Alright and we're here in Santa Monica. I'm going to show you guys how to get strong and graceful with four of my favourite Pilates moves.

We're starting out with The Shooting Star.

So what you wanna do is bring the heels together, toes pointed, hands in Charlie's Angel.

You're gonna tap the floor, lift all the way up, really working the obliques

and the core and opening up your upper body.

Try to do this entire movement for one minute straight.

Now we're gonna head into The Oil Riggers for the triceps.

So hands right underneath the shoulders, extend that leg,

dip the chin way past the fingertips as you come down and up,

keeping the elbows right next to your shirt.

Now you wanna work them legs? We're gonna work them legs.

Go ahead and support the head and support the chest.

You're gonna slide the leg towards the knee. Lift up and flex drag all the way down.

This is your side-lying Dancer's Legs for your thighs

and also a little bit of core stabilization.

And now we're going to take it up a notch for that booty work.

So you're gonna be right here. Lift the pelvis up into the sky,

extend that leg and what I want you to do is bring the leg down and extend all the way up,

truly working the butt, working the core stabilization and of course the thighs at the same time.

So try and do each of these moves for one minute on each side

and you're going to be strong and graceful.

Why is it so scary?

I have never seen it in tamil movies.

I should call the hotel people and tell them.

The phone is on the other side...

There wouldn't be any ghosts.

How can there be ghosts in broad daylight? Must be my imagination.

hey guys this is Stix how you guys doing it has been brought to my attention that

you know people are beginning to wonder what happened to me or you know if I'm

still making videos or if I don't like you guys anymore that's not true I love

everybody but um the thing is that was um it I

have not made a video in quite a while mainly because um well I'm having

difficulty with my own kind of writing I my own kind of editing that I try to

work past and try to do because I've never done it before until this year but

um I enjoyed what I'm doing but I haven't had a chance to make much else

because of two reasons I haven't gone to a lot of places that I think people

would find interesting except for me and the other thing is um it's just that

you know I'm still having trouble I put my own scripts or my stories what I want

to show you guys that I want to show you guys some cool stuff fun stuff and I

want to make it interesting for you guys to tune in so I'm still I'm still

working on I have a couple of things in mind that I want to show you guys and

when they're ready I hope you guys will still tune in to see where I've been I want to

go to other places and do more things yes they'll still involve the dolls the

girls amora and Miku Alice is still involved in a few of them and I have

other things in the future that I'm working on but they're still kind of far

off I mean nothing happens like tomorrow it won't happen till next month or the

month after so I'm working on it but I hope you guys will stay with me for the

ride because I enjoy you guys's those who enjoy it i I want to hear I like to

hear more comments from people if you have a chance to spread my videos around

let people know what's going on and I plan to put out something very very soon

I only put this one out so you guys will know I'm still around and if you're

I liked it. Got me hooked. Second book and just declined and then the third book just declined because I'm still lost.

I had a hard time with this because I really don't like villians,

I don't like bullies, but when I thought of these two characters because I loved both of the movies so much

Captain Hook. I figured if you know Captain Hook is on cruising in his ship, and then Ursula comes along.

So she hypnotize the the alligator he goes does his thing and she has those little snake things

hijacks Hook's ship.

Since i'm rewatching Grey's Anatomy all I could think of because I'm on this season is

On the go with EF #48 – Liam visits Brighton & its Palace Pier - Duration: 4:49.

Hello everybody, my name is Liam.

Welcome to my first ever vlog with "On the go with EF".

I'm super excited to get started. Let's get to it!

Today, I'm in the beautiful British coastal town of Brighton.

Before coming to Brighton, I decided to ask some friends

who had been here before, what I can expect from this town.

The one word that everyone seemed to use to describe it, was "quirky."

Walking here through this narrow street with plants hanging out and graffiti on the walls,

I definitely understand what they mean.

Brighton has been described as one of the happiest and hippest places in the U.K.

As I'm only here for a very short while,

I probably won't have enough time to find out if those statements are 100% true,

but I will give it my best try.

First we're going to the most famous tourist attraction in Brighton, the Brighton Pier.

There is the Brighton Pier that we've been talking about.

It's actually quite big – bigger than I thought.

There are loads of buildings there and it looks like a bunch of rollercoasters over there.

I'm not a huge fan of rollercoasters, to be honest.

I'm actually quite scared when it comes to that kind of stuff.

They probably have popcorn and candy floss, and I'm a big fan of those two things,

so we should be good.

There are all sorts of nice things to eat over here.

The Brighton Pier opened in 1899 and has been a popular tourist attraction ever since.

In 2016, there were 4 million visitors here.

Look at that view!

I can see why there were 4 million people here last year.

This is kind of like entering the lion's den for me

because I'm kind of a scaredy cat when it comes to rollercoasters.

They don't look too bad, so I will do it.

I'm not scared. I am a bit scared, actually, but I will do it. Trust me.

This one looks quite intense. It's got a loop. Now that makes me uncomfortable.

The Crazy Mouse.

I've finally decided to go on this one. The Turbo Coaster.

It looks like the scariest one here, so it should be good.

I'm a bit nervous, but …. what wouldn't you do for entertainment Right?

That was actually not as bad as I thought it would be.

Don't get me wrong. I was terrified, as the footage will show,

but it was actually fun. I would do it again.

After being on that terrifying rollercoaster, I feel like I need some more energy.

I'm thinking of having a "churro".

I think it's like a cinnamon stick. I think it's a deep-fried Spanish food.

This is the worst explanation ever, but it's the best I can give you for now

It's very nice - cinnamon flavoured.

So far, I like Brighton a lot.

I don't know if it's the happiest place to live yet, but I had a great day at the pier.

I faced my fears and I went on that rollercoaster.
