Hey, creators.

How's it going?

I just wanted to talk about potential a little bit today because it seems like a topic that

we don't really talk, but yet, if you can sort of think about it a little bit more then

it can help you get over some of the hesitations that you might be facing or the fears you

might be facing.

So here it goes.

Potential is infinite.

Potential is infinite.

Also, we all have potential.

We all have potential.

Right now, you have potential.

But it just seems that a lot of us don't think of it like that.

We just see potential as limiting or it's limited.

But really, what that is is our thoughts.

See our thoughts can limit our potential.

And just to help understand that, when you're not thinking and you just feel, the world

feels infinite and yet, when you are thinking, the world feels finite.

And there's a reason for that.

It's because our thoughts limit our potential.

That's also not necessarily a bad thing because our thoughts and our feelings collaborate

with each other and you could use your thoughts to focus on one thing and then you get to

such an intensity where you find flow that you block everything else out and you're able

to focus and work on this one thing that you're going through or whatever it is that you're

doing.

In that regard, thoughts are not a problem or they're not that much of a hindrance.

Where it becomes a hindrance is when we hesitate and when we-we dabble and meander because

that just prevents us from progressing and grow growing.

And I think it's important to understand because when you do understand that it means that

you can get to where you want to get to, you can achieve your dreams, your goals.

It's definitely within your capabilities.

I mean, at the most, you can do what you're currently capable of or at the very least,

you can learn to skills necessary to progress, to go forward.

And when you understand that potential is infinite you can push through any sort of

hesitation or any dilemma you might be going through and then, progress and grow.

Welcome to health care at home

In the previous episode we were talking about Insomnia.

And I've told you that I'll share some acupressure points

With their help you can get rid of the problem of Insomnia.

Before going to sleep press your wrist generously.

Woman who used to wear bangles it was basically to work as a acupressure point

Press your wrists and also press the tip of your ring finger very well.

It has direct connection with our brain.

Press the tip of the finger of your both hand and feet as well

Also press all the fingers for 10 times for 10 second each.

Make sure you press both the fingers of your hand and feet for 10 seconds.

Up next press the point between your eyebrows.

This way press this area for 10*-15 times

Then press this portion of your nose bone.

Press gently, don't apply force

Also press your centre point

Next press the entire areas of your eyebrows and the bones area around your eyes.

Next to this press both the sides of your spinal cord

From up to down till it finishes.

you'll be relaxed and also you'll get relief in Insomnia

Our elders use to ask people to press their hand, back and feet.

In result they use to sleep early

Next morning they use to get up fresh at 4 am

why because they got all the acupressure points

But now a days its not possible to ask anybody to do so

For your back bone, take your partner's help

Press your backbone, hand, wrist, facial area and your feet that you can press.

Do this before 30 mins of sleeping & you'll get sound sleep.

Also press the portion near your thumb, if you'll press this triangle portion

This is also an acupressure point for Insomnia

You'll get sound sleep, if you'll also press at its opposite side

Also massage with Mustard Seed Oil under your foot

Also massage with cow's clarified butter and then press this way on the entire under foot area.

Also massage with lukewarm cow's clarified butter

Sleep after doing this & you'll have noticeable relief in the problem of Insomnia

Drink milk with honey as you'll have noticeable relief in the problem of Insomnia

Let me tell you another remedy, take 1 tsp poppy seeds

Also take 1 tsp Grated Coconut Powder, add little bit of powder and make its paste

Eat 1 tsp of this paste and you'll have noticeable relief in the problem of Insomnia

Along with this paste you can take 1/2 tsp Cow's clarified butter

Add 1/4 tsp Turmeric Power & 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder

Slightly heat up them, then add it into the pate and mix it well

Add salt and cook it for 1 mins

Before sleeping consume 1 tsp of this paste

You'll have noticeable relief in the problem of Insomnia

There is an effective remedy, which is very easily available at medical store & malls i.e Camomile Tea.

Take 1 bag of camomile tea and put it into 1 hot cup of water and make sure its extracted well.

If you'll consume this tea before sleeping within 10-15 mins you will have sound sleep

So isn't it all the remedies were very easy along with detailed information.
