to another sample school Sunday's episode 32 if you're catching us for the

first time sample school Sundays that is welcome thank you for stopping by sample

school Sundays like I always say is just what the title says is this posted on

Sundays and we sample the school part is about just you know you learn something

you pick some skills up if you're a new producer if your own producer you might

pick something up artists might learn something

you know sample school Sundays you know like Sunday school sample school sample

school Sundays put it all together I this is also the second episode for

today episode 32 episode 31 posted earlier this morning at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m.

roughly and this one should be posted around 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. Eastern Time all

right so I'm gonna get right to work I currently have the sample loaded I have

it loaded in the MPC as well as I have it loaded inside of cerrado sample the

reason why I do that is because one sarado sample gives us the key of the

sample as well as the tempo or bpm and the MPC gives us the BPM but it doesn't

currently in this version of the 2.1 software we don't get

to tune or learn the key of the sample automatically so I have the sample ready

to go I'm uh I'm a chop it up inside of the MPC first then I'm a go to cerrado

sample and chop it in there uh some people might say why are you doing that

you're doing too much but sample gives us a different feel like this a

different feel you know what imma go ahead and open up

the sample so catch all on the flip so right away I see a difference

cerrado sample tells me that is 103 point 36 on the MPC is saying ninety two

point seventy nine now those are two completely different

bpms all right so I'm not sure which one I'm more work with yet but imma go ahead

and get that sounds crazy

the sample is crazy

this sample is crazy it's all over the place it's in time but out of time

there's so many different changes in this one sample samples like five

minutes long and you could tell by these waves

I definitely don't doubt for a long time I was trying to really get the groove

and I kind of forgot that I was recording this episode this analysis of

today's episode is that you just gotta keep working until it

works really because I was really gonna give up on this

altogether and scratch it won't dig for a new sample and then rerecord this

episode but I didn't want to cheat myself out of my time as time is very

valuable that's one thing you can't get back you know you can lose money goes to

clothes you can even lose a friend

all of that

and all of those things you can gain something from and you might be able to

get a return but time is something that you can't get a return on well you do

get a return on it but what I really mean is what's time is gone once once

you know it's only is the clock only hits 12 2 times a day I'm saying it only

strikes 12 twice a day so it's what you do with that time and I'm taking all

this time and sailing these things about time and I'm hoping that makes sense and

the translates but um really just keep working until it works make it make

sense every time you touch your pegs every time you pull in a sample to

rework something this make it make sense and don't be afraid to scratch it

what if I had if I scratched it I wanna started over waiting sooner because I

gotten so deep into that into the episode and so deep into recording with

time time I chose not to scratch it but I worked with what I had so I went back

to cerrado sample fame founded a different part of the sample same sample

that's a different part of it and I um I pitched it differently and it sounded

alright I had it some 808 to it and it's okay

somebody is spit to it the only thing left to do now is to just put it all

together mix it down add some more elements and put it all together so

that's what it is so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna just run from sequence 1 to

sequence 4 fade out for you guys and that's pretty much it man hope you guys

Doesn't it suck?

You're this close to shooting your fish, and all of a sudden something goes wrong and the

fish escapes...

Well, most of the time the problem is the way you adapt to the environment.

The fish... they just feel you, they know that you don't belong there and well... they

don't want to come close because they feel threatened.

And right about now, you are going to say: Wait where are we? What is this all about?

When I think about adaption I'm trying to find examples in the nature.

And so happens that the nature is the most beautiful example for adaptation.

The forest behind me and everything around me... it might seem like its dead, but

in reality we all know that it is the way the nature adapts to the weather, to the

climatic conditions.

There are hundreds of thousands of different creatures living here, you have some mosses,

some plants, some trees, some flowers, some bugs, some birds, a lot of creatures, but

somehow they found a way to live together in harmony.

Of course there are some problems here and there but in general it's a beautiful harmony,

And once you think of the sea it is the same thing, look it's a complete system and us,

humans, we enter into the system expecting some magical results but it doesn't work this way,

We have to find a way to adapt to the system, we have to find our place within the system

and merge with it beautifully. It takes some time, it

takes some experience, it takes a lot of thinking ... for sure. But this is what this episode is

all about - Adaptation.

Adaptation is the absolute key to being a good spearo,

but when we think about adaptation

I think we should employ this very general perspective. So just try to think

of spearfishing the way you think about your normal life

As Anvar said the adaptation is the most important thing for us.

Think about it we are in the city of Izmir

and I have to adapt myself to this city.

My clothes, my hat, the foods of Izmir

the traffic, and many other factors.

Its the same in the water.

You have to adapt your equipment, psychology, fitness, thats the point.

For example there is a different adaptation

In very very clean, good visibility waters

when you have a problem calculating distance

between you and the fish.

It seems close but its not.

You have problems calculating speed of the fish, distance from you to the fish, depth,

and often it makes it even kind of dangerous.

You have to stay alert and keep safety procesures.

In the shallow waters or with very very bad visibility or strong currents

you will have to adapt to other conditions.

You will have to shoot fast and accurate, you have to be alert because you dont have

enough visibility.

So yes, in general this should be your careful approach.

Are you going deeper?

Are you using a special hunting technique?

If you were to spear using aspetto - probably you might want to use a longer gun.

Probably, for aspetto in murky waters you will want a shorter gun.

And then..

every little point can be broken down into further different pieces.

Think of spearguns.

Some people say 'I spearfish in Aspetto and I want a very long gun.'

And they get the first long gun that they see (in Mediterranean terms 120cm is a long gun).

They get this 120 and think they are the kings of aspetto.

And they expect to easily shoot fish with a standart setup from 5/6 meters (depending

on their dreams) and they dont...

For some reason, they have this longer gun, they see the fish, but it doesnt work.

Very often the gun is not the key to more fish.

Sometimes it is, but very often it is not.

And then you have to reconsider the situation.

The gun is there, the fish is there, I am there... but for some reason it doesnt click.

I still dont get any fish!

And then, hopefully, you start this mental process.

Is the problem with the gun?

Is the problem with me?

Is the problem with the way I spearfish?

But lets imagine that you are certain that the problem is in the gun and you need a new one

Are you going to get a standart railgun?

A roller?

A double roller?

An inverted roller?

A pneumatic?

So many options... I am not sure which one is the best one, but do your research.

Lets say you are fixed on a 120 railgun.

Which combination?

2x14mm bands with a 7mm shaft?

3x16+8?...

17,5 + 7mm shaft?

Every possible combination is going to bring you very different results.

Not to say that some combinations just dont make any sense.

Lets say you have have this new speargun, the combination is ideal

and you know it will work.

But all of the sudden you are in the water and...

its either no fish for you or the fish doesnt even come close.

Well, its not the gun afterall.

Maybe its the suit which is too tight and you cannot relax on the bottom.

Because of that you feel very aggressive, fail to blend with the environment and the fish

feels it... they arent stupid, they will not come if you act aggressively.

Maybe its the fins or your finning technique.

You make a lot of sound and the dentex, which you really want to shoot...

hear you, feel you, get scared and get away.

Its not the gun after all.

You see, its a very wide field and you have to compare and contrast,

match many different elements.

But lets say the equipment is right, you are confident that it is good.

Are you being able to use the equipment within the environment?

For example, on your way down you are trying to reach a dusky out of its rock, you might

have to adapt your technique to its behaviour.

If it is calm - you have to be calm and keep falling down in the way that you go close

but you show that you dont go straight to the fish.

Or you might stay close to see the fish.

If the fish glanced twice in certain direction - it is checking out if

it has a clean access to its rock.

Or it is ready to flee, because of your aggresive behaviour.

The change of colour, the change of its barbs.

You will have to first define all those factors and then adapt your technique, speed and movements.

When its far from me - I look at the fish and use my experience to understand what the fish

is willing to do.

If it is scared - it will move differently, if its in the hunting mood or it is curious

- it will act different.

You have to adapt your own

approach to the behavior of the fish

And enter the shooting distance.

And now, once u think about your equipment, spearfishing technique, environment, you are

mentally ready to go for it... you do, but still get no fish.

Regardless of which level of details you go to - you can always go further.

In spearfishing - you are in the water to get fish.

In order to get the fish you need to find the best way to accomplish this mission.

And, in order to shoot the fish,

you will have to adapt yourself to the fish to be successful.

Amberjack behaves differently from the grouper, groupers are different from dentex, and there

are a plenty of different fish within your local environment.

And you have to be ready to plan according to the fish that you are seeing in front of your

eyes or the fish that you might see in front of your eyes.

Think of the stuff that you do.

Think about the way you approach the fish.

Think of your sea days.

You have to break it down into elements.

Many people will say well, its not mathematics, its about enjoying it, but in the end you

just end up being frustrated.

You spend a lot of time, effort and money and there is nothing.

You see the fish, but you dont get it.

What I offer is to not spend more.

Think a bit more.

Analyze the stuff.

AnalyZe your approach.

I am pretty sure if you do that you will see patterns emerge.

And then you just adapt yourself to the patterns.

Voila fish fish fish.

Much better time with your friends and a much better experience in the sea.

The Resilience of Universe 7, Dragon Ball Super Plot Twist Become Reality - Duration: 3:30.

Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist like many of you I am speechless

about the episode last night and the reason why it looked so great is because they brought

in so many people to work on this episode so we can expect the same from the final episode

next week.

There were tons of just wall paper worthy shots and of course we knew there would be

plot twist right?

Well one plot twist I didn't see and I love the

shock value of it was of course the re-emergence of Android 17.

Nothing suggested he would still be alive so my hats off to Toriyama for trolling us

into thinking he was dead but in a way he trolled Goku too because he was fighting for

17's sacrifice.

So as Goku now unconscious out of the fight just wait till he wakes up and is like Ohh

My God are alive!!

Well played Toriyama well played.

I also enjoy how misleading the spoilers were which is why I don't do theories on them and

why I say take them with a grain of salt they are vague episode descriptions at best and

aren't supposed to reveal much.

I am just going to fanboy out for a moment and say that this fight was just some brilliant

choreography and animation for the entire first half was top notch.

It was all action and just focused on the fight which was amazing they set it up that

way as we seen enough images of the Zen-oh's being amazed.

Jiren full power was a beast and to stand up to Mastered Ultra Instinct and go toe to

toe with it is just insane.

However the first real mistake he made this tournament and honestly was also just shocking

is that he tried to erase all of Goku's friends.

That is the one button you never push and has historically led Goku to instantly get

more power to defeat his enemy.

Of course there is some plot holes here because What If Goku didn't stop that blast?

Would Whis or Beerus stepped in?

Would the Grand Priest have put up a shield?

If they did get hit would Jiren then be eliminated for breaking the rules and Universe 7 wins

by default?

I know the storyboard isn't perfect but it was the nudge that Goku needed to ascend to

the level and gain enough power to deliver a finishing blow to defeat him in a classic

manner.

Then the one thing that was predictable of course as many of you suggested Goku losing

his power and that is the reason why Jiren wins.

Was hoping that wasn't going to be the scenario but with Frieza saving Goku for now a 3rd

time and then Android 17 coming back from the dead it made this situation enjoyable.

The overall moment of Jiren paying respect to Goku from their battle everything that

led up to this part and then to have the plot twist and now who knows how the next episode

will end.

I can't help but to be really excited for what is in store and think

they will have some bombshell surprises to maybe set up the Dragon Ball Super movie.

\par In the waiting lobby of a game, the majority

of people don\rquote t even move. They could build forts, run around, fire weapons, but

more often than not, nobody does anything. Which is why you should be taking advantage

of this opportunity to improve your aim. My suggestion is to pick up a weapon you\rquote

re not comfortable with and practice your shooting from every angle. Over time, not

only will your aim naturally improve, but you will also have fit 10 minutes to an hour

of practice over the course of just a few games. \par

\par #2 Loadout Setup\par

\par Obviously, you should set up your load out

in a way that works for you, but giving it some sort of structure will help you in combat.

For example, I place my assault rifles and shotguns toward the left and my smaller weapons

and medkit\rquote s to the right. This allows me to move between items quickly during combat,

removing any chance of shooting the wrong weapon or accidentally healing myself in a

gunfight.\par \par

#3 Move sporadically \par \par

If you don\rquote t do this already, you\rquote re going to learn the hard way. It\rquote

s important to always be checking your surroundings and to never be standing still or walking/running

in a straight line. It still happens to everyone on occasion, but if you watch the best players,

they are never standing still. It will not only remove the chances of being shot by a

sniper, but it will also give you the ability of seeing players from all over the map.\par

\par #4 Post Double Pump\par

\par Double Pump used to be insane. But now it

isn\rquote t. Which is why you should find an alternative that works just as well. I

currently switch between the Tactical shotgun and the pump shotgun, but either of those

can be swapped for any weapon as displayed in this video. This pairing is very important

when you land in more populated areas because close range firefights are more likely to

happen, especially in Titled Towers.\par \par

\par #5 Find a weapon \par

\par Landing on a medkit or small shield potion

can be very tempting, but if you don\rquote t have a weapon, you can\rquote t defend yourself.

Which is why you should always prioritize the search for a weapon over anything else.

When I was just starting out, I cannot count the amount of times I\rquote d land in Titled

Towers only to be shot moments later because I was too busy drinking a shield potion in

the middle of the street. Find any weapon, and you\rquote ll have the advantage over

someone, somewhere that doesn\rquote t already have one. \par
