-Israel;

he's saying right up front "I understand.

You can't just go to God any time, any way.

You have to go and confess your sin before you can do business

with Him; before He will speak with you,

and you can genuinely speak with Him."

So he says "God, I want Your Presence!"

And look at the next thing that happens.

This is what Job wanted, but look

at the next part of this.

Look at Verse Number 7, Chapter 14.

"For there is hope for a tree when it is cut down, that it may

sprout again, and its shoots will not fail; though its roots

grow old in the ground, and its stump dries in the dry soil.

At the scent of water, it will flourish and

put forth springs like a plant."

He uses a positive illustration of nature in order

to illustrate a negative truth.

Very interesting here!

What is God doing with Job?

He's pruning him!

That's what He's doing!

Now I don't know anything about horticulture,

or plants, or trees.

I know next to nothing.

After I pull up weeds and cut the grass;

I've exhausted my understanding of flowers and nature!

But I read about pruning.

Pruning is something!

Many of you know this.

You've got to prune the, at the right time.

You've got to cut in the right way.

You've got to cut the amount of, the right amount.

You have to do it in the right season.

You have to...

It's a very complex thing!

And you know why we prune, in order to get rid of some of the

extraneous foliage, and, and we cut back so the flowers will be

more beautiful where the, where the fruit will

be delicious and be productive.

You have to cut back!

But how much, and when, and where?

That's the reason you go to John, Chapter 15.

We see a very clear word.

Jesus says "I am the Vine" and He said "You believers,

you're the branches."

He said "The, the Father God is the husbandman", and He said "If

a branch isn't productive, it, it's just cut away and thrown

away" but He said "If a branch is productive, God the Father

prunes that believer, that Christian in order that

Christian will be more productive!"

By the way, someone outside of Christ, outside of the plan of

God-is there any reason God could keep,

should keep you alive?

I can't think of one.

Just breathing air, and taking away natural resources.

I can't think of any reason for that!

You see, but as believers, sometimes, God prunes us so

we'll not continue to major on minors;

so we'll get our priorities right.

And that's what going through with Job.

And Job, as he was being pruned; his friends were there with him!

At least they were there.

They didn't handle what they said very well;

but at least they were there.

And that's something we have to understand.

We see people who are suffering, and some pruning is going

on in their life; we need to be there.

That's what's important when pruning is going on in a life.

And this is what's happening to Job, and he didn't understand it

fully; but he was crying out that in the pruning of a tree,

he says, we know they come back.

But what about us?

He said "I have no knowledge..."

He's very pessimistic here-"That when I suffer and I die;

what will happen to me?"

And then he asked that big, big question in our Scripture.

Look at it, there in Verse 14.

He says "If a man dies, will he live again?"

That's the question, isn't it?

If a man or a woman dies, will you, will I, will we live again?

And then Job says "All the days of my struggle, I will wait the

pruning until my change comes."

In other words, he stops breathing.

And then he has a surge of faith.

He sees it.

Verse 15, he says: "You will call,

O' Lord, and I will answer You.

You will long for the work of Your hands."

He said "When I am dead", he said "I know God,

You will speak, and I will answer because You long

for that which You created because You love me!"

That's it!

"Because You love me!"

And that's what Job needed; that's what we needed when

we're going through pruning times.

By the way, if you're a teenager, or 20, or 30 or 40 and

you haven't suffered; you haven't been pruned;

I say this reverently -you're a light-weight!

Yeah.

You're a light weight.

Because pruning does something that nothing else can do.

It cuts out all the extraneous things; it, it eliminates all

the things that don't matter.

It causes us to grow up.

In fact, th, there's a weight of glory,

C. S. Lewis says, that follows suffering.

You see, it's God's way to make you and to make me real.

In all the other major religions of the world,

you know how they handle suffering?

They give advice!

They give words...

How does Christianity handle suffering?

Christianity deals with suffering in that God became Man

in Jesus Christ and suffered with us!

God understands when we're disenfranchised!

God understands when we're kicked out!

God understands when we suffer that's unfair!

God understands when people speak evil words against us!

God understands!

He even understands our sin, because in Christ,

He took that on Him!

He suffered like we suffer, and then He suffered that great

suffering as a result of sin so that we will not have to suffer

that great suffering!

That's how Christianity deals with suffering.

So we know when the pruning comes that

He will be present with us!

And we know if a man or a woman dies;

will that man or woman live again?

Yes, because God longs for; God loves that which

He has brought into being!

In a university in Missouri; one professor was the

toughest guy in the whole school!

He specializes in flunking people.

You ever had a teacher like that?

And so, everybody was afraid of him!

But he was a dynamic teacher, and a wonderful man.

And you loved his classes.

But when test time came, whewww!

Fear and trembling; fear and trembling,

even to the best of students.

Final exam time.

This guy said "I was never more petrified."

He said "Even as we sat in class, everybody was still

looking at their books, and checking

their notes before the test.

The professor came in.

He said "I want to have a brief review

before we take the final exam."

And said he went over some material they had talked about,

and then he began to talk about material they'd never heard of!

He said all the class said

"Doctor - we have never heard any of this before!"

And said he responded and said "It's in the book!"

He said "Remember I told you,

'Be responsible for everything that's in the book!'"

They said "Yeah, yeah, we remember that..."

Then they passed out all the exams.

He said "Leave the exams face down until

everyone has their paper."

Then he said "Take the test!"

He said "I turned over my test and, there were the questions on

the first page, and they were all answered!"

He said "I flipped over, and there were

the questions on the second page.

They were all answered.

Third page; all answered.

Fourth page; all answered.

Fifth page; all answered.

Sixth page; all answered!

Seventh page, discussion questions;

all of them answered beautifully!"

And he said "Finally, the eighth page at the bottom, it said 'The

creator of this test has answered every question for you,

and every question is absolutely right!

You get an A+ on this test as does

everybody else in this room!'"

And then he went on to say "I want you to know you did

not do one thing in your reading, and your studying and

preparation that deserves the 'A' that you're getting.

It is all on the basis of grace!"

Life is a test.

Fill in some of these, some of these answers and whew!

Man, I mean, it's a tough test!

We're going through some pruning here, and I don't know if I got

it right, I responded right.

I don't know if everything was cut out.

I, uh, I don't know if I've become the person I....

You see, most of us don't understand grace,

and we don't practice grace.

But everybody who was in that classroom, the rest of their

life; they'll understand grace!

I read that story, and I said

"Boy, I wish I'd had a professor like that!"

Heh, heh, heh, heh!

And maybe some of you are thinking, "Boy, in all the tests

of life, oh, I wish I had a God like that!"

You do!

A God who is exactly like that!

Trials are woven into the very fabric of life.

When we least expect it,

storms can come and turn our lives upside down.

They can come crashing like waves on our finances,

our health, and our relationships.

So how do we weather these storms

and turn the trials of life into triumphs?

In his booklet, Hope in the Storms of Life,

Dr. Ed Young looks at how the apostle Paul,

though beaten, robbed, and shipwrecked

found great joy in life.

A joy that our Heavenly Father wants to fill your life.

Right now, this powerful booklet is our gift to you

for your financial support of this ministry.

Call the number on your screen, or go online at winningwalk.org

to get a copy for yourself or someone you love.

When trials come your way,

you can turn those trials into triumphs!

When we go through hard times, it's natural to ask why, why?

But God does not always answer that question.

Even in these times we can be confident that

He is as work for good in our lives.

God allows us to suffer to cause us to grow - to grow up.

I would rather be around someone who has endured through hard

times then someone who has lived a life of ease and health and

comfort and everything is going super.

There is a depth in the lives of those who suffer,

who suffer well with the Lord.

If you are in the midst of a storm,

please call the number on your screen.

we have people who are standing by

who will pray for you, listen to you.

And join me again next week, right here, on the Winning Walk!

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Mixture - Duration: 8:11.

Hi Spirit fit warriors.

That is one of the latest craze there are many people that are using this, therefore,

one of the requests that I get a lot are my mixture of using apple cider vinegar and that

is what I am going to show you today.

I going to give you some ideas and different things that you can actually explore yourself

and different kinds of mixtures with some of the things that I am going to show you

and come up with your own mix and what you like.

As always, anything that I show on the video, I always recommend that you check with your

physician first before trying some of these ingredients even though there are natural

it effects everybody differently so this video is not to go over all the benefits of the

different condiments that I am going to use in my mixture but you can look it up and research

it for yourself.

The majority of them is for having a better gut and digestive system and helps with inflammation

throughout the body.

What I look to do is to take this first thing in the morning to have the body alkaline,

the body tends to be acidic therefore with this mixture it is a great thing to have first

thing in the morning and then have some water not only that it give me a bit more energy

with my particular mixture before my preworkout.

Now

the

basic things to have

are

your shaker cup, have one

of these in here and

I tend

The Texas bathroom bill saga in 5 minutes - Duration: 5:00.

We will pass legislation out of the Texas Senate this session to keep men out of ladies' rooms

and locker rooms and showers and bathrooms at our schools and public buildings.

Businesses from across Texas have come together to urge the Texas legislature to reject discrimination

and embrace public policy that keeps Texans open for business.

I'm filing this legislation not to start a controversy but to end one and give solutions

to a very tough issue.

Laws like SB 6 harm our kids and they keep our schools from doing the job that they are

meant to do to which is to educate, empower and support our children.

It sends the message to me and my transgender community that

we're not welcome here, that we're deviant, that we're dangerous

and that if you see us in the bathroom or out in public that we're

deserving of harassment and assault.

Senator, It is complicated.

It's not.

I mean you could just say men should not go to women's bathrooms,

women should not go to men's bathrooms.

Plain and simple.

I'm concerned that Senate Bill 6 may not ever come up for a vote, but I also can assure

you that if it happens, there's a lot more support on this floor than people realize.

Senate bill 6 is the Texas Privacy Act.

The people of Texas have spoken clearly on this issue.

Unfortunately, several important bills that the people have demanded have not

passed the House and time is running out.

I remember those days.

You remember?

Bathrooms, white, colored.

Bathrooms divided us then and it divides us now.

If the Senate wants to pass a bathroom bill, they can concur

with the bill that we passed earlier this week.

It's absurd that bathroom bills have taken on greater urgency than fixing our school

finance system.

And I don't think the people of Texas, and I hope the members of the House, are going

to tolerate one man standing alone, behind a microphone telling his members what they're

going to do.

I am announcing a special session to complete that unfinished business.

We need a law that protects the privacy of our children in our public schools.

I don't want to be scared to go to the restroom in anywhere public.

And I never ever want to use the boy's restroom.

It would be so weird.

Please keep me safe. Thank you.

We have yet to find anything that this will prevent.

Because in truth, this is a purported solution that is in search of a problem — a non-existent

problem.

Until we have equality for all of our citizens,

we're not going to have equality for any of our citizens.

Being 21 ayes and 10 nays, the bill moves to engrossment.

Well you know what?

We choose our daughters over dollars.

We are asking for urgently on behalf of all these pastors across the state of Texas that

we do hold a second special session until the job is done.

Thank you.

What are Denominational Trust Clauses? Can They be Challenged? - Duration: 2:20.

Hi my name is Dan Dalton I'm an attorney with the law firm of Dalton &

Tomich in Detroit Michigan. Today we're going to talk about denominational

trust clauses. If you're a member of the Methodist Church, Episcopal Church,

Presbyterian, Church of God, any one of the mainline Protestant churches you

probably have a trust clause in your church doctrine. What the trust Clause is

is an attempt by mainline denominations to hold on to the local church property

in the event that the local church breaks away from the denomination. Most

of these denominations have this trust clause, have had that trust clause for

at least last 30 years. The United Methodist Church has had one since the

1700s. So this may be the first time that you've heard that a trust Clause holds

your local church's property. What if your church wants to leave the

denomination? Can you challenge that trust clause? The answer is yes.

Trust clauses are subject to state law and we've litigated these cases across

the United States. You have to look at your uniform trust code within your

state law along with your corporate law code as well but even before that you

need to look at your own documents, your own internal documents or your church to

make sure that you can avoid the trust clause if this falls into litigation

somewhere down the road. I hope this was helpful for you

if you have more questions about your denominational trust Clause and how it

applies to your local church please feel free to contact me or you can go to our

website DaltonTomich.com and you can find more resources including a downloadable

guide of what questions to look for and what papers to review when you're

evaluating your trust Clause. Thank you for watching.

What to use to Animate and Huion Kamvas GT-221 Pro review - Duration: 5:57.

what do I use to animate?

I get asked that question more...

...than anything on the face of the planet.

Like literally sometimes over 50 times in a day

There's a big part of me that likes to be helpful and give you the information

And there's a really tiny part me

that just wants to set myself on fire

the next time someone asks me that

Let's get rid of this chair.

Let's get...

this bad boy!

So I was wondering what you use to animate. Oh

*Alex erupts into fire*

There's a good chance. You want to know what kind of tablet

I use for my cartoons and stuff a lot of people in animation Squad have been saying this and I think it all started with

Jaiden she said to start just get like a cheap junky tablet cuz you don't even know if you're gonna like this

And it's honestly really good advice

And I've always been impressed by it like just get what you can afford

After you get that junky tablet once you find out. It's your passion, and it's time to upgrade

What do you get that's kind of what I'm about to show you is I think I haven't opened it yet

This is like an unboxing slash review, but I'm excited

That this is what you need

This is a gt. 221 Pro by Huion on the box. So it's got a full HD 1920 by 1080 display

178 Degree Wide Viewing Angle a pen with

8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity that is beastly ten programmable buttons plus touch bar on each side of the display and if you're wondering

Yes

The drivers do let you sink the button to do the same thing on both

Sides the left side sinks to the right side that's pretty cool. Let's crack her open

Oh before we get into this you guys know I got my huge

Canada show coming up these are the dates hope to see you there and get you tickets now because it's starting to sell out now

back to the review

Let's crack this puppy open. This is just a lot of the charging cable the behind-the-scenes stuff

That's it

That is a big one

As for ports on the side we got an HDMi a dVI a classic vGA power port

USB

Cd

No, just no on the cd.

I can't get over how big this is

It's got programmable keys on both sides it looks like there's about 20 of them

That's really nice to be able to have it on both sides.

Oh, yeah, this is how you get those clark workouts

Oh, I think we're going to have to put this together ourselves

*drill noises*

That is nice

Silky Smooth can you feel ... can you see that? one thing It doesn't come with...

is.... I don't think the adapter for Mac

Yeah, it doesn't have that so if you are familiar with Mac. You probably know there's not usually hDMi ports on the computers

You're gonna have to get one of those special Mac adapters

I have had tablets provide them in the past so that might be an addition Huion wants to think about

Look at that comes a little carrying case. That's nice

That's the pen right there. It comes in that Dainty little case

It's a nice quality a nice build the pen feels nice not too light not too heavy

A lot of people don't like these...

this is the cable to charge the pen

The good news is if this works like any of these pens

I've used before... you only have to charge it like once a month if that

It's got those two little clicky buttons right there?

I don't know if you can hear that, but they just it feels good. It's nice to hold oh

That was niiice

I am Impressed with this display.

I could get use to this. This is really nice

Yes, you have a question. Yeah bro, we've been here for like four minutes

What it like to draw on the thing

we'll skip to that ... drawing on the tablet

Alex right now is drawing in toon boom Harmony

I can tell you right now

This is a huge plus that it works with toon boom

Because a lot of times when we get these tablets they'll work with photoshop, they'll work with affinity photo

But the one program they won't work with has always been toon boom

So the fact that it's working on toon boom

it's something that I really think is a positive

and

Probably speaks volumes to what software's it would work with.

so that's like a nice draw. I like the way that feels

It's there's kind of a texture to the screen which makes it feel

Like a more traditional wacom. A lot of times with these displays

It's more glass like.. which makes it kind of slide across the screen like you're on ice

this has a nice texture

I don't know if they

teethed the display at all but

It does feel good. Oh

That turned out good

I'm proud of you son this artwork is worthy of the ultimate accomplishment

We're putting it on the fridge

This isn't a full review

These are just my first impressions and unboxing

so if there's anything I might miss

I'm sure there's loads of other great youtubers doing reviews on this.

check them out for sure

That is the huion 221 Pro

I would definitely recommend this overall the general experience is it it's Frickin awesome

I love Huion. This is sick

The screen is nice

It's good to look at and it feels good to draw and when you ask me those are the two main things

... you wanna get out of one of these tablets

now for more info on this tablet will definitely have info and a link down below

And thank you to huion for sending this tablet out to us. We love checking it out and what about you?

Do you like reviews like this?

I know I do a lot of animation, so I thought hey, maybe this might be interesting once in a while

I really would like to know what you think thank you guys for clicking like subscribing

We'll have some more vlogtoons and cartoons coming up real soon.

I am itsalexclark...

and I will see you somewhere. Okay. Baiiiiiiii!
