FLIP ROTATION - How To JUMP #15 [ENG. SUB.] - Duration: 10:51.
Hi! Welcome to today's special.
This is the third special episode already.
Today we'll be talking about rotation in flips – where it comes from and where it doesn't.
[HOW TO: WHERE DOES FLIP ROTATION COME FROM]
To start with, the word 'rotation' comes from the Mozambique word 'rotento'.
Or perhaps this was 'el rotacione'?
Never mind that, what I mean is turning in the air and how fast we can do this.
Good rotation will involve all your body
and not just the arms, loose stomach or zero legs.
In the beginning, we're going to focus on our arms
– what they should and what they shouldn't do to help us with tricks.
For anything forward it's better to start from this position,
when we do the front handspring
or the front flip.
With centrifugal force the rotation will be greater.
You can do this with your arms bent of course,
if you're unable to do this with arms straight, you can try gradually.
Try to remember that this should be your starting position, not this.
Here's another thing.
Straight arms is not enough,
they have to be flex so the swing is really hard.
Try to use all of your strength for this.
Arms shouldn't be loose or dangling, because the swing shall be like this.
This might look strange and you might lose speed for your rotation.
Now for a little bonus as far as the work of arms is concerned while doing a front flip.
How To: Russia Edition.
Front flip Russian style.
Instead of making a swing from top to bottom,
we do it otherwise, back.
This might look a little bit weird,
but you can see that if you make a swing like this,
you'll start going up.
Here, you can bend your arms,
since it's hard to do this with arms straight.
We bend our arms a little
and we're done.
Now for flex arms versus back flips.
Two simple tricks: back handspring and back flip.
Let's start with the handspring where arms have to be straight, flex and blocked.
We do it this way.
Oh, and something else.
It's good if you start with this.
Arms are already straight.
In a moment you'll be in reverse position, standing on your hands.
One more time.
I stand on my hands and land with a slight stop.
Especially on a trampoline, if your arms are bent, it will be very hard for you to stand on your hands.
It will be unstable and very hard for you to jump on your legs after that.
As far as the back flip is concerned, the situation is a little bit different.
From my experience, shoulders are the key.
To tell you the truth, you don't have to stretch all your way up.
It's more important to work with your shoulders to stretch the body.
Straight arms will make it difficult for those of you who slouch if their arms are straight.
That's why I'd recommend such a position.
I stand, make a jump and land.
Sweet.
A little tip for you as far as handsprings and flips go.
While you're doing the back handspring, remember to direct your straight and flex arms
to the trampoline or any other ground you're on,
since there is no stop up there.
With the flip it's the other way round.
We stretch our arms up and fix our position right there,
not pulling with the arms to the ground at once.
This is the difference that has to be observed.
That's it for the arms.
Now let's focus on what's between our arms and legs,
which would be our trunk, our strength.
Before you jump, it's good to activate your abdomen, back and bum muscles.
Here's something for you.
Two planks:
front one where our abdomen and buttocks are flex, no bending or lifting your bum up.
And here's a back plank on your forearms, hips up, abdomen flex.
Hold your position, shoulders away from ears.
Sweet.
Now for something more difficult.
The first one.
Here our back must touch the floor.
First, lift your shoulders and shoulder blades up and only then your legs.
If your back lifts when you lift your legs,
you might do this with your legs bent or first lift one then the other,
keeping the back flex.
Now why did I say 'back'?
Here's something else.
You lie on your abdomen,
lift your legs, flex your buttocks and lift your arms.
Don't lift your head up, since it's not about stretching, but flex like this.
Minimally up, I stretch my whole body and flex it,
so that my jump will be like the one I've already shown you.
You won't regret it.
Now let's see what the difference is when I don't use my abdomen muscles and they are loose,
bending a little, their work will be minimum, I won't be flexing them,
versus doing this with my muscles flex.
First, flexing.
Already jumping I lower my ribs and flex my abdomen, and rotate in this position.
It's a lot easier for me.
Now totally loose, jumping on the trampoline.
One more time.
Straight arms, no hands.
Totally loose.
Nothing happens, but someone told me to keep my arms straight.
Terrible.
Don't do this, keep your abdomen flex.
In the end, our legs.
Mighty machines which help us jump on a trampoline.
One important exercise that I showed you before
before when dealing with the dive roll.
Let's see it once again.
See me swinging my legs.
I lift my feet and heels up to rotate.
It helped with the dive roll and will so in any other front flip.
This is not the way.
If you do your flip this way or like such flips,
don't flex your legs or use them at all.
Do the exercises I've shown you, use your legs,
do some handsprings before going for flips.
Doing a flip, our body must remember that right at the start legs must go up.
Don't just bend forward, use your legs as well.
Got it?
This is the kind of rotation when your arms, trunk and legs work together.
Legs do a lot of work.
And now, a close up on my legs.
Just as with front flips, already when jumping off a trampoline
I tried to direct my feet back, the thing with back flips is the opposite.
I try to make my feet go up right at the start.
Now see what it looks like in the foam pool.
First, I won't be lifting my legs at all.
Only my upper body will do the work.
The position in this flip shall be straight.
Rotation is much slower.
Now for some work with feet.
The truth is, I didn't have to try as hard here.
The swing of arms was lighter, feet did all the work, and the rotation was greater.
*Michal, we're recording!*
I'm just wondering if I told you all I wanted to.
I think so.
Let's not involve joining flips here as well as rotation in corkscrews.
This is in five episodes to come, in another special, so be patient.
Before that, a couple of nice tricks
that I'm sure you'll be happy to learn, especially with those tips.
Arms, abdomen, legs, all work together.
This is your body, so use it.
Don't limit this to a swing of arms or just legs, or just the abdomen.
Whole body, whole power.
Take care!
Was it good?
If so, thumbs up, sub and like.
Ah, this was great!

How To Draw A Stegosaurus | Simple Drawing Lesson for Kids | Step By Step - Duration: 5:01.
Hey, everyone
Welcome to Super Simple Draw
Make sure you have something to draw with and some paper
And don't forget to pause the video if you need more time
Let's draw a stegosaurus
We'll start by drawing an oval for her head
Two dots for her eyes
And a big, happy mouth
and erase this line to open the mouth
Next, draw a big arch for her body
and some curved lines for her neck
Erase the lines to connect it all together
And then let's give her a big, curvy tail
Let's erase this line, too
Draw some rectangles for her legs
And then erase the lines to join it all together
Let's draw some half circles on the bottom of her legs
These are her toes
Now the most important part
Draw some diamonds down her back
These are the plates and are what make the stegosaurus really special
Let's color her green
Her toes white
Her plates dark green
And draw some brown stripes on her back
Unlike the tyrannosaurus rex, the stegosaurus is a herbivore
That means she only eats plants
But just because she doesn't have big sharp teeth,
it doesn't mean she can't protect herself
That tyrannosaurs better watch his step!
Thanks for drawing with me
See you next time

How To Add Creative Embellishments To Molded Polymer Clay Bezels - Duration: 10:54.
Using purchased molds is a great way to quickly make very consistent polymer clay pieces.
However, sometimes we don't want our results to be so predictable and to look so much like
anybody else's.
In today's video, I have even more ideas for how you can customize polymer clay bezel molds.
So in a previous video I showed you how to use this Sculpey bezel mold, which is a match
for the cabochon mold and I showed you several ways you could press your clay into this mold,
de-mold it and then sculpt it and make it custom, but it occurred to me while I was
doing that and I kind of mentioned it towards the end of the video that what about baking
your pieces right in the mold so that they are perfectly shaped and then adding decoration
to them this way?
So now you have your perfect molded bezel shape, but then you can add things to it.
I started playing and experimenting and came up with several different ideas that I hope
you will use as jumping off points for decorating your own.
This is one that I alluded to and kind of showed in the previous video, which is just
to make polymer clay beading.
I showed one way of measuring your clay for the beads last time, but another way of doing
that is to just roll out your clay on whatever setting.
This happens to be the thinnest setting of my pasta machine and then use a cutter to
cut out pieces and now you know that every single one of those pieces is the exact same
size and so you can get your perfect little pearls or beads.
The best way I've found to make them perfectly round is to actually roll them in the palm
of my hand.
You want to be sure to apply a little bit of liquid polymer clay to the edge of your
baked bezel so that your unbaked clay will stick and then you can just go ahead and add
these.
The nice thing about having the baked bezel is that you can use that hard edge and I kind
of end up using my fingernails a lot here to just press up against that and get your
rows nice and even.
Then I started experimenting with an extruder and I found all kinds of fun things that you
can do.
First of all, I used this extruder.
This is from my Czechtruder and it extrudes these little triangle shapes.
You can then use your clay blade to cut them into as evenly sized slices as you can and
I found all sorts of different ways that you can arrange these on your bezels.
One way is to put the pointy side out and again I kind of used my fingernail.
You could also use your blade and that helps you to get that nice, even edge and just pick
these up and apply them.
And again, in all of these, I won't repeat it in all of them, but do make sure and put
a thin line of liquid clay on all of your baked clay surfaces.
What's interesting is here's one look with the points facing out and here's a completely
different look with the points pointing in.
And in this case because the points are overlapping the inside edge of the bezel a bit, I actually
put my cabochon in first.
And notice in all of the examples I've shown you so far, I didn't match the color of my
decoration to the color of the baked bezel.
Some of the contrast is nice, but this is a really cool look and very different from
the points facing in.
Or if you don't want to decide, then don't and have them facing in and out and you get
almost the look of a mosaic.
I just used a tool as I was placing these.
This is a little gum stimulator that I attached to a polymer handle with some Apoxie Sculpt
because these will melt if you put them in the oven.
So air dry clay is good for that.
And then I can just use this to position these so that I had a somewhat consistent grout
line and in this case you do have to decide where you want your pieces to line up, on
the inside edge or the outside edge.
One extruded die, three different looks and this one would be fun to fill in after baking,
perhaps fill in with some liquid polymer clay in a different color to make it look like
grout lines.
So it looks like you've got a little mosaic on top of your bezel there.
And here's a tip for you when you're experimenting: is just pick a couple of techniques and stick
with those.
So for me, it was rolled balls and extrusions.
I picked just a few extruder plates and started playing with what I had.
So there's this one.
So this one extrudes this shape and then you can see here I cut it into slices.
Now my first thought had been to leave the slices whole and have them sticking out, but
it seemed a bit much.
Maybe it can be used in other applications.
You can overlap them like feathers or such, but what I actually ended up doing was I cut
right down the middle so that I had a flat edge and then started placing these on my
shapes and again kind of used the fingernail to get those all straight against that hard
edge and also just use the back of the blade to make a little indent in each of those.
Again it sort of looks like leaves or feathers and like the triangle one, this is another
one that you can play and explore and experiment with.
I really wanted to take the time to start putting these, like I said whole instead of
cut in half, but sort of like a feather border.
There's just so many ideas that really you could limit yourself to one die, cut out a
strip like this and then challenge yourself to try to make half a dozen or ten different
ways of using just that one thing.
The final die I used was this one, which is just a little tiny 1mm round die which I use
for a lot of different things in my work.
It just gives you this perfect little tiny rope that you can use as a decoration.
In this case, I just wrapped it around and around and around, again putting TLS around
the edges.
I kind of thinned the end and tapered it down a bit and then just started wrapping and then
at the end I also thinned it down quite a bit so that will taper nicely and that's a
cool look.
This would really look fun with some patina, some antiquing in there.
Another thing I did was I combined the ideas.
So this one has been baked.
First I baked the bezel and then I made these little dots.
These dots were made the same way as these ones were, except that I cut each of these
circles in half to get, you can see these balls are half the size of those, to get little
balls that are just a little bit smaller.
But then I thought it would be fun to take my little tiny spaghetti die, whatever you
want to call it, and this was much easier to do once you've gone ahead and baked the
balls, and have them on there because, isn't that fun, you can just wrap this around and
then decide.
I think I want it on the outside of the outer corners.
This was difficult to do without pre-baking the little dots.
Having them pre-baked really gives you a firm place to wrap your clay extrusion.
Isn't that just a cool look?
A filigree kind of zig-zaggy, you get the idea.
And this one I really love the look of.
It's kind of rustic and shaggy and all I did was I took again bits of this 1mm extrusion,
kind of just lightly tapped them against each other.
Trim off the ragged edge and a tip for you when doing this is don't make this section
too long, because you're going to be trying to shape it around a round piece and if it's
too long, it's just really difficult.
Cut off a section, pop it on here which has some TLS on it and I kind of embrace it when
it all falls apart and gets all messy.
I did not try to make this perfect.
For me, part of the beauty of it is that it isn't.
They're all kind of overlapping.
They're not exactly all the same length.
This clay has been sitting over the weekend.
I am recording this on a Monday and I planned this on Thursday or Friday so it's a little
difficult to manage.
If your clay is freshly conditioned, it would be more sticky and those pieces would actually
have stuck together much more nicely for me when I did this.
But you get the idea.
You just put these little bits from just a simple extruded strand and you have a great
design.
And like I said, if you want to play and experiment, really pick one or two things to play with
and then challenge yourself to how many different ways can you put these together.
And even as I'm looking at this right now and it's all this kind of spaghetti pile and
I'm thinking, "Oh, wouldn't that be fun to just press that onto the edges of the bezel
and trim off the excess and have this very random look."
So by limiting yourself, you really find yourself exploring new and different ways of doing
things.
So I hope this has given you some ideas for taking just a plain kind of boring baked bezel
and turning it into something really fun and unique.
Especially if you add paints and patinas afterwards.

Exploring Nuclear Bunker [Kult America] - Duration: 5:58.
Oh my God.
This is too much.
Have you ever wondered what an abandoned nuclear command center would look like?
We are in Warsaw to find out.
So apparently this terrain used to be military. The Polish government handed it off to a national park in 2004
and that station would have been used in the event that there would
be a nuclear war between the United States and Russia.
Oh man. This is crazy
Do you think we can get down there? I mean, do you think we'll get out if we get in
I just hope that I can climb out, you know?
So this is what a nuclear bunker would look like
It's dark. The floor is filled in with water I can't tell, but it looks like there are some flipped tables
Here's some other depression.
As you can see there are like mysterious odd holes all over this forest.
I think we're coming up on something here.
In America you don't find things like this.
There are vents so that human beings could take oxygen.
Careful, there's a hole here.
I'm not gonna lie to you, Przemek, I'm a little bit scared
it just keeps going.
Like, this is some Cold War crazy stuff, man.
I've got to stop going to places like this. Honestly.
So we found the tunnels. Now we want to find BŁ-1, the ghost town.
It's listed on the map here there's no information about it, I didn't find anything on Google about it,
so I'm really excited to see this place.
This is F****** weird.
In Google, it's written that there's like a ghost town.
I mean that's literally what it says it says that there's a ghost on here b1 and that's what I'm looking for.
It doesn't exist. We've been making circles around and around and around I can't find this.
This should be right in front of us. It keeps changing the direction. I mean, we've been walking in circles.
Wow. Oh my God. This is too much.
Oh f***,
this is scary. No!
This is crazy.
Were so deep on the underground right now.
Oh shit, oh my God. Look at this! There was a fire here.
Wait, but what is that.
We are so deep underground right now. And it's like went through so many tunnels that I
really hope that it's not going to be a problem to get back.
So scary.
We found tunnels in the forest. We couldn't find the BŁ-1 ghost town.
If you know anything about that, please type in the comment section below because I'm very very curious.
My name is Ryan Socash, peace.

Turn your dog training session into play time. - Duration: 8:09.
in this video me and Josh are going to show you and teach you how to turn your
dog training session into one play time
hello dog lover my name is Saro I'm a dog trainer and also coach dog owners if
this is your first time here and you want to become an educated dog lover
make sure to subscribe to my channel and hit the bell icon as well so you won't
miss anything today I have Josh josh is a mixed breed
very handsome boy and he is gonna help me to show you and teach you how you can
turn your dog training session into a play session a fun play session so what
it means is instead of thinking of your dog training session of a chore that
I have to do to do this and I have to do that instead of thinking that way
what we're gonna do we're gonna have fun meanwhile we're gonna teach josh is
going to learn I'm gonna have fun josh is gonna have fun and we're gonna have a
good time training the dog you know that's what it should be training dogs
should be a good fun time but before we get started let me just set a few rules
first of all if you want to teach your dog the commands of sit stay and come
which are prerequisite for this game I'm gonna link those videos right here and
also in the description below so go ahead and watch those learn how to teach
your dog to sit to stay and to come without using treats and then come back
to this the other rule is that when you're teaching or you're playing this
game with your dog make sure that your dog is on a leash in this case josh is
on a leash and it's on a harness it doesn't matter if it's a harness or a
collar as long as your dog is on leash so we're
not going to use force or domination or treats or anything like that to play
this game so let's get started josh is ready to go we've never played this game
before together so this is going to be a first and I'm gonna see how it is so
just to let you know that in general there are three types of dogs dogs who love
to play dogs who love to be praised and dogs who love both of them in this case I
have a feeling that Josh likes to be praised so I'm gonna use praise as his
reward so here's the game and how we're gonna play this game so I'm gonna ask
Josh to sit so just over here sit josh is gonna sit and I'm gonna tell him to
stay Josh stay I am going to go to the end of the leash and I'm gonna call him
just come oh hi good yes good boy I'm just gonna praise him and this is our
playtime so remember we've never played this game before so he doesn't know
what's going on why we're doing this or anything like this
but he'll figure it out eventually and we're gonna continue on the game so here
we go so josh is getting excited I'm gonna tell him to sit sit yes Josh stay
we're gonna go no nope I'm gonna go to the nope good boy if it breaks the
command all I say is no a verbal cue and he corrects himself I'm gonna go to the
end of the leash somewhere there I'm gonna ask your Josh to come just come
good boy yes I'm gonna praise Him all right so we're gonna do this in a way
that in the beginning we're just gonna go in front of him and we're gonna ask
him to come and then we're gonna start going around it so this time I'm gonna
ask Josh to sit and stay and I'm gonna go on his side and then I'm gonna ask
him to come Josh come come yes so at first we're gonna try this on a leash
and then as yet better and I get better and we
practice this over and over for weeks and maybe even months unleash then I'm
gonna off leash him so Josh said oh I know Josh stay so this time I'm gonna
ask Josh to sit and stay and I'm gonna go up behind him and then I'm gonna call
him to come to me Josh come good for yes so I'm gonna ask
him again to sit or sit Josh stay so this time I'm back in front of him so
this time I'm right in front of it so I started in front of him I went to the
right side and then I went on his back and then on his left side now I'm back
in front of him and I'm gonna ask him to come Josh come good oh yeah
so let's pretend we've done this for a few weeks and we practiced this for view
few weeks and we've done really good and he's really good and he's getting this
game and he's understanding now we're gonna do off-leash so I'm gonna practice
with him awfully so Josh come just sit Josh stay I'm gonna go in front of him
Josh come yes good boy now I'm gonna continue off-leash and I'm gonna play
with him just good boy yes so now it's a play time and also
training time so Josh sit curtsy stay I'm gonna go beside him and this time
I'm gonna wait for let's say 20 seconds all right one two three four five six
seven eight nine ten one two three four five six seven eight nine ten just come
oh yes good boy good boy yes right the high is lovely
you loved it I'm gonna go behind him I'm gonna this time I'm gonna wait here for
30 seconds one two three four five six seven eight
turn one two three four five six seven eight nine ten one two three four five
six seven eight nine ten Josh come good boy yes that was 30
seconds yes good boy yes yes yeah oh yeah so this time I'm gonna wait for 40
seconds one two three four five six seven eight nine ten that's 40 seconds
Josh come good yes good boy good boy he's getting tired so this is why
training your dog is a good exercise good activity mental and physical
activity it just gets drains them naturally Josh
is exhausted I'm exhausted we've been doing this for now for 15 minutes about
20 minutes now so we've both exhausted it done and he's done if you liked this
video give it a thumbs up share and comment what did you think about Josh
isn't he a handsome let me know what do you train your dog
do you enjoy training your dog do you play with your dog when you're training
your dog and if you have any questions make sure to submit them in the comments
area and I'll be happy to make a video about it or answer it as as soon as I
can thank you very much I'll see you next time and until next time from me

do you want to sign the boots please because I want to give it to one of the
guys who are watching more girls yeah I got it yes
she there's a spoon of a very simple you could call Bernie turn it in the
comments laterally to Burundi Ibiza but he s video yes but the yes okay no
no it's another one this is not good I just stole it from behind and I also
have a ball from 1905 it's softer too bad
not about the ball I want to do a small challenge with you head and catch
challenge if I say head you have to catch if I say catch you have to hit the
ball ok you have to think about it if can't I catch no if I say catch we have
to hit if I say head you have to catch okay ready - his head okay one two
impossible you can't recreate this go one two three
we go the left on the break look at this and what's a renowned now that dazzles
the defender we're gonna recreate the goal of Cristiano Ronaldo he played
against sharp no feel not the most important goal but I like it it was a
good goal because I'm not and now with the extra
touch with the younger Cristiano the younger some some extra flavor you know
not please step over maybe one Pig expert something okay
assist go or skills or do you prefer assist well
as historical well you are probably one of the most skilled player ever
especially when you were younger you were using more Skills than yeah you
turned into a ghost scoring machine why and when did that happen because I think
in a game the most important things is to to win and goals helps to win so you
can mix first goal and after tricks assistant assistants and tricks after
because it's what the people want it goes so I tried to solve us was it a
difficult choice to leave the skills behind because it's something that you
really like to win you know I still do it not the same I used to do it in
Manchester but I still do it not the same but I prefer goes I'm focus more in
the goals and skills is the third blend
Thank You one all right how this gentleman Christian or another the
beetle how could the whole restaurant Calma Calma
