The Story of Thaddius, Feugen & Stalagg [Hearthstone Lore] - Duration: 3:49.
Hello everyone!
I've counted the votes and the card you wanted me to talk about most is Thaddius and
we can't be talking about Thaddius without Stalagg & Feugen:
Summon – Now you feel pain
These cards come from the Naxxramas set and can be obtained after finishing the Construct
Quarter wing of Curse of Naxxramas.
Stalag and Feugen have to die in order for Thaddius to come into the game and bring the
pain.
Attack – You die now
In the lore we also find Thaddius inside of Naxxramas.
Once, the crypt lord Anub'arak led an army of undead warriors into the ancient nerubian
ziggurat which we now call Naxxramas.
The Scourge forces overran the citadel, and under the will of the Lich King its corridors
were transformed into a potent war machine.
Dark magic tore the fortress from its subterranean home and lifted it into the sky.
Hidden behind a thick layer of clouds, Naxxramas grew in strength.
At the Lich King's bidding, the burgeoning wrath within the necropolis was unleashed
upon the world.
In the ashbringer comics we read about Darion Mograine attempting to save his fathers soul
for which he formed a party and ventured forth into the dark floating citadel.
Many of the dark scourge forces rallied to stop the invaders and despite their efforts
of not waking up Thaddius, the creature which seemed to be composed of the flesh of giants
noticed the little invaders and was ready to eat their bones.
One massive strike by Darion split the creatures head apart, but time passed and during Classic
World of Warcraft, we saw that the scourge forces had regrouped, rebuild, including Thaddius.
As heroes ventured through the dark halls themselves they could hear agonizing screams
echo of the walls.
"Please" 'Help me, save me STOP SCREAMING"
Commander Eligor Dawnbringer at Wintergarde Keep gives an explanation for each boss in
Naxxramas and for thaddius he says that he's built not from the flesh of giants, but from
the flesh of women and children.
It is said that their souls are fused together – eternally bound within that foul prison
of flesh.
The flesh of women and children taken by the scourge and transformed into this hideous
being.
When you go through the construct quarter and make it into the Halls of Reanimation,
the screams are no longer there...
"You are too late!!
I...must ...obey!!
Stalag and Feugen are standing on 2 platforms and normally you were supposed to split the
raid up and take them down one at a time as the groups would be teleporter back and forth.
Moving either stalagg or feugen from their Tesla Coil would do insane amounts of damage.
Upon their defeat, the next challenge would be to time your jumping right to make it on
to Thaddius' platform where the real fight could begin.
"Kill..."
The undead flesh monstrosity has been charged with energy which placed a debuff on the raid.
You'd end up with either a negative or a positive charge and were supposed to stand
with those that had the same charge as you to increase their damage done, but also to
prevent dealing massive amounts of damage to those who did not share your charge.
This switching around is adapted for the hearthstone encounter where thaddius' hero ability will
switch around the health and damage of the cards on the field.
"Thank you..."
Thaddius, or I should says, the spirits of those trapped inside thank us for defeating
them.
The screams are no more and an eary silence penetrates the floating citadel...
May their souls find peace and may none be mad enough to create another being like this...
And that is all I have for you today when it comes to Stalagg, Feugen and Thaddius...
As always I'll leave it up to you guys and girls to decide what card we're going to
talk about next so leave your suggestions in the comments down below and who knows?!
Your card might be used in the next video!
Subscribe if you like my videos, leave a like if you enjoyed this one and until next time
guys….see ya!

Ascension Ancient Times vs Modern Day - Duration: 10:47.
Ascension - Ancient Times vs Modern Day
by Alisha Brach,
In our history, the world has gone through many cycles of planetary Ascension and during
those times the wisdom keepers and the ones who had the foresight and the knowledge knew
that the change was coming.
They also knew that moving into a higher level of existence meant that they wouldnt be
able to move through it without transforming the lower levels of emotions with fear being
the primary source which would hold them back.
Because fear cannot exist when moving through to higher frequencies, for the pure fact that
when you move into the higher dimensional levels our thoughts, feelings and emotions
become an instantaneous manifestation.
By having fearful thoughts and lower level emotions you would rapidly manifest that into
your own reality.
So, during the ancient times they would go through a series of initiations which would
help each person transform and evolve beyond their human limitations and fears.
Of course, during these times the fears which they had were very different to what we have
present day.
And the societies in which they lived were structured very differently to where we are
living currently.
These initiations can be seen throughout many ancient cultures in Egypt, and the America
(Inca, Mayan & Aztec) each different in their own ways and designed for what was needed
in their own societies at that time.
For example, lets look at the Ancient Egyptians they had initiations chambers designed for
each level of human fear and lower emotions.
Each would correspond to a Chakra as through each of the Chakra system resonates with different
aspect of fears and emotions.
The Base Chakra being connected with our survival and security, the Sacral Chakra connected
to our feminine aspects and sexuality, Our Solar Plexus which is connected with our sense
of self and personal power, the Heart connected with unconditional love and it goes on into
the higher Chakra levels.
These chambers which were set up for initiations were created almost a maze which were inhabited
by alligators and snakes, which posed very real threats to personal survival.
Many people who went through these initiations would go through them and come out surviving
and then be told that they had failed only to repeat it again.
In most cases, there would be no real physical threat to the person, it was completely set
up as simulation so that they would face their fears and transmute them exposing that their
fears are simply an illusion projected by their human minds.
A lot of their initiations would seem quite barbaric in the way we view of today.
However, they were very effective because it allowed these people to go through terrifying
experiences and come out stronger and would have transmuted fears and shed a layer of
emotions which were holding them back.
And simply see beyond the illusion of human fears.
So, when we look at where we are in our present day, once again going through this cycle of
planetary changes and ascension.
We are all going through stages of initiations which are enabling us to let go, heal and
transmute our own fears and lower level emotions.
And part of this process is very different and we are living is different times, in a
completely different era, where things that potentially pose as threats back then arent
valid in our current day society.
Even though our core fears and emotions may be the same they are exposed to us in variety
of different ways.
So, many people have had to go through enormous amounts of change, restructuring in their
lives.
From losing loved one, people passing away and the pain and hurt associated with great
loss, this could also be through the end of relationships.
Other aspects could be losing money, homes, and businesses.
And many people feeling like they are losing their sanity and that is all part of this
process, as we lose our minds we can attain a higher level of consciousness.
This current day Ascension has been set up quite differently to what it was in the past,
at this time is a great reminder that we are the creators, we are the one who have already
written this story line, even down to the very small details.
We are the script writers, the casting directors and the main star of this amazing story of
our current lifetime.
We have set up our own initiations knowing how we would most benefit, how our souls growth
would most benefit from letting go of old programming and old ways which no longer server
as we move forward into New Earth.
We knew before coming here what would be for our highest good, and we knew what type of
experiences we would need to go through to be able to attain our own level self-mastery.
Our Higher Self always knows that everything is going to work out and everything is going
to be fine.
We just need to get through this transition phase.
So, when you reflect back on your own life and look at what has turned your life upside
down and inside out and back around again, just know that it is restructuring in a way
to create the most idyllic life you could possibly have.
This is such an incredible profound time in Human Evolution, however as we are going through
the transition and we try to cling on to our previous lives and human emotions it can be
incredibly painful and challenging, however it all for the benefit of our highest potential
in this lifetime.
So, whatever has been taken away, its simply creating space for much better, much more
serving and more prosperous and fulfilling experiences and future for ourselves and all
humanity.
As we go through what would be sometimes incredibly intense times, remind ourselves that what
is inevitable are changes and things are constantly changing around us in every moment.
As we go through these heavy emotions and purge them out remind yourself that you are
doing an amazing job and look at just how far you have come.
As we are shed lifetimes of pain, trauma and undesirable experiences all for the purpose
of soul expansion.
So, honor where you are at, wherever that might be.
And in the hard times try to detach yourself from what you are feeling and by looking at
objectively as though watching a movie.
Simply asking yourself what am I learning from these experiences?
How have I grown through this journey?
And it can be a lot easier to find the clarity we seek in our uncertain moments.
As once we understand the lessons that we have set up for our own personal and soul
development, we can move forward and no longer do we need to have that experience presented
in our lives again.
For most of us who have the foresight and wisdom of the new Era, its possible we
didnt at first see the transformation as it happened.
We didnt know that it was occurring and have been finding ourselves in all sorts of
situations.
Such as impatiently wanting to move into our wider communities and work together for the
benefit of all.
Our strong desire is to engage in meaningful work, based around what we love and use our
gifts and talents.
We are getting there and we are all contributors to this new Earth.
In each moment, we are going through our own internal growth and personal shifts, we make
space for humanity to shift and grow.
This is all through what we are experiencing in each moment as we are deeply connected
in unity consciousness.
So, as we collectively go through shifting and working through releasing and letting
go of our lower level emotions and fears, we are fully embodying what it takes to transform
these emotions.
And a lot of the fears which we have in our present day arent necessarily around being
attacked by Alligators and snakes, they are more in the sense of our Modern-day experiences
which are presented by loss of money or homes.
Losing friends and family.
And one of the biggest ones for people who are contactees and who are having these interdimensional
experiences is personal reputation, that can be massive for many going through the awakening
process especially if it happens quite rapidly.
They start to have other worldly experience that many of the people in their lives simply
cannot to relate with as we are all at different levels soul development and awakening for
now
As human beings, we hold such importance to fitting in as that what society has
taught us to do over generations.
Yet we are at a point now where its just about truly honoring who you are and what
you have come forth to do for this time of expansion.
This is a tremendous opportunity to fully transform and to become who we truly are,
our soul essence and be the best version of ourselves so we can in order to serve others
in the highest form in whichever way we chose to be of service.
So no matter where you are in your journey, no matter what it is that you are currently
facing look at what you have already overcome through shedding the lower level aspect of
ourselves, step-by-step, day-by-day polishing that beautiful diamond one facet at a time,
becoming that brilliant beacon of light that shines deeply within all of us, and we are
just polishing off some of the residual so our collective inner light can shine much
more brightly and illuminate for ourselves, for the planet for the people around us
and becoming whole in the process.

How I Do My Fake Freckles || Christi Kerr - Duration: 1:54.
Hi, friends!
Today I'm going to be showing you how I draw on my freckles.
I have a few natural freckles already, but I like giving myself more cause I think they're
adorable.
I use this elf eyebrow thing, which is actually what I use for my eyebrows, and this wet and
wild brush, and just kind of start dotting them on.
I focus along the sides of my nose and my cheekbones.
But I kind of add more around my face, just a few dots here and there, to kind of make them more realistic.
I wish I had a brush that worked better for this, because I just use the corner of this
brush that's I think is for eyeliner?
And it works okay but I wish I had something that actually came to a single point, you know?
Then once I have some of this size scattered around, I go in with this smaller brush to
make some tiny freckles.
Sometimes they don't actually end up smaller cause I press too hard,
but when I do it right it definitely makes the freckles look more varied and natural.
Sometimes they go on way too dark, and then I'll just dab them with my finger or this beauty blender.
A lot of tutorials recommend blending them a little bit once you've drawn them on,
but I generally don't do much of that, because my freckles fade a lot throughout the day,
even though I spray them with setting spray and everything, and because my
glasses make the freckles less obvious.
So there it is, that is how I do my freckles.
I used to have a lot more freckles when I was a kid, and I loved them, so I'm really
enjoying being able to, like, paint them on and see myself with a bunch of freckles again.
Thank you so much for watching, I love you very much, and I'll see you next week.

ROTHSCHILD OPENS NEW OFFICE IN SILICON VALLEY - Duration: 4:01.
ROTHSCHILD OPENS NEW OFFICE IN SILICON VALLEY
One of the oldest and wealthiest families in the banking industry is expanding into
Silicon Valley, having opened a new business consultancy office in San Francisco aimed
at technology at companies.
Robert Leito, the head of Rothschild Global Advisory, said of the expansion: "We have
been serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area for some time, and the opening of
our office there will allow us to strengthen our team, ensuring that our clients continue
to have access to the best people and advice, " ROTHSCHILD FAMILY EXPANDING INTO SILICON
VALLEY
The new San Fransisco office follows the recent opening of a new office in Chicago, and the
expansion has seen the firm headhunt several high-profile figures from the world of consultancy,
including Chris Gaertner, who becomes the new global head of technology.
The Rothschild family have been one of the wealthiest in the history of the world, boasting
the largest private fortune ever amassed in the 19th century.
In more modern times their interests and financial portfolios are varied, with family members
owning businesses in areas such as high finance, real estate, mining, agriculture, and winemaking.
There are theories tying the Rothschild family to the Illuminati, Freemason organizations
and other new world order conspiracies.
The news of their expansion into the world of technology will therefore not be universally
welcomed.
The Rothschild family is also accused of having masterminded economic crashes in several countries
to profit from the buying and selling of financial products such as stocks and bonds.
If such a family or company were linked to the Illuminati, controlling and influencing
the joint areas of global banking and technology would make them immensely powerful.
Not only this but it would allow them to develop technologies with the ability to spy on, control
or otherwise influence the world population directly.
Being Jewish in ancestry, the Rothschild family are also the subject of many far right conspiracy
theories, such as the idea that they along with other influential Jewish families secretly
control the world.
These theories not fitting with the Illuminati theories since the Illuminati are thought
to come from a relatively wide variety of backgrounds.

New Update - What we know about the Boat! Clash of Clans 2017! - Duration: 6:04.
Let's talk about the New Clash of Clans
Update! What is going on guys Judo Sloth
here coming at you today
with a video discussing the New Clash of
Clans Update and exactly what we know.
Now I have played the update guys, it is
massive, it's absolutely phenomenal and
it's definitely worth the wait guys. If
you do want to keep up to date with all
of the latest information, as soon as
we're able to release gameplay as well, I
will be bringing it onto the channel so
make sure you subscribe using the button
there below. Now I do, just before we get
into this video I want to apologize for
my lack of videos this previous week. I
was actually in Finland visiting
Supercell Headquarters and I'm also
doing a bit of work behind the scenes
revamping the way that I make videos and
my setup. boring stuff guys but I've
also been working on a different type of
video, hopefully get that out to you in
the next day or so, so make sure to stick
around for that. But getting into this
video what do we know about the update.
Now there's a lot of leaks and
speculation going around guys, but none
of this is confirmed so what can you
decipher from this, how do you know that
any of this is true, I don't want you to
get your hopes up through any of these
possible leaks and speculation all of
this stuff because there's lots of the
internet, that's why I wanted to do this
video just discussing what's official,
what supercell have actually said. Now
the most important thing, when is it
coming out? Well supercell have said that
they're planning for this update to be
released in May. Now we're already getting
through to almost the middle of May so
hopefully in the next couple of weeks
we'll see this update, but again I don't
want you to take this the wrong way,
supercell have just said they have
planned for May, so it might not be this
month, it could be next month guys, but
like I said they've planned for this
month,
hopefully they're still on schedule so you should
see the update in the next couple of
weeks going off what they said. Now like
I say I have played it and it's massive,
it's absolutely brilliant I love it and I
know it's going to go down well with the
community but it's not Town Hall 12. Any
of you guys thinking oh the massive
update, you don't have to worry about
having to upgrade that Town Hall, saving
them resources for all of them new
structures because Town Hall 12 is not
coming in this update. We are also not
getting level 13 walls. So a lot of you
guys might be thinking oh the wall grind,
trying to save up your gold and elixir, you
don't have to worry about walls in this
one guys, level 13 walls aren't coming. As
with previously in one of the previous
updates there we had to save up dark
elixir in order to upgrade our heroes to
level 45, but they've also said that hero
levels are not coming in this update. No
new hero levels for this massive update.
So what do we know is coming? Well we
know there's a boat. The ship is
confirmed, it's on your village right now,
there's also this Captain's Log using
the hog rider and the wizard which
are traveling across the shore what is
across those shores guys, that is the
question. There is an achievement called
unbuild it that's also coming in the
update, we know that, that's confirmed but
up until this point that is all that
supercell have told us. So anything else
that you see is pure speculation guys,
this is exactly 100% everything that we
know I've just mentioned in the video
there guys. Now there is another way,
like I said subscribe to my channel I'll
bring you all of the updated gameplay
and information as soon as I can but
there's also a a method that supercell
released where you can get a text
message the second that the update goes
live. Now what you need to do is go to
the website all aboard
and in all aboard the ship, all aboard
dot clash of clans dot com. You'll then
sign up to that, I'll put that in the
description of this video but you'll
sign up to that and supercell will send
you a text message as soon as the
update goes live, so that you can jump on
it and start playing the new clash of
clans update. Now like I said they have
planned to have this in May so hopefully
we don't have to wait too much
longer guys, like I say it is definitely
worth the wait.
No TH12, no level 13 walls, no new
hero levels, but there is a boat, what is
across the shores though? It's planned
this month, make sure to subscribe to the
channel to stay up to date with all of
the information and make sure to check
out that website if you do want a text
message update as soon as the update
goes live. That's it for this one guys
drop me a comment in the description of
this video, in the description, drop me a
comment in the comment section of this
video letting me know what you want from
this update. Maybe your top 3 things that
you would like to see and when the update
drops you can then get back in touch and
let me know if any of your hopes and
aspirations for this update have came
true. That's it for this one guys I just
wanted to check in, put the record
straight and show you what supercell
have actually said about this update
that is it. I've been your host judo
sloth make sure to subscribe for more
clash of clans and until next time peace
out guys. Stay tuned for more CoC.

Session 3 - Playing our Part: Jen Scoular, Primary producers as a critical line of defence - Duration: 18:00.
So I'm here talking about New Zealand
Avocado. We are a horitculrual
industry, biosecurity is very important
for us . Its one of our biggest risks so
we manage bioecurity as an industry, we
manage that across sectors. We work
collaboratively with other
sectors and with the government in order
to implement a critical line of defense.
Ii'm going to share our story on
biosecurity today. Some of the successes we
and some collaborative programs that are in place.
But this is just the start of what we
see a future in that biosecurity does become a habit
for 4.7 million New Zealand's
The avocado industry, we grow in the north of
the North island, sixty percent in the Bay
of Plenty and the remainder in Northland. We
grow on the fertile soils, sunny moderate climate and 70 percent
crop exported and 30 percent is
sold in the New Zealand market. We have
1500 growers over 4,000 hectares. We have
11 exporters, 14 pack houses, we've got
our biggest crappie about this year 7.1
million trays which you'll be pleased I know
there's stories about the shortage of
avocados in May and June this year
became a little global story I was
actually phoned for interviews from 15
different countries about the shortage
of Avocados in New Zeland and the fact
that people stole them in the dead of the night.
It was actually quite hard not to get a little bit facetious at the end of that with reporters and say
that's what we did always on your way home after school always
you always raided someones orchard but I thought that
that probably wasn't the right
thing to talk about from New Zealand. We
operate under the horticulture export
authority model which means that our
exporters all must have a license to
export avocados It does mean we have
got rules in place and those rules do
include an export market strategy and some
on-orchard systems which do include biosecurity
We have an export season from August to
March but we do supply the New Zealand market
12 months of the year. Our process
grade goes to three oil companies making
avocado oil for consumers too.
This is the FOB be value of the New
Zealand industry we were a cottage
industry about 2011 we had a oversupply
in the Australian market it was a
disastrous year for growers. We needed to
change direction, we needed to change out on
what we were doing and we've succeeded
in doing that with significant increases
in Industry value over the last three
years and have a very positive outlook
for the current season. A lot that to do
with collaboration across the industry
some collectiveJV's between our
exporters the introduction of a primary
growth partnership and also wonderfully
the rise and rise of the celebrity
avocado globally and we are very lucky
that avocados globally have got celebrity status and
with the MPI here i'm very happy to talk
about our primary growth partnership
that's probably the start of a
collaboration with the government
through crown funding. We had a PGP
business case was submitted, the first
one, well the first version of it in 2012 and we are in
year 3 of that and that has certainly
supported significantly the increase in
value across our industry. Growers
recognize biosecurity as a risk many
of our avocado growers are also
kiwifruit growers and it was a great
story from James this morning about
the PSA as a reality check on
biosecurity and that has impacted a lot of
our growers but also being in the Bay of
Plenty influences significantly the way we think.
And as an industry body we are mandated
to to manage biosecurity on behalf of
our industry in order to protect that
value and so reading biosecurity 2025 it was
interesting actually I was joking with
my nearly grown up daughters about this
presentation and talking about
biosecurity and they jokingly said well biosecurity
it's obviously the security of
our biological industries and I think
absolutely that's what it is, it's got a
a more formal term in terms of exclusion
eradication and management of pests and
diseases that we don't want and it's all
about what processes and systems we put
in place to manage biosecurity and
it's fantastic that we're starting with
this number of people willing and
wishing to participate in how we do
manage biosecurity and from our side
we manager it with the government in terms
of at national but at a regional and
orchard level and our industry focus is
on improving our influence in the
government, improving grower awareness and
improving grower participation. Again a
message that I think most speakers are out
pushing through promoting today in terms
of that participation.
And so what does that mean for New
Zealand Avocado? for our avocados industry?
We employ a biosecurity manager, Brad is
at a table over near the back.
So Brad is our expert in biosecurity
We have a high health steam which he
manages for our nurseries. We have as
an industry sign, the government industry
agreement and the fruit fly operational
agreement and we are committed, our
growers in our boards to GIA readiness and
response programs. Our Government
Industry Agreement is absolutely a
partnership that is enabling informed
discussion about the biosecurity
system. It's setting up a structure for
action and it's about sharing costs and
decision-making and just bringing in the costs
obviously it's a burden on industries
but by bringing in and sharing costs
it actually means we have to play our
part and make sure when we are agreeing
When we are negotiating deeds and contracts
because we are paying it's amazing how
much more buy and we know we need to
have and that negotiation of where we
get to and originally when we looked at
the Government Industry Agreement and
the Fruit Fly Agreement we talked about
industry and government negotiating, it was
actually awhile down the track before we
realized we hadn't really talked about
how industry would negotiate between
each other and you can imagine that
industries our size versus industries
Pip Fruit size which is about
three times the size out us, Kiwifruit
12 times as big as avocados and that's
okay we can negotiate across
horticultural industry but then we are negotiating
at the same table as dairy as meat as
aquine as poultry so there's a lot
of different negotiation and tending to get a consensus
outcome and interestingly at
dinner last night we had 20 of us at the
table and Roger who did a "no speech"
at the beginning said "its really
difficult getting 20 people to by
consensus us to agree on a wine choice
So he said I've made the decision for you
and absolutely consensus is difficult but
that doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing
it and I think as an industry and as a
as a country we should be proud that we
have advanced to have government
industry agreement, a fruit-fly agreement
and that we're carrying on improving our
biosecurity systems and it also raises
significantly the visibility of
biosecurity because biosecurity in the
peace time, in my office biosecurity
used to sit in the corner, used to
Brad's office and before him
Henry Packs office and until there was an
issue with biosecurity we didn't really
need to know about it and suddenly we've
got very significant contracts we're
signing. As CEO what do I need to know?Quite a lot now.
When I go to my board and say we need to
sign a contract with the government, with
other industries, where you'll need to
know what we're talking about, we need to
have an interest in it,
and Brad with talking across his team, our R&D manager needs to know
about it. Our Industry Systems Manager needs to know, our New Zealand Market Manager needs to know and so we are starting
that conversation starting that
increase in the visibility of our
biosecurity. Making sure we are much better
informed. So signing the first
operational agreement for fruit fly, a
great moment it was a long negotiation
but it does work and it's not perfect
but we shouldn't expect it to be perfect
because we talked about we need to be
agile in the systems we have on
biosecurity because we're actually gonna deal
things will be dealt with before because
we have got these pests and we're going
to have to deal with them so their
agility is needed in terms of how we
contract how we set up our systems and
as leaders and governors we need to be
agile in our thinking and looking outside the
box, looking innovatively and how we do
look at biosecurity and finding
solutions to keep our clean green New
Zealand. I actually just added this little
slide because I did need to be able to
introduce somehow Olly the Avocado who
we've only just developed as our
spokesman now for avocados but it
did fit into the slide as well. And I am
thinking we are going to use him for
some of biosecurity messaging Brad but
we are proactive as an industry
Brad does write in every magazine we put
these out "avoscene" five times a year
There's now a pest watch there's now a
what you need to look at look for on
your orchards or there's a look out
for Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs. We're
putting that messaging out to our
growers, to our industry. We are through
Avogreen which is our on orchard
growing system, we're now using our avogreen
monitors, we're training them and educating
them on priority pests so we're pushing
out the message using their expertise to
furtehr the message to push the word out
We always talk about biosecurity
at our fieldays and we share the message
at all of the grower meetings that we have.
This I really liked actually, it was
put out just before our Easter
publication of Avoscene, really just
We need you to be looking we need you on the
orchard, we need you to be looking out
and obviously following that up with
information and from what I've heard
today there's an awful lot of
information and we need to start making
sure we are sharing that information
in terms of what we need to say about
our pests or the pests we don't want. We
have as an industry had a couple of
significant incidences on biosecurity.
This is a good story, we did have a
suspected pathogen found on avocados
in the US and 2011 that did hold up the
avocados and cause a real drama in
our industry. It was about a month into
our 4-month export season but in terms
of data and diagnostics they we were
provided because we had an incident
previously and that proved the absence
of disease and the decision was reversed
witin five days so this is just one
example of proactive of activity of
information we've had of where we've been
prepared for issues that we do have in
market and as we're talking as we're
engaging here today,
this is a number of people that we
engage with in biosecurity.
This is talking about how do we make
sure that we're not doubling up, how do
we make sure we're learning from other
experts, that we're sharing the knowledge
networks and collaborating where we can
because we need to, because the amount of
research we need to keep doing on
biosecurity is never ending.
So just a number of the entities
that we deal with in avocados and in
horticulture and looking at talking
about Port of Tauranga, obviously an amazing
entrance coming into Tauranga and Port
of Tauranga are recognizing
the importance, the part they can play
in biosecurity and there's a very good
initiative with the with that KVH and
Zespri have instigated that we are part
of with the Port of Tauranga and which is
making sure that all cruise ship
passengers, and I think there is now 83 cruise ships coming in every year,
that they are all much more aware of biosecurity
issues and it was lovely having the dogs
and a team of MPI down at the port when
this initiative was opened about a year
ago. But there's also a capability
network being set up. There's a fruit fly
working group, biosecurity managers get
together "informally" but as a great
way of sharing information knowledge
and research. We work closely with Zespri
with KVH with Pipfruit, Brad used
used to work at Plant Health Australia so he's got
some good links in there and we
continue looking at those and obviously
making sure we can't keep in contact and
Linked in with our Regional Council
biosecurity staff as well. So it's about
building capability, it's about all of us
recognizing we need to build capability
and biosecurity managers and biosecurity
leadership and in biosecurity governance
and I saw Graeme Marshall at lunchtime and
I said that I was going to make a comment
here on whether we need
to make sure we up-skill directors on biosecurity.
I did go into the Institute of Directors
website and I did a search on
biosecurity, I didn't get any results so
I did one on Finance I got 65 results on
the fists look so I think we just have
to recognize that we shouldn't be just
relying on an expert on a board that has
bioecurity knowledge we need to make
sure that biosecurity governance is part
of what we have on our boards across New Zealand.
Same message, it's about becoming
biosecurity becoming a habit for all of us
and for us to be thinking about how
those messages are shared and I think
we've heard some fantastic suggestions
of how that's already happening and how
it carries on happening with the
intention of having 4.5 million biosecurity monitors. But we're not there yet
we certainly shouldn't be stopping and
saying great we've got a system in place
there's still a lot of work to do as I
said, our focus areas are influencing
the government, increasing our grower
awareness and increasing grower
participation and we're working well on
that. We're also working through our
supply chain which obviously as service
providers to our industry as well again
making sure we're engaging, making sure
we're talking capability building and
promoting collaborative efforts on
surveillance between MPI and the
industry and our goal to have a higher
level of resource and capability in
biosecurity to be more responsive to
changing risk profiles to have effective
efficient tools in place and obviously
all to be part of a world-class biosecurity system.
and that is me, thank you.

ФТМ: Немного о фаллопластике - FTM: About bottom surgeries (Dimi) - Duration: 7:28.
Welcome everybody to Paperboy!
This week with the topic: Do I plan bottom surgeries?
A cool coincidence indeed!
Not knowing what paperboy's topic will be, I made a video with the same topic for my own channel.
"What kind of surgeries exist." And will have posted it by the time this vid will be uploaded.
This is a very private question actually.
Do I want surgeries or not.
In our videos, what questions not to ask, I think, all of the paperboys, including myself, said that such question is inappropriate (most trans* people don't want to hear it).
However this channel and my own one are made in order to bring information to people.
To those, who might think about these topics and don't have enough sources of information.
So, in my case, the answer to this question is not a secret. But, if asked on the street, I wouldn't answer.
anyway
I do plan phalloplasty.
I am almost sure about the clinic, too.
And this means for me that I have done or am going to do the following steps:
I already have the meeting the costs for the bottom surgeries, covered by the health insurance.
This was a long process, which I described on my channel.
The next step will be: getting rid of hairs on the skin of the donnor site.
This will most probably be here, on my forearm.
The TERMINATOR comes to mind: when he is ripping his skin off of his arm like this.
and then moves his fingers... This is how my arm will probably look.
After this the skin from some other site, like e.g. the leg will be used to cover the forearm.
After the hair removal, which takes a few months, follow surgeries like:
Uplifting the clit and connecting the urethra to it.
So one can pee standing up.
Together with this first surgery a special silicone tube is placed in here under your skin.
It is worn for about 6 months
After that the skin graft off of the forearm is taken and attached to the place it needs to be.
The new phallos is formed.
The pre-surgery which was made as the first step - the small penis -
is now connected with the new "neo-phallus".
There are a few possibilities of what to do with the clit: it can be put inside the penis, or left outside (on the side).
Such things are decided upon with the surgeon.
The third surgery is the implantation of silicone testicles.
And forming of the glans.
And the fourth surgery is implantation of the pump.
There are different types of pumps. Some of them are hydraulic and have a reservoir.
This reservoir is put inside instead of one of the testicles.
So, this was a short explanation of surgeries.
I really think, I have to state a few things in this video.
The decision in favour of such surgeries is not an easy one.
And you shouldn't make it without having weighted all possible pros and conts.
I think, such decision making is a process in itself
similar to the decision, if one should start a transition or not
if one should start hormone therapy or not
It can be and is life changing in most cases.
Everybody must decide for themselves, if they should take the risks of the surgeries.
Because a man is a man, no matter, if he has a penis or not.
Everybody has to understand and to decide,
if having a penis is really important for them.
These surgeries are very complicated and there are no guarantees that
you really will be able to pee standing up
that you really will have a great feeling down there, while having sex
that the shape and size are going to be appropriate
and that you won't have an even bigger bottom disphoria, if you
go to an nudist' beach, for example
You have to know that there can be various complications
In the worst case it will fall off and you'll have to go through everything again, if you have the nerves for it.
The complications may be very different... peeing problems, for example...
The physician can make mistakes, too..
For example, I've heard of a situation, where the physician hurt the bladder using the cauter during hysterectomy
And this transperson couldn't pee normally
Because the urin escaped the bladder internally
And the urin came out through his bottom...
All these things are not fun at all
It is great indeed, that so many trans guys are sharing their stories.
And I am going to do so, too.
I just want to say: it's not fun
In German one would say: "Don't take in on a light shoulder"
Meaning: take this question very seriously!
And don't let the society push you
A society, which tells you, that only that man is really a man, who has a dick.
Thanx for watching! CU next time!
