Waching daily Oct 3 2017

There's a good chance you didn't put a lot of thought into your underwear when you got

dressed today.

You're probably worrying more about the clothes that go on top of those underwear, right?

Turns out that might not be the best move — your lady bits deserve some consideration,

and grabbing the wrong pair can have some seriously unpleasant side effects.

Here are the underwear mistakes you should avoid the next time you get dressed.

Not wearing cotton

Let's face it, ladies, cotton underwear may not be the sexiest choice you can make — but

it's the healthiest.

Donnica Moore, M.D., told The Huffington Post,

"Silk and synthetic fabrics are not breathable, which increases the risk of moisture being

trapped and retained, which can create a yeast or bacterial infection."

She added that if you must wear underwear made from synthetic fabrics, you should at

least choose a pair with a cotton-lined crotch.

Limit the silky panties to special occasions — especially those where they won't stay

on very long.

Wearing thongs

Thongs may be the perfect solution to panty lines when you're rocking your yoga pants,

but they come with risks that are just, well, gross.

Dr. Jill M. Rabin told The Huffington Post,

"That thong may be depositing colonic bacteria into your vagina or urethra."

If that's still not enough to make you ready to trash your thongs, irritation from the

thin material can also lead to skin tags on the vulva and rectum.

Rabin added that choosing cotton thongs, wearing them for short periods of time, and keeping

yourself clean will probably keep you healthy… but is it worth it?

Wearing underwear to bed

It might not be a bad idea to go commando under those comfy pajamas of yours.

Trapped moisture can lead to increased bacteria and even yeast infections, and wearing underwear

24/7 can increase that risk.

Michigan State University ob-gyn Nancy Herta, M.D., told Glamour,

"Allowing that area to get some air helps to keep it dry and clean."

If you can't bring yourself to ditch the underwear every night, try it out for at least a couple

nights a week and see if you notice any improvements.

Not wearing them during the day

Just because it's better to let your lady parts breathe while you sleep doesn't mean

you should plan on going commando all day, every day.

Melissa Goist, M.D, told Health that while it's okay every now and then, it's definitely

not advisable to go without underwear in some situations.

According to Goist, going sans-panties while you wear clothing that causes friction, like

jeans, can actually lead to chafing and sores — which can eventually become infected.

No, thank you!

Wearing the wrong cut for your body

Just because there's a style of underwear that you think looks the cutest, doesn't mean

that style will look the cutest on you.

Lingerie expert Tomima Edmark told The Berry that there are five basic shapes for rear

ends, and it's important that you choose the underwear style that best fits yours.

If you don't, you could end up with undies that bunch or pull — and that doesn't look

or feel good.

Not changing underwear after a workout

Sitting around in your sweaty clothes and underwear after a workout may do more than

make you smell a little ripe.

According to Jen Gunter, M.D., it can lead to a female version of "jock itch."

She told Glamour that while it probably won't give you an internal infection, it's not uncommon

for women to develop intertrigo, an itchy, yeast-induced issue in the groin area that's

usually accompanied by a rash.

Since it's often brought on by moisture and friction, changing into a clean and dry pair

of underwear post-workout can go a long way toward keeping this uncomfortable condition

at bay.

Laundering them all wrong

According to Donnica Moore, M.D., your underwear requires special detergent.

She told The Huffington Post one issue she sees a lot of is contact dermatitis.

She says,

"The No. 1 cause of that is your laundry detergent.

The tissues that your panties come into contact with are a lot more sensitive than your elbows."

Moore recommended choosing a hypoallergenic detergent — or at least choosing one that's

not heavy on the perfumes.

When it's time to dry them, remember, they call them "delicates" for a reason.

Lingerie expert Jenny Altman explained to Women's Health that throwing them in the dryer

can cause the elastic in your underwear to get saggy fast.

Instead, try using a drying rack or clothing line.

Wearing shapewear too often

Those Spanx may give you gorgeous curves, but they could be doing more harm than good

if you're wearing them too often.

Keri Peterson, M.D., told Women's Health,

"If they're worn too tightly and too often, the compression has ramifications."

Shapewear works by compressing your body, but according to Peterson, all that squeezing

can actually cause a whole host of issues, like acid reflux and incontinence.

If worn too often they can even cause your organs to shift — yikes! Peterson says if

you don't have any underlying health issues, it's fine to wear shapewear from time to time,

but overdoing it can cause major issues.

Not buying new ones

We buy new sweaters and shoes at the slightest hint of changing seasons, but how many of

us are guilty of wearing the same panties until they're literally falling apart?

Not only do those old undies not look great, but Dr. Melissa Piliang, a dermatologist at

the Cleveland Clinic, told Health that they can actually cause problems.

She explains,

"Once the elastic is failed and they're not staying in place and causing extra rubbing

and shifting around, it's time to throw them out and get some new ones."

Figure out what works for you

When it comes down to it, it's important to choose an underwear that feels as good as

it looks.

While some of the information we've mentioned here might be a bummer to your underwear drawer,

you'll find there are still plenty of choices out there that look great, feel great, and

aren't bad for your health.

Lawsuit Reveals NSA Covered Up 29 'Extraterrestrial Messages' from Space - Duration: 10:39.

Lawsuit Reveals NSA Covered Up 29 'Extraterrestrial Messages' from Space

The picture below represents a broadcast (known as the Arecibo message), put together by Carl

Sagan and colleagues that was sent into space via radio waves at a special ceremony to celebrate

the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico.

Apparently, they received a response; you can read more about that story here. Its

speculative, for sure, but the information below, is not. This article pertains to a

real deal document.

Strange signals detected from outer space are becoming quite popular, especially within

the past couple of years alone. Heres one of several studies positing that some of these

signals could be from an intelligent extraterrestrial source.

Scientists have discovered six more bursts of radio signals coming from a place in deep

space outside our galaxy from where similar signals were detected earlier this year and

in 2012.

From this specific location, a total of 17 such radio signals have been received, and

given their nature, there is also heavy speculation about whether we are being contacted

by some type of extra-terrestrial life form. You can read more about that here.

This article touches upon an NSA document that was released via a lawsuit. Rumours around

the internet say the agency was ordered to declassify the document in 2004, but did not

officially release it until 2011, which they did so quietly.

Not many details are available about the document, except for the fact that it is real, and published

in the NSA database via their technical journal.

Its titled Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages, and a gentleman by the name of

H. Campaigne attempts to decode the messages.

It states:

Dr. Campaigne presented a series of 29 messages from outer spaceThe following

article develops a key to these messages.

A paragraph from the Appendix reads as follows:

Recently, a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission

was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for

they were repeated over and over again.

Towards the end of the document, the author states that we have penetrated the meaning

of basic symbols, and even more important, have learned some of the syntax rules- of

the notation, and have caught mistakes in the process. We have a few words for sophisticated

concepts, and given more data, with a little labor, we could establish its translation.

There was no document to be found that actually describes what exactly they found out, and

what that translation was.

Quite interesting to say the least.

Keep in mind, this is one of thousands of documents that have been released via FOIA

requests, and dozens of global intelligence agencies and governments have now released

hundreds of thousands of pages of documents that discuss possible extraterrestrial beings.

For example, here (page 21 & 22) is an FBI document in the form of a memorandum, addressed

to certain scientists of distinction, to aeronautical and military authorities,

and to a number of public officials.

The document is a letter that was sent to the director of the FBI in Washington from

the San Fransisco office, on a matter pertaining to UFOs & extraterrestrials.

Lt. Colonel (name redacted) of G2 [G2 means army intelligence], San Francisco advised

today he has no further information, and that our Seattle office is in possession of all

information known by him and is handling the matter at Tacoma, Washington.

The document goes on to provide a copy of a letter written by someone with several

university degrees and a former university department head.

It contemplates an extraterrestrial presence visiting us.

There is also an important distinction to be made from the UFO phenomenon, and the extraterrestrial

phenomena, although there is sufficient evidence to show that, at least in some cases, they

are interrelated.

That being said, may of of these UFOs could be, and probably are, highly sophisticated,

black budget (Special Access Programs, human craft).

The existence of UFOs has been officially verified, and thousands of military records

show that they are commonly tracked on radar, and perform maneuvers and travel at speeds

that no known aircraft can travel. This seems to have started a long time ago, in Germany,

and the CIA was keeping tabs.

Heres a great example straight from its archive:

A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German

engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of flying saucers

carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.

There are hundreds of cases, and its something that still happens today. A quite popular

incident comes from Tehran, Iran. This incident occurred on the night of September 18th, 1976.

A four page U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency and NSA report describes the encounter in

detail. Furthermore, both of the pilots involved discussed the event years later.

What happened on this night is an example of what has happened multiple times with regard

to military encounters with UFOs. Residents of the city noticed a big bright object in

the sky. The airport traffic controller also noticed, it was an intensely bright object

that was not supposed to be there.

The Iranian Air Force was contacted (at the time they were a close ally of the United

States, under the rule of the Shah), and they dispatched two F-4 fighter jets to check out

the object. The United States took this encounter very seriously; a report of what happened

was sent to multiple national security officials and U.S. President Gerald R. Ford, CIA Director.

Both pilots, when approaching the object, experienced weapons systems and electronic

failure within their aircraft.

As the F-4 approached a range of 25 nautical miles it lost all instrumentation and communications.

When the F-4 turned away from the object and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the

aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. Another brightly lighted object

came out of the original object. The second object headed straight toward the F4.

Dr. Jacques Vallee, notable for co-developing the first computerized mapping of Mars for

NASA, and for his work at SRI International on the network information center for ARPANET,

a precursor to the modern Internet, also published a paper in the Journal of Scientific Exploration

titled Estimates of Optical Power Output in Six Cases Of Unexplained Ariel Objects

With Defined Luminosity Characteristics.

In it is a great shot of one of these UFOs snapped by Canadian Military Pilots (see below).

Id like to point out that, although the existence of UFOs is verified, the fact that

these could be operated by extraterrestrials is not. That being said, just as there was

a lot of evidence for the UFO phenomenon before all of this declassification, there is still

abundant evidence that we are being contacted. Dr. Brian OLeary, Ex Nasa Astronaut

and Princeton Physics professor.

What points to this fact, is that those directly involved with these sightings, and those who

have held some prominent positions, have clearly stated, hundreds of times that some of these

UFOs are indeed operated by extraterrestrials.

This thing has gotten so highly-classified it is just impossible to get anything on it.

I have no idea who controls the flow of need-to-know because, frankly, I was told in such an emphatic

way that it was none of my business that Ive never tried to make it to be my business since.

I have been interested in this subject for a long time and I do know that whatever the

Air Force has on the subject is going to remain highly classified Former Senator Barry

Goldwater, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee

Whoever is in control or in the know with regard to this topic, its way above

the government, and most likely managed by some sort of secret government, atop

the Deep State.

Given the release of this information within these past few years, those that are mentioned

in these files have come forward. One (out of many) examples would be now retired Navy

commander pilot Graham Bethune, who held a top-secret clearance. He was a VIP Plane Commander

who flew most of the high-ranking officers and civilians from Washington, DC.

In his testimony below, he explains how he was flying a group of VIPs and other pilots

into Argentia, Newfoundland, when every single person on the plane witnessed a 300 foot object

that traveled 10,000 feet straight up in a fraction of a second toward their plane. As

you can see from the video below, he has documented the event extensively.

To access the official files pertaining to this particular case, you can visit the governments

Project Bluebook files to read them. You can find those links and the files for

this case at the National Investigations Committee On Aerial Phenomenon.

In this interview, he states he learned that some of these objects were indeed extraterrestrial,

from the boys upstairs.

So, as you can see, there is no shortage of information within this realm, in the form

of credible sources and documents and statements from credible people. This isnt even the

tip of the iceberg.

Ep104: Crazy Polio Questions Answered Part 1 [My Incredible Opinion] - Duration: 8:34.

Mailbag!

Viewers have written in and asked me some of their questions about the world's most

infamous man-made disease: polio, so I wanted to go through some of these and see if I could

answer (and entertain) you.

If you haven't seen it already, I did a series of 6 videos thoroughly explaining how

paralytic polio is not a naturally occurring phenomenon but is in fact the inadvertent

result of something humans did.

You should watch it.

And also, you should read my book, which is something a few of you had questions about.

The book, called "The Moth in the Iron Lung" is not out yet.

I have completed most of the research for it and work on it when I have spare time.

I'm hoping to have it finished within the next few months, by Christmas 2017.

It will be on Amazon, like my other book, Massa Damnata, available in print and on Kindle.

I will also try to do an Audible version, but those are a huge pain to do, especially

when you spend 70% of your mental energy on hiding your Southern accent.

If you've ever read any of Erik Larson's books, like Devil in the White City, or In

the Garden Of Beasts, The Moth in the Iron Lung should feel like those stories.

They are full of interesting history, and are told in such a way as to maximize your

reading enjoyment.

I'm really excited about this book, because I'm hoping it will start a much needed global

conversation on whether polio is a man-made disease or not.

Obviously, I am convinced it is, but as always am open to debate on nearly anything.

Okay, mailbag!

Let's see what people have been asking or saying.

Before I do that, I've got to explain one little geeky thing about polio that I think

may help you understand some things, especially if you read some older polio history.

This is actually really crucial to understanding the history of this disease, but it's a

real nerd-fest and I was trying to keep the Polio series simple.

We really need a new name for the entire group of paralytic disease that began to plague

the world starting in the late 1800s.

It's cumbersome to talk about that whole portion of history and use the word "polio"

without confusing people.

Why?

The original name for polio, Acute Poliomyelitis of the Anterior Horn, which was shortened

to Acute Poliomyelitis, then Poliomyelitis, then Polio, was originally used to describe

a Symptom, not a disease.

For those of you who are slow, like me, this is going to take a second for your mind to

wrap around.

Other smart people, like my wife, will get it instantly.

Let me say it again: Early on, Poliomyelitis was a symptom.

Polio was a symptom, not a disease.

It described someone who had paralysis of movement, but not touch or feeling, typically

in their lower limbs.

If your kid comes up to you and says "Mom, my head hurts," you might say "Well you

have a headache."

Headache, is a symptom.

It describes the way you feel.

It is not the name of a virus you believe to be causing that symptom.

Similarly, back then, if your kid woke up one morning, and had trouble moving their

legs, seemingly out of nowhere, a doctor might come to your house, observe their symptoms

and say "Your child evidently has a Poliomyelitis."

Or, "Your child evidently has a Poliomyelitis!"

A poliomyelitis.

Not polio, but A polio.

Get it? Not like "A" and "B", but like

"a" polio. "A" headache.

It's a strange difference that once you get your head around really explains a lot.

Once they had isolated a virus and mistakenly thought it was the cause of ALL the paralysis

they had been seeing, they named it POLIO-virus and people slowly began to switch from thinking

of polio as a symptom into thinking of polio as a specific disease tied to a specific pathogen.

This was an understandable mistake, but turned out to be a colossal error that has led to

untold suffering the world over.

Viruses were very difficult to study back then, and much of the actual heavy lifting

that went on during the vaccine development was classifying all of the different viruses

they encountered and grouping the polio-viruses into three vaguely similar groups.

They inadvertently overlooked all of the other non-polio viruses causing paralysis at that

same time.

Obviously, they were looking for one virus – not three, or 12 or 27.

When they realized the "polio" vaccine alone was going to take at least three components,

you can imagine how disheartening that must have been.

Keep that in mind when you read up on older medical research – it's like a theology

major trying to tease out some meaning from an obscure passage in the Bible.

You have to understand the context in which the author was writing.

For modern human beings, polio means a specific disease caused by a specific virus.

Back then, it meant a symptom.

Serious geekery, I get it, but it's actually really important.

This is why animals were said to have polio.

At the time, they meant the symptom, not the disease.

But even later on, like in the 40s and 50s when they said polio and actually meant the

virus, they actually had no idea what was causing the paralysis.

They thought it was specifically the poliovirus every time they saw paralysis, but we now

know it could have been any of a number of viruses.

Old habits die hard, and people still think everyone paralyzed in the 1940s and 1950s

had "polio", that is paralysis triggered by the poliovirus.

Like I said in Part 6, I believe, people were diagnosed with polio incorrectly all of the

time, and in fact still are.

Back then, and even now, the way they diagnose "Polio" and I have to air quote it because

remember it could have been one of any number of viruses that cause paralysis in the nervous

system.

Something else that's curious – the way they'd diagnose "polio" would be to

do a Lumbar puncture – take some spinal fluid out, throw it on a microscope and check

for elevated white blood cell counts.

This was the conclusive proof that you had a poliovirus infecting your nervous system

– elevated white blood cell counts in your spinal fluid.

You can go on the CDC website as of right now and they will explain that as the typical

procedure used to diagnose polio.

The problem was AND IS – any of these viruses in your nervous system will cause an elevated

white blood cell count.

Not just the poliovirus.

There was no way to determine if you truly had poliovirus paralyzing you or Cocksackie

virus paralyzing you or D86 enterovirus paralyzing you.

In fact, the only way they could have definitively diagnosed polio back then would be by taking

a slice of your spinal cord into the lab and looking at it under an electron microscope,

a procedure which was only done on cadavers at the time, and the electron microscope was

a very rare device at the time.

So if you had paralysis of the lower limbs, but no loss of sensation or touch, they would

say you had "Polio," but the reality is they had no clue which virus was paralyzing

you.

In that one study in the late 1950s, they did a follow-up to a polio outbreak and discovered

that over half of the polio diagnoses were not caused by the poliovirus.

I hope you are able to study some of the polio story and familiarize yourself with the historical

context that people at that time were living in.

They were completely at a loss to explain what was going on.

When they discovered that the polio virus could indeed paralyze, they thought they had

their man.

Unfortunately, it was just the tip of the iceberg – floating beneath the surface

was a problem so big no vaccine would ever be able to touch it.

And that is my incredible opinion.

JAPAN SHOPPING HAUL - Duration: 7:29.

こんにちは。 Hello.

私の名前はルクミです。 My name is Lukmi.

「ルクミ・ショー」へようこそ。 Welcome to "The Lukmi Show".

I have returned from my Tokyo, Japan trip.

You can watch the video I made

that showed the highlights up here.

I'm going to be showing you the things that I bought.

This trip, I focused on buying high quality items

instead of tacky souvenirs.

I also bought some stuff that I probably don't need

but were cool like this: the yukata.

I am sorry if I'm pronouncing it wrong.

I'm going to be pronouncing some of these words probably funny

and incorrect but please forgive me if I do.

I am trying my best.

The yukata is the traditional national dress of Japan

but it's the summer version of the kimono.

It's lighter and it's mainly worn in summer and warmer months.

I bought this at a shop called Oriental Bazaar.

I asked the shopkeeper to choose the colour and fabric for me

and here he chose the black one

which I'm pretty happy with.

It looks pretty cool.

There's this awesome street called Nakamise dori in Asakusa

which sells lots of items, souvenirs, homewares, clothes

and that's where I bought this.

This is an obi which is a sash that goes around.

It contrasts well with the black.

I asked the shop assistant "What colour suits black?"

and she chose this one

and they contrast pretty well.

At the same street I bought this piece of fabric

with sumo wrestlers on it.

It looks pretty cool.

I'm still deciding what I'm gonna use it for.

Maybe a war hanging?

But I'm not too sure yet.

When I saw it I had to get it.

I really like the colour dark blue.

Wait here.

I'm going to be showing you something I really love.

Just wait.

Look at this.

Ah!

I didn't have any bowls, plates or mugs

so I decided to buy some in Japan.

I got this.

Look at it.

It's amazing.

It's Hasami Porcelain .

It's made in a town that's been making porcelain for 400 years.

I bought a plate, a bowl, a mug

and a little plate where you can put sauce in

and it's also a lid.

I actually saw this in a shop called Loft

which sells stationary, homewares

and when I saw it I was like

whoa, I have got to get this.

I was actually surprised it didn't break in my luggage

cause I put it in the checked in baggage

and it survived so it's strong

but I did put lots of layers

and I did wrap it up a lot so probably that's why.

They really like black cats over there

and they sold lots of things with black cats on them.

I guess over in Japan they are considered good luck

while mainly in western culture they're considered bad.

I was so happy when I saw lots of black cat stuff

because I wanted to buy something with a cat on it

- a black cat

and I found this in Loft.

It's a magnet.

A cat magnet you can see.

It's really cool.

You can hang keys off the tail.

So kawaii!

Enzo says subscribe.

Don't ya?

He's so cute.

Goochie, goochie, goochie, goochie, goochie, goo.

Look at this.

It's a bathmat that I bought in Tokyu Hands.

which is kind of like a department store that sells almost everything.

I had one of these at the Airbnb that I was staying at

and oh my goodness when you stepped on it

most of the water got absorbed after you've taken a shower.

I had to get one.

I initially bought a cheaper version in Nitori

which is kind of like the Japanese version of IKEA but be different

and I decided I wanted something made in Japan

and something a bit more high quality

so I went with this one.

It was a bit more expensive so hopefully it works really good.

I'm not too sure what's in it

I think there's like a special stone that absorbs water

and it's mixed with something else.

Maybe you can leave in the comments and tell me what it is.

but it's really cool.

The brand is Soil.

I really can't wait to use this one.

I've been waiting til I made this video before I could use it.

Ya ya!

Mmmm.

I have a funny story to tell you.

A few days into my trip in Tokyo I noticed my nails.

They were really long like claws/talons

and I was like "Ew, I need to cut them"

so I went to Tokyu Hands and got me a pair of these.

They're really good nail clippers.

I think they're made in Japan.

The brand is Green Bell and they cut really well.

Wha!

This is the last thing that I bought.

It's a bed set so I got two pillowcases,

a duvet cover and a fitted sheet.

I bought these in Muji.

Yes, they do have this in Melbourne but I bought them in Japan

because they're slightly cheaper.

I really can't wait to sleep on these.

It looks so comfortable.

How to Make Pumpkin Puree from Fresh Pumpkin - Super Easy! | Balkabağı Püresi | Пюре из Тыквы - Duration: 4:25.

Hi guys. Welcome to AZCookbook. I am Feride. Today we are making homemade pumpkin

pure. Pumpkin season is here and we'll be doing a lot of baking using pumpkin

puree. Yes you can use store-bought canned pumpkin puree but homemade is

always the best. Let's get started. When you go in the grocery store or a farmers

market look for this kind of pumpkin. It is called sugar pumpkin it's also

called pie pumpkin and this is the perfect choice for pumpkin puree. Sugar

pumpkins are usually smaller in size than other pumpkins,

they range from about 3 pounds to 10 pounds and this is a 3 pound pumpkin

They have a smooth skin, the flesh is sweet it's less stringy than other

pumpkins and it's delicious. I'm going to start by cutting off the top of the

pumpkin. and now I'm going to cut the pumpkin in half. I'm going to scoop out

all the seeds and strings.

All right the pumpkin halves are ready, they're nice and clean, I've removed all

the seeds and hard strings. Don't discard the seeds, you can roast them in the oven

for a quick snack. And now I'm going to place my pumpkin halves cut side down on a

parchment lined baking sheet. You can also line your baking sheet with

foil. I'm going to bake these pumpkin halves in the oven preheated to 380º

degrees Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes until the skin and the flesh are tender. My pumpkin

is ready, looks pretty good. I'm going to check with a knife and see if it's

tender. Yes it is. it goes right through and let's reveal it. This is how it looks. It's cooked nicely, yes, it is very tender.

And this is exactly what we're looking for. There are two ways to scoop out the

flesh of the pumpkin. You can use a spoon like this and just go through the

pumpkin flesh and scoop it out. Or another way is just peel off the

skin because it's so tender. Look. Super easy and voila

No skin remains. Nice and clean. I'm going to puree this pumpkin flesh in a

food processor until smooth and creamy

This is one batch of pumpkin flesh and my processor is smaller so I'm doing it

in batches. I added a few drops of water to the pumpkin to puree it easier so

that it''s smooth. I pureed the pumpkin and this is how it looks. I got about three

cups of pumpkin puree from a three pound pumpkin, which is great. You can keep

this pumpkin in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days or if you

want to use it later you can freeze it as well. This is what you do. Put a

little bit of the pumpkin puree in a ziploc bag,

flatten it out like this, release all the air from the inside of the bag, make sure

there's no air remaining, then zip it. Throw it in your freezer and then use whenever

you wish to. I hope you guys make this pumpkin puree. I will have recipes coming

up soon on my channel that will ask for pumpkin puree. so it's good to have a

batch on hand. Get the detailed recipe on my blog AZCookbook.com.

Don't forget to subscribe to my channel and share it with your friends. Let me

know in the comments when you make this recipe and use hashtag #azcookbook to

share your pictures on your social media. Thank you for watching me. I'll see you

soon. Bye.

Spooky Unboxing: Disney Villans, Monster High, Halloween Pusheen, Target Mystery (Craftober Spo - Duration: 17:46.

hey guys welcome back to day three of the Craftober Spooktacular.

Today we're gonna be doing a

little less crafting in a little more unboxing as you might have noticed from

the thumbnail.

Alright so first up the excavation kits

alright so for this one you can get either the rat or the bat and I'm doing

this over an extra piece of wax paper from the window cling episode two days

ago. It looks like they give you a chisel sort of thing and a brush

to brush away the debris.

It's plastic-wrapped

*non-verbal dance break with plastic crinkles*

know it kind of feels like cement, even though obviously it's not because you

can bust into it with this thing. But it does seem to be some kind of compressed

clay sort of situation.

I'm starting to see something over here.

I really hope we

get the bat yeah I mean the rat's cool too, but I'm a bit partial to bats.

and of course the camera is moving everywhere.

*excavation dance break*

The battery's had a bit of time to

recharge, so let's get back into this

okay I'm starting to see something over here.

I think we got a bat.

*excavation dance break*

It's a little bat!

That's cute.

So, there's one spooky

surprise so we found the bat and that means that

the rest of this is just more of the "rock."

Now, for the other one the other one you can

get a skull or a spider.

All right so from the last one the figure is probably on the front

okay so looks like I'm seeing some legs right there we go and now you can see

*excavation dance break*

And it's a spider friend!

Okay, so I'm gonna stop recording for a sec and go wash

these off. Be right back.

Okay, now we've got two of the Disney villain

sort of boxes where you can get all of these guys.

Three of the Halloween

Pusheen boxes

and two Monster High, Season Two ones.

So I think first we'll go for

these ones and it's got that plastic wrapping.

The idea that I remember when

Monster High was just like a webcomic but no one really knew about I feel old

sometimes. And it looks like there's a sneak peek of what we might be getting

in the box so there's 70 plus to collect apparently and it looks like it's

designed to replicate one of the walkers in the series complete with the thing on

the back all right this is it has the Monster High logo and a fake lock and

you turn it it okay it's only got in the box is the flying bag

okay and then I guess it depends on what color the skull is next to it as to the

rarity. So, who do we have here?

She's cute...

And just conveniently fell back in the locker box

she is geek shriek and she is a common which is cool

*crinkly plastic dance break*

okay this is our second one looks like she is the original ghouls one and she

is a fascinating find which is cool so she couldn't just sit over there with

her friend.

and as a point of interest if you have multiple ones these you can put the

boxes together it looks like to display them if it ever gets any frame you can

hook the boxes together to display them like so. Next I think I want to

do these guys this one sounds like it's still wrapped this one I noticed the box

was taped in the storm I think these were from Michaels but if that was like

it might have been unwrapped in the process so we'll see what we get I'm

really hoping that we get one of the Voodoo guys or Hades but the rest of

them are pretty cool too and I mean really Patch is my childhood.

okay it's Maleficent! - yeah see someone decided

There we go change of camera angle... fabulous.

so we've got Maleficent, and

whoever decided to open her box left the bag in the box, which is fun.

And who do we have next?

Feels like a little guy.

*crinkle dance party*

It's Patch!

Yay!

I'm actually really really happy with that.

Either his better his feet

aren't level or the board's not. it's kind of I know it's the board kind of what

yeah it's his feet or both.

Now Maleficent has a little fluffy friend.

Okay, now we're down to the three Pusheen cats.

So, we'll move everybody back a little bit.

Gund has always been a favorite.

And yeah it's got the little Pusheen

cat ghosts coming out of the house.

You have the options of mummy, ghost,

jack-o'-lantern kitty, candy corn, purple and pumpkin, zombie

no no that's Frankenkitty. I got it wrong that's Frankencat.

You could get the little bat

kitty and what looks like a fluffy witch cat.

Now I'm hoping to get this guy and maybe this one, and one of these, because they're adorable

but as you might have noticed from earlier in this and if you're watching

these videos out of order there's we're gonna be a lot of mention of bats I have

a bit of an obsession with bats.

and it's got its got silver packaging in there with little kitties.

It's Jack-o-Lantern kitty!

He's cute, with his little whiskers and actually really nicely embroidered face.

With the little pumpkin.

And his butt!

And the stripes on his back.

well it's the first repeat of the day and when I got these they were from

Barnes & Noble and because I have the member card it's a bit of

a discount so they weren't the full price.

It's kitty with a pumpkin!

That is quite cute though and it's a little plush pumpkin -

it's not just like a flat thing. okay all right

with the little whiskers and the face detailing and the paws all right well

that is the blind bag assortment for the day alright everyone thanks for watching

you found some friends some of these guys,

some of these little guys.

Let me know in the comments below if you'd be interested in

seeing some more of these unboxing sort of videos.

I've been getting really into watching my doing other things.

I'm gonna be uploading every day in October and

the last video is gonna be linked right here if you want to subscribe and make

sure the bell notifications are turned on so that you're notified when I upload

a new video that'd be awesome last video over here if you want to check out my

other channel talk about plants and ethnobotany and science and all kinds of fun

things and this month it's like pumpkins and turnips and like

School Doesn't Play National Anthem, Players Take Matters Into Own Hands | Top Stories Today - Duration: 2:04.

When NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick chose to sit during the national anthem while in

uniform, he stood out from the rest of the standing crowd, and not in a good way, according

to many people who were outraged at what they viewed as a clearly public display of disrespect.

A freshman football team in Flint Township had just the opposite experience and has been

applauded for their decision to go above and beyond in order to take a literal stand against

a decision not to play the national anthem before the game.

When the Lapeer Lightning's freshman football team was told by the host team announcer that

the national anthem would not be played before their game, they a bold stand on the sidelines

and began to sing, despite there being no music.

Eddie L. Kindle, Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools Superintendent, said, "Like most

schools in the state of Michigan, we choose to play the national anthem prior to the highest

level of competition."

Therefore, the national anthem was planned to be played prior to the junior varsity game

later that evening.

Kindle made a point to explain that this common decision in many communities was in no way

any form of protesting and that they will never refuse to play the national anthem.

Once they were informed that there would be no music and no national anthem before kickoff,

they decided to sing anyway.

Lapeer head coach Bryan Sahr said his team thought there might have been a problem with

the sound system.

"We had all lined up on the sideline like we usually do for the national anthem,"

Sahr said.

Coach Sahr also said, "I've been with most of these players for three years now."

"They're just an awesome group of kids.

It makes me incredibly emotional and I don't usually get emotional."

What do you think of the Lapeer Lightning freshman football team's decision to stand

and sing the national anthem before kickoff?

The Best Red Wines for Beginners (On the Road from Venice) - Duration: 1:30.

Buona Sera, everyobody, Marc Supsic here...

wine and spirits pro, founder of Wine Living.

I'm chilling with my beautiful wife, in Venice, Italy!

I want to continue with my video series about the best red wines,

I figured this would be the best opportunity for me since I'm going to be on the road for a while.

I'm currently enjoying a glass of red wine from the northern part of Italy!

This is Valpolicella. You may not have heard of this before, it's not very well known in the USA.

But northern Italy makes a ton of this and it's delicious.

I would put it on par with a Chianti, maybe that weight... that feel.

Usually a little bit bitter, a little sour cherry flavor in there.

There's also another level of this wine above this, called Amarone Della Valpolicella.

"Amarone" is actually derivative of the Italian word, "Amaro," which means bitter.

It's usually a little more bitter because they dry the grapes on straw mats before they crush them.

So, look out for Valpolicella, a regular level red wine,

and then Amarone Della Valpolicella, which is one "notch" above.

That's about it for now. If you haven't seen the rest of the videos in this series,

please check them out, "The Best Red Wines."

I promise I'll get back to you when we're off the road. Until then, take care and "Ciao!"
