in natural condition your protein is never shot it is well taken care of only
if you are a constantly travelling person and you can't manage your diets
then it's a little so such people should carry nuts with them I mean apart from
yourself
is it better than to eat fruit right in the night like twice a week or every day
it is good if you can go on fruit diet in the night one diet you eat cooked
meal with some amount of salads and things night you just go on natural diet
or just fruit people over 35 will be fine with that kind of diet
