Waching daily Oct 4 2017

Sixty years ago, Ayn Rand published the

novel Atlas Shrugged.

It's an outdated, unrealistic description

of entrepreneurs as heroes and

politicians as villains.

Dead wrong, there's nothing outdated about it.

Almost every day, something in the news

reminds me of Atlas Shrugged.

Politicians regulate and tax businesses

out of existence.

And when that hurts the economy,

they squeeze the remaining ones even harder...

and blame free trade.

Rand talked about how businessmen are

either good at running their mills,

or at running to Washington for help.

The world is now full of those crony

capitalists, who fail again and again, and

are saved by the government again and again.

They're not capitalists- they're looters.

And if you think that it's unrealistic

with Rand's description of how more

control results in more poverty, and more

control and more poverty- until we end up

in dictatorship and chaos- well, then I

suggest that you read up on what has just

happened in Venezuela.

And yet, almost seventy percent of all the

wealth that has ever been created was

created since Atlas Shrugged was published

sixty years ago, because the Atlases of

the world are so creative.

This is an amazing book...you should read it.

Falcon BMS - ICP Tutorial #1 - UFC functions & CNI page - English subtitles - Duration: 11:31.

Hi and welcome to Revientor Reborn, this is Falcon BMS and I´m starting this new serie of tutorials about the UFC (Up Front Controls)

the ICP and DED

let´s go to cockpit, go to center the view on them

on the right that screen is the DED

all this buttons under the HUD are the ICP

Today I will speak about the CNI page, that view of the DED

communication, information & navigation

then some general ways to use the ICP

for the next videos goes faster and do not have to explain the general use or how to use

the idea of this tutorial is teach how it works the ICP not all related systems

there are some differences in some F16 models like the F16I and I will cover all of that ones

in each button I will speak what does in the real plane and in BMS if I found the correct info of course

If I don´t find info of some buttons and the do nothing in BMS may be I do not make a tutorial of that one

let´s go with the tutorial, start with general info

the F- have 7 master modes, Nav, AA, AG, MRM, DGFT, S-J, E-J

they are called master modes due when you push one of that master button the plane confi all the screens to a determined state

there are override mode, they are shortcuts to get fast access to some options

there are 5 of them, com1, com2, F-ack, list , Iff

the DCS (Data Command Switch) , have the option up, down rtn and seq

with the DCS you can interact with the DED and select where to edit a parameter

up and down move it, rtn go back to this menu on the ded the CNI, and SEQ can activate something in the menu or go to other submenu

in the CNI as you can see seq show the wind info

with the rocked prev/next beside the DCS that will change the info where those small arrows on the DED are placed

all the numbers from 1 to 9, they are quined of override modes, the manual call them primary-secondary due they can jump into a menu from the CNI page or type a value in other places where the scratchpad is

the 0 , ENT and RCL do nothing, the ent usual accept a data, recall (rcl) to delete the last value entered with one press, a second press delete the whole line and the 0 will type a 0 or activate/desactivate something

in some menus you can change a value using a random number from 1 to 9 and the 0 do nothing

that are the basics to know, let´s talk of the CNI page

Communication, navigation , interrogation

it´s just the info of what radios you have selected, the setpoint selected, and the wind info, on ground is always 0 speed, the system clock, and we can activate a hack, we´ll see that alter and the IFF info of all the modes that are active, and also the TACAN or the DMS

the general way to works is explained, the F-ack is also unknown as UFC, on the left, using that button, when you have some damaged

there is this other "ded screen", PFL, with that button you will cycle all the faults detected in the PFL screen

F-ack, come from acknowledge

some example of the numbers, go to com1,we can see the scratchpad

thee are the small arrows, of previos/next, I can use that rocket, and the scratchpad is this two asterisks and use the DCS to move it

now there are some space between the asterisks, I can type there, for example 452, push enter, because the value is invalid, the scratchpad goes to flashing mode

using recall I can type again, 1111, aa I type one extra 1, with recal I can delete one digit, but the second one all is deleted

a valid number is entered and in this com1 page in particular when it´s accepted you return automatically to the CNI page

with the rtn you always come back to CNI page

I think all is said, the scratchpad can be over a place where you can not type, you have to use the 0 to select that option, in other places is not that way

here for example in NB i can use the numbers 1 to 9 to change to NB to WB, but with the 0 is not.

it´s kind of particular the 0, normally will select in inverted video color, green, to des/activate the option

well that was the video if you liked, please give me a thumbs up, comment below subscribe if you are not one it´s free!! bye bye be happy

La Sylphide: Mime, Truth and Honesty | English National Ballet - Duration: 1:38.

I think that if you should look for some words that could describe how we're

doing all this today, I would say believable, honesty, love. I mean I think

those three words maybe could cover what we are trying to do. The honesty is

what we talk about the mime which is one of the very very Danish specialities

today. We believe has to be very realistic you cannot, you cannot fake

mime because if you do that it becomes unbelievable and then if I

cannot convince my Gurn and my James and my Effy and myself about this mime how

will they be able to convince the audience later? So they have to believe

in me when I'm showing it but they have to do it because if our mime is not

that believable, people don't believe in the performance. Believable and honest

I think those two words should say everything and if you're honest you can

move mountains and I think probably that is what it is all about, that is to create

something where people can relate to and see themselves, so I think that

the two words, I think they are they are the right words for us.

Online Fashion Store Try On Haul + Review : Pomelo Fashion, Berry Benka etc | Indonesia - Duration: 11:39.

Hello everyone!

I'm making a video that is different from the previous ones

Today is not about makeup

But it's still about fashion!

Because i've been buying clothes via online recently

Actually i didn't plan to make this video

And i thought why not to make this video as many are interested to

I also love fashion other than fashion

But i'm not that expert in fashion

I understand more about makeup than fashion

And anyway, i have a lot of new clothes now

I'm gonna show you and share to you about my experience of online shopping

So i just received the first package

This is from Pomelo

I bought it from Pomelo

It's my first time

The first clothe that i bought is a top

And this is it, in mustard yellow color

I'm gonna try it first

So this is the first top

Luckily, the size is just right for me, which is in xs size

It's not bad

I actually don't really like a top with no sleeve

Because i think that my arms are big

Actually, they're not big but my arms are short

So the fat is all at here

So it looks big while my body is small

But I think this is nice and easy to match with the bottom, so i bought it

The quality is good and it's about Rp. 100,000s

The quality is really good, not like a cheap clothe

A really good quality

The sewing is neat too

So what do you think of this?

I personally like this

I just read this on the Pomelo's tag

If the clothes that we buy from them are not suit for us, or the size isn't right for us

We can change, we can return

But don't take this out

So it's pretty good

And this is the 2nd clothe that i bought

I'm not sure i'm gonna like it or not

It looks like this

So this is the 2nd top and luckily, the size is right for me

Actually, i rarely dress up in such this top

And i'm bored with my all clothes

So i wanna try different styles

This is the details

The quality and the sewing are good and neat too

Doesn't look like a cheap top while it's not expensive

As this is cropped top, so i'm wearing high waist jeans

To cover my stomach

So what do you think of the second top?

Next outfit is

So this is the next outfit

I think the cut is too large

But i try it first

Next is this jumpsuit

But, i think this is too big for me

Especially on the waist part

It's too large for me

And the tag is on the middle of these

I think this one is just so-so

I'm gonna get a tailor to make this smaller

If this the size is right for me, it looks not bad

I love to buy one piece clothe

Because it's really convenient to wear

And i don't have to think what to match with

Just wear it and it's done

The next outfit is this one

This one looks so girly, feminine, like a calm girl

So this is the dress

Looks like, i don't like it

Because it doesn't really fit on me

The sleeves are too long for me

As you can see

But there are rubbers here so i can pull them up

But it just doesn't really fit on my body

And i think these areas are too big for me

Like the arms are too big

Not so good on me

What do you think? Should i return it?

I still have another one, the last piece from Pomelo

Which is a top like this

I saw the model wearing this and looked not bad

I like clothes that are in bright color like this

Because it makes me look fairer

This is the last piece from Pomelo and it looks like this

This is tied by myself

But the cut is a bit lower on this area

So you have to wear tank top to cover it

So it's noticeable a little bit

But overall, i like the cutting

Because it's fit on me

Luckily, most of the clothes from Pomelo are fit on me

There are too big or small clothes for me, they're just right in the sizes

It turns out that it's not easy making a haul video

It's very hot!

I got a free gift which is cap

You'll get a free gift if the transaction is above the stated amount

So those are the clothes from Pomelo

In the quality terms, they're really good

The sewing is really neat

And the price is affordable

So it's worth it

But the thing is the delivery is a very long time

Like mine, i bought them on around twentieth

But i received on 29th, which is today

So it took like around 10 days

And on the same day, i also bought some from Berrybenka

But it's different from Pomelo

Like i pay them today, i receive it on the next 2 days

The delivery is really fast

I bought 2 clothes from them

This is the package

So i bought a batik

Like this

But the size is really really big

Compare to my body

This is sooooo big

Okay, i'm wearing it now and it turns out not as big as what it's looked

Even though it's so loose

I looked like the scarecrow

Btw, i bought it at Berrybenka because..

They're having a promotion, 2 clothes for Rp. 219,000

The second clothe is this

Actually, i don't like most of the clothes from Berrybenka

Because.. i don't really like them

But i was curious so i bought

The quality is good but not as good as Pomelo's

This is the 2nd clothe from Berrybenka

It turns out not so bad when wearing it

The size is quite fit on my body

But it's pretty big on the lower part

The cut is pretty long too

Up to here

I quite love this outfit

It's actually pretty old school

Like a bit vintage, in 1980s or 1990s

But i like it

I like clothes that are in vintage styles

It looks cute

So this clothe is about Rp. 110,000

So cheap right?

So that's all from Berrybenka

My suggestion to shop at Bereybenka is have a look on the sizes

So what you pay is what you get

Yes they're cheaper but the quality..

Is just okay, not so bad yet not so good

The last one is i bought from

FIVE, in the mall in Batam

This is the jumpsuit

Quite fit on my body

The length is just right for me

Not too long yet not too short

What do you think?

But this is quite open, not everyone will like it

You can wear a t-shirt for the inner

Which make the appearance is more polite, feel comfortable

Feel more comfortable

I prefer to wear this with a t-shirt

I think it looks cuter, more like Korean ladies

Other clothes are sent by some online shop

As they sent me for the endorsement, and they gave me extra pieces of clothes

I'm gonna show you and this isn't sponsored

Don't worry, this is not endorsement video, okay?

The first one is AGS label

You search it on Instagram

I wasn't interested at the first time i saw the model wearing the clothes

Because it gave me kind of impression

Like, I'm very confused seeing a thin model wearing clothes

Like their bodies are very flat and thin

And i can't imagine it as my body is different

My body is quite plump, the fats are everywhere

So i randomly chose some of them

But when i received the package

It turned out that i was impressed by the quality as it's very good

And when i tried it, it turned out to be good on me and i like it

This dress is very cute

I look like a cinderella who is going to sweep

This is what it looks like, a bit babydoll and oversize

So it's still fit on you, whether you're slim or chubby

So what do you think? Cute or not?

I like it though as it's very comfy

And the next one is a top from ATS too

Oh.. my hanger is very ugly

So this is the top

This is what it looks like

But i still had no idea what bottom to match with, so i wear this first

The last one from ATS label is a blazer

And the color is like yellowish to brown

This is what it looks like

I will just wear this

This quality is really good too

So if you're looking for blazers, i highly recommend this one

As usual, my hands are short

So the sleeves are always oversize

I have to fold it

So this is it

I really love the blazer

Because it's a bit oversize

As you can see, it's pretty big

But i don't mind as it's quite trendy with the oversize blazer now

So i'm okay with that, i love it

Highly recommend this piece as this is suitable for works

Or other formal event, this is really good

And the color is unique too

Especially, it's fall session now

Even though there's no fall season in Indonesia

Yeah, it's just right on my body

This is from another online shop

This is from Livia.Co

This is my friend's online shop if I'm not mistaken

The clothes from this online shop is more for Asian, Korean

So the style is more to cute, not like this blazer

The online shop has more cute or Kpop styles of clothes

The first one is a knitted sweater dress

So this is it, really in Korean style

The fabric is quite thick, so you'll feel hot when wearing this

I love this dress as it fits on my body

And i'm planning to go Korea in November, i think i can wear this

I don't know, i might feel cold in there

It'll look cool when you're wearing stocking and boots with this dress

Okay, i'm done with this

Actually i still have some, but i'm very tired now

I just realised that i have many of new clothes now

I tried the clothes until my hair is straight again, not curly anymore

Hopefully this video is useful for you who are looking for clothes via online

And yeah, i personally like to watch videos like this

So i you want me to make this kind of videos more

In the future

Please comment on the below and if the rating is high

That means you all like it and i'm gonna make more of this kind of video

So yeah, thank you so much for watching

And see you next time

Bye..

Bí Mật Của Những Hòn Đá Chuông Bí Ẩn I Khoa Học Huyền Bí - Duration: 6:28.

Hi, it's Mike Chen.

So this is rock music, literally.

These chime-like sounds come from a geological phenomenon

known as ringing rocks.

Physically if they look no different from regular rocks

but it's not until you slightly strike them

with a hammer that the rocks reveal their sonic secret.

Also know as sonorous rocks,

these audio boulders can be found in various locations

inside the 128 acre Ringing Rocks Park in Southeastern Pennsylvania

including Stony Garden in Bucks County,

Devils Race Course in Franklin

and Pottstown in Montgomery.

The most famous among visitors is located

in Upper Black Eddy near the Delaware River.

Framed by a lush forest in a majestic waterfall,

the site features a vast 8 acre field of ringing rocks

with some stacked as high as 10 feet.

It was here that Dr. J. J. Ott performed

for the Buckwampum Historical Society in June of 1890,

for what is probably the first rock concert in history.

According to Natural History Magazine,

Ott "played several musical selections "

while accompanied by a brass band.

The performance highlighted the natural musicality of the rocks

which he assembled into an octave scale.

Since Ott's performance,

this site has attracted other musicians

looking to compose one of a kind of soundscapes using the ringing rocks.

Recording artists like Philadelphia-based Thomas Rex Beverly

also made the visit to the park

to take audio recordings of the rocks.

He observed that the changes in environment

also changed the sound of the rocks,

which means what the rock sound like in the summer

isn't the same as they do in winter

when layers of snow surround the rock,

which also creates significant changes in the pitch.

But a more interesting discovery is that,

while only 30% of the rocks ring,

they generally ring this tone of B flat.

And if you're wondering why that in particular is interesting?

Well, that's because B flat

is what a supermassive black hole sounds like.

Back in 2003,

NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory

detected sound waves coming from a black hole

250 million light-years away from Earth.

Turns out, it's been humming a B flat

that's 57 octaves below middle C for close to 2.5 billion years.

It's out of this world tidbits like this,

so to speak, that fuel the wild urban legends

surrounding the origins and mechanism of the ringing rocks

So in 1965,

geologist Richard Faas performed numerous labs tests on the rocks

to find out if there's a connection

between the physical makeup of the rock

and their ability to create sound.

What Faas found was an explanation

to one of the most widely claimed myth about the ringing rocks.

Unlike the story that the rocks don't lose their ability to make sound

when taken out of the boulder field.

They still produce a series of low-frequency sounds

which remain inaudible to the human ears

until it's layered with similar low-frequency sounds

coming from other ringing rocks.

But while he was able to debunk one myth,

Faas still wasn't able to identify the specific physical evidence

that would explain, well, why do these rocks ring.

So instead of getting the answers,

he actually raised more questions, like,

if the rocks were all made from diabase

a volcanic basalt that's high in iron and aluminum content,

then why do only a few of the rocks ring?

Why aren't the rock in nearby areas of the field ring as well?

And since diabase is the same substance

as that of the Earth's crust,

does that mean that the earth is like a giant bell?

And how did the boulders even get there in the first place?

One theory suggests that

when the supercontinent Pangaea shifted some three hundred years ago

it caused mountains to erode

and the sediments to settle in nearby valley.

Magma worked his way up to the surface,

depositing large amounts of diabase into the soil in the process.

Scientists believe that

the boulders were created from what they call the freeze-thaw cycle.

Where the water that's permeated the hardened mixture of magma and sediments

goes into a loop of freezing and melting

which eventually splits the giant rock formation into individual boulders.

That would make for a very satisfying explanation

into the mystery of the ringing rocks

if only (1) there were volcanoes in Pennsylvania

and (2) well, if it actually cracked this mystery.

Also because even extensive scientific studies

couldn't provide a definitive explanations

on why the rocks ringed.

Speculations of the more peculiar variety abound.

Some think the ringing rocks are surrounded by a bizarre magnetic field,

rendering compasses unusable.

It is also rumored to be an ancient ceremonial site

used by Native Americans

who used the rocks for their rituals.

Others believe that the boulder are pieces of meteorites

that crashed on earth

and that radiation is why there's no vegetation or animals that settle in the boulder field.

And of course we cannot talk about the inexplicable

without chocking it up to aliens.

Take Stonehenge.

The ancient monument has never been a stranger to green space men

and conspiracy theorists,

even more so now that ringing rocks were discovered on the site

Researchers from the Royal College of Art

under their Landscape and Perception Project

discovered that the blue stones

or the inner circle of Stonehenge,

shared the same musical ability

as that of the boulders in Ringing Rocks.

Evidence showed that

almost all of the rocks have scuff marks on places

where it might have been struck.

Proving, that the rocks were specifically chosen

for their ability to make ringing sounds.

And by some strange coincidence,

it just so happened that the stones were sourced from Preseli Hills

where a village named Maenclochog -

which translates to bell or ringing stones is located.

And records show that the townspeople used blue stones as church bells

until the 1800s

To add to the mystery,

recent archaeological findings reveal that

Stonehenge is part of a complex network

of 17 other previously unknown ancient structures

including nearby Durrington Walls and Avebury.

Using sophisticated equipment like a ground-penetrating radar

and a 3D laser scanner,

the pioneering digital mapping project

covered an area of 12 square kilometers

or the size of a thousand 250 football field.

What they discovered was a labyrinth of burial ground

ritual sites and processional routes

and prehistoric trenches.

All seemingly converging towards the direction of Stonehenge at the center.

Following various cultural studies,

what links Stonehenge's blue stones

and the boulder field in Pennsylvania

is that the ringing rocks they're made of

are considered sacred across different ancient civilizations.

They were thought to contain powerful spirits

that may have been used in religious ceremonial practices

as a way to speak to the gods.

But no matter how similar the role of ringing rocks around the world are,

in the context of history and culture

there's still not one physical characteristic

that exists among all of them

that could explain why they ring.

And so, the mystery continues

Who knows, maybe it really is aliens

and all the worlds in the universe are just one massive rocking intergalactic mixtape?

Butl for now I'm calling ancient giant musical instruments

That's all I got.

What's your guess? Let me know in the comments below.

Thank you all so much for watching this video.

I'll see you later.

our chart of accounts so we do not need to make a new account now let's see

let's go let's take a snapshot of inside the chart of accounts to the general

ledger where we have what happened through a period in this error period is

2016 now what happened in the accounts well this is our first journal entries

of the year so these are the first occurrence is but checking account

0:01 third January 31st 2016 we got 40,000 also paired with that we have

winter service 131 16 for 40,000 I just don't even care about this board right

now because simple and boring I'm sweating alright good wheeze back we've

rolling he's back he's rolling we okay we are in the balance sheet income

statement come on and say alright let's do the income statement income statement

is from a period of time our period of time is January 1st 2016 to January 31st

2016 the pier the the period of time in between what is on our income statement

what is the income statement revenues minus expenses equals net income we have

a revenue of which service for 40k we have no expenses so we're having an

income of $40,000 very nice very nice now I'm going to start on everybody well

aren't you gonna pay back who you owe fuck them they last in line look man

it's a cold world out here boy yeah but you said I was first in line

when you borrowed the money from me bear no what I said

I lied you last in line ho dumbass motherfucker anyways uh rehab

net income of 40 K net income very important it's on income statement and

balance sheet it's gonna slide on over almost slide it over to the balance

sheet 40000 net income what is the balance sheet the balance sheet is for a

certain date of time so this is a January 31st 2016 what is our balance

sheet look like our balance sheet is assets equal liabilities plus equity you

have your assets and then it's whoo-hoooo

Luhan who has ownership of these assets would you owe it to somebody or does the

business own these assets what do we have for assets we have fifty two

thousand dollars in our checking account now because we just got forty thousand

so we have a fifty two thousand dollars in our checking account yeah boy I'm

rich I'm rich very dark down like a doctor but now I finally blew up now I

can I don't know nobody does can the Holte is coming with me the whole team

the whole team my whole team's like three people stunt on these hoes I got

52 K in mic check in contact to Jules plus we got the truck that we bought at

four thousand would it's been depreciated for her so it's got poop

volume 3200 add that to a 52,000 we have fifty five thousand two hundred in our

business in assets now out of that fifty five fifty five thousand two hundred

dollars do we owe it to somebody or does the business own it

let's see we have twelve thousand dollars in liabilities so twelve

thousand dollars we are to somebody seven thousand dollars to ourself to the

shareholder me and you and then $5,000 accounts payable the

person thought we were gonna pay back since we have fifty two thousand dollars

oh that's not gonna happen I'll see you get my boy gonna fuck your

cut it up I think my credits like two hundred or something I'm gonna fuck fuck

bitch I'm alms I'm straight cash you heard that everyone accepts cash

straight cash off rips on so yeah that's twelve thousand so the

other portion Derek 43,200 is gonna come from equity and it does we have retained

earnings of thirty two hundred and our net income of 40-thousand the net income

NORMAN - Why legalizing PROSTITUTION may not work in Vietnam (English/Vietnamese Subtitles) - Duration: 3:51.

Hi guys! It's Norman again.

Today I'm gonna talk about a thing that's considered a very serious crime in Vietnam. It's called PROSTITUTION!

Here is the thing, as far as many people are concerned, prostitution should be made legal due to the justifiable revenues it may contribute to state budget.

Nevertheless, people who are against the proposal for legalizing this promiscuous activity have their own reasons to claim too.

From my point of view, working as a prostitute is a matter of choice, so I make no objections to this.

However, it's a different story in Vietnam.

It seems to me that prostitution should NOT be legitimated because the country is yet to become a developed one

and taking a complicated issue like prostitution under control is way impossible.

Here come 5 reasons for that I strongly believe prostitution should stay unacknowledged in Vietnamese society!

In Vietnamese culture, fine habits and customs are deemed must-follow elements.

Making prostitution permissible by law is argued to be opposed to Vietnamese long-lasting traditions.

In fact, there's no clear definition for the term 'fine habits and customs', still it's often mentioned on domestic media as what should be honored and lived by.

Going together with fine habits and customs, morality is said to be a parameter on which people are judged good or bad.

According to the majority of Vietnamese, practice engaged in sexual activities violate moral ethics. And so does prostitution.

Teenagers or even children may question their parents if they should keep studying at school or should end up working in sex industry as they turn 18.

Because being a part of the industry appears to them like a fast-track to success as it helps to make a bundle

more quickly and easily.

There'll be more jobs emerging due to legitimated prostitution; these so-called jobs include

drug dealing,

bootlegging,

minor sex trafficking,

and tonnes of occupations related to

social issues.

Have you ever wondered why there are a lot of Vietnamese prostitutes in other countries?

Like Singapore, like Malaysia, like Thailand?

It's easy to answer. Who isn't interested in something exotic?

I guess that's the reason for local people preferring to pick them over the natives.

The fact that foreign sex workers, taking with them diseases, move to Vietnam (for more customers maybe)

will lead to more problems and turn the society into a mess.

Right! Whether prostitution should be made legal is still a controversial issue among the community.

In my opinion, the time for Vietnamese legislature to pass the bill is yet to come due to some consequences it may result in.

Again, I'm Norman. Thanks for watching! See you next time!

Average Part 2: Property and Probability - Duration: 14:14.

Welcome to the Endless Knot!

Today is part two of a three episode series about the word Average, in which we look at

probability and property!

As we saw in the last video, the word average, which comes from an Arabic word that means

'blemish' and ultimately from a Proto-Semitic root that means "to be one eyed", originally

referred damage to shipping and how averaging out those losses was an early form of insurance.

We also saw how Ptolemy had a geocentric model of the universe, and how his star charts were

passed on to medieval Europe by Islamic scholars, and how the Islamic world also passed along

coffee to European society, where coffeehouses became hives for business transactions, including

the Italian invention of contract insurance, which led to insurance brokers in Lloyd's

Coffeehouse in London to become the insurance market Lloyd's of London.

Well the other thing the insurance business needed to really get going was a way of predicting

the likelihood or chances of unfavourable events.

So we're back to predicting the future again.

The word likely, by the way, which around 1300 had the sense of "having the appearance

of truth or fact" and from that gained its sense of "probable" in the late 14th century,

comes from Old Norse likligr, replacing the native Anglo-Saxon cognate geliclic.

The word chance, on the other hand, comes through French from Latin cado "to fall,

die", and when it entered English around 1300 it had the sense "something that takes

place, what happens, an occurrence", in other words how matters fall, but reminding

us I suppose of how the dice fall, and thus became a synonym for probability.

And the word probability itself comes from Latin as well, from probabilitas.

This in turn is cognate with the word prove and comes from the Latin verb probare "to

make good, esteem, represent as good, make credible, show" from probus "worthy, good,

upright, virtuous" from Proto-Indo-European *pro-bhwo- "being in front".

As for calculating probabilities, we again have the Islamic world to thank.

For the first name in the history of probability theory is Al-Kindi the 9th century Arab mathematician,

philosopher and, if you'll pardon the pun, all around polymath.

As a philosopher he adopted and adapted Greek ideas, and as a mathematician he was the first

to use statistics and probability to decode a cipher by working out what the letter frequencies

were.

But in addition to his kicking off the study and use of probability and statistics, he

is probably best known for introducing Indian numerals to the Islamic world, and thence

to Christian Europe, where they became known as Arabic numerals.

The 12th to 13th century Italian mathematician Fibonacci was the first to popularize the

so-called Arabic numerals in Europe through his 1202 book Liber Abaci or Book of Calculation.

You probably know him from the Fibonacci numbers, which he also introduced in that book.

It was an important and influential work, and was the inspiration and one of the main

sources for the book Summa arithmetica or Summary of arithmetic, by the 15th to 16th

century Italian mathematician Luca Pacioli, itself containing a number of firsts.

It was the first description of double-entry bookkeeping, useful I suppose for all those

later coffeehouse financial transactions, which led to Pacioli often being referred

to as the "father of accounting and bookkeeping".

But for our purposes Pacioli's book is important for another first, the first mention of the

problem of points, to which he, incorrectly, offered a solution.

The problem of points can be explained thusly: imagine two gamblers are playing a coin toss

game upon which is riding a monetary prize.

The game is to see who is the first to win ten coin tosses.

But for some reason the game is interrupted and the players want to figure out how to

fairly distribute the stakes between them.

Simple enough to divide it in half if they were tied, but harder to work out if one had

a lead.

It's clear in that case that one of the players has a greater chance of winning than

the other, but what chance?

This problem kicked off the development of probability theory and the maths to solve

problems of probability.

Our next stop in the history of probability was one Gerolamo Cardano, who was inspired

by Pacioli's work.

You see Cardano was another one of these polymath types, working as a physician, but also a

part-time mathematician and inventor, inventing for instance the combination lock.

He was also an avid and disreputable gambler — you can see why he was so interested in

Pacioli's probability work — and he was often short on funds, keeping himself afloat

by gambling and playing chess.

He was thus the first to write systematically about probability and games of chance, publishing

his Liber de ludo aleae or Book about Games of Chance in 1539, which included not only

the mathematical treatment of probability, but also ways to cheat like rubbing a card

you want to draw from a deck with soap.

He wrote about the use of expressing odds as the ratio of favourable to unfavourable

outcomes, like there's a 1 in 6 chance of rolling a six with one die, and even worked

on figuring out the probability of rolling a seven with two dice.

As a result of all this, Cardano is sometimes referred to as "the gambling scholar".

So we also have gambling to thank for probability theory.

Speaking of gambling, the word gamble is related to the word game, as in games of chance, coming

from Old English gamenian "to play, joke, pun" ultimately from the Proto-Germanic

collective prefix *ga- plus *mann meaning "person" giving a sense of "people together".

Gamble probably gained its "b" by influence from the otherwise unrelated word gambol,

as in a lamb gambolling.

I suppose you need good luck when gambling, and luck is an odd word with an uncertain

etymology.

It probably comes from Middle Dutch luk, a shortening of gheluk meaning "happiness,

good fortune" and cognate with modern German Glück meaning "fortune, good luck".

But where this word ultimately comes from is entirely unknown.

Another unexpectedly luck-related word is speed, which comes from Old English sped "luck,

prosperity, success".

It comes ultimately from Proto-Indo-European *spe- "to thrive, prosper".

The sense of "quickness", now the dominant sense, didn't emerge until late Old English,

but there is a remnant of the older meaning in the expression Godspeed which actually

means "may God prosper you" or even just "good luck" and has nothing to do with

quickness, though I'm sure God is very fast.

But getting back to the gambling scholar Cardano, he was also into astrology — there's predicting

the future again — and struck up a friendship with fellow astrologer and Lutheran theologian

Andreas Osiander.

Osiander edited a number of Cardano's books and even received a dedication in one of them.

Another writer that Osiander edited, who didn't get along so well with him, was Nicolaus Copernicus.

You see in his De revolutionibus orbium coelestium or On the Revolutions of the Celestial Spheres,

Copernicus challenged that old Ptolemaic geocentric model of the universe, presenting instead

a solar system with the sun in the centre and the planets in orbit around it and the

various moons in orbit around the planets.

Made more sense of the apparent movement of the celestial objects.

But while editing, unbeknownst to Copernicus, Osiander slipped in his own preface to the

book stating that it wasn't meant to be taken literally, it was just a mathematical

model.

Copernicus was furious but by then it was too late and there was nothing that could

be done about it, and soon after Copernicus died.

But coming back to Pacioli's problem of points, it was finally solved in 1654.

The problem came to the attention of a French writer named Antoine Gombaud who is more commonly

known as the Chevalier de Méré.

He wasn't actually an aristocrat, it was just a name he invented for his dialogues,

but soon his friends started to refer to him that way and the name just stuck.

In addition to being a writer, the Chevalier de Méré was also a proficient gambler as

well as an amateur mathematician, but his math skills weren't up to solving the problem,

so he brought it to his friend Blaise Pascal.

Pascal was a child prodigy in mathematics, making many discoveries while still a teenager.

In 1650 he had something of a religious epiphany while suffering from ill health, and abandoned

mathematics, turning instead to religious meditation and philosophy.

He eventually did return to mathematics but died at the unfortunately young age of 39.

As a result of all this he is known as greatest might-have-been of mathematics.

Well, he started corresponding with fellow French mathematician Pierre de Fermat about

that problem of points which the Chevalier de Méré brought to him.

Actually Fermat was a lawyer with no formal mathematical training.

Indeed he didn't even get onto mathematics until he was in his thirties.

But unlike his friend Pascal his life was long and mathematically productive.

Perhaps best known for Fermat's Last Theorem, his contributions to mathematics were so great

that he is often referred to as "the prince of amateurs".

Well between them in their correspondence, Pascal and Fermat worked out two entirely

different ways of solving the problem which produced the same results, and the methods

they developed became the backbone of probability mathematics.

And in keeping with Pascal's vacillation between mathematics and religion and philosophy,

Pascal united these two interests in the realm of probability, writing "We know neither

the existence nor the nature of God … Let us weigh the gain and the loss in wagering

that God is.

Let us estimate these two chances.

If you gain, you gain all; if you lose, you lose nothing.

Wager, then, without hesitation that He is".

In 1657, just three years after Pascal and Fermat created probability maths, the Dutch

astronomer and physicist Christiaan Huygens wrote it all up in the first formal treatise

called De ratiociniis in ludo aleae or On Reasoning in Games of Chance.

And it's perhaps fitting that Huygens is best known today as an astronomer, since probability

came to be very useful in that field.

For instance, years later another child prodigy mathematician Carl Friedrich Gauss used the

method of least squares to accurately predict the location of the dwarf planet Ceres from

only a few observations as data points.

Imagine you have a graph with just a few data points on it.

The method of least squares allows you to find the line of best fit for that scant data.

So once again we return to the effort to determine the motion of celestial objects, just like

Ptolemy and Copernicus.

Another important early contributer to probability and statistics was Thomas Bayes, a Presbyterian

minister by calling.

He is most famous for Bayes Theorem, which basically allows one to accurately work out

the probability of an event based on prior knowledge.

Bayes actually published very little on mathematics during his lifetime, and it was up to French

aristocrat and scholar Pierre-Simon Laplace to further develop Bayes' Theorem.

And in a nice bit of interconnection, Laplace had also tried but was unable to calculate

the orbit of the dwarf planet Ceres, a problem which you remember Gauss solved.

One of Leplace's students, Joseph Fourier made important contributions to both mathematics

and physics, but it's, oddly enough, his work on heat transfer that interests us.

Fourier was very interested in heat, and is credited with discovering the greenhouse effect.

You see, Fourier got into an academic argument with Siméon Denis Poisson over the theory

of heat — Poisson was forced to retract.

However Poisson had more luck in his work on probability theory, which included the

Poisson distribution, which allows one to know the probability of a given number of

events occurring in a fixed interval of time, exactly the sort of thing an insurance company

needs to know.

After marine insurance, the next type to develop was property insurance, specifically fire

insurance.

Unfortunately it's a bit of a shut-the-barn-door-after-the-horse-has-bolted sort of thing, because what really pointed

out the need for fire insurance was the Great Fire of London in 1666, in which more than

13,000 homes burned down.

The job of rebuilding fell to architect Christopher Wren, also a sometime physicist and mathematician

whose scientific work was highly regarded by our friend Pascal.

Clearly Wren observed the need for an insurance office as he included in his rebuilding plans

a site for one.

Wren's assistant was polymath Robert Hooke, the trajectory of whose life ran from being

a penniless scientist, to a wealthy and admired member of society, to eventually an old man

in ill health, jealous and bitter towards his scientific contemporaries.

However, Hooke's efforts as surveyor after the Great Fire of London won him much acclaim.

In addition, Hooke worked on the problem of timekeeping and celestial navigation.

You see in order to calculate longitude (how far east or west you were) you needed to know

the time back home where all your star charts were calibrated to.

If you take a reading of a star's position and find out how far out it is compared to

the star chart, you can work out how far east or west you are to see the star in that position.

But you can't use a pendulum clock at sea, and spring driven clocks weren't accurate

enough.

So Hooke invented a balance spring pocket watch which was up to the challenge, and tried

to patent and develop the technology, but was unable to finance it, no doubt adding

to the bitterness of his later years.

What's more our astronomer friend Christiaan Huygens independently came up with the same

idea some five years later.

But getting back to the insurance office, the first one to be established was founded

by a man with an unusual middle name: Nicholas If-Christ-had-not-died-for-thee-thou-hadst-been-damned

Barbon.

Yes that's actually his legal middle name, the practise of giving such hortatory middle

names being popular with the Puritans at the time.

Well, Barbon and eleven associates founded the Insurance Office for Houses located at

the back of the Royal Exchange, the first fire insurance company, and soon other companies

were started.

And once those new insurance companies got their hands on all of that new probability

math such as the Poisson distribution, insurance companies could estimate how often claims

would come in and thus set their premiums appropriately to average out their risks and

losses.

BY THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.

JOYCE: YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF.

YOU NEED TO GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK.

YOU NEED TO STOP COUNTING AND JUST SAY,

"GOD IS NOT MAD AT ME.

I AM NOT A FAILURE.

GOD IS NOT DISAPPOINTED.

I'M NOT GIVING HIM LESS THAN HE EXPECTED."

[MUSIC]

JOYCE: IF WE GO ON IN MATTHEW, AFTER HE TALKS ABOUT

THIS REST THAT WE CAN HAVE THEN THIS CHAPTER 12, BEGINNING

IN VERSE 1, HE STARTS TO TALK TO US ABOUT HOW EVEN THOUGH WE

DON'T FOLLOW ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, WHEN WE NEED

HELP, HE STILL WANTS TO GIVE US HELP AND SHOW US MERCY.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?

EVEN IF YOU DON'T DO IT ALL RIGHT AND YOU ASK GOD TO HELP

YOU, WHEN YOU HAVE A NEED, GOD WILL STILL HELP YOU.

NOW, THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT HE DOESN'T DEAL WITH US

ABOUT OUR SIN, BUT IT DOES MEAN THAT HE WILL SET THAT ASIDE

FOR A MOMENT, HE WILL HELP US AND THEN HE'LL STILL CONTINUE

TO DEAL WITH US.

BUT WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING WRONG, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WITHDRAW

FROM GOD, BE AFRAID THAT HE'S ANGRY.

DON'T EVER RUN AWAY FROM GOD,

RUN TO HIM.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND PLEASE, IF YOU ARE IN TROUBLE RIGHT NOW

IN YOUR LIFE AND IF YOU'RE WATCHING BY TELEVISION AND YOU

FEEL THAT YOU HAVE FAILED GOD AND THAT HE WILL NOT HELP YOU

OR TAKE YOU BACK, THE DEVIL IS A LIAR.

YOU JUST NEED TO SAY RIGHT NOW, "GOD, I AM SO SORRY,

I MESSED UP MY LIFE.

HELP ME."

AND I CAN TELL YOU GOD WILL HELP YOU.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: GOD WILL HELP YOU, AMEN.

SO, HE SAYS IN HERE BEGINNING IN VERSE 1, "AT THAT PARTICULAR

TIME JESUS WENT THROUGH THE FIELDS OF STANDING GRAIN

ON THE SABBATH; AND HIS DISCIPLES WERE HUNGRY,

SO THEY BEGAN TO EAT THE GRAIN."

THEY HAD THE NEED, THEY ATE THE GRAIN.

"AND WHEN THE PHARISEES SAW IT--" AND BY THE WAY,

THE DEVIL IS A CHIEF PHARISEE.

"THEY SAID TO HIM, SEE THERE, SEE THERE, SEE THERE!"

ISN'T THAT JUST LIKE THAT STUPID DEVIL?

"SEE THERE, SEE THERE. LOOK WHAT YOU DID."

AND HE NOT ONLY HAS YOU SEE EVERYTHING YOU DO,

HE HAS YOU SEE EVERYTHING EVERYBODY ELSE DOES TOO.

"SEE THERE!

YOUR DISCIPLES ARE DOING WHAT IS UNLAWFUL AND NOT PERMITTED

ON THE SABBATH.

AND HE SAID TO THEM, HAVE YOU NOT EVEN READ WHAT DAVID DID

WHEN HE WAS HUNGRY, AND THOSE WHO ACCOMPANIED HIM WERE HUNGRY?

AND HE WENT INTO THE HOUSE OF GOD AND ATE THE LOAVES

OF SHOWBREAD, WHICH WAS NOT LAWFUL FOR HIM TO EAT."

BUT THE MESSAGE HERE IS: OKAY,

THERE WAS A RULE THAT SAID DON'T DO THIS, SO THEY ORDINARILY

FOLLOWED THAT, BUT NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN, THEY HAD A NEED

AND GOD SAID, "FORGET THE LAW.

YOU'VE GOT A NEED AND I'M GONNA HELP YOU," WHY?

BECAUSE MERCY IS GREATER THAN ANYTHING ELSE.

GOD IS MERCIFUL, AND HE WANTS US TO BE MERCIFUL.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: THERE'S SOME PEOPLE HERE TONIGHT THAT NEED

TO RECEIVE GOD'S MERCY FOR YOURSELF.

YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF.

YOU NEED TO GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK.

YOU NEED TO STOP COUNTING

AND JUST SAY, "GOD IS NOT MAD AT ME.

I AM NOT A FAILURE.

GOD IS NOT DISAPPOINTED.

I'M NOT GIVING HIM LESS THAN HE EXPECTED."

YOU KNOW WHY?

GOD KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT OUT OF YOU.

GOD'S NOT LIKE THE COACH WHO LET THE LITTLE BOY PLAY BASEBALL,

AND THE TEAM WAS WINNING TILL THE LITTLE BOY CAME UP

TO BAT AND STRUCK OUT IN THE NINTH INNING AND CAUSED

THE TEAM TO LOSE.

AND SO NOW THE COACH IS ALL DISAPPOINTED IN THE LITTLE BOY.

GOD ALREADY KNEW THAT YOU WERE GONNA STRIKE OUT BEFORE HE

EVER LET YOU IN THE GAME, AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: DOES ANYBODY FEEL LIKE THEY MIGHT BE RELAXING

JUST A LITTLE BIT?

LET ME ASK A QUESTION, HOW MUCH IS WRONG WITH YOU?

HOW MUCH IS WRONG WITH ME?

IF YOU MADE A LIST OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH YOU,

HOW LONG WOULD IT BE?

COULD YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ADD THINGS TO THAT AND IT

MIGHT EVEN GET LONGER?

THAT WOULD BE A SCARY THOUGHT, WOULDN'T IT?

BUT HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS, GOD WANTS YOU

TO STOP COUNTING, AMEN?

GOD WANTS YOU TO STOP COUNTING.

NOW, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET YOURSELF IN TROUBLE?

JESUS SIMPLY REACHES DOWN IN IT, AND GETS US OUT OF THE PIT,

AMEN?

IF WE TRY TO LIVE UNDER THE LAW, THE LAW REQUIRES THAT WE

KEEP PRECISE RECORDS.

"HOW MANY MISTAKES HAVE I MADE?

HOW MANY GOOD WORKS HAVE I DONE?

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THESE MISTAKES?

HOW LONG DID I PRAY?

HOW MUCH OF THE BIBLE DID I READ?"

AND I USED TO DO THIS AND I'M SURE YOU DID.

I MEAN, I HEARD A MESSAGE, WE SHOULD PRAY AT LEAST AN HOUR

A DAY, AND MAN, EVERY TIME I DIDN'T PRAY AN HOUR A DAY,

I FELT LIKE I'D FALLEN SHORT AND WASN'T DOING

WHAT I SHOULD BE DOING.

ANYBODY BEEN THERE, DONE THAT?

"THEN HE ASKED, JESUS SAID TO THE DISCIPLES,

'CAN YOU NOT PRAY WITH ME ONE HOUR?'"

AND I'M NOT SAYING THAT THAT MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD GUIDELINE

TO USE, BUT YOU CAN'T PUT THAT ON PEOPLE AS A LAW.

I WILL NOT STAND IN THE PULPIT AND TELL SOMEBODY, YOU MUST PRAY

ONE HOUR EVERY DAY.

AND DON'T ASK ME HOW LONG I PRAY BECAUSE I'M NOT GONNA TELL YOU.

YOU SAY, "WHY WON'T YOU TELL ME?"

BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TRYING TO DO WHAT I DO.

AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW LONG I PRAY ANYWAY.

NOW, THERE WAS A LONG NUMBER OF YEARS WHEN I COULD HAVE TOLD

YOU 'CAUSE I PROBABLY WROTE IT DOWN EVERY DAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND I HAD A LITTLE READ THE CALENDAR THROUGH

IN A BIBLE YEAR CALENDAR AND YOU HAD TO READ

SIX CHAPTERS A DAY.

AND I'D GET MY LITTLE CHECKMARKS AND, YOU KNOW, I WASN'T LEARNING

ANYTHING, BUT I WAS REALLY READING FAST TO TRY AND KEEP UP

WITH IT.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND I WAS SO PROUD OF THAT CALENDAR.

I PUT IT ON THE KITCHEN REFRIGERATOR SO WHEN PEOPLE

CAME IN, THEY'D SAY, "OH, WHAT'S THAT?"

COME ON.

"OH, I'M READING THE BIBLE THROUGH EVERY YEAR."

"OOH, WOW."

AND I'D FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF.

AND I'D WALK BY THAT CALENDAR AND JUST FEEL MY FLESH PUFF UP.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: UNTIL ALL OF A SUDDEN, I GOT ABOUT 36 CHAPTERS BEHIND

AND THEN WHEN I CAME IN THAT ROOM, I JUST WANTED

TO GET OUT OF THERE 'CAUSE THAT THING WAS--

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: OH, I COUNTED EVERYTHING.

I USED TO COUNT ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE MEETINGS.

WELL, I DIDN'T COUNT THEM, BUT THE FIRST THING I WANTED

TO KNOW WHEN IT WAS OVER WAS, HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE THERE?

HOW MANY, HOW MUCH, HOW MANY, WHEN?

AND GOD LITERALLY COMMANDED ME TO STOP COUNTING.

YOU KNOW, DAVID NUMBERED THE PEOPLE AND HE LED A CURSE

INTO THE CAMP.

GOD DOESN'T WANT US COUNTING EVERYTHING.

WHY DID DAVID NUMBER THE PEOPLE?

WAS HE TRYING TO FIND OUT IF HE HAD ENOUGH SOLDIERS TO BEAT

THE ENEMY?

GOD DIDN'T WANT HIM COUNTING ANYTHING BECAUSE HE IS MORE

THAN ENOUGH FOR US.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I READ TEN BOOKS OF THE BIBLE

EVERY DAY AND YOU READ ONE VERSE, THE ONLY THING

THAT MATTERS IS, ARE WE BOTH BEING LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

AND ARE WE LEARNING ANYTHING?

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I PRAY 5 HOURS A DAY AND YOU PRAY

10 MINUTES.

THE THING IS, IS ARE WE PRAYING THROUGH?

ARE WE GETTING THE JOB DONE?

ARE WE BOTH FOLLOWING THE LEADERSHIP

OF THE HOLY SPIRIT?

THAT'S WHERE FREEDOM COMES.

THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE TO BE LIKE YOU, AND YOU

DON'T HAVE TO BE LIKE ME.

AND NOT ONLY THAT, WE NEED TO STOP TELLING EVERYBODY

WHAT WE'RE DOING ANYWAY.

"I OWE, I OWE, SO OFF TO WORK I GO."

LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING.

I HAD A LITTLE DOG FOR ALMOST 13 YEARS.

HER NAME WAS DUCHESS, AND WE HAD TO HAVE HER PUT TO SLEEP

ABOUT 10, 11 DAYS AGO, WHICH WAS A LITTLE HARD ON ME.

BUT ON RARE OCCASIONS, SHE WOULD POO ON THE FLOOR.

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN TOO OFTEN, BUT SHE WOULD DO IT

OCCASIONALLY.

AND IT USUALLY--THE THING THAT I THINK THAT'S A GOOD

KIND OF--MAKE A GOOD RELATION HERE IS SHE USUALLY DID IT

WHEN THERE WAS A STORM.

NOW, IS ANYBODY WITH ME?

IF WE HAVE POOEY BEHAVIOR, IT'S USUALLY DURING A STORM

IN OUR LIFE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: COME ON, THAT'S BETTER THAN YOU'RE ACTING, COME ON.

OKAY, SHE WOULD HANG HER HEAD AND COWER UNTIL SHE WOULD HEAR

ME SAY IN A LOVING VOICE, "COME HERE.

COME ON, COME HERE."

THE SAME THING THAT JESUS SAID TO US IN MATTHEW 11:28,

"COME ON, COME HERE, COME HERE.

COME ON, IT'S OKAY, COME ON."

BUT WE DON'T QUITE BEHAVE AS WELL AS THE DOG DOES

SOMETIMES.

AS SOON AS I WOULD SAY THOSE WORDS, "COME HERE,"

I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THE MOMENT SHE HEARD THOSE WORDS,

SHE HAD NOT 1 OUNCE OF GUILT.

SHE RETURNED TO HER PLAY AND LET ME CLEAN UP THE MESS.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: COME ON, THERE'S A STORY HERE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: COME ON, THERE'S A STORY HERE.

WHEN THERE'S A STORM AND YOU HAVE POOEY BEHAVIOR AND YOU'RE

HIDING FROM GOD 'CAUSE YOU THINK HE'S MAD AT YOU, PLEASE HEAR HIM

SAY, "COME ON, COME HERE.

COME ON, COME ON.

COME ON."

NOW, YOU NEED TO SHAKE IT OFF JUST AS FAST.

THERE'S NO GUILT.

THERE'S NO CONDEMNATION.

"I AM LOVED.

GOD LOVES ME, AND I'M GONNA GO PLAY AND HE'S GONNA CLEAN UP

MY MESS."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: WHOO, I'M LIKIN' IT, I'M LIKIN' IT, I'M LIKIN' IT,

AMEN.

NOW, JUST IN CASE THERE WAS A STAIN, I WOULD GET OUT

THIS STUFF CALLED PETZYME AND SPRAY IT ON THAT STAIN.

WELL, LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING, WE GOT SOMETHING A LOT BETTER

THAN PETZYME FOR OUR POO STAINS.

WE'VE GOT THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST, AMEN.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: THAT REMOVES EVERY STAIN.

EVERY GUILTY STAIN IS REMOVED.

WHAT ARE YOU OFFERING GOD AS PAYBACK WHEN YOU FEEL

THAT YOU'VE FAILED?

ARE YOU OFFERING YOUR GUILT, YOUR ENJOYMENT OF LIFE?

DO YOU FEEL GUILTY WHEN YOU TRY TO RELAX OR HAVE FUN?

I WENT THROUGH ALL THAT.

ANY DAY THAT I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THAT I BEHAVED PERFECTLY,

I WOULD FEEL GUILTY.

I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T FEEL THAT I COULD DO ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE

CONSIDERED ENJOYMENT BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK I DESERVED IT,

AND IT BREAKS THE HEART OF GOD.

HE'S PROVIDED EVERYTHING THAT WE NEED TO LIVE A GREAT LIFE.

GOD HAS PROVIDED EVERYTHING THAT WE NEED TO LIVE

A GREAT LIFE.

AND LIKE I SAID THIS MORNING, I LOVE WHAT THE APOSTLE PAUL

SAID IN PHILIPPIANS 3.

"FOR I AM DETERMINED THAT I WILL TAKE HOLD

OF THAT FOR WHICH CHRIST JESUS DIED TO TAKE HOLD OF ME."

GOD HAS TAKEN HOLD OF US IN CHRIST FOR A PURPOSE.

HE HAS TAKEN HOLD OF YOU BECAUSE THERE'S A LIFE

THAT HE WANTS YOU TO LIVE.

THE ZOE LIFE OF GOD IS WHAT'S OFFERED TO US.

IT'S CALLED ETERNAL LIFE AND THE MOMENT YOU

RECEIVE CHRIST, ETERNAL LIFE IS NOT JUST ABOUT GETTING

TO GO TO HEAVEN WHEN YOU DIE.

IT'S ABOUT A QUALITY OF LIFE THAT YOU GET TO LIVE

WHILE YOU'RE HERE THAT INCLUDES RIGHTEOUSNESS, RIGHT STANDING

WITH GOD, PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY GHOST AND OVERCOMING

AND BEING A CONQUEROR IN LIFE.

JOYCE: WELL, GOD'S LOVE FOR YOU IS NOT BASED

ON YOUR PERFORMANCE OR HOW WELL YOU'VE DONE, IT'S BASED

ON WHO HE IS.

AND, YOU KNOW, THAT IS REALLY GOOD NEWS.

SO, NO MATTER HOW DISAPPOINTED OR MAD YOU MIGHT BE AT YOURSELF,

REMEMBER GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU.

MANY TIMES WHEN PEOPLE ARE HURTING OR EXPERIENCING LOSS,

THEY BELIEVE IT MUST BE BECAUSE GOD IS MAD AT THEM, BUT NOTHING

COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS AND I'LL BE BACK IN JUST A FEW MINUTES

WITH A FINAL THOUGHT.

JOYCE: YESTERDAY, I WENT--I WAS AT THE NAIL SHOP GETTING

MY NAILS DONE AND A LADY WAS--THEY PUT HER

RIGHT NEXT TO ME.

AND THE GIRL THAT DOES MY NAILS OWNS THE SHOP, AND NORMALLY,

THERE'S NOBODY ELSE THAT SITS AT HER TABLE.

BUT THIS LADY WAS SITTING THERE AND SHE HEARD ME TALKING

A LITTLE BIT AND AS HAPPENS TO ME SO OFTEN SHE SAID,

"DON'T I RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE?"

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND SO I TOLD HER, I SAID, "YEAH, I'M

A BIBLE TEACHER, I'M ON TV."

"THAT'S RIGHT, I'VE SEEN YOU."

SO THEN, THE NEXT THING OUT OF HER MOUTH WAS, "YOU KNOW,

I'M A LITTLE MAD AT GOD."

I THOUGHT, OKAY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AND I SAID, "WELL, WHAT ARE YOU MAD AT GOD ABOUT?"

SHE SAID, "WELL, MY BROTHER DIED OF CANCER AND I REALLY WAS CLOSE

TO HIM AND LOVED HIM.

AND, YOU KNOW, I JUST HAVE TO TELL YOU--"

SHE WASN'T BELLIGERENT ABOUT IT BUT SHE SAID,

"I'M JUST A LITTLE MAD AT GOD."

AND, YOU KNOW, THE TRUTH IS, IS THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE

JUST A LITTLE MAD AT GOD.

AND THERE'S A LOT OF CHRISTIANS THAT ARE JUST A LITTLE MAD

AT GOD.

AND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET WHAT THEY WANTED, OR THEY GOT

DISAPPOINTED, OR THEY HAD A BIG LOSS IN THEIR LIFE,

OR SOMETHING HAPPENED THAT THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND.

AND SO, I SAT AND SHARED WITH HER, WHICH IS ALWAYS

INTERESTING WHEN YOU'RE IN A SHOP LIKE THAT 'CAUSE YOU

NOT ONLY GET TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON YOU'RE

SPEAKING TO, BUT EVERYBODY ELSE WHO'S LISTENING,

WHICH IS A BUNCH OF THEM.

AND SO WE KIND OF HAD A LITTLE MINI MEETING

RIGHT THERE AT THE NAIL SHOP.

SO, I JUST TOLD HER AND I WANNA--WHEN I ASK THE LORD WHAT

HE MIGHT WANT ME TO JUST SHARE WITH YOU, WE CALL THIS A TIME

OF EXHORTATION, JUST A LITTLE PERSONAL MINISTRY FOR YOU.

I REALLY FELT LIKE HE WANTED ME TO SHARE WHAT HAPPENED

AT THE NAIL SHOP YESTERDAY.

AND WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS MAD AT GOD, I SAID, "WELL, YOU KNOW,

YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE MAD AT GOD BECAUSE HE'S REALLY

THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN HELP YOU.

SO, THAT'S THE FIRST THING I'D LIKE TO RECEIVE TONIGHT

IF YOU'RE HURTING NOW OR IF YOU'RE--SOMETHING HAPPENS

IN THE FUTURE IS DON'T EVER BE MAD AT GOD BECAUSE HE'S

THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN HELP YOU.

HE'S THE ONE THAT WANTS TO COMFORT YOU AND MAKE THINGS

BETTER.

AND DON'T BLAME GOD FOR YOUR TROUBLES.

GOD IS GOOD.

HE IS GOOD AND--

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: AND THE DEVIL IS BAD.

AND, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN'T ALWAYS FIND A PIGEONHOLE TO PUT

EVERY PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE.

NOBODY CAN EVER SIT DOWN AND SUFFICIENTLY EXPLAIN

TO SOMEBODY THAT'S REALLY HURTING WHY WHAT HAPPENED

TO THEM HAPPENED BECAUSE THE QUESTION ALWAYS

COMES UP, "WELL, IF GOD IS SOVEREIGN AND HE CAN DO

ANYTHING, THEN WHY DIDN'T HE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION?"

WELL, YOU KNOW WHAT?

I DON'T THINK THERE'S ANY HUMAN BEING THAT'S QUALIFIED

TO ANSWER THAT.

WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL AND MY FATHER WAS ABUSING ME

SEXUALLY, I PRAYED.

I DIDN'T KNOW ALL THAT MUCH ABOUT GOD, BUT I KNEW HE EXISTED

AND I PRAYED THAT HE WOULD GET ME OUT OF THAT SITUATION.

I DID GO TO CHURCH WITH SOME RELATIVES WHEN I WAS 9 YEARS OLD

AND I RECEIVED CHRIST AND SO I LEANED ON GOD A LITTLE BIT MORE.

AND, I MEAN, I PRAYED THINGS I SHOULDN'T HAVE PRAYED.

I PRAYED FOR MY DAD TO DIE.

I PRAYED FOR MY MOTHER TO DIVORCE HIM.

I PRAYED FOR A LOT OF THINGS BECAUSE I WAS HURTING SO BAD.

BUT GOD DID NOT GET ME OUT OF THE SITUATION, BUT HE

DID GIVE ME THE STRENGTH AND THE GRACE TO GO THROUGH IT.

AND--

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: LATER IN MY LIFE TO LET HIM TAKE THE THINGS

THAT HAD HAD HAPPENED TO ME THAT HURT ME SO BAD AND TURN

THEM INTO SOMETHING THAT COULD ACTUALLY REALLY

GET THE DEVIL BACK BY HELPING MILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE

KNOW THAT GOD CAN HELP THEM.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO, YOU CAN--ANYTHING THAT THE ENEMY DOES THAT HURTS

YOU, YOU CAN ALWAYS TURN IT BACK ON HIM.

SEE, THE THING HE WANTS IS FOR US TO BE MAD, AND BITTER,

AND FULL OF HATRED.

AND HE WANTS US TO MOVE AWAY FROM GOD.

BUT SEE, WHEN YOU'RE HURT, DON'T EVER RUN FROM GOD, RUN TO HIM.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: HE'S WAITING WITH OPEN ARMS.

AND, YOU KNOW, AS FAR AS THE WHY DIDN'T GOD DO

SOMETHING QUESTION, YOU KNOW, A LOT OF THESE QUESTIONS

ARE FOUND IN THE ANSWER THAT GOD DIDN'T WANT A BUNCH OF ROBOTS

THAT HAD NO CHOICE ABOUT WHAT THEY DID.

HE DOESN'T WANT US TO HAVE TO LOVE HIM.

HE DOESN'T WANT US TO HAVE TO BE GOOD.

HE DOESN'T WANT US TO HAVE TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

HE GAVE US FREE CHOICE AND ANYTIME YOU GIVE A BUNCH

OF HUMAN BEINGS FREE CHOICE, LOTS OF THEM ARE GONNA MAKE

THE WRONG CHOICE.

AND SO THERE'S A SIN PRINCIPLE THAT'S AT WORK IN THE EARTH

TODAY AND SIN HAS JUST CAUSED EVERYTHING TO GO HAYWIRE.

AND IT'S REALLY NOT HARD TO LOOK AROUND.

COME ON, WE ARE SMARTER THAN THAT.

WE CAN LOOK AROUND AND SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE WORLD

TODAY AND WHAT'S HAPPENING IN SOCIETY TODAY AND THE MORE

RAMPANT THAT SIN IS, THE LESS MORALITY THERE IS,

THE MORE VIOLENCE THERE IS, THE MORE DESTRUCTION THERE IS,

THE MORE HATRED THERE IS.

THE LESS THAT PEOPLE TURN TO GOD, THE MORE OPEN THE DOOR

IS FOR THE ENEMY TO GET INTO THEIR LIFE.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, IF--THIS IS JUST THE WAY I FEEL

ABOUT IT.

IF I DIDN'T HAVE GOD IN MY LIFE, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I

WOULD BOTHER TO GET OUT OF BED EVERY DAY BECAUSE THERE'S

CERTAINLY NOTHING OUT THERE TO LIVE FOR.

SO, AND I TOLD HER, I SAID, "YOU KNOW WHAT?

REALLY, I SAID I THINK MORE THAN BEING MAD AT GOD,

YOU'RE JUST HURTING."

NOW, LISTEN TO ME 'CAUSE SOMEBODY NEEDS TO HEAR THIS.

AND WHEN YOU'RE HURTING, YOU ALWAYS WANT

SOMEBODY TO BLAME, ALWAYS.

YOU WANT SOMEBODY TO BLAME.

"THE DOCTOR DIDN'T TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY RELATIVE.

GOD DIDN'T DO THIS.

SOMEBODY ELSE DIDN'T DO THAT.

SOMEBODY ELSE DIDN'T DO SOMETHING ELSE."

FORGET THE BLAME.

YOU CAN'T GO BACK AND UNDO SOMETHING THAT'S BEEN DONE.

WHATEVER YOUR PAIN HAS BEEN, TAKE IT ALL UP IN YOUR LITTLE

SWEET LITTLE HANDS TONIGHT AND JUST OFFER IT TO GOD

AND SAY, "GOD, YOU TAKE THIS PAIN AND WORK IT OUT

FOR MY GAIN."

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: I THINK THERE'S SOME PEOPLE IN HERE TONIGHT THAT YOU

COULD JUST--IT WOULD JUST HELP YOU A WHOLE BUNCH IF YOU

WOULD JUST LET GO OF SOME STUFF.

I MEAN, WHY DON'T YOU JUST LET TONIGHT BE THE PLACE WHERE YOU

DECIDE THAT YOU'RE NOT GONNA WASTE ANY MORE OF YOUR TIME

TRYING TO FIGURE THINGS OUT THAT YOU'RE NEVER

GONNA FIGURE OUT ANYWAY.

I LOVE WHAT DAVID SAID, THE PSALMIST, HE SAID,

"I DO NOT PUT MY MIND TO THINGS THAT ARE TOO WONDERFUL FOR ME."

THERE'S A LOT OF MYSTERIES ABOUT GOD, AND IF WE JUST SIMPLY HANG

ON TO THE FACT THAT GOD IS GOOD AND SOMEDAY WE WILL KNOW

EVERYTHING BUT IT'S NOT FOR NOW.

AND FOR NOW, WE HAVE THE PRIVILEGE, NOT A HAVE TO,

THE PRIVILEGE OF TRUSTING GOD.

WHAT A BENEFIT THAT IS TO BE ABLE TO SAY,

WHILE ALL HELL IS BREAKING LOOSE IN YOUR LIFE, AND THERE'S

NOTHING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND YOU'RE HURTING SO BAD,

YOU CAN'T HARDLY STAND IT, "I TRUST GOD.

I BELIEVE THAT HE'S GOOD AND THIS WILL WORK OUT

FOR MY GOOD," AMEN?

IT WILL.

SO, I WANT TO READ YOU A SCRIPTURE AND THEN I WANT

TO PRAY FOR YOU GUYS.

YOU'VE HEARD THIS, BUT JUST REALLY TAKE THIS IN.

JESUS SAID, "COME TO ME."

HE DIDN'T SAY, "RUN AWAY FROM ME."

"COME TO ME, ALL OF YOU WHO LABOR AND ARE HEAVY-LADEN

AND OVERBURDENED, AND I WILL CAUSE YOU TO REST.

[I WILL EASE AND RELIEVE AND REFRESH YOUR SOUL.]

TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU AND LEARN ABOUT ME, FOR I AM GENTLE

(MEEK), HUMBLE (LOWLY) IN HEART."

DOES THAT SOUND LIKE SOMEBODY THAT GOES AROUND HURTING PEOPLE

ON PURPOSE AND MAKING THEM MISERABLE?

"AND YOU WILL FIND REST (RELIEF AND EASE AND REFRESHMENT

AND RECREATION AND BLESSED QUIET) FOR YOUR SOULS."

LAST VERSE, "FOR MY YOKE IS WHOLESOME (USEFUL, GOOD,

IT'S NOT HARSH, HARD, SHARP, OR PRESSING, BUT IT IS

COMFORTABLE, GRACIOUS, AND PLEASANT), AND MY BURDEN IS

LIGHT AND EASY TO BE BORNE."

WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE NEED TO DO IN LIFE WITH JESUS BY OUR SIDE,

AMEN?

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: YOU MAY NOT KNOW THE ANSWER RIGHT NOW

TO WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE, BUT GOD DOES.

FATHER, WE PRAY IN JESUS' NAME THAT YOU WOULD COMFORT PEOPLE

TONIGHT THAT ARE HURTING, THAT YOU WOULD STRENGTHEN US

FOR THE DAYS AHEAD.

NONE OF US KNOW FOR SURE WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TOMORROW, BUT WE DO

KNOW THAT WHEN TOMORROW COMES, YOU'LL BE THERE

JUST LIKE YOU ARE TODAY.

I ASK YOU TO HEAL THE SOULS OF ANYONE THAT HAS A GREAT LOSS,

THEY'VE HAD TREMENDOUS PAIN, THEY'VE LOST A JOB, THEY'VE LOST

AN OPPORTUNITY, THEY'VE HAD A DISAPPOINTMENT, THEY'VE LOST

THEIR HEALTH, SOMEONE THEY LOVE OR IF THEY'RE HURTING

IN ANY WAY, COMFORT THEM, JUST VISIT THEM IN THEIR SEATS

WITH THE COMFORT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

AND I PRAY THE WORD TONIGHT WILL REFRESH THEM,

AND INSTRUCT THEM, AND TEACH THEM, AND LEAD THEM,

AND GUIDE THEM.

AND WHILE THE WORD IS BEING TAUGHT, THAT YOU WOULD HEAL

PEOPLE THAT ARE PHYSICALLY IN PAIN AND SICK

BECAUSE YOUR WORD SAYS IN PSALM 107, YOU SEND

YOUR WORD, AND YOUR HEAL THEM, AND YOU DELIVER THEM

FROM DESTRUCTION.

AND THERE'S POWER IN YOUR WORD

TO HEAL, TO DELIVER, TO SET FREE.

BREAK THE POWER OF ADDICTIONS IN PEOPLE'S LIVES TONIGHT.

THANK YOU, LORD, FOR TOUCHING PEOPLE, FOR SAVING THE LOST.

IF THERE'S ANY HERE THAT DO NOT KNOW YOU, GOD, LET TONIGHT BE

THE NIGHT THAT THEY OPEN THEIR HEARTS AND LET YOU

COME IN.

TOUCH PEOPLE WITH THE POWER OF YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.

FILL THEM TONIGHT WITH YOUR SPIRIT.

THANK YOU FOR STRENGTHENING US AND CHANGING US.

IN JESUS' NAME, IN JESUS' NAME, AMEN.

JOYCE: WELL, THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME PRAY FOR YOU.

RUSSIANS REACT TO FRENCH TRAP | RK - Fais beleck | REACTION - Duration: 4:45.

Dude looks like Sofiane -It is Sofiane

And Hornet La Frappe

Damn, he's so young

This song is more energetic

This song is more interesting

Music develops over the years

You don't have bass in your headphones? -I guess

You looked funny when you did it

I like it a lot

Is it the same dude? Ah, he just changed his flow

He's very hard

There's a midget guy with him

I think this song is harder than 93 Hardcore

He's probably 15-16 years old

He's like: "What? What?"

The cops are coming

Only RK keeps dancing

Ah, they're chasing cops? -Yes

It's nice, they make the cops run away

Nice!

They were kicking the car

In the USA they would...

That dude tore his hoodie

In the USA they would have SWAT come there and shoot everybody

But here they just made the cops leave

Atmospheric song, really nice

The flow changes from melodic to aggressive

Transitions, intro, outro. Everything is dynamic and smooth

Everything is on point

And he changes his flow. He knows how to make a song sound better

And how to entertain the listener for the entire 2-3 minutes

So that it doesn't sound monotonous but different. And it's awesome

We just listened to 93 Hardcore, and it was a bit boring compared to this one

This song will be in my playlist

And he reminded me of Timal and Hayce Lemsi

But the kid is just 15-16 years old and he makes such dope music

By the way, please write in the comments his age

Because I remember I said that the guy who's name starts with "H"... -Hayce Lemsi

Yes, I said he looked 15-16

But he was 29, I was like: "Damn, he aged well"

Also, shout out Timal

Timal posted us on his SnapChat and watched out reaction

And salute Sofiane, salute RK

Salute France

Baby Girl Newborn Haul - Duration: 6:39.

hey guys! Shawn Howell here. welcome to prayerlights! on this channel I do

children's ministry videos as well as mommy lifestyle vlogs. and today is one

of those mommy vlogs. I'm going to do a haul for my newborn so if you're

interested to see what I have picked up or been gifted by family and friends

recently keep watching. so recently I have been gifted by family and friends a

lot of really cute items and I have made some purchases myself for my now five

week old baby girl. so I thought that you might be interested in seeing what I

picked up. and I wanted to share this really cool thing that I bought from a

friend and I will link her Etsy shop down below but she crochet... crochet yeah

I can't even speak today she crochet this super cute or knitted... is it

knitting or crocheting? I'm not sure but she made this cute adorable little hat

for Finley with this little fluffy poof on that top. and then she made a matching

hat for myself as well. so I'm really excited that my baby's head will be warm

and stylish this winter. then I picked up these cute little headbands that are

nylon so they won't leave the mark around my newborn's head which I have

figured out is a thing. I have purchased a headband that was elastic and made

that little mark around her forehead so I'm not going to make that mistake again.

these are cute little nylon headbands that I found on Amazon and I will link

those down below. and then I had a friend... I had nothing for Finley for the fall

season... who stopped by and brought this adorable little pumpkin outfit. so it's

got this little tull pumpkin on the front, has long sleeves, and it's I think

it's Carter's no Gymboree. it's Gymboree zero to three months. and

it's got these cute little leggings with the little green bows on the end and the

happy pumpkins and then the cute little pumpkin hat that goes with it. so I think

this is just going to be adorable on Finley. and I can't wait to see her in it. and

then the pastor at my church bought this beautiful blanket and had it custom made

with Finley's name on it. so one side is very

thick material and on one side it says Finley Eloise in cursive and then

on the other side it has beautiful flowers. and it is a pretty big blanket and

we've been using it with her already and enjoying it. and if I can figure out

where this came from I will put that in the description box down below because I

think it's pretty cool that you can customize it. so I recently purchased a

new baby carrier, not so much for myself, but for my husband. he tends to get

sweaty with baby carriers and then baby gets sweaty. so I found this carrier

called baby - baby dush baby - baby dush and it's pretty big. but it's.. it's six

ways you can carry your baby. six ways in it and it has lots of ventilation

pockets so you can unzip things and you have ventilation and mesh material and

then all of the side straps have good ventilation. again I haven't tested this

out yet. I just got it. but it looks like it's going to be good. and I love that

it has pockets so we can keep all of our cell phone and our keys and he can keep

his wallet and stuff in it. and it said it would be good for hiking as well. and

then it has the lumbar support band here at the bottom. so my iphone ran out of

storage space so I'm not quite sure where I left off but I know I was

talking about the baby dush. I found the box and so here it shows the different

ways that you can wear your child and then some of the features. so I will put

where I bought this... I bought this on Amazon... I'll put though the name of the

carrier down below in the description box if you're interested in that. all

right so more clothes. so she's not ready for this yet but I

bought an aden and anais wearable blanket that is made of the muslin stuff.

and has the cute little star gray pattern. and the zipper is really cool

because you can zip it up or down either way - to close it it's a two-way zipper.

so I got this and it is the smallest size

six months 10 to 18 pounds and Finley is nine pounds right now so she's almost

ready to wear that. and then my sister got her this cute, this came from Target,

it's the baby cat and Jack baby. it's a cute little llama onesie.

I thought it was adorable. and then my aunt and my uncle... this came from Carters...

so it's a cute little cardigan. and then they also got her this little fleece

jacket with a hoodie and has little ears on it so I don't know this was

like a giraffe print but it's really cute. and then my mother and

sister-in-law got her this cute outfit from Carter's as well. it's six month. has a

little vest with a little shirt onesie and a cute little pair of blue leggings.

and then they got her this cute little owl dress with adorable little leggings

as well. this is... what brand is this? rare additions. I've never heard of this brand.

three to six months. that's super cute. and then I'm hanging the clothes back

here on the crib. one of my friends got her this. "mommy plus me

equals one lucky daddy" how cute is this? it's also Carter's long sleeve. and then

my mother-in-law picked her up this adorable cute little smocked pink dress

from petite Ami. and it is three months and it had the cute little bloomers

underneath to go with it. so those are the things that I have recently picked

up for baby girl. thanks so much for watching my video. if you are new to the

channel I would love for you to subscribe so that you can see more

videos like this. I post mommy lifestyle vlogs every Wednesday and children's

ministry videos Tuesday. so if you liked this video then

please share it with a friend. thanks for watching. bye!
