a little bit with you about social media
marketing for beginners so if you are
just starting out and you're not so sure
exactly how to get started with your
marketing on social media I have a few
tips that I'd like to share with you
before I do I just want to share a few

Instagram or snapchat or Pinterest where
do you play on social media perhaps you
might want to start doing your business
where you are most comfortable and that
is where you're familiar with there are
persons I knew who do not really do
social media so they may not even know
which one to start at so just start
somewhere that is most comfortable
for you okay let me share a few

get into the tips that I have for you

increase of 21% in 2016 over 2015 these
are your prospects 2.8 billion now if
there are 2.8 billion people on social
don't you think that you can find a ten
or hundred thousand persons as you can
do business with I think so so here's
another statistic for you HootSuite
reports that 48% of a
Americans have interacted interactive at least
once on social media and also 41% of
Americans believe that the persons
they do business with the companies they
do business with ought r to have a social
media presence okay
one further statistic is that there are
2.5 billion mobile users so they use
social on their mobile phones 2.5
billion users around the world okay so
what are you waiting for
get online and start your business doing
your marketing so for beginners here are
few tips pick a platform now as I said
if you've never been on social media
then you probably just want to just pick a
platform and get started but it's maybe
better to start with the ones that
you're familiar with but before you even
go there you should define your
customers it should determine who it is
that you want to do business with and then
you have to do some research to find out
where they hang out which social media
platform are they using the most and
then you are going to put yourself there
and get to know these persons before
you can actually start I know that sounds ominous
it's really not that bad so let us look
at some of the things that you will want
to do to establish your own presence
first of all you want to create if you
don't have a page you want to create
your page your personal page you want to
put a good profile picture photograph of
yourself and let it be a true picture of
you and not some other family member or
a dog or a cat or cute baby use your
own profile
picture then you're going to create a very
true and honest description of the
business that you're in and most
important you're going to make sure that
you put up contact information so the
persons will follow you will be able to
find you easily so you want to make sure
that you give an email address you want
to be sure that you give a telephone
number and you want to be sure that you
provide a website you may not be your
own website you or if you want to create
a website or it is your company website
but you need to have information there
to make easy for persons who want to
know more to follow you it's also good
idea and you will learn about that as
you go along put what is known as a
call to action button so the persons can
click and learn more about your business
or your product now how do you create
your presence on social media you've got
to make posts often not too often but
often enough for you not to be forgotten
let met share a a statistic it is said that that 18
minutes after someone posts on Twitter
people forget about their article
Facebook is probably a little bit more
dependent on how engaging your article
is but you need to post often and you
don't have to post the same thing every
time it doesn't business business
business you want to keep it interesting
and you want to put some variety in
their so you won't bore people you want to
keep persons interest so you can share
goals you can share questions and
answers you can give statistics you can
post images interesting images and
videos and jokes and probably every once
in a while is to keep things interesting
so what you want to do is to study
your prospects see what they are
interested in see where they go see what
they're reading see
we how they shop and then you will know
you have an idea what kinds of posts
you you want to make so you have to stay
relevant to your audience and you have
to have variety okay remember your posts
should be short your headlines should be
clear and catchy and you should run a
test to determine if the post that
you're putting up is attracting people
so if only a few persons come you might
wanna make a change or if you're
attracting a lot of people you might
want to improve it create ads or keep it
longer or add to it or add more posts
with similar content but you want to
keep your post interesting and engaging
and true and honest to the person that
you are trying to attract towards your
business now it's your turn it takes time
to build so don't be in a rush don't
rush yourself but if you are willing to
put the energy and the effort and the
time into it in a a while from now not
too long you will be able to attract
verses to your your business and then be
able to put your business of them and
then you start to make money which
alternative is what many of us want you
know that's you want just the money but
you want to make the money so that you
will be able to do some of the other
things that you want to do we like
spending time with your family that may
be traveling like what I love and other
things that you may want to do so I'm
