The Best Tequeños in New York City || Operation $5 Lunch - Duration: 6:39.

- My name is Perez, and I work at Thrillist.

Around these parts, I'm known as the five dollar lunch guy.

Every episode, I'm gonna put you guys onto

the very finest New York lunch for five dollars or less.

(playful music)

(laughs) No I'm good.

I'm not hungry.

Maybe later or something.

It's kinda early. (sighs)

What?

My guy, really?

We're doing this again?

Oh, tequenos.

Why didn't you say that before?

Now a few years ago I was introduced to Patacon Pisao.

It's a sick, little, Venezuelan mom and pop joint

but their $2 tequenos are bangers.

Now I know they have two locations in the city.

One Uptown and one in the LES.

So you know I'm hitting up the LES.

It's closer and there's more stuff to do.

So these are the rules of Operation 5 Buck Lunch.

It's got to be good 'cause nobody

wants bad food for lunch.

No big chains 'cause that's just too easy.

It's got to be $5 or less.

And whatever I don't use today,

rolls over into the next episode.

Okay so what is your favorite food?

- Wine, oh yo.

- No, no it works, it works.

If I gave you five bucks, what would you eat?

- Oyster? Where from?

- You know what?

In this entire show, this is the first time

we've heard oysters but that's, actually, pretty solid

'cause oysters are cheap.

- Bye-bye.

- Thank you so much, appreciate it.

If I gave you five bucks,

where would you go and eat?

- You could be creative.

You could go out, you could cook.

- You would cook okay.

What would you make?

You'd pick a few things up?

- That's solid, that is solid advises guys.

- Absolutely, we're always going out,

we're always buying stuff.

But you know what?

You can always hit up a stall on

the side of the street,

where they're selling fruits and veg

and get a little something you know?

(playful music)

Aye, you guys didn't know,

the lower East Side is home to many

of the communities that make New York food great.

Honestly, you have the Italians,

the Chinese, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans,

Eastern Europeans all living here,

in the same neighborhood and all making amazing food.

Wait, shout out to all of the immigrants

that make New York food great.

I should put that on a T-shirt.

Immigrants make New York food great, yeah.

(whip noise)

(lively music)

(camera clicks)

Have you ever had tequenos before?

(laughing)

- Do you know any really good places to get

tequenos around the city?

- This is your first time here?

- And you're from Venezuela?

- And this is a Venezuelan joint.

What would you get if I gave you five bucks

and you were here.

What would you get for five bucks here?

(laughing)

- You can get tequenos.

- Yeah they have tequenos here.

They're like two bucks, so that's cheap.

Will you just tell me a little bit about tequenos?

- Alright so tequenos, basically,

is a Venezuelan appetizer.

They can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, after hours.

It's, basically, think of cheesy bread.

Cheese wrapped in dough and fried

until it's nice and moist inside.

And cheesy inside and crunchy outside.

When you dip it into our sauces,

it's just out of this world.

- Guys, you're welcome, you're welcome.

How many tequenos can I get for five bucks?

- You can get three of them for $5.

- That's amazing.

Can I please have that?

- Of course man.

There you go, thank you.

(mumbles)?

- Yes please.

Actually guys, I'm starving.

Look at that.

We are sorted, $5, eating, let's go.

(whip sound)

(lively music)

(bell dings)

Look, look, look, look, look.

These are long.

I don't think I've ever seen tequenos this long.

That's why I keep coming back.

Guys come here and look at this.

Look at this beautiful piece of art.

You know what this reminds me of?

This reminds me of a croissant with cheese.

Look how it comes apart.

This is the bread,

this is a bread/cheese fusion.

This reminds me of a pig in a blanket.

I don't care where you are,

what time of the night it is,

you have four or five beers in you,

this is gonna hold you over.

Oh my god.

It's amazing by itself.

The bread is crispy,

the cheese is cheesy and savory, can't complain.

I have some decent experiences with Rosetta

but Verde is my god.

If I could put this on everything in the world.

If I could put this on fries

or cereal or waffles,

I would do that.

This is happening to us.

(background chattering)

Verde Sauce is my president.

Now by itself, this is good

but with the Verde Sauce,

It's like an aioli, close to.

Mild, it kinda oniony.

Let's see what the Rosetta's about.

Oh yeah, this is sweater.

This is a savory, this is your sweat.

You can't mess it up.

Let's put them together, hold on.

I was told about putting them together.

(lively music)

That was sexy right?

Oh yeah.

(sexy music)

Oh yeah.

The best of both worlds.

Guys I am stuffed.

I apologize for the mess.

I've always been a messy eater since I was a kid.

Shout out to Jonathan.

Shout out to Patacon Pisao.

Hit up all their locations.

Here, LES, Uptown, Coney Island,

Queens, Elmhurst, shout out.

I'm stuffed, let's get out of here.

What we got, what, three tequenos for five bucks?

That means we did every single one of our rules.

It's within budget, not a big chain

and most importantly, it's delicious.

No complaints guys.

Definitely check this out.

I'll see you guys next time, peace.

(lively music)

(camera clicks)

Yo what's going on guys?

It is Perez, your $5 lunch guy.

If you have a suggestion of where

we should go next time,

leave it in the comments below.

Other than that, follow, like, share, subscribe.

Peace.

[Way to go!]

[Current song - 0613 New Face by best buddies in Hawaii] "New face, new face".

Please sing together. It never ends. "New face!"

"My heart is pounding!"

[The last part] Let's run!

[Falling down]

- "New Face". - It never ends.

[V is still singing alone]

[My name is Suga I don't know how to give up]

[Suga, sit down. You did a great job]

[This brother goes again]

[With little energy] Isn't it too long?

[Serious My song is not over yet]

[Scared... The song never ends] It never ends.

[I'm so tired]

[Till the end! Way to go!]

[(Feat. Kimchi's dad) Suga's long journey with "New Face" came to an end]

[Most important thing] - Let's check the score. - Score!

[Team Ro-Jul got 90 points]

The wig is hot.

[Highlight part] I guess Suga waited for "My heart is pounding".

[Hang on] Suga has never been so excited this year.

[First time to see] Suga did his best.

[How did he hold himself?]

[Balloon for an event?]

[Out of breath] I usually don't go to a karaoke room.

[Team Kim Seok Jin is choosing outfits] Let's choose the costume.

[Way to go!] - This team is so prepared. - Right.

It was fun. Taehyung was great.

[Look at this brother] He's the music king of our village.

[Team Kim Seok Jin uses a lot of items] I expected to earn a high score.

I know! You will sing that song, "Card Captor Sakura".

[It just looks like that] I can see from their costumes.

What's this?

[That's the tail] - It guess it's his tail. - Tail?

I'll give it to you, brother.

[Team Kim Seok Jin starts singing] "Wind Memory?]

[Let's enjoy] Can we sit down?

It's for Namjoon.

[Disappointed] It's not going to lighten the mood.

[Wind Memory - Team Kim Seok Jin] - I thought they would sing "Confession". - Let's use the chorus function.

[Current song - 1202 "Wind Memory" by Team Kim Seok Jin] - This song is so nice. - 2, 1!

"Wind is coming".

[What? He's great] It's not bad.

[Heart-touching voice] "If it's shaken..."

[RM's unexpected aspect]

- He's good at singing. - He's good.

[Let's see] Let him sing! Let's see how far he can go.

[Let him sing] Let's see how far he can go.

"I close my eyes".

Kim Namjoon!

[It's OK] Our goal is to gain a high score.

[Trust me and follow]

[We trust you] Kim Namjoon!

- Trembling... - Kim Namjoon!

[A.k.a Cherry - Fan club was created as soon as he started singing]

It's going to be fun if you sing in relay.

[Fans are so satisfied] Ears...

[Please help] Kim Namjoon!

[Puzzled] [Next person] Jungkook!

[Fandom fell in love with the sweetest voice]

[We don't have to say... Please enjoy]

[About to be a fan] He's a great singer.

[So serious] - We need a high score. - The score needs to be high.

[Cherry swag]

[Confused] Who will sing? Me?

[Me?] Me?

[Heart is racing] Kim Namjoon!

[Full of soul] [Great]

[Professionally singing so hard]

[Will it be OK?] The note is too high.

[World-wide handsome guy is now threatening the main vocalist position]

[He's singing so hard that his face turned red]

[So happy]

[Cherry RM It's my turn to come up]

Me....

[Hello, first time to be a fan? There's no exit]

[My stomach aches] [Laughing out loud]

[Will it be OK? What's this?]

[So immersed]

[Crying being touched by a great song]

[Time to calm down] "Our encounter..."

[So peaceful]

[He seems different from us] He's great

[Main vocalist Kook's "Wind Memory" Great singing in high-pitched tones]

[Amazed] Indeed, our main vocalist-.

[You did a great job, too] That makes me what?

[Amazing]

[Jungkook's great job is expected to bring a high score for the team]

[Satisfied] - Great! - Indeed!

[Compliments] This team is well-balanced.

[Sweet voice, the jewel of BTS]

[Complaining] - Growing.... - Are you sure you know this song?

[Direction] Your voice is too small!

[Excited] Kim Namjoon!

[Full of soul]

[So proud]

[Being embarrassed by RM's shouting]

[I don't care Singing so seriously]

[My lung aches again]

[Singing contest has become Cherry RM's solo stage]

"If we remember..."

[So excited at RM's singing]

[Please stop walking...] "We will walk..."

[Jeon Jungkook, please come] Jeon Jungkook!

[Did you call my name?]

[It's too high] [It's OK, it was fun] I can't manage.

[Chorus] "Our breaking up..."

[Mint candy-like voice that feels so refreshing]

[Great] Oh...

Jeon Jungkook!

[We love that but please take off the wig]

[Team Kim Seok Jin ended their turn with Jungkook's sweet voice]

[Applause] Great

[Performance that made the audience laugh and enjoy the song] - Over? - Well-balanced.

- Over? - I thought I would be able to sing. No.

[In a hurry] - Is this over? - We need to see the score.

[Confident] It will be 97.

[Expecting to record a high score] I think we will gain a high score.

[81 points] [What?] Hey!

[Excited Suga is back] - We have a chance to win. - "Strange girl..."

"My heart is pounding Whoa!"

[Curious] I thought shouting loud guarantee a high score.

[That's the old time skill] I guess it worked a few years ago.

We may get something to eat thanks to you.

Do you know who he is?

- Naruto. - Rock Lee.

[Passionate to prepare the duct tape] - Do I look like Rock Lee? - Rock Lee.

Your eyebrows may get removed when you take off the tape.

J-Hope is Rock Lee.

[Rock Lee is a character of cartoon Naruto] His lethal skill is "leaf wind!"

[Worried] Hope the eyebrows will be fine.

[Will it be OK?] Your eyebrows are not thick.

[Martial arts skill] Lunch, tiger!

[Naruto makeup, looking like a cat] That's "Might Guy".

[Just like Rock Lee] It does not work.

[They're looking forward to seeing performance of J-Hope & Jimin] - Not working. - Turn it on.

This song is...

[Gliding (Naruto's theme song) - Naruto Jimin, Rock Lee Hope] That song.

[Current song -0522 Gliding by Naruto Jimin and Rock Lee Hope]

"Things allowed to me were always tough...]

[Automatic response]

[Running]

[Cute, look at their steps]

[So immersed]

[They're more immersed] [Especially this one]

[So excited!]

[Already exhausted] [My lungs] - Tired. - The instrument is long.

- Replicating! - Whoa!

[V is so excited by the song] [Applause]

[Serious, too early to clap]

[Please give Taehyung a mic]

[Are you ready? Sure!]

[So excited]

[V takes up on the stage out of too much excitement]

[Jumping jumping]

Yeah!

[Again, the eagle mode Verse 2 starts by throwing daggers]

Go, daggers!

[Suga starts jumping]

[Dagger-throwing contest?]

[Rock Lee, Naruto, and Cherry RM]

[Childlike innocence makes them dance]

[Mimicking Rock Lee's gestures]

[Cross]

[Whoa]

- Tired. - But it was awesome!

[Surprised] But the song is too long.

[What are you doing, Jin? Quenching thirst?] Why does it keep going?

[Spout-show]

[Amazed by the mist effect]

[Finally it came to an end] Thank you!

[Surprised as the song starts again] "Lonely..."

[Throwing it down] Stop singing.

[The song never ends.... Singers are even puzzled]

Stop!

[Really] [Who are you?] One more time!

[Running]

[Down] [I can't do this any more]

[Last shouting this song ain't over till it's over]

[What's this pose and face?]

[Too long] - I guess it has verse 4. - Right.

[Saying thank you to the audience] Thank you, everyone.

[Great] 97 points!

[J-Hope & Jimin got the highest score of 97 points]

[Yes, right] I sang other teams' songs too hard.

[Committed Naruto] I prepared daggers.

[Spouting show] I helped you a lot.

It was harder than our concert.

[Final result of singing contest] [Winner - Team Ooh-Ah: 97 points + meat 300g]

[2nd place - Team Ro-Jul: 90 points + rice] [3rd place - Team Kim Seok Jin : 81 points + sausage]

For the team who sang "New Face" by PSY,

[Amazed by their passion] We will give you instant rice.

[We ran so hard] It was fun to see our performance.

[A lot to talk] I did so many cute tricks in front of cams.

In recognition of RM's great performance, we will give you sausages.

[Cherry RM's performance got his team sausages]

- I did my best. - I thought RM's performance will help us.

[So excited] Anything for us?

[All three things] 300g of meat, rice and sausages.

[So jealous] What do we have?

- We just... - Everything.

[Relaxed attitude] - If you're bored, join us. - We have three things, too.

If you're bored, come and hang out with us.

[Fairy Jimin] Staff members, come to see us. We will make dinner for you.

[Game is over] 1, 2, 3. Let's run to have dinner!

[Barbecue items are prepared for each team]

Everyone, the dinner is set on the table.

[Proud] [Satisfied] - Our team has so many. - Awesome.

[Teasing] It looks a bit crowded for three.

We need more food.

[Scanning others' tables] They have even mushrooms.

[Appealing] - J-Hope! I helped you a lot when you sang. Give us some food. - Good!

[Hang on] [

[Dancing so enthusiastically when others were singing]

[Thank you for your performances - Production team]

[Seriously] - Thank you. - How did you feel about MT?

[So much fun, no need to say] - It was fun. - MT is fun.

[A whole new word] I didn't know how fun MT is.

I guess MT gives a chance for members to gather up and eat together.

We need to eat together but

[Not together but divided by teams] It looks like the old blind-date show.

[Like soulmates] - Taehyung and I are now... - Best buddies forever.

It feels like we became a couple on that blind-date show.

[So satisfied] I had a great time today.

- It was so much fun as I tried a thing that I've never done before. - Fun.

I think we had fun like being crazy.

[Let's enjoy] Enjoy your dinner, BTS!

[Enjoy] Bon appetite, BTS!

[Feast] We have so many ingredients.

Soy bean paste soup!

- Grilled meat and the soup. - Great! - It looks yum.

[Humble] We have the least number of food.

[Strange] Didn't we lead in the beginning?

That was all.

[Probably] [Yes] - Is this beef? - Beef.

[Delicious] [No expectation] - It's beef. - Namjoon and Jungkook are on my team.

I expected that I would be the one who cooks.

[No guarantee for well-cooked barbecue] Barbecue? I can do that.

[No... I'm not OK with that] - I can do that. - Please let me do this.

[Amazed] Wow, it's cooked so fast.

[My precious meat] - The heat is too high. - Too high.

[Worried] I guess it's burnt.

[I'm Eat Jin] Trust me.

[Meanwhile, Suga is struggling]

Oh, my.

Oh, my.

It's hot!

[What are you thinking? Is it frozen?] It's hot.

- Have you ever done a camp fire? - Never since I was an elementary student.

- Me, too. - I did it when I was in high school.

[Curious] What do you do when having a camp fire?

Think about parents while holding a candle.

- Then cry. - Everyone starts sing a sad song. - Right.

[Oh right] Then, a tough instructor suddenly

gives a pep talk and everyone starts crying.

[So sentimental] It would be nice if we can go camping or fishing.

[Right, let's go] Let's go fishing together.

[Yum] - It looks so yum. - Right?

[If you say so, I guess it's cooked] I guess it's well cooked.

[Respecting each other's preference] Coke or Sprite?

[Busy cooking] I like both.

[Nervous] Sausages are a bit...

[Overcooked? Well-done? Sausage] Too cooked, I guess.

[Tempting] - Any team will earn some meat after showing off personal talent? - Personal talent?

[Sufficient, we're fine] We will watch. We have a lot.

[Standing up holding a bottle of Coke] Jungkook.

I think we will be full if we have these.

[Disappointed] I would do that if I have something to show.

[Donation angel] [Amazing] - Take this. - Wow.

[An angel's beautiful back] Wingless angel, Kim Taehyung.

[So delicious] - It's... - Awesome.

[Melting in my mouth] Beef tastes great.

[Me, too] [What should I do?] What should I do?

[Self-sound effect] [Helping to summon courage]

[Let me taste the grilled meat] - Please sing. - Hold on, please.

Please hold on. I'll taste the meat first.

[Members fell in love with barbecue] So delicious.

Delicious.

Who wants to taste meat cooked medium?

[Me] OK.

[Ah] It looks yum.

[Ace in the hole] - Then, show off your talent for vegetables. - Vegetables?

[Eating comes first] Enjoy dinner first before showing off the personal talent.

[Busy cooking like a mother bird to feed baby birds] Tired.

[Thank you, my best buddy] My buddy, great job.

[What should we do?] - I want to join but there's nothing to show off. - Delicious.

I have no personal talent to show off. What should I do?

[3 types of cute actions] Jimin, will you do something?

[So excited] - Which one? - 3 cute actions.

[Jimin's first cute action] [Expecting] - First one. 1, 2, 3. - Poooh!

[So cute! Automatic response] - Second one. - Wooo....

[Regretting] [Last one] Third, 1, 2, 3!

[Give me] That's the same thing.

- I don't know what I was doing. - Three are all the same.

[Jimin, enjoy your vegetables] [Team ARMY got vegetables]

[I can do that! I will do that] Meat! Meat! Meat! 1, 2, 3!

[Give me some meat] Woo....

[Give me some] 1, 2, 3. Hey.

[Thumbs up] 1, 2, 3. Oh...

[Your meat is here. Take it] Giving this?

[What?] - Taehyung, first one. 1, 2, 3! - Wooooow!

[Cute? It's a Tae-Tae flower] 2nd one, 1, 2, 3!

[Please give us meat] 1, 2, 3!

- Go. - Thank you.

[What's that?]

Taehyung, way to go!

[Looking at] [Your turn] They have more packs of meat. Namjoon, cute action. First!

[Critical flower, give me meat] 1, 2, 3!

[RM's cute action that shocked others] What's that?

[What did I hear?] [Too embarrassed to see that]

What's that?

[Cute action, Namjoon needs meat]

[Take everything, critical V signs] 1, 2, 3!

[Come to get some meat]

[Let's admit] - Namjoon was amazing. - You were the best, Namjoon.

[The meat is so powerful] He succumbed to the meat.

[It feels bitter] I feel now bitter.

Negative sides of the capitalism.

[We have everything but] Don't we have any soy bean paste?

[We have] [Can I get some by acting cute?]

[Side effect of personal talent contest Everyone acts cute to earn something] [Bang, love bullets] No need.

[Stop] - We didn't ask. - Stop doing that!

[Let's not give] - Don't give. - I planned to give some but your cute action made me regret.

[V is worried about Jungkook who grills without wearing gloves] Jungkook, wear some gloves.

- You may hurt. - Did you get some paste? - No.

[No way] [Embarrassed] - Did you get some only for you? - Yes.

I thought he got a bowl of paste for us.

[Disappointed] But he got a bit for himself only. Too mean!

[A few minutes ago... J-Hope visited the next table to get some paste]

Paste for vegetable wraps, please.

[J-Hope just got a teaspoon of paste for his vegetable wrap]

It's getting burnt.

[Nothing to say Jimin, go and get some]

[Please give me some paste] [Cute] Ppooing...

Hey, what's that cute sound?

[Suga mom teaches her son manners] Give these to the camera directors.

[Humming] It's coming up.

As others give grilled beef, let's give them grilled sausages.

[So attentive] - Which flavor do you like? - Hey, long ones are not tasty. Give them another one.

[Say ah] - Isn't this tasty? - One for you.

[Jin gets mushroom and salt after giving grilled sausage to the producer] I gave a piece of sausage

to the producer and got these.

[Touching] I'm so glad that "Run BTS" brought all these for us.

[Great experience] - Heart-warming. - Thank you.

[Sweet potatoes! Awesome] Sweet potatoes!

- Take some sweet potatoes. - Sweet potatoes!

[We were playing hard] You always give everything at the end.

- Sweet potatoes. - It's hot! - Ha ha.

[Swiftly as it's hot]

[Sitcom?] Oh, the weather is so nice.

[Out of the blue] Is this moment for our happiness?

Then, "N.O" will start.

[No way] "N.O" should not start.

- Everyone, any good memories on V LIVE? - Bon Voyage.

I think Bon Voyage was the best.

[Talking to the producer] Producer! I still remember the camping.

Which one?

[When RM lost his passport] - You didn't join us. - When Namjoon lost his passport.

[and couldn't join the camping] - Sad. - We were sorry for you.

[Disappointed] Everyone talks about it more than once a week. "You should've been on the camping van".

[Committed] - I will do that someday. - Because the van was so nice.

Do you know this?

The van has space only for 6 adults.

[It was fun even though it was crowded] It was a bit crowded.

- But we didn't care. - It was fun.

[Camping is the best] - Right. - I loved everything of it.

I wish I were there,

but I wrote this song while I was left alone.

[Not this one?] - "Young Forever". - No, not the one.

It's not released yet.

[It's not released yet One of the songs that were finally confirmed.

[The song that he worked on was confirmed] [Positive mindset] It feels like give and take.

- He's so positive. - I decided to think that way.

That's awesome.

It wouldn't be so much fun if I go alone.

What about Bon Voyage 2?

[Three things] I remember 3 things.

[Jimin who likes stars] Surfing and watching the stars.

[Right] It was so amazing to see the stars.

- For me, having ramen. - We cooked ourselves in the evening.

The sky was so beautiful.

[Sentimental BTS members] - It was pink. - I went out with him

every evening to see stars.

The lucky draw. He never

[Right] - picked a bed. - Right.

[No, except for the last time] At the end.

[Importance of sun screen] It was Hawaii that gave a birth to this.

[Bon Voyage season 2 that gave a birth to Hawaiian Drubby] - Bon Voyage 2. - Why did I get this nickname?

[Fiddling] I turned it upside down.

[Suga mom takes care of RM] Wipe your face. The left side.

[Tissue is here] I thought you got a wound from shaving.

[Thirsty] - Any team got drinks? - Here.

[Soulless V sign, please give me one]

- We didn't. - Did you see your face?

[Embarrassed] - Did you see that? - Like ordering to bring one.

[Satisfied] It was delicious.

[BTS members enjoyed the special dinner]

[Delicious barbecue party that they earned ingredients by playing games]

[We hope you will look back on this as a good and happy memory]

RAW TRUTH - WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHEN YOU BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR & REAL ESTATE AGENT - Duration: 9:15.

It's what they don't tell you when you decide you want to become an entrepreneur

It's what they don't tell you when you decide you want to become a real estate agent

We all see the glamorous lives. We all see the cars. We all see the big houses

We all see all the cash and it looks great and worse it all looks easy

And we all think that all we need to do is buy an e-book and we'll make a million dollars

And I'm here to tell you the raw truth, and it's what we're here to talk about

It's what goes on behind the Instagram post what goes on behind the insta stories

What goes on what led up to that breakthrough for that person to have the life that they have?

And I appreciate all of you for tuning in I'm your host Adrienne today

I'm talking about everything that they don't talk about and that's the raw truth

That's all the internal grind the hustle that nobody sees, but we all see the nice car

We all see the Ferrari we all see the Lamborghini

But we don't see the long hours in the office

We don't see the sacrifices

And we don't see all the stages of uncomfortability that led to this breakthrough

And it's why I'm doing this video because I get so many people especially Millennials that go Adrian

I just saw this ebook

I'm gonna subscribe to it says I can make a million bucks in the next 12 months all I need to do is pay

$200 I'm gonna become an entrepreneur. I'm gonna create an Amazon account and I'm gonna make a million dollars

Or they say Adrian. I'm gonna get my real estate license. I just saw this investor

He's making two million dollars flipping houses. I saw a little YouTube video, and it looks really easy. I'm gonna do it

I'm gonna make a million bucks in the next year and

what we don't see is the

Underlying layer to what they're trying to show you what we don't see is all the work that goes into

You actually reaping those rewards?

Every successful person we've spoken to every successful person you know

every successful person you see on TV has gone through certain actions has gone through certain adversities had to go through a

Process to get to where they're at it didn't just happen overnight

But a lot of us think that that's the case and we think that we can become successful overnight

There's this overnight success waiting for all of us

When it's it's not the case we all know this picture the picture of the iceberg everybody sees the success

But nobody sees everything that goes on in between it

Nobody sees the long hours that you spent at the office

Nobody sees the countless hours you spent by yourself working and mastering your craft

Nobody sees the 4:00 a.m.

Alarm clock that goes off nobody sees that late hours that you spend trying to understand how to sell something

Nobody sees the hours you spend on YouTube learning and the hours you spend reading

Nobody sees that it's that. That's the raw truth. That's gonna get you to where you need to go. It's those

Fundamentals that build you to being a better you that build you up

And build you up and build you up and build you up and boom you have a breakthrough and all of a sudden you reap

The rewards that you wanted to reap

But it took this consistent action this raw truth this grind this

Hustle if you want to call it to lead to where we need to go

You know a lot of people we're trying to get away from the hustle. We're trying to go. I don't need the hustle

I don't need to grind everybody's talking about that, but that's what creates you that's what gets you to where you're going now

There's gonna be a time where you adjust that and you don't hustle as much and you start to create some leverage in your business

But we're not talking about that. We're talking about you getting started

We're talking about you going after your goals and achieving your goals

And you having everything that you see that other people have because I know you want it

I know you want it, or you wouldn't be watching this video. I know you want the nice car

I know you want the nice house. I know you want the light the nice lifestyle. I know that

But we have to understand the little things that it takes the little things that we need to do to have that lifestyle

the

Sacrifice is that you need to make with your friends the?

sacrifice is that you need to make with your family and to go even deeper the

sacrifices that you need to make within yourself in order for you to read different rewards I

Remember at 19 years old I had to make a big sacrifice. I gave back my nice car I

Budgeted 2 dollars and 69 cents every day so I can afford to BRC burritos. That was a sacrifice

I had to go through that was a sacrifice that made me who I am today

It was being very

Uncomfortable it was being so uncomfortable that I grew

It was being so uncomfortable in different situations getting said no two

More times than I've been said no to in my entire life getting the door slammed in my face countless times

It was all of that

It was all that raw stuff all of that that led me to

Having the few breakthroughs that I've had and I'm still going through it. I'm still in it you can see it

It's on my insta stories. I posted on my Instagram. I'm not cutting the process

I'm still in it because I understand it's what makes you who you need to be in the future

It's what creates that breakthrough, but you're trying to skip it you're trying to run around it

You're trying to buy an e-book to jump over it, and it's not going to happen

And if it does happen it won't last very long you have a short burst of success and then you're gonna wonder

How do you get back and the bad thing is that you didn't build any fundamental actions?

You didn't build any solid habits to carry you through that time so what happens you collapse

You don't succeed and you don't get to where you're going and the worst you don't ever get back

Because you didn't build the ferment the fundamentals that you needed you didn't build the habits that we're gonna lead you to become successful you

All know what I'm talking about and I want to challenge you to stop trying to cut the process

Stop trying to run around it and fall in love with the process

Understand that this is what we need to do

This is the life you chose you've chosen a life of becoming an entrepreneur you chose the life of becoming a successful salesperson

You're gonna have to do a lot of things that most people don't do but you'll also reap the rewards that most people don't reap

You'll also live a life that most people don't live but it starts with you

Understanding that you can't cut the hustle you can't get rid of the raw truth

You have to go through certain actions certain motions you have to go through the process in order to progress and become a better you

Now I want to challenge you to do more of that

I want to challenge you to get more in that grind do more of whatever buddy's not doing

Do that now sacrifice make the sacrifice now, so you don't have to make the sacrifice when you're older

I'm telling you from experience especially you younger kids out there

Give it up now and 19 I threw it all the way I didn't want it. I'm gonna make the sacrifice right now

I'm gonna starve right now. I'm gonna learn what it's like to be said no to a hundred times in one day right now

So then therefore I can succeed tomorrow

So therefore I can have what I want to have tomorrow, but at the sacrifice right now

You wanna challenge you to sacrifice more mmm especially if you're younger

Especially if you're a millennial get in there you have nothing to lose you have nothing to lose

Get uncomfortable start doing what you need to do

Start putting in the action get away from the get-rich-quick schemes. They don't work their schemes for a reason

do what you need to do go out there and

Actually fall in love with the process and you're gonna notice this happens a lot faster

You're gonna notice you get to where you want a lot faster, and not only that it's a lot more enjoyable

We're not fighting it

We're growing with it

So I want to challenge you to do that and I want to challenge you to get away from

The overnight success and understand that it's gonna take a few years of consistent action and boom you'll have your breakthrough now

I want to support you along the way, so do me a favor send me an email

Let me know your thoughts let me know how I can help you how have you tricked yourself into believing that you can become successful

Overnight and what actions do you need to do to put into place right now?

So you can have that big breakthrough in the future?

I want to know send me a direct message and don't forget if you're not subscribed hit that subscribe button

Don't like but on the left hand side of the page. I'll see you guys real soon really really appreciate you guys tuning in

BREAKING NEWS Out Of San Francisco – He Was Just Found DEAD! - Duration: 5:33.

BREAKING NEWS Out Of San Francisco – He Was Just Found DEAD!

The Sanctuary City of San Francisco, California has become the epicenter of liberalism with

the justice system only catering to the criminals to serve their agenda.

This became clear two weeks ago when a five-time deported illegal alien who killed beautiful

Kate Steinle on the Pier in front of her father in broad daylight, was acquitted of murder

and sent free.

The shocking verdict came on the heels of a massive immigration debate and resistance

from city leaders to comply with President Donald Trump's travel ban.

Now, one key person in this ongoing debacle has just been found dead overnight and it's

being called a case of karma.

Since the justice system failed Kate, it turns out that she may have gotten her revenge from

beyond the grave.

While her killer was unfairly given freedom, there's no escaping death – the ultimate

equalizer.

The liberal mayor of the Sanctuary City who is against our president and seemingly couldn't

care less about Kate when he has an immigration point to push, has been found dead overnight

at the age of 65.

The Los Angeles Times reports:

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, who led the city during a development boom fueled by unprecedented

tech wealth, died early Tuesday.

He was 65.

Lee's death was announced by the city in a statement.

No cause of death was immediately given.

"It is with profound sadness and terrible grief that we confirm that Mayor Edwin M.

Lee passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at 1:11 a.m. at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital,"

the statement said.

"Family, friends and colleagues were at his side.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Anita, his two daughters, Brianna and Tania,

and his family."

Under Lee, San Francisco saw a crop of new high-rise buildings, and the city gained enhanced

status as the global capital of the tech industry.

But Lee also became a magnet for criticism as rents and property values soared and many

residents of moderate means said they could no longer afford to live in the city.

This sudden turn of events comes two weeks after the shocking verdict for Garcia Zarate,

a 45-year-old Mexican citizen who was released from San Francisco jail before the killing

despite a federal request that he be held for his sixth deportation.

"[He] was charged with murder, and prosecutors gave the jury the option of convicting him

of first-degree murder, second-degree murder or involuntary manslaughter," according

to SF Gate.

Just last week, Kate's memorial in the area where she was killed, was dismantled and who

ordered the destruction of it is almost as shocking as the reason for taking it down.

Independent Journal Review reports:

A memorial to Kate Steinle, the 32-year-old Bay Area woman shot and killed while on a

walk with her dad, has been removed by the city of San Francisco, and the reason why

is a stunner.

On Thursday, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, was found not guilty of murder and involuntary

manslaughter in Steinle's killing.

Instead, the jury only found him guilty on the charge of being a felon in possession

of a firearm.

Garcia Zarate, a seven-time felon and five-time deportee, was in the U.S. illegally.

People brought flowers, cards and other items to the Steinle memorial, which sprang up around

a bench on the pier where she was killed.

But now, the shrine has been removed.

And the people asking for its removal are the biggest surprise.

CBS San Francisco reported that Steinle's parents asked for the shrine's removal.

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee's spokeswoman Deirdre Hussey said:

"The Steinle family placed a request with the Mayor's Office for the bench to remain

as it was intended — a simple memorial in recognition of Kate and her spirit."

While the family asking for the removal of the shrine comes as a surprise, it was essentially

the last amount of control they had over preserving her memory based on what was happening at

the spot dedicated to her.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the request for removal of the adorned bench

was because a self-described "alt-right" group was responsible for putting it up:

"About 50 candles, along with red and white roses, were seen Friday where Steinle was

shot and killed, following the conclusion of the trial where her alleged shooter was

acquitted of murder and manslaughter charges.

The memorial had ties to a self-proclaimed 'alt-right' group, who appeared to have

started the shrine to Steinle."

The political group responsible for decorating the bench in her memory is call "Identify

Evropa" who may have had a different purpose for using Kate's death, which the family

didn't want their beloved daughter's memory being intertwined with.

"The notes on the poster that became part of the memorial said 'build the wall'

and Steinle's death 'will be avenged,'" IJR reported.

However, the backhanded issue, was that San Francisco really wanted it removed citing

an arbitrary violation of city policy.

"Officials told the Examiner that the memorial violated city policy.

San Francisco typically removes memorials within 10 days of the victim's funeral service.

Steinle's funeral took place in 2015," CBS San Francisco reported.

This was likely brought up after the group who made the shrine had called for a boycott

of the city of San Francisco.

Perhaps the stress of everything in his city caused more stress and complications for him

than he even realized.

It will be interesting to see what happens in San Francisco after his passing.

May Lee rest in peace and our deepest condolences to his family.

What Healthy People Really Eat For Dinner - Duration: 5:06.

Most experts agree that a healthy meal is one that provides a balance of nutrients and

consists of whole, minimally-processed foods.

"Hey guys…"

"Hey"

"Wow that looks healthy."

"Yeah, it's kale, Quinoa, and black beans, it's full of calcium, protein, and fiber for

bone tissue and digestive health."

But while it's easy to imagine filling half your plate with veggies, a quarter with protein

and a quarter with carbs — what should you...actually be eating?

We're dishing up the specifics on what wellness-winners really serve up for dinner.

Master that meal prep

Amanda Field, of Field Nutrition, aims for a balance of protein, veggies, carbs, and

healthy fat at dinnertime.

She says,

"My go-to dinner is some farro or barley that I prepped earlier in the week, mixed with

pesto, topped with baked tofu or cast iron skillet salmon."

As far as those veggies on her plate, she likes "roasted broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers,

and tomatoes" — and maybe a little avocado or sauerkraut too.

Throw it together

Dietitian Kelly Jones of Kelly Jones Performance Nutrition says that when she doesn't have

time to deal with meal prep, she likes veggie omelets, avocado toast, or a salmon burger

on greens.

And she always keeps veggies in the freezer, to add to any dish, in a pinch.

Find your balance

Rebecca Clyde, owner of Nourish Nutrition Co., is all about a balanced, flexible approach

that works with the ebbs and flows of day to day life — without any dreaded deprivation.

She advises asking yourself what feels nourishing to your body, and admits,

"Sometimes I'm organized and have some sort of week-long meal plan that I follow, other

times it's not at all organized, and I scrounge through my pantry for pasta or grab some eggs."

Throw in some veggies and dinner is served!

Don't cook

Don't have hours to spend sweating over the stove at night?

Get your oven in the game.

Dietitian Kristina Todini, of Fork In The Road, says her favorite meal is a sheet pan

full of roasted veggies.

Toss everything with a little oil and spice, add a protein, and you're ready to eat!

Take it easy

Think you need to go all out for a seriously healthy meal?

You don't.

Christy Brissette, President of 80 Twenty Nutrition, takes it easy.

She says,

My go-to dinner is lemon chicken and quinoa with greek salad and homemade tzatziki.

"I meal prep the chicken and quinoa, and the other items take less than five minutes."

New Jersey-based dietitian Therese Bonanni also takes a trip down easy street with a

spinach-and-cheese omelette and a piece of avocado toast.

She says,

"I usually have a bag of pre-washed spinach in the fridge, and it's easy to throw a handful

into eggs while cooking.

My secret ingredient is a dash of garlic powder in my omelettes for extra flavor without added

salt."

Indulge in your favorite

Amy Gorin, owner of Amy Gorin Nutrition knows that simple tweaks let you indulge in a healthier

way.

She packs her pizza with protein, when she makes what she calls:

"My Sweet Potato Cauliflower Pizza.

I use a 'sauce' of pureed sweet potato so that I get extra fiber and vitamins.

Then I top that with cheese, roasted cauliflower, shallots, and fresh herbs."

To keep it light, she uses a thin, pizza-style flatbread, and serves up a salad with beans,

for extra protein and fiber.

Get tossed

Dietitian Meredith Harper loves to throw together a salad for dinner.

She says,

"I often skip the lettuce and just chop up any other veggies I have on hand.

I add chickpeas or a veggie burger to the mix for some protein, and dress with olive

oil and lemon juice."

Make a snack

Dietitian Elena Paravantes Hargitt loves the evening dinner ritual she shares with her

husband.

After their kids hit the sack, the pair grabs a glass of wine, and they make a plate of

cheese, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini strips.

She says,

"And then we always have a salad with plenty of greens and nuts with an olive oil-balsamic

vinegar dressing.

It is satisfying but not heavy."

Make it mindful

Tracee Yablon Brenner of Triad to Wellness encourages enjoying dinner as an opportunity

to connect with friends and family.

She says,

"It is important to sit down and eat either as a family or with friends, if possible,

on a regular basis.

Dinner time is a good time to reflect on the day…

Have the phones off during dinner… and really engage in conversation."

Brenner loves a slow-cooker ancient grain chili, served with cilantro cream, for a well

balanced meal — any night of the week.

Find your go-to

You don't have to reinvent the wheel every night.

Life gets busy and messy, and having a few easy entree options in your back pocket can

keep you sane and satisfied.

Dr. Jenn Bowers says,

"My go-to dinner is Tilapia Tacos.

Everyone likes it.

Ingredients are always on hand.

Only takes 15 minutes...It covers protein, veggies and grains.

Win-win!"

Dietitian Georgia Rounder goes for easy enchiladas.

She does them up with refried beans, sauteed veggies — and of course, a little cheese

— all wrapped up in tortillas, and topped with Greek yogurt, and avocado.

Whatever your favorites, with these tips and a little mindful prep, you'll be nailing that

healthy dinner menu in no time!

Watching YouTube Isn't Helping You Wind Down, It's Ruining Your Sleep - Duration: 2:54.

Many of us watch TV or play games on our phones at night to unwind and switch into rest mode.

But more and more research says watching TV in bed or falling asleep in front of the TV

is really bad for your health.

With all the streaming services releasing full seasons as once, it's easy to get sucked

in and say "just one more" until suddenly it's 3am and you've spent half your sleep

hours yelling at Dustin and the Demogorgon!

Then, when you DO finally crawl into bed, you probably toss and turn and can't sleep.

Because not only are you staying up and getting all riled up, but the light coming out of

the TV itself is secretly messing with your body clock!

Humans naturally have a roughly 24-hour circadian cycle — for night owls it's a little longer

and for early birds it's a little shorter.

For humans, the cycle is highly influenced by light -- evolution tells us that when it's

light out we're awake and when it's dark we sleep -- which makes light a driver of

our body clock.

Electric lighting has kinda knocked that out of whack, and the devices we use have an even

stronger effect.

So, why you can't sleep after Leslie Knope's recall, isn't just your frustration, but

also specifically the type of light TVs emit.

TVs are mainly LCDs or LEDs, which emit a lot of high-frequency blue wavelengths of

light.

Blue wavelengths boost attention and reaction times, but but blue also has the strongest

ability to offset our body clocks.

A certain type of photoreceptor cell in our eyes called melanopsin retinal ganglion, send

signals to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, essentially the brain's master clock.

Blue light tricks it into thinking it's daytime.

When hit with blue, the SCN suppresses secretion of the hormone melatonin that helps us sleep,

and affects a host of other factors.

And it's not just TVs!

Tablets, phones and laptops all have this same blue problem.

As more and more of us take our phones to bed and text or check Instagram late at night,

we're getting the same blue light effects.

I know a lot of people use TV or scrolling social media to relax your brains; it is one

of the most passive activities we can do.

But even though it's good for relaxing, it's not good for falling asleep.

Blue light can delay your REM cycle enough to disrupt sleep, and if you're staying

up later to watch TV, the little sleep you are getting is going to be worse quality,

which can lead to a bunch of other problems.

And sadly, our devices aren't the only culprits.

Energy-efficient lighting also emits more blue wavelength light which raises a separate

environmental concern at odds with personal health.

The solution could be as simple as the right protection against blue light for night owls,

filters that cut blue light in favor of a reddish tint which you can get for your phone,

or you could just do my favorite thing… reading a real, paper book before bed.

For more science in your day, be sure to subscribe to Seeker, and if you're curious about what

happens when those TV binges go on, Jules has the details on what sleep deprivation

does in this video.

And in case you were wondering, watching TV on your laptop in bed is just as bad, not a loop hole.

Thanks again for watching.

Dr. Pillai's Holiday Message: How To Improve Finances, Relationships & Health - Duration: 25:08.

God Bless.

Happy Holidays.

I promised I would do a special message for you.

And I am here in front of the camera.

And I'm going to give you The Holiday Message.

Holidays are a very special time for everyone, including the business people for whom it's

a million dollar industry, or a multi-billion dollar industry.

And not all people are able to enjoy the Holidays because of constraints, and those who are

able to have a very good Holiday, "God Bless, and we share their happiness", but this

webcast focuses only, primarily, on people who are sad.

I want to divide the session into 3 main areas of: gift giving, sickness, and loneliness.

Gift giving is a great thing, and that's how you express your love to the other people.

You want to share the good things that you have with you.

But what if you don't have the resources to share?

Or you don't have the money even to visit your loved ones because the airplanes, the

air tickets are very expensive, these days.

So you feel really sad, you want to give, but there's not enough to give because you

are making very little money.

So I thought that I would focus on this, not only for the people who have been studying

with me, but this is a message for people all over the world who have constraints that

they want to do things for themselves, and for others, but then they don't have the

financial resources.

This is a very familiar problem for most people of the world, including people living in the

United States which is considered to be the most affluent country in the whole world.

But still here people are suffering without money especially during the Holiday Season

because their credit card has maxed out, and then there's no way that they can go, and

get money.

So what are you going to do?

What can you do on that?

So there was this King, that I have already spoken about, Vishwamitra, who wanted to bless

everyone with enough financial resources so that they don't have pain coming from lack

of money, because if you have solved the money problems then you have solved most problems.

So he meditated, and then he came up with a spiritual solution.

He gave the sound: Brzee, and I added the word Shreem, and this will make, create miracles

because these sounds are the primordial sounds that create matter, particularly money.

Now the Quantum Physics says that everything comes out of sound waves.

The String Theory, which is the latest theory in physics, which talks about how energy becomes

matter, and what is the primordial matter.

The primordial matter is just vibrations, sound vibrations, strings, that's why it's

called: "The String Theory".

This Shreem Brzee is a String Theory, you know, a string sound, if you will, a sound

that belongs to that.

It was given to me a long time ago, and I was skeptical, as many of you would be now.

But now I have no doubt in my mind that this is going to solve the financial problem on

an individual level, but also it will help for countries for suffering.

So it will change the economy of the countries too.

So Shreem Brzee, that's why I put them out on the Facebook, so you can go there.

More, and more things are getting revealed to me about Brzee sounds and how it has to

be used in many different, more profound ways, so I will share with you down the road.

I'm meditating on them, those two sounds, and how to enhance the effects of these sounds,

and also make sure you get the results.

So that's one thing.

When you have the money, gift giving is not a problem.

So this is my Holiday Message as far as the finances of people are concerned.

Then I want to address sickness, leading to death in some cases.

People are experiencing this reality too.

So this is a time that you really have to work on sickness.

Is it possible to stop sickness?

For instance, you are witnessing that you are aging, and you are witnessing also people

whom you have loved, your parents, and your grandparents, they are being, you know, not

functional, losing their mind, and living a very difficult life, and that leads to death.

So what is there that you can do now?

I have spoken about a Saint by name of Jnana Sambander, who at the age of 16 turned his

body into light, and left.

And how was he able to do that?

Because he reflected on sickness, and death, even at the age of 6 or 7.

"One day I'm going to lose my teeth, one day I am going to lose my eyesight, one day

I am going to lose my hearing, one day I am going to lose even my ability to walk, even

to eat my food, and this, these things are guaranteed for me, and all of the human beings,

and I don't want to wait until I get to that level."

So he came up with several techniques to get beyond sickness, aging and death.

So I would recommend you to go revisit my programs on Time Line Jumping, and also in

the same program, I talk about being in the Moment.

If you remain in the moment, the past will not intrude into your present, and will not

carry on into the future.

You have to stop the past.

"Yes, I was sick yesterday, and this moment is very new, and I am going to stop it".

This seems to be like an impossible task, but try it.

Try it.

The two moments are not connected.

And when you get into that level, then this technique is good for everything, not only

to deal with sickness, or lack of money, or lack of job.

"You did not have a job yesterday, today doesn't mean you should continue that".

This is a teaching that is applicable for all kinds of situations in life, even loneliness

which I am going to talk about in a moment.

So "Being in the moment" is very, very, important.

And I am not only going to theorize this concept, you have books written on How to be in The

Now, but what I want to give you, you know, this is my holiday gift for you: How can you

live in the moment?

You have to get out of the mind, because Time is Mind.

I am going to give you a technique to you.

You can do it as I am explaining this to you.

[Technique to Stop the Mind, Stop Time, and to Be in the Moment] Put your attention in

the two nostrils.

Say, Ich.

Ich.

And then focus on your brain.

Ich, momentarily you will suffocate Hold the breath, and leave it Ich Ich.

I give you permission to use this technique, and then make it popular because this will

certainly be like an aspirin that helps everyone with pain, put you out of the mind.

Then you will be in the moment, and what it does is: "It will help you to deal with

sickness, aging, and also the financial problems, and the next topic which I am going to talk

about which is loneliness."

So it will also help with loneliness.

Now in order to understand loneliness, you have to understand two things: One is aloneness,

and loneliness.

Aloneness is very beautiful, and I want to give that as an option to people.

When you are alone, you are not lonely.

What is this aloneness?

Aloneness is being yourself where you don't need the other person to fill a gap within

you, and this is a very evolved level of consciousness, and I just want to talk about this to people

who are wanting no relationship, who have said that: "I am done with my relationship.

I want to be just by myself, and then practice aloneness".

In the aloneness there is a relationship too, and that relationship is not with another

human person necessarily, but with your own Self, and your own Self is God, and that's

a very beautiful experience.

Then you can enhance that experience when you chant Om.

You can begin to chant like Ommmm, Ommmm, Ommmm.

Chant it for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and you'll feel that you are one with God.

Then what about people who are wanting relationship?

I have a new revelation.

I have introduced this sound: Kleem to attract relationship.

There are so many people out there who have been benefitted.

They have put their own You Tubes on Kleem, but this time I want to use Kleem in a different

way: "Just to see the letter Kleem in Sanskrit".

What it does, is it helps you to get out of the mind into another dimension.

By looking at this, a form, or how Kleem is being written in Sanskrit, you will be transported

into a different realm.

That's one.

And also a heart shape like we use during, like a Valentine's Heart, or the Sacred

Heart.

Just keep on staring at it while you are chanting Kleem, Kleem, Kleem, Kleem, Kleem.

You will certainly attract relationship.

This is a new teaching.

This is the first time I am sharing, and I am very happy to share it during this Holiday

Season.

When you are lonely, you just look at this Valentine's Heart, or Sacred Heart, or the

Kleem script as it is written in Sanskrit because it brings the male and the female

energy, the Yin and Yang.

I want to talk also this time about Jesus because Christmas is upcoming this is a very

important time.

Now you know that Jesus was not really born during this time.

He was born sometime in April, or some other time, but not in December, and this time got

picked up.

Why?

– Because this is the most important time astronomically speaking, the Sun shines on

Sagittarius, astronomically speaking, which is the Galactic center.

So the center of our galaxy is the Sag, and this is the time that we get the Sun's Grace.

it is very important that you should be able to resonate with Jesus, to get the maximum

benefit.

So there are people who are more into Jesus emotionally, and faith wise, and so it's

appropriate that I do that.

What I want to do for Jesus, is not to just repeat what usually the organizational representation

of Jesus, the churches particularly, have to talk about Jesus, but I am going to talk

about the original teachings of Jesus.

What he meant, why he came to this earth plane, what he did, and what are his teachings, and

what are his failures, and what he did say at the end.

At the end he said, I came here to do a job that I wasn't able to do because I am caught

up in this flesh, and blood.

That makes sense because Jesus was crucified 2000 years ago, but still we are suffering.

Why?

Because people have not adhered to the original teachings of what Jesus.

The original teachings of Jesus?

"I'm going to go, and I am going to send you "The Holy Ghost", or "The Holy Spirit".

God will send you "The Holy Spirit".

And people except for the Pentecostal Church, and some other charismatic churches, or some

other churches, people don't know how to use "The Holy Spirit".

So I am going to talk about "The Holy Spirit" and how it means the breath.

It is your breath, and I have done some teachings on that, but I will focus on that, plus other

things about the cross, and so forth.

That will be a webcast about Jesus, and how you can use his name, use the cross, use the

symbolism of the blood, because nobody really understands the symbolism of Jesus's blood,

and compare it to the Old Testament, Leviticus.

Leviticus is an Old Testament with a lot about teachings of sacrifice.

So these are solutions.

And this is an important time If you miss this time astronomically, then you have to

wait for one more year.

I want to do my own teaching that I have considerably revised, being in personal retreat in India,

and also after coming here to the US.

You can really re-create your destiny, or re-write your destiny.

There is a destiny for everyone, and you won't be able to re-write it unless you know certain

things.

First of all you should know what you want to do.

I asked yesterday, "What do you want to do in life?"

"I don't know".

That's the reason with many people.

If you don't know what you want and adhere to the goal that you have, and then come up

with game plans to actualize, and create that, then you will be running the karmic path dictated

by your destiny or karma.

If you don't do anything, and spend life unconsciously, which is the case with most

people.

About 99% of the people, or even more, 99.99% of the people run a karmic life.

So, "How to end karma, how to end your destiny?"

It's not only about reflecting on karma, which is also reflecting on how to create,

how to create a new destiny, how to create a calendar for you.

Month, by month, by month, what is going to happen to me?"

You have to make a commitment to yourself.

I will give you a road map.

I'll give you technique of how on a daily basis you can become more conscious, and end

old karma.

Human evolution is a very important project for me, and that's the only thing that makes

my life worthwhile for myself. God Bless.

CSULB Research Mentor Leilani Madrigal - Duration: 2:11.

My name is Leilani Madrigal. I'm assistant professor in the Department of

Kinesiology and I'm a BUILD mentor. My research is focusing on injured athletes

and looking at areas that could help with their recovery, specifically looking

at the social support they receive from coaches, athletic trainers, and teammates,

as well as the mental toughness that they are experiencing during this time.

So one area of mental toughness is being able to self-regulate your emotions. And

so we're using the software to work on the self-regulatory skills. And the idea

is when my heart rate and my breathing are in coherent paths, then we're at

coherent state of optimally regulating our emotions. So every research project I

do, I do with intentions of how can we apply this to the public? With the

injured athlete study, I really do hope to take what we learn from the needs of

our athletes here at Cal State Long Beach to the surrounding communities to

address how we can better help with their psychological response to the

injury. So I have students take a very active role in the assessment of data.

And then I like to have students go ahead and write up some of those results.

And they may be the lead in a poster submission to a national conference or a

student competition here on campus, but the idea is whatever project we do, that

student should be presenting at either a conference or working towards a paper together.

So I'm really taken initiative to try and help guide the research for graduate

students and undergrad students that are interested. I became a BUILD mentor for

the same reason I decided to come teach at a Cal State University. I do like the

teaching and the mentoring process. I like the creativity and the innovative

thinking that a lot of the undergrad students and graduate students bring. And

if there's a question that you have we can find out through research to kind of

unlock some of those mysteries that we had.

When I Went Into a Tailspin // Bayless Conley - Duration: 4:12.

Get ready to discover answers in the Bible

with Bayless Conley.

Philippians 4, verse 6: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything

by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and

the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ

Jesus.

Don't worry about anything.

Talk to God about everything, and He will give you peace.

You know, I was in a crisis quite a few years back.

I learned a very hard lesson.

I had entered into a business deal with someone on a handshake.

The person had come highly recommended to me; and, to me, my word is sacred.

I would rather die than not keep my word.

And he was a brother, and we shook hands.

And I'm sure some unexpected things happened in his life, but he ended up not keeping his

promises at all.

And it threw me into a very, very difficult situation.

I found myself in great need with no resource to cover the need, and it was… to me, it

was just insurmountable.

And, honestly, I went into a tailspin.

And that doesn't happen to me very often.

For the most part in life, I'm pretty even keeled.

I don't have, you know, great gusts of enthusiasm and go down into a deep well.

I just stay steady most of the time.

In fact, I have a few friends that accuse me of not having a pulse.

But that's not true.

But I went into a…

I mean, I went into a tailspin!

It was just hopeless to me.

And, I mean, for a couple of days this dark gloom and despair came over me.

And I remember I went out and sat in front of the house, sat down on the curb, and I

said, "God, what am I going to do?"

And I felt like the Holy Spirit spoke to me.

He said, "You just need to do what you preach."

(Do what you tell everybody else to do from the Bible.)

I said, "Oh, yeah."

So I did, and I had a pow-wow with God out there on the street.

I emptied my heart, and I asked God to help me.

And then I said, "Let your requests be made known with thanksgiving."

And I began to lift my hands and walk up and down in the street worshiping God and shouting

and thanking God.

And I know some of the neighbors heard me.

In fact, one guy I know for sure heard me because about a week later he's up on his

roof and he yells something.

I said, "What did you say?"

He said, "I said glory to God!"

Oh, okay!

And, you know, nothing about the circumstance changed, but everything changed.

That heaviness that was on me lifted, and I had a peace I couldn't explain.

My heart was full of peace.

Peace was resting on my mind like a blanket.

And I didn't know how it was going to happen, but I just said, "Put it in God's hand."

And you know what?

God actually did intervene and helped us from a very unexpected source, and we got through

something that I could see there was no way to get through it.

Don't worry about anything… not your kids, not your finances, not your health, not state-of-the-country

politics.

Don't worry about anything; but in everything, pray.

Let your requests be made known, and then thank God, and He promises to give you peace.
