Today we're talking about On the Run

a video for which I helped Sebastiano creating a storyboard

wich I think was intresting

but unfortunately, due to time and budget problems

it could not be realized, sooo

Hey, I've tried my best to give it a sense to this video!

We are in an abandoned construction site

left even by the old men who usually enjoy looking at works

While Sebastiano sings with a jacket that could drive crazy any metal detector

a poor girl is dragged by two shady man

that put her a gas mask

to protect her from their terrible breath after a garlic dinner

At some point, randomly, comes another figure

wearing a medieval mask from the plague doctor

who pretends to take notes

In the meanwhile, in the abandoned construction site, a band plays

in on the saddest tour ever, worst than the one of Mariottide in the bathroom area.

The girl is taken off the mask and she immediately rebelled for the kidnapping

but mostly for the air, more smelly than the sewer where Pennywise lives.

Someone grasps a pair of scissors for obscure reasons.

Or maybe he was just a hairdressing wannabee..

With the gentleness of a woman in her period

the girl tears her mask off the man's face

Meanwhile, Sebastiano walks around and makes noises gazing at... nothing

The man without the mask is shocked by the garlic smell

and pushes around his colleagues taking the girl away

The singer's noises continue and they make the two characters running away

The masked man look for the fugitives but they can't find them

Meanwhile, Sebastiano has headaches

Or maybe he's annoyed by the 20cm long nails he has on his shoulders

and he's scratched every time he lean against the wall

Without anyone noticing, the two protagonits manage to escape

Anyway, the doctors are looking in the opposite direction

and the singer is looking in random places

Plus, he has a headache, he doesn't have the time to look for people!

However, he still scolds his minions

who eventually get tired and resign themselves.

Without employees, the boy can only sit down, crying dirty water

and maybe looking for a new stylist...

Evolution of the SAS in Counter Strike - Duration: 4:12.

The SAS model is a Scottish Special Forces unit that's been seen in all of the Counter

Strikes to date.

During the beta he suffered from a seriously pointy head, before being given a make-over

for the proper release and then recoloured from blue to black for 1.6.

It's worth knowing this, since the black and blue theme has persisted until the present

day.

Any way, this is the CS 1.6 model, already sporting his gas mask.

He got an HD make-over for Condition Zero which ups the poly-count, returns to blue

clothing and gives him a nice protective helmet to further confuse where his head hitbox actually

is.

There's no question that this model is more detailed, though I do find the rimless reflective

goggles a strange choice.

Don't worry, it doesn't last for long since for Source, these were replaced with

transparent glass!

This is the best look at the guys behind the mask that we ever get to see for the SAS model

in Counter Strike.

The rest of the outfit remains remarkably similar to the style of the Condition Zero

model.

Though it wasn't to last!

…For in Global Offensive they've left their helmet at home, and their gas masks

have been made opaque again.

This is an interesting design choice.

I've always considered transparency to be graphically superior to opaque.

I mean, surely with glass stuff you want to be able to see through them?

And yet for both this SAS model AND the Leet Krew model, it is only the Source version

to have see-through specs.

This is surely an artistic choice rather than a graphical limitation.

While there was only one design at any given moment for the earlier games, we're given

6(!) different ones to play with for Global Offensive.

For the first time in the game's history, we're able to have black AND blue models

in-game at the same time!

I honestly think it was a bit of a wasted opportunity to keep them all looking so similar.

I mean, if you're going to make more than one model then you might as well mix them

up a bit more, rather than just changing the shades of the straps and the strip on the

gas mask slightly.

But there is a 6th and rarely seen version as well- this black and white model.

And there's more.

While the 5 you normally see have normal, reflective goggles, the magical super special

black and white sixth one has a red tint, instantly making him the darkest timeline

and supreme team leader.

Sadly since I use a black map to showcase these guys I've had to show these in-game

for you to be able to see it.

There's always something that goes wrong with these videos.

Also, despite different pockets and stuff, all of these models have the same number of

polygons… except variantd which doesn't have an axe on his back.

Finally, in late 2016, they updated them to the modern ones- the SAS were the first since

CS:GO's release to get a refresh.

Gone are the 6 different types, now there's just one.

And it's the blue model with a nice matching blue strip around the gas mask.

We've gone full circle, back to the style used in the original Counter Strike's official

launch again.

His larger eye-pieces give him a sweet innocent puppy-dog stare and it's mega reflective

in-game, which is cool.

Perhaps more surprisingly, this newer high-def model is only 1,000 more than the older ones

and significantly fewer than with the new leet models.

I guess I expected it to be more than it is.

Comparing the wireframes of both explains a few things.

The new one may have more details, but the older one uses more polygons on what few details

it has.

There are lots of low-value polygons on the satchels around his body and in the lower

legs.

The newer one, although an 'upgrade', uses fewer in these areas and instead lavishes

them on new details that you're more likely to notice.

The newer model is substantially more JIGGLY too.

Ragdolls are sooo last year.

It's all about wobbly clothing now!

I can't wait to see what they'll do when they update Dust2's IDF models.

There doesn't appear to be a limit to it either.

Spin the mouse like a HELLBEAST and this guy's radio flies out 90 degrees.

It's only a matter of time before this gets a player killed in a professional match and

determines the outcome of an entire tournament.

Valve, please fix.

Waiting on A Man Who Loves God - Duration: 2:12.

When I was younger, my dad would say to me,

"Find a man who will love God more than he will ever love you."

I remember, as a kid, being offended by this.

Because I wanted a man who would love me and make me first in his life.

How could he do that if he loved God more than he loved me?

Like every young, Christian girl growing up, I wanted to be the next girl who converts the bad boy.

The guys I started to pursue were not God-loving men.

And after awhile, I'd be left heart-broken, lonely.

Questioning, "Will I ever find the one?"

But I realized something.

That I hadn't made God number one in my life.

I was more preoccupied with finding "the one."

Finding the guy who would bring me all the joy and happiness I desired.

I was ignoring the only man who could fulfill the desires of my heart:

God.

And once I realized that I needed to center my life around Christ,

the man God was calling me to be with came almost instantaneously.

On a white horse with the sun setting -

Okay, totally wrong.

I needed to be okay with being single.

I needed to recognize that so much fruit and grace comes from that season of singleness.

I could not allow myself to become discouraged in the "lack of men."

I needed to stop comparing myself to other girls who were in holy relationships.

I needed to stop feeding myself with the lies that either all holy men are already in relationships,

or they were discerning the priesthood.

Because when I did all this, I was closer to allowing myself to settle for less than what I deserved.

We can be proactive.

We can pray for our future spouse.

We can be sisters to our brothers in Christ.

We can encourage our fellow sisters in Christ and foster authentic relationships with them.

We can grow in virtue on this journey to Heaven.

We are the crown jewels of creation.

And because of that, we must never settle for anything less

than a man who recognizes that we are fierce daughters of the King.

A man who upholds everything that a woman is.

Who desires nothing more than our good.

A man who sets his standards to that of Christ, not of the world.

That man will be able to love us more deeply than any boy who does not live for God.

So, ladies.

Be the woman God is calling you to be.

So that you can love more deeply.

So that you can uphold and love men with the same love they deserve.

Find a man who will loves God more than he'll ever love you.

ON HOLLYWOOD PEDOPHELIA According to Haggis, it is the insular nature of Hollywood that

both inhibited risk-taking when it came to creativity in films and bad behavior such

as that accredited to Harvey Weinstein who has been accused by a multitude of women of

sexual harassment, assault and even rape in the past few weeks.

�It is really hard for their innocent employees in New York, who worked hard and may well

lose their jobs, but a lot of people are compromised by Harvey�s alleged actions, � said Haggis,

speaking of the Weinstein scandal.

�Although everyone thinks it is vile behavior, you have got to focus on those who may have

colluded and protected him.

For me, they are as guilty as he is and in some cases more so, if I can say that.

I mean, he was a predator, and a predator is a predator.

But what about those who would rather look the other way?� Haggis said that he believes

that Weinstein is something of an anomaly in Hollywood and that he did not think that

either sexual harassment or abuse were major problems in the industry.

However, he conceded that he found Hollywood to be a �fairly sexist� town and said,

�It is not an innocent place and never has been.� He also pointed out that while most

of the predatory behavior that has come to light has been directed at women, that children

were also at risk in the town.

He cited both Corey Feldman and Corey Haim who made allegations of sexual abuse in the

past.

He says that no one took them seriously at the time, but now it was surely worth considering

that their sensational claims were true.

�Were people covering for pedophiles, too?

We have to think that may have happened as well because no one speaks out about being

abused just to benefit their career.

I find it particularly terrible that people had their dreams held to ransom in that way,

� said Haggis.

This is not the first time that Haggis has dared to speak out against the Hollywood elite.

He caused seven years ago when he took the difficult decision to cut ties with the controversial

Church of Scientology which is known for its extraordinary power and influence in Hollywood.

Following his decision to become an apostate and leave the church, Haggis spoke out powerfully

against them in the Emmy winning documentary Going Clear when he said that he felt disappointed

in the fraudulent fa�ade of mystical hierarchy in

the controversial faith.

Let's start by drawing an ant

Draw a circle for her head

and dots for eyes

And a nice smile

Draw some lines on top of the head for the ant's antennae

A small circle next to that

And then a bigger circle next to that one

Or maybe black

Okay, let's draw another bug

This time, we'll draw a bumble bee

Draw an oval for his head

And dots for his eyes

And a nice smiley face

We'll put some lines on top of the head, for his antennae

And then a big oval for his body

Let's add some stripes on that oval

And then some big curvy wings on his back

Now, add a line on the bottom for his stinger

Watch out for that stinger

Hmm...what color are bumble bees?

That's right, yellow and black

And the wings white

Okay, now we'll draw a snail

Start by drawing a big spiral and make it into a circle

Then let's draw a big curvy body coming out of the shell

Let's give the snail a little face

And some antennae

And of course, a little tail

Now let's add some color

We'll give him a brown shell

And a green body

How about a lady bug?

Draw a big circle for the lady bug's body
