Main ingredient of degi qorma is brown onion. If it is done well then qorma will also turn out well.

Keep an eye on onion. Follow my tips.

Continuosly stir.

Take enough oil for frying. Onion should dip in oil.

Keep an eye on onion. Its about to be done.

Switch off flame and take out brown onion after oil is dripped.

Press with another ladle or spoon and let all oil drip.

Keep in a big plate and spread so it will get crisp.

Turn on flame. Now add whole spices.

Add chicken and saute well for 2-3 minutes till it turn white.

Keep flame on medium.

now add ginger garlic paste and fry chicken for 4-5 minutes.

I have not added water. I will cook in the released water from chicken and ginger garlic paste.

Add powdered spices and mix well.

Keep flame on high now.

While roasting spices if you feel that water is less and spices are sticking to bottom then add 2-3 tbsp water.

I will fry with spices for 3-4 minute .

On the other hand I will grind brown onion, anardana, cumin, seeds of big and small cardamom and 1 tbsp curd. make a fine paste.

I have been cooking for 5 minute. Now oil is released.

Will fry for 2-3 minute more.

I have not added water as yet.

Add beaten curd.

Flame is high.

Will fry for another 5 minute with curd.

Now I will add onion paste and mix well.

I will add little water in jar so that all onion paste comes out well from jar.

This paste will make gravy thick.

Add almonds.

IMP TIP- take care of your onion and rest will go accordingly.

Keep flame on medium.

Cook for 2 minute more and its ready.

I will add 2-4 tbsp water for gravy.

Add kewra water 1 tsp.

Switch off flame. Qorma is ready to serve.

The Best and Worst Careers For Empaths - Duration: 5:28.

The Best and Worst Careers For Empaths

BY GOSTICA

The Best and Worst Careers For Empaths

There are certain jobs more fulfilling and less stressful for empaths. The key to enjoying

and excelling at your job is making the most of your temperament.

You must find a way to channel your intuition, pensiveness, your quiet nature and creativity,

rather than suppressing it completely.

The best careers for empaths are those that are low stress and with less people. Theyre

usually happiest in smaller companies, or working from home, away from the noise and

intrigue of big corporations and all those energy vampires.

Having such a flexible job allows you to take regular brakes to decompress. Self-employment

is often their career of choice, as its a good way to avoid the overwhelming environment

of office hierarchy.

Empaths also tend to perform better on their own time, rather than according the tight

schedule of big businesses.

If youre working for a company, it might be possible for you to station your work at

home, as todays technology doesnt require you to sit behind a desk in an office.

However, if you do already work in an office, be careful not to exile yourself from social

interactions or push yourself too hard. You need to balance your alone-time with some

people-time among colleagues and friends.

So how does all this translate into real world jobs?

Well, empaths do well when self-employed, as writers, editors, medical professionals,

artists and other such creative professions.

Other good career choices are website and graphic designers, virtual assistants, accountants

and lawyers with private practices, or independent electricians or plumbers who can set up their

own schedule.

Real-estate or business consulting is also fine, as long as you establish a clear line

between when youre available and when not. Landscape design, horticulture, forest ranger

and other outdoor professions are great for empaths, as they get to be with nature.

Many also decide on the helping professions, since that satisfies their need to help others.

Empaths choose to become physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, teachers, life

coaches, to work for non-profit organizations or with animal-rescue, and other such gratifying

professions, but they must make sure to not let the stress from work consume all their

energy.

They can do this by taking breaks to clean their head, meditate, by clearly defining

the boundaries with people and taking adequate time to relax and refuel.

Jobs like police service or firefighting, though heroic, can often prove too stressful

for an empathy, since theyre very sensitive, and there is an inherent physical and psychological

risk that comes with them.

Empaths do well at all kinds of job, but its essential to find the right one to help stimulate

your skills, character and talents.

An empaths attributes might not be appreciated in big corporations, academia, professional

sports, military or government duties, but are a perfect much for the arts and organizations

with a more humane focus.

So, when considering professions, use your intuition to judge whether youre a good

fit for their mission and if you agree with their goals, values and energy. A job might

look good on paper, but it might not be right for you.

Jobs to avoid if youre an empathy are jobs that drain your energy and undermine your

empathetic nature.

Such a profession is sales, since its a very extroverted job many empaths find it

extremely stressful to constantly deal with angry and upset customers.

Empaths adopt other peoples emotions and reactions, and hectic surroundings can be

very intimidating for them. They dont usually feel the need to be on all day long.

Public relations, politics, executives who work with large groups of people, intensive

professions that demand extroversion, a skill at small talk, and a certain aggressiveness

rather than thoughtfulness, sensitivity and introspection.

Big corporations are problematic too, since that corporate mentality is hard for empaths

to accept. It doesnt value an individuals needs and independent thinking, and empaths

tendency to question decisions doesnt fit in it.

All in all the most adequate work environment is one where you can do your job on your own.

But if such a profession is not an option, its important for you to improvise solutions

so as to make your position more comfortable. The happier you are, the more youll excel

at whatever it is youre doing.

Behind the Scenes with La Machine - Duration: 7:08.

Hello, nice to meet you.

What do you do here?

Here we are preparing a play for the city of Ottawa, it is a play that will take place

at the end of July, and it will be performed in the streets of Ottawa for four days with two

big machines.

We have a big spider, which is behind us, and also a dragon horse.

Me, I am in charge directing the movement of the giant spider.

There are 16 controllers, and I am on the ground to coordinate the movements.

So what is the name of all of this?

The name of all of this is the giant spider and the play is made by the company La Machine.

it is a french street theatre company, directed by François Delarozière, he is the artistic director

who designs the play, the name of the company is La Machine.

All the work at La Machine is oriented towards artistic creation with big machines, so what inspires François and the

company is movement.

Because movement is the expression of life, and there is this idea to make big things,

because when we make big things, we inspire larger emotions from the public, and you can

see more movement in a larger machine, That is why La Machine does public performances

in public places, so that people are surprised by the appearence of these machines.

These machines were transported by boat, in shipping containers.

We take them apart so that we can fit them in the shipping containers and then we ship

them on a boat for four weeks to transport them from Europe to Canada, they arrived in

Halifax, then they were driven here.

Before the performance of the play, we send a team of technicians to assemble the machines.

It takes about a week to assemble them.

So how do you like Canada so far?

We are very lucky to perform here, it is our first time in North America, we perform a

lot in Europe, Asia, China, Even South America, but this is the first time we have performed

in North America.

Wow, that is excellent.

What are some of the challenges involved in working with such large machines?

We have to do a lot of practice because the challenge of these machines is that they are operated

by 15 people, okay, and all of these people must succeed in working together so that we

achieve the movement of the spider with a lot of expression and make it look like it

is waking up, or curious, or all of a sudden aggressive and a bit nervous, the challenge

is putting emotion into these machines.

Another challenge is walking through the streets making sure we can navigate over roads, art

pieces, traffic lights, to make them appear that they are in a different universe.

At the begining there is a lot of concentration from everybody here, we have to organize ourselves

and perform.

We are very concentrated on one scene, or movement.

Afterwards there is a lot of pleasure because of all of this.

If I see things going wrong I try very hard to stay calm.

We have headsets that we talk through and whenever I am talking through it I try to maintain

a very calm voice when I talk to the controllers so that the team remains constant and constantly

listening and there is a sense of calm.

What I will say is, well I will start by thanking you for comming to see our site and meeting

me here and to do this interview, I am very honoured to answer your questions.

We are creators, and builders there is always a lot of pleasure in being in the construction

of these new machines, and it is not the size of the machine that matters, we build little

things, big things, we build little robots and mechanisms.

There is always alot of pleasure in construction and a piece of advice I can give is to not

be alone, work with other people.

Here we work with a lot of different people and the projects become enriched by the knowledge

of everyone around, and that is how we improve and grow our projects.

Thank you, thank you very much, goodbye!

How Capitalists Innovate to Solve Problems - Duration: 5:33.

- The greatest contribution that you could

possibly make to the world

is for you to be successful, to start a business,

to be an entrepreneur.

There's this idea that those who create value,

who start businesses and succeed

are doing it on the backs of hardworking people.

The opposite is true.

Those who create the greatest success

in a free market economy,

assuming that it's done voluntarily,

those who have had the most success,

that is a reflection of the value

that they have brought to the marketplace.

My name's Ryan Daniel Marand,

I'm the founder of capitalism.com and the host

of the Freedom Fast Lane podcast,

and we started capitalism.com because

when we look at all of the innovation in the world,

we see the vast majority of it

coming from the free market,

coming from entrepreneurs.

If you look at a company like Tesla, now,

we could debate about Tesla using government subsidies

that were already there,

or we could look at the fact that

we have been trying to solve

the clean energy problem for decades,

and Tesla has done more in the last decade

than government has ever done in the last 50 years.

If we look at the healthcare crisis,

we look at this debate that we're having about

what politician, what gray-haired white politician

is going to determine what's best for all of America,

versus what the founder of Whole Foods has done

to bring whole foods, to bring healthy living mainstream,

entrepreneurs are creating the greatest change.

It's not coming from government,

so we should not be having a debate about

what government should or shouldn't be doing,

we should be having a debate about

how do we create more innovation,

how do we create more entrepreneurs,

how do we create more people

that will create more solutions to problems.

That is why we've had more growth,

more economic growth, more problems solved

in the last 100 years

than ever before in history.

It's because of capitalism,

not because of government.

One of the best ways that individuals can make a difference

is by creating a physical product.

We look at the physical products that have created

a meaningful difference in the world,

a meaningful difference in people's lives,

and created success for the entrepreneur.

I have a buddy, his name is Mike.

He created a physical product because

he saw the healthcare crisis,

he saw what he thought was a problem in the fact that

there are people in this world

who can't afford healthy food,

who can't afford organic food.

So he created a line of physical products

that allowed people to grow it themselves,

to grow it in their own homes,

and it would be affordable for everyone.

So everyone could have organic food on the table

at an affordable price.

Or one of our team members, her name is Marucia,

she just wanted to serve moms.

She just wanted to connect with and serve moms

who give so much to the world,

so she started a coffee line for moms

which is simple and creates a little bit of a difference

in that mom's day,

and as a result has a raving community

that wants to rally behind her products,

and she's creating value and making a difference

in hardworking moms' lives.

Or we have another student, her name is Sophie,

and Sophie saw it as a problem

that we have all this food waste,

and we have all of this, all of these take home containers

that people are just throwing away.

So she created a line of products

that was simply made to help people

have reusable containers that reduced waste in the world.

A little difference that, over a few thousand people,

a few thousand customers, created a meaningful difference

in the world, a meaningful difference

in the customers' lives,

and also created success for the entrepreneur.

That's how we'll make this world a better place,

through more entrepreneurship,

through creating more products that create a better world

for you and the people around you.

If this resonates with you, if you want to be

one of those people that creates value in the world,

or has a business that sells products

that has a meaningful impact on people's lives,

we teach people how to do this.

It's what we stand for and what we believe

at capitalism.com.

We do free trainings all the time

that show people the tactics and the strategies

to start businesses that actually mean something,

and that actually create results and success.

We teach it for free, because if you resonate

with the model, we have incubators,

and we have accelerators, and we have training courses

that you can go through in order to start a business

that makes a meaningful difference in your life

and everyone around you, including your customers.

That's how success is made,

that's how we solve problems,

and that's how we'll move forward as a society.

If you agree with this message,

if you resonate with the fact

that capitalism is how we'll solve the world's problems,

please share this video, follow us on Facebook,

get plugged in to our communities at capitalism.com,

because it is the free market,

and it is individual freedom

that will make this world a better place,

not by waiting for government.
