Vlogbridge competition - Michaelmas 2017 - Duration: 1:20.
Hi guys, I'm Ibz Mo,
a second-year PBS student at Wolfson College
and also a YouTuber.
The reason why I started vlogging here
at Cambridge was to show people that
listen - if I could get in so could you.
Vlogging has changed my life.
In the space of six months, I was able to
make new friends, network with businesses
and, of course, the best thing ever,
give Cambridge some free publicity!
Vlogging is also quite a personal thing;
on a daily basis, I get messages
from my amazing followers telling me
how I've inspired them to apply here at Cambridge
and that relationship with your followers
is the best thing about this journey.
And although it can be very, very
time-consuming, and you have to
constantly remind yourself that you are
a Cambridge student first, it is worth it.
And so now it's your turn - if you are
passionate about creating content
for YouTube, Cambridge University are here to help.
The Communications Office are running a
competition for first-year students,
be it undergrad or postgrad, and we are
looking for the next Cambridge YouTubers.
And so on the 3rd of October and the
4th of October find us at the freshers fair
Where we can give you more details about
applying and also what you can win!

have fun at freshers [week] and
start revising now because it's hard!
