Welcome to Banglalink Next Tuber 2017

For the first time ever in Bangladesh "The YouTuber hunt" has started

Before sorting out the winners from all these videos, let's see the journey behind this campaign

The whole country was hyped up, hearing about the Banglalink Next Tuber

But how did this actually start?

After numerous sleepless nights, a lot of hard work and countless brainstorming sessions, we finally started our journey

Guys, the biggest event of the year has been started. So buckle up your seatbelt and be ready to explore something new

But before that let's welcome our judges

Salman Muqtadir, the most popular YouTuber of Bangladesh, from the age of 16, he had the thrust of becoming a successful person

Because of his passion towards YouTube, he now owns two silver play button

Asif Bin Azad, famously known as Choto Azad

From his childhood, he is a very curious soul

He has excellent presentation skills

These presentation skills and the inquisitive nature made him one of the most popular YouTubers in Bangladesh

Tamim Mridha, the singing guru/master, there is hardly any competition when it comes to making singing fun and entertaining

Though, he looks like an angry master

actually, he is very afraid of his mother. Because his singing master is his mother

Shouvik Ahmed, one of the youngest

up and coming YouTubers of Bangladesh

He is not only an expert in both singing but also an expert in dancing

Though Shouvik looks like a very naughty character

he is one of the most emotional people in his friend circle

This is our video projection room

we have seen many videos and we have a lot more to come

Unfortunately one of our judges Tamim is not with us right now

but we will be connected with him through the social media

So guy's let's go & watch some videos now

I am really thirsty after watching this video

Honestly the videos are good so far, but I haven't seen anything outstanding yet

No one feels that these videos are bad!

Whoever is watching this episode especially the young people

I just want to say something to them -

There will be many people who would try to teach us various ways of life

and a lot more who will say things to demotivate and demoralize you

But, opportunities, they only come once in our lives

I want you guys to utilize this opportunity

known as "Banglalink Next Tuber 2017' as much as you can

Thus representing Bangladesh to the world using this platform

I'm not saying this because I'm a judge in this contest

or I'm a part of this project

rather I am part of the same dreams that you guys have

So, a lot of people has question about the youth

like what exactly we are doing

what we plan to do in the future

can we really represent this country-

or are we worried about this country altogether?

I'm sure so far

we have given you many proof that youth itself is a talent

We are trying to promote our youth to the international platform

and show them what we-the youth are capable of

All we need is your love and support

If we get that

I'm sure we will shine like a bright star

Alright, by the way

I'm not going to say this video is very good-

but they combined education and entertainment both

We watched a lot of videos together

and the interesting part was

we are finding a lot of content creators with different perspectives

It used to be very comedy centric

now it's moved into bike stunts, football dribbling, cooking, fitness etc

We are witnessing a lot of creative contents – a lot of artists

We are really excited because all the creative contents that were not in focus all this time

I really really like this

It is okay, not that funny

And he needs to work on the production

Yeah

Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat

there are a lot of social media

where we see a lot of different contents

These content creators are now having a reality show in a very organized way

which is called 'Banglalink Next Tuber 2017'

In my opinion, for the participants or the ones performing here

it is a big opportunity

I'm looking for the next time.

To be honest, I'm starting to like this.

I'm not saying I want 10 guns at our home, Not at all.

But it seems to me like a nice hobby.

But I especially like the idea that those people know how to operate the guns.

Which I consider good.

We just saw older man, barely walking, came to the range. But when he started shooting we were like "Damn, he's good."

We would like to say first.

We don't defend people killing other people.

We don't defend guns which are used by stupid folks to impress other people.

We respect guns as a form of self-defense.

It's quite common for people here to have the gun for self-defense.

And I think this is good.

It is really important to realize it's not guns killing people. It's people killing other people.

The gun itself is just a tool.

So banning guns is as stupid as banning spoons because they made me fat.

Today even a car could also be a weapon.

If you leave the gun at home whole day alone, it won't kill anybody - it's just a thing.

So as we said, we don't defend killing.

I think now you realize that this video is small reaction to what happened in Las Vegas.

It's a real tragedy. :(

But we somehow wanted to bust some of the myths about guns in America.

Myths you can find in discussion forums on internet or in media.

It is not true that buying a gun in America is as easy process as buying a Happy Meal at McDonald's.

It is not true that it is common people get shot on the street.

Yes, there are states with less strict gun laws, there are also states where these rules are more strict.

I think Florida has less strict gun laws.

Also Nevada.

Contrary to this, there are very strict gun laws in California, New York or Chicago.

Approx. 4 years ago or so it was prohibited to sell guns in Chicago.

Someone then just realized that it is agains the constitution.

There's the 2nd amendment - it is basic right of people to own a gun in America.

For their own protection.

And I think around year 2012 they again allowed to sell guns in Chicago.

But in New York, according what the manager of that gun store said, it is almost impossible to buy a gun.

We think that this is a really interesting topic for discussion. I guess you are interested in our opinion on guns.

We are always trying to find all the pros and cons and base our opinions on this.

So we think it is quite useful to have gun for your own protection.

But people need to have respect and also common sense when it comes to guns.

I don't think that stupid people should have one.

How to use Quick Fill in Excel - Duration: 1:44.

Today you will see a very awesome Excel trick that will save you a lot of time

and boring routine tasks just wtach this.

Hello and welcome to another Fridaytip

Washing lists or creating lists in Excel, with repetitive information in columns is both boring and time consuming.

Fortunately, there is a smart little feature in Excel that makes the job a lot easier for you

and will save you a lot of time.

just watch this.

Here I have opened Excel and finished a small list of e-mail addresses.

A typical job here would be to add first name in the middle column and last name in the last column.

A dull and time-consuming job especially if you have a long list to work through.

But with a clever function in Excel called Quick Fill, we will get Excel to do the job for us.

You can start by selecting data from the menu. And here in the middle you will find Quick Fill

Go down to the first name column and enter the first name of the first email address, and then tap Quick Fill

Now, Excel will fill the rest inn for you.

Do the same with last name, and the job's done.

Now you can experiment on your own lists and see if you can not get Excel to help you too.
