HUGE INDUSTRIAL WASTELAND! Abandoned Gas Plant - Urbex Lost Places Austria - Duration: 11:26.

"Yep."

"You can start."

"Hello and welcome to the new episode of BWT."

"Maybe with some more pep?"

"Here we go!"

As if we were exploring a ghost town.

At least it felt like that when we were visiting a vast abandoned industrial area

on day two of our urbex road trip in Austria.

Once, this was one of the biggest gas works sites in the region.

Today the compound fallows and nature is winning back what was once hers.

Together with Tato from the YouTube channel "thetatogram"

we explored a variety of buildings on the area of around 20 hectares.

While doing this, we were overwhelmed by the impressive dimensions.

We are one of the last people who will be able to see the site with their own eyes

before there will be a massive change shortly.

Many years ago, a gas plant operated on this site.

Today, this can only be guessed.

But the fact is that this area was like its own small town.

There were residential houses for the executive employees and engineers,

as well as a hospital, workshops and a big canteen with stage.

Some acres of land were even provided for the cultivation of vegetables and the breeding of rabbits.

Once, the premises had a size of over 40 hectares.

Today only half of the size is left because parts of this property already have a new use.

For example, a power plant was built right next door.

Around a third of the still existing buildings are under monument protection.

"alarm regulations"

In 1911, the gasworks went active.

Due to the general mechanization here, only 150 people were employed.

During World War 2, the site was hit by over 200 bombs due to which seven workers left their lives.

The whole plant was damaged really badly back then.

Not until the postwar years it was possible to rebuild the gasworks.

In 1952, it started to operate again.

Originally, around 50 million cubic meters of city gas were produced here per year.

After the reconstruction, the output could even be increased to 166 million cubic meters.

Until 1969, the gas production conducted from coal.

Only thereafter natural gas was taken as base material.

After that, the operation of the gas plant ceased bit by bit.

In 1987, the facility was superseded by a district heating plant.

"police"

"close / open"

Until the year 2006, some of the remaining buildings were used by the administration.

Today, mainly the impressive one and two-storied houses, which remind you of mansions, are left.

They're surrounded by two big alleys.

It is said that a former worker is still living in one of the residential houses today.

"Oh."

"Yes, exactly. That's the way out."

"No!"

"Nope…"

"Yes! Good. No… Yes!"

"What's wrong with you?"

"Good."

"Another animal that was saved by BWT!"

"doggy"

In the course of the production and because of the effects of war,

it came to an extensive and profound pollution of the underground.

Typical contaminants for gasworks like chemicals got inside the soil and groundwater.

Around the year 2005, the whole area was all-encompassing decontaminated.

Control examinations of the groundwater proved that the site is no risk of danger any longer.

Now the area is supposed to be revived.

A whole new neighborhood is going to be constructed here.

Over 1.400 housings are planned as well as large parks.

All the design work is already done.

In this very year, the building works are supposed to start.

The first houses are supposed to be ready at the end of 2018.

And nothing will be left that reminds of how this area looked erstwhile.

"stage inventory list"

This was part three of our road trip in August.

We're already halfway through our new series.

Leave us some feedback in the comments and be sure to check out the YouTube channel of "thetatogram".

Hopefully, you guys will be back next time, because the following episode will be super wicked!

Fast Russian: Technology - Duration: 6:50.

Subtitles start at 0:36

I'm a big fan of technology, and the last 20-30 years, it

developed a lot. And in fact, 30 years is a

short period of time, only thirty years.

I am 20 years old!

And 30 years-it is not really a long period of time. And our

life has changed so much- we now

can find any information on the Internet, we can call

anywhere in the world, we can fly to any place in the

the world now and very...very quickly quickly, that is, our time

is much more valuable now, because we can do

so much in the same hour- it is just unbelievable.

Compared with the past of course, but with all these

opportunities- I can, in fact, talk

with you in Russian through Internet, I mean, I can

teach you. This is a huge opportunity. This is a huge

opportunity in fact for all people, but with these

opportunity there are some disadvantages due to the fact,

that we are now constantly on phones, all the time we are

on the Internet, we often we forget to talk to people,

that is, we lose the connection ... the connection as a person to person,

that is, we are now very often are focused to ensure that

we have a lot of subscribers, many likes, many posts

on Instagram, on snapchat and so on. We want

so that more people see us, but we do not

devote time to each person. That is, we have 5 friends

but we spend less time with them, than with those people

on Instagram. That is, for us for some reason, I do not know

why, people's attention on the Internet is much more

valuable than attention of people we have in front of us, our

friends, our family, our relatives, so for some reason

we are changing the priorities to the fact that, to not to build

relationships with people who are next us, but somehow we

we want to seem cool for those we

we do not even know. I do not know why that is,

perhaps we still equate attention of a stranger

from the internet to attention of our friend and

this is not true! Absolutely! So, if your subscriber

looks at you on Instagram it is much worse ... that is,

it brings up much less feelings and emotions,

than when your friend looks at you. Far less

emotions, but somehow we forget and I am now,

when I came to America I very rarely communicated with

family and friends, and now I have such a goal,

that is, every day I there is board on which I

note if I achieved my goal or not. And every

day my goal is to communicate with his family, that is, it can

be my sister, my brother, my parents, my grandmothers,

my uncles, my aunts - it doesn't matter! The main thing is to communicate with

someone from the family because I usually may not

call mom and dad for weeks, I may not communicate with

brother and sister for months, and so it was normal for me

and I realized that this is wrong, this is wrong

and it is necessary to give your attention to those who are care about

you. Who does care about you. That's why

I think that the the more we develop,

the more we grow, when it comes to technology- it's Tesla, self-driving

cars, it's AI, I forgot how it is in Russian

Artificial Intelligence (AI?)

Artificial Intelligence and many many others-

is happening now, but we should always remember that

in the center of it all should be people, because subscribers

on Instagram it is just a number. You do not feel the same, how do I say it,

emotion from numbers than from real interaction

with people. And recently I have talked with one of my viewers,

students ... from this channel on Skype, that is, we had

a half-hour talk on Skype about the Russian language,

I just wanted to help her. And from that half-hour with a real

person I had so much feelings. a lot of emotion, a lot more,

than, let's say if I look on video and I see it 200 views.

Of course, it's important for me to have views, but emotionally

I had a lot more more feelings ... when

I talked to her on Skype. So I always appreciate it

that communication one-to-one with a person, to learn more

about the person, to ask them something, to maybe encourage them.

We start to forget what's really important,

but really important is to be human and to appreciate

other people's time, and appreciate their attention. And so, talk

with friends, talk with family, and often them frequently,

do not forget, they are there because

in fact all of these subscribers on Instagram don't care

about me. That is, if I die, no one would care, but the family

will be mourning. And therefore it is necessary to take care of

those who are really important.

Rules for Claiming 2017 Adoption Tax Credit - How Can I Claim the Adoption Tax Credit? - Duration: 10:16.

so if you've come to check out this video you're probably thinking about

adopting and you know there's tax credits available for adopting such as

the adoption tax credit or the exclusion benefit but what is it how does it work?

and how can it save you money what's up guys my name is Mike this is chipper

Vita welcome to money in life TV this is the channel you come to to improve your

financial position your career and your life today I'm super excited guys to

have a very special guest with me on the show this is my very good friend Sarah

she's like a sister to me Sarah say hi to you too sis thank you so much for

coming on the show today so today's video is gonna be about

adoption tax credits how they work we're gonna do a brief overview of how all of

this works together to save you the most money possible on your tax return and

this is only gonna be part one we're gonna we're gonna break this into a

couple parts there's a lot of rules and things you need to know before adopting

so if I break it into a few chunks you'll be able to digest the information

so much better all right with that being said are you guys ready Sarah are you

ready to do this yeah all right let's go

all right so one of the reasons I wanted to have Sara on the show today for this

particular tax topic because Sara you're you're adopted right and is it true that

you also have two adopted sisters that is awesome so that's why I thought it'd

be so cool to have her on this show now as you guys probably know if you've

ever gone through the adoption process or you're thinking about adopting it can

be a wonderful wonderful experience to be looking for to add somebody to your

family but at the same time it can be emotionally stressful and financially

stressful I can't help you with the emotional stress part but we can help

you with the financial stress part and so that's what we're gonna cover today

so the way this is gonna work as sara is gonna ask me some of the most common

adoption tax credit questions out there and then i'm gonna do my best to answer

them and hopefully not mess them up too bad so Sara you've probably heard of the

adoption tax credit but have you heard of the exclusion benefit most people

have heard of the docking tax credit but the exclusion benefit is kind of a weird

one which we're gonna talk about here in just a little bit so Sara what's the

first question you have for us today

so actually age really does matter especially if you're trying to take the

adoption tax credit and save money on this because if the child is over 18

you're gonna run into some issues so if you're in the process of adopting a

child and let's say they're only 15 or 16 no problem but if you're in the

process of adopting a child and let's say they're seventeen and a half and

you're going through the process yeah but it takes a while right it takes it a

while to adopt somebody right so when you're going through that process

sometimes they'll you know pass another birthday and before you actually

finalize the adoption in that case if they past the age of 18 only the

expenses the qualified adoption expenses that you incurred before they turned 18

would count towards that credit anything after 18 would not count so that's

important there is one exception though to that

and that is if you are adopting a special-needs child there is no age

restriction on the qualified adoption expenses you can take so just remember

that the benefit exclusion is if you work somewhere where your employer will

help you pay for qualified adoption expenses and help you pay for the you

know to go through the process of adopting a child

that's actually what the benefit exclusion is something that your

employer will provide to you and it's called a benefit exclusion it's because

you get the benefit of all of that money but it's not taxable to you which is

super sweet so Mike can you take both the adoption tax credit and the benefit

exclusion actually you can I first didn't think you could but you actually

can which is awesome yeah so there's there's a lot of money you can get from

using both of these how much is adoption credit work okay so the adoption tax

credit itself is worth roughly thirteen thousand five hundred dollars so let's

say that you are about to file your tax return and you owe thirteen thousand

five hundred dollars on your tax return if you can use this adoption tax credit

it will take your tax code from thirteen thousand five hundred all the way to

zero and what else is cool is for the exclusion benefit you get the exact same

amount if you add them together it's almost like you're getting close to a

twenty seven thousand dollar tax benefit if you think of it that way

so it's real it's really substantial is the credit refundable and do you lose a

credit if you can't use it the credit the adoption tax credit is not

refundable so if you have no tax and you're trying to claim the adoption tax

credit you can't get a refund from it however the cool thing is that

you can actually carry it forward for five years and so even so if you don't

know tax and the first year you use it no problem because in the next couple

years you might owe tax and at that point that credits gonna come into play

and it might take your tax liability all the way to zero it's a really good

credit if you are married leaves do you have to file jointly to get the credit

yeah I know some people out there they actually like to file their tax returns

separately even if they're married so a lot of people do do that but with the

adoption tax credit what the IRS says is that you must file a joint return so if

you normally file separate tax returns when if you want to take this credit you

have to file a joint return and I believe the same is true if you want to

take advantage of the exclusion benefit what about special needs children have

very specific roles and the IRS allows a lot more flexibility in regards to that

they know that taking care of a special needs child can be very expensive and

very emotionally difficult so there's no age restriction and as far as I know

even if you don't you know take thirteen thousand five hundred and qualified

adoption expenses you may still if you're adopting a special-needs child

they still allow you to deduct the full amount of the credit even if you don't

spend all that money to get it which is which is awesome what tax form do you

fill out to claim the credit to claim the adoption tax credit its form eighty

eight ninety three and I'll show you a picture right here chippers show them

the picture so the the actual tax credit is on that form 1893 which you're seeing

on screen here but the exclusion benefit would you like where do you see that

show up well your employer is actually gonna report that on your w-2 chipper

show them the w-2 so on your w-2 when they send that tax payment to you at the

end of the year it's gonna show your wages it's gonna show what you withheld

and then in box 12 of your w-2 it's gonna have code T which

is gonna indicate that your employer has given you money to help you adopt a

child but that income that money they gave you is completely tax-free

is there an income limitation on the credit also basically you're asking if

is can a person be too rich to get the credit is that basically what you're

asking okay so there is and I can get to the exact numbers I'll show them on

screen but really the moment you get if you're married filing joint the moment

you get to a $200,000 income and above from $200,000 to roughly $240,000 the

credit starts the phase-out and once you're above $240,000 there's no benefit

at all one other thing that I forgot to mention regarding the differences

between the exclusion benefit and the adoption tax credit is the only one

thing you have to watch out for is you can't take that you can't use the same

expenses to take both benefits so if you spend ten thousand dollars on legal fees

you can't say well I'm gonna use those ten thousand dollars in legal fees to

take advantage of the tax credit and use those exact same expenses to get the

exclusion benefit it's because that would be kind of like double dipping so

in order to use both the adoption tax credit and the exclusion benefit you

have to have that many expenses to take advantage of them all all right guys I

hope you found this information helpful like I said this is only part 1 and in

the next part part 2 we're gonna talk about what expenses actually qualify you

to take advantage of the exclusion benefit and the adoption tax credit if

you have any questions at all do not hesitate to ask

just leave a comment leave a question down below alright guys if you liked the

video make sure to smash that like button if you're new to our channel

highly consider subscribing because we make new videos every single week that

we're gonna help you learn finances investing taxes and things that are

don't miss any of our videos by hitting that subscribe button down below

well Sarah thank you so much for coming on the show

and are you ready for part two yes all right well we will see you guys in part

two so stay tuned in part two we're gonna start looking at what adoption

expenses count and which ones don't count towards these credits and benefits

and also we're gonna look at some of the differences between domestic adoptions

and foreign adoptions in terms of when you can take into the expense and when

you can't thank you so much you guys for taking the time to watch this video

and we'll see you in the next one bye guys awesome good job

How I learned Spanish | Learning Spanish 🇪🇸 - Duration: 8:23.

I've already answered the TAG "How I learned English"

in another video and today I'll answer the same TAG,

but about the Spanish language.

How old were you when you started studying Spanish?

I think the first time I took a Spanish class in my life I

was about 16 years old...16 or 17 years old.

Have you learned Spanish in high school, at a language school or by yourself?

All of the above, actually. I started learning in high school, it was an

extracurricular class and then, I attended a language school for a year, a year and a half, and I also

studied a lot at home by myself and today I'm married to an Argentinean,

so I practice a lot at home as well.

What was (or still is) your greatest difficulty in Spanish?

I think my greatest difficulty in

Spanish, and I believe it's the greatest difficulty among most

Brazilians, is avoiding the "portunhol" because sometimes we're speaking

Spanish and we don't know a word, so we simply use a word

from Portuguese in a Spanishy way, so my greatest difficulty still

is trying not...not to speak "portunhol."

What do you think of the schools that promise that you'll learn Spanish and be fluent in a year?

Well, I think this promise of learning in a year generally applies more to English,

but I think for Brazilians, Spanish can be learned in

a year because it's a language that's very similar to ours, so if you

are very focused and committed, I believe that it's possible to learn it in a year.

How often do you speak Spanish?

I speak Spanish every day.

Like I said earlier, I'm married to an Argentinean, so the language

we use to communicate with each other is Spanish.

Besides, I live in Miami, so...many people here speak Spanish,

many people here only speak Spanish, so it's a language...it's my everyday language.

What's your favorite accent?

Well, I'm completely biased, but my favorite accent is the Argentinean accent,

in fact, it's not actually the Argentinean accent, but the Rioplatense accent which

is also spoken in Uruguay, so...I also love the accent from

Spain. In fact, I love all accents,

but I think the Argentinian and the Spaniard are my favorite ones.

Do you have any internacional certificates?

No, I don't have any certificates and I don't intend to getting any.

From 0 to 10, how much do you like Spanish?

10! 10! For sure.

Those who follow me here on my channel know that Spanish is my favorite language and

it's a language that I have a...an emocional attachment to, as well as...I think it's a

beautiful language, I love listening to people speaking Spanish, trying to guess

people's accents, so...I always liked it, I always preferred Spanish than

English. So I give a 10 to the Spanish language.

Have you studied Spanish in another country? Which one?

No, I've never studied Spanish in another country, but I've spent a long time in

Argentina, I've lived there for a month. So I've practiced it in

other countries, but I've never actually taken a class in another country.

In fact, I've only taken classes in Brazil.

In your opinion, Spanish is easy or hard?

Well, learning a language is never very easy, right?

But compared to other languages and, especially for Brazilians,

Spanish is considered an easy language, so...I'm not saying that it's easy to

learn it, but relatively speaking, it's an easy language.

Any embarrassing moments while speaking Spanish?

Those of you who've watched the same

TAG I answered about the English language might think it's a lie, but I've

been through the same embarrassing situation in English and Spanish.

So...in English, I've said "I'm hot" instead of "It's hot."

In Spanish, instead of saying "hace calor," I said "estoy caliente."

And "estoy caliente" in Spanish means I'm horny or aroused, so...I've

said that to more than one person and it was totally embarrassing.

Do you trust Google Translator?

Actually, I don't use Google Translator

that much for Spanish, I usually use it for English or other languages, but

it's what I've said in the other video...Google Translator is very good for words, but

not for sentences or full texts.

Why have you decided to learn Spanish? What changed in your life?

Well, actually, I've always liked

Spanish better than English, so I've decided to study Spanish because I was

terrible, a total fail at learning English,

so I thought: "I'll try Spanish and see if I can at least learn one

foreign language." So I started to study Spanish...and

that changed my life. First because I've decided to take the Spanish test for the universities'

entrance exams. In the foreign language test, I chose Spanish, not English because I was

very bad at English, so that was the first thing, even though

I had studied English way more than Spanish. And also, the second

thing was that I later met my husband, so we managed to

communicate a little, even though my English and my Spanish were terrible

when I met him, but...it also helped. And today,

here in the United States, both in Florida and in California...they're

states with many Latinos, so Spanish is a very useful language, not

only in those two states, but in many parts of the United States.

In addition, you always find people who speak it,

there are many people who speak Spanish as their first language, there are many people who speak

Spanish as a foreign language, so it's a very, very, very useful language.

Share a tip that helped you in your learning process.

As is the case for all languages, I think something that helped me a lot learning

Spanish was music. I've actually made a playlist on Spotify and for those who

want to listen to it, I'll leave a link below with the songs, some of the

songs, that I like the most in Spanish and there are songs from many countries,

so if you want to check it out, click on the link and if you want to follow me on Spotify

as well, feel free to do it because I also have other playlists, even a playlist with

French music which I love. So my tip is to listen to a lot of

music because it's something pleasurable and that helps a lot with the listening skills, it helps with

learning new words, especially if you're a big fan of a certain artist,

that will motivate you even more to learn the language, so that's my

tip which is useful for all languages, in fact.

Guys, I'm very happy to be back making videos here on YouTube,

so if you liked this video, leave a thumbs-up, share it with your

Song of the Earth: Insight for World Ballet Day | English National Ballet - Duration: 10:24.

One of the main reasons why I came to the United Kingdom to be a professional

dancer was because I wanted to work in the repertoire of Kenneth MacMillan.

I believe he is one of the genius of the 20th century and we had this opportunity

to take one of his jewels and take it outside London on tour to the venues

that we traditionally go and I thought we couldn't let this opportunity

pass both for the dancers to experience what it is like to dance Song of the Earth

but also for our audiences outside of London to be able to see it.

The themes of the ballet I think relate closely to our life, there's loss, there

is death, there is that sense throughout the ballet of certainty of death and and

I really appreciate that about this ballet and the conversation that I think

we all humans in a way have with ourselves and try to understand what it

means to us death and and in this sense it offers a feeling of redemption in a

way at the end of the ballet is quite beautiful and it's sort of a new

beginning for me that is the way I mean understanding this this piece it's my

first time being involved in a MacMillan ballet and I think this is a very rare opportunity.

It's a very powerful thing to think about as as a dancer it's about

life and death and the eternity that people don't have that's the role of the

Messenger. He has to remind everyone that life ends at some point so you should

just appreciate what's inside and it's about the relationship between the woman

and the man. I really look forward to dance on stage, with the music, with the

orchestra, the singers. It's I think it's gonna become something very powerful

which I've never felt before. Probably I'll be very very excited.

Song of the Earth is very much a multicultural piece in that the original

poems were Chinese and they inspired Mahler which in turn inspired

Kenneth MacMillan and it so happened that the Royal Ballet I went on tour to

Japan and he went to see some Noh and some Kabuki and he took quite a lot of

the gestures and the angles of the head and the expression of those two old

traditional art forms and put it into the ballet vocabulary.

Mahler's Song of the Earth is a combination of two of Mahler's great

loves, the human voice in the song and symphonic form, and Mahler was

revolutionising romantic orchestral and symphonic music with the many works that

he wrote and I think the Song of the Earth absolutely epitomises the best

combination of both of these forms because with Mahler's melody and his

orchestrational colour, it becomes a far different beast, it becomes so

profound that they've been probably one of the most challenging pieces in the

repertoire for singers, conductors and orchestras alike ever since they were composed.

I think the the musicality of it is particularly hard they keep

telling us in rehearsal you will get lost if you don't know the count and I

am usually learning ballets through the music, not precise counting but in

this case that has been a real a real challenge and also finding a

conversation through the choreography it's been particularly challenging for

me but obviously helps to have in the studio of somebody like Tamara has danced

it before and has in my opinion mastered that role is very easy to learn

from from seeing and that is something very important I think to be able to get

this this quality in the choreography.

For me it was always a huge beautiful

journey to get into Song of the Earth, it is a very particular piece, it is not

like other Kenneth MacMillan works in that it is quite a specific in style and

very quiet emotionally. All of the sorrow, all of the loss, even the joy happens

internally and not so much expressed in a natural way like you would in some of

his more narrative pieces but it is so contained and so intense

that is incredibly moving both for the artist and for the audience, so it's a

piece I love, I love the steps but I also love that emotionally-charged and I

adore the music and I can't wait to to see our dancers perform it.

While there are a lot of deep layers and emotions to Song of the Earth, we aren't

necessarily supposed to expose that through our facial expression for

example I think MacMillan's choreography in this step they show you what what

you're supposed to feel there's just kind of an exactness to the

choreography but I think that's that kind of has to do sort of the angles of

the head and there's a lot of really specific details that go into this piece.

I'm just looking forward to hopefully doing the piece justice just because I

know that this is in a lot of people's opinions

one of MacMillan's best work. It has quite profound ideas and feelings behind it

and that's what I'm excited about is just being being a part of this and

being a part of such a beautiful piece of work.

The challenges for the orchestra are manifold in Song of the Earth because

the the stylistic method that Mahler wrote was far in a way it was way beyond

nationalism it was way beyond the standard romantic compositional forms

that the great Romanticists were doing, so he could almost take the music in a

far more avant-garde romantic direction and for the orchestra that means that

many of the layers of orchestrational sound and many layers of melodies get

thrown together and don't necessarily match in terms of pulse, in terms of

rhythm, meter, and yet they all have to come together and collide in this

beautiful combination of worlds of sound.

I think no ballet career can be complete

without having performed a MacMillan ballet, I think that at his time he gave

ballet something that nobody had ever done before and and he has remained a

big important part of a repertorial tradition because of the value that his

ballets had artistically and metaphorically speaking as well and I am

lucky to be in a company that offers that possibility to the dancers to grow

through them in the works and and the ballets of this great choreographer.

It's difficult to summarise what MacMillan choreography is because it is

so varied, there is so much of it and is so different

which piece, he was able to take a style and make it better so I can't

quite explain what is it that makes it so, I can only explain what it feels like

to dance it and it is incredibly organic also it always has a space for the

artist to put something of their own and is quite liberating

whichever role you play in whichever style of choreography you happen to to

take on of Kenneth's repertoire.

Episode 17

You know how we couldn't understand

why the Godfather

chose Junior to be the new Chairman?

Yes?

I think I know why…

The Godfather wants to

deny someone else

from the Chairman position.

And this person…

is Han.

I found a little more about Han.

What is it?

He's not the same man

he used to be.

He's a religious man now.

Very religious man, indeed.

There's a good chance

he will be released earlier than expected.

We're all on the same boat.

Why the hell would I

guide us all to a disaster?

Sending me back to Taiwan?

Under the current circumstances,

Taiwan

would be the safest place for you.

Thank you.

That's good.

Sometimes things don't go according to plan.

Watch out, or you might be intercepted.

You're saying the British government

will intercept our case?

That's impossible.

What?

The supervisors have

given up on Junior's case?

Special Branch.

Officer Yeung.

I was expecting you to come by.

What happened?

Officer Leung kept it short?

Yes

Can't blame him.

He has his difficulties.

The British are cultured

to defend their face and dignity.

When they took over Hong Kong,

the public relations did a lot

to help create a positive, down to earth image for themselves.

In the year 1899,

when the British first took control of New Territories,

there was a huge battle between them

and the locals.

For six long days they fought each other,

many locals didn't survive.

I never knew about this.

I'm not surprized.

This part of history

has been deleted from

most educational reading material.

The families of the deceased

made sure their children and grandchildren

knows about this, so they passed on their stories.

Eventually, the British

needed to share benefits with them

in order to make a deal

and keep their mouths shut.

To be honest,

only a handful of people

remember this incident.

Most people from this era

has absolutely no idea

how much our forefathers

gave to protect our land.

The blood they shed.

The Hong Kong police

went through a time of extreme corruption.

The police were greedy and unlawful.

They collected bribes and protection fees.

The money they collected,

most of it ended up in the hands of the British lawmen.

It took the ICAC

about a decade's worth of hard work

for us, the police, to begin earning trust

and creating a clean, righteous image for ourselves again.

But underneath it all,

there are still some unlawful individuals,

ones who continue to hide in the shadows…

They are still using their power

to leech off benefits from Hong Kong.

Are you saying

that these people exist in our police force?

It's the unspeakable truth.

But what's in it for them to side with the triads?

Trying to find out myself.

Officer Yeung, you have been investigating this all along?

he's been gone the whole afternoon.

I wonder if boss is okay.

Old-Timer,

give him a call.

Got it.

Phone's off.

Heman.

Hello, is this WPU?

This is the OCTB.

Are your staff on the way?

I understand. Thank you.

They said they just received new orders

to put an end on Junior's case.

They're not coming.

End his case?

Could it be orders from our boss?

Probably not.

Pang.

Yes?

How long has Junior been released from hospital?

About eight hours.

We just lost forty hours…

You alright, officer Chan?

I'm fine.

I'll explain some other time.

From this moment on,

make sure nobody takes Junior away.

Anyone other than our boss.

Yes, sir.

Going somewhere, sir?

Gonna find someone.

Keep in touch.

Hello, Tang.

This is Phoenix.

Got time for a chat?

Sure.

Why am I wasting time with you?

I should be talking with your boss.

Our boss is not here at the moment.

Whatever it is, just talk with me.

I don't waste time with rookies.

Watch your mouth.

We're both officers of the law.

Get your facts straight, kid.

What is it?

Officer Chan,

they're from the Special Branch.

They're here to take Junior away.

This is the paperwork.

Old-Timer,

pay our respects.

Alright.

Excuse me.

Thank you.

Political Affairs, is it?

Strict order from our supervisor. We're taking the boy.

Reason?

None of your concern.

Alright.

None of my concern.

Good. Wong?

Yes?

Hand Junior over to this officer.

What?

Junior doesn't have a case with us.

We have no right to keep him in our custody.

That's true.

Unless…

Yes, sir?

What is it?

What's going on out there?

Junior,

no matter what happens later,

don't move and don't say a word, okay?

What is it?

What's going on?

How's officer Wong?

You alright?

I'm dizzy! I maybe passing out!

The convict attacked you?

Yes, officer Chan.

Assaulting a police officer?

Serious matter!

Yep.

Serious matter requires some time to handle…

We have to investigate.

Absolutely.

Officers,

May I inform you,

that we now have a serious case

that may just take a while.

Probably a couple of hours.

Would you mind waiting outside?

How barbaric is this strategy?

You're no different than the triads!

That's a horrible breath, officer.

Of course there's a difference.

We're OCTB.

We're a little less barbaric than your branch, I suppose.

What did you say?

You heard me.

What's going on?

Boss.

Sir,

these men are from Political Affairs,

they're here to take Junior.

Let them do their jobs.

Boss?

Just do it.

Get up.

Go with them.

I'll find a way.

Thank you, uncle Phoenix.

Cuff him.

Take him away.

Well? Get to it!

Hurry and take him away!

Let's go.

If you got work to handle, finish up and go home.

Officer Chan,

a minute, please.

Yes, sir.

You alright?

What happened to you?

Is it swollen?

Let me grab some ice.

Officer Chan,

what were you thinking just now?

You were about to make things more complicated.

Sorry, sir.

Do you know what happened?

Political Affairs acting up, what else?

Why makes you think they'd do that?

During my undercover era,

this type of thing happens all the time.

Some rich and powerful triad members,

even if we arrested them red-handed,

somehow, they would be off the hook.

If you're asking me,

I suspect that within the police force,

someone has beneficial relationship with the triads.

No matter what,

at least now we know

this person has to do with Political Affairs.

Any idea who this person is?

I'm not sure.

What do you think

they will do to Junior?

If I'm guessing correctly,

they're going to incarcerate him for 48 hours.

Then they're gonna set him free.

Godfather will then make his move.

We can't let this happen.

What else can we do?

Protect him 24 hours a day?

Boss,

you know…

I gave Tang a call.

I made arrangements to send Junior back to Taiwan by boat tomorrow night.

You crazy?

You're a police officer!

I know Junior's father was close with you,

but you have to think this over.

If anything unexpected were to happen,

you will be fired immediately.

Have you really thought this through?

I understood the risks involved

even before I gave Tang a call.

I'm willing to take all responsibilities.

Tomorrow, midnight.

After work.

No guns. No badge.

I'm going to take Junior to the docks personally.

What if you were attacked?

I don't know.

We'll find out.

Attention.

Boss,

the decision is all mine.

It's personal.

Nothing to do with the Hong Kong police,

and nothing to do with division B1-1.

The reason I'm letting you know,

is because I consider you my friend.

Also,

you've already helped all you can

with Junior's case.

I don't want you in trouble.

That is all.

Honey, you're home.

Yes, sweetheart.

What happened?

Another fight? Again?

No,

it was just an accident.

I don't even feel it anymore.

Honey, I'm so sorry about this,

please don't get upset.

Being upset is not good for the baby!

Come on, behave.

You're the one not behaving!

You got hurt again!

How do you expect

baby and I to handle ourselves

if something happens to you?

Alright, alright.

I promise you to be extra carful.

I don't care,

from now on,

your phone is on 24 hours a day.

I need to be able to find you.

Got it?

Alright. I'll bring extra batteries.

I'll check my phone signals too, alright?

Okay?

That's a beautiful smile.

Stop frowning so much!

If you don't,

the baby might be born frowning.

So, what's for dinner?

Whatever you like.

Listen, why don't I cook tonight.

You can't cook.

You rest up.

I'll take care of it.

Have a seat, and just relax.

This is gonna taste so bad…

Are you kidding?

It'll be super delicious!

Uncle Phoenix,

can please you go over

my homework?

I was watching all this time.

The mathematics is so difficult

for primary school these days!

You did pretty well, except for this…

What's 18 divided by 2?

Four?

Why is it four?

The answer is nine.

Two nines make eighteen.

Dinner's ready!

Let's have dinner first.

Alright, dinner time.

Let's go have some food.

Wow! You made this all by yourself?

Yes. I watched a lot of cooking shows

on television at the store when I got bored.

This is my first time, so…

Let eat! I'm starving.

Try some.

Okay.

Let's eat.

This is delicious!

Delicious

This tastes horrible…

You didn't have to lie.

I didn't.

Yu, what matters is not the taste.

What matters is the love.

Thank you.

Chan, you okay?

What is it?

You usually come home late from work.

This is a first time you came home for dinner.

Anything happen?

Nope, nothing much.

Alright. I believe you.

Little Phoenix, if you don't like how it tastes,

I can always make you instant noodle.

Great!

Just give me a sec,

I'll be right back.

Hey,

listen…

No matter how it tastes,

Yu really put an effort into making this.

Got it?

Yep.

Show her some love.

Alright?

Go inside.

Who is he?

Someone to see you.

Go in.

Sit.

Hands on the table.

Hands behind your back.

It's done, Mr. George.

Good.

Enjoy.

So, you are Junior.

Yes. I am Junior.

I don't know you. Who are you?

Of course you don't know me.

You may call me

Mr. George.

Relax.

If I had nasty plans for you,

you wouldn't be so comfortable

right now.

I am relaxed.

What do you want?

The Dragon-Head Baton,

and the Seabed. Where is it?

I don't know.

Listen,

I have at least five methods

of making you tell me

the truth about everything.

Wanna try?

This is your last chance.

You don't wanna do this.

Where is the Baton?

I don't know.

There's something odd about them today…

You think so?

Stop being nosy all the time.

Officer Chan, it's half past three.

Would you like afternoon tea?

I'm off work early today. Enjoy yourselves.

Everything okay?

Go do your job.

Alright, sir.

Hey.

What's up?

Do you guys think

officer Chan is planning an escape for Junior by himself?

Seriously? That could be dangerous.

Hard to say…

You know how officer Chan is sometimes,

he really keeps his thoughts to himself.

Yes.

How would you like me to handle this?

By the book.

When it's time,

let him go.

People out there will follow up on it.

Alright.

In three years, Hong Kong will be handed back to China.

What do you think the Special Branch is up to?

I don't know.

Do you need me to find out about it?

No, I was just wondering.

Do the best you can with your job.

At the right moment,

I will contact you again.

Thank you, officer.

You're early today, officer Chan.

Yes, I have dinner plans.

Chan's already handed in his firearm?

I'll bet something's definitely up tonight.

What are you thinking?

Alright. Thanks. Goodbye.

Hope I'm wrong about this…

What?

Tang? This is Wong.

Chan asked me to confirm tonight's meeting time with you.

Great. Thanks.

I was right. Chan's planning to send Junior back by boat tonight.

What?

I'm sure there will be dozens of people

who wants a piece of Junior the second he's released.

Why is Chan choosing to be unarmed?

I think he doesn't want us getting involved…

But officer Chan's in a lot of danger!

Should we ask officer Cheung?

No, of course not!

What should we do?

Officer Chan has taken good care of us!

We can't leave him on his own.

Hey, are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Of course we're going!

I'm leaving my firearm as well.

Wong, how about you?

Me?

Wong promised his wife to stay ot of trouble.

I'll go with you instead.

You will?

Shall we ask Old-Timer to come along?

What if he tells on us?

That's true.

Let's go.

Tiger,

leading your squad, I see.

I'm guessing that tonight,

you're not here to vouch for Junior as a police officer.

You'll see.

Sometimes I really wonder…

For this kid? Is he worth it?

I owe his father.

I understand.

Will you'll overlook this?

Gosh, Honey!

Take a look at this baby!

He's super cute, isn't it?

Yep.

If our baby

has such chubby cheeks,

he would be so cute as well!

Yep.

Honey…

Yes?

I'm tired…

Can we go to bed earlier tonight?

I'm not sleepy yet.

You better sleep too,

if you get panda eyes during pregnancy,

the baby will be born

with panda eyes as well!

Seriously?

Of course! You're both connected.

What the mother eats, the baby eats, right?

Come on, let's get to bed.

I'm googling this.

Come on, go to bed.

Good night, sweetheart.

I'll get the lights.

Take it slow, nice and steady.

Junior.

Uncle Phoenix…

is that really you…

You alright?

I can't remember…

Get in the car.

Action.

Team A hold hold the Phoenix.

Team B take care of business.

Yes, Boss.

Boss.

If we survive this,

you owe me a drink tomorrow.

Sure.

Junior's looking a little off,

you better take him there soon.

I'll meet you there.

Get in the car.

Danny Cheung came along.

As expected.

Follow them.

Await my orders.

Okay.

Other than the Phoenix,

Danny Cheung, team leader of the OCTB.

They're escorting Junior together.

Who is this Cheung?

Father was a police officer,

ex team leader of the OCTB,

senior officer Cheung.

He was the leading officer of the sting operation

that led to the arrest of Han and Fire-Shit.

Come here!

Why is the Baton so important to you?

Don't you know,

with your power and status,

just give the police a little push,

and you can completely ruin our triads.

Why cause all the chaos?

Rest up a little.

Mr. George is hoping to run this

from a business standpoint.

Using the least cost we can,

we gain the highest profit possible.

So what about

tonight's situation?

Mr. George personally confirmed

that Junior really knows nothing about it.

This means he is of no value.

Dead or alive,

he doesn't really care.

And the two cops?

Boss Ghost.

Got it.

Tai,

take two vans full to St. Stevens' beach.

That's it.

Keep up. Don't lose them.

Got it.

They're here.

Boss, officer Chan.

Officer Chan, Boss.

What brought you guys here?

Well, Wong found out about your ship…

Heman and I were worried,

so we decided to help out.

Help?

Do you know what we're dealing with here?

Officer Chan,

no matter what, we're a team.

Thank you.

Officers, it's gonna be a long night.

No problem.

Here they come.

Stay back.

Tiger,

is this really necessary?

We have our own reasons.

Sorry,

I'm late.

Honey,

I have a stomach ache…

Honey?

Honey?

I take it that your team

is willing to protect him no matter the cost.

Of course.

Since this is going no where,

shall we?

Fight? Alright, come on.

Shut up, rookie.

You have two choices.

One,

we take care of your team first,

then we take care of Junior…

Two,

I heard Junior never lost a fight.

I want a shot at it.

What do you mean?

Mano-a-mano.

One on one.

He wins, he leaves.

He loses,

his life is mine to keep.

My whole team is right here,

what makes you think I'd consider?

I'll do it.

Junior?

No time to be hero.

Uncle Phoenix…

officers…

I will never ever forget what you've done for me today.

However, this is triad business.

Tonight,

I take care of things myself.

Junior,

you look a little off today. Are you sure about this?

Officer Cheung,

don't worry.

I can do this.

Uncle Phoenix,

my father's spirit

must be so proud to have you as a brother.

Be careful.

Good boy.

Don't interfere.

Got it.

Come on.

Come on! Come on!

Come on! Come on!

Hang in there, Junior!

I thought you could fight?

We gotta do something, officer Chan.

Boss.

You okay?

Officer Cheung,

that's against the rules.

We're police officers.

Yo think we go by your triad rules?

So this is the end for all of us, then?

Stay where you are!

Chan, Pang, get Junior out of here.

Come on, let's go.

You alright?

Well?

Can you walk?

Yes…

This is all I can do for you.

Wherever the road takes you,

you're on your own.

Uncle Phoenix,

Thank you.

Don't get all mushy on me…

Get out of here!

Thanks, guys…

You're welcome.

I,

the infamous Lard.

Lived like a king!

But so what if I did?

They say a man is only as rich as his wisdom…

Since Blackie died,

I gave up on myself.

Damn it, the whole triad world was collapsing!

Got worst by the minute!

Who would believe

the golden years of the infamous Lard…

What an embarrassment.

After crossing paths

with Blackie's son Junior,

I found myself a little bit of hope.

I decided,

with Junior along,

I can take back the things that belonged to me.

Junior could reignite my triad status!

I wished that for just one day,

I could gather all those bullshit triad bosses out there,

and shove in their faces

that the Lard is still a tyrant!

I, the infamous Lard,

was not born to be bullied by you assholes!!

Yes,

I am very aware that Junior

is not suitable for the triad life.

But whenever I remember

that everything his father and I fought for all those years ago,

only to have the family take from us

what's rightfully ours. that makes me just so pissed off!

And at my golden age, I ain't taking shit!

Makes me absolutely furious!

Listen,

if the Lard is destined

to be a failure,

then I would rather fall at the hands of Blackie and his son.

I'll die in peace.

If I fall under the hands of those assholes,

you can tell them to shove it!

At the end,

I'm not even sure anymore…

Was I simply using the two of them?

Or were they using me, all along?

Well?

Well…

Whatever.

Whatever.

Whatever, whatever, whatever.

Then I must choose between two paths, I'd better do it fast.

A butcher boy pops out a poster, almost p*ss my pants,

Found her lair full of sick experiments…

Aww, should I kill you or not?

Should I kill you or not?

Plagued by my nasty thoughts,

Aww, should I kill you or not?

Should I kill you or not?

Plagued by my nasty thoughts,

I'll do Alice's bidding,

Collecting all these things,

Swat Searchers or they'll sting,

Hit them with my wrench.

And then the Butcher Gang attack me with their swarming numbers,

I'll smash them all right in the face like a disgruntled plumber.

The demon chases me, I hide cleverly, he is dumber,

That's when I realized I will survive!

So I continued to help Alice with her endless tasks,

Had to be cautious to stay out the Projectionist's path.

Boris had my back up and down the elevator shaft,

Can barely balance on these planks I wish had a raft.

Aww, should I kill you or not?

Should I kill you or not?

Plagued by my nasty thoughts,

Aww, should I kill you or not?

Should I kill you or not?

Plagued by my nasty thoughts,

I like Alice but she doesn't like me,

She trolls me with a gun, it's just a trick, see?

I like Alice but she doesn't like me,

She drops the lift at a terrifying speed.

I'm sorry but the elevator is out of service,

You tried to steal Boris from me, so now you'll fall into the abyss.

I need his insides so I can be beautiful again,

And one way or another, you're dead.

Aww, should I kill you or not?

Should I kill you or not?

Plagued by my nasty thoughts,

Aww, should I kill you or not?

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE DCEU? - Duration: 9:19.

So there have been so many headlines about the DCEU in the last few months, about rumors

and confirmations and directors and casting and all that.

And a lot of this has led to some confusion.

This is not me hating on DC, I'm just saying their plan for the next coming years has a

lot of moving parts to it, which can make it a little hard to follow sometimes.

So today I thought I'd try to break down what exactly is going on with the DC movies

going forward.

So there was an announcement recently that the main DC Extended Universe movies (or I

guess they're not supposed to be called that?

Whatever Imma stick to it cuz its easy) are going to be less connected.

Now, they're still going to be in the same universe as each other, but there just aren't

going to be that many tie ins to other movies.

So don't expect another Justice League quicktime file scene.

Think of it basically like Wonder Woman, a little BvS nod and that's it, or Guardians

2 for the MCU.

In the world, but barely connected.

That sounds fantastic to me.

I do enjoy the MCU and how everything ties in, it makes for some fun timeline putting

together too if you have the time, but DC seems to have not been as good with it thus

far, so if they're gonna tone that down, perfect.

Focus on the current movie, not the next five.

That was one of my favorite parts of Wonder Woman.

So as far as the movies that are coming up, there's Justice League in just about two

months or so.

Looking forward to it, curious to see how much feels like a Whedon film and how much

feels like a Snyder film.

Then Aquaman in 2018 is one I'm super excited for, what with James Wan directing.

He's super talented in many different genres, so count me in.

Shazam could be cool, with another horror director, though it's coming up pretty soon

so I feel like they should get around to casting the main lead soon.

Wonder Woman 2 is next with Patty Jenkins returning to direct, spoilers for Wonder WOman

by the way if you somehow haven't seen it, Steve Trevor potentially coming back, and

it might be set in the 1980s.

Wonder Woman is easily my favorite DCEU movie so far, so more of that, sure.

As far as bringing Chris Pine back, I don't know how they'd do it, but with this being

a comic book universe with the god of war in it I'm sure they'll find a way.

And I'd be very happy with that, because he was maybe my favorite part of the first

film, so yeah, please bring more.

Then there are Cyborg and Green Lantern Corps, which we still have no info on really.

Although it was rumored at one point that John Krasinski could be Green Lantern, and

as someone who has become obsessed with The Office over the past few months, a million

times yes.

John Krasinski in more stuff is always gonna be a good thing.

And if we can get Idris Elba as John Stewart, this would be perfect.

Funnily enough it'd be an Office reteaming.

Ok, then we have movies that DC's has said are gonna happen at some point, like Batgirl

with Joss Whedon, Nightwing with the Lego Batman guy, The Batman with the Apes guy,

and Justice League 2, with no one at the moment.

Also Justice League Dark, which has been such a development mess up until this point that

I wouldn't be surprised if they just cancel it.

Besides that last one, I'm actually really excited for all of these.

The Bat family is probably my favorite corner of the DC universe, so exploring it more with

some very creative people behind the camera, yeah, sign me up.

There are some potential movies that have been talked about, Black Adam, Deadshot, Lobo,

and of course that Man of Steel sequel that may or may not actually be happening.

These are all a little too up in the air to really comment on, but it's worth mentioning

that there's been talk of them.

Ok, then there's a whole category of upcoming DC films of Joker and Harley Quinn stuff.

Because everyone loved Margot Robbie in Suicide Squad, so now she's gonna be in everything.

We've got Gotham City Sirens, with Harley, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman, and David Ayer directing

once again.

Now, personally, I didn't love Harley Quinn like everyone else did, it was just a little

too cartoony to the point where it got annoying to me, I get that a lot of people loved it,

not really my thing.

So another full movie especially centered on here, I don't know.

Hopefully Catwoman and Poison Ivy can balance it out if they're well cast and play it

somewhat more straight for Harley to bounce off of.

Also, not a huge fan of Ayer coming back to this.

Then even more of her in a Joker and Harley team up movie.

Look, the scenes of Joker and Harley together in Suicide Squad, looking back I don't know

if I'd call them great, but they were certainly one of the more entertaining parts of that

film.

Again though, maybe they'd just work better as side characters in a better ensemble piece.

There's got to be some kind of other protagonist in that to sort of ground the movie, cuz otherwise

it's just watching two crazy people be crazy for two hours.

And of course there's Suicide Squad 2, which looking at the director will probably be better

than the first?

Here's hoping.

Overall on this, I just don't know if we need this much Harley Quinn.

For me it was kind of wearing thin in the first film.

And then, here's when stuff really gets interesting for this universe.

And by interesting, I mean somewhat confusing but also somewhat promising.

So there are apparently going to be DC movies that are not connected to the DCEU.

And not like those movies I mentioned before where they're technically in the same continuity

but aren't gonna have as many connections, no, these movies are going to be completely

separate.

Different timeline.

Maybe they'll crossover at some point, but basically think of this as an elseworld story.

The main one that's been floated is a Joker movie set in the 1980s which tells the origin

of the Joker, with Martin Scorsese producing and Todd Phillips directing, and no Jared

Leto.

This is a little bit of a mixed bag for me, but I'm mostly excited.

I really like the idea of elseworld stories in general that have no impact on regular

continuity and are really just what-if kind of things.

It's fascinating to me, so having a whole series of just unrelated DC movies is totally

fine by me.

The team behind it also seems pretty great, but the only thing that I don't like is

I don't want to see Joker's origin.

That has always been one of my favorite parts of the character.

Quick backstory, when I was younger I got this giant book of DC characters which gives

info about them and whatnot, I don't know, I thought it was awesome.

And I was super curious to see what it said about the Joker, but on his page under secret

identity it said unknown.

And that blew my mind, that even this super book that's supposed to know everything

about this universe wouldn't know that.

Same with Ledger's version, you never really know exactly how he came to be since he keeps

changing the story, and that's great.

So to see a definitive version of how the Joker became this character, I don't really

know.

If it's well done though I'm up for pretty much anything.

In this same discussion there's been talk of a Superman Red Son movie, potentially from

the director of Kong Skull Island?

Or maybe he just wanted to direct it?

Basically Red Son is a what if story where Superman landed in Soviet Russia and became

a Communist symbol instead of the Superman we know.

And it's a pretty good read, so sure, I'd be happy to see that in movie form.

Whether or not it would confuse moviegoers, maybe, although Superman is so iconic that

I think they could get away with this one.

Now, you may have noticed, there's a very large DC movie event that I've missed out

so far, and that's cuz between all these sequels and alternate universes and all that,

we're also getting a Flashpoint movie.

That's right.

Just as this universe kind of starts to get some momentum, we're gonna start messing

with it.

If you don't know what Flashpoint is, the very basic plot line from what I've gathered

is that the Flash goes to an alternate timeline where a bunch of stuff is different, Bruce

Wayne was killed and his dad became a much meaner Batman, Bruce's mom becomes the Joker,

Aquaman and Wonder Woman are at war, Superman is this skinny man, etc.

Basically it's the DC universe kind of flipped on its head.

On one hand, like I mentioned, I do really enjoy kind of what if stories for characters

that I already know really well.

Like in the Flash TV show for example, they do some of that with different versions of

characters from different worlds, and it's a lot of fun.

On the other hand, I do worry that maybe it's a little soon to do this for this main somewhat

continuity keeping universe.

And this could apply kind of to that Joker movie I mentioned earlier.

I mean, we're just getting the Justice League with a bunch of new characters and now you

already wanna give us a weird alternate universe storyline with them?

This kind of feels like Batman v Superman, where we just get to know this Superman, we

haven't even met this new Batman yet, aaaand let's just have them fight first thing,

because that's the most iconic Batman Superman story.

And let's throw in some other iconic storylines because we can, even though doing them this

early kind of ruins the impact of them.

If we've just gotten to know Aquaman properly, will it be cool to see this different version?

I don't know.

And while I know these characters pretty well, casual movie goers I imagine are gonna be

quite confused.

It'd be like if the third X-Men movie was Days of Future Past.

I'm hoping they find a way to make it work, but for the first live action Flash movie

ever, doing Flashpoint right off the bat seems like a bit of a risk to me.

Alright, that was I think everything that's happening with the DCEU.

Did I miss something?

I mean, probably.

Because this whole thing is confusing and a bit of a mess, but I have to say, I'm

honestly kind of excited to see what's gonna happen next.

The normal in continuity stuff like Wonder Woman that is also not bogged down by tie-ins

to the main universe, that all sounds pretty great.

At least if they're as good as Wonder Woman.

Those elseworld stories, I'm interested to say what happens there.

I don't know about all the stuff with Flashpoint, like I said, I feel like it might be a little

too early.

Although if they're doing it X-Men style to correct some of the problems with this

universe so far, maybe that could be cool.

And hey, we don't exactly know when it's coming out so by the time this rolls around,

maybe we'll be really attached to these characters and it'll work perfectly.

Or maybe they'll finally hire a creative and clever director who stays on the project

who can handle this story.

Who knows.

So those were my thoughts on the DCEU.
