First Lego Haul Of October 2017 - Duration: 5:17.

Hey everyone!

JAYSTEPHER with the first haul for October 2017.

Let's take bets.

Is this going to be another botched up Lego haul?

Well this open this up.

I could use the little ted pull tab,

but I'm going to brave it and use scissors.

Why?

Because scissors are cool.

Do I feel those receipts?

Yes I do!

Okay.

I should have eight lots.

Well let's see.

Oh yeah.

This is mainly a tile haul this time.

I like these Ziploc bags.

I got some of the light purple.

A few 1 by 3 olive green bricks.

I think this is the bright green 1 by 1 flat tiles.

Medium nougat 1 by 1 flat tiles.

I got some dark orange 1 by 1 flat tiles.

I'm taking it this is azure.

Regular azure.

And I believe this is dark pink.

Alright. So I'm already going to be an unhappy camper.

Wait!

They did put the 1 by 1s in the same package as the 1 by 3s.

So never mind. Scratch that.

But we can't hold our breath yet,

because I still have to count everything up.

So I'm suppose to have 100 of each of the tiles

and 25 of the 1 by 3s

and 1 by 1 olive green bricks.

Let me get a counting.

Let's see if everything is in the order.

Well this is not a botched up haul.

Everything is here

including a few extra 1 by 1 flat tiles

and a 1 by 3 brick.

So I did get 100 of each color of the 1 by 1 flat tiles

as well as 25 of the 1 by 3

and 25 of the 1 by 1 olive green bricks.

I'm going to use these for a large mosaic.

I still need to find the 1 by 3 bricks in sand green.

I'm still on the hunt for those.

I have a few questions I need to answer.

One of them is where do I buy my Lego?

[Laughs] Anywhere where it's cheap.

I usually shop form the official Lego shop

as well as big box stores.

I've even been lucky to find some polybags at grocery stores.

So that's where I get my Lego.

Pretty much where ever you find toys,

you will find a Lego product.

So that's where I get them.

Another question I get is

what if you don't have a part to complete a tutorial that I have made?

Substitute it.

I always tell my viewers to substitute parts

if you don't have one in the tutorial.

So let's say you do not have this 1 by 3 olive green brick,

but you do have three 1 by 1 sand green bricks.

Replace them.

Who cares if it's multi colored right?

As long as you have fun building the projects,

that's all that matters.

See you don't even have to follow my tutorials brick by brick.

I always recommend that.

I've seen a lot of ideas that people have submitted to me

on alternative builds for my tutorials,

and they turn out really good!

So you don't ever have to have all those parts.

So that wraps up the haul.

Not a whole lot.
