ok! let me delete all this layers

open the free stock image in your photoshop

take a new layer and fill it with black below your stock image

you can find the download link of this image in the description below

now use pen tool and extract this lady from the background as what i already did

now select the main lady layer and drop down the opacity

drop this energy ball in your document

rename

now add layer mask to the layer

use soft brush, color black

and start painting as shown

reverse the color to white

and restore the extra wiped areas

great!!

now double click and open the layer styles

outer glow

linear dodge

color white

inner glow

linear dodge

color white

now duplicate the same layer (press ctrl + j)

set the blending mode to linear dodge

drop down the opacity

now double click and open the layer styles

and adjust the values a bit

now take a new layer

rename it as "eyes"

color white

use soft brush and paint as shown

now set the blending mode to "overlay"

now again take a new layer

rename it as "overlay"

and fill it with 50% grey

blending mode "overlay"

now use dodge tool and start painting as shown

now add new adjustment layer "brightness & contrast"

select the mask

use soft brush, color black

and start painting as shown

color balance

selective color

curves

gradient

now press (ctrl + shift + alt + e) to get a merged layer

filter - render - lighting effect

follow the same settings

color #aac9de

color #124a7a

ones you are done hit ok

you can drop down the opacity, if its too bright

now take a new layer

rename it as "glow"

use soft brush, color white

drop down the flow

and start painting glow on her face as shown

now take a new layer and rename it as "hood"

drop down the opacity

use soft brush, color white

and highlight the hood as shown

follow the same procedure with hairs

group the layers

now add new adjustment layer "gradient map"

color #1b6e95, #white

blending mode "soft light"

drop down the opacity

color balance

selective color

now press (ctrl + shift + alt + e)

blending mode "linear light"

filter - other - high pass
