Welcome back guys and girls, my name is Danny Burke and some of you watching have tattoos.
I dont have any, I might get one one day, I do think they can be pretty interesting
but you know what might be even better than a regular tattoo?
A 3D one.
If you havent seen one before, prepare to have your mind slightly blown or even more
- Im Danny Burke and this is the top 10 insane tattoos that look too real …
Coming in at number 10 we have the Wood Carving.
Trypophobia is the fear of unnatural holes on the body - if you have it, look away now.
This is an intricate leg tattoo that makes the womans leg look like a detailed wood carving.
The pattern is impressive just by itself but to make it look this real on a persons leg
is amazing.
It also trips people about a bit.
You almost feel like you could reach out and poke a finger into their leg.
If this just gave you trypophobia, I am very sorry …
At number 9 we have Buttons.
Sounds like a cute name but it might trip some of you out.
This is what it would look like if your skin had buttons.
It looks too real too be true but its 100% real.
When I first saw this one I imagined a world where surgeons dont sew you up after an operation,
they button you.
Imagine that.
I always lose buttons on my shirts too, so Id probably end up with a kidney falling out.
Theres a nice thought.
Next up at number 8 we have the BioMechinal Arm.
This tattoo was done by British based artist Piotr Dedel and it is pretty amazing stuff.
Im sure many of you have seen movies like the Terminator and thought: man, I wish I
was a cyborg, well, this is the closest we can get for now.
I think what makes this tattoo is how theyve managd to mix the actual, unaltered skin with
the robotic design, leaving you not sure whats real and whats not … I think the flesh part
is real, I hope …
At number 7 now we have I See You.
-point to forehead- If I told you that someone had 3 eyes on their head, would you picture
the 3rd eye right here?
Well, how about here.
Id love to know the story behind this one.
Finding an eye here is creepy enough but its not just that - look how terrified it is.
That is one scared eyeball.
Also the veins that are pulsing back into the skin look very real - but I also dont
like veins so Im gonna have to move swiftly on ...
Moving on to number 6 - Have You Got A Pen?
Well, this guy has.
Now, obviously, when youre looking at this up close, you can tell its a tattoo - an impressive
one the less.
But if you squint or youre standing far away, this 100% looks like an actual pen.
The question is though, why?
A lot of the other ones seem to have some sort of meaning but why would you want to
have a pen tattooed behind youre ear.
I hope he realises that people will ask to borrow it for the rest of your life.
At the number 5 spot now we have The Bear.
Bear tattoos are very popular, theyre a majestic animal and they make for a good tattoo - but
this is a pretty original take on it.
This guy got a bear imprint on the side of his leg, making it look like a piece of dirt
that has been clawed by some great grizzly.
I personally love the claw marks, the one on the left looks a little bit too real.
Maybe this tattoo was to cover up an actual bear scar?
Is that crazy?
Next up at number 4 we have The Star.
I cannot get my head around how good this one is.
Check it out - youve got a start that looks like its actually cracking into the skin around
it.
The star contains a bunch of values, presumably ones he aspires to- friendshop, freedom, family,
tollerance, integrity, you get the idea - but the word Love is highlighted above all else.
Some people might enjoy it for that message, others may just love how realistic it looks.
Maybe weve all got those words written under our skin …
At number 3 now we have Batman.
This one goes out to all the batman fans out there, theres a lot of them and theres a lot
of batman tattoos but this might be the best Ive seen.
Underneath his human skin, is a batman suit.
If this isnt the biggest superfan tattoo I dont know what is.
It kinda got me thinking though - if he has a batman suit under his skin, then does he
have more skin under his batman suit - and maybe another batman suit under that.
I cant even call this tattoo weird because Im now talking complete nonsense …
Moving on to number 2 we have The Optical Illusion.
This is such a beautifully simple one.
By using a bit of classic line trickery, this tattoo artist has made a mind bending optical
illusion tattoo.
Its one of those ones where you know its not real, arms dont have dimples that deep right
- but the more you look at it, the more it makes you believe it is real.
Please tell me Im not the only one with a simple brain who sees the arm caving in on
itself.
That would be embarrassing if it only worked on me …
And finally at number 1 we have the Spider.
Imagine if you saw this guy with his shirt off at the beach or something.
What would your instinct be - tell him that he has a killer spider just chilling on his
arm, or run about a mile the other way?
Either way, I think we can all admit that this thing looks insanely real.
Its the kind of tattoo that you only get if youre obsessed with spiders, or you want to
scary away the little spiders with a massive fake one.
Its definitely a fake one.
Although they should probably check every day.
I dont even trust spiders when theyre an inanimate tattoo …
Alright, that is that.
Im still thinking about getting a tattoo one day.
Im not sure what I want yet but Ill tell you what I dont want - anything that looks like
I have holes in my skin and also no spiders.
Thats pretty much my only request.
