Hi, long time no see.
I'm romulus and today i want to share something about raid 5.
So, on this video, i'm going to talk about leader skills.
As we already now, we can use 3 leader skills on rift raid, which is one for each person.
But.. do you know which leader skills are the most
important ? If you don't, then stay tuned because i will
explain it on this video, based from my experience raiding with public most
of the time.
Okay, so before we start, maybe some of you guys find me on raid
5 and got kicked.
So, the only thing i check when raiding with public is whether you or they have a reliable
attack breaker or not, something like colleen, bastet,
and other units that have att break on their first.
If you don't have it, then it's an instakick.
This is the most basic thing that you should know, that att break is the most important
debuff on raid.
As you can see, i have two teams and both of them have a reliable attack breaker.
Okay, now let's move to our main topic.
Number one or the most important leader skill is defense lead.
The reason is quite obvious.
Having more defense will help you survive from the boss' attacks.
Also, increasing your defense is worth more than increasing your hp because of the boss'
skill.
Explained here that the damage increase substantially as the target's
defense decreases.
So, this is why increasing your defense is worth more than increasing your HP
on Rift Raid.
For the second most important, we have resistance lead.
Having resistance lead on your raid team will help your raid run's
consistency.
If you still think resistance lead is not that important, you can try raiding with and
without it, and you will spot the differences.
And for the third one, we have critical rate lead.
The reason why we have critical lead as our third, is to reduce the
amount of ineffective turns.
So, what are ineffective turns ? Ineffective turns are when your turns wasted because your
monsters not doing what they're supposed to do.
Critical rate lead will help your damage dealers finish their job, which
is dealing damage.
If your damage dealer keeps fail to crit, you got a lot of wasted turn, thus your raid
run's success rate will dropped a lot.
This is why, i feel that critical rate lead is quite important.
For the fourth place, we have attack lead.
This one is just a theorycrafting, but the reason why i think attack lead is
fourth-place worthy, is because it might be better for some situation than crit rate lead.
If your raid member's damage dealers have 85% crit rate or higher, using
attack lead probably better than crit rate lead.
The problem is that most likely that won't happen, because most people
stopped at around 70% crit rate.
And also, attack lead is not really a thing because there's no attack lead monster that
is good for raid.
That's it for attack lead.
For the fifth place we have speed lead.
The reason why I put speed lead on the fifth place, is
because i think speed lead is overrated in raid.
Speed lead doesn't give your monster more value to their turns, except
for some speed scaling damage dealer monsters.
If you use crit rate lead, you give your monster more value to their turns
because they have higher chance to crit.
If you use attack lead, your monsters will deal more damage for every turns they have.
If you use speed lead, your monster will go faster, and so what ? your monster don't get
more value by going faster in raid. you might get more turns, but that's
not the point.
In raid, making your turns as effective as you can are more
important than getting more turns, because of the boss' passive skill.
more turns mean more stuns and the boss will get
stronger, and this is why revenge rune are very stong in raid.
while we are at speed lead, let's talk about this monster.
so, if you still using seara on raid, i suggest you to stop
using her.
I think Seara is quite bad on raid, because of these several reasons.
First, her first skill doesn't give anything, no debuffs and low damage.
Second, she eats too much turns, which is bad
on raid.
Third, she doens't use attack buff efficiently, because of her low damage first skill.
And the last one, if the boss resisted her bomb, she going to waste
her next 3 turns with her first skill, because she won't use her 3rd if there
is no bomb.
The only good sides from her are easy to build and doesn't need defense break.
Also if I have Seara, i would prefer built her focused on pvp than pve (raid).
On the sixth place we have HP and accuracy lead.
I just combined both of them to make it quick.
You don't need HP lead because defense lead are already enough
as an defensive lead, so it's better to get an offensive lead.
You don't need accuracy lead because you just don't need it.
Raiding consists of 3 people with each of them have
at least 3-4 support monsters that land debuffs, the chance of none of them land debuffs are
very low, so you don't need accuracy lead.
And the last one, we have elemental leads, because we are talking about raiding on public
specifically.
The chance of you or other people have only one element
team are almost impossible.
Feel free to kick them if you're doing public raid and meet them.
That's all from me, if you have any questions, as usual you can leave it on the comment section.
thanks for watching and see you again on the next video
