Kim Jong-un stays away from public eye marking regime's public holiday - Duration: 2:21.

No sign of a provocation from North Korea yet today -- the regime had been expected

by some to launch a missile.

No sign of leader Kim Jong-un today either, but as our Connie Kim reports, South Korea

is staying vigilant.

Tension has been mounting on the Korean peninsula as well as the region as North Korea has been

expected to mark October 10, the 72nd anniversary of the regime's ruling Workers' Party, with

another provocation,... but so far, North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un has stayed away

from the public eye and from making another round of global headlines.

The anniversary, an annual public holiday in the secretive regime, was expected to be

marked with a missile launch, as Pyongyang has a track history of commemorating key dates

with provocations of such kind.

Pyongyang carried out its seventh intermediate-range ballistic missile on October 15th last year

followed up by another test four days later.

This time around, speculations of an imminent provocation were further fueled by Russian

lawmaker Anton Morozov who was quoted as saying last Friday,... after returning from a visit

to Pyongyang, that Kim Jong-un intended to launch one more long-range missile in the

near future.

With no apparent signs indicating such event will happen on Tuesday, North Korea has decided

to remain quiet on its public holiday.

However, South Korea is on high alert and stays vigilant on any surprise provocation.

(Korean) "As North Korea has publicly announced an

additional provocation, the South Korean government will closely monitor the possibility of Pyongyang

launching an intercontinental ballistic missile, submarine-launched ballistic missile or a

nuclear test and will maintain a full readiness posture."

And although speculations over a missile launch on its key anniversary have weakened, tension

on the peninsula remains high as the regime carried out a reshuffle at a key meeting of

its ruling party,...and this could represent another chance for Kim Jong-un to focus on

consolidating his power base.

(Standup) "With Pyongyang still leaving the possibility

of another provocation open, North Korea watchers in Seoul are pointing at October 18th as a

highly likely date,... as that's the beginning of China's Party Congress or even in November

when U.S. President Trump is scheduled to visit Asia.

now open this file in your photoshop

now go to edit - define brush preset

ok

go back to your main document

take a brush which we have created just now

brush settings (f5 )

tick on the "shape dynamics" & scattering

now paint as shown, with color black

drop down the opacity

now take "ellipse tool" color #00c6cc, and draw

rename as "c1"

now take a new layer and rename it as "c2"

take a hard brush

color #56341b

and paint as shown

now again a new layer and rename it as "c3"

hard brush

color #a8a6a7

align

you can merge both the layers

add text as shown

now take a new layer

hard brush, color #56341b

now draw a line as shown

duplicate the layer

now merge both the line layers

now take a new layer above all the layers and rename it as "string"

will use stroke path technique to create a "string"

if you have not seen my stroke path technique tutorial, than go through the link in the description below

ok! now take a hard brush

ones you have set the brush take a pen tool

and draw a path as shown

ones you are done, rite click and stroke path

ok

hit esc two times

ok now get the selection of "c1" layer

take eraser tool

and erase the overlapping part as shown

now take a new layer above the "c1" layer

opacity 10%

color black

take a same brush that we have created

and paint as shown

now get the selection of "c1" layer

and add layer mask to above layer

you can even change the color if you want

il keep as it is

group

now hide all the layers except group

and press (ctrl + shift + alt + e)

now turn on the layers

double click and open layer styles

add "drop shadow"

try creating the same thing with different shape and color

Seoul warns N. Korea restarting operations in industrial complex violates property rights - Duration: 1:41.

A couple of North Korean propaganda outlets indicated last week that the North has resumed

operations at the Kaesong Industrial Complex... without telling South Korea.

The South Korean government issued a comment today -- a warning, in fact -- that Pyongyang

using assets at the industrial park is a violation of property rights.

Oh Jung-hee has more.

South Korea's unification ministry sent a warning to North Korea:

Factories, machines and facilities at the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex belong

to South Korean firms... and therefore North Korea's use of them violates the property

rights of South Korean firms.

The message comes in response to recent reports from Pyongyang's propaganda outlets... indicating

that the operation at the joint industrial zone has restarted.

The unification ministry says movement specific enough to confirm the resumption of operations

at the complex couldn't be seen as of yet... but street lights and bus movement could be

spotted.

Seoul says it will cooperate with related ministries to investigate relevant facts.

And if South Korean firms that ran business there request a visit to the complex to check

their assets,... the government will consider an approval... though a visit can only be

achieved if the North agrees as well.

The complex, located near the inter-Korean border, hosted 124 South Korean firms from

2004, employing some 54-thousand North Korean workers to produce labor-intensive goods,

such as clothes and utensils.

But it was shut down by Seoul in February 2016, after Pyongyang conducted nuclear and

missile tests.
