Today,

I got a new kitchen knife!!

wow!!

So I will introduce a new kitchen knife and try it^^

Next,

I'll chopping the lemon^^

Chop the lemon into 8 pieces.

Oh!!

I have ever chopped to put some muscle.

But, I don't need to put muscle by using the knife^^

I can chop the lemon like a fruit knife.

I could chop the lemon beautifully^^

Finally, I'll chop the tomato (like a mail order^^)

So I introduced a new kitchen knife^^

And I tried the knife.

When I chop the vegetables, It's light! (I don't need to put some muscle^^)

now that you have eaten food we can talk about food why do we need food to get

energy or something you eat food because you want to get

energy not today's food but in normal terms if you need a full stomach will

you become all energy you become later ship on an empty stomach how much energy

we all have even that will go away after you eat the photo first one and a half

two hours the food seems to be taking away energy from the body slowly energy

starts coming back if you have to digest any food certain enzymes are necessary

for the digestive process to happen all the enzymes necessary for the digestive

process have not present in the body alone the food that you eat also brings

these enzymes when you cook the food generally you're destroying almost 90

percent of these enzymes so when you eat this food - the enzyme the body cannot

digest it so it is trying to reconstitute some of the enzymes that

have been destroyed in the cooking process all of it can never be

reconstituted if you are eating clean home food I would say you are digesting

on the system now to get this much energy you're feeding this metamaterial

with the necessary enzymes the digestive process would have been so much faster

and the quantum of food that you need would be so much less because you're

eating food - the enzymes the volume of food that you need is so much more if

you consume food with the necessary enzymes that means in uncooked condition

you will see you will never feel that lethargic space after eating how much

ever you eat you will be fine an alert now when we eat food after all

it's fuel for the body plan so if you put fuel into any machine you must put

the right kind of fuel that the machine is designed for if you put some other

fuel it may manage to still run but it will not function at its optimal level

and also its lifespan could be greatly reduced so what kind of fuel is this

machine designed for you've got a gasoline car and you pump diesel into it

and it will still function but never at its optimal level and definitely its

span will be considerably curtailed so what kind of food is this machine

designed for if you look at the animal kingdom you can broadly classify animals

into two categories carnivores and herbivores

carnivorous animals are those which eat meat and herbivores are those which

consume vegetable matter between the two of them if you look at the way their

body is constructed between carnivores and herbivores it is distinctly

different especially if you look at their digestive system you will see

there is a stark difference between the herbivores and carnivores

when I say digestive system it is not just here in the stomach digestion

starts from your lip and ends with your anal outlet in so many levels digestive

processes happening this whole pipe from lip to anal outlet which we refer to as

elementary canal digestion is happening on many different levels starting from

your teeth so you know the herbivores there are incisors in the front and

well-developed molars at the back these are cutting teeth those are chewing

decided not to give it to you if you were a little further if you notice

see it has only cutting action have you noticed the herbivores they always have

well you just gulp it down now you are not only giving this part of the

digestive system undigested food you are giving it partially destroyed food that

means you are not at all making use of one part of the digestive system but

constantly overburdening another part of the digestive system of all the antacids

produced in the world you know what i entice its you pop them of all the

antacids probably produced in the world US citizens are consuming 50% of the

antacids in the world they are only 4% of the world's population but they're

consuming 50% of the antacids this says everything about your eating habits now

the way you eat is not only about your body it also decides the very way you

influenced by what you eat let's go a little deeper into the elementary you

know if you look at the length of the elementary canal you would see in all

length of their body in all the herbivores it's approximately six times

12 to 15 hours to pass through the system if you eat a fruit it will take 1

and a half to 3 hours to pass through the system if you keep a piece of meat

raw meat here for next 72 hours what happens it rots in which season would it

rot very quick summer when the conditions are hot and humid rotting

will happen very quick rotting means heavy bacterial action in your body it

is always summer it's hot and humid whatever rots here rots much faster

within you if you keep this in your body for 72 hours God knows what's happening

happens in the system much faster if you keep some vegetable cooked to vegetable

the system if you keep a fruit here for 3 hours what happens no change at all

that's the way it goes through the system any food which remains in the

system for long periods of time means heavy bacterial action dullness and

lethargy will sit in unless you maintain a very highly physical kind of life you

will have a problem staying alert because it will bring dullness to both

your body and your mind people have to be highly physically

active to digest that kind of food and still be alright

now you are eating the way you're eating simply because my father ate this way my

grandfather did this way his father also ate this way so I also eat this way what

you need to understand is the level of activity that your grandfather was

performing and the level of activity that you are performing is very very

different yes it is totally different it is nowhere comparable accordingly our

food has to change it's very very important otherwise body will suffer all

kinds of diseases that people had not imagined is coming because one reason is

you're eating senselessly without filling the body without asking the body

you're just pumping food because your doctor says so your nutrition man says

so these people keep changing their opinions every two years

isn't it so when it comes to food you must ask the body with what kind of food

your body is most comfortable that is the food the body should be given food

is not about your mind your mind will say all kinds of nonsense food is about

the body you must learn to listen to the body when it comes to food you should

consult nobody except the body because food is about the body body knows food

because body is food isn't it if you eat something if it makes you very alert in

agile that's good food to eat this does not mean you consume stimulants where

there are no stimulants but just the food keeps you alert and calm that's a

good food to eat if it makes you darlin lethargic that means the system is

having trouble handling it if any food makes you dull and lethargic if the

whole body for a patch of the tongue is not an intelligent thing to do and I go

WOW taste is a conditioned response whatever you're conditioned that will be

tasty for you now those of you who are in this culture the food that you're

eating is pretty tasty for you you ask the Indians they'll laugh at you without

spice what food they can't believe that you could be eating that food without

all this price that they're eating with they think you would even how cows won't

sufficient work for the doctors and hospitals to a large number of ailments

that people have the source is in their food improper food improper attitudes if

they just take away these two things 70% of the ailments in the world will go
