hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book 'The Journey of an Ascended Master' and in

this video I'm gonna share with you how to you time travel so stay tuned

before I get into the time traveling I first want to mention that I'm really grateful

for the last couple two months I think I've been 100% giving myself for several

online courses and I really want to thank everyone who join me for the

all of this and for the ones we were still curious the courses are still

available forever so check it out if you like before I want to take you into how

time travel works I first want to mention what is time travel before I

discovered for myself what's time travel means I had a certain picture of

in my mind what it should be like in the movies jumping in an airplane heading

out of it and suddenly you're in 1823 or whatever

and you're walking there but I figured out that this is maybe possible when you

are really in a line with yourself and moving to the most highest state you can

reach but for now time travel means for me that as you

already have seen in my previous video about what time is it's like time is

just one point in in a now moment everything happens now and for me time

travel is getting into another story and other time line you may call past the

future or whatever but you jump into that you can walk in there you can

experience that and you can jump back this is like sitting closing your

eyes and jump back into the past future different timelines whatever you choose

and whatever you like for me this is time travel and I use time travel a lot

in my video courses because a lot of things a lot of blocks are a lot of

happenings from the past keeps us from living in the now moment so I take the attendees

to different places in time to release the happenings are released it

blocks we still have to have the stuck energy and then we jump back into this

time it takes a lot of your body it takes a lot of your mind because your

mind tends to get between it but how we can do this by ourselves I will show

that with you when I want to time travel I just go lay down sit down or

just be here with you and speak I take a couple of really deep breaths so that

you fall fully into your body fully into your core into the center point of

yourself and then you are in the now moment you're 100% here now in this

point of time I simply choose to get back to and certain age get back to a

certain happening or going to you something in time when you call future

potentional happening in the future I put my awareness there

in the moment that I put my awareness there I feel my conscious body moving

there I can see myself walking next to my younger self if I'm talking about the

past then I can do that whatever I like to chat with him give him a hug

releasing whatever is been stuck there in a moment that I feel that I'm

satisfied at the moment that I feel that I haven't done whatever I came there for

I just changed my focus from that specific point in time into the point in

time where I am right now here standing with you and then my whole conscious

body moves back and I'm fully present here again it's really simple it's

really easy but you have to start from your center point and you have to start

in each increase and you don't force yourself to go there you just choose allow

and let it come it is more like if I'm really honest more like you're here in

Center Point and your outer reality reflects you in a relative reflects on

your outer reality the point in time here now and you just let the screens go

and pick the one you like you call past and they'll come to you and you're

watching you interact into it just just like if I can make it really simple it's

just like you're standing here like me and there are different televisions and

it's just just skipping a channel this is what I meant and this is what how I

do it I used to do it and if you have another way of time traveling if you

The Nazis arrest thousands of Jehovah's Witnesses across the country who refuse to salute the Nazi flag.

Why didn't they salute the Nazi flag?

Well, for starters, it's against their religion to salute a flag, as they believe by doing so idolizes the state rather than God.

After these German Jehovah's Witnesses were thrown into concentration camps for not saluting the Nazi flag, leaders of the church in the United States called for an end of participation in daily flag salutes that had become mandatory in American schools.

Yes, those are real photos. It's called a Bellamy salute.

Look it up. Yes, it really existed, and yes students don't do that anymore because of, you know, the Nazis.

Anyway, because the children of Jehovah's Witnesses refused to salute the American flag and refused to say the Pledge of Allegiance, they got in a lot of trouble.

Some administrators even threatened to send these kids to juvy or have their parents arrested.

In 1935, the principal of a school in Lynn, Massachusetts expelled a 9-year old named Carlton Nichols for not participating in the Pledge of Allegiance, and the local authorities arrested his dad.

This case made headlines across the country, and inspired many other Jehovah's Witnesses to also sit down during the Pledge.

In Minersville, Pennsylvania, a dad named Walter Gobitas had his children not participate in the Pledge.

By doing so, the entire family was actually breaking a local law, and they all became marginalized and were straight up attacked by the other citizens of Minersville.

Residents boycotted the Gobitas family store, and the kids were bullied at school.

One of them had rocks thrown at her.

Another one was hurt after his teacher tried to force his hand out to salute the flag during the Pledge.

The kids, of course, were eventually expelled for their Pledge boycotts.

But their dad, Walter, fought the law that forced students to salute the flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance.

Gobitas based his argument on the fact he thought the law violated both the First and Fourteenth Amendments.

His case ended up going all the way to the Supreme Court.

That case, announced on June 3, 1940, was called Minersville School District v. Gobitis...

yeah, a clerk misspelled Gobitas' name on court records. Details, right?

Anyway, the Court ruled against Gobitis, arguing that the law that forced students to say the pledge was NOT a violation of religious freedom.

It was an 8-1 decision, with Justice Felix Frankfurter, one of the dudes who started the American Civil Liberties Union, ironically, giving the majority opinion.

So yeah, things were not looking so good after this case for the Jehovah's Witnesses, especially since now they were huge targets for continuing to refuse to say the pledge.

Nearly 1500 Jehovah's Witness were physically attacked in over 300 cities across the country after that case.

In Wyoming, one was tarred and feathered.

Some were lynched. Others were forced out of town after having their homes burned to the ground.

A Southern sheriff explained it all by saying "They're traitors; the Supreme Court says so. Ain't you heard?"

This made Supreme Court justices like Frank Murphy feel guilty.

Murphy actually said he regretted his decision in the Gobitis case and wanted an opportunity to revisit the issue.

Sure enough, that opportunity came fairly quickly, as Jehovah's Witnesses boldly continued to defy the Pledge and flag salute.

On January 9, 1942, the West Virginia State Board of Education ordered all teachers and students in the state to salute the flag and say the Pledge.

Well, this story sounds familiar.

Another dad, this one named Walter Barnett, had his kids not salute the flag nor recite the Pledge.

And again, the principal expelled those kids, whose names were Marie and Gathie Barnett.

However, on the advice of a lawyer, Walter sent his kids right back to school, where they were called "Nazis" and "Japs" by fellow classmates.

And….each day, the school would send them right back home.

The Barnetts sued the State Board of Education, taking them to the United States District Court for themselves and other families who were fighting the same thing.

The 3-judge district court panel agreed with the Jehovah's Witnesses, arguing it wouldn't normally go against a Supreme Court decision, but that recent developments across the country made them reconsider the Gobitis case.

The persecution of and violence against Jehovah's Witnesses surely had an effect on them.

The Barnett sisters returned to school, although now a half a school year behind their classmates.

The West Virginia State Board of Education appealed to the Supreme Court, arguing they clearly had the Gobitis decision backing them up.

The Court heard oral arguments on March 11, 1943.

That's right, this was all happening smack dab in the middle of World War Two.

The justices were much more conflicted on this one, with perhaps the exception of Frankfurter, who stood firm with his decision in the Gobitis case.

Oh yeah, and there were two new dudes with the Barnett case that weren't there for the Gobitis case- justice Wiley Blount Rutledge, and justice Robert Jackson.

Both had taken the place of two justices that voted AGAINST Gobitis three years prior, and both seemed more sympathetic to the arguments of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

On June 14, 1943- that's right...FLAG DAY, oh snap justices well played.

Anyway, yes on Flag Day they announced their decision.

They sided with the Barnettes, with a 6-3 vote, overturning the Minersville School District v. Gobitis ruling decided just three years prior.

Three justices had changed their minds with the Barnett decision: Hugo Black, William Douglas,

and Frank Murphy, who was a big reason why this case even saw the light of day. What a turn of events.

The Court relied heavily on the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment this time,

as opposed to the Free Exercise Clause referenced for the Gobitis case.

Justice Robert Jackson, still a relative newbie in the Court, wrote the majority opinion.

"If there is any fixed star in our constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty, can prescribe what shall be orthodox in politics, nationalism, religion, or other matters of opinion or force citizens to confess by word or act their faith therein.

If there are any circumstances which permit an exception, they do not now occur to us."

West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, hold up...BarnettE?

Are you telling me a clerk misspelled a Jehovah's Witness's name for the court records again?

It's supposed to be B-A-R-N-E-T-T.

Geez, what are the odds. Details, right?

Anyway, West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette was a huge victory for Jehovah's Witnesses across the country.

To this day, because of this case, students have a right in school to not participate in the Pledge of Allegiance nor be forced to salute the American flag.

Are kids still bullied over it?

Likely, but this case set a big precedent that it's quite ok to have a minority opinion.

Dissent should be protected.

I'm gonna start with my toner.

Recently, my skin is purging, because I tried a new skin care

But, stay tuned if I liked it or not.

Yet, it also made my skin less oily when I used it.

No visible peeling.

And, it's full of AHA and BHA acids...

which is really good for the skin...

and for acne-prone like me.

My acne is smaller right now.

It's like it's purging. It removes all of the toxins underneath my skin.

I'll moisturize with iWhite Korea Aqua Moisturizer Whitening Vita.

It's really good.

I just put an ample amount.

That's just how plenty I put skin care.

I'm not in the mood for mattes today. I'll be using Maybelline Dream Satin Skin...

SPF 24 PA +++ My shade is B2.

I'll just shake the foundation first.

Two pumps is enough for me.

I'll use my pinky finger to apply it on my face.

So, I can control the foundation.

Then, I'll use a generic brush to blend it.

I'll put some on my blemishes.

I pumped too much. The shade, though, really suits my skin tone.

It has yellow undertone.

My camera always stops recording when I'm in the middle of filming.

Anyway, I'm still blending my foundation.

Don't forget your neck.

It seems no matter how I build coverage, my blemishes keep peeking through.

I'll just opt for a concealer later.

I'm gonna be spot-concealing.

It's better to spot-conceal than building more layers of foundation onto your skin.

Foundations can be too heavy for your skin.

I'll just use my fingers, because their warmth could help in blending the concealer.

I'm going to proceed to contour. Since, I don't want matte finish today...

I'll be using Maybelline Duo-Stick.

I can't remember the shade. I think this is Light.

I won't highlight today. I'll just contour.

It's your choice if how you will contour your face.

We have different facial structures.

Highlight to the areas where you want it to pop up.

Contour, otherwise.

I find it easier when I use cream contour.

It looks very natural, unlike when using powder contour.

Or is it just me?

I find powder contours are very hard to control.

Okay, contour is done.

Let's proceed again to our concealer and put it on the under eyes.

I won't conceal my under eyes totally.

When I do so, it makes my eyes look even smaller.

You do what you want to do.

We have different faces, you do what you want to do.

This is the way I do my make-up.

I'll set it with powder. Again, Nichido. What else is new?

Brows. Let's proceed with brows. I'll do my eyeshadow later.

Even the eyeshadows will be minimal.

Since I have full brows, I don't do much with it.

Almost none, I just line it and fill the spaces.

Actually, this is my everyday brows. That's all I do with it.

I don't use tints. I don't use gels.

I can consider using them, if there are special occasions.

For normal make-up, I don't use them.

I'll be using this Naked Palette. I'll just use very light eyeshadows.

I'll just make my eyes look deep set.

I'm gonna use this shade called 'Naked.'

Tap off the excess.

With a pencil brush, let's use a darker shade.

This is called 'Buck.'

Apply it closest to the lashline.

I'm gonna use the same eyebrow pencil to tightline my eyes.

Next, I'll remove the powder under my eyes.

This is the fun part. I'll be using a lip tint.

This is the Lohacell Lovable Kissable Tint in the shade 'Rose Red.'

This is very pigmented and sets easily.

What I'll do is pump a bit of foundation.

Tint next to it, then blend.

So, you can control what will you apply on your cheeks.

When I used it before and put it as it is, I had a hard time blending it.

It sets so easily, and it's hard to blend.

I'll put some freckles.

I'll use the same palette, the Naked Palette.

I'll use the shade 'Buck,' because this palette has only 2 matte shades and the rest are shimmery.

This is an eyeliner brush, then just lightly put dots on your face.

Next, let's set it. I'll just dust it all over my face.

For the lips, I'll use the same lip tint.

Where is it? Where is it? Where is it?

Again, I won't put it directly, because it's hard to blend.

I'll just get some on the back on my hand.

Then, dab it.

I'll just fix my hair, and I'll be back later.

WORLD'S LARGEST GUMMY SKULL - Halloween Special - Duration: 7:55.

Hi and a huge Halloween welcome to Steve's kitchen. We've been having a lot

of fun in the kitchen today, just come down here and have a look. Oh yes we've

been making a giant gummy skull and will it come out in one piece? we don't know

yet, you don't know, if you want to know you're going to have to keep watching let's

get on and make this giant Halloween gummy skull.

Now I've got these aeroplanes, these are anniversary, 90 year anniversary packages.

So they're done in the old-fashioned style but this is just a raspberry jello

and it makes about five hundred mls or two cups of regular jelly. So we're just

going to open a packet, now our jello for this gummy skull has got to be stronger.

So we're making a double strength recipe and we're adding some extra gelatine as well

to help this set really firm. So I've got four packets of this beautiful raspberry

jello or jelly crystals. Now remember a lot of these jello powders are mainly

sugar so I'm not going to just use all jello, we've got regular powdered

gelatine here and I'm going to add in 3 tablespoons of gelatine. Now do be

careful with hot water, this is hot water from the kettle. I've got two cups here,

I'm putting four cups in in total. We're just going to pour this in with our

jello and gelatine, beautiful smell of raspberry coming off of there and in

goes the second two cups. So that's four cups of hot water, pop my my whisk in

there. I want to dissolve all this jello up

until I get a nice clear liquid. Now this is a beautiful skull shaped baking mold

Now you can get these in plastic and I'll leave a link down below.

I think Wilton may have discontinued them but they still are for sale and

they are really, really well made. I've got an elastic band across there, that

will become apparent in a moment. Now keep stirring your jello until all

the little bits have dissolved and we don't want too many bubbles on the top.

Now I'm going to start with the back of the head I'm just going to pour this

thick, very thick jello into the mold. Now we've got a little over four cups, I'm

going to keep pouring that until it gets pretty close to the top. Now these are

little half ball cake molds as well that you can buy in the stores. What I'm going

to do with this is, we need to drop it into our jello. Now be careful that is

still a little bit hot and that's where the elastic band and these nice big

chopsticks or any piece of dowel will do. I'm going to pop a chopstick on here the

second chopstick about a couple of inches

from the other one and then we're going to push that in and sort of ease it under

the chopsticks. Now because there's nothing but air inside this bowl it's

going to push up a little bit hard, so what I'm going to do is just half fill it

with water, just to weigh it down until I feel that there's an equilibrium between

the buoyancy of this and the jello underneath and then I'm just going to

ease this into place and as the jello sets we're going to have this nice

little hole in the center of the head, where I can put my brains. Now with the

second half, the skull half, we've already got the chopsticks in place so I'm just

going to start filling this one up as well and then we want to move these

spheres. So I'm just going to hold the chopsticks, move them so they are

accurately in line with each other and a last little top up just to bring

it up to the near the top of the mold and we're going to leave these jello's

until they've completely set. You won't be able to move them while they're hot

like this but eventually you could probably pop them in the fridge and

they'll set a little faster. Now my skull jellies have set, I left them overnight

and when they were a little bit firmer I pop them into the fridge to chill up but

you can see they're pretty firm. I've taken that little bit of water out of

the spheres in there and now we've got the job, hopefully if this is firm enough,

trying to get the skulls out. Now I've got some silicone gloves here, they're

food safe, I'm wearing these just to protect the skull from fingerprints and

any of my nails snagging and breaking the skull. Now the chopsticks have done

their job so I'm just going to pull those out of there now, you can see even though

I topped the jello up it's actually sunk down. The first thing I want to do is get

these little Spheres out and what I'm going to do is just use my fingers just to

break the seal where the jello meets the sphere. I'm going to let the pressure of

gently lifting that up release away and yep I'm pretty pleased with that and

then just a little bit of upward pressure and those spheres are just

going to pop right out. So I've got that lovely little cavity which we're going

to be filling up with brains. Now the same thing around the edge of the skull,

if I just push it down and just break the seal around the edge. Now if you're

very careful and just make sure the complete perimeter of the jello has broken

away from the side of the mold and then hopefully with a little bit of

encouragement. Now one of them has come out that is the the back of the skull

and that's all nicely in one piece. I just popped that over there and out

comes the second half. Now we've got to fuse these two guys together a little

bit, about half a teaspoon of gelatine in some hot water, give it a little mix

through. Now almost against reason I'm going to lift the skull back up I'm going to

drop it back into the mold and I've got all these lovely gummy snakes which I'm

using as the brains and I want to pack them in to the cavity and then we've got

my gelatine glue here, a little silicon brush I'm just going to paint over the

surface of the front of the skull where it joins the back and then I'm going to

grab at the back of the skull, I've got this lovely sticky surface, line it up

with our worms, we want to drop it on top, give it a little wiggle to get it into

place. You might wonder why I took the front of the skull out and then put it

back in, it's to really release the tension from the actual mold itself so when this

sets hopefully, we'll be able to get this out. I want to set this for a good few

hours in the fridge to let that bind together. Now hopefully the skull is fused

together, it's time to get Hank out of a tank and this should be fairly simple.

Man he weighs an absolute ton I'm going to pop my hand on the back of the skull

turn it this way up and we're going to give this a good wiggle. whoa look at that,

that is absolutely beautiful, it's sealed nicely nice and tight, there's a seam

around the side. Doesn't he look absolutely gorgeous, we've got to thank Hank,

get a few more puns in. Here's a tip... don't take this outside to try and get

photographs because it will start to split in the heat I'm going to actually lay

Hank down, not sure which way, it's probably that way so he's sort of facing

up a little bit. You know what I can do we

because I've got a lot of these gummies here I'm just going to pop it under his

chin just to support the front of his head. I hope you've enjoyed this video

I'm going to have to restick Hank together I shouldn't have taken him out in the

garden, get him ready because this is going to go to my nephew for his

This is the Buckingham Compact Easywipe designed in the UK by Occupational Therapist Chris Buckingham,

and here's how to use it

Take your Compact Easywipe from its carry case and snap it out to full-size.

Take hold of your toilet tissue - four sheets should be enough, and wrap the

tissue around the Easywipe tucking both ends into the unique gripping slot.

The tissue is clamped and help fast until you're ready to dispose of it

Then simply push the button on top of the handle, for quick release of the soiled paper, with no need to touch at all
