Today I am going to make Hot Chocolate
And to make this recipe the ingredients we required are
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons of coco powder
2 tablespoons of fresh cream
8 pieces of dark chocolate
2 pieces of cinnamon stick
And 1 tablespoon of sugar
First in a saucepan put milk, cinnamon sticks and keep it for boiling
We are using cinnamon sticks to add the flavour to milk
Once boiled add fresh cream, sugar, dark chocolate
Coco powder and stir well and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes
Yummy Hot Chocolate is ready to serve
To make this recipe the ingredients we require are
100 grams of fenugreek leaves finely chopped
100 gram of gram flour
1 tablespoon of ginger-chilli-garlic paste
1 bowl of finely chopped fresh coriander
150ml of buttermilk
150ml of buttermilk 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon of asafoetida
Salt to taste
And 1 tablespoon oil
Take a bowl and put gram flour, buttermilk, fenugreek leaves
Coriander leaves, ginger-green chilli-garlic paste, asafoetida
Turmeric, salt and mix well and prepare batter
Next in a pan pour the prepared batter
And stir continuously on a low flame to avoid lumps
Cook this for at least 8 to 10 minutes
The mixture has been cooked well, remove it a plate
Spread the mixture well and keep it to cool down
Next in a small pan put oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and prepare tempering
Now pour this tempering over the spread mixture
Cut this into small square pieces
Healthy and tasty Methi Masala Bites are ready to serve
Let's see the ingredients required to prepare Dabeli
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
2 black cardamoms
15 to 20 black peppers
3 to 4 small pieces of cinnamon
1 large spoonful of dried coconut
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
8 to 10 cloves
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of asafoetida
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt to taste
5 boiled and mashed potatoes
6 soft bread rolls
1 bowl of dates-tamarind sweet chutney
1 tablespoon of garlic sauce
1 onion of finely chopped
1 bowl of pomegranate
1 bowl of masala peanuts
1 bowl of finely chopped green coriander
1 bowl of nylon sev
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of oil
And water
To start with put in a pan coriander seeds, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves,
Cumin seeds, aniseeds, coconut, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, sugar
Add salt and dry rost it 1 minute
And let it cool down after roasting
Once it cools down grinded coarsely
Next put oil in the same pan
Add the grinded masala, dates tamarind chutney and saute for 1 minute
Add mashed potatoes, salt and mix well
Add little water and mix well
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then remove it
Garnish the mixture with coconut, pomegranate
Masala peanut, coriander leaves, and sev
The stuffing is ready
Next slit bread from between almost fully but not completely
Next spread garlic chutney, dates tamarind chutney in the bread loaf
Put the prepared stuffing and onions
Again put garlic chutney, date tamarind chutney
Put a little stuffing again
Next take little butter in a pan and roast dabeli from both the sides
Next dip dabeli in sev from both the sides
Prepare more dabeli's similarly
Kutchi Dabeli is ready to serve
