Hi, this is Dina for Splitcoaststampers.

In this tutorial I'll show you how you can use your die cutting machine to press clay,

and then create pendants or ornaments.

For this project you'll want an air drying clay like the Creative Paperclay I used here,

or another similar brand that doesn't require baking.

I also have some teflon sheets that I've cut down to the size of my Big Shot cutting plates

- I get these on Amazon and they're pretty inexpensive.

I've cut about 3 oz. of clay, which is a good amount to work with.

You'll want to work the clay a little bit to soften it, then form it into a flat disc

to run through your die cutting machine.

On my Big Shot I have the platform closed, then a teflon liner, the clay, and then I'm

going to lay an open embossing folder onto the clay so the positive or raised design

presses into the clay.

I'll run that through, and this is what I get.

The clay residue on the folder can just be rinsed off with water.

I'm going to use a cookie cutter to cut out some shapes for ornaments - if you don't have

cookie cutters you can do some free hand cutting or trace a shape with a craft knife.

The next step is to cut a hole so the piece can be hung, and I like to use a coffee straw

to do this - the clay will collect inside, and you can either squeeze it out or just

cut off the end of the straw when it stops cutting as well.

One final step here is to smooth the edges with your finger - they'll be a little rough

at the bottom, but they'll smooth out very easily.

If you miss this step, you can always use sandpaper to smooth them when they're dry.

I wanted to share one other method of adding a pattern to the clay and that's with a background

stamp.

To press this time I have the platform open to Tab 1, and then I'll put teflon sheets

below and above the clay and top the stack with a cutting plate before sending it all

through, and that will give me an evenly pressed piece to work with.

I'm going to lay the clay onto a background stamp, and you may want to prep the stamp

with Versamark ink, but I didn't do that here.

I'm using my brayer to gently press the clay into the design of the stamp - this particular

background has a mainly negative design, so that will be pressed into the clay and the

open areas will be raised.

Once that's prepared I'll cut out a few shapes and give each a hole for hanging, and then

all those pieces will be laid flat in a warm dry place, until they're completely dry - the

time will vary depending on where you live - just follow package instructions for the

best results, and I also like to turn the pieces every few hours so they stay flat and

dry evenly.

To color this piece I'm using ColorBox Colorique which is an ink product that has beautiful

results on clay - you can learn more about it in the review by our Product Focus team.

You can also use acrylic paint for this technique.

I wanted a more muted green here, so I added in a little of the orange to make more of

an olive color.

What I want to do is fill in all the depressed areas with paint, so all these leaves and

the roses - I'm using a flat or chisel brush, which works really well for getting down along

those edges.

Also I'm not worrying about getting paint on the raised areas, that will be fine - I

just want to be sure the impressions are all filled.

When that's done I'm going to use a baby wipe to wipe across the surface of the piece - that's

going to give a blended color to the raised areas and give definition to the design that's

pressed in.

The more you wipe, the lighter your background color will be.

You can also use the color on the baby wipe to cover the edges of the piece.

I'm using a little ColorBox pigment ink here to distress the edges of my piece just a little

bit - and then as a final step, I'm going to seal the piece with the ColoriQue sealant

- you can use any clear varnish or glaze for this step.

For my second piece, I wanted to create the look of terracotta pottery, so I'm brushing

on some pigment ink with a Clarity stencil brush - you could use paint here too, but

I like how the brushing leaves some lighter areas and picks up the pattern from the stamp.

I want to highlight the raised areas, and the best tool for getting all those accurately

is a finger with just a little ink and a very light pressure.

Then I'll lightly brush the edges as well and give it a coat of sealant, and that's it - I've got a couple of ornaments,

or maybe gift tags - smaller shapes could be used for necklaces as well.

It was very nice but

it had a really different atmosphere, also because of the music

Also a big difference was the sound at both parties

at Reactivate the sound was really loud

and at Euphoria the sound was less louder

that because of the location

and also the music

that's why you heard a little difference in sound I think

I can't do anything about it

I'm sorry

But we had a great evening and night last Saturday

and sometimes it comes to people who through some apparent accident

accidentally lose everything that they thought they where life takes it away

from them strips you of all the things that you've

been hanging on to and then you are left with this bear I am a deep sense of

beingness aliveness or presence

everything has been removed from you

that works too or here it works in many different ways this in some places they

may not come to teachings like this

somebody may lose become a refugee lose their homes loss does it sometimes so

this is emerging now on a larger scale for the first time on the planet

thousands of years ago that realization came to one human being the first

flowering of human consciousness the first realization who I am beyond form

and it is quite possible that that person was a person whose existence on

this planet goes back into the legendary past we know even less about him than we

know about Jesus or Buddha and there's the legend in India of Krishna and

Krishna may well have been the first human to have realized that I mentioned

within and over time now the amazing thing is that some humans recognized

something in in him they recognized something of themselves in him but

didn't fully know that that was what was happening that they recognized something

of themselves a pure aversion an undiluted version of themselves

an unobscured version of themselves and over time they associated the formless

consciousness that was emerging with the form of the person and so the person

became a kind of God in people's eyes in people's thoughts but of course that

realization is the emergence of the formless it is not off a person of a

form it does not belong to any form it comes when the form becomes somehow

transparent is no longer obscured by the density of mental and emotional

structures and so that was perhaps the first flowering and then came others

here and there and gradually the possibility of this happening this

realization could not come on this planet until now for the simple reason

that the need for it was not there yet

they where preparations one could say almost for the shift in consciousness

the early flowerings prototypes exactly the same happened as I mentioned before

when flowers first appeared on the planet millions of years of plant life

without flowers and one day one plant developed a flower which is one could

see another dimension of plant life

thousands of years later another flower thousand years later two flowers until

finally suddenly a profusion of flowers all over the planet

our human evolutionary stage the way humans where we are now is coming to an

end the cycle of thought not that thought will not operate anymore but

humans are going beyond having to rely predominantly on thought they're going

beyond needing to derive their identity from thought and this is a momentous

event why is it happening now for the simple reason that it has to happen now

because the old consciousness is becoming increasingly dysfunctional

which is normal at the end of an evolutionary cycle things don't work

anymore and so even that is fine even the madness that you'll be witness on

the planet now and the witnessed in past centuries even the madness is good is

ultimately part of what is meant to be ultimately and part of it is also

recognizing madness as madness recognizing dysfunction as dysfunction

is equally important so let this this is an event that goes far beyond this room

because on the surface of things not much is happening here a person speaking

some people are listening

and yet it is part already of the transformation of human consciousness on

the planet not significant enough it is not what fit into the news usually

although it can happen it's happened but it's rare it's not to a large extent not

yet a newsworthy event all the ones this teaching was on the national news in

Canada but it's rare and they only gave it two and a half minutes but it's the

beginning so don't believe entirely don't believe that what you hear or see

on television is the entire truth and is the complete news of what's happening on

this planet there's a lot happening that is not being mentioned on the news and

what is not being mentioned on the news is more significant than that which is

mentioned beware of being drawn into reactivity when you watch events

happening in the world either interfered or into anger or into despair could

happen when you watch the news on television be there as a witnessing

presence compassionate that comes naturally with the witnessing presence

be there alert just as you watch the tree or the flower you can watch the

news or just as you sit with the past who is in pain and talking to you you

can watch the news in that way let it happen within a field of peace who is

going to bring peace to this world if not you and if enough people watch the

news with in a field of peace even the news will change it's all happening in

consciousness the collective dream of humanity is changing the collective

nightmare is changing we are waking up out of the collective nightmare to some

extent you could say that all of phenomenal existence is a kind of dream

but it becomes a more beautiful dream

HOW TO PLAY WITH JAPANESE PLAYERS ? The zoning in Splatoon 2 - Duration: 5:51.

How does matchmaking work? how do Splatfests work?

what are the messages we can see in Inkopolis?

In general, how does zoning work in Splatoon 2?

This is what we're gonna see in this video

First, you must know that I'm making this video from the 2.0.1 version of Splatoon 2

There are many things which can be modified by Nintendo like matchmaking

And so, potentially many information of this video may change in the future

But first of all, you must know that two things determine your game experience:

the version of the game you have,

and your localisation

You have to know that there are 3 versions of the game:

a European one, an American one and a Japanese one

And the version of the game you have will have an impact on 3 elements:

First, the language of your game

The language of your game depends on the language of your Nintendo Switch, which you can change.

But depending on the version, the language will be slightly different.

If you have a European version and your Nintendo Switch is in French

So your Splatoon 2 game will be in French

But, if you have an American version, it will be in French but in Canadian version.

So slightly different.

And on a special note, the Japanese version does not contain any other language than Japanese

So whatever is the language of your Nintendo Switch,

your Japanese game will be in Japanese

And if you can't read Japanese you won't understand a thing.

Next, the version of the game you have determines the messages you will see in Inkopolis Square

The messages that we see with the European version

are the messages that people with the European version published

And if you have a Japanese version of the game like me

Well you will see the messages that people with the Japanese version published

So it's impossible for us in Europe to see messages from American versions

and vice versa

And the third element that is impacted by the version

is the Splatfests you will able to make.

Indeed if you have a European version you will be able to join the European Splatfest

If you have an American version you will be able to join the American Splatfest

And If you have a Japanese version, the Japanese Splatfest

It's seems logic but it's doesn't depend on where you are in the world

It means that if you are in Japan and you have a European version of the game,

You will only be able to join European Splatfests and not Japanese Splatfests

The second thing is the localization

And this is what has an impact on the matchmaking

in other words on the players you will meet online.

For that, the game analyses your internet connection

And determines your location and makes you play against players near you

in order to make the connection between players faster and to avoid lag problems

And it was a good idea from Nintendo originally,

But there are many problems, the first one is if you want to play a Splatfest out of your region

Me for example, I have also a Japanese version.

But when I want to play the Japanese Splatfests, my location prevents me from playing with Japanese players

And I play the Splatfest with the few players in Europe who also have a Japanese version.

Which means... almost nobody and it's very hard to find people to play with.

The other problem is for top players

who complain that the European players' level is lowe than the Japanese players'

And they can improve less than in Splatoon 1

in which they could meet everyone.

Our location prevents us from meeting Japanese people

And there are people who don't like that.

There is actually a method to avoid this problem

But this solution has a cost..

And needs some knowledge in informatics.

This method is to use a VPN that enables you to make your internet connection 'believe' that you are in another contry than yours

There are many methods to do that and before making this video, I tried this myself

I can confirm it, it works.

I'm not a expert in data processing so here I will present you very quickly how I made this

And I will put in the description,

some links to find the tools I bought for that.

you must know that when wyou are on a computer, to use a VPN is pretty simple,

You have to subscribe to a program running on your computer

And when you go on the internet this program change syour location.

to sum up, this is how it works.

But in our case, we must change the location of our Nintendo Switch

And the best solution, I think,

is to buy a rooter on which you're gonna set up a VPN.

Next, instead of connecting your Switch to your internet box

You will connect it to the rooter which will be connected to the internet box.

And the VPN of this rooter will determine your position.

You must know that this type of setting makes your internet connection slower

and will be good only with a VERY good internet connection at first.

I have the optical fiber and locating me in Japan

damages massively my connection, but it's still ok to play Splatoon 2

When I want to do something else, I reset my location in Europe.

And when I say it has a cost, the rooter I have costs 150€ (~177$)

And the VPN I subscribed to that enables me to change my location wherever I want in the world,

costs arround 10€ (~12$) per month

There are rooters at different costs and VPN subscriptions at different costs too.

I don't know a lot about it

and so, if you are interested by these

I invite you to find out what is the optimal tools for you.

Indeed, it's a investment that is not accessible for all

But that can be a good solution for some players, notably for those who truly want to play against Japanese players.

With that, I can play against them in every mode

And also in league matches, inly if I am hosting the session,

Because, if it's another person who hosts and I join him, suddenly, we get back against European peole.

there is another solution more simple, finally, to play with Japanese people

you have bond with Japanese peole. You add them as friends on the Nintendo Switch,

you join their games or you play league with them...

...and you will play against Japanese.

But yes, to have Japanese friends, it's not always simple.

I think I said everything about zoning and how to meet other players in different zones.

Doogee Mix 2 Review - Don't Let Them Fool You! - Duration: 14:57.

Hey so I'm back checking out the budget smartphones the ones you get from China

with the dual camera setups the octa-core MediaTek ones that I haven't

looked at for quite some time and the reason why is I kind of got sick of them

because they were all just exactly the same and even just rebranding the same

one so this here is the Doogee or Doogie you how we want to pronounce that Mix 2

and it has a 2:1 aspect ratio screen one of the first ones to have this kind of

screen on here so very similar looking to what you'd get from a premium flagship

something like the Samsung Galaxy S8 or the 18 by 9 aspect ratio if you

will if you want to call it that - so is this phone any good now there's been a

lot of reviews out there with those you know thumbnails going wow it's amazing

holy shit you know they're holding the phone up to the camera don't be fooled

by all of that now I'm gonna have an honest look at this phone and just get

behind the truth of this because I feel there's a lot of hype and crap that's

going on behind the scenes here a lot of the youtubers that have been posting the

reviews of these kind of mobile phones you'll find that they are full time

youtubers and they need to make money of course to survive and I do understand that

they want you to buy the phone with their affiliate link now me personally

yeah that would be nice if you did buy the phone but if it's a piece of crap

then I would not recommend it and this phone

I'm not going to outright say it's a piece of crap but it does have a lot of

cons and a few pros on there which I will cover in this particular review

here so this is what we get in the box here you get a sim tool a EU charger now

this one's five volts two amps and that actually translates into slow charging

that's just a standard spec it's not pump Express which would be 12 volts as

a result the phone takes over three and a half hours to fully charge which is

quite disappointing we get an adapter here for type C 2 3.5 millimeter for

your headphones because of course the phone does not have one and following

that horrible trend we've got type C 2 micro USB 2 adapter a Type C cable we

get this hard case as well that's in the box it has a smooth matte black finish

toward it's not bad the case an instruction manual and various

different European languages now when we take a look at the rear of it we've got

a fingerprint reader that's not particularly good only works about seven

out of ten times and to the guy in the comments that saying hey you have to

scan your finger more than just once I scanned the same finger three times and

it still doesn't perform well now we have a dummy camera at the top here this

camera does not actually work if you cover it and you go through the

different settings it doesn't show up as being blocked or blurred because only

this camera works right here so that is a very disappointing and do G are faking

the dual camera setup here so the rear has glass on it 2.5 D curved edges I

don't believe it is scratch resistant glass however so the two front-facing

cameras along the front here and unlike the rear these actually are real cameras

both of them now one's a wide angled lens which is this one here and then a

standard connor lens they're both for the sensors are 8 megapixels we have our

earpiece and the ambient and proximity sensors are located right there in

between both of those front-facing cameras that weighs 222 grams which is

quite hefty for a mobile phone and as 9.46 millimeters thick at the thickest

point here where the camera protrudes by about a millimeter so so without the

camera bump then it's eight two point nine millimeters the screen does come

with a pre applied screen protector as well like the rear of it now I don't

believe it is scratch resistant and I think it's guerrilla glass and you can't

really believe or trust what do you say if it is but at least it is a very good

screen I've got nothing but praise for the colors the brightness and the

contrast you get on the screen viewing angles a very distant sunlight

legibility as well is not too bad considering it how it does have that 520

Lux output meaning it's a bright screen but overall a great screen considering

the price of this mobile the SIM tray will take either two nano Sims or your

microSD card and a nano SIM at the bottom we have a time seaport loud

speaker and microphone and you can see the antenna lines either side

buttons on the right side these are made out of metal they have a good feel to

them and because they have those riches on them they're quite easy to press and

they don't rattle at all which is another positive so overall the design

and the build of the mix to here is good it's decent feels nice in hand we've got

the middle frame around the outside glass on the rear so I don't believe

it's going to survive drops very well and because of that 2x1 aspect ratio

screen using it one-handed is just a little bit harder because of course

trying to reach to the top for your toggles and things like that it's just

more difficult with the longer narrower screen so the phone counts with no

Chinese bloatware and nothing it looks dodgy at all but we do have a lot of

pre-installed Google Apps as maybe the only minor complaint there but the

performance of the ROM in general is really quite good it's very snappy for a

mediatek phone their performance I want to get on to some benchmarks in just a

second multitasking swapping between your apps is really quite smooth and

good and of course it is running Android 7 so we can do split screen as well on

apps that support it there's a few apps that don't

this one doesn't for example and it's quite a handy even performance when you

ask but screening I found to be reasonably good too you get roughly 54

gigabytes free which isn't bad at all of course you can't expand on that with a

micro SD and the RAB use normally hovers around about one and gigabyte and you

get approximately about 4.6 gigabytes free on first boot here's the antutu

score which is not bad for this type of phone the Jaleo p25 a similar kind of

scores to what other ones that I have tested out there and very good speeds

here for the internal storage very high here so it's e MMC 5.1 spec another

positive of this phone so the combination of the octa-core the six

gigabytes of RAM and this fast storage is why it is so fast now on to battery

life so very decent results here as I'm able to get you can see their screen

on time over nine hours which is really good this was continuous gaming you can

see the history there so I didn't actually make any cell phone calls and

during this time here but the screen was on the whole time

9 hours 51 minutes now what this translates into in real-world use is at

least two days moderate use heavy use is going to make it for at least one day

now GPS found that it works reasonably well quite good now often the media

techs are quite poor unless the previous generation ones were very bad but very

good around town good accuracy as well here are my wireless speeds not the

greatest here so connect it up to my 5g wireless AC band normally a lot of other

phones can push around 150 megabits per second or up to 200 you can see here

it's a little slower and then the 4G speeds decent again no issues without no

issues with the signal strength either on - audio quality so we do not have a

3.5 millimeter headphone jack which is disappointing but the output from the

type C port they're using the supplied adapter is perfectly fine good quality

from it there's no heads or anything like that will also have FM radio on

here now the loudspeaker on the bottom is located right here give you a sample

of it

so as it can hear from that that it's not a good speaker really it does

distort our home percent volume I mean it's okay the loudness was all right but

it does sound quite flat I would have prefered they had maybe used another

loudspeaker here in the front and the earpiece like we're seeing from other

manufacturers now to comment on the call quality voice calls don't sound

particularly good on this model so what about gaming performance now

surprisingly good here we have a Mele T 880 and newer titles like this is shadow

fighter 3 here do run well with good frame rates and because it's in your

title it also supports the 18 by 9 aspect ratio and looks okay on the

screen other games put borders in but I really think that I have it tested out

including hit World of Tanks have playable frame rates so this is a sample

from the wide angle lens front-facing camera can you see it's got a bit of a

fisheye effect to it which is normal for a wide-angle lens now the video quality

well it's not really great at all as you can see it's quite pixelated just

doesn't have a very good resolution under front cameras but it is good to

see them putting that wide angled lens in there this is one positive and now

this is the main front-facing camera so this one here you can see quality gain

not good quite grainy so front facing cameras will probably disappoint just

like the rear camera now it should give you a sample of so the rear cameras to

be honest quite horrible I even it comes to photos and video you can see the

focus is constantly having trouble here so the whole time it's doing that

focusing breathing thing really makes video unusable now I've only got 1080p

is the maximum resolution we can select so really bad video I mean look at that

focus it just constantly keeps doing that I mean even when it's still it

still keeps focus hunting all over the place so quite a bad camera really

and it quickly runs through the modes we have here on the digi mix - we've got

video it's only 1080p max and as you seen from that sample I showed you that

the focus hunting just kills the video completely so very poor quality photo

can take okay shots still images in good light low light is really quite poor

very bad face beauty typical beautifying mode blur is completely useless so it

doesn't use that dual camera whereas we know as I told you at the start of this

video that dual camera doesn't actually work will do anything I think it's just

fake it's just a decoy that's just in there to make it look like it has dual

cameras and you can see it's got the blur effect that is just completely

stupid and useless it's trying to create like a high aperture effect here but no

it's just not happening mono that's self-explanatory really

isn't it black and white panorama mode and pro so Pro here can't really call

pro mode because you've only got white balance ISO and then exposure settings

so overall do not buy this mobile phone or its camera performance all right so

to quickly recap here in my week using this phone and a recap what I've covered

in the video here quickly I'll go over the pros first a lot of people thinking

I'm really passionate about phones but for the price for the price you get a

very decent screen now of course it has that 18 by 9 aspect ratio or 2 by 1

whatever you want to call that which is the latest trend now I'm not too fond of

that personally but you may like that it gives it a more kind of modern look now

the bezels aren't what they claim yes we'll get we'll get past that it's never

exactly the same as those press images they tend to lie about things now when

we talk about lying about things the dual cameras on the rear that is the

biggest con the focus on the main camera is horrible it is terrible it doesn't

work a lot of the time at end video you saw it was just doing that focus

breathing so I was going in and out the whole time destroys video even though

it's only 1080p quality now it can take a decent photo and good light but in

low-light its terrible now that is to be expected for

this price range now the other camera it's just a dummy

camera I believe because if you cover it using all the different modes it never

uses it so if you go into the two times zoom mode you think it's swapping over

to the other sensor right and the other lens no cover it and it's not being

blocked so that proves that it's just a fake camera so why a duty doing this I

do not know about that's a very bad move by them to do that so the front-facing

camera I love the fact they put a wide-angle lens on there so you can fit

more people into the the shot that is great but video quality on those front

The warning comes in a study of the growing use of sex dolls, including at the world's first brothel staffed entirely by robots.

Hi-tech sex dolls with realistic silicone skin and the ability to flirt and even simulate orgasms have become increasingly available.

Psychotherapists should be prepared for more clients "participating in digisexualities," a report by ethics researchers Neil McArthur and Markie Twist of the University of Manitoba says.

They write: "There is no question that sex robots are coming. Our view is that they will represent a different sort of sexual experience from what existing technologies offer.".

How to create a stop-motion video using Kapwing - Duration: 3:36.

Today I'm going to bring you a tool that you can use to create a stop-motion video

from either your videos or in fact a link to your video and that needs to be

online using a tool which again is online at Kapwing.com. My name is Krishna De

I'm showing you the latest update from Kapwing. Kapwing.com needs to be used on your

Chrome browser and the feature we've got here is creating a stop-motion video.

You can change the speed - it's very simple - to do so so I've got mine here

set for 'medium'. I could actually change it to being a very fast stop-motion

so it depends what you look into to share. Alternatively I can go to a very slow

stop motion. In my case this is a video that I published on YouTube and it's in

landscape and obviously you can actually try with square videos - that depends what

you are going to do with your content. I'm going to leave it at medium setting.

Underneath it, you can see I've chosen a clip rate of 6 seconds and if I want to actually

have content actually clipped in terms of every 1.5 seconds, so it's like a

longer time between each clip to go into the stop-motion video. I can go up to 1.5

seconds here, alternatively I can go down to 0.2 seconds.

It's going to be pretty close to the original video. Let me stick with

that 6 seconds. The other thing to note though is up on the right I actually can

trim the video. So if I click here to trim the video what you'll see is if I

want to pause that for a moment in terms of the the audio that is on there.

I want to trim the video then it just gives me the opportunity to change the start

and end time so I could just easily bring that in in terms of it was a piece that I

want you didn't want it to show on that. I'm actually going to leave it in terms

of the full length of the video for the moment and then I just click on done

showing and I'm all done. Now all I need to do is click on creating the video.

What you can see here is it's now starting to process my video so let's

just pause for a few moments. My video is now ready which you can see here.

What will happen is initially you'll get a video there which gives a watermark

if you don't have a paid account. Or you could delete the watermark off and the price per video.

Or alternatively what you can do is pay for a monthly subscription if you

don't want to have the Kapwing.com watermark on your video. And now when

it's processed I can download the video or I can open the link to the video and

then I can share it! So I think it's a great way to get more visibility for

your content. Perhaps what you want to do in this case is just take a long piece

of content to create a stop-motion video and then use it as a way to promote your

original video. Perhaps you can post this on to one of your social networks,

it might be something that you can link to in your email to give people a taste of

what they might enjoy seeing in terms of in the format video, or of course even the
