Introverted individuals as a whole may at times come to be viewed by society as a shy,

weird, problematic, standoffish, reserved, and socially awkward bunch of people.

Or at least, that's something most introverts often feel.

Especially for introverted men, they lack confident to realize that they're actually

attractive.

Most of them afraid to approach people, especially woman.

Now in this video, let me show you some real reasons why introverted men are so damn attractive.

Though it might not apply to all introverted men, but I believe most of you will have some

of these traits, so be proud to be yourself.

You are mysterious

That's because you listen more than you speak.

Thus, you are able to get to know a lot about the woman you are talking to while revealing

little about yourself.

Her revealing a lot + you revealing little = recipe for being 'that mysterious man'

or 'that sexy stranger'.

Why does this matter?

Well, as you know, women are attracted to mysterious men.

In fact, in the eyes of women, mysteriousness is one of the most attractive qualities you

can have as a man.

Non-reactiveness

Introverts can sink deeper in their minds and thoughts.

This makes them less reactive to external things.

Why does this matter?

Non-reactiveness is a character trait of alpha males.

Think of the alpha guy sitting in a restaurant and eating.

Another man enters and starts yelling at him.

The alpha doesn't flinch.

He doesn't react.

He slowly finishes chewing his food.

Takes a sip at his wine.

Wipes his mouth.

Puts the napkin back in its place in a calm and orderly fashion.

You are effortless

Because you need less attention, are less loud, and talk less, you come across as effortless.

Now, of course, you still need to understand how attraction works and how to talk to women.

But these are skills you can learn.

I know many men that are good with women, both extroverts and introverts.

The point I'm trying to make is the following: Introverted men that are good with women have

an effortless style compared to extroverts.

To the woman, it looks like she's doing all the work.

This makes her even more attracted to you.

You are a master at getting women to invest.

Now, I'm not talking about getting them to invest money.

I'm talking about getting them to invest time, energy, and thoughts in YOU!

You see, because you listen more than you talk, other people have a tendency to talk

more in your presence.

When you make women talk, they invest in the conversation.

They open up.

They invest time and energy in you by doing so.

But it doesn't stop there.

Because you reveal less about yourself, she'll try harder to figure you out.

She'll think about you when you're not around, meaning she'll invest in you even

after you're gone.

Why does this matter?

Easy.

The more a woman invests in you, the more she'll become attracted to you.

She'll think you're special, because why else would she be thinking about you so much?

You know what you want

What do women want?

This is the question men have been trying to figure out for ages.

The answer?

Women want a man who knows what he wants!

You introspect more than extroverts.

You like being on your own to recharge.

This give you more time to think things through.

Therefore you know what you want much better than extroverts do.

This is attractive to women.

You are better at qualifying women

Knowing what you want also means knowing what you like and dislike in women.

This enables you to qualify women much better, and come from an authentic place.

Qualifying women means you ask them questions to see if they live up to your desires.

For example, if you like sporty women, you could ask, 'Do you play any sports?

When you ask women qualifying questions, she'll perceive you as being picky.

Now tell me something.

What kind of men are picky?

Men with options of course.

So by asking her qualifying questions, she'll assume you have a lot of options with women.

You must because otherwise you wouldn't ask these questions.

Here's the point: Women love men with options.

Why?

Well, because of the attraction principle of pre-selection.

Pre-selection is one of the most powerful attraction triggers within women.

It means that women feel attraction for men if they know other women are attracted to

them.

See, that's were most men make a HUGE mistake.

They try to keep their criteria broad.

They think that the broader their criteria, the more women they can find as a match.

They believe this increases their chances.

But in reality, the opposite is true.

The more picky you are, the more success you'll have attracting beautiful women.

That's because of the pre-selection effect implied by your picky behavior.

P-U-As have this figured out, and they use lies and fake qualification questions to achieve

this.

The difference is that you actually know your preferences.

You care about the answers.

Therefore, you'll ask AUTHENTIC questions.

It will be real.

Women will feel it.

They'll become attracted because of that.

You are a challenge

Introverts usually have a deeper understanding of things.

This is because introverts process information from many more angles.

So what, Well, because you have a deeper understanding of things, you can offer different perspectives.

You can challenge her more during conversations.

Women love men that challenge them.

Also, when you are able to show them a different perspective, it shows your intelligence.

As you know, intelligence is attractive to women.

Plus, when you educate her on something, you position yourself as an authority.

Think about it.

Who else has done this in her life?

People of a higher authority.

Examples: her father, teachers, bosses, etc.

Women feel attracted to men of authority.

Why do you think so many young girls fall in love with their teacher?

Although, be careful not to come across as someone who loves to lecture her.

You have a stronger inner game

Yep.

And before you say anything: I don't care if you don't feel confident at times!

You know why?

Because most extroverts don't feel confident either.

But you know what the difference is?

When you learn about inner game, and put your mind to it, you'll improve much faster than

extroverts.

Why?

Because inner game is all about understanding and connecting with your inner processes.

This is something that comes much more easily to introverts than extroverts.

You have a stronger outer game

Again, before you say anything: I don't care if you don't know how to talk to women.

Want to know why?

Because most extroverts also don't know how to talk to women.

The difference?

Again, you process things at deeper levels and from different angles.

Thus, you are able to get a deeper understanding of things.

This includes dating strategies, tactics, and skills.

If you put your mind to it, you'll get a deeper understanding and mastery of dating

skills than most extroverts.

But here's the deal: you need to look at dating like any other skill that you've

learned.

Once you do this, it won't take you long to improve your love life.

You are a great listener

Because you are such a great listener and because you process what she says from different

angles, you have a power extroverts can only dream of.

You are able to explain her problems and thoughts better than she can explain them herself.

That enables you to "get" her at a deep level.

The only problem you have is that you need to learn how to do this without falling into

the friendzone.

Luckily, that's easy.

The only thing you need to do is to add escalating touch to your conversations.

When you combine escalating touch with your listening skills, here's what women will

say to their friends about you: "He just gets me!"

You need less attention

Introverts need less attention.

In fact, you love time on your own.

As simple as this seems, this is powerful.

Why?

Because it makes you less needy.

Neediness is the number-one killer of attraction.

Women feel that.

In fact, here's a little experiment you can try on your next date.

Tell her this: "You know, I'm the kind of guy that needs time alone to recharge.

I know it might be strange to you, and many women have difficulties with this.

But that's just who I am."

I bet you the farm that she'll say she understands.

Watch how she grows more attracted to you after you say that.

Play to your strengths at a moment like this.

You like time alone.

Be upfront about it, and you'll understand how your introversion triggers attraction

naturally.

No need for lies, manipulation, or P-U-A routines.

You are better at one-on-one conversations

Extroverts usually do better in big groups.

That's because they get energy from people.

And in social settings, that can be an advantage.

But dates require one-on-one conversations.

That's where you shine.

That's because you prefer deeper conversations with just one or two people, instead of superficial

small talk with big groups.

So while extroverts typically have an easier time meeting new people, they are usually

worse on first dates.

You, on the other hand, are better on dates.

You're better at creating deep bonds

Not only are you better at one-on-one conversations, but you love to go in deep in conversations.

Creating bonds is something that comes easily to you.

This is one of the most important skills you can have to succeed with women.

Are you sure about this?

But I always get friend-zoned!"

Well That could be, but it's not because of your connecting skills.

It's because of a lack of other skills.

You don't get friend-zoned because of something you do.

Instead, it is because of something you didn't do even though that's also important.

It's the absence of something.

What you lack is escalating touch.

If you add escalating touch to your ability to create deep-bonds, you'll be a modern-day

Hey, are you guys ready to go to bed with me?

I'm going to start by taking off my makeup with my Burt's Bees wipes.

These are really great because they're for sensitive skin, which I definitely have.

I'm going to use my Clinique extra mild face soap.

Now that my face is washed, I'm going to use my Fresh rosewater toner.

Just use a cotton swab.

And dab it on.

So I'm going to use my Mario Badescu drying lotion to help get rid of these zits.

I just take a cotton swab to apply it.

And then to kind of treat the little scars I have from previous breakouts, I'm going

to use my Banish oil.

This stuff is amazing.

I'm almost out of it cause I've just been going through it so fast.

It's really really helped diminish the look of my acne scars that I've had.

And then I'm going to put on my Avene cold cream which I've been really into lately as

a moisturizer.

It works great and it really lasts a long time.

The old Hollywood actresses, like Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly, were always putting on cold cream.

It gives you a nice little glow too.

So I'm really into the intense hydration Burt's Bees and it has sage in it and it smells amazing.

I just pop it under my eyes.

And that is pretty much it for my skin, so I go to sleep looking like a weird aquatic

alien or something with these dots on my face.

I'm going to brush my hair.

It gives me these great loose waves if I sleep in this bun, cause I have naturally pin straight hair.

Then I spray my Moroccan sea salt spray on it to give it some texture when I wake up.

I'm pretty generous about the amount I spray.

Just so it's a little bit damp.

And that's pretty much it.

Beerus was ecstatic.

His dream was finally about to become a reality.

And by the way there's something you never realized.

Beerus' upcoming fight with the Super Saiyan God was the biggest foreshadowing ever.

Much like they did with Ultra Instinct Dragon Ball Super has already explained Goku's new

form.

Let me prove it to you.

In order to become Super Saiyan God 5 Saiyans had to push their energy into Goku.

This gave him way more energy than he'd ever had which gave him the power of a god.

Remind you of something?

Well maybe this will trigger your memory...

Now having the energy and therefore power of a god Goku was able to fight Beerus.

But there was a disadvantage.

Beerus' attacks were so powerful that the energy left behind literally turned to smoke.

Goku wasn't used to all this power so Beerus let him test some stuff out before continuing.

Goku's first test attack was a classic.

But there's was a tiny twist to it that I bet you never noticed.

Goku's Kamehameha had these tiny little dots floating upward around it.

You've seen that before.

In fact here it is again.

Once practice time was over the fight got real.

Goku powered up to reveal an impressive fiery aura that only a god could obtain.

And there it was:

The tiny dots slowly floated upward around Goku.

Are you starting to remember where else you've seen this?

Unfortunately his new godly aura wasn't strong enough.

And this weakness was about to cost him his life.

Beerus focused his energy into his hand.

It poured out like the flames of a wild fire.

And then like a sharp sword he used it to pierce Goku's chest.

Goku's pale body fell into the ocean.

The flame surrounding Beerus' hand was left behind.

But surprisingly the water didn't put it out.

That's when Goku absorbed it and spread it throughout his body.

His wound had disappeared and he suddenly had more energy now than ever.

So much that his next attacks not only shocked Beerus but the entire world.

This was it.

The Earth was done for.

The clash of their punches sent waves of energy that literally scorched anything nearby.

And even far away the people of Earth panicked from the feeling of the energetic heat waves.

One more punch and the planet would fall apart.

But Goku had been hiding something.

He matched Beerus' next punch and canceled out its power saving the Earth.

That's when Goku changed.

How could he still feel the power of Super Saiyan God if it had timed out?

Beerus gave him the only explanation possible:

"The power fused within your being and is still burning brightly in you like a flame."

Hmm.

His power was burning like a flame?

So how did the Goku vs Beerus god fight foreshadow Goku's new form?

To understand let's look at exactly what happened in the Goku vs Jiren fight.

Goku was forced to use the Spirit Bomb which was created by gathering his teammates energy.

But things didn't go as planned.

Goku exhausted himself was consumed by the Spirit Bomb and was gone.

But when he reappeared he was totally different.

Which had us all wondering:

What the booty just happened to Goku?

Thankfully Whis had an explanation for us.

By absorbing the Spirit Bomb Goku had really absorbed the energy of his teammates.

This is exactly how Goku became Super Saiyan God!

The Super Saiyan God form still burning inside him means he always has god power in him.

No wonder he obtained Ultra Instinct even as a mortal!

And speaking of burning...

Did you notice how many times something dealing with heat has popped up in this video?

Dragon Ball Super has a secret:

They've been using heat, smoke, and fire as physical representations of energy and

power.

So all that heat Goku was emitting?

That was the massive amounts of energy that he had absorbed from the Spirit Bomb.

Need more proof?

Remember the tiny dots floating around Goku and his Kamehameha?

Here you see the same dots around Goku,

but there's a lot more of them.

Which means this was way more energy than he had as Super Saiyan God.

But the problem was that he couldn't control all that energy.

That's why there was so much heat coming out of him so rapidly.

And so the Goku vs Jiren fight continued.

Meanwhile another fight was brewing.

One that would introduce someone we've never seen before.

How Chris Hemsworth Got Jacked For Thor - Duration: 4:40.

All of the Avengers are in pretty kick-ass condition, but only one of them is literally

built like a god — and for actor Chris Hemsworth, playing the mighty Thor requires a level of

physical fitness beyond what mere mortals can achieve.

What goes into Hemsworth's onscreen physique?

Here's what it takes to be the man with the Mjollnir.

Protein, protein, protein

In order to get as big as the Norse god of thunder, you'd best believe you've got to

consume some serious protein.

But how much, exactly?

To build those bulging muscles, Chris Hemsworth's daily diet included: one cup of oatmeal, one

banana, half a cup of grapes, four egg whites, three eggs, a turkey roll, a yogurt, three

chicken breasts, a cup of kidney beans, three salmon filets, three cups of quinoa, one bunch

of asparagus, another yogurt, two slices of brown bread, and two pints of skim milk.

Oh, and protein shakes.

Lots of protein shakes.

"This drink, I like it…

Another! *smash*

Lifting heavy

Hemsworth had to put on 30 pounds of muscle in a matter of months to play Thor, and that

takes a special two-part training regimen.

For maximum size, the actor lifted big weights for low reps with at least three intense training

sessions per week, doing moves like bench presses, weighted chin-ups, squats, and dead

lifts.

Then, according to trainer Michael Knight, the actor switched to total-body circuits,

including kettlebell workouts, that got rid of any lingering fat while keeping all those

god-like muscles intact.

"The brain's a muscle.

And that's a muscle, and that's a muscle, and they are all muscles, this is all muscle,

so I am covered in brains and I have more brains than you."

Fit for combat

When playing a butt-kicking superhero, it doesn't hurt to know how to kick butt for

real.

So Hemsworth mixes up his training regimen with Muay Thai and boxing, which give him

the agility to look convincing in all those fight scenes.

He also does yoga to stay limber — and he doesn't skimp on stretching, even when he's

on a family vacation.

Foundation training

"Why don't you tell me where you received your training.

Pakistan?

Chechnya?

Afghanistan?"

Actually, Chris Hemsworth swears by a form of exercise called Foundation Training — something

he picked up from a movie stuntman who shared Hemsworth's struggle with back injuries resulting

from one too many action scenes.

a great tool for improved posture and pain management — not a bad choice for someone

who's constantly taking hits on-screen.

Clearly, it worked for the Avengers actor — he loved his results so much that he wrote

an introduction to Goodman's book and touted its benefits on Instagram.

Nothing too fancy

We've established that a veritable buffet of exercise goes into Chris Hemsworth's physique,

but in the end, he and his trainers like to keep things simple, and avoid Hollywood's

sillier fitness fads.

The actor swears by functional training using the classic moves you know from gym class:

chin-ups, pull-ups, and box jumps.

And according to Hemsworth's trainer and former Navy SEAL Duffy Gaver, he follows a basic

weightlifting template — with just enough variation to keep things interesting.

His hobbies keep him fit

In order to stay in godlike shape, Chris Hemsworth hits the gym and shreds his body.

But for fun, the actor likes to shred waves — something he does regularly back in his

home country of Australia whenever he's not working in Hollywood.

Staying active keeps Hemsworth lean when he's not on-screen, but he admitted to People magazine

that he doesn't mind losing some of that Asgardian bulk between movies: "When I'm not doing that

character, I want to get lean again as quickly as possible because carrying that weight is

exhausting.

And none of my clothes fit!"

Gym buddies

When it comes to shaping his body for Marvel movies, Chris Hemsworth gets by with a little

help from Luke Zocchi, his best friend from childhood who just happens to be a kick-ass

trainer.

Hemsworth credits Zocchi with keeping his workouts interesting, saying, "When you're

doing the same thing and the same sort of workout [it becomes] predictable … pretty

mundane."

And of course, any good Avenger knows how important it is to have a great squad to help

keep you motivated.

No excuses

While the man who plays Thor certainly has the means to hire the best trainers and nutritionists

money can buy, he wants you to know that being a well-paid actor isn't a shortcut to getting

a superhero's physique.

It's all about doing the work.

In an interview with Men's Health, he said, "No amount of money makes someone else do

the work for you.

...Ultimately, being fit is about motivation and action creates motivation."

In other words, like Chris Hemsworth, you'll ultimately have nothing but your own efforts

to thank for the kind of body that makes wearing a shirt both unnecessary — and illogical.

"He totally just came in here to show off his six-pack."
