Welcome to health care at home

Lot of our viewers are requesting to share a routine

By following such routine possibility of getting ill becomes low

Or requesting to share some diet routine which may help to cure their normal problems of illness

Let me share a routine if you'll follow this routine

Possibility of getting ill will be very low

Let's begin the routine from the morning awakening

The most important thing i.e you have to get up before sunrise

If you get up before an hour of sunrise then it will be highly beneficial for you

If you are unable to get up before an hour, then try to at least 15 mins prior sunrise

And if you do so, it will be very good for you

Generally mostly people brush their teeth but don't do this

Moment you are awake sit in the position (The position of sitting in India toilet- Squat position)

You have to sit that way and drink 4 glass plain water

Make sure the water is normal and on room temperature

Those who are not habitual of drinking water they can't drink 4 glass water in one go

So you should begin with 1 glass and then gradually increase

Don't drink the water in one go instead drink slowly by taking small sips

Begin with 1 glass and then gradually increase the quantity from 2-3-4

Now let me tell you its benefit

Atmosphere of our body is acidic & When we sleep throughout the night we have lot of saliva in our mouth

This saliva is Alkaline means Icon of Salt or Salty

When we drink water in the morning, saliva goes inside our body with this water

In result atmosphere of body becomes alkaline

Lot of toxins flush out from our body in the alkaline atmosphere

If we talk about bad cells, for example the most bad cell of Cancer grows in acidic atmosphere

If we drink water in the morning, this makes our atmosphere of our body alkaline

Thus cell of cancer won't be able to thrive

That means you can get rid of such dangerous disease like Cancer

But you have to be careful about one thing i.e

Make sure and check that your gums are not bleeding

Also make it a point to either brush teeth with tooth paste or tooth powder

Keep your mouth completely hygienically clean and then sleep

So that there'll be no bacteria remaining in your mouth

If your gums are bleeding, consult any dentist and get the cleaning done

Clear all the dental problems and you have drink this water after getting up

If your gums are bleeding, do gargles only . First you cure this problem

when your mouth is completely clean, since this saliva is most important so let it go inside your body

Now what is the next step?

There are lot of disease related with stomach and mostly likely 80% of diseases are connected with it

Now lot of people are suffering from gas problem, acidity. What is this?

This problem occurs due to the remaining excess acid which digests our food

But when we drink water, saliva goes inside our body thus it neutralise the acid

Problem of gastric, constipation & acidity will be completely vanished

What next is to be done.. The way we clean our body externally

Similarly we have to clean our body internally

How to clean your body internally, that I'll share in the next episode

about the hands now these are a part of our body that really don't get enough

love people type all day they work all day on the on the tools and you know

your hands really do a lot for you in your life and they very rarely get any

sort of any sort of attention at all

so I'm going to teach you how to release the interosseous muscles so stretch the

interosseous muscles these are the muscles that sit between these bones in

your hand now it's quite simple all you're gonna do is you're gonna take

your fingers and you're going to place it again to the other hand and then just

you're keeping them as wide open as you can and then just push back against them

and then bend the end knuckles so you end up in the position like this

and you want to work through all of your fingers in that manner now the first

time you do this it's going to be quite intense you'll feel all sorts of

sensations between the bones of your hands but just bear with it and hold on

to that stretch and if you spend a couple of minutes doing that you

suddenly feel dexterous and and limber in your fingers and your hands very nice

feeling

Why?

I believe I am a chief - I am some one who has become an Indian chief in the end

and lives his life like he wants to.

And that's what a chief is to me.

Somebody who is independent, self-sufficient and does his thing

and ideally you also have your tribe or family or colleagues and female co-workers

and I believe I do something that makes others happy.

I like my staff and I enjoy having people around me,

in this sense I am quite happy, but as said,

I could do this also in another composition

currently it's an agency

but as said: because I love my life and not my job - I don't care what I'm doing

Surely I am doing it well and eagerly, and most of the time also successfully - and that's the point!

On questioning traditional, well-structured procedures:

I say, you have to question everything first of all. I think things new.

And as soon I have found the right direction for myself, I go that path.

when I can live a life which I like. Then I am successful in life.

you always state "Love your life and not your job"

but you also have to work

sure, sure, sure, sure

but if the critical question is

Would you rather be at the party of your six-years-old daughter together with her friends

or if a client says

"Come win the pitch and you can earn a million Euros"

Say where would you go? I know many who'd say:

I'm sorry, I cannot join the birthday party.

Let Mummy party with you - I am going to the pitch:

Yeah, I would be at the birthday party.

And if the pitch does not come into play, it doesn't matter.

Bad luck. But that's prioritizing personal issues

that are really important.

And in life you always have to make decisions

and for me my private life and my family are more important than anything else.

Period.

And I believe, storytelling which everybody is talking about

or the wonderful content marketing should be starting with yourself:

What is your story? What makes you special? What do you have to tell?

And please let it be more than just reciting your CV that most of the time

is not quite glorious, too.

But you should know at least STAR WARS?

For me that is true... so if you don't know Han Solo, you already got a problem...
