for making this hair pack put this cowpeas in water for 2-3 hours

u can see their size will increase in 2-3 hours

Now put this in the cooker and half glass of water and wait till five to six whistles.

put this cowpeas in the mixer

now add one bowl of raw milk and grind it for make a fine paste

and lastly we will add 2 spoon of olive oil

here is ready our hair pack

Remember one thing its consistency should be according to the video

Adolf Hitler's hatred for Jews could also be seen during his time as the Nazi party

leader (pause) in which he claimed on multiple occasions that all Jews were engaged in an

international conspiracy for world domination.

Adolf Hitler's opinions on Jews were formed during WW1, in particular, the anti-war sentiment

that he saw during the latter part of the Great War.

Hitler concluded that the anti-war sentiment came from disloyal Jews that came together

to try to sabotage the German War effort.

Furthermore, in 1939 during his speech celebrating his 6th anniversary of German Fuhrer Adolf

Hitler said, "If the international Jewish financiers in and outside Europe should succeed

in plunging the nations once more into a world war, then the result will not be the Bolshevization

of the earth, and thus the victory of Jewry, but the annihilation of the Jewish race in

Europe!"

From the start of WW2, Adolf Hitler and his inner circle which included Heinrich Himmler,

Joseph Goebbels and Hermann Goring began plotting about the removal of Jews or 'the Jewish

question' as they saw it.

Around the same time, Hitler also authorized the use of Nazi propaganda which blamed Jews

for WW2 and the problems that plagued Germany at the time.

After the failure of Operation Barbarossa, Hitler changed his approach as Fuhrer of Germany

by first putting all of Germany's focus on the war as changing his outlook toward

Jews.

He felled in favor of (quote) a 'Final solution to the Jewish question' and he gave the

task to a handful of high ranking Nazi government official the job of exterminating Jews.

Hitler's final solution also included the elimination of artists, educators, gypsies,

communist, homosexual, mentally/physically handicapped and those deemed unfit for Nazi

Germany.

Earlier parts of the final solution involved relocating all of Europe's Jews to already

established Nazi concentration camps in Poland and letting them perish from starvation or

labor.

This plan expanded further in 1942 with the construction of 3 Nazi death camps which were

Belzec, Treblinka, and Sobibor and in 1943, with Auschwitz.

The construction of Auschwitz finished in the spring of 1943 and immediately became

the focal point of the extermination of Jews.

Jews who arrived at Auschwitz were first stripped of their personal belongings and then subjected

to a life or death selection by SS medical personnel on site.

Adults who were deemed fit for labor were allowed to live while all children, all elderly

and does deemed unfit when straight to gas chambers.

In August 1944, an SS commandant at Auschwitz reported that 4 million Jews had been gassed

and another 2 million Jews had been shot by Mobile execution units.

During the Holocaust, few non-Jews were willing to risk their lives to help Jews.

However, there was exception such as Nazi-occupied Denmark which managed to rescue almost all

of their Jewish population, or Italy and Bulgaria who refused the Nazi deportation demands and

notably Oskar Schindler, a German who saved the lives of 1,200 jews.

In 1945 at the end of WW2, many Jewish and non-Jewish were found by American and Soviet

troops.

After liberation, many Jewish struggled to settle in as they returned back to their former

homes as anti semitism or hatred for Jews still continued in parts of Europe.

Some the Jewish survivors feared for their lives.

For example in Poland where there were a number of violent anti-jewish riots including one

riot in which 42 Jews were killed.

With the establishment of the state of Israel in may, 1948 displaced Jews and refugee began

emigrating.

Also in the same year, the US Congress passed an act which would grant 400,000 visas to

displace personnel in Europe between January 1, 1949, and December 31, 1952.

Out of the 400,000 visas granted an approximate 68,000 were to Jews and in 1953 the state

of Israel reported that 170,000 jews had successfully immigrated there bringing an end to one of

Europe's darkest hour.

now the triceps are these muscles here that sit on the back of your arm so it's

got three head three heads hence the name triceps so the first thing we're

going to do is to stretch them so the way to stretch it is is an exercise

called cow face now essentially what you're going to be doing is putting your

hand up and over your head and then we're going to assist the stretch by

grabbing the hand from behind so I'm going to give you a demonstration of

that now so up and over and then if you can link your fingers and you can pull

that arm down and you can see I've got a nice big stretch through the the back of

my arm through those triceps there now a lot of people aren't going to have this

shoulder mobility so what I'm going to do now is show you how to do it if you

lack that mobility and the ability to grasp your hands behind your back so

what we're gonna do is we're gonna throw the band you can use them you could use

anything a towel whatever you've got available to you so throw the band or

the towel over your shoulder grab it with the other hand and get your arm as

high as you can and then just simply pull down here so you can see by doing

that I've created a force that's allowing you to stretch that the tricep

even stronger okay so doing this will really massively increase your shoulder

mobility if you tighten the triceps so to get a nice release into the triceps

here we're going to place the ball onto the onto the desk here and we're just

gonna put our weight onto the ball so bang that's that's right on it on a

trigger point I can feel that we're referring all sorts of places so you can

even move the arm a little bit and find the most painful points

and is holding on those points for a little while and work your way all the

way up the arm

The content, tone and style of Donald Trump's speech about Iran on Friday was a reminder

of how much the current president of the United States relishes conflict.

With his domestic legislative agenda stalled at home and a federal investigation scrutinising

his finances and his relations with Moscow, Trump has taken to finding enemies to rail

against, including the press and black football players who kneel during the national anthem.

The tactic galvanises his core supporters and seems to rejuvenate him.

He appeared similarly energised excoriating Iran on Friday.

But taken into foreign policy, Trump's visceral drive for confrontation threatens to add a

second nuclear crisis to the one Trump has already escalated in the Pacific with North

Korea.

The 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran, the Joint Comprehensive Programme of Action (JCPOA),

was aimed at ensuring that nearly 40-year feud between the US and revolutionary Iran

did not mutate into a confrontation between two nuclear states.

In return for sanctions relief from six major powers and the international community as

a whole, Iran accepted very deep constraints on its nuclear programme.

Its current stockpile of enriched uranium, for example, is just over 1% of what it was

before the deal.

But in his speech, Trump completely ignored the non-proliferation gains represented by

the JCPOA, and portrayed the repatriation of Iran's previously frozen assets as money

for nothing.

He made the false claim that Iran had been on the point of "total collapse" when

the agreement was signed.

His claims that "the Iranian regime has committed multiple violations of the agreement"

were also misleading at best.

On two occasions, Iran's stockpile of heavy water flowed over the ceiling imposed by the

deal, but the situation was quickly rectified and Iran's reserve is now below the limit.

Nor is heavy water is a direct proliferation threat.

It is used in certain reactors that produce plutonium as a by-product.

However, under the deal, Iran has destroyed the only reactor of that type.

Trump's remark that Iran had "failed to meet our expectations in its operation of

advanced centrifuges" appeared to refer to an ambiguity in the deal that has since

been resolved and was not declared to be a violation.

Trump's litany of Iran's past alleged crimes was also highly contentious, including

an effort to link Shia Iran with the Sunni militants of al-Qaida, and in particular Osama

bin Laden's 1998 attacks on US embassies in east Africa.

'It's become a monster': is Iran's revolutionary guard a terror group?

House pressure to designate Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist

organisation, but the Treasury did make that designation – under a relatively obscure

clause – marking the first time a major part of a country's armed forces has been

described as terrorist.

It was – to say the least – a risky move given that troops from both countries are

in close proximity in Syria and potentially elsewhere in the region.

Trump's speech also dimmed hopes that the nuclear deal could escape Trump's hostility

if he passed the decision over its fate to Congress.

Congress is deeply divided over the issue and therefore might end up doing nothing,

European diplomats had reasoned.

But after Trump's remarks, that escape ramp appears to be blocked.

Trump has called on Congress to add conditions to those Iran already complies with under

the JCPOA, restricting ballistic missile development and extending restrictions on its nuclear

programme indefinitely.

Even if a deeply divided Congress agreed on such changes – which would require the support

of 60 senators – there is no realistic possibility Iran would accept them.

In that case, Tehran would be bound to cast the US as the rogue actor on the world stage

– and Washington's European actors would find it hard to disagree.

"Iran is not going to comply with provisions imposed unilaterally by the US.

If the US then imposes sanctions or scraps the deal, then the US will be left highly

isolated," said James Acton, co-director of the Nuclear Policy Program and a senior

fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

"The US will be blamed across the world for the collapse of the Iran deal, other countries

will not cooperate with the US in reimposing sanctions on Iran, and the end effect will

be that Iran's nuclear programme will be unconstrained and the US will have no leverage

to try to constrain it."

However, if Congress does not agree on new conditions, Trump threatened to "terminate"

the deal himself, by executive order.

If he sticks to his word, the JCPOA appears doomed in its current form.

The other signatories could try to keep it going but major European companies are likely

to flee Iran for fear of losing US markets.

The benefits for Iran would shrink significantly, as would incentives to abide by its strictures.

A change of mind is always possible.

Trump on Friday said he was "always open" to negotiation with North Korea after weeks

insistenting that he had no intention of talking to the regime.

Yet his animus towards Tehran, stoked by Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates

seems, if anything, even more deeply entrenched.

what up guys it's Matt from Macro Lean and in today's video I'm gonna teach you how

to make simple banana ice cream. It's so simple! It can be dairy free, gluten free

,chemical free! It's the most simple thing I've ever discovered! It tastes amazing

and you need to make this! All you're gonna need to do is freeze some bananas. I

personally freeze about two or three large bananas which works out roughly

around 300 grams of bananas. I peel them, chop them up, put them in the freezer for

at least four to five hours preferably overnight and then take them out.

At least after four or five hours and then take all the chunks out

put them in the blender and add about 50 grams or 50 milliliters of milk. I eat a

plant-based diet so I either use coconut milk or soy milk, but if you eat dairy

you can have normal milk, but you have oat milk, you can have any milk you want.

You can even use water. Get a good blender! I have a nutribullet and you

blend it up. Make it nice and thick. Don't add too much liquid and then literally

pour that into a bowl and you have amazing banana ice cream. A great way to

break your fast! A great thing to have for dessert! A great snack.

Super super healthy and the texture of the frozen bananas taste like real ice

cream. I don't know why you wouldn't do this! Do it!! Try it out let me know what

you think! Obviously you can jazz it up.. You can add protein powder to it, you

can add some cacao powder some natural cacao powder full of antioxidants and

make a chocolate banana ice cream. You can do so much! You do you but

this is how I do it! Freeze the bananas, put them in the

words." Now this angel is essentially saying it's okay if if you are let's say

you're receiving information from people around you that is not overly positive

then this card is saying it's okay you can forgive you can let go you don't

have to take on what other people say or feel or sense or or or reveal let's say

they could be acting something out doesn't have to be part of your reality

and I feel that's where this assertiveness vibration comes in but I

feel that heart energy is much more important there's a sense of what do you
