Hello everyone, My name is Priti Nath Guru
Today I've brought some health tips for people who do frequent travelling
In result they have to face some health issues like Weight Gain, Diabetes, BP & problem of Joints Pain
So let's discuss those problem which occurs because of frequent travelling
Either its long or short distance, the schedule of your food & patter of exercises got disturb due to travelling
Although these problems happens but try to follow your diet & exercise pattern as much as you can
As much as you'll try to deviate it, it will be beneficial for you
To keep a check on this, start maintaining a diary where you can mention your daily activities
Where you'll mention that throughout the day what all you've taken
So that you'll be able to know, where you've deviate and if you are checking your weight daily
Then what are those things behind your weight gain
So here you can switch to some healthy food
If you are travelling for short distance then I would suggest you to get your lunch/dinner packed by home
So that you can have healthy food outside
If you are travelling for long distance and you have to stay in any hotel
First of all you should avoid their welcome drink or any kind of sugary foods
Generally fruits served in hotels are dipped in sugar so it would be better if you order & have fresh fruits instead
Don't allow anyone to lead while ordering food yourself as in this way you can order as per your requirement
If you are in India, there are several food items which are easily available in any part of India
For example - Rava Idli, Dhokla, Plain Rava Dosa, Roti
Tandoori Roti, Naan. Keep your preference in sequence
If you get Roti easily otherwise can go for Tandoori Roti otherwise can go for Plain Naan
Or Missi roti, so this way notice on your preferences
Try to take as much as vegetable you can and avoid the gravy part
If you are an vegetarian you have option for Cottage Cheese, Pulses/lentils & Sprouts
If you are an non-vegetarian, you can take either Chicken or Fish
If you are travelling overseas, then you can take sea food
Make sure that whatever non-veg food item you are taking that should be grilled
It shouldn't be deep fried or marinated as well, so this way you can order your food
Try to have breakfast, but if you are in overseas & unable to find Roti etc then you can take breads
Avoid garlic bread and go for brown bread
Because a slice of plain or brown bread contains 70-80 calories
Whereas a garlic bread contains 130 -140 calories
Which is just double of plain bread even after being smaller in size
So try to take brown bread
You can take fresh fruits
As I have given option so take such meal in the afternoon
Try to avoid the dinner, because if you are taking heavy food twice a time
And in dinner you can prefer clear vegetable soups or chicken soups
Fruits and soups should be the option for dinner however you can take proper breakfast & lunch
Secondly due to travelling your exercise patters get disturb
So whenever you get the chance, even if you are travelling by car and in between taking break
Then you can do walk for sometime
If you are travelling by plane and if when you are getting chance on airport you can do walk
If you don't have space available for walking then you can do some activities like deep breathing
Or you can keep moving your hands and feet so that there will be no stiffness
And with deep breathing you will some calories as well
Also you must take some fluids like:- Water, Lemon Water.
In India you'll easily get Butter Milk, Sweet Butter Milk
But here also you have avoid full cream based Butter milk or such products
So you have to keep a little check on this, that what kind of food items you should take
With which you can maintain your weight
When you'll start maintaining your diet dairy and you'll start watching your activity schedule
Also when you'll check your weight regularly then you'll be able to find out the harmful food items
And accordingly you'll be able to do correction in it
I hope the tips I've shared will be beneficial for you
At least you'll be able to maintain your weight even if you are not able to reduce it

오늘은 삼성역 코엑스에 있는 카페 마마스에 왔습니다 Today I came to Cafe Mamas in Coex, Samseong station
여기서 맛있는 파니니를 먹을게요 I'll have a nice panini
이런 도시락 세트 같은 것도 있네요 They have something like a picnic set
피크닉 세트처럼 테이크아웃이 되나봐요 You can buy a takeout of tihs
이게 메뉴입니다 so here are the menus
샐러드가 있고, 파니니가 유명해요 There's salad, and panini is famous here
종류도 여럿입니다 it comes with many kinds
제가 오늘 먹으려는건 소고기가지 파니니 에요 Today I'm trying beef eggplant panini
소고기가 들어간겁니다 there's beef in it
그리고 드링크도 주문하려구요 and I'll order something to drink
진동벨을 받았어요. 앉아서 기다릴게요 I got the buzzer I'll sit and wait
꽤 넓네요 It's quite wide inside
저쪽에도 좌석이 많이 있나봐요 There's many other seats over there
몇분 후 a few minutes later
파니니가 왔어요 panini is here
엄청 맛있을 것 같아요 looks seriously yummy
이렇게 생긴 파니니입니다 panini looks like this
치즈가 듬뿍 들어서 자르르하네요 and it's full of cheese
위에는 가지도 있어요 here's eggplant on it
이건 비타민이 듬뿍 들어간 옐로우 쥬스입니다 This is yellow juice, full of vitamin
야채도 필요할 거 같아서요 Thought I need some vegetables
그럼 바로 먹어볼게요 So let's start right into it
우선 쥬스 마셔볼까 First, let's try the juice
이런 오렌지색 쥬스입니다 the color is orange
사과맛이 강하네요 Apple flavor is strong
비타민 야채가 듬뿍 들었다고 써져 있었는데 마시기 쉬워요 it's easy to drink with full vitamin and vegetables
오히려 맛있어요 It's quite delicious
평범한 쥬스네요 an ordinary juice
엄청 좋은 냄새! Noce smell!
먹어보겠습니다 Now I'll try this
치즈가 맛있겠네요 Cheese looks yummy
고기가 듬뿍이에요 A lot of beef
치즈도 듬뿍 들어서 윤기가 반질반질.. and a lot of cheese. It's quite shiny

소고기가 약간 매콤달콤해서 딱 좋네요 beef is sweet and spicy at the same time
치즈도 꾸덕해서 맛있어요 cheese is sticky
안쪽은 얇은 고기와 가지 inside there's thin beef and eggplant
딱 한입 사이즈로 자릅니다 Cut in a bite size
빵이 부드럽네요 방금 막 구운거에요 Bread is soft seems like it was baked just right now
이거 의외로 가지가 잘 어울리네요 eggplant was a nice choice
과일과 함께 넣은거 같아요 some fruits are inside
가격은 소고기가지 파니니가 9500원 (약 950엔) 옐로 쥬스가 6000원 (약 600엔) the panini is 9500 won (950 yen) yellow juice is 6000 won (600 yen)

Badge Logo Design | Adobe Illustrator Tutorial | Mountain - Duration: 9:27.
Hey guys welcome back to another episode of creatnprocess.
Today we'll be
creating a logo badge inside illustrator.
There are plenty of logo badges
templates available on the web and if you search for it, you find a variety of
designs which are easily editable and can be used directly for the business.
so our goal here is to create an exclusive
logo badge, in the fastest and the easiest way.
And during the process I'll be using some vector resources from
Vexels.com, where you can download in several formats.
Vexels also offer monthly subscriptions starting at 9.99 with licenses for every
download.
You can also buy individual licenses for a single graphic.
so let's
begin with the designing process.
So we'll be creating this logo badge for the
mountain climbing event.
So the first thing we need to understand is the theme
of the logo.
And now I'll go to Vexels and look for the vectors related to our
theme.
let's search for mountain and let's download this vector.
I'll be needing one more vector of ribbon.
So let's look up for that and I think
this one is good.
Now we are ready to design the logo.
First add a dark
background on the artboard using the rectangle tool and lock it up using the
keyboard shortcut command or ctrl + T. now open the mountain vector which we have
just downloaded and drag and drop it to work area.
Scale up the size and fill it
up with white color.
Now we'll do some modification with the vector, so using the
pen tool draw out curves extending the path of the vector and merge it with the design.
Click and drag to give smooth curves and also break the points to give pointed
edges.
By adding these details we are giving an organic look to the design.
The smooth and curved region represent the
shape of frozen ice.
Next we'll type out
the text, for the logo.
Type mountain and scale up the size.
Remove the Alphabet M
and choose a proper font for the rest.
Apply white stroke color with a stroke
thickness around 2 points, and change the font style to Agency FB.
Now create a duplicate of the text and type M alphabet.
We will increase its size
and place it somewhere in the middle.
Also change the font style to bold to
maintain the thickness of the fonts.
Reduce the stroke thickness to 1 point,
maintain equal distance between each alphabet.
Now create another duplicate
and type out snow.
For this change the font style to regular and reduce its size.
we'll place it somewhere here on the top.
next we're going to be modifying the
shape of the text, so select the text and go to Object > Envelope distort > make with
mesh.
Set the rows and columns to 2 by 2 and click OK.
This will give us
the anchor points to modify the shape.
let's place it around here.
Now using the
direct selection tool, select the right side anchor points and drag it down.
Now
select the middle anchor points and drag it out, then select the left anchor
points and push it down.
Now using the handle tools try to maintain the curve
flow.
Select the handles and adjust the direction.
Now bring in this snow text.
Apply mesh with the same values and the anchor points and set the flow, according
to our main text.
Adjust the handles properly to get the exact curve.
Next
we'll bring in our next vector "ribbon".
Place it inside the Artboard and scale
up the size.
we will flip the direction using the selection tool from one side,
then ungroup it.
Now delete the top pieces.
Then delete out this piece also.
For this overlapping region, we will extract it using the shape builder tool.
Select all and click and drag to extract the region.
Now place the vector below the text.
Do some little tweaking with the anchor points,
to make the corner round.
Also let's apply color to the shapes.
Select the
shape and apply red color from the color panel.
Then select the second one and give little darker shape to it.
Now we'll type out one more text, give it a white font color and we'll give Arial
Black font style and under character panel, increase the distance between each
alphabets.
Then go to object and Envelope distort and make it mesh.
Give the
same values 2 by 2 rows and columns and start modifying the shape according
to the flow of the ribbon.
uUse direct selection tool to edit the anchor points.
Adjust each handles to get a perfect curve, parallel to the edge of the
vectors.
Also place it in the middle of the design.
Once you are set with a path,
double click inside and select the text.
Then increase the spacing.
And place it
back to its original position.
Now we're going to be creating the outline of the
logo.
We will be using ellipse tool to create this circular region.
So draw the circle
and apply only the stroke color.
we'll set the stroke thickness to 4 points.
Now create one more diplucate of the circle, using the keyboard shortcut
command or ctrl + C to copy and command ctrl + F to paste in front, and increase
its radius.
Now select both the ellipse and choose Scissor tool to delete out the
unwanted curves.
Give one cut here and the other on the opposite side.
Do the same for the second curve, then delete out the extra pieces.
Now we'll draw
the rest of the outline using the pen tool, by following the overall shape of
the design.
Once you reach the arc curve, click on the last anchor point to connect the
path.
Then continue drawing from the other side and finish it at the starting point.
This way we got a nice outline.
Now carefully adjust of the vertices, to do the
final refinement.
And Adjust handles to give a proper spacing.
Next draw the
shape at the ends of the stroke to give a round end.
Fill this shape with a
background color.
Now select our outline shape and fill it
up with dark blue color.
tThen arrange it at the back of all the elements.
Now
selecting the shape go to object > path > outline stroke,
this will convert it into fill object.
Ungroup it and we got two different shapes for background and
stroke.
select the other stroke and apply the same option.
Apply light blue color
to both the strokes.
You can use this code to get the color.
Give the same
color to the snow texture also.
Now we'll add some details to our Mountain vector.
So first of all, select all the pieces and combine it under Pathfinder.
Than using
pen tool start drawing out curve path.
To create a division, try to create a wavy
curve in order to get a random look.
Now select the stroke and the shape and
extract of the region using the shape builder tool.
Ungroup it to select
individually and apply light blue color.
And now lastly we'll create this frozen
ice effect for our design.
The designing process very simple.
We will first create
out the shape, using the pen tool.
The shape can be in any form.
Try to get that
feel in your design.
Fill it up with white color and start
tweaking the sheep using the Direct selection tool.
Next Create one more
duplicate of the shape and fill it up with a background color.
Then arrange it to
back of the shape and drag it down.
This shape will be used to give shadow.
The placement will decide, how much depth you
want to give to your design.
Then using
the direct selection tool, adjust the anchor points properly.
Now we'll add highlights
to our design.
Draw a curve like this.
Draw under go for the other shape.
nNow
select the Cove and the shape and using the Direct selection tool, click here and
then
here to extract out the region.
Select the extracted shape and apply light blue
color and this will add a highlight effect to the frozen Ice. we'll be
following the same steps and create all the other two vectors with different
volume and shape.
Finally we have completed designing a logo badge.
To give more details to our design.
we can use Photoshop to add more depth, highlights
and glossiness.
You can also add lens flare effect and it will be make your
design more standout.
Finally our logo is ready.
tThe designing
process was very simple.
By using the ready-made graphic resources, we have
saved up lots of our time.

Tanning addict Martina Big has had three tan injections in order to make herself more bronze.
The 28-year-old – whoe also boasts a S-cup bra – has also had 24 different surgical procedures to change her looks.
Martina told Phil and Hols that the change in her skin colour has led her to identify as a black woman.
A baffled Phil asked: Let me just clarify.
By having three tanning injections, youve decided that you like eating different food and listening to different music?.
SHOCKING: Martina left Holly and Phil baffled.
Martina replied that hip-hop is not really her style, but she is planning to go to Africa to learn to be black.
Phil was caught cringing on camera as he put his face in hands, and Holly struggled to understand Martinas point of view.
Holly then told Martina that people had been writing into the show calling Martina offensive.
BIG CHANGE: Martina changed skin colour after three tanning injections.
Martina replied: I dont want to fight the black people.
I do it for myself, its not media attention.
Id talk with them who want to talk with me. She then revealed she was planning on getting more surgery to make her nose wider to be more like a black person.

Eggless Pineapple Pastry Cake Recipe | Eggless Cake Recipe Without Condensed Milk - Duration: 3:04.
Hello friends, welcome back to my channel Nish Shreya
Today, we are going to make Pineapple Pastry
Preheat oven at 350 F
Grease rectangular pan with butter or oil
Line it with the butter paper
Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
Take milk in another bowl and add lemon juice / vinegar
Stir and leave it to rest for 2 minutes
Milk is curdled after 2 minutes
Add oil or butter
Add milk powder
Add pineapple essence
Add powdered sugar
Mix well
Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well
Beat the batter for 1 minute to make a smooth paste
Pour the batter in greased and lined pan
Tap on the counter for 2-3 times
Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes at 350 F
Get the cake out of the oven and cool on wire rack
Remove cake from the pan after it is cooled down
Take off the baking sheet
Cut the cake from the center into two rectangular cakes
Remove the sides to give a uniform look
Cake is super moist and fluffy
Stack the first layer of cake on cake board.
Apply sugar syrup on first layer of cake
Layer it with Whipped icing cream
Place the second layer with baked bottom side up
Again apply sugar syrup
Layer it with whipped cream icing
Freeze the cake after icing for 20 minutes
Cut three slices of the cake
Decorate it with whipped cream icing using star nozzle
Top it up with Pineapple, cherries, strawberries or tuty fruity
Soak pineapple slices in sugar syrup for 5 - 10 minutes before using on cake
Pineapple pastry is ready
