Waching daily Aug 21 2017

Lego is one of the most popular toys ever, so it's not a huge shock that The Lego Movie

was a huge hit when it was released in 2014.

A little surprising, however, was just how good it actually was.

It's the rare kids' movie that adults can truly enjoy, full of subtle jokes and references

targeted specifically at older viewers.

Here are a few things only the grown-ups in the theater noticed.

Legal woes

A big part of what makes The Lego Movie so fun is its authentic eye toward how real kids

play with Lego.

Most kids probably don't keep all their different types of Lego separate, and The Lego Movie

fittingly brings together a mixed set of characters, many of them licensed.

"Please, calm yourselves, Green Ninja, Milhouse, Nice Vampire, Michelangelo, Michelangelo,

and Cleopatra."

Kids don't know or c are much about intellectual property rights and copyright law, but most

adults watching with a critical eye knew what a legal nightmare it must have been to get

the rights to use so many different pop cultural entities in one place.

Co-directors and writers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller have since confirmed it was a logistical

nightmare, and with every major script revision, rights-holders had to be approached anew.

Clever casting

Savvy adults with a taste for quirky comedies surely spotted a few clever voice casting

decisions in The Lego Movie.

For example, co-directors Lord and Miller also created MTV's early 2000s cult classic

cartoon Clone High, about the teenage clones of a number of historical figures.

Will Forte voiced teen Lincoln in Clone High, and reprises his role as Lego Lincoln.

Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill play Lego Superman and Lego Green Lantern, respectively …

"I can't move."

"Don't worry, Superman.

I'll get you out of there!"

"No, don't!"

"Ah!

My hands are stuck!

My legs are stuck, as well."

"I super-hate you."

… and they had previously teamed up in the big-screen adaptation of 21 Jump Street, directed

by Lord and Miller.

Books and bricks

There are some relatively obscure literary and historical references scattered throughout

The Lego Movie.

The fantasy realm is named "Middle Zealand," a combination of Middle Earth, the setting

of The Lord of the Rings books, and New Zealand, where Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings movies

were filmed.

Meanwhile, Cloud Cuckoo Land, Princess Unikitty's bright and shiny homeland in the sky, is a

direct literary reference.

The idea of an impossibly perfect city in the clouds of the same name first shows up

in all the way back in 414 B.C. in The Birds, a play written by the Greek playwright Aristophanes.

And then there's the wise sage Vitruvius: He's named after a 1st century B.C. Roman

philosopher best known for writing a 10-volume series of books about architecture — fitting

for a character in a flick made of bricks.

Honey, How'd I Meet Your Mother?

The most popular TV show in the Lego-verse is a dumb, one-joke affair called Where Are

My Pants?, where a pants-less character frequently wonders aloud about the whereabouts of his

pants.

"Honey, where are my pants?"

Kids may miss it, but adults recognize it's a jab at sitcoms that still air long after

their once-fresh premises have grown stale.

Sitcoms like, say, How I Met Your Mother, which took eight seasons to introduce the

audience to the namesake mother … and also happened to feature The Lego Movie's Phil

Lord and Christopher Miller as writers during its first season.

Inside jokes

There's a scene where Wyldstyle names a bunch of the realms of the Lego universe, and each

gets a second or two on screen …

"Your home, Bricksburg, is one of many realms in the universe.

There's also this one, Pirates' Cove, Knights' Club, Vikings Landing, Clown Town,

a bunch of others we don't need to mention."

Savvy older viewers know why: because they're discontinued or less popular Lego sets, such

as the controversial "for girls" Friends line, a set based on the big-screen bomb of Speed

Racer, the sci-fi Bionicle line, which disappeared from stores in 2010, and the despised Fabuland

line from the 1980s.

Mixed signals

It's not every day that a cheery comedy movie made for kids is also a subversive satire.

A critical read of The Lego Movie shows that it's quite anti-corporate and anti-capitalist.

The villain of the movie is an evil, money-and-power hungry tycoon and tyrant named President Business,

known later as Lord Business.

Shortly after The Lego Movie's release in 2014, figures from the political left, such

as documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, praised the film's anti-business sentiment, while

more conservative entities, such as the Fox Business Channel, decried it.

"Y'know, listen, Hollywood has its own agenda, and we're kinda used to this, but it feels,

it feels a little bit more threatening when they start to push this out to our kids."

Of course, can a movie that also serves as a highly effective feature-length commercial

for a toy line really be that anti-capitalism?

Pure imagination

At the end of the movie, it's revealed that the action up to that point took place within

the imagination of a Lego-loving little boy playing with a massive Lego collection owned

by his father, played by Will Ferrell, who also provides the voice of Lord Business.

So all of that world-building, world-mixing, and searching for the "piece of resistance"

didn't actually happen.

It was all just a figment of the kid's imagination, and a neat little parable about creativity,

trust, and believing in yourself.

But by the time the sequel-teasing ending rolls around, most kids have already forgotten

all that, if they got the message in the first place ...

"We're from the planet Duplo, and we're here to destroy you."

"Oh man."

Trans 101: Ep 21 - Stand to Pee Devices [CC] - Duration: 6:33.

[Intro Music]

Chase: Hi, and welcome to another episode for the Trans 101 series.

Today I'm going to be talking about stand-to-pee devices or most commonly known as STPs.

If you're looking for a video about packers for youth or for adults

Please take a look at the two previous videos in this playlist. Why do people need STPs?

Well, there are a lot of people in this community who would like to pee standing up.

And it is very hard to do that because the anatomy that we have

Doesn't really allow for that for most people. So in this video

I'm going to show you a bunch of different types of STP devices that you can use.

Please be advised that this video will show prosthetics that resemble penises.

So the first one I want to show you is The Travel Mate.

This is a medicine spoon, okay, basically because they don't even make this anymore.

This is -- I'm so old they don't make this online anymore. And if they do, please let me know.

Uh, but this is basically a medicine spoon which you can just get at a pharmacy.

This is the cheapest STP that you can get yourself.

This is very easy and very simple. What you do is you stand up, and you just cup this under your anatomy

And you just pee. Also, be advised that with all these STPs. You're not going to pee standing up the first time.

It's not going to work, and if it does you're amazing. Usually you do cause some accidents.

So, don't go outside the first time you have your STP. Please try and practice at home first and practice in the shower.

This is The Go Girl.

This is most commonly used for women to go camping and to be able to pee standing up.

Or that's what it says on the packaging.

Uh, they all have the same thing. A cup that you can put under in order for you to pee.

The name isn't the best, the Go Girl, but some people have really liked this

Because it does have a lip and this is like a no-spill lip. So even if you're standing up

And you're peeing and you're doing it really quickly and the urine kind of goes up you have a like a no spill-lip over here.

So it's not actually going to spill everywhere. It's going to stay within the little cup.

This is The Mr. Fenis.

This company also has another one called The Fenis. The only difference is that

The Mr. Fenis has a head to mimic the shape of a penis.

The only problem with this is that this is a little bit flimsy, okay?

And it doesn't have a lip over here to catch the urine in case of over spilling that might happen.

So you just have to pee a little bit slower than you normally would.

The stream is pretty good though, because the hole in the front is good and the funnel is very big inside

And what's really great about this is that you can just roll this up and you can put it in your pocket.

Or if you're going camping you can just stick this in your bag and it really doesn't take up that much space

Almost all of these products have been reviewed and I will put the links in the description below.

Now, from Number One Laboratory this is the Number One STP.

This is a little bit smaller than the other ones, and it has a pretty small cup over here

But it does fit very comfortably under you, but you just have to pee a little bit slower

So if you're peeing, just stop and pee and just stop. And the hole is just a little bit bigger.

The same company also makes The Model D Sport STP.

It is over here. Um, just to give you a little look at what it looks like.

This really -- this looks like a cup that just kind of goes on to you. It's very very cup-y. [Laughter]

Now, for the ones that you can use as a stand-to-pee device and as a packer so then you can have a bulge in your pants

And you can just be out in public, and it's still in your pants and you're able to pee from it.

This is a product from Peecock. This is The Gen 3S the Generation 3.

Um, this is a prosthetic where you can put it in your pants and you can pack with it.

It does add a very big bulge, but some people like that.

But it does also act as an STP. This company has just released a new one called Gen X.

Alright that one will be reviewed soon by me.

But just letting you know that they do have a different version, and it is a very good stand-to-pee device.

So be sure to take a look at that, but this has been a fan favorite.

Honestly people have been loving the peacock for years, um, because the funnel is pretty good.

I think that it's still a little bit too flimsy over here.

But it is very comfortable to pee with and the pee doesn't kind of leak because it's so big.

And the funnel is pretty big inside too, but as with all STPs do it at home first before you go outside.

This is the Sleek by Freetom.

Alright, this is what it looks like. It has a very big cup over here, and they have a new urethra

Where you don't actually see the urethra, you have to press it in order to be able to see it.

And now I'm going to show you my two favorite ones, the first one is the Jimmy STP.

This one is very good for packing. It looks very big on the website, but in person is actually pretty small.

Which is really great for your-- for your-- for your body.

Um, so you're going to put this in your underwear and it does, um, pack very well.

The only issue is that it does kind of make a little bit of a noise because of the cup.

But I will say that this is one of the biggest cups that I've seen and

You can pee as fast as you want in this and it will go because the hole is pretty big.

So this is the Jimmy STP, and it is very good.

I do have it in a different color. So if you are looking for a darker skin tone

I want to show you what it looks like. So it does have a lot of detail, alright.

And you're able to.

There you go.

So, I just want to show you a little bit of the detail of the one with the darker skin tone.

It actually I'll just let you know my light is very bright.

This is actually darker in real life than you see on the camera, just letting you know.

And finally the other favorite that I have is the EZP by Transthetics.

This is very good. You would put it in your pants. The only issue is

That is just a little bit hard, and it doesn't pack like all the other packers where it goes down.

You can't pack this down you have to pack it up, but in terms of

Uh, an STP it is very good. It does have a lip over here, so the urine doesn't overflow.

And it is pretty big they do recommend though that if you are going to pee, stop then pee and stop and then pee again.

So this is the normal size. There's also a junior version that looks like this, so it is a little bit smaller.

I've talked about this one in my packing for youth video that you can check out when two videos before this one.

So those are not all the STPs that are out in the market, but those are the ones that I have

And I wanted to show you. If you're looking for some packing underwear you can take a

Look at the video that I posted before this one where I talked about

Packing and I show different types of underwear that you can use in order to use these prosthetics.

I will say that Rodeo has one type of STP underwear and it is perfect for The Jimmy STP.

All the other STPs that I have it doesn't really quite work with it

But I will say that The Jimmy STP is very very good with The Rodeo

STP

Harness packing boxers.

So I just want to say again that these really help people who have bottom dysphoria

Because they are able to stand up and urinate.

This is something that a lot of people long for in this community and finding a good STP is very hard.

I have tried so many, as you can see, in the past.

I have even made my own and nothing has ever worked until I found The EZP and then until I found The Jimmy STP

Which has become one of my favorites now. If I forgot anything I will put it in the link of the description below.

Thank you so much for joining me and if you have any questions, please let me know.

I'll see you for the next episode. Have a great day.

TAKE THE RISK - Motivational Video (Powerful Motivation and Inspiration for Success) - Duration: 26:01.

Live Today With Passion - Brendon Burchard: "Have you ever heard that advice to take risks but you felt like well I don't

want to take risks no one likes risk right no one wants to say when they wake

up in the morning I'm going to take tons of risks today usually risk brings about

fear we're worried that if we take a risk we'll fail

other people will judge us we'll look stupid we'll feel uncertain or unsure of

ourselves and nobody likes those feelings are those outcomes so as much

as people say take risks it's easy for us to say mom not into that but we also

know intellectually that we can't grow unless we take more risks that your next

level of success that leap from this level to that level there's going to be

risk there you know it's from here to there and there's that gap in between

you don't know is you take that leap if you're going to do well that's the risk

you might fall you might fail you might not do well but if you're not making

those leaps and taking those steps you'll always be stuck where you were

yesterday and to grow we've got to have a lot of courage to jump in those risks

new businesses start out small and so you know it would it would be very easy

for say the person who runs our us books category to say why are we doing these

experiments with things I mean you know that generated you know a tiny bit of

revenue last year why don't we instead focus those

resources and that you know that all that brainpower on this on the books

category where we which is a big business for us and instead that that

would be a natural thing to have happen but instead inside Amazon you know when

a new business you know reaches some small milestone of sales email messages

go around and everybody is you know giving virtual high-fives for reaching

that milestone and I think it's because we know from our past experiences that

big things start small you know the biggest oak starts from an acorn and

you've got to recognize you want to do anything new you've got to be willing to

let that acorn grow into a little sapling and then finally into a small

tree and maybe one day it'll be a big business on its own

another guy interviews man named Kyle bass Kyle bastard thirty million dollars

gathered money together a lot of money but other people's money turn in a two

billion in the middle of the subprime crisis that's a whole theory or a big

return it's laid out of two years right oh my god like how did you do this mark

it's a separate book you even they open up the chapter and some of the most

historic books written recently on the gentleman who wrote Flyboys also read

one of the books in spark that I'll talk about Kyle Bauhaus doing this that's

incredible piece it's like it's like being there with him but the way he did

it was he risk six cents to make a dollar and just leverage that up so he

could be wrong how many times and still breakeven 15 hippy wrong 15 times and

make money so what he's also smart as hell he looked at things he evaluate

because more detail that I explained the book but the core they all have in

common is they risk valuable treasure I want to make whatever I'm doing harder I

know that sounds weird I'm like how could I make my job more difficult

because in the taking that risk to make it more difficult I'll grow I'll give

you guys an example last weekend I had the blessing to keynote a conference in

New Orleans some of you all were there it was at the Superdome in New Orleans

which holds like a hundred thousand people but they kind of spiced it in

half with a curtain and they had twenty thirty thousand people in the audience

it's sort of the beachbody convention and it was a blast now I could get up

and talk to 20,000 people pretty regularly in my life I'm doing it again

next weekend it's what I do is a motivational speaker right I'm used to

doing that but I could just go on stage do my thing and get off and that

wouldn't be serving the audience as much and so I asked my question myself how

can I make this presentation even harder on me so that I can grow so I text two

of my friends who happen to be in that organization Tony Horton many of you

guys know he is kind of a founder of and trainer for p90x and chalene johnson who

does piyo and i text them both I said what's your hardest exercise move that

people usually can't get because both those people going to be the conference

and this was a lot of their superfans so I was like

led to go so Tony told me he's like the donkey kick is the hardest one

the donkey kick is basically you do a handstand you kick your legs out you

land back plank position you're right you're on your leg through like

threading the needle in yoga and then you return and you do a burping okay and

chalene said well the hardest one is like which calls the piyo flip which is

like imagine doing a bridge right but then going to kind of one arm and

because like you're doing a bridge this way and one arm goes that way I mean

it's not easy so I decided in front of 20,000 people

to do those two moves back-to-back in a suit so imagine doing a handstand in a

suit kicking your legs out threading the needle then flipping over doing a full

extended bridge not easy but I did it because it would be hard

does that make sense part of the reason I got better as a speaker is because I

was pushing myself pushing myself I mean I used to be it's very comforting and

easy to give a big speech and you know have a transcript or all these notes to

read from but I said one day I'm going to be able to get up on stage and give a

speech with no notes whatsoever now that's hard that's not comforting it's

not easy but it's by putting challenges in front of ourselves that we grow and

that's part of taking risks you know I always say to people look if the only

challenges you're dealing with in life right now are the ones that life's dealt

you then you're not living a fully conscious life yet and what I mean by

that is you're living a life of a reaction if you're not moving and put if

you're not moving towards harder and more difficult goals if you're not

giving yourself challenges if you're not taking risks consciously then you're

just reacting to the world you're not growing and so challenge yourself the

next time you're going to go do something your art your career put

yourself out there try something make that sales call how could you challenge

yourself to make that process even harder so you get better

you got to become a risk taker right there done this job said if you're not

willing to risk you can't grow and if you can't grow you can't become your bed

and if you can't become your best you can't be happy and if you can't be happy

then what else is there you know what I saw dr. Norman Vincent Peale 23 years

ago but for thirteen years I wouldn't take the chance for thirteen years I was

living in my comfort zone for 13 years I kept saying less fun you can't do that

Les Brown you can't have that kind of audience left round you don't have the

oratorical skills you don't have the knowledge you don't have the money I

kept saying I can't do that there's an old African proverb that says if there's

no enemy within the enemy outside can do us no harm

Bishop talks about the enemy in me if there's no enemy within how many of you

know that you've been your own worst enemy raise your hands so you've got to

be willing to get outside your comfort zone and no one could have told me that

the willingness to get outside of my comfort zone the willingness to fail the

willingness to try to experiment the willingness to take some chances the

willingness to do something I've never done that in the last 12 years but 13

years I didn't do it I convinced himself I couldn't do it then the last 12 years

I've earned in excess of 14 million dollars let me tell you 14 million

dollars a good garden and I helped the halt and you can make it through a

winner and Birmingham Alabama do you hear me

no one could have told me I have two books live your dream and it's not over

until you win no one could have told me born in an abandoned building on a floor

labeled educable mentally retarded no college training no one could have told

me I would have produce five specials for public television then I have had

three years ago the highest-rated fastest cancelled talk show in the

history of television because I wouldn't do those conflict and controversy shows

no one could have told me I had no idea that I can do what I'm doing right now

let me tell you what I know about you and I don't to know you

you got greatness within you wanna dr. house dr. King's mentors dr. Howard

Thurman said something one night I was reading and I couldn't sleep

he said the ideal situation for a man a woman to die if they have family members

standing around their bed praying with him as they cross over he said but

imagine if you will being on your deathbed and standing around you all the

ideas the dreams that have been given to you by life the talents the gifts that

you've never nurtured that you never develop the skills that you never did

anything with standing around your bed looking at you with large angry eyes

saying we came to you only you could have given us life and now we must die

with you forever and the question is if you died now what dreams what I did what

talents what abilities what skills what books

what sermons what seminars what businesses will die with you Myles

Munroe said the wealthiest place on the planet is not in the 40 where they have

oil in the ground it's not in South Africa where they have diamond mines is

that the wealthiest place on the planet is Cemetery

because there you find dreams not pursued books never written songs never

song sermons never delivered businesses never arrested tell us never nurtured

you never develop you survive one out of forty million sperm you were born to win

God wants you to be rich and wealthy and successful and to live the abundant life

you must affirm that for yourself every day so you look at yourself and you look

at your life and you look at your circumstances as you work on your goals

and your dreams here are some things I want to give you write this down hold

yourself to high standards see what if Bishop TD jakes had decided when he

first received the idea of the manpower conference that it could not be

what if utilize allowed that idea to die we would not be here see many of you

here you are pregnant with some ideas I'm telling you what I know I will leave

here this afternoon tonight in one hour doing what I'm doing down one hour earn

in excess of 150 thousand dollars I had no idea that I had the capacity to do

what I'm doing right now you've got genius of you you made and unlock this

an image of God you've got greatness in you you have some special stuff in you

you showed up with you so as you look at your life and you decide to become a

risk taker and make it okay to failed experiment trial and error repeat after

me please no tip no testimony you're going to face

some hard times what's the first thing they say when you get on an airplane

before they take off fasten your seatbelt why because you

will experience some turbulence before you reach a comfortable altitude

life was testing me when the man looked at me and said you have prostate cancer

you're too is too large to have the surgery we're going to give you

radiation seed implant the most anybody has ever gotten was 90 they gave me 238

I went back three weeks ago they checked my PSA level which indicates the

presence of cancer your prostate area one to four is normal beyond that is

that you have cancer and it's spreading when I first went a year ago it was six

point one when I went three weeks ago at Howard University Hospital they gave me

an MRI it was ten point five the guy said I'm sorry to tell you this and so

what do you mean you're in the same situation that you were in when I when

you came here here's something I heard at Christ Universal Temple Church at a

new restaurant Bishop TD jakes was praying for a lady

in a wheelchair and it's on how things come to you when he finished praying for

the lady I'm sure there were some questions were asked that weren't verbal

that if the prayer work why did she get up and walk and what he said as he is

walking away healing takes first place first he said healing takes place first

in the spirit

it is not about with numbers it did not about their diagnosis just not according

to appearances you must have a face the call for those things that be not as

though they were know do you really believe it's one thing to believe when

you got money in your pocket it's one thing to believe when your marriage is

working out and you got your help and your children acting like they got good

sense oh it's good so all the Lord is blessing it it's easy to believe then

awful when you get that diagnosis they you and will be hello when you lose your

job when someone you thought you'll be with for the rest of your life say no we

can't do this no more that's when you have to stand that's when you have to

begin to live this faith and that's not on you that's when you've got to call on

something how do you let that mind being you you got to be out of your mind to

believe in spite of these numbers you can still make it in spite of the pain

you feeling you can still come back again you got to be out of your mind

that's right I'm in that Christ mind I believe it and not when things are just

favourable not fair whether faith and you've got to believe that when you're

going out here with your ideas with your products with your services and part of

being successful is you've got to hold yourself to high standards I use Bishop

Jake's as a model his people take care of you he sparrow hold yourself to high

standards whatever you do there's no saying do not go where the path may lead

but go where there's no path and leave a trail

three people with respect three thin the way that you want to be treated Tony

who's with me who's been assigned to me courteous respectful call several times

is there anything I can do for you can I help you out as first-class service if

you decide to provide first-class service

Johnny's just a book called making against the offs he said there's no

defense against an excellence that meets the pressing public needs when I decided

to become involved in the motivational industry I didn't have the money of a

doctor's Norman Vincent Peale of Zig Ziglar of Tony Robbins and all the other

Giants out there I had to gift of gab so what I did was I trained myself I

discipline myself to read three to four books a week

first I sought out a month not increasing with a reading system that I

have mr. Washington mr. Brown yes sir do you want to make it yes sir first you've

got to develop your mind young man because you don't get in life what you

want you get in life what you are next you've got to develop your communication

skills once you open your mouth you tell the

world who you are they said about Jesus who obviously was an effective

communicator never Becca man the reason that you're here is because no one can

milk scripture and deliver a summon that can transform your life and have you

jumping up and down like you crazy like TD James I'm home one day looking at

this video my daughter gave me call he called me son

let me tell you something by the end of that video and I've never seen my father

when that video got to the end I was going to the television saying daddy

daddy come by day I push reverse it back it up a dead baby now you take it so he

just probably died of a bad movie all by myself I look around see me device TV

that make crafted that message you happy I'll cry like about a funeral I will bye

daddy

see I forgive you hear me that's a give you your people uses word

a non Edition only place I've ever seen an applicable is with his kings that's

closing hoping to tell you I think I'm a good speaker but this is this a bad what

we got over here words cannot encompass the symbolism of

what we have the chance to see effort here and yes he's down to earth I mean

down to earth where all these little 20 outfits he has I mean it not be happy

and let me tell you what my daughter said to me my daughter my oldest

daughter is on his advanced speed she said you know what I was listening to

Dion last night and I think I'm going to call on Bishop Jake's daddy - I said I

wish you would I beg you I will throw you out here right now and break his

legs how about calling him daddy now here's I want you to write this down

write down take responsibility for your life take responsibility for your life

now that's a very important remember what what Bishop said last night about

Adam Adam when God asked him what happened Adam did not want to take

responsibility for what he had done men have always tried to escape that so

the reason I'm telling you that we got to start owning our stuff as men write

down the next are and that is not only responsibility but B was possible a lot

of men I don't have I had it I'll give it if the women has that kind

of attitude that children would starve to death the reason that they eat the

reason that they have some place to stay and to lay their head and have clothes

on their back because the women decides I'm going to make it happen no matter

what and they're resourceful my momma raised seven without a man she cooked

she cleaned houses here's something else I will cause you to reach your goals

when you leave here write this down reasons compelling reasons why you here

when you make this covenant with God when you decide to live like a conqueror

when you decide to become more successful to create wealth to be a

change agent in your community what is it that can keep you on the straight and

narrow that will cause you to keep your commitment to your commitment I used to

do door-to-door sales with a man named Sam axe right Sam axe Arad was intrigued

by me because when he came to pick me up he'd

have to blow his horn I was downstairs waiting for Sam when he came around the

corner and unlike the men that worked with him and other young people when it

got dark and Sam blew the horn everybody ran to the station wagon and

they would do a headcount and if they lose here so everybody's here except

less and if they hit last along now I'm not coming Sam why I haven't sold

anything no one stole anything less it's a long run from Liberty City to over

town you got to pass a 20th Street shots in the 14th Street game the rigidities

will stop running through I can't touch them until I sell something see my

reason for going door-to-door different than everybody else most people are

they're trying to make some extra money to party on the weekend or to buy a new

outfit or new bicycle the reason that I was working was to take care of my mama

the reason that I was working is because I was working on Miami Beach with my

mother my mama used to fix the kind of sweet potato pie that you couldn't eat

with your shoes on

you had to take your shoes off so you can wiggle your toes and when we would

go to door sometimes as late as 10 o'clock at night I would not want to do

who's there would you like to buy a nice working television set no money now boy

are you crazy yes I am crazy I'm crazy about my mama

and I'm going to take care of her and I'm going to sell a television set

tonight and invited for only you and after a while somebody said come on in

you're born that better be a good set one of the reasons write down why you

are here at this manpower conference write down five compelling reasons but

why are you going to keep your commitment to change your life keep your

commitment never to go back to the life that you once live keep your commitment

to creating wealth for yourself the taking care your children to be more

responsible to manifest price in you in your life in your community keep your

commitment to live a life of contributions to keep your commitments

to be a conqueror and to act like that and to have authority in dominion of

everything in your life one of those reasons I got on one of my tapes is like

not strip down try and land on your back because then you can look up you can get

up your reasons will help you to get back up again therefore your rod of

staff to comfort you so you got to write down five reasons on everything that

Bishop is saying and ambition merit and all the different speakers and the

relationship seminar that brother Lewis prenup will do how you will incorporate

the principles from this manpower conference in your life and live them

and manifest them and support them now here's one sucker to the last thing let

us say together you got to be hungry okay mr. washer said mr. Brown what do

you want to do well sir I'd like to be a disc jockey mr. Brown if you want to be

a disc jockey you got to be hungry what do you mean by that sir you've got to be

willing to do the things that a others won't do in order to have the things

tomorrow others won't have he said you got to work on yourself develop yourself

develop your mind you don't get it live what you want you get in life what you

are always tried to get on top in life because it's the bottom that's

overcrowded you got to be hungry I said yes sir I'm hungry I want to be a disc

jockey sir and said is that right I said yes sir

he said started listening to Paul Harvey started listening to people who are

effective communicators be conscious of what you're saying and how you're saying

it because how you express yourself once you open your mouth you tell the world

who you are see yourself and as a radio disc jockey start working to get

sponsorship start creating the radio format that you want start developing

your personality test it wait a minute sir I said I want to be a disc jockey I

don't have a job yet and then he quoted Whitney Young he said it's better to be

prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not

be prepared you got to be hungry

we all rock with a purple today though I could have purple welcome back everybody

you back you back and if you knew welcome it's the CPA strength I'm the

strongest licensed CPA in the state of Florida you see right there yeah Saudi

and strongest latency if you what do you do over here buddy what do you do

I voted me educate and inspire these people you people the viewers i educate

motivate and inspire it's a lot of fun I love it

anyways prefer get into this video I have a certain playlist that I'll show

you over here with this card I have a whole plan as changing lines over here

it's the best playlist in the world guaranteed by me okay

take it up with me anyways after you watch that you might come back I'm going

crazy anyways let me calm down what are we going to do this is number 68 I just

can't believe I'm getting I've done 67 before this one this one we're doing

contribution margin the one and 67 we won were fixed and variable costs so

we're using the same numbers in this one and number 68 and it's contribution

margin what contribution margin is the definition of an excess of sales over

variable costs like we have a sales price of $200 pervert Jennifer's on tax

returns so we have a sales price of $200 per tax return so excess of sales the

sales over variable costs a variable costs are our 50 our one 150 over here

oh do you even see that do you see that say I'm working so working with lights

you see the shadows it's it's getting getting crazy over here right folks

whoo yeah I'm just going to take the hat off halfway through I'll get this

lighting stuff figured out it's you know the show must go on I've got I got to

get good content out first of all so I'm going to keep on

trying to get the good content going out and the the quality is going to step up

so probably incremental that you have that you will notice it so I'm trying to

suck the excess of sales over variable costs you know sales price 200 variable

costs 50 so 150 per unit is the contribution margin and I'm like well

you know usually I have some some Thai usually have the way that I keep it

straight in my head and you know like a little like the trick that helped me or

whatever but I really I don't have one for contribution margin you know if you

can't remember what contribution margin is and you just could have to you know

write it next to the siedler write on your paper every morning when you're

studying and just a contribution margin is you know sales over variable costs or

however you can remember sorry the fixed cost would be like a rent a telephone

bill or a Wi-Fi a we fievel cable someone doesn't change fixed

doesn't change per usage the variable costs only occur or change when you're

selling units like we're selling tax returns or we're preparing tax returns

and every time we prepare taxes her and sells someone for two more dollars it

costs us $50 to go through our tax software so that our variable cost per

unit is $50 anyways once we know once we can figure out that our contribution

margin is 150 dollars so that means every every time we sell one unit every

time we do one taxi term we're making 150 dollars so that's our contribution

margin so once you figure that out once you figure out our contribution margin

150 bucks then you know it's six to six hundred dollars is the fixed cost so

that's what we need to cover so you can find out a couple you know a couple

things your break-even point you can have target like how much you hope to

make or all kind all kinds of formulas and

and ratios are derived from the contribution margin so really that's why

I picked this one to show you after we did definitely one over fixed and

variable cost or did the graph I hope you like the graph I thought it was cool

I want to do contribution margins it's a very important ratio for you know it's

just behind a fixed in a variable cost is the contribution margin so I went all

the way around anyways we're going to do we rated contribution margin and then

then the unit unit contribution margin so this is just the regular contribution

margin in the book both in self 10 10 units so I'm selling 10 tax returns all

right 10 year tax returns to doing 10 tax returns uh-huh I'm selling each each

tax return for $200 right and every sets of sales per unit the variable cost per

unit is $50 because that's how much the tax software costs per tax return the

fixed cost is 6 are dollars that's my rent it's like a phone and my Kate like

my Wi-Fi my we fee doesn't matter how much I use per per month it's going to

stay the same let's say let's start to figure out with

these with these facts here 10 units sold 10 tax returns sold $200 a piece

for sale $50 variable cost per unit for tax return and $600 for fixed costs

let's give the contribution margin so total sale 10 units times $200 is $2,000

in total sales minus minus our variable costs and that's going to be our

contribution margin that's going to be our profit before the fixed costs right

its profit before the fixed cost I was saying earlier in the video I just

caught that that I would say it's the profit it's not the property it's a

profit before the trix costs I guess that's why they don't call it profits

when I call it contribution margin because it's your margin that you have

to contribute to maybe I don't know so the variable costs protecting for 10

tax returns $50 each is $500 so you could subtract $500 from 2000 year

$1,500 that's the contrary the contribution

margin you could you have to 10 units because you have 10 you sold 10 units

then the contribution margin see 200 minus 50 for one is 150 to get your unit

price right there and that's another unit contribution margin up another

factoring which I like a little bit better but anyways sales minus variable

costs sales over variable cost that's a contribution margin 2,000 minus 500 is

1,500 which you could also get a per unit because partying is 200 minus 50

150 per unit but for the contribution margin and the total here you have 1500

dollars profit for 10 10 units for our contribution margin so profit before

fixed then you have then you have your fixed cost of six hundred nine hundred

dollars profit so that's contribution margin but now

let's oh let's go over here to the Yi let's go over here to the unit

contribution margin now it's just the unit contribution margin just

intuitively makes more sense to me I think you should see that I'm again

making 150 a pop here I instead of doing all instead of doing all this I would

say almost per unit of my making grants where no Li 150 per unit before my

shirts cost hey guys I just want to know that number so I

would I would just paint I would just take oh the sales price per unit 200

variable cost per unit minus 50 100 250 and then I'd say how many sales do we do

ten hundred fifty times ten fifteen hundred what I would like to see this

the contribution margin so I would know that hey 150 out of four of these and

and I can get my break-even point anyways I thought the I thought the air

was on or something but I'm getting extremely sweaty now and I'm getting

hard to think and everything all of that such anyways I hope you enjoyed this one

a contribution margin I hope I'd see you in the next video

please if you liked this like share subscribe

yes like share subscribe comment all that good stuff please and I'll see the

next one and of course of course of course stay positive okay also yes this

is a hater free zone Gator Freeman we got time for that okay Wayne turn

associate on nobody alright we're trying to uplift and promote everybody alright

well everybody's are doing good we don't we don't promote haters or main people

or anyways I'll see you next time don't

they my brother back in jail and I hate those

pain I'm real long ago you're dead okay yo que sabe no game when i was young i

was coca and it's like okay

Mantis Extraterrestrials Everything You Wanted to Know

By Universe Inside You

Who are the mantis, where did they come from, and what is their agenda on Earth?

This video includes actual footage of what seems to be a mantis caught on camera in Taiwan.

Mantis aliens, are perhaps the most mysterious, and unsettling, of all extraterrestrial creatures.

These beings, are from the Sombrero Galaxy , which is 28 million light years from Earth.

The Mantis race, evolved hundreds of millions of years ago, on an insectoid planet, full

of all kinds of insects, unknown to us.

They became the first to develop advanced self awareness.

They developed the use of tools, but in unison, they became highly sensitive, to sound and

light, and its reflection in colors.

The mantis extraterrestrials, are an insectoid beings, that have features, similar to the

Praying Mantis insects of Earth, but they stand upright, and are at least 8, to 9 feet

tall.

The mantis, have a long, thin torsos.

Their necks, arms, and hands, have additional joints.

Their heads are insect-like, and triangular, with large, slanted eyes of deep brown, to

black.

Most Mantis extraterrestrials, are described as green, but other colors, such as dark brown,

and black, have also been encountered.

Their bodies, are composed of a segmented exoskeleton, and some abductees, have reported,

that the Mantis, seem to be coated in an oily substance.

Mantis are often encountered, wearing long robes, in a variety of colors, perhaps signifying

rank, while some are unclothed.
