Are You Ready As the Solar Eclipse nears, a 140,000 miles long sunspot group is about
to burst!
Only a few weeks ago, it seemed that the sun would be quiet and featureless when the Moon
eclipsed it on Aug. 21st.
This weekend, however, the sun is welcoming the eclipse with a burst of renewed activity
as a remarkably-long sunspot group AR2671 is sprawling across the solar disk, stretches
140,000 miles from end to end, almost twice as wide as the planet Jupiter.
Solar Minimum was in full swing and suddenly there is renewed activity, is it just coincidence?
There are no coincidences!
The �Great American Eclipse�: The totality will reach Oregon at 10:16 AM Pacific, which
is the 33rd state in the USA and will end in South Carolina at 2:49 PM Eastern which
is on the 33rd parallel That means it will take 1 hour and 33 minutes to cross the country.
This eclipse happens on day 233 of the year.
If the Revelation 12 sign is valid, then the day of the Total Solar Eclipse, to the date
of September 23 is exactly 33 days.

On September 23rd a unique astronomical alignment of the Sun, Moon, constellation Virgo, constellation
Leo, and planets Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, and Venus is going to fulfill this passage from
the book of Revelation:
�And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon
under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.
She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth.�
The last time we had a full eclipse in 1918 � it was accompanied by pandemic and war.
Flu crisis of 1918, millions died and the US was involved in World War 1.
Now as we face the next eclipse, besides that it is said that such a celestial event can
lead to strange behavior whereby people suddenly abandon their peaceful ways and devoted themselves
with uncharacteristic fervor to making war on their neighbors and fighting among themselves,
we have an Opioid crisis and an upcoming World War 3?
Coming back to AR2671, this unexpected sunspot has a 'beta-gamma' magnetic field that harbors
energy for M-class solar flares.
It is quite possible that the sunspot will explode during the eclipse, so if you are
in the total eclipse path set your clock to greet this awesome spectacle on Monday.
At all it seems that we are about to witness an extremely unusual convergence of events
the coming month that many believe could represent a major turning point, especially for America.
There are no coincidences, it is all connected!

5 DIY Pencil Cases made from a Sandwich Bag ~ Back to School - HGTV Handmade - Duration: 6:46.
Hi guys, I'm Karen Kavett, welcome back to HGTV Handmade.
I am so excited that it is Back to School time because school supplies and stationery
are my favorite things in the world.
One of the things that you guys are always asking for is more DIY Pencil Cases, so today
I'm going to show you five ways to make an adorable pencil case out of a sandwich
bag.
Let's get started.
You're going to need a quart sized sandwich bag for each of these.
I think it looks nice if you cut off the bottom to get a shorter rectangle, so cut it to whatever
size you want and then use packing tape to seal up the bottom again.
Then to make a rainbow, start laying down different colors of duct tape, overlapping
each one as you go.
Once you've covered the whole front, fold over the excess onto the other side, and then
repeat the pattern on the other side.
This time if there's any overhang, just cut it off.
And then to make it look a little cleaner, cut thin strips of white tape and cover the
top and the bottom of the pencil case.
And that's it!
I think this is adorable and colorful and perfect for Back to School.
Don't put away your duct tape just yet though.
Next we're going to make this watermelon pencil case.
This time, print out a pattern that's the size of your sandwich bag, and cut down the
bag so that the pattern fits perfectly on top.
Seal the bottom with packing tape, only this this time, since we're not covering the
entire thing with duct tape, cover the rest of it with packing tape too, so that it's
a little stronger than just a sandwich bag.
Once you've done that, grab a cutting mat and lay down three strips of green tape.
Carefully cut around the pattern to get a half circle.
Then pick it up and press it down right onto the sandwich bag.
Repeat that on the other side.
Now cut off the outer ring of the pattern, and this time cut it out from white tape.
Pick it up and lay it right on top of the green tape, and repeat that on the other side.
And now we're going to do all of that one more time, only with pink tape to really make
it look like a watermelon.
To finish it off, lay down some black tape and cut out seed shapes with a craft knife.
Carefully pick them up from the cutting mat and press them down in a random pattern.
And, that's it!
Literally could this get any cuter?
I don't think so.
And if you're not into watermelons, you could totally make this with other round shapes,
like a lemon, a donut, or if you're more into sports than food, maybe a soccer ball.
Next we're going to make this easy pencil case with a fun cut-out, and you could make
the cut-out any shape that you like.
For this one, we're going to be using contact paper, so cut a piece that's a little wider
than your sandwich bag.
Then either trace or freehand draw the shape you want to cut out, making sure that it's
centered on the sandwich bag.
Once you have that cut out, remove the backing and press the sandwich bag onto the contact
paper.
Cut the sides to get tabs that you can fold over onto the back and then cut off the sides
of the rest of the contact paper.
Carefully fold the bag up and cut off any excess.
And then to finish it up, you can add a few strips of duct tape to the inside of the bag
so that you'll see a nice color peeking through.
And, that's it.
You can cut out your initial or a heart or any shape you like, and once again, this is
perfect to carry around all of your school supplies.
So you can really get creative with these pencil cases.
For this next one, I cut the bottom off at an angle to get a geometric shape.
Then you guys know how much I love washi tape, so I covered the bag with strips of fun, colorful
tape.
Just like before, fold the excess over onto the back and continue the pattern on the back
until it's completely covered.
Then, in order to make it really last through the entire school year, cover the whole thing
with clear packing tape to really seal in all of that washi tape.
I think this is adorable, and everyone's going to want to know where you got your super
cool pencil case and you can just be like, um, I made it and it is one of a kind.
And finally, you can also make a double-pocket pencil case to carry around even more school
supplies.
You'll need two sandwich bags for this one, so just like before, cut them to the size
you want and seal the bottom.
Then place them on top of each other and use more packing tape to attach the sides together.
Then you can cover it with duct tape just like we did before - I decided to do one side
white and one side black.
There's also going to be another pocket where the two bags sit on top of each other,
so you can either seal that up like I did here or you can leave it open, maybe add a
hook and loop closure, and have a bonus pocket in your pencil case.
To finish it off, I decided to label each side with these holographic letter stickers
- I did M on one side for markers and P on the other side for pencils.
So now you can carry around your entire art kit in one place and basically have the coolest
pencil case in school.

Goalkeeper Training - Reflexes and Anticipation - Duration: 3:59.
This is Stefano from best soccer tricks dot com. Today we will be showing you how to
practice your reflexes and the anticipation when the ball comes.
Alright, so for the reflex part it's a very simple drill you're going to be turning
around always in your goalkeeper stance. Once you turn he's going to be shooting the ball at you.
Your partner will be shooting it at you. So, and for the anticipation part
when you look at the striker, you'll be able to tell with his posture the way
his direction is swinging and with his foot and leg of course where that ball
should be going. So if you turn around and you see that the soccer player going as
he's shooting, his chest is directing it to my left side,
his foot is also directing it to my left side. As a note of balance,
they will not be shooting on the right side, very rare that they will be
shooting on your right side. So you can pretty much anticipate that it's going to
be going on the left side and when it's the other side obviously his body motion
will be swinging the other way. So if you would look at him as he shoots the ball,
So, once again you have him and there he will be going to the right because his
foot has the motion of the right side and his chest is swinging to my right side.
So, in the drill we'll be starting by me having my back facing him. When I
turn, we start up with warming up with this drill he's going to be shooting the
ball at me I will be simply catching it. So when I go, I will turn and catch it.
Make sure when you catch it and it's in your chest you want to cover with your hands
and sort of bend a bit, this way you absorb the ball
Turning, there you go. And once again as the previous video showed, cramp up your leg, bring it in,
no rebounds will be given.
And we are going to get up.
Again, one, two, three... Up!

Get the ball.
Come back.

Get up and make sure you dive on the ball.

So another important trick, make sure if you do give a rebound, you get to that
ball quit before the other defender or forward gets to it. So once again, you're
going to have your goalkeepers basic position going on your tiptoes always moving.
When you turn around, he's going to shoot you the ball.
So you're always ready. So, again...
One, two, three... Go!
Make sure you cover it. Roll it back and turn around.
One, two, three, go!

And you roll it back to him.
Go back in your stance. One, two, three, go.

So, if ever you do leave a rebound, you
want to make sure one thing, that rebound either your goes out of bounds or
