Waching daily May 11 2017

Meditation... meditation has so many benefits in this world that you wouldn't believe could

come from just sitting down alone, closing your eyes, and not thinking.

It can even help with NoFap, which is most likely why you're on my channel here at KreativeVein.

So today, I'll be going over the top 7 benefits of meditation which will be animated on screen.

Also, there are different types of meditation out there but what I am talking about is mindfulness

meditation.

Regardless, you will most likely experience all of these betterments in your everyday

life no matter what style of meditation you use.

Before we get into this be sure to smash that subscribe button like you'll be smashing your

goals, and also hit me up on Twitter @KreativeVein if you want to stay updated and talk to me.

So the 1st benefit of meditation is losing your anxiety.

In the past, I would be overwhelmed with anxiety.

It's not that I couldn't perform if I had no clue what was going on and I had to act

on the spot, but it was when I had to plan things out in which I would become truly scared.

I would be so nervous before going up to talk in front of a class, or even for just talking

to someone new, my heart would be pounding, my hands would get sweaty, and sometimes my

speech patterns would be messed up and in turn I would become more and more anxious

later on.

That's why I used to stay silent -- and I see this all the time, people who are socially

anxious.

However, with meditation, you train your brain to stay focused on the now.

Enjoying the present rather than being nervous about the future.

And yes, you have to plan for the future and prepare, but that's not the point.

The point is to be here right now, to actually be happy with the now, and not to worry about

if you fuck up later on.

Because even if you do fuck up, it's ok, that was the past, now we can move on.

The more present you are, the less thoughts are in your head (most of which are negative

and fear-based), and the less fear you have of the future.

To be honest, there really is no reason for anxiety in this world -- after reading the

50th Law, I realized that all of us will die one day, and you have to accept that.

And once you can overcome the fear of death, you can overcome anything.

Meditation lets you enjoy the now, because that's all you have, no matter how good or

bad it is.

The second benefit is that it helps with NoFap.

With consistent and longer periods of meditation -- right now I'm only around 10 minutes per

day, I've become more and more aware of how my thoughts flow and when to stop myself.

Instead of acting instinctively and relapsing to a hot video on YouTube like this one, just

playing... but instead of being completely reliant on instinct, I am able to stop my

sexual thoughts from the beginning.

Even if I start to type something pornographic, well I'm stopping right then and there and

doing 15 pushups.

It makes you more aware of yourself overall.

The third benefit, going off the last point is that you become more self-aware and you

become more aware of others.

You can learn more about yourself.

You listen to your body more, and you have an increased ability to understand your flaws

and fix them as well as being able to control yourself more.

You know what move is right and which move is wrong, and it is much easier to pick the

right choice rather than clinging to instant gratification like pornography, junk food,

or even just excessively doing small things like listening to too much music rather than

working or playing too many video games.

You also know how to read other people more.

When you are out of your head, when you're calm, and when you're in the present moment

being aware of the environment around you, you can sense if someone is nervous or mad.

You get a feel for other people better and this allows you to cultivate better relationships.

Before I would be seen as annoying because I didn't care about what others felt, I just

wanted to fuck around and roast people.

Now I know how to adapt much better than before based on a person's mood.

Number four is that you are happier.

If you've seen my previous video on how to be happy, a question that I asked myself so

much because even though I was improving in life, I always wanted more.

I wanted more friends, I wanted more subscribers, I wanted to look better, everything.

And then after testing with so many things, it turned out living in the present was the

key, and the way to practice that is to not get lost in thoughts by meditating.

You literally give your brain a rest and use it only when necessary, and trust me, it works.

I've become much more witty when roasting other people.

You are happier when you don't care too much about the outcome, but rather enjoy the experience.

To be honest, if I enjoy my journey on YouTube, and don't get 1 million subscribers which

is the goal, so what?

It's just a fucking number.

I enjoyed myself and used the time well, which is what you learn.

You learn to be happy with what you have, but also to keep moving if that's what you

really want.

Benefit number five is just being overall, more healthy.

There have been countless studies on this topic.

Not only is being happier healthier, and monks are known to be much more happy than the average

person, but fertility is increased (because stress kills sperm and you reduce stress with

meditation), your immune system is boosted, you have lower blood pressure, and your entire

brain is changed to be more controllable and less negative.

This is almost like a cheat to life, you sit down and enjoy breathing in and out, needing

nothing else, and the rest of your life is boosted tremendously.

The sixth and second to last benefit is that your concentration increases.

Once again studies have proved this and you can research this yourself if you want more

evidence, but in a test where participants who meditated and those who didn't were given

a boring exam, those who meditated did much better.

While you don't want to spend your life doing mundane tasks, this not only shows you can

enjoy the little things in the now, for me walking outside and breathing in fresh air

is amazing, and socializing is much more fun, but it also shows that you can put in dedicated

time and effort into repeated actions which lead to mastery.

Kobe Bryant for instance meditates as well, and for a man like him to be able to work

6 hours a day 6 days a week on a sport that is extremely physically and mentally taxing

over and over, you have to enjoy the small progression, and that's what not needing anything

gives you.

Meditation is simply nothing.

No thoughts, just you living.

The seventh and final gift of meditation is that you learn to not give a fuck.

This is where we started from, less anxiety, but not just not having your heart pounding

when you need to step out of your comfort zone -- you also learn that most things are

trivial as fuck and if they don't matter in the long term, you don't have to stress about

it.

I stopped caring so much about school because I know it's something I do not enjoy and that

there are other options.

So instead of staying up all night on that, I can use my time better.

Even if something does matter to me I realize that nothing is permanent.

I had this epiphany when I saw a girl singing one time.

I was thinking -- fuck... she's hot man I'd tap that shit quick.

But then I realized, even that shit fades.

One day she'll be old and the sex appeal will be gone (unless you like grandma's haha)...

but legit, everything is temporary.

One day we'll all be gone, and this YouTube channel will probably fade away or YouTube

will be deleted.

So why do you have to stress so much?

You don't, make sure you learn from the past and plan for the future, but when you're taking

action, just enjoy it.

That's all that I've learned from meditation.

It has many other benefits and if you want a video on how to meditate let me know in

the comments section down below.

Once again you can hit me up @KreativeVein on Twitter for more, and that's all I've got.

It's Kevin from KreativeVein, peace.

Ascension Ancient Times vs Modern Day - Duration: 10:47.

Ascension - Ancient Times vs Modern Day

by Alisha Brach,

In our history, the world has gone through many cycles of planetary Ascension and during

those times the wisdom keepers and the ones who had the foresight and the knowledge knew

that the change was coming.

They also knew that moving into a higher level of existence meant that they wouldnt be

able to move through it without transforming the lower levels of emotions with fear being

the primary source which would hold them back.

Because fear cannot exist when moving through to higher frequencies, for the pure fact that

when you move into the higher dimensional levels our thoughts, feelings and emotions

become an instantaneous manifestation.

By having fearful thoughts and lower level emotions you would rapidly manifest that into

your own reality.

So, during the ancient times they would go through a series of initiations which would

help each person transform and evolve beyond their human limitations and fears.

Of course, during these times the fears which they had were very different to what we have

present day.

And the societies in which they lived were structured very differently to where we are

living currently.

These initiations can be seen throughout many ancient cultures in Egypt, and the America

(Inca, Mayan & Aztec) each different in their own ways and designed for what was needed

in their own societies at that time.

For example, lets look at the Ancient Egyptians they had initiations chambers designed for

each level of human fear and lower emotions.

Each would correspond to a Chakra as through each of the Chakra system resonates with different

aspect of fears and emotions.

The Base Chakra being connected with our survival and security, the Sacral Chakra connected

to our feminine aspects and sexuality, Our Solar Plexus which is connected with our sense

of self and personal power, the Heart connected with unconditional love and it goes on into

the higher Chakra levels.

These chambers which were set up for initiations were created almost a maze which were inhabited

by alligators and snakes, which posed very real threats to personal survival.

Many people who went through these initiations would go through them and come out surviving

and then be told that they had failed only to repeat it again.

In most cases, there would be no real physical threat to the person, it was completely set

up as simulation so that they would face their fears and transmute them exposing that their

fears are simply an illusion projected by their human minds.

A lot of their initiations would seem quite barbaric in the way we view of today.

However, they were very effective because it allowed these people to go through terrifying

experiences and come out stronger and would have transmuted fears and shed a layer of

emotions which were holding them back.

And simply see beyond the illusion of human fears.

So, when we look at where we are in our present day, once again going through this cycle of

planetary changes and ascension.

We are all going through stages of initiations which are enabling us to let go, heal and

transmute our own fears and lower level emotions.

And part of this process is very different and we are living is different times, in a

completely different era, where things that potentially pose as threats back then arent

valid in our current day society.

Even though our core fears and emotions may be the same they are exposed to us in variety

of different ways.

So, many people have had to go through enormous amounts of change, restructuring in their

lives.

From losing loved one, people passing away and the pain and hurt associated with great

loss, this could also be through the end of relationships.

Other aspects could be losing money, homes, and businesses.

And many people feeling like they are losing their sanity and that is all part of this

process, as we lose our minds we can attain a higher level of consciousness.

This current day Ascension has been set up quite differently to what it was in the past,

at this time is a great reminder that we are the creators, we are the one who have already

written this story line, even down to the very small details.

We are the script writers, the casting directors and the main star of this amazing story of

our current lifetime.

We have set up our own initiations knowing how we would most benefit, how our souls growth

would most benefit from letting go of old programming and old ways which no longer server

as we move forward into New Earth.

We knew before coming here what would be for our highest good, and we knew what type of

experiences we would need to go through to be able to attain our own level self-mastery.

Our Higher Self always knows that everything is going to work out and everything is going

to be fine.

We just need to get through this transition phase.

So, when you reflect back on your own life and look at what has turned your life upside

down and inside out and back around again, just know that it is restructuring in a way

to create the most idyllic life you could possibly have.

This is such an incredible profound time in Human Evolution, however as we are going through

the transition and we try to cling on to our previous lives and human emotions it can be

incredibly painful and challenging, however it all for the benefit of our highest potential

in this lifetime.

So, whatever has been taken away, its simply creating space for much better, much more

serving and more prosperous and fulfilling experiences and future for ourselves and all

humanity.

As we go through what would be sometimes incredibly intense times, remind ourselves that what

is inevitable are changes and things are constantly changing around us in every moment.

As we go through these heavy emotions and purge them out remind yourself that you are

doing an amazing job and look at just how far you have come.

As we are shed lifetimes of pain, trauma and undesirable experiences all for the purpose

of soul expansion.

So, honor where you are at, wherever that might be.

And in the hard times try to detach yourself from what you are feeling and by looking at

objectively as though watching a movie.

Simply asking yourself what am I learning from these experiences?

How have I grown through this journey?

And it can be a lot easier to find the clarity we seek in our uncertain moments.

As once we understand the lessons that we have set up for our own personal and soul

development, we can move forward and no longer do we need to have that experience presented

in our lives again.

For most of us who have the foresight and wisdom of the new Era, its possible we

didnt at first see the transformation as it happened.

We didnt know that it was occurring and have been finding ourselves in all sorts of

situations.

Such as impatiently wanting to move into our wider communities and work together for the

benefit of all.

Our strong desire is to engage in meaningful work, based around what we love and use our

gifts and talents.

We are getting there and we are all contributors to this new Earth.

In each moment, we are going through our own internal growth and personal shifts, we make

space for humanity to shift and grow.

This is all through what we are experiencing in each moment as we are deeply connected

in unity consciousness.

So, as we collectively go through shifting and working through releasing and letting

go of our lower level emotions and fears, we are fully embodying what it takes to transform

these emotions.

And a lot of the fears which we have in our present day arent necessarily around being

attacked by Alligators and snakes, they are more in the sense of our Modern-day experiences

which are presented by loss of money or homes.

Losing friends and family.

And one of the biggest ones for people who are contactees and who are having these interdimensional

experiences is personal reputation, that can be massive for many going through the awakening

process especially if it happens quite rapidly.

They start to have other worldly experience that many of the people in their lives simply

cannot to relate with as we are all at different levels soul development and awakening for

now

As human beings, we hold such importance to fitting in as that what society has

taught us to do over generations.

Yet we are at a point now where its just about truly honoring who you are and what

you have come forth to do for this time of expansion.

This is a tremendous opportunity to fully transform and to become who we truly are,

our soul essence and be the best version of ourselves so we can in order to serve others

in the highest form in whichever way we chose to be of service.

So no matter where you are in your journey, no matter what it is that you are currently

facing look at what you have already overcome through shedding the lower level aspect of

ourselves, step-by-step, day-by-day polishing that beautiful diamond one facet at a time,

becoming that brilliant beacon of light that shines deeply within all of us, and we are

just polishing off some of the residual so our collective inner light can shine much

more brightly and illuminate for ourselves, for the planet for the people around us

and becoming whole in the process.

ROTHSCHILD OPENS NEW OFFICE IN SILICON VALLEY - Duration: 4:01.

ROTHSCHILD OPENS NEW OFFICE IN SILICON VALLEY

One of the oldest and wealthiest families in the banking industry is expanding into

Silicon Valley, having opened a new business consultancy office in San Francisco aimed

at technology at companies.

Robert Leito, the head of Rothschild Global Advisory, said of the expansion: "We have

been serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area for some time, and the opening of

our office there will allow us to strengthen our team, ensuring that our clients continue

to have access to the best people and advice, " ROTHSCHILD FAMILY EXPANDING INTO SILICON

VALLEY

The new San Fransisco office follows the recent opening of a new office in Chicago, and the

expansion has seen the firm headhunt several high-profile figures from the world of consultancy,

including Chris Gaertner, who becomes the new global head of technology.

The Rothschild family have been one of the wealthiest in the history of the world, boasting

the largest private fortune ever amassed in the 19th century.

In more modern times their interests and financial portfolios are varied, with family members

owning businesses in areas such as high finance, real estate, mining, agriculture, and winemaking.

There are theories tying the Rothschild family to the Illuminati, Freemason organizations

and other new world order conspiracies.

The news of their expansion into the world of technology will therefore not be universally

welcomed.

The Rothschild family is also accused of having masterminded economic crashes in several countries

to profit from the buying and selling of financial products such as stocks and bonds.

If such a family or company were linked to the Illuminati, controlling and influencing

the joint areas of global banking and technology would make them immensely powerful.

Not only this but it would allow them to develop technologies with the ability to spy on, control

or otherwise influence the world population directly.

Being Jewish in ancestry, the Rothschild family are also the subject of many far right conspiracy

theories, such as the idea that they along with other influential Jewish families secretly

control the world.

These theories not fitting with the Illuminati theories since the Illuminati are thought

to come from a relatively wide variety of backgrounds.

New Update - What we know about the Boat! Clash of Clans 2017! - Duration: 6:04.

Let's talk about the New Clash of Clans

Update! What is going on guys Judo Sloth

here coming at you today

with a video discussing the New Clash of

Clans Update and exactly what we know.

Now I have played the update guys, it is

massive, it's absolutely phenomenal and

it's definitely worth the wait guys. If

you do want to keep up to date with all

of the latest information, as soon as

we're able to release gameplay as well, I

will be bringing it onto the channel so

make sure you subscribe using the button

there below. Now I do, just before we get

into this video I want to apologize for

my lack of videos this previous week. I

was actually in Finland visiting

Supercell Headquarters and I'm also

doing a bit of work behind the scenes

revamping the way that I make videos and

my setup. boring stuff guys but I've

also been working on a different type of

video, hopefully get that out to you in

the next day or so, so make sure to stick

around for that. But getting into this

video what do we know about the update.

Now there's a lot of leaks and

speculation going around guys, but none

of this is confirmed so what can you

decipher from this, how do you know that

any of this is true, I don't want you to

get your hopes up through any of these

possible leaks and speculation all of

this stuff because there's lots of the

internet, that's why I wanted to do this

video just discussing what's official,

what supercell have actually said. Now

the most important thing, when is it

coming out? Well supercell have said that

they're planning for this update to be

released in May. Now we're already getting

through to almost the middle of May so

hopefully in the next couple of weeks

we'll see this update, but again I don't

want you to take this the wrong way,

supercell have just said they have

planned for May, so it might not be this

month, it could be next month guys, but

like I said they've planned for this

month,

hopefully they're still on schedule so you should

see the update in the next couple of

weeks going off what they said. Now like

I say I have played it and it's massive,

it's absolutely brilliant I love it and I

know it's going to go down well with the

community but it's not Town Hall 12. Any

of you guys thinking oh the massive

update, you don't have to worry about

having to upgrade that Town Hall, saving

them resources for all of them new

structures because Town Hall 12 is not

coming in this update. We are also not

getting level 13 walls. So a lot of you

guys might be thinking oh the wall grind,

trying to save up your gold and elixir, you

don't have to worry about walls in this

one guys, level 13 walls aren't coming. As

with previously in one of the previous

updates there we had to save up dark

elixir in order to upgrade our heroes to

level 45, but they've also said that hero

levels are not coming in this update. No

new hero levels for this massive update.

So what do we know is coming? Well we

know there's a boat. The ship is

confirmed, it's on your village right now,

there's also this Captain's Log using

the hog rider and the wizard which

are traveling across the shore what is

across those shores guys, that is the

question. There is an achievement called

unbuild it that's also coming in the

update, we know that, that's confirmed but

up until this point that is all that

supercell have told us. So anything else

that you see is pure speculation guys,

this is exactly 100% everything that we

know I've just mentioned in the video

there guys. Now there is another way,

like I said subscribe to my channel I'll

bring you all of the updated gameplay

and information as soon as I can but

there's also a a method that supercell

released where you can get a text

message the second that the update goes

live. Now what you need to do is go to

the website all aboard

and in all aboard the ship, all aboard

dot clash of clans dot com. You'll then

sign up to that, I'll put that in the

description of this video but you'll

sign up to that and supercell will send

you a text message as soon as the

update goes live, so that you can jump on

it and start playing the new clash of

clans update. Now like I said they have

planned to have this in May so hopefully

we don't have to wait too much

longer guys, like I say it is definitely

worth the wait.

No TH12, no level 13 walls, no new

hero levels, but there is a boat, what is

across the shores though? It's planned

this month, make sure to subscribe to the

channel to stay up to date with all of

the information and make sure to check

out that website if you do want a text

message update as soon as the update

goes live. That's it for this one guys

drop me a comment in the description of

this video, in the description, drop me a

comment in the comment section of this

video letting me know what you want from

this update. Maybe your top 3 things that

you would like to see and when the update

drops you can then get back in touch and

let me know if any of your hopes and

aspirations for this update have came

true. That's it for this one guys I just

wanted to check in, put the record

straight and show you what supercell

have actually said about this update

that is it. I've been your host judo

sloth make sure to subscribe for more

clash of clans and until next time peace

out guys. Stay tuned for more CoC.

ФТМ: Немного о фаллопластике - FTM: About bottom surgeries (Dimi) - Duration: 7:28.

Welcome everybody to Paperboy!

This week with the topic: Do I plan bottom surgeries?

A cool coincidence indeed!

Not knowing what paperboy's topic will be, I made a video with the same topic for my own channel.

"What kind of surgeries exist." And will have posted it by the time this vid will be uploaded.

This is a very private question actually.

Do I want surgeries or not.

In our videos, what questions not to ask, I think, all of the paperboys, including myself, said that such question is inappropriate (most trans* people don't want to hear it).

However this channel and my own one are made in order to bring information to people.

To those, who might think about these topics and don't have enough sources of information.

So, in my case, the answer to this question is not a secret. But, if asked on the street, I wouldn't answer.

anyway

I do plan phalloplasty.

I am almost sure about the clinic, too.

And this means for me that I have done or am going to do the following steps:

I already have the meeting the costs for the bottom surgeries, covered by the health insurance.

This was a long process, which I described on my channel.

The next step will be: getting rid of hairs on the skin of the donnor site.

This will most probably be here, on my forearm.

The TERMINATOR comes to mind: when he is ripping his skin off of his arm like this.

and then moves his fingers... This is how my arm will probably look.

After this the skin from some other site, like e.g. the leg will be used to cover the forearm.

After the hair removal, which takes a few months, follow surgeries like:

Uplifting the clit and connecting the urethra to it.

So one can pee standing up.

Together with this first surgery a special silicone tube is placed in here under your skin.

It is worn for about 6 months

After that the skin graft off of the forearm is taken and attached to the place it needs to be.

The new phallos is formed.

The pre-surgery which was made as the first step - the small penis -

is now connected with the new "neo-phallus".

There are a few possibilities of what to do with the clit: it can be put inside the penis, or left outside (on the side).

Such things are decided upon with the surgeon.

The third surgery is the implantation of silicone testicles.

And forming of the glans.

And the fourth surgery is implantation of the pump.

There are different types of pumps. Some of them are hydraulic and have a reservoir.

This reservoir is put inside instead of one of the testicles.

So, this was a short explanation of surgeries.

I really think, I have to state a few things in this video.

The decision in favour of such surgeries is not an easy one.

And you shouldn't make it without having weighted all possible pros and conts.

I think, such decision making is a process in itself

similar to the decision, if one should start a transition or not

if one should start hormone therapy or not

It can be and is life changing in most cases.

Everybody must decide for themselves, if they should take the risks of the surgeries.

Because a man is a man, no matter, if he has a penis or not.

Everybody has to understand and to decide,

if having a penis is really important for them.

These surgeries are very complicated and there are no guarantees that

you really will be able to pee standing up

that you really will have a great feeling down there, while having sex

that the shape and size are going to be appropriate

and that you won't have an even bigger bottom disphoria, if you

go to an nudist' beach, for example

You have to know that there can be various complications

In the worst case it will fall off and you'll have to go through everything again, if you have the nerves for it.

The complications may be very different... peeing problems, for example...

The physician can make mistakes, too..

For example, I've heard of a situation, where the physician hurt the bladder using the cauter during hysterectomy

And this transperson couldn't pee normally

Because the urin escaped the bladder internally

And the urin came out through his bottom...

All these things are not fun at all

It is great indeed, that so many trans guys are sharing their stories.

And I am going to do so, too.

I just want to say: it's not fun

In German one would say: "Don't take in on a light shoulder"

Meaning: take this question very seriously!

And don't let the society push you

A society, which tells you, that only that man is really a man, who has a dick.

Thanx for watching! CU next time!

Spotlight: Shaka Senghor. From doing 20 years in prison for murder to becoming an activist - Duration: 9:29.

yes!!! American versatility in the flesh.

what's going on YouTube family, today we're

going to be spotlighting mr. Shaka Senghor

he's actually a social

activist and this is a autobiography he wrote

called writing my wrongs life, death, and

redemption in an American prison um so

if you guys don't know this actually a

New York Times bestseller. man it is very

well written so if you guys don't know

man mr. Shaka Senghor um he actually

that's actually his new name, he actually

changed his name while going through

kind of like on his redemptive process

um in prison but he actually got locked

up in 1991 when he was 19 years old on

murder.

he um he subsequently got convicted on

second-degree murder, he actually killed a

man and um and man it it kind of saw the

book kind of details like how he got

into the situation to like his

upbringing um and then of course like

his experiences in prison which kind of

like made him uh kind of changing and

reorders life man and really become like

an activist man and more for the

people instead of raping and pillaging

the community which he was doing as a

drug dealer before so man I actually

enjoyed this man cuz it's a little

different than normal kind of like um

prison autobiographies because man Shaka

actually came up in a middle-class

neighborhood so he probably didn't even

need to all the way jump out there in terms of

like financially but um I actually come

up in a I would say lower middle-class

household family um and so like I like I

never had to like go hungry um but you

know we wasn't eating like steak and uh

you know filet mignon and stuff like

that so you know when I when I wanted

some of the more decadent life, life's

amenities in life um you know I

really had to jump out there and go and get

it man I wasn't getting I wasn't wearing

Jordans um but you know

shoes on my feet and that's kind of what

I believe in him you know is he was

looking to fill a void in his life it

wasn't that he was hustling out of

necessity or doing crime out of

necessity but he was looking to fill the

void in his life

um and you know I personally believe

that it's the insecurity thing. we,

I believe that a lot of people who do

crime many they suffer with

self-esteem issues and somewhat insecure

and that's why they feel like obtaining

these materialistic things will make

them feel better inside will make them

more loved and revered by people around

them in their circle and then

you end up realizing a lot of times the

hard way which me and missing or have in

common is man that stuff doesn't mean

anything in a long run man and people

who love you man gonna love you for not

what you have but who you are as a

person

um and so man you know I definitely

couldn't help but relating myself and

kind of drawing comparisons man to my

experiences and also missing or his

experiences on of course he had a lot

more time to reflect and do some

introspection um you know he was gone

for almost 20 years man he got out the day

after his 38th birthday in 2011 so 1991

to 2011 and you know I did five years

but um I was

also trained as a psychologist and so I

felt like my kind of uh look at myself

in the mirror and asking myself hard

questions and really be able to decipher

what was going on and what needed kind

of a tweaking in my life to get me back

on the law-abiding track, a pro-social track,

a track where I am happy about

life and not looking at it

from a deficient perspective um and man

it really seems like that's a lot of

what he went through man is you know he

had to come to terms with

um loving himself and so it's

interesting man I feel like a lot of us

who end up being productive

successful citizens and not returning to

prison afterwards we kind of go through

a similar path what so similar path is

we start off angry and in denial and

hate in the world for being being locked

up and Sunday back on us and pointing

the fingers and feeling like everybody

else is wrong but us and then we realize

that that's not getting us anywhere and

we start looking for more answers and

eventually you start pointing the finger

at yourself and looking in the mirror

and then you realize that it's not

necessarily the world's fault because

you can't control the world even some of

the things that may be wrong with the

world you can't control, the only thing

you could do is change yourself and

adapt and make it where you are an asset

to society and society welcomes you to

be among citizens, law-abiding

citizens of being a pro-social setting

instead of shunning you and throwing you

away in a prison and throwing away the key and

forgetting about you and uh he went

through the same thing and man I really

just enjoyed the man uh he actually did

what I did as well too, was his therapy

in prison was writing. you know he was

able to mentally escape um you know the

prison fences and the wall through

writing man and on he actually really

worked on his a craft man and he has

actually several published books out and

like I said man this was very well

written so I just want to salute him man

he didn't go to like an MFA class or I

don't believe he graduated college and

stuff man but it's a very well-written

man um it definitely gives you a lot of

insight into the person, the feelings, and

uh and man I mean you just able to

connect even if you didn't go to prison

man you able to feel the angst and the

things that this man was going through

and kind of getting his mindset of why

he was motivated to do some of the

things he did so man I just want to

shout out to him man he's actually um

he's done everything from lecture

universities to being a leading voice on

criminal justice reform,

and man he's just like you know a public

speaker, motivational speaker. he does

social activism still in Detroit,

Michigan which everybody knows right now

is going through a very hard time um

really Flint, Detroit, I mean those are

very tough areas to come up in right

now it's a lot of hopelessness going on

man and Shaka has not turned his back on

his own community. he's back there

helping out on the ground and man I just

want to salute him man and you're I'm

actually doing the same thing that

landed me I'm looking for more ways to

get involved I'm actually involved in a

non-profit now but man we just got to

keep going man we got to stop our youth

from going down the same path we went

through man and thinking that they know

it all and man and the way you do that

is by reaching back and by talking to a

man and not scolding them not judging

them but just letting them know the real

picture of where they're headed and

knowing that it's a package deal man

they can't take some of the things and

leave some of the stuff. man

if you gonna do crime, jail, prison, death,

armed robbery,

all that stuff comes along with it man

you can't just make money and like I

said pillage from the community and feel

like your life is not gonna be

threatened and you're never gonna face

any jail time so shout out to Shaka man

anybody who's read it let me know down

below. hey I already recording,

pre-recorded the video but I had to add

this on at the end because a

subscriber commented on one of my

previous videos man and let me know

something and I definitely am unbiased

and objective man. I want to give

you guys as much information that I

possibly had so I wanted to let you know

that on that the victim of Shaka Senghor

his wife uh the widow actually um she

actually has a video out which is

stating that Shaka Senghor

has some inaccuracies in his book

and I believe she has like a police

report that contradicts some

of the things that Shaka Senghor says in the

book. I have no idea who is telling the truth

but I definitely wanted to let you guys

know about this information. I'm going to

leave a link to her YouTube video that

she made discussing these inaccuracies

down in the description below, feel free

to check it out and let me know who do you

believe who do you think's telling the

truth. um yeah let's chop it up. alright

take care.

anybody who hasn't subscribe man you

already know man hit the subscribe

WINNER - REALLY REALLY (Japanese Ver.) MV REACTION - Duration: 7:28.

Sude: Yup Irmak: Hello!

Sude: We're not good at acapella.

Sude: That's enough guys

Büşra: We'll be reacting to Winner's Really Really Jap version

Irmak: Cause we couldn't react to the Korean version

Sude: And we really like the song so we wanted to react to it

Irmak: And now the Jap version is out so

Irmak: My facial expression...

Büşra: This scene is really nice

Of course, Dave Meyers

Sude: They all look so cool Büşra: Such cuties

Sude: He's so good looking Irmak: It's the same right?

Büşra: MV right? Irmak: Yeah it's the same

Büşra: Except for the lip moves

Irmak: How did they remember the moves? Sude: Those dancers...

Büşra: They're really good! Sude: I'd want to be one of them

Büşra: The MV is really good Sude: Yeah i liked it a lot

Büşra: Did you see Mino Irmak: He's got the moves

Büşra: The dancers are really good

Sude: I love this part and Mino.....

Büşra: Yup. Sude: He looks amazing

Büşra: The dancers look like they're having so much fun

Irmak: YG quality Büşra: I know right?

Irmak: The way he sings here

Büşra: I like this version too Irmak: Me too

Sude: Their clothes are always amazing

...

Sude: What was that?

Büşra: Why did they end it so early?

Irmak: Right in the middle Sude: Where did you download the video

Büşra: From their official page

Sude: What's that?

Büşra: I dunno. YG always make the Jap versions shorter.

Sude: But they literally ended in the middle of the song Irmak: It's not making any sense

Büşra: They do that. Sude: But it's like the rest is recorded too

like they just stopped in the middle

Büşra: You can check Sude: Wow really?

Sude: It's not making any sense...

Büşra: I know this from 2NE1's songs Sude: They did the same thing for their songs too?

Büşra: Yeah they usually wrote 'Short Version' but they didn't for this

Büşra: They usually put the long version in the album Sude: I'd be so upset if i was a Japan fan

Irmak: Maybe they play the full version on the Japanese channels Sude: Yeah it could be like that

Büşra: But they didn't have to cut it like that Sude: Yeah exactly

Büşra: But i really liked it! Yeah!

Sude: Yeah but... Especially aishiteru part kkk

Sude: The MV was really good. Black and white is a bonus and the dancers

were really good too.

Büşra: First, Dave Meyers didn't accept their MV

Büşra: He didn't know who were they

CL talked to him, he's her close friend or something

She said like don't turn them down before listening to their music

and when he hear the song he accepted the offer

Sude: Nice story

Büşra: Because really really really really

Büşra: It has the same aura of Ed Sheeran's Shape of You

Irmak: It's a nice song Büşra: It makes you wanna listen more

Irmak: It's a summer song

Sude: I really like fool too

Sude: This comeback was great

Büşra: Yeah, thanks for this great comeback

Büşra: Inner Circle's really needed this

Büşra: Especially it's their first comeback as 4 members

Irmak: I really like their previous songs too

Yeah definitely! EXIT was amazing!

Büşra: Baby Baby was like playing in my head all the time

Büşra: I was like swimming and singning baby baby

Body Sude: That song is amazing! I listen to it all the time

MOBB was amazing! They were really great

Irmak: It's so sad that they won't be coming back Yeah it doesn't make sense

Sude: I couldn't believe that they didn't win any award

Büşra: You were in Korea when they did comeback right?

Irmak: Yeah i was hearing their songs in everywhere

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WINE GLASS - Duration: 2:13.

People drink wine in different types of glasses

for instance, let's go with sparkling wine

because it's something that

has been evolving throughout the ages

Remember the wide glass?

we don't see that anymore

now we drink in a flute

what will we be using in 5 years?

well, fashion dictates

I've seen the coupes

we call them the Marie Antoinette coups

I've seen those being very fashionable again

but the key in sparkling wine

is keeping the bubbles in the wine

so it doesn't go flat

the smaller the surface area

the less chance the wine goes flat

and with the flute

you also get CO2

forming on top

which prevents those bubbles

from bursting

so, there's some science behind it

scientifically, the flute is the correct option

now, regarding white wines

and the red wines

is there a difference?

I think as a basic rule

I would say

make sure you've got a big enough glass

because the important thing

is going to be when you swirl the wine

you get the aromas

that's the most important thing

the smell makes the wine taste different

and you don't need those fancy crystal glasses

I mean, you should drink in decent glass

for sure, but...

I think it's really up to you

I don't like to buy expensive glasses

because I break them

so, once it is a quality glass

you're ok with it
