I Eat Brains And Explain Zombies - Duration: 6:27.

Vsauce!

Kevin here.

I'm going to cook and eat this here... oh man... brain.

Here we go.

The zombie fanatics who made The Walking Dead: No Man's Land wanted my thoughts on why

people are fascinated with the brain-eating undead.

So I'm going to tell you in one take with no edits while this brain cooks.

Here we go.

The modern zombie creature -- contagious, flesh-eating, rising from the dead -- is not

that old.

Your Grandpa Joe didn't grow up knowing what a zombie is the way you do now.

Our zombie launched into the collective imagination with George A. Romero's 1968 classic film,

Night of the Living Dead.

The zombie has since become an awesome video game enemy, a horror and action entertainment

staple, and a barometer for modern social roles -- as well as a psychological mirror

for our own hopes, fears and anxieties.

We live in a mass information, global society, and zombies help us confront our individuality

and our mortality.

One of the main themes of zombie stories is powerlessness in the face of the impending

doom they bring.

The hordes of zombies never stop coming and every new victim who falls prey becomes part

of their sea of decay.

What's unique about zombies as a foe as opposed to say, aliens, is that they aren't

outsiders… they're us.

And because zombie-ism is a seemingly incurable contagion that spreads to anyone, it becomes

a pandemic, capable of infecting not just strangers but friends and family.

Panic over the widespread breakout of a fatal disease is an unfortunate, but all too real,

part of history.

I think my brain is burning.

Woah.

Things are getting crazy in Brainland.

Oh my god.

Listen, the Black Death wiped out somewhere between 30 to 60% of Europe's total population

in the 14th century.

We all know what it feels like to be sick, and we know the struggle to get healthy and

get back on our feet and live our lives.

The struggle to return to normalcy.

By fighting back against the symbolic zombie sickness, we stare death in the face and choose

life in the most literal way.

But it's not just a simple life and death conflict, it's also consciousness vs. unconsciousness,

a battle to prove that we are human.

While you can only stop a zombie by damaging its brain, zombies already suffer a great

deal of brain damage.

They have a damaged cerebellum which causes lack of motor skill coordination, a loss of

hypothalamic functioning that leads to insatiable hunger, they have no language, no memory,

no frontal lobe functioning.

No area of the brain responsible for consciousness and making humans… human.

Zombies are the mindless masses.

And becoming one of the mindless masses is a worry for individuals overwhelmed by the

infinite information, connections and communication modern society provides.

Our fear of slowly shuffling around reality in obscurity due to the complexity of our

world makes us fascinated with what would happen if it all stopped… being so complicated.

Post-apocalyptic scenarios give us a window into the simplicity of a life focused solely

on basic survival against the backdrop of a fallen contemporary civilization.

Peeling back the layers of interpersonal and societal problems and saying, "Your

Facebook drama doesn't matter now.

Do you want to survive?

Then grab a barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat and let's go."

Let's stand up to the temporal limits of our existence and figure out the best path

forward.

Together.

Because we aren't zombies.

Our mental capacity for consciousness is what makes us human.

So when it comes to zombies it really is all about… brains.

This doesn't look very cooked.

Wish me luck.

Oh, it's hot.

Ooooh.

Oh yeah.

I don't know what to say about that.

Ugh.

And as always - thanks for watching.

I'd like to thank AMC's official game, The Walking Dead: No Man's Land for supporting

Vsauce and inspiring this video.

Darryl and Negan.

PENNEY PEIRCE TEACHES US HOW TO USE THE POWER OF INTUITION COMBI - Duration: 4:23.

PENNEY PEIRCE TEACHES US HOW TO USE THE POWER OF INTUITION COMBINED WITH INTELLECT

BY THAIS GIBSON

Penney Peirce is a gifted intuitive with countless profound teachings.

Penney is not only an author of more than ten best-selling books, she is an international

speaker and teacher, gifted intuitive, and a pioneer of the shift.

During this hour-long interview with her, I was blown away by some of the most powerful

wisdom Ive come across, delivered with absolute grace.

Penney translates mind-blowing concepts with finesse and practicality so that we can apply

her teachings to our everyday lives.

Penney share what its like to grow up highly intuitive, what the new reality will look

like that were entering, and how to prepare yourself for the inspiring changes ahead.

What You Will Learn from This Interview Youll learn what your home frequency

is, and how to tune into it.

Youll find out how to clear what no longer serves, so that you can prepare for the next

steps.

Penney will share some tips and tools for making the soul your dominant reality.

Penney teaches us the importance of welcoming more of our own light into our lives.

This is an excellent watch if you are looking to learn practical tools to create powerful

change.

A few of the many transcendent lessons from this interview:

Bad circumstances dont have to be bad.

What does this mean?

When experiences happen that upset our ego, an important first step to processing begins

with not judging them as bad.

In Penneys words, bad circumstances are just data.

They are reflecting to us specific parts of our inner reality that we dont get to recognize

when were in the mindset of judging.

For us to better understand ourselves, we want to be able to remove the label from the

experience, accept the change, and focus on what each experience is telling us about ourselves.

From here, we can open to a new paradigm by choosing what we want to create next.

Penney shares a wonderful process for doing this step-by-step!

You cant get rid of anything, because there is no outside world.

Penney just throws down wisdom bombs like this the entire interview.

What does this mean?

All potential realities exist in a super-position soup of possibility.

Until our consciousness focuses on a desired outcome either consciously or subconsciously

(in this case you are not necessarily aware), a reality cannot come to fruition.

In Penneys words, every possibility exists in your personal sphere, and it is through

feeling what it is that you want and holding that very vibration, that you can step into

your creation.

Understanding gives us emotional immunity to fear.

How does this work?

We fear what we cant understand.

It is only through bringing our awareness to the situations we fear that we gain the

capacity to transmute the fear into peace.

We must investigate our fears.

We must question everything that makes us feel bad.

When we can be accountable enough for our reality and our emotional state through investigation

and introspection, we open ourselves to our light.

Why You Need to Watch and Learn More This entire interview is packed with wisdom,

grace, and expansiveness.

You will learn Penneys deep insights about what we have ahead as a collective, and how

to move through your own ascension process more smoothly.

You will gain insight into how to open yourself to your own light.

We are often afraid of our own light at a subconscious level.

With Penneys wisdom and some profound tools, you are empowered to facilitate the necessary

steps to transcend this limiting paradigm.

My American Themed B'day Party | Greetings from the Netherlands - Duration: 6:21.

Good afternoon! Good afternoon! How are you lovely people doing?

Guess what? It is my birthday today. It is my twenty-second birthday.

And my theme? I'm back from the USA.

Oh my gosh! A Fiat 500. - A Fiat 500?

Aw!

I just want to share something with you, because there's this tradition in the Netherlands

where, for some reason, at every single birthday there's sausages. It's like liver sausage.

And then there's this different sausage.

And there also is a plate of cheese, and it always goes around and around and around across the bunch of chairs

or couches that are placed in a certain room where the birthday is celebrated.

And I just thought it was fun to show you the process of that.

Yum. This is what you call birthday soup.

We always make it on our birthday, but I don't know if anyone notices this...

This time it's special, because it's actually vegetarian.

Oh! We're playing beer pong, which is awesome.

Argh. Trick shot!

We did back and forth, remember?

Oh wait, you don't do trick shot? - No, no.

What the heck? - I actually kinda like it. Now you need to do a trick shot.

So with your other hand, or behind your back. - So with your other hand?

Ah! - Oh!

Almost. - Yes.

Hey!

So, we can watch this on YouTube? - Yes.

Hello men.

Hello. Cheers!

Hey!!

Wow!

Do you play this often? - In America, yes. - Yes?

There's also a game: blow the cards. - Wow! - Do you know that? - What? - Blow the cards.

With a cup and you've got cards. - I haven't played that too often. - No, I've never played that.

Oh, um. What was that one game? Slap, stunt, death?

I don't know that. - I've never played that either. - I have, but it sucks.

Ah. - Do you want to throw? - I'm not sure if Sharon wants too still.

Ah, #$%.

Ah.

Moving screens. - Yes, great technique dad.

Why do you do that? Do you think that works better?

Then the dirt falls off. Look.

Well, that didn't work.

Now you can call an island. - Oh, yes.

When Nicky films, it's with commentary. - OK. - OK. Phy throws the ball. - Yes, but I've got a trick shot. - Oh no! She has a trick shot!

No, Phy, just go. - Trick shot, wow!

That was so off. So stupid. - Yes.

Well, my last one. - OK, now it's Sharon's turn. - Everyone ready? - No, does it need to be now?

Oh, almost. - Oh, Sharon, so crooked. I wonder is you have

eyes in your head. Do you have that? - Oh, Nicky. - OK, she has eyes.

Yes, I've got eyes.

Crooked!!! Does Phy have eyes?

Let's check... - OK. - Oh, she's cross eyed. That explains a lot. - This one has to go in.

Oh dang. - Far over!

Oh! - Well... - I scratched you.

Yes, indeed. - If it doesn't touch the table, you may distract the other as long as you don't touch it and prevent the ball from going into the cup.

Oh, oops. - Guys, you're throwing too hard. It's going over every time.

Sa, who do you think is going to win? - Sharon.

Boys and girls, after I ended that last video

the game continued for another 15 minutes. No one made the cup,

because they're both crooked, but in the end there is

an actual winner, and I'm going to interview her. Hey Sharon! - I won. - Hey Sharon, how do you feel?

Yes, it really feels like a victory. I've worked for this for a while, and it

has been a tough journey. I've gotten help from various corners.

And when you get to victory like this,

well... That feeling is indescribable. - I can read it off of your face, and what does this

victory do for your further career?

Impact wise? - Well, it of course is a beautiful... I'm not saying it'll make my

entire career, but it for sure is a great step upwards to a greater goal.

And I think I can reach this greater goal with more ease because of this...

Yes... this victory. - OK. - I'm not assuming... - Well, Sharon...

The time is up, so thank you for this conversation. Enjoy the victory, and hopefully we'll

see you next year. - Yes, yes. You can almost be certain. - OK, thanks. Bye!
