In new episodes released on Wednesday's and Thursday's episode of SBS's "While You

Were Sleeping," Suzy's and Kim So Hyun's characters lock horns, both parties refusing

to back down in their ongoing fight.

In Wednesdays's episode of the drama, Hong Joo (Suzy) meets So Yoon (Kim So Hyun) for

the first time when she offers to let So Yoon and her mom temporarily hide at her home away

from So Yoon's abusive father.

Hong Joo and So Yoon immediately develop an almost sisterly relationship, constantly bickering

and at each other's throats.

Drama production said, "Hong Joo and So Yoon's squabbling over their 'bathroom

incident' adds an endearing entertainment to the drama.

Pleiadians, also known as Nordic aliens, are humanoid aliens that come from the stellar

systems surrounding the Pleiades stars, and they�re really really really concerned about

Earth and our future.

Declassified Files Reveal the US Believed the Soviet Union Mastered Mind ControlCC0

Declassified documents from the 1970s have revealed the US government were certain the

Soviet Union had mastered telepathy, hypnosis and dream infiltration, a la Hollywood blockbuster

Inception.

A recently declassified Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report documents the numerous

ways the US government believed the Soviet Union could attack or influence small groups

of people via paranormal means.

Published in 1972, "Controlled Offensive Behavior" details apparent Soviet advances in telepathy,

dream infiltration and hypnosis.

"There have been persistent reports of unusual flashing lights emanating from Soviet naval

vessels and long-range aircraft.

Such activities have coincided with US and NATO surveillance operations, conducted from

interceptor aircraft and naval vessels.

In some cases, personnel have been temporarily blinded and disorientated by various intensities

of colors of continuous or intermittently flashing lights during nocturnal missions,"

the report stated.

The authors go on to suggest such incidents indicate the Soviets "have not overlooked

the possibility of utilizing bright, flashing lights as a means of altering behavior," and

it was "interesting to note" these reports coincide with an alleged period of active

research into mind control in Soviet laboratories.

One such incident in 1968 involved a night watch officer aboard the HMS Valiant being

temporarily blinded by a blue light shone from a Kotlin destroyer.

"When his vision recovered, he reported perceiving red lights, [which] appeared to be portable.

Several pinpoint bursts of amber and amber-green light were noticed aft of the spotlight and

shined in concert with it," the report added.

The use of colorful, flashing lights to distract or disorient targets has a long-established

history in warfare � strobe lights were commonly employed by Axis and Allied militaries

alike to blind enemy pilots.

Strange but True

However, the report connects the disorientation of targets to hypnosis and other forms of

mind control, rather than conclude the events were basic surveillance disruption methods,

in a subsection titled "Psycho-optics."

"The Soviets have already experimented with the use of flashing lights for the purpose

of eliciting behavioral change in human targets, [and the] interactions of sound, light, and

olfactory stimuli in humans.

It can now be assessed that in the next 15 years, [the Soviet Union] may develop a system

that alters behavior by combining two or more systems to mask the use of the principal weapon,

e.g. the administration of a pheromone or psychotropic compound," the report alleged.

The authors note a 1957 symposium in the US concluded strobe lights and other flicker

effects can create disruptions in humans, inducing "sleep, unconsciousness, hypnotic

states, or other forms of interference with consciousness."

Other possible effects of flickering lights included eyeball and headaches, and inducement

of "visual illusions" including color sensations, patterns of movement and development of odd

shapes."

The report moreover suggested the Soviets' primary interest was red light, a hue that

would reportedly produce tension, irritability, and aggression � and presumably a greater

affinity for communism.

Inception Plot

Perhaps most notably, a separate excerpt outlines the DIA's fears of Soviet psychic abilities

� in particular "telepathic hypnosis," which allegedly allowed the USSR to telepathically

induce sleep in individuals and then rouse them from over 1,000 miles away.

"K.O.

Kotkov" � allegedly a star Soviet psychologist � was particularly intimidating to US authorities,

given his apparently ability to "telepathically obliterate an experimental subject's consciousness."

Parapsychologists in Leningrad and Moscow were said to be involved in the telepathic

manipulation of consciousness, and the authors ask what individuals might experience in their

Soviet-induced sleep � would they "simply dream their own private dreams," or "does

someone else hold sway?"

"The Soviets have not divulged details of their manipulation of consciousness.

Doctor Stefan Manczarski feels telepathy can be amplified like radio waves.

Telepathy could then become a subtle new modus for the 'influencers' of the world.

What about telepathy someday becoming a tool for influencing people?

"This new field of telepathy will open up new avenues for spreading propaganda, and

one could telepathically hypnotize an individual [to] steal classified documents or detonate

important military equipment.

The mission is accomplished and individual does not even know they have done anything,"

the report speculated.

talk about a brand new channel update kind of s-video in fact that's that's

this video I don't know what I'm talking about I think that's that's pretty clear

more videos up but on when I stop videos I start doing commentaries I don't

really know what I'm going to say and maybe that's a good thing maybe that's a

bad thing maybe it's because I'm just random

sometimes but yeah it happens it happens I I don't know why I'm going to say five

seconds from now I said nothing but yeah in today's video I will explain to you

guys what my thoughts are for my channel the future possible future of my channel

videos and services that have been doing so first things first my minecraft

better together or BTU let's play that's survival let's play but yeah I do intend

to continue that as I have been doing episodes three times a week I believe it

would be yes and yeah I intend to continue that until it ends

because why not I do enjoy making those videos and then

I enjoy making videos like that you know showing off almost everything that's

going on which is a preference this I do a let's play I like to show everything

that's going on in a let's play without actually skipping sections or showing

the struggle the grind of doing things but of course some pause the grind may

be boring to watch so do skip them or do time lapses and all that they love just

preference so yeah the let's play will continue on as normal I might try out a

few special episodes where do a lot of stuff going on in the episode like doing

so progress update I'm sure none against or prime axis stuff like that or even do

things in between episodes I go mining you've seen we don't go mining before

I'll just go mining and hit record when I find something interesting or I die

maybe but the no nothing I'll talk about the serious at the other videos on my

channel that isn't part of the Let's Plays now builded mining him is world

that have been very enthralling I I'm really enjoying building the city I've

got so many plans for game modes adventurous pvp mini games they're gonna

be great I could how come only for see them I

know that English I want to try and implement into the game into the map I

just can't wait to get to our stage yes there's a lot of building to be done

there's a lot of progress to be made there's a lot of interior works that I

need to redo and song that I need just to fill the chests for route and it's

going to be a long haul programmer process and we are very early in to

building this city what I want to do with the video to exactly one an out of

ideas what I want to talk about in the videos how I want to do these videos per

glass updates isn't something that I like to do too often

even though when it comes to a service like Gaia I did do a lot of progress

update videos which I didn't really enjoy to me I really didn't enjoy them

video on my tried all that I feel obligated to get a video out even if I'm

not enjoying making a video and that's something that I've never wanted to be

that don't get me wrong but the videos I went to happy about especially like the

later stages of Gaia big-ears I did I wasn't too happy about them only one in

so many videos where I was like this is a good episode I can't wait for it to

release I can't wait to see the comments I can't wait to see people's reaction

and yeah the other videos of this guy Sheamus was I have to do this I've got

to show off what I've done I want to show off a progress update and not

really that great but I'll release it anyway and I don't want to get back into

that mindset every weekend mines that like that is really bad and I feel like

it shows in the videos so badly five when people first click on it and the

hear the intro and see what's going to happen and decide now I'm gonna skip

this video and go to another video so I'm litical God try and make these

videos more entertaining and one way I want to try to do that is by doing the

years I truly enjoy doing feel passionate for

just no more progress update esque videos are tacked constantly

no no no I mean building Manningham will have progress updates happening in them

long but it's not there be a constant series of videos I'm not going to pop it

as a scheduled series of videos I'm not going to say that's spread here these

two videos a week or one day a week even I might just do videos whenever they

come out that's when you get them so that's what I'm going with all demanding

him whenever I feel like but I've done so much now I want to show off what I've

done and then I'd create like a I don't know an idea just popped in my mind I a

cinematic and opening cinematic all the new stuff that I've done and then do the

video from there which will be pretty awesome and even doing us for us the

next one might be a PvP game with her almost completed town center or

something like that so building mining who will be taking a longer period of

time between episodes undetermined undetermined amount time so

give my mind as for other videos I want to do on my channel well there's so many

ideas what is in my head not sure how to implement them not sure whether or not

they'll work whether or not how to enjoy them or whether or not I can keep all of

them but I won't know if I try so expect random videos to come out sooner or

later and see if I do like these series that

I'm going to be coming up with not necessarily minecraft either because one

one things one thing that I didn't want to do on this channel was to make it a

Minecraft channel or a specific specifically minecraft I did not want

that I did not want not even though I love Minecraft it's not something I

wanted to do all the time and it turned into a purely Minecraft I know

oh no no I don't do not want that so life said I'm making a lot of changes a

lot of things are going to change in the future

expect Let's Plays on other beings basically hopefully I'll be able to come

up with a few games I want to do a let's play on maybe a few old games making

newer games but expect them to I maybe release in a daily fashion

because I've got plans other ideas of how I want to do new Let's Plays making

sure that there's no interruption between episodes or parts and yeah

that's the gist of it I think I think I've explained enough yeah rambled on a

little in this video and I don't want to be doing that too much so I believe this

In today's episode, the eighth in a series on the book Switch by Chip and Dan Heath,

we will see an example of what not to do when it comes to scripting the critical moves.

I'm referring to the U.S. government food pyramid.

When you want to script the critical moves, you can't assume those moves are obvious.

You must explain the new behavior clearly.

To see why, consider a campaign that is the opposite of 1% milk campaign in terms of its

clarity.

I'm referring to the U.S. government's Food Pyramid, the perfect example of how not to

change people's behavior.

What dooms the Food Pyramid could doom your efforts to create change.

First is the pyramid shape, which typically signifies hierarchy, but there is no hierarchy

intended in the food pyramid.

Originally, oils were at the top and some people thought that meant that oils

were the most important food group.

They then abandoned the hierarchical-looking structure for vertical streaks, but what do

the streaks mean?

If you look carefully, you might find out that the yellow streak is "oils".

If you dig further, you may find a recommendation that adults consume 5 to 7 teaspoons of oil

each day.

How many teaspoons of oil did you consume today?

The language and concepts are so abstracted from the everyday experience of food that

the message both confuses and demoralizes.

Compare this with the rule of thumb to get

the oil in your car changed every 3 months

or 3,000 miles.

That clear and actionable.

And that's the kind of actionable advice you need to give if you want to script the critical

moves.
