19th congress of Communist Party of China kicks off; Pres. Xi stresses national rejuvenation - Duration: 3:00.

China has begun its Communist Party Congress,... an event held only once every five years.

It'll see the party make changes to its governing documents... and choose new leaders.

President Xi Jinping, though, will be cementing his rule, naming allies to top posts... as

he begins a second five-year term as leader.

Oh Jung-hee tells us more.

The 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China kicked off in Beijing on Wednesday.

It's China's biggest political event, held only twice a decade.

More than 23-hundred delegates are in Beijing from around the country to elect a new Politburo

-- the group that effectively rules the country -- to make amendments to the constitution...

and to lay out plans for national development.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is starting his second term.

He's alread been declared the 'core leader' of the Party, but now his political stature

is to be put on par with that of the Party's founder Mao Zedong and his successor Deng

Xiaoping.

Opening the week-long congress, President Xi said that China has made some historic

achievements over past five years,... lifting over six million people out of poverty.

He stressed... that now the Party's task is to realize the "Chinese Dream" of national

rejuvenation -- developing "socialism with Chinese characteristics" for a new era...

and thereby completing the construction of a modern socialist state by the 2050s.

To do that, he emphasized,... centralized and unified leadership is the key.

(Chinese) "China is still and will long remain in the

primary stage of socialism, and China's international status as the world's largest developing country

has not changed.

The whole Party should work to unite people of all ethnic groups across the country to

achieve economic development as the main goal... and make China a powerful socialist state."

President Xi also emphasized that his fight against corruption will continue... by putting

power into what he called a stronger institutional cage... through legislation and measures like

a reporting platform.

Another significant goal, he said, is building a 'Xiaokang' society -- one where all citizens

can enjoy comfortable and affluent lives.

Much attention is on who will rise as allies of President Xi.

Five new members will be appointed to the Politburo Standing Committee,... which is

China's top decision-making body.

For the opening of the Congress,... North Korea's ruling Workers' Party sent a message

of congratulations.

Pyongyang's state media reported that warm greetings and hope for a 'satisfactory success'

were delivered to the Chinese Party and the people.

But Pyongyang's message for this Congress was only three sentences long -- much shorter

than the one sent to Beijing for the previous congress in 2012... which was over 800 characters

long.

Also, while the previous messages have always emphasized 'securing and advancing the two

countries' long friendship,'... there was no mention of that this year,....

which reflects the cooler relations between the two over Pyongyang's continued provocations

and Beijing's sanctions on the regime..

Moody's keeps Korea's economic condition rating stable at Aa2 - Duration: 2:06.

Despite the geopolitical risks in the region, South Korea is holding on to its high credit

ratings from global agencies.

The latest report from Moody's kept South Korea at double-A-two, citing, among other

things, its strong economy.

Lee Ji-won has more.

Global ratings agency Moody's released its country credit ratings on Wednesday,... and

Korea, along with France, the U.K. and Hong Kong stood at Aa2 (double-A-two),... the agency's

third highest rating out of its 21 levels.

Five countries, including the U.S., Germany, and Singapore were given the highest possible

Aaa (triple a) rating, while China and Japan stood two notches below Seoul, at A1.

South Korea was upgraded to Aa2 (double-A-two) in December 2015, and has been able to maintain

that level ever since.

The agency pointed at South Korea's strong economic resilience,... which could lead to

robust growth and high competitiveness, along with fiscal soundness and the government's

transparent policies as its reasons for maintaining the ratings.

Moody's also reaffirmed its outlook on the country's economy,... rating it as "stable"

and forecasting the country to post growth rates of 2 to 3 percent over the next five

years helped by its size, diversity and competitiveness.

But the agency also noted that geopolitical tensions over North Korea stand as a potential

threat, as well as the possible weakening of long-term growth from the government's

structural reforms.

Earlier in the week, South Korea also maintained its Aa3 (double-A-three) rating by Fitch,

another global ratings agency.

Fitch cited Seoul's robust external finances and strong macroeconomic performance, balanced

against its aging population and low productivity as the reason.

Though Fitch said geopolitical risk resulting from the tensions on the Korean peninsula

continues to weigh on the rating.... it does not see an outright war occurring on the peninsula.

Korea has been at double-A-three, the agency's fourth highest level, since September 2012.

Senior diplomats of S. Korea, U.S., Japan meet in Seoul to discuss N. Korea's nuclear issue - Duration: 0:47.

Senior diplomats from the U.S. and Japan are in Seoul today to discuss North Korea's growing

nuclear and missile threats.

South Korean Vice Foreign Minister Lim Sung-nam met with his U.S. and Japanese counterparts,

John Sullivan and Shinsuke Sugiyama, this afternoon for a three-way talk.

During a press briefing afterwards, Vice Minister Lim said they reaffirmed their common goal

of denuclearizing the Korean peninsula using "diplomatic efforts" -- also prioritizing

peace while putting more pressure on the regime.

Earlier in the day Vice Minister Lim met separately with Sullivan... to work on arrangements for

President Trump's visit to Seoul next month.

Later in the evening there's a six-way talk scheduled... between the three countries'

nuclear envoys along with the vice ministers.

Xposed For Android Nougat|Marshmallow|Lollipop[Explained] - Duration: 3:32.

Hey what's up guys shark jungle is here , in this tutorial I'm gonna show you how to install

xposed framework on android Nougat , the same steps can be done on android Lollipop or android

marshmallow ,I'm gonna show you that it's working on devices running Stock android like

nexus 6P and I believe that it will work for most Android devices as you see this is galaxy

S7 running android Nougat and I successfully installed xposed on it , now let's get it

done

1-first your device has to be rooted and you have to have custom recovery installed on

your device , I recommend to use TWRP recovery If you don't how to install a custom recovery

then, you will find a link in the video description showing you how to do it

you need to download xposed framework.zip file and I'm gonna show you how to choose

the right file for your device as you see you have 5 selection from 21 to

25 and those numbers related to which android version you have ,as you see in this picture

API Level 21 for 5.0 22 for 5.1 23 for 6.0 24 for 7.0 and 25 for 7.1

I'm gonna choose 25 cos I'm running android 7.1 on My nexus 6P

The next screen you have to choose which ARM you processor is ,for Me it's ARM64

If you are not aware which one to choose just download Hardware info App

to get accurate information about the device processor and Api level

as you see my API level is 25 and the processor is Arm64

Make sure to download xposed installer APK file to install it after flashing the firmware

download xposed uninstaller.zip file and this file is very important if anything bad happens

for example if you got bootloops after flashing the framwork the only way to get it back to

normal is by flashing Xposed uninstaller.zip file

Now let's reboot into recovery as a precaution do a nandroid backup before

flashing xposed , there is a link in the video description , showing you how to make nandroid

backup make sure to watch it Now hit install navigate to the zip file location

then swipe to flash reboot system and wait for the device to boot

up, the first boot may take sometime for optimization Now I'm going to install Xposed installer

apk file

as you see now xposed is installed and you can download any module you want .

These steps can be done on any device running Stock android or AOSP based ROMs , Samsung

devices Stock firmware may got a bootloop so make sure to follow a specific tutorial
