Difference between butt implants and breast implants-Dr.Cortes - Duration: 6:10.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: Why are the butt implants different than the breast implants?

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Welcome back!

There are many people who often fail to differentiate between butt implants and breast implants.

They think that butt implants are the same as breast implants.

In reality, there exists a huge difference between the two implant types.

Butt implants are robustly constructed.

They are made of semi-solid, rubber-like silicone material.

On the other hand, breast implants are not durable.

A breast implant is made of a silicone shell that is filled with silicone gel or saline solution.

The reason why butt implants have a different construction than the breast implants is because

the buttocks are used to doing a lot of activities.

The buttocks enable us to sit, walk, run, and do a variety of other strenuous activities.

As such, a weaker implant like breast implant will not survive for long if placed in the buttocks.

Furthermore, the anatomy of the buttocks is different than the anatomy of the breasts.

Breast implants are designed for the breasts only, and butt implants are designed for the buttocks only.

The shape of the breasts and buttocks are different, and they have different aesthetic requirements.

To meet those unique requirements, different implants have been created for the buttocks and breasts.

Breast implants are prone to ruptures and leaks over time .

The application of undue pressure or force on the breasts can trigger rupture or leak

of the breast implants.

Also, breast implants might have to be removed after a few years depending if you develop complications.

In light of these facts, it is never wise to use breast implants to augment your buttocks.

Butt implant surgery uses gluteal implants specifically designed for the buttocks.

They are highly durable and have the tendency to withstand immense pressure and force.

Once you get gluteal implants, there is no need remove or replace them unless serious complications

like an infection of the implants, capsular contracture, or implant migration occur.

Unlike breast implants, the results achieved via butt implants are permanent because gluteal implants

do not rupture or leak and there is normally no need to remove or replace them.

my grip and you know what it did instead of running away he just walked over to

the gate just kind of stood there you know just waiting why the fuck was i

holding a thing I nearly risk my life and the dog just kind of stains there

and it's just like you know and then the gate open it walked in i was like well

fuck me then what was the point of all that you know I was covered in dirt

bruises I was bleeding in then I'll go to this dog and it's totally fine I'm

The Initial Key Stages Of The Awakening Process

When talking about a such continuous and complex process as awakening a lot of misunderstanding

and confusion is floating amidst many people�s minds.

What is the process, how do we get there, and why do we even need it?

Let�s start with why do we need it.

Consider this, we talk a lot about our ecosystem nowadays, we discuss the pollution, we feel

threatened by increasing temperatures.

We have an ecosystem.

As scientists have proven already, there are other ecosystems out there, similar to Mother

earth.

We may not have (at least it�s not publicly acknowledged) a contact per-se established

with them, nevertheless those ecosystems exist.

Put simply, we have a planetary ecosystem and we have a universe ecosystem.

Some planetary systems with their population are more advanced than ours and some are less.

Let�s agree, awakening, or the process of enlightenment as many call, is sort of an

evolutionary process.

First, we walk, then we speak, now� we embrace our normally dormant abilities of other senses.

Our spiritual abilities.

Often people refer to these abilities as psychic abilities, as sixth

sense abilities or even intuition.

Let�s simplify this even further.

First, we exist, then we form tribes.

Then we learn we can stand alone and embrace individuality, and now awakening: Where each

individual becomes one with the whole ecosystem, while sustaining the individuality (Aha!

No wonder your author, i.e. me, wrote that book on �How to be selfish�)!

In simple terms, once you�ve mastered your individuality, you can contribute more fully

to the society unit, or our ecosystem if you like.

First, we build an ecosystem with our community, then our town or city and then our whole earth

and then� but that�s the next stage, with our universe ecosystem.

Our �other senses� are always present but somewhat dormant.

The beauty of the awakening process is it�s reminiscent of a vortex.

Once it starts, others will be drawn into it and eventually the whole process may even

come to completion.

But before that, let�s start with the first initial key stages that will help us to get

there.

As it doesn�t just mean connecting, but connecting with one another on a deeper level.

Which, in itself, IS a complex step that consists of several stages:

Acknowledge you have abilities.

No matter what anyone says, you don�t have to be an old woman, living in a forest and

talking to your dead relatives while looking into a crystal ball.

Those days are over.

No more witch hunting (except for some countries) and no more naming and shaming for �crazy

talk� about how you knew exactly what will happen.

Some call it de javu, some intuition, some say �spooky stuff.�

Acknowledgement alone goes a long way.

Train your mind.

Mind training is underrated.

Un-respected, and generally dismissed under the notion �If I don�t see immediate results,

perhaps it doesn�t work�.

Start with simple meditation: even 5 minutes of trying to silence your mind, DAILY, will

work in the beginning.

Recognise there is more to your existence than what you see in front of you.

Or speaking in the language of quantum physics- our experience is limited to the way we observe

reality.

That does not mean however there is no other reality, that we have not observed yet.

Join likeminded individuals.

Practicing your abilities is best done in a group.

That is the first principle of oneness, the awakening requires more than one participant.

On a side-note, there are many records of physical mediumship that was especially popular

during the 19th and early 20th century, what many don�t know, in order to master the

energy necessary to manifest physical �proof� the groups energy was required!

Not just of the medium who was performing (often devastatingly exhausting on medium�s

health) task.

Practice.

Stat practicing your abilities.

How do you know you are ready to move on to the next stage?

It may take time, although I�ve seen some of my students progressing within only a few

group sessions!

It is when you can connect with the others to the point of knowing how they feel, what

their issues are and so on that you are ready to progress to the next stage, that I�ll

be sure to write about.

Gun Violence Increases after Unregulated Gun Shows - Duration: 2:39.

Is the so-called "gun show loophole" dangerous?

According to this study appearing in the Annals of Internal Medicine, the answer is yes, if

only modestly.

But to really understand what's going on, let's look at the methods this study uses,

because it's not entirely straight-forward.

OK first things first.

The "gun show loophole" is a bit more complicated than it sounds.

Federal law states that anyone buying a gun from a licensed dealer needs to undergo a

background check, regardless of where they purchase the gun.

But private sales are not subject to those federal rules, they are governed by state

laws and most states (in red on this map) do not require background checks.

Gun shows are a convenient place for private gun sales to take place, but not the only

place.

OK – so the concern is as follows: what if gun shows lead to an influx of guns in

a local area, procured under less stringent guidelines, which would then subsequently

be used malevolently?

To test that effect, researcher Ellicott Matthay and colleagues used a convenient natural experiment.

California has strict state laws regarding gun shows – all private sales must proceed

through a licensed dealer, who will perform a background check, and the purchaser will

receive the gun after a 10-day waiting period.

In Nevada – just next door – no background check, no waiting period.

The researchers examined the rates of gun-related injury and death in areas of California close

to a California gun show.

They looked at the two weeks before the gun show, and compared that to the two weeks after

the gun show.

Would the show lead to a spike in gun violence in the local area?

In short?

No.

No effect.

Gun shows in California were not associated with a local increase in gun violence, even

after accounting for the 10-day waiting period.

But the plot thickened when the researchers looked at those free-wheeling Nevada gun shows.

Comparing the two-weeks before to the two-weeks after a Nevada gun show, gun violence increased

significantly.

The intuitive explanation here is that California's laws are serving to mitigate gun violence

after gun shows.

But we need to be really careful with conclusions like that.

For one thing, the areas near a California gun show might be different than the areas

near a Nevada gun show.

After all, the rates of gun violence near Nevada gun shows were lower than in areas

near California gun shows even after the uptick associated with the show.

Does this suggest that, overall, Nevada's free-wheeling gun show regulation decreases

violence, albeit at a price of occasional surges in violence?

Isn't that just the plot to The Purge?

But look, gun-violence really did go up in the two weeks after a Nevada gun show.

Non-gun violence didn't go up, by the way – a nice negative control.

So it seems that there is something different about Nevada vs. California gun shows.

Assuming that something different is just the law, though, is a bit of a shot in the

dark.

Hi guys welcome back to my channel so today I have decided and to do a haul for you

just because I've been collecting loads of stuff for my

autumn winter wardrobe and

There wasn't really anything interesting going on in my life, so I thought flogging would be kind of appointment

I'm gonna show you everything that I've got and then at the end

I'm gonna do like a little try on haul for you so that you can see how I

wanted to style everything okay, so the first thing I got and

Was from River Island, I think I'll go buy shop so that

That kind of makes it easy. I've got a little list

So yeah the first things that I got were actually from River Island

If you saw my previous haul you would have seen I got a dress from River Island and actually still had the security tag attached

So I returned that and I just didn't want it anymore. I was over

It just because of the security tag thing so I ended up getting these two necklaces here, so yeah

I got these two necklaces. They were 10 pounds for both of them, and they come in like a little set

I really thought that these were a lot like some of the ones you can get from Monica vinegar

So that's basically the reason I got them. I just thought they were really pretty. I love the chain on this one

I just think it's really nice and it's kind of got this little

Diamond T detail around it so yeah. I just think needs a really nice cheaper alternative to some of the

Monica bin under ones that you can currently get so the next thing I got was actually a bag

I found this one which I thought was so beautiful it has like a silky scarf

with this lovely

Printed detail on there, and then it's got gold hardware. It's got like little down blue bits of things hanging off

I'm not sure about this. I might take that off, and it's got dice. Not sure about that either

And then it also has this little river island thing on it as well, which I thought was quite sweet

and then it has a long strap and

This I really love this just this little pop of red. I just thought it added something really special to it

So yeah, I will show you at the end how and going to stir all this up?

It's a really nice bag and that one was 28 pounds. We're then the next place. I actually went to was super drug

I just went in to grab a few bits and bobs and of course I ended up leaving with some cosmetics as well

Because I always do and and I've been after these for quite a while

Just because I've been wearing a lot of dresses lately

And I felt like I really needed to add some trousers to my wardrobe so the first pair

I got leather biker trousers

These are actually faux leather, and they are really stretchy

and they're definitely true to size you don't need to size up in these and

If you just get your normal size, they fit really well. They're really like snug the stitching in these is great

I've had a couple of pairs

Like these types of trousers before and they have fallen to pieces after one wear

So I'm really happy with these so I thought I've done like a squat test to see how

But I got them longer so that they cover my shoes

completely and kind of got all the way down to the floor when I am wearing hi show and

40 pounds okay, and the next place I went to was actually Primark don't know what's wrong with me

I seem to be going in Primark a lot more lately

Than I used to the reason I went into Primark this time was actually because I saw another youtuber

Post a few jumpers, and I really wanted some jumpers so the first thing I got

Well, it's under knee for everything else

The first thing I got was actually this jumper here, it's so

Snuggly and it's so soft. It's got this gorgeous detail on the front of it

It's got quite a high neck which I really like but it's not like

Restricting it's just like it's just comfortable so comfortable to wear

And then the sleeves it's kind of and then quite baggy at the end, but then they got this rolled over

Bit and then it is definitely a bad jumper. I think I've got this

Yeah, I got it quite oversized so I got a 14 in this one just cuz I wanted it to be nice and big

It's nice and loose so yeah, I really like that one

It's great, and then I also picked up a few bits and bobs, so I've got

A pair of earrings which actually in my ears at the moment, so hopefully you can see the hose

They are the earrings, and I really love them. They really reminded me of some of the pieces you can get from Astrid and Moo

Except without the 39 pound price tag I am gonna answer some of those for Christmas or I might treat myself soon

But for now, I thought these were great and one pound fifty. You cannot really grumble I

Also picked up just a little set of earrings here

They've just got some cute little studs and just different metals there

And I really liked where are they these ones which are opal. I really really like those

What opal style without they're reliable and then just some little

Hoops just because I was after some and leave it just in different

Metals and as you can see they were only two pounds which is such a bargain so next we're moving on to Zara M

Pell detail kind of oatmeal

Colored jumper. This is so soft. It's so soft

I absolutely love this and it's got these gorgeous pearl details

And I just think it's so pretty the sleeves are kind of a three-quarter length

Which is really good because it's still warm if it's a slightly warmer day. This would come in really handy

It's really soft. I think I already said that and and it's actually not very thick either so it's quite nice for layering

I'm definitely

Yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to layering this up you you know sometimes when you've got a jumper on and you've got a coat on

as well

Maybe you're out shopping or something and you're just like wow I'm boiling

I think this is the perfect jumper for sort of

Shopping and wearing a coat with I just think it's really it's really cute, and this one was only seventeen ninety nine

Which I thought was really good? Oh, and I totally forgot to say the jumper from Primark was 13 pounds. Sorry mister

Zara was actually the jumper that I'm wearing right now, and it's such a gorgeous jumper apps that you love it

I actually saw this on Suzy from hello, October, and I just had to have it

They have actually got this jumper in quite a few different colors

And so I think I might have to go back and purchase like two more

I think I want the black one and as I can open it colored one as well

It's just so come. It's so snuggly and I absolutely love it and

$29.99 and now it's the last thing in the hall

Which is actually my my main little piece that I got and and it's a new coat I absolutely

Love this coat it was about a year ago that I saw one similar

That Lydia Elise millon was wearing and I think her one is

Stella McCartney

And it's very expensive

and I believe very sold out so when I saw this I had to have it just because it's so incredibly similar and

as an added bonus it was in the tool section

Now I'm not that tall I'm five seven and a half and so kind of an average height

But I do always have a problem with sleeves coming up way too short on me, so yeah

I got this in the tool section. The sleeves are nice and long

They like cover my hands, which is amazing and it's got these lovely so it's just got two buttons

And they kind of like gold little pop buttons. It's got zip details, and it's got proper pockets

You know sometimes when they've got fake pockets

I hate that nice deep pockets and the zip ups are they're nice and secure as well, which and my mother will love

You know her moms are always like they've no sleep on your bag. It's not safe

So yeah there you go mum zips just for you and around the collar. It's got this lovely

Black detail just underneath which I really liked and then inside it's lined just with a black lining

So this is outfit number one, so I've got the pink Zara jumper

and I'm wearing that with the two necklaces and

That were from River Island, and then the Primark earrings the river island bag

And then the flared Jamie genes which are paired with

These boots which were from Asus, which I think I've showed you before in another video, so yeah, that's outfit

Number one, and I really really love this. I just think it's really cute

I really like the color of this jumper as well, and then this is the second jumper. This is the one from?

it's just so snuggly it's so comfy I

was kind of worried it would make me look huge, but I think it's obvious that it's the jumper and

But yeah, I just think it's so pretty. It's so cozy, and I think it looks

I think it looks a bit more expensive than Primark like I don't think it looks like a Primark jumper

Which is whatever really like about it. I could also like tuck this in as well, I think

Would look kind of cool

so yeah, I'd be nice and

And then we've got another jumper. This is the oatmeal one with the pearl detail

Start it with the necklaces and again. These same jeans. I just think this is so cute

It's so like it's not too

Thick which I really like about it, and the sleeves it is kind of 3/4 length

I think it would be lovely let tucked in as well

I think I'm gonna wear this with one of my black leather skirts. I think you might look quite cute with that

Then we have the coat. Oh my god. I just love this so much. I just think it is

Amazing it's such a lovely coat. It's got lovely like structured shoulders

It just fits so nicely oh

I just think it's so nice. Oh, I love it. It looks so smart as well

I could just think it'd be so nice for work

So nice for everyday. We're just like a big scarf, but I just think this could be a cute work outfit as well

kind of good for lots of different occasions

So finally our the Topshop faux leather trousers I styled them with some little

sock booties from

ASOS and then a

White shirt this one's just last season with Ryland, but I do think they've still got it in the store

I'm sure I saw her on Saturday or something similarly similar at least and then again. I've got this same

Zara jumper and my new little bag. I do really like these I feel like they're maybe a little bit, too

Tight here, they've got this random weird bit of stitching. That's tight and then everywhere else so

I don't know if I kind of look like I've got

Weird shape legs, maybe I could loosen alphabet and then it'll be better

but yeah

How Do Realtors Get Paid - Who Pays Your Buyers Agent - Duration: 2:38.

Hi everyone. This is your Tampa Bay realtor Lance Mohr. In this video I want

to talk about how to buy your agents get paid whether you're buying a pre-owned

home or whether you're buying a brand new home from a builder I wanted to do

this video because I do get this question every once in a while a lot of

times it's from first-time home buyers but a lot of times I get it from people

that have fought in several homes but maybe they're buying a brand new home

for the first time and they're wondering are am i charging the money or how am I

getting paid so I don't want to speak for every realtor in the nation and

every state in the nation but I'm giving you pretty much the golden rule how all

Realtors get paid and we'll talk about pre owned first on a pre owned home what

happens is the listing agent and brokerage they go out there and take the

take the listing and it's pretty standard whatever a listing fee they get

they pay the selling or the buyer's agent 50% of that that's very normal so

whatever that Commission is they'll get half of it it works pretty much the same

way a little bit different on new homes what happens on new homes is builders

are always going to be doing their budgets and projections in October in

November most of them will do it in October some will do it in November

assume in their fiscal year in this December 31st and so they budget real

estate agents commissions in there so whether you use a real estate agent on a

new home or whether you don't use a real estate agent on a new home it's already

in there they're they're not negotiating everything you know anything it's it's

pretty much the way it is so the builders end up paying the real estate

brokerage and then of course like it works everywhere they pay the brokerage

and then the brokerage whatever their split is with the agents so really

shouldn't cost you any money again I'm not going to speak for every agent out

there I don't know maybe there's some agents that that charge additional money

or something or they make you sign an agreement but

I'm just talking how I work and that's very standard in the industry if you

have any questions whatsoever don't hesitate to let me know
