Ask the Vet - When to start your horse on joint supplements - Duration: 3:24.

SARAH: "For joint supplements, should you

give them starting at a particular age

or type/intensity of activity?

How do you determine whether or not to give

supplements and what type?"

DR LYDIA GRAY: That was really well-worded.

For the first sentence I would say yes, and yes, and yes.

When I got my horse, and he wasn't in work yet,

I got the best horse-warming present.

I had a vet friend at Nutramax, and she sent me

a jar of Cosequin.

SARAH: Oh.

DR LYDIA GRAY: I thought that was so sweet.

And so that was 12 years ago.

And he has been on ever-increasing levels of joint

support since then, because you want to get your horse

on something--

the basics, the foundations--

early in their process, when they're being started.

And then as the work load--

I think she asked-- as the age, as the intensity,

as all those things increase, then

you begin to add higher levels of those basics,

and you add other ingredients in.

So what are some basics?

Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, I think of.

Then I think of MSM and HA, or hyaluronic acid.

That's something that I think all horses probably

ought to have on board as they're

working, because we found a study back in 1999 published

in Equine Vet Journal that--

these researchers, they surprised themselves.

They found joint changes in wild mustangs

that were just on the range.

And then they hypothesized that, well,

if we find changes in those horses,

imagine what we are finding in horses

that are being ridden and trained and competed and shown.

And so it really makes sense to have something on board

if you're going to stress your horse's joints out.

The next things I think, I see, and I recommend

in joint support are when you're at the stage

of moderate to heavy to intense work is,

get something for the soft tissue.

So now we're talking about collagen and about silica.

And then for the horses that are the elite athletes, the ultras,

is things like resveratrol.

It's super hot now as an antioxidant.

Turmeric, also, has some antioxidant.

ASU is a big one.

And then for the older horses-- so now

we've gone the whole gamut, we're

getting to the sunset years-- we begin to throw in some herbs.

The devil's claw and the yucca and the boswellia,

and those kind of things.

So it absolutely depends on age and workload

intensity and those things.

And I believe that, given the research in the mustangs,

that horses that we are stressing,

with some unnatural horses, need some support.

It's our onus to do that.

SARAH: Yeah.

There's a Chinese proverb that I actually really like

when I think about joint supplements

and also things like hoof supplements.

And it's, "the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.

The second best time is right now."

DR LYDIA GRAY: Yeah.

SARAH: And so it's great to be able to start joint supplements

as early as you can when you get your horse,

if you have a very nice friend who gets you a joint supplement

and gets you on the right path, but it's never too late.

It's never not a good idea to start a joint supplement

for a horse that you're working or that you

want to see be comfortable.

DR LYDIA GRAY: Maybe you just bought one,

and he's, you know, whatever, already going.

SARAH: Yeah.

It's always a good time.

The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando || Room Tour & Review - Duration: 5:58.

What are your first thoughts of this place?

Amazing.

Yeah.

It's a place that I would live in.

I really like the full kitchen, the living area.

It's amazing how many places don't have a table and chairs to just do stuff.

In general, it's just new, gorgeous, clean, spacious.

This place is more of a house living, you can come here and relax.

But the fact that you have a full range, dishwasher, ice and filtered water in the room, and then

on top of all of that there's a pantry so if you're actually setting up shop or this

is where you're staying.

Ta dah.

For all of you moms with kids out there Ta-dah not just moms sorry, moms and dads.

They have lots of coffee stuff that's what I was worried about I was like I hope they

know that I like more than one coffee in the mornings.

Now to the master? to the master.

Oh look.

Oh yeah.

So down the road you might have a water park.

They're currently doing construction on it.

And here's the master a nice king bed.

One thing I also like is they have oh Ben's already got his stuff in there you told me

to hide my things.

They have lots of drawers to put your stuff and another big closet in here with a safe.

So we have a nice oh hello.

They have Tommy Bahamas uh things...toiletries?

toiletries.

Thank you and then a tub and a nice big shower.

Nice big lounge area and a nice little automan to put your feet up if you'd rather not have

the table.

It's super comfy.

And right next to us here we have a big beautiful kitchen table.

So yeah, a nice little breakfast nook area.

It's not little no I shouldn't say little, you could comfortably have 6 adults at this

table.

Yeah.

So here is the second bedroom which is lovely with the transition to the ensuite, so it's

a second bathroom and ensuite.

So you have access to both.

So every bedroom and the living room have a widescreen TV.

So as we go along I keep finding things that I get excited about.

Anybody who's got tons of phones will understand why I'm so excited about this.

Not just phones but anything that requires one of these to charge.

Love it.

And look at this thermostat.

And now for the true Geeked Out Getaways test.

Sometimes this hurts.

But not today.

Medium firm.

This is like a home, so when you come here, get comfy.

Michael Seymour's Stanky Nova - Duration: 3:27.

Hi, my name is Michael Seymour, I work in the marketing department of Holley performance,

I've been here for about a little over 6 months, and I'm sitting on my 1976 four-door Chevy

Nova.

Funny story about this car, I didn't even really know these four-doors existed.

My weird accent, I'm originally from Australia but I've lived most of my life in the states

and growing up holdings and Australia were a big influence on me, it's pretty expensive

to import those, they've got the G8's, I've had one of those before, but I really wanted

something more old school so these look very similar to our 1970's old and kingsword of

that era and I wanted one that had a little bit of a patina look to it but wasn't too

rusty and the old stinky Nova fit the bill.

So the plan, for now, is to keep it cheap and eventually if I can keep it for a long

time is to make it kind of a pro touring thing which, I don't think anyone has ever done

that with a four-door Nova.

I picked up the wheels from a co-worker who was selling them, they fit perfectly but the

color wasn't what I was looking for so with the theme of keeping it cheap, I decided to

use plastic dip and I found a color that matches the top almost perfectly.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, I'll eventually paint them or powder coat them

but for now, it's going to work out just fine.

The cool thing about them from what I know, the front end is pretty similar to a second

GEN Camaro front end for suspension parts at least and the rear is more similar to a

first GEN but I've got the weaker 7.5 inch ten bolts that's going to have to go if it's

going to get LS power but for now I just love how it looks, it actually runs and drives

pretty good right now, it probably has 200,000 miles on it but it runs alright.

I typically have a car for like a year or two and it's not by choice, it's not the plan

but I'll buy a car that needs a little work on it and then fix it up a little bit, drive

it around, then I'll kind of get bored if it doesn't fit my needs but this Honda S2000

that I've got, I've never owned a Honda before, never thought I would but this has been the

most fun car that I've had so far.

I originally wanted a yellow one, you can't pull off yellow in too many cars but an S2000

you could, but this one popped up and it was the right deal, right condition, and stuff

and it's been a blast to drive.

I think this car in combination with this highway cruiser will be a good combination

of cars to have.

This right now has got to stay in the barn because it's a little bit stinky looking so

I don't want to detract from the value of the house I guess.

So my first week in town working for Holley was LS Fest East 2017 and that's what kind

of inspired me on this build, there's so many LS combinations that you can have and a couple

of the cars that were just cheaply put together LSs that were super quick and really cool

and that's what kind of inspired me to really think about this, looking forward to what

it has in the future but it's going to be a long process I think.

In the department, you work in they kind of hazed you a little bit by forcing you to be

a reindeer.

Yeah if you saw any of the commercials and the videos that we put out during the Holley

Days sale 2017, there was this reindeer that was pretty awkward and had a weird voice,

that was me.

But free shipping is free!

I'm going to blow his hooves off!

The voice doesn't match my normal voice though, I was kind of in disguise but it was pretty

fun to do that, I had a lot of fun.

And you know that's when we knew that you were one of us.

Yeah, if I can be a reindeer I can do anything.

Signs That Your Soul Is Experiencing Spiritual Death And Rebirt - Duration: 6:51.

Signs That Your Soul Is Experiencing Spiritual Death (And Rebirth)

By consciousreminder

Our souls go through many phases throughout life, the two most important ones of them

being life and death. Our souls change continuously to reflect our current scenarios and lifestyle.

However, when we require a big change in our life, our soul goes through a spiritual death.

A spiritual death leads to a spiritual rebirth, a phenomenon that always leads to a better

person in its aftermath. This is a painful journey which one will not enjoy, but it is

crucial as one gets out stronger at the other end.

Are you going through a spiritual death? Check the below factors which hint at it:

1. Feeling worn out all the time Such people will feel exhausted all throughout

the day. Nothing seems to help take away the fatigue in them. It is not even connected

to anything concrete one could point towards. It simply permeates their life in all forms,

be it mental, emotional or physical.

2. Not feeling accepted wherever you go The feeling of not belonging becomes strong.

These people feel uncomfortable everywhere they go, like they simply dont fit in.

These feelings might sometimes become strong enough to compel a person to leave social

settings.

3. Feeling helpless They feel like theyre stuck in a rut which

wont ever result in a change. Even the smallest parts of their life seem out of control.

This feeling of powerlessness can be very frustrating for obvious reasons. This feeling

of helplessness stands as a sign that a person is ready for a big change in their life.

4. Feeling like life lacks meaning Such people might feel like theyre not

accomplishing anything. A meaningful life is what everyone yearns for and yet few get.

The feeling that your life lacks meaning and fails to make an impact on the world becomes

stronger in this case. This miserable feeling makes a person unsatisfied and urges them

to look for a change.

5. Self-doubt and second thoughts become the norm

There are constant feelings of doubt blotting your view. The gut keeps telling that the

path you are on is not the right one. This feeling of being unsure leads the person to

constantly doubt themselves and their path in life. This will continue until it reaches

the core of the problem and solves it.

6. Feeling like theyre being stretched too thin

Such people feel like they are doing too much in a very little span of time. While multitasking

wasnt an issue earlier, when going through spiritual death, it leads to exhaustion and

confusion.

You will feel like you arent able to pay attention to not even a single thing while

several others are at hand. This is because you doubt your current path and it stops you

from getting fully committed to anything.

Its better if you cut through the clutter and pick out the things that matter most and

will help your growth, and only focus on them.

7. Feeling like one isnt living up to their full potential

Self criticism is at its peak during the times we are on our path to spiritual death. We

constantly second guess our choices and feel like our potential is going to waste. It is

only when we get spiritually reborn do we start living up to our potential with a passion

that was missing earlier on.

8. Theres a feeling of being stuck in a vicious cycle

You might feel like being stuck in a rut with your life, where things just keep on repeating

meaninglessly and not leading you anywhere useful. This is an important signal that shows

we need to change our ways and its only through quitting our stubbornness that we will finally

see the way ahead.

9. Feeling empty inside There will be a feeling like youre missing

an important part of you. This feeling arises because of the excess of stress a person takes.

It is simply a physical manifestation of our tensions in life. This stress could be caused

by either you being on the wrong path or simply not understanding the meaning of the right

path.

10. Peaceful sleep is hard to come by Its difficult for you to sleep and rest

easily as the factors mentioned above keep gnawing at your mind. There is a strong feeling

of restlessness whenever you try to sleep, almost like youve forgotten an important

task you should have done. This is simply the process of a spiritual rebirth and mental

re-calibration.

Spiritual death and rebirth isnt an easy process. But the end result is worth it, so

one must not lose hope and strength while on that path. The renewal of our soul ushers

in many much needed changes in our life and thus should always be a welcome process for

us.

Light Up Your Model Railroad From A Mini Breadboard - Duration: 13:54.

if you have an area on your model railroad where you only need a couple of

lights and you would like to use this dimming circuit I'll show you how to put

it on this mini breadboard right here just like the large breadboard that we

use before and you could transfer it later on to a circuit board just like a

mini breadboard so let's get started right now I'm Tom Kvichak and this

is Toms Trains and Things this channel was created to help other modelers who

are in need of guidance in pursuing their dream of building a model railroad

now I showed you the last time how to put the circuit on this breadboard right

here and we just ran out of time and I told you I was gonna show you how to put

it on a mini breadboard I'm gonna take it off of this one because it's kind of

hard to see on camera and put it on this one right here which you could see a

little bit better but you could also put it on a circuit board these circuit

boards right here are identical to the mini bread boards so you could transfer

what you have on the breadboard over to the circuit board if you like soldering

and also I'm gonna show you how or why you need that transistor on there so

let's do this right after this if this is your first time here and you would

like to see more videos on model railroading go ahead and hit that

subscribe button and while you're at it ding that bell so you could be notified

whenever I have a new video coming out so let's go right now

the first thing we're gonna take a look at is right here you can see I have the

transistor on this one right here and on this circuit right here I haven't

without the transistor so I'm gonna apply the power to this and we'll see

what happens with the lights on here all right now you can see with the one

without the transistor and I'll take it all the way over counterclockwise and

you'll notice that I cannot shut it off I have dim to bright with it the one

with the transistor in there I could turn it off and bring it all the way up

to full brightness and another thing you'll notice on here that it's the

potentiometers are backwards on there in other words the transistor is changing

the direction of which way you get the least amount of resistance on this led

to brighten it up all it takes is just a little bit of current going to the base

and that's what happens when I turn the potentiometer I have a lot of resistance

on there it's 150 this is 150 K resistor plus another 10 K so that's 160 K now as

I decrease the resistance on there we're putting a little bit of current on the

base of the transistor and what that does is when you when you apply current

to the base it allows a larger current to flow between the collector and the

emitter of the transistor so the more current that I put on the base of that

transistor the brighter that LED is going to get because we have more

current flowing from the positive through this resistor here through the

LED back down through the collector to the emitter and over to the negative now

that is the reason why we have a transistor in there because it used as

and on it could be used as an on/off switch and a flow control so now you

know why you have a transistor there and why this will

shut off without the transistor let's move that out of the way and look at

this one right here in the previous video I told you this was a s8 o5o

transistor I put a two and two two two two transistor right here and most of

the transistors are close to the voltages that we need here now as you

can see right here we're using an NPN transistor so we have NPN there

the to-to-to-to is an NPN the 3904 we can also use on there that's a common

one there but we're using the 805 O on this circuit here we're using the NPN

because we're going from the positive and bringing a current around like that

and having the emitter on the negative side of the circuit when we use a PNP

transistor it's just the opposite we have the emitter on the positive end of

the circuit so that's the difference between an NPN and a PNP you could use

any kind of transistor you just have to look at the data sheet and see how close

they are and as far as this is you could barely tell the difference in the

brightness of that you can see that the 8050 to me anyway to me I don't know

how it looks on camera I'm gonna bring it up to it right where you could see

the visible light that's about right there no do it on this one here and I

got spots in front of my eyes right now well I got my screwdriver right here to

do that okay so there I'll bring it up to right there and do the same thing on

this one right here and you can see this is the 8050 and this is the 2222

now you start getting the light a little bit earlier on

the 2N2222 it's just a little bit of difference on there that's all we have

to do I just wanted to show you the difference between the two transistors

and I wanted to show you the difference between using a transistor and not using

a transistor okay now on the mini breadboard we're going to use this small

connector on here and it's only going to take up two spots right here so I'm just

going to put this on temporarily I'm just going to get it on there so we

could place this in here and we'll put our first potentiometer right there okay

and so we have the positive on that side right here on the outside so what we're

going to do is we put the positive right there and then we're going to put this

other positive we're going to stick it right here for right now but what we're

going to do is okay we're going to determine where we need that or it's

going to be right right there okay now the transistor eyes aren't that good

right now but okay right there okay now put this one right here and next to it

all right you know what we're gonna have to do is put a couple of jumpers in here

from the center of the potentiometer to the base of the transistor and we're

going to put another jumper from the emitter of the transistor to the

negative end of the potentiometer and what we're gonna have to do I need a I'm

gonna move this one back just one spot because we have to

put another jumper in there and where did I have that right here this is going

to be our negative jumper and sometimes you get stuff in a way but let me put

this on like this I have to turn this around this is going on the side that

the emitter is on a transistor and this is and this is going to be on the

negative side of our plug okay now we could put the this back over here on the

positive end and that's on the next one over so we have both resistors on the

positive ones going up and that's going to go to the LED now I fixed a a plug

for the LED and I did this off-camera but what I did was okay these plugs up

there you can get these at Amazon or any anywhere okay so we're going to put the

positive the red lead on the resistor in and the black lead on the transistor end

and we'll stick it up on that one right there

now what we'll do now is plug this in right here and hope it stays in the slot

and then turn the power supply on okay let's see if we can get this in the

camera and turn this up and there we go

now even even with this mini breadboard we could run it we could keep running

this jumper over and use additional potentiometers and circuits we may be

able to get as many as three on here but to comfortably and three we could

squeeze in there but you get the idea I mean it's the same same wiring diagram

it's just we had we don't have the availability of the power bus on each

end so what we're doing we're taking a connector right here and then just using

these two lines right here as our power and we're taking the positive on this

side where we got two two resistors and then this one right here is the negative

we're jumping it over to the other the far end of the potentiometer and the

emitter on the transistor and this is the same the collector or the the base

goes to the the wiper on the potentiometer and the other side of the

potentiometer goes to the 150 K through over to the positive and then this jumps

over on this side and this is on the red lead of the LED the positive lead of the

LED and then the negative lead of the LED is on the collector of the

transistor and the current is flowing from the collector to the emitter and

then back down to the negative terminal and there you have it and if we need to

we can add more circuits over here once we're satisfied with the placement then

we could transfer it on to a printed circuit board well it's a little bit

tight but if we put it on a circuit board you don't make it a little bit

easier but I was able to fit three of on their on the mini breadboard you can

see I have to hold the connector on there because it's not it's very loose

in there and it'll pop right out see all we had to do is we run the jumpers on

the opposite end and then I put one jumper over here and I'll disconnect

this and I'll give you a close-up of it and you can see anyway you get the idea

well there we go we were able to get three circuits on the mini breadboard it

was tight but it should be it a little bit easier to put it on a circuit board

because you had you could put the jumpers on the bottom side and you don't

have to worry about anything else on the top I'm going to show you how to

transfer this on to the circuit board and it's going to be an easy process and

we'll put it on our layout someplace so that's it for right now and we'll see

ya

What You Don't Really Know About Backpack Kid - Duration: 7:37.

Russell Horning first hit the national spotlight with his appearance in Katy Perry's "Swish

Swish" performance on SNL.

After that, the kid known as "Backpack Kid" and his signature move, flossing, became an

internet sensation.

Horning has since appeared at professional sports games, charity events, and more.

Always in a backpack, of course.

But is there more to Horning than swinging arms and a stone-faced glare?

Here's everything you don't know about Backpack Kid.

End zone floss

Take a knee, Tebowing, because the Backpack Kid has intercepted the end zone spotlight

for the time being.

As "flossing" reached dizzying heights in the fall of 2017, a few NFL players adopted

Russell Horning's signature move to celebrate touchdowns.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Mack Hollins busted out the shimmy after a 64-yard touchdown

in a game against the Washington Redskins.

Hollins later revealed that he was actually known as "Backpack Mack" in college, because

he always used to wear one.

He didn't even make the connection to Horning's famous nickname until after he repeated the

dance.

But hang on, because Horning has placed his NFL allegiance elsewhere.

In a video for ESPN, Horning chats with New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram, who

also adopted "flossing" in the end zone after learning the dance from a kid in the Bahamas.

Horning not only enjoyed the tribute, he also has a lot of faith in the power of his signature

dance.

"I mean if they do it for the rest of the season, they're going to the Super Bowl and

they're going to win.

Guaranteed one hundred percent."

Well, the Saints didn't make the Super Bowl, but then again, Flossing doesn't help you

cover wide receivers either….

He's 2 Litt

Horning hasn't just been resting on his laurels since he flossed his way to internet stardom.

On top of constantly doing press for outlets like the NBA and Inside Edition, Horning has

already released two original songs.

The first, naturally, was "Flossin," a remix by DJ Suede The Remix God.

"I'll be flossins,"

"I'll be flossins,"

Horning's second track was "2 Litt," a decidedly more polished effort by producer Red Drum,

who's worked with up-and-coming hip-hop stars such as Kodak Black and Smokepurpp.

The video was directed by Dallas Corsmeier, an animator who definitely gave it a unique

feel.

"I'm so lit You're so not.

Ballin' so hard, look at my shot."

If Horning keeps climbing the hip-hop collab ladder like this, it won't be long before

he's all the way at the top.

Oh, wait — he's already there.

"Me and my team, we're at the top."

Backpack squad

In a 2018 profile for Vice, Horning introduced the world to his crew.

Often featured dancing alongside Horning in his videos, Jaden , Frederick, Jordan, and

Nyreese round out the Backpack Kid's loyal squad.

"They have been my friends forever since before… waway before I started doing this."

Crew member Nyreese laid out what could essentially be the group's motto, saying:

"I see the squad as just a bunch of friends that love to have fun and just turn it up

everywhere we go, wherever we can go, and just breaking the rules."

And don't worry, Horning's mom approves.

She told Vice:

"They are so much fun, and they just enjoy each other, and they enjoy dancing, and they

enjoy the city, and it's just really fun to be a part of this."

But for Horning, it's actually more than just fun — he says his crew keeps him grounded:

"I value true friendship, because that is what keeps me sane and not becoming all stingy

and being like famous people are these days.

I think that true friends keep that from happening.

I'm never leaving them.

If they don't leave me, I'm not leaving them."

Philanthropic floss

Horning doesn't just "floss" for viral fame and the chance to rub elbows with celebrities.

He also sometimes uses his powers for good, like when he showed up at the 10th Annual

Zumba Instructors Convention to throw down his sick moves alongside some other kid dancers

in support of CARE Elementary, a Miami charter school.

In an Instagram post about the event, Horning said he was inspired by the experience, so

there's no reason to think we won't see more of Backpack Kid's philanthropic efforts in

the future.

Flossin' for dental hygiene awareness, maybe?

Rap dreams

As fans may have guessed after the release of "Flossin" and "2 LITT," Horning has big

plans for a career in the music industry.

As he described in an interview with Nicki Swift, he told us the internet sensation hopes

to become a bonafide rapper one day — possibly, one day soon.

Horning revealed that he and "2 LITT" collaborator Swag Hollywood are "making a lot of music

that will be released in the future."

Even though he has a passion for music, don't expect to see Backpack Kid head off to college

in pursuit of a degree in the field.

Though he understands the importance of an education, college might not be for him — and

he's not convinced a degree would help him become a successful rapper or musician.

Instead, he'd rather get hands-on experience working with people in the industry.

Backpack sponsorship

In the wake of capturing the hearts and minds of America with his SNL performance, Horning

almost immediately started fielding business opportunities.

And by "almost immediately," we mean the next day.

His mom and manager, Anita Redd, told the Gwinnett Daily Post:

"I've just been managing my phone, responding to emails and setting up times for interviews

and now I'm collaborating with people on designing a backpack based on him, designing socks based

on him, T-shirts, hoodies (and) caps all since Sunday."

Has that backpack money started rolling in yet?

According to Horning, he's got his eye on a particular brand.

He told Complex:

"Yeah, I am trying to stay loyal to one brand, it's called Sprayground.

I'm trying to get more from their business.

[...] I've known Sprayground for a very long time and I'm trying to only wear their book

bags."

It seems like Sprayground is definitely down to cash in on the Backpack Kid phenomenon

as well.

In this clip posted to YouTube by Sprayground, Katy Perry chats with a DJ who just so happens

to have a Sprayground backpack handy for a segment.

Called "Spray it Out Loud," the pop star had to answer random questions tucked into different

compartments of the backpack.

"There's questions in this backpack.

Which zipper do you want?"

If that's not some synergistic cross promotion right there, we don't know what is.

Unfollowed

While Katy Perry may have helped launch Backpack Kid into online superstardom, the pop singer

doesn't even follow him on Instagram.

That's surprising, considering both her collaboration with Horning and her public endorsement of

his Instagram page.

"That's his Instagram you should check it out he is… honestly he is phenomenal I love

him."

But don't feel bad for the young man — he's totally okay with the situation.

In our interview, Hourning told us:

"She's done so much for me that I don't really need a follow from her.

I mean, if she does, yeah, that'd be very much appreciated, but I appreciate everything

that she's already done for me."

Still, we can't help but wonder why Perry doesn't follow Horning.

Is she over flossing?

Grooving at games

Given his debut on the court in Perry's basketball-themed music video for "Swish Swish," it makes sense

that Horning would gravitate toward performances at NBA games.

Since gaining near-overnight fame, he's appeared on the dance cam at a Charlotte Hornets game

and showed off his signature move during a dance number for the Sacramento Kings.

But Horning may soon become a staple at sporting events.

After describing a future performance with comedic basketball team the Harlem Globetrotters,

he told us that he hopes to continue entertaining crowds at basketball games because he believes

his brand goes "well with the family-friendliness of the NBA."

Forever flossing

Though you might expect Horning to gradually expand his repertoire of signature dance moves,.

When asked if he was working on any other choreography, Horning expressed doubt that

he'll ever create another hit as massive as flossing.

He explained:

"I tried making other moves in the past, but making more moves just isn't what it's supposed

to be.

Flossing is the one that really got big so I'm just gonna stick with it."

Cookin' up beats

If you take a look at Horning's YouTube channel, you'll find everything you'd typically expect

to find within a teenager's social media presence, like playing video games, eating fast food,

and just general silliness.

But you can also find him making beats, like in this video where Horning puts together

some digital loops in less than 10 minutes and freestyles a few lyrics:

"This beat is fly.

I watched family guy.

I'm not telling no lies"

Okay, Horning may not be headed to the Grammys with that one, but kudos to him for trying.

So, keep it up kid, you're doing something right.

Camera Lenses for Video – Understanding Lenses for Beginners (Focal Length, Aperture, Focusing) - Duration: 6:54.

So you got your camera. Now you need a lens, but there are so many to choose from.

And what do all those millimeters and "f" numbers mean?

You'll understand it all very soon.

Hey guys, Camber back with you today from Maryland, and we are

talking about lenses and which one is right for you for starting out in video.

Now just because a lens can zoom in really far doesn't make it a good lens.

I've heard this way too many times:

"Hey man, I just got this new lens for my camera.

It goes 55 to 250. I can get anything with this lens."

And I'm like:

Huh, that's cool.

When I'm really thinking:

Oh, I wish you would have asked

me sooner I know a lens that's better and cheaper than that.

The reason I bring this up is because that's where this thing came from. I thought, oh I can do

anything with this lens I don't have to buy all kinds of lenses, and I think that

I've never even used this.

So if you look at any lens you're gonna see a bunch of

numbers written on the side or on the front of it and those numbers are your

focal length, your maximum aperture, and your lens diameter. So the first number

on any lens is going to be the focal length and that's measured in

millimeters. As you can see here this lens is 50 millimeters. It's an actual

measurement in millimeters inside your lens but all you really need to know is

that the smaller the number the wider your angle of view and the higher the

number the more narrow your angle of view. So the next number after the focal

length that you'll find on your lens is the aperture. It's a ratio of the focal

length to the maximum aperture of the lens and this one is 1 over 1.4.

So your aperture controls how wide your lens can open to let in more light.

So the higher the f-number the smaller the opening of your camera letting in less

light and the lower the f-number gets the more open your camera lens becomes

letting in more light. Now with these lower maximum "F" numbers your lens is

typically going to be bigger and also more expensive. So that lower maximum F

number meaning the wider open your lens can get will let in more light but also

create that blurry background look and can make your footage look really nice.

So the last number you're gonna see on the lens is your lens diameter and this

one is 82 millimeters. So that last number gives you

the diameter of the front of your lens so that when you start buying different

kinds of filters you'll know its size to get to fit your camera lens. Now another

thing to consider when it comes to choosing a lenses image stabilisation.

Image stabilization is nice because if you're hand-holding your shots it's not

gonna fix it completely but if you're being pretty smooth already and it's

gonna help smoothen that out even more. So now that we know all those different

numbers are there's also two main types of lenses we want to look at and that's

your prime lens and your zoom lens. So the difference with these is your prime

lens is going to give you one focal length for instance this one is 50

millimeters whereas this one has a range of 24 to 70 millimeters. So you might be

thinking why would I get the prime lens of 50 millimeters when I could get the

zoom lens it's 24 to 70 it has 50 in it and I have all those other focal links

to use too. One of the first advantages to getting a prime lens versus a zoom lens

is that your prime lenses are going to be a lot cheaper because they have fewer

moving parts. Also in your prime lenses since there's fewer moving parts, fewer

pieces of glass in between for all the different focal links, your prime lens is

going to be sharper at 50 millimeters then your zoom lens is going to be at 50 millimeters.

Most prime lenses are going to be made so they can open up to a

lower F number or a wider aperture giving that more blurry background than

your zoom lenses will be able to give you. And your maximum aperture of your

lens is another reason why getting one of these lenses that can go really far

isn't necessarily that good. Because as you can see on this lens, it goes from f4 to f/5.6.

And what that means, at the shortest focal length 55 it's going to

be at f/4 and as you zoom in to 250 that maximum aperture is going to go up to 5.6.

Whereas this lens has a maximum aperture of 2.8 and it stays at that 2.8

throughout the entire range of 24 to 70. Another thing with lenses are

manufacturers make certain types that are only for crop sensor cameras. These

lenses are typically going to have that variable range in aperture which

makes them less expensive. So if you put a crop sensor lens on a full-frame

camera you're going to get this vignetting around the corners because this lens is

designed for the camera with the smaller sensor. Whereas when we switch back,

now that vignette around the edges is gone because this lens is designed

for a full-frame camera. So you can use a lens designed for a full-frame camera on

any camera, however, if you use the crop sensor lens on a full-frame camera it's

going to give you that vignette around the edges of your picture. If you don't

understand what I mean by crop factor, check out this video I made here talking

about how your sensor size of your camera it's gonna affect what the focal

length of your lens looks like. So one last thing to consider when you're

choosing a lens is the focus and what I mean by that is whether it's mechanical

or electronic focus. As you can see on here, as I turn the focus ring you can

see different numbers for measurements on where the camera is focusing. So when

you're setting up focus pulls on these kind of lenses and you know where

exactly your different focus elements are gonna be you can set where you're

gonna hit those focus points. Whereas you look at this lens, there's no distance

markers. All you have is a spinning focus ring that never stops because this lens

has an electronic motor. So as you turn this it sends a signal to that motor and

changes the focus in your camera, but if you're trying to pull focus with one of

these it's really hard to do because the speed at which it focuses is inconsistent.

The faster you turn it the quicker it's gonna get to your focus

point; so you can't just set one place and go there every time because if you

go faster or slower than before then it's not going to get that same focus at

the same point. But if you have a nice autofocus system they work really great.

Especially if you have a good touch screen where you can pick your points

and it'll pull focus consistently and perfectly on the points that you want.

So starting out, I would definitely suggest getting a nice zoom lens because then

you do have that wide range of shots. And zoom lenses can be quite pricey so if

you were gonna start with something else, I would definitely say pick up one of

these 50 millimeters. This is Canon's version. It will run you $125, it

can open up to f/1.8 giving you a really blurry background. Remember that

investing in good lenses now is going to pay off now and in the future because

it's going to improve the quality of your shots now and also as you improve

your cameras in the future you'll be able to use those same good lenses on

those new cameras. So that was a lot of stuff to cover but if you made it this

far go ahead hit that thumbs up. Leave a comment down below about what your

favorite lens is or which one you want to get and why. I got links in the

description for a lot of great lenses whether you're rocking Canon or Sony so

check those out. Subscribe if you haven't and remember that the only way to get better at

something is to practice. So get that lens, get out there, and film something.

See you soon!

'HIGH-RANKING PEOPLE' PROTECTED HILLARY CLINTON FROM BEING INDICTED - Duration: 8:48.

HIGH-RANKING PEOPLE PROTECTED HILLARY CLINTON FROM BEING INDICTED THE TRUTH

IS COMING OUT

BY JOE MARTINO

The 2016 presidential election presented a great deal of opportunity for us to begin

to see through how our system of politics truly functions and what the goal of the deep

state/media is within this entire charade.

Its always serving in the early stages of these articles to make it clear, my (and

CEs) stance on Trump is simple, we dont support the current political scene and we

dont choose any side nor any politician, we simply report on whats actually happening,

and facts that are not always presented in the mainstream, without an agenda.

In many ways, things people have been trying to raise awareness about became quite clear.

Politicians buy the media to help gain public approval.

Polls are used to help sway public opinion even if they are false.

There is corruption within party systems to push certain candidates to the top.

There is a bigger force at play, trying to get the public to vote a certain way for their

own benefit.

Essentially, democracy is an illusion, and to think we truly live in democratic countries

here in the western world is naive.

Remember when we learned the DNC was corrupted and Hillarys camp conspired to push Sanders

out of the race?

Then of course the story became that it was Russian Hackers who caused all of this.

This was an obvious tactic, for decades the media and deep state have been brainwashing

Americans to fear and think Russia is the all time enemy.

Many times Russia has served as a great scapegoat for the US to turn attention away from internal

corruption and out to some enemy. It has worked, but the truth is coming out more

and more.

Former FBI Assistant Admits There Was Conspiracy Now, with admissions from Former FBI Assistant

Director James Kallstrom that there was a conspiracy in Washington to protect Hillary

Clinton from indictment, we can see more clearly what is going on.

Kallstrom added that the ongoing chaos in Trumps cabinet may be a symptom of the

plot.

This suggests that Trumps administration is somewhat infiltrated.

But then again, when has an administration not been?

Deep state agendas are always at play.

Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance

and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.

Theodor Roosevelt

Who is sitting above the presidency?

I think we have ample facts revealed to us during this last year-and-a-half that high-ranking

people throughout government not just the FBI high-ranking people had a plot

to not have Hillary Clinton, you know, indicted, Kallstrom, a 27-year veteran of the FBI.

As we mentioned above, media is corrupted by powerful people to buy elections.

Kallstrom alleged that both inter-departmental collusion and complicit media within the fourth

estate helped to undermine the Trump campaign and subsequent cabinet.

They also heavily pushed the RussiaGate narrative.

Which was thoroughly debunked yet still heavily pushed in mainstream media.

Like many others, Kallstrom also shared that Obamas CIA director, John Brennan, an extremely

vocal critic of the Trump administration, was involved in manipulation.

My sources tell me that he was leaking almost weekly and daily.

He was taking that bunch of phoney crap supposedly from Russia, and peddling that through the

Congress, all his buddies in the media, he was one of the active people.

Ive known him a long time. stated Kallstrom.

Many in alternative media outlets covered these stories as they unfolded, but the mainstream

kept very quiet about it and even kept turning peoples attention to other matters.

Luckily, the power of alternative media has grown so strong that enough people are listening.

Even though the fake news agenda came forth, it didnt work out well enough fast

enough.

Media Cover Up & Russian Propaganda As a 9 year vet in the media world, having

founded Collective Evolution and building its media presence, watching what went on

in the mainstream media during the election was obvious.

Hillary was using the media to attempt to buy the election.

Never have I witnessed such a blatant one-sided run of stories during an election.

First it was Hillary vs Sanders.

Even though Sanders was clearly the one more suited for the influential position, he was

pushed out by Hillary.

Then it became Trump vs Hillary, or as the media sneakily put it, male vs female.

I dont believe in how our political world functions.

I dont vote because I dont consent to the illusion that voting does anything.

I have spent much time and energy educating myself in the space to know that a president

decides nothing, and that if we are interested in what will happen in a country, its wiser

to pay attention to the deep state agenda than it is to the illusion being spread that

the citizens have a say or choice.

Herein lies the beauty of what we have as an opportunity to learn.

Simply, its time to wake up to how our world works and move from a world where we

are willingly enslaved, to one where we can live from our hearts and thrive.

You see, all this political agenda stuff, identifying with one political side and fighting

over which policy is best, is simply a reflection of a world that is not in touch with itself

and operates from the mind and ego consistently.

Its effortful, confused and a struggle.

The more we get into our hearts, and see one another for who we truly are and live that

truth, the more our wold will change and we wont fall for this illusionary stuff anymore.

This level of corruption only happens because we remain unconscious and continue to support

it by voting and supporting the system in the way we do.

Read our rundown on what Trump represents for our collective consciousness.

Here.

The Conscious Truth The environment for us to see this more clearly

in the everyday world is also showing up.

Divides in the deep state have become clear.

No longer can they pull off such mass manipulative events like 9/11 without people seeing through

it all.

Not only that, whistleblowers are coming out like crazy.

Its now time for people to realize that although the FBI, NSA, CIA and other intelligence

agencies have been heavily corrupted by deep state agendas, they are still made up of people.

Many of these people are going through a shift just like you and I, and they are starting

to feel uneasy about what they are doing.

For that reason, whistleblowers come forward, people leak information, and people like Trump

get into power.

No, it does not mean Trump is all good or anything.

Much of what he is doing still isnt about humanity thriving.

It simply means hes an outsider and is playing out a very difference experience and

agenda than the one we have been used to.

In some ways, he is helping to break down the deep state which will be helpful to humanity

in the long run.

Clinton, Bush, Obama etc.

They are all cut from the same cloth and would only have created an even more fascist state.

Its also time for us to reflect.

Hillary kept getting the female vote during the election, but does she truly represent

what you would want in a female president?

Lies, cheating, corruption, killing?

Further, why would we vote for someone just because they are a man or a woman?

Does this not reveal how silly and primitive our way of viewing politics truly is?

Are we ready and clear at this point that the time to change this game is now?

For Trump supporters, does Trump truly represent how you want our world to look?

Can we truly thrive through his leadership?

It doesnt serve us to simply hate on anyone and reduce our conversation about politics

to that person is evil, stupid or a terrible person etc. We must challenge ourselves

to see things for what they are, for whats actually happening.

Dont forget, so much of what happens is simply the media manipulating you like they

did with Hillary and RussiaGate, whats happening beyond that?

Its time for conscious conversation, and conscious media.
