then you'll be signed up to be notified when the book is available all right

enough of that let's get into the conversation today on the topic of

confidence just so you know a lot of these topics in conversations on the

Friday field notes come from the discussions happening inside the closed

Facebook group which you can join at facebook.com slash groups slash order of

man now one topic that I see talked about more than just about any other is

that of building confidence it seems that more and more men are lacking the

confidence they desire in their lives I think there's a lot of reasons for this

so today I thought I'd share with you why we seem to be experiencing more of

that and then of course give you some very quick and actionable tips in order

to develop confidence and of course the results the results that stem from it

more than anything guys we've got to understand that you are not entitled to

confidence I know you may think that you know that but it's amazing to me how

many men seem to think that confidence is something other people are just born

with and that some men just inherently have some level of confidence I think

there's probably some truth to that some men are probably born with a

predisposition to be more confident in their lives but I believe the bigger

variable the bigger variable here to building and developing confidence is

the ability to take action despite your fear see it's

my belief that confidence is the natural byproduct of action a lot of guys seem

to think it's the confidence that comes first it's not it's courage in order to

foster confidence in your life you need to display courage to take action

nothing more nothing less you know men will ask how do I get more

confident around women or how do I gain confidence in my ability to start a

business or ask for a promotion or take calculated risks or just confidence in

myself and the answer is that confidence is earned it's earned by taking part in

the very activity that you lack confidence in so if you want to gain

confidence with women you need to spend more time with women if you want to gain

confidence in your ability to start a business you need to start a business

and ask for people to do business with you it's going to be awkward at first of

course you're going to look a little foolish but remember the guys who have

confidence have already gone through that stage it's a mistake to believe

that they haven't gone through that I remember going into the gym for example

the first time in probably five or six years I still have the pictures to prove

it in fact you know I was so hesitant to go in because I knew I knew how bad it

had gotten and I thought people were going to laugh at me or think less of me

or whatever lies whatever lies that I have conjured up to keep myself

comfortable to keep myself complacent but I went anyways I put all that fear

aside because what I wanted which was to be in shape was more important to me at

that point than the embarrassment of stepping into the gym for the first time

in years so you've got to ask yourself how badly do you want it if the answer

is I want it badly then you've got to be willing to put that fear aside recognize

that it's going to be a little bit uncomfortable maybe a lot uncomfortable

and take pride in the fact that you did it anyways and then that pride of

overcoming what you resisted doing is what Foster's confidence in your ability

to go back at it again tomorrow and the next day and the next and the

next the biggest hurdle I had to overcome in my desire to be more

confident was this actual tendency that we all have to

choose the easy path and not that doing things the easy way is wrong but when

you're faced with two choices the status quo or pushing yourself outside of your

comfort zone the only way to build the confidence you want is to choose choose

to step outside of your comfort zone don't lie to yourself and think it

should be easy or dismiss another man's confidence is something that guy just

inherently has recognized that it's hard recognize that building confidence takes

effort not just for you but for everyone and face that reality then you

consciously make a choice one of the things I ask when I'm facing

difficult work or circumstances is will the action I'm about to take help me or

hinder me on my path to become a better man it's a great question to ask

yourself if you want a promotion ask yourself if asking for that said

promotion will help or hinder you if you want to date ask yourself if asking for

that date will help you or hinder you if you want to be more confident with your

fitness just ask yourself if going to the gym is going to help or hinder you

if you want to be more confident with other people ask yourself if going to

that networking event is going to help you or hinder you then you act

accordingly in spite of your uneasiness and in spite of your fear gentlemen I

know that it's not easy I was not confident in myself for a lot of years

it's not something where you can simply flip a switch it takes years of effort

it's almost like that adage what came first the chicken or the egg you may not

have the confidence now but you don't need it right now

you don't need the confidence right now what you need is courage courage the

courage to act in spite of the feelings that have been keeping you back for so

long only when you're courageous enough to take bold action have you earned and

have the right to that confidence that comes with it so guys as I sign out

today please if you would do this send me a message tag me on instagram tag me

on facebook or twitter with your post about the things that you are doing to

old more confidence in your life it's about doing it's about the action of

courage I love seeing these success stories and

watching you men do what is required of you it's inspiring to me and it goes a

long way on my own personal journey to become a better man now guys remember

"Which Class Should You Play?" Sith Juggernaut / Jedi Guardian | Star Wars: The Old Republic - Duration: 7:26.

Hello guys and welcome back to SWTOR Central!

In this video i'll be taking you through the classes, Sith Juggernaut and Jedi Gaurdian

so you can decide if either one is the class

you want to play, out of the 16 in total that you can

choose from!

We'll be going over combat playstyle and story!

But don't worry, there won't be any spoilers!

Let's start with combat playstyle.

A good place to begin is with what the Juggernaut and the Guardian can actually do.

These classes a single lightsaber.

Making them melee classes.

The majority of your combat will be done face to face with your opponent so if you

like it up close and personal, you'll fit right in.

These classes both use heavy armour and are capable of being a tank or a damage dealer.

You'll have access to some awesome defensive abilities such as enraged defense and Saber

reflect, the latter refelcts direct incoming damage back at your

opponent!

You'll also have the iconic "Force Push" ability, which can

be useful for getting out a sticky situation or just throwing a friend off a building.

I would consider these classes very new player friendly,

regardless of which path you choose later.

So, if you prefer melee over ranged than one of these classes may be a good fit

for you to start with.

Keep in mind, the Juggernaut and the Guardian are mirrored classes, meaning they have the

same paths and abilities but with different names and animations.

Let's jump into the Discipline paths to get a better look!

The Juggernaut and Guardian have three different paths to choose from, two of them are focused

on damage and the other is focused on Tanking.

For the Juggernaut we have Immortal (Which is the tank path) along with Vengeance and

Rage, which are the damage dealing paths.

The Guardian has defense (Which is the tank path) along with Vigilance and Focus which

are the damage dealing paths.

Let's begin with the Juggernaut.

The Immortal path is used to play as a Tank.

Which means you'll be the person charging into battle first, to take the damage

away from your groupmates!

This path is very new player friendly meaning as a new player, you'll find it easier to

understand how to play due to the simplistic learning

curve.

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Crushing Blow" and "Backhand".

The next path is Vengeance, which is a damage dealing path.

With this path you'll be focused on burst damage

and some dot spreading, which "Damage over time" abilities that apply debuffs to your

opponent.

Again, this path can be considered new player friendly due the

simple rotation and playstyle.

Honestly, this path is very fun to play and will you feeling like an actual Juggernaut.

Smashing and impaling your enemies to dust.

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Shatter" and Veangeful Slam".

Next up is the path Rage, also focused on dealing damage.

This path is very similair to the Fury Marauder...

While this is a fun path to play, it's not considered "good"

in endgame, for PvP this might be different.

You'll be focused on burst damage and dishing out a lot of it when played correctly.

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Raging burst" and "Furious Strike".

Now onto the Guardian, remember these classes are mirrored.

Which means they have the same paths and abilities but with different names

and animations.

Let's go in the same order.

The defense Guardian is the tank path and the mirrored version of the Juggernauts Imoortal

path.

With this you'll be the head of the group taking the attention off your groupmates and

having the enemies attack you instead!

As mentioned before, this path can be very easily to learn and play for a new a player!

So I would recommend it if you're new and want to try tanking.

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Guardian Slash" and "Warding Strike".

The next path is Vigilance, which is the mirrored version of the Juggernauts Venegance path.

With Vigilance you'll be focused on burst damage and use of some dot spreading,

which is applying damage over time effects to your enemies and spreading them throughout

a group!

The Guardian / Juggernaut versions look and feel quite different, even though they are

the same.

Which can be nice when swapping between factions to play your favourite path.

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Plasma Brand" and "Vigilant Thrust".

Next up is the path Focus, which is the mirrored version of the Juggernauts Rage path.

With this path you'll be focused on burst damage,

and a lot of it when played properly.

While this isn't the preferred path for damage dealing in endgame, it is still very fun

to play and might be one to consider while levelling.

For the most part, it's idenditcal to the Concentration Sentinel, just with one

lightsaber instead of two...

Nobody likes a downgrade!

You'll have access to abilities with names such as "Concentrated Slice" and "Focused

Burst".

Let's move onto story.

Now, seeing as the Juggernaut and Guardian share the same story as the Marauder and Sentinel,

i'll just give you the same rundown as before.

The Sith Juggernaut, this story is one that will be remembered through the ages of Star

Wars.

A classic Star Wars story starring you.

You begin as a talented Sith Acolyte, much like the Inquisitor, you'll

face trials to prove you are worthy to be Apprentice to a powerful Sith Lord.

However, this time you are to be trained by a much more renowned Sith, known

as Darth Baras.

The Juggernaut storyline pulls no punches, you aim

for the very top where only one is above you, the Emperor himself.

You'll experience a story so riveting you'll be begging Bioware to give you more.

Unlike my other videos where I talk a little more about the class story, I feel

with this one you absolutely should dive in and play it yourself.

If you ever wanted the KOTOR 3 sequel we never got,

this storyline will satisfy your thirst for an action packed Dark Side experience.

This brings us to the Jedi Guardian...

Now given what I said about the Juggernauts storyline, this class story is also considered

the KOTOR sequel we never got, some believe it's the closest thing we'll

get.

You begin quite typically, a talented Padawan with a revered master.

You face challenges on your starting planet of Tython, and later become known as "The

Hero of Tython".

As you grow in strength and as does your crew of talented companions, it becomes apparent

that you are the only person to take on the Republics greatest threat,

the end goal of the civil war.

This class story is also the only one that gains

a direct tie to Darth Revan and the Exile, but i'll let you find that one out for yourself.

You can choose the path of the light or dark as with any other storyline, yet somehow,

with the Guardian, it feels very different.

Your actions will indeed impact the galaxy.

Okay ladies and gentleman, I hope that this video somewhat helped you decide whether or

not you want to play the Sith Juggernaut or the Jedi Guardian.

If you're a new player of star wars the old republic then I highly

recommend you subscribe and turn on notifications.

This channels main focus is star wars the old republic news and guides.

So you have a lot to gain if you are a new player!

As always thank you very much for watching and I will catch you guys, in the next one!

Why Hollywood Won't Cast The Olsen Twins Anymore - Duration: 3:28.

Back in the '90s and early aughts, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were the world's biggest

young "It" girls.

After starring in Full House for eight seasons, they built an empire of straight-to-VHS movies,

video games, and toys.

But their reign over pop culture came to an end just as they were becoming adults.

And it seems unlikely that these two will ever grace the small screen again.

Here's why.

End of an era

First, a recap: For the better part of two decades, Mary-Kate and Ashley were a package

deal.

Following Full House, the twins starred in ABC's short-lived Two of a Kind, then moved

their antics to ABC Family's equally short-lived So Little Time.

The girls were growing up, but so was their audience.

And Mary-Kate and Ashley knew it.

As Mary-Kate told Entertainment Weekly in 2007, their career at this stage wasn't about

acting, but rather about "entertaining a specific audience."

But judging by the ratings of their Full House follow-ups, that audience had moved on.

The final big-screen project Mary-Kate and Ashley worked on together, the 2004 movie

New York Minute, was a commercial and critical failure.

Several critics noted the film's casual racism — particularly the choice to cast Conan

O'Brien sidekick Andy Richter as a Chinese man.

So it wasn't exactly a career high for the twins, despite the cast giving it their all,

including an out-of-place Eugene Levy as a truant officer …

Grown-up gigs

Following her years portraying squeaky-clean, family-friendly characters, Mary-Kate started

to explore her darker side, playing grass-loving 20-somethings in Weeds and The Wackness, which

featured a scene where she makes out with Oscar-winning actor Ben Kingsley.

But the move didn't please everybody.

Entertainment Weekly praised her attempt to quote, "play it cool" in Weeds, but described

her performance as "a bit stiff."

While Mary-Kate tried to navigate Hollywood solo, sister Ashley had pretty much called

it quits on her former career.

When an offer came in the form of Netflix's Full House spin-off Fuller House, the blonde

beauty turned it down.

Regarding the twins' absence from the series, executive producer Bob Boyett told People,

"Ashley said, 'I have not been in front of a camera since I was 17, and I don't feel

comfortable acting.

Mary-Kate said, 'It would have to be me because Ash doesn't want to do it.'"

Fashion-focused

After the twins said goodbye to acting, they set their sights on an entirely different

industry: fashion.

Running both The Row and Elizabeth and James, Mary-Kate and Ashley have made names for themselves

as fashionistas to follow.

"The design process usually starts through conversation.

It's a collaboration."

The two were even honored with the award for Accessories Designer of the Year at the Council

of Fashion Designers of America Awards in 2014, cementing their place in fashion history.

Given their demanding fashion careers, it's doubtful that Mary-Kate and Ashley have any

time to spare for Tinseltown, if it's even on their radar anymore.

Family first

When she's not running her clothing lines, Mary-Kate spends her free time with her husband,

banker Olivier Sarkozy, whom she married in 2015.

And her new family certainly keeps her occupied when she's not working on new designs.

Reflecting on how hectic her and her sister's professional lives have become, Mary-Kate

told Net-a-Porter,

"We don't need so much time to sit and think and ponder.

But then I have a husband, two step-kids and a life; I have to go home and cook dinner."

So even as '90s revivalism rages on, placing them in high demand on the small screen, the

Olsen twins appear uninterested in returning to the industry that made them household names,

choosing instead to forge new identities as fashion icons.

Veronica (2017) - Movie Review - Duration: 5:08.

Good morning, evening or night.

I am Torstein from Cinema Terror and if you enjoy supernatural horror films that are based

on true events, then stay tuned for this review of this new Spanish film called Veronica.

Veronica is a fifteen year old girl who is growing up in a household where she has to

spend most of her time supporting her mother by looking after her three younger siblings,

due to her mother being forced to work around the clock to keep a roof over their head after

Veronica's dad passed away.

When a solar eclipse is about to happen, Veronica and two of her friends skip school to go and

play with an ouija board.

Veronica is hoping they will be able to contact her deceased father, but when the eclipse

starts, something goes severly wrong with the ouija session and Veronica becomes haunted

by demonic shadowly figures that she believes is coming after her and her family.

Veronica starts out telling us that this is a film based on true events.

That's become pretty much the norm when it comes to movies like this by now and at least

I hardly pay it any attention at all.

But something about this story and the way the movie handled the material sparked my

interest and I did find myself googling around for more information regarding the allegedly

true case after watching the film.

And that does say something about the story as it was interesting to sit through and watch,

even if I have become a tad bit tired of films with haunted houses by now.

Oh, and if reading about these types of real life cases is your thing, then definitely

go searching for information regarding this case, which happened in Madrid in 1991 and

became the first paranormal case in Spain that was witnessed by government authorities.

Be warned though, if you are one of those who hate that movies make changes from the

story they are based on, then perhaps its better not to read anything about the case,

at least not before after you've watched the film.

Most of the interest has to do with the was the material was handled and some of that

praise has to go to the one in the directors chair, which is none other than Paco Plaza,

who together with Jaume Balaguero created the [Rec] series.

Although it is hard for me to pinpoint exactly why, Veronica has a feel to it that it could

belong in the [Rec] series and I even at one point started to run that thought in my mind

during the film, coming up with solutions for how it could have been connected to the

zombie virus outbreak films.

But just to be clear, they are totally unrelated to each other and just a theory that popped

up in my head.

To make a film like this work, you have to be able to create great scares and tension.

Plaza and his crew were able to give me some moments where I was feeling the goosebumps

arrive, but it did not get to the level where I would rather sleep with the lights on than

off.

It feels very influenced by the Insidious and Conjuring movies, even taking the shadow

movements that the nun does in The Conjuring 2.

I wish they hadn't done that, or just had done it once, as it doesn't really work here.

Something feels off and unconvincing about the demonic entity as a whole and that does

not help when you want your audience to be frighten by it.

The atmosphere and look of the film, plus the way they made sure that the audience was

reminded of this being based on a true story does all help to get under your skin, so in

total if you find yourself often scared by movies like this then Veronica might just

do it for you.

I must say that I did not love the music used in the film though.

I found that some of it just took me out of the scenes instead of enhancing the experience.

It's not a big issue, but I feel that it is worth mentioning.

We spend nearly the entire film with the main character Veronica, played by newcomer Sandra

Escacena.

She does an excellent job, especially as this is her very first movie.

She comes off as a believable and sympathetic fifteen year old and you do feel for her and

the struggles she is put through.

Veronica is another new Spanish horror film that are well worth seeing.

I don't think I am upsetting anybody by saying that Spain is really running the horror genre

here in Europe these days and I am sure they have more to come for us to enjoy.

Veronica might not be the most unique film that have came out of the lovely, but way

too warm country, but it keeps your interest going from start to finish, has engaging characters,

some nice scares and is overall a good time.

It does not quite go all the way up to greatness, but is still a film worth checking out for

anyone who enjoys these types of horror films.

Veronica gets a 3.5 out of 5.

Have you seen this film yet?

How do you feel about it and how do you think it holds up against the more popular modern

American films that deal with evil ghosts or demonic entities?

Did you notice the clever homage to Who Can Kill a Child in it?

Let me know about it in the comment section below, check out my other videos if you enjoy

reviews of Eurohorror and I hope to see you back here again on my future videos.

Thank you.

PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE(LITE)|WHITE SAUCE PASTA| TRICOLOR PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE (NO CHEESE) - Duration: 6:20.

hi friends today I'm going to show you everyone's favorite vegetable pasta

recipe I will also show how to make the white sauce at home hope you like it and

without further ado let's get right into it I'm making this pasta for my kids

lunchbox so I'm using these cute heart-shaped colorful pasta but you can

use any that you like like penne or fusilli as well here are some of the

vegetables that I am using some onions some orange bell peppers some red bell

peppers some green bell peppers and some carrots some salt to taste to make the

white sauce we need half a cup of whole milk and 1/8 cup of all purpose flour

and for seasoning I'm just going to use some black pepper you can always add

some oregano or Italian herbs as well first we're going to boil about 3 cups

of water to make the pasta so as it starts to heat up just add a generous

amount of salt and give it a mix as the water starts to get a boil add in the

pasta

we are gonna cook the pasta at a medium flame so stirring in between cook for

about five to seven minutes

you don't need to cover or anything just let it come to a boil like that and

stirring it make sure that the pasta is cooked so I'm just gonna take one of

that and make sure that it breaks nicely so let's check and it does so it's ready

now go ahead and switch off the flame now you're gonna strain the pasta so

take a wide strainer and just drop all that pasta in and here you'll get nicely

strained pasta if you like you know you can always add some water over this to

kind of separate it out or even spray some oil but I'm immediately gonna cook

it so I'm not gonna add any of that now in a wider pan and about two teaspoons

of oil and some butter spread it out evenly across the pan like that and once

it's hot enough drop in the onions and saute them stir it for about ten or so

seconds and now we'll start adding the vegetables so add the carrots green bell

peppers

red bell peppers and the orange bell peppers we can always add the vegetables

that you like like some green beans or even mushrooms the vegetables that you add

are totally up to your choice we are gonna cover and let it cook for

about minute or two not necessarily making it completely soft but not too

much crunchy either or so just enough and they are nicely done in two minutes

or so just give it a toss like that let's season the vegetables with some

salt

mix it well

now to make the white sauce you know you can always use a different part but

since I want to reduce my work in the morning I'm just gonna make the pasta in

the same pot so take out those cooked vegetables from the pan they are nicely

done and ready so keep them on the side in the same pan add about 1 TSP of oil

and a big tablespoon of butter let it melt and spread it through the pan once

the butter is nicely melted add in the all-purpose flour now we are going to

keep stirring it non-stop so you know make sure that it kind of rise well with

the butter and start adding the milk little by little making it a nice sauce

like consistency we are gonna do all of this on a medium low flame so until you

get nice thick consistency just keep stirring the white sauce is almost

getting ready notice how it has become nice and thick now we will drop in the

cooked vegetables

mix it well nicely coat all those vegetables with the white sauce and not

drop in the cooked pasta so look at that beautiful shape that the pasta has and

nice colors green red and orange give it a good mix coat the pasta with the white

sauce and vegetables mixture nicely now add some black pepper powder and as

mentioned earlier you can always add some Italian herbs if you like but since

my kids don't enjoy Italian helps too much I'm just gonna stick to the basics

and not experiment much now go ahead and take it out in a plate the pasta looks

absolutely delicious and I can't wait to pack it for the lunch I'm just

sprinkling some green onions on top you can always add some parsley as well the

pasta tastes absolutely yummy you've got to give it a try do try it for your kids

lunchbox and let me know if they have enjoyed it hope you like today's recipe

please don't forget to Like subscribe and comment thank you

Introduction | Python for InfoSec | Part 1 - Duration: 1:55.

Hey Everyone,

I am Vikram Salunke

and welcome to our brand new

course on Python for InfoSec

This is the first video

in the series

so, this course is going to be for

pentesters, defenders, reverse engineers

exploit developers, forensic analyst etc.

we will write tools

from the scratch

and we will see how to write script

to automate our attack

Python is called

Hacker's Langauge

most of the tools are

written in Python

python is simple and easy

to learn

and there are hundreds of

third-party libraries available

which will help you to

build your own tools

there are hundreds of tools

already exists

learning python will help

you in difficult cases where

those tools fail

we can install multiple versions

for python in same machine

Python 3 is not

backward compatible

that means

the scripts written in

Python 2.x will not

work correctly in

Python 3

and most of the tools are

written in Python 2

for this course

we are going to focus

more on Python 2.7

and we will try to develop

Python 3 compatible code

Python is an interpreted

language

different than compiled

language such as C

let's see what do you mean

by compiled and interpreted

now this is a C

source code file

HelloWorld.c

compiler will take this

file and produce binary

such as HelloWorld.exe

that can execute natively

with the operating system

without any further assistance

from compiler langauge

in the case of Python

imagine this is a file

HelloWorld.py

interpreter processes

that script

during execution of that

script interpreter must be

installed when you want to run

the script

and another thing about

Python is

python is doesn't process

entire script at once

that means it reads the

first line - execute it

and then move onto the

next line

so, that's it for this video

if you want to join our

in-person class then

please visit this link

we are doing trainings in

some upcoming

InfoSec conferences

and if you want to solve the

exercises for this video

then please visit our website

vmaskers.com

solve the exercises and check

your understandings

Thank you :)

THERE WERE ENEMIES EVERYWHERE in Rules of Survival! - Duration: 6:39.

THERE WERE ENEMIES EVERYWHERE in Rules of Survival!

Yo, yo yo what's going on guys my name's eclipse and today

we are back with some more rules of survival so the agenda for today's video is to do the

blindfolded drop in challenge

So essentially when we spawn in I'm gonna close my eyes pick somewhere random on the map

And we are going to land exactly on our mark now, I understand

I'm not using a face cam so you may be like Eclipse

How do we know if your eyes are truly closed trust me I doubt I'll pick anywhere good. I'm gonna close my eyes

There's there's literally nothing in this for me. Okay. We are officially on the airplane, so I'm hitting the map now

I'm gonna zoom in I'm gonna close my eyes now, and I'm just gonna start swiping in random directions and right

Here we are stopping. Oh that is right on bitter like that's like the dead center, okay?

Let me zoom out a little bit more. Let's do that again

I feel like I didn't even go anywhere that time, so we're gonna go right here

Okay, so I don't know if I can even make it that far

But we're gonna parachute a baby above wheat town and hopefully hopefully fly across the entire map oh

Boys this is gonna take some time

I'm parachuting a little bit early. Just because I would really like to make it to this destination

It's pretty far. This is gonna. Take a while so

I'll be back when we're on the ground. Yeah, it appears

We're probably not gonna be making it all the way to that factory so instead

We're probably gonna land somewhere around echo, and then we're still gonna have to turn around so I'm just gonna continue

Parachuting and wherever I land. That's what we're gonna start from you

Okay, so let's run over to Echo Valley like I said we didn't quite make it to our destination

It wasn't like close enough to our plane route. Maybe if you're extremely good at parachuting you may be able to get there but uh

I'm not that good. Also the safe zone is extremely far

So I'm just gonna do a little bit of looting try to find a car, and then get there as soon as possible

Where is everyone? I'm pretty sure we're alone over here, too, so I'm not gonna make a big deal about crouching

I've been reading some of the comments and everyone is always yelling at me to crouch more part of the reason

I don't crouch is cuz I want people to see me so like I can get into some action

But then again it also kind of screws me over because people can easily catch me off guard

Oh, oh someone is near us. I just saw footprints, so let's go challenge this guy wherever he is. Oh my god

He's right there Brett. What are you doing? The students? Just chilling up? They're not doing too much

Maybe he has some like ammo for me or like meds, but yeah

I'm pretty sure I looted everything I need to at the moment. Let's go and try to find a vehicle. Oh, man

He shot at oh, no. I just shot my gun. I don't know how I managed to screw that up, bro

Where are the cars and I need a vehicle bad?

Maybe I can hop on one of these bikes and just bicycle there. What way I can actually do that?

I was just kind of making a joke, but okay. Oh my god. There's a dude right in front of me

There's a dude right in front of me. We're gonna do a drive-by were gonna do a drive-by oh oh

Get out of here. Dude. Don't really know what that person was doing, but that was our attempt at a drive-by

But see if I can make it up this hill there. We go, okay, so we're just casually strolling to the safe zone

I guess I'm kicking back relaxing enjoying the ride

Hopefully we can get there soon ladies and gentlemen. I present to you bike

Versus water let's see what's gonna happen. Can we make it through this little oh, oh no whoo

No, we can't we gotta go around. There is a boat which is pretty cool

but uh

We're just gonna take the long way not trying to lose my bike today and would you look at that we have successfully?

Cross to the new safe zone, and I see a motorcycle over here. I think it's time to upgrade bikes

We're going from a little bicycle to this little hot rod. Oh, oh, there's something up ahead

Let's drive up here and see if we can find anyone. Oh right here doing another pop-out. Oh, he's in the house

He is in the house. Let's go get him, but oh I see him right there. I see his head

I see his head boom boom come on

I see him through the wall right there with it set a shotgun keep our day stance keep our distance. Oh

Get out of here son. Um don't think there's really anything. I want maybe some SMG ammo

I'll take the extended mag. I guess okay all good hopping right back on the road

Let's see if we can find anyone else. Holy crap someone was just shooting me, and I'm extremely weak

I have no idea where I was even getting shot from so oh there's action right up here

We are in pursuit, and we do not have wealth oh my god

There's a car here as well the car guy crashed, but I am gonna follow this guy now. Oh he's getting out

He's getting out Oh, hop out hop out hop out. Where's yet? Oh my stop my stop?

He's complaining down ok. I got that guy that dude is officially done, but there's another remember. Where is that other guy? He's this way

He's going crazy, oh there's - blast that guy okay killed him. He is dead. Oh my god

There's a lot of stuff going on right now SMG. Ammo pls rifle ammo

Yes, I'll take more body armor someone else is near me. We still don't have time to heal this isn't good

Hopefully that person is running away. I'm gonna come over here crouch and heal up real quickly but right now

I'm a bit scared. Oh wait. No they're coming back. They're coming back. They're going away. They're going away. What is that thing?

What is that guy get out of here bro? Why is everyone near me right now? Where's yet? Oh? I see him

I see him. I'm just gonna let him. Go that way let him do his own thing. Let's actually search this box

They do two apparently stole everything

We're gonna keep what we have now everyone always yells at me because like I don't swap out my loot, but oh my god

There's someone else coming, bro

What is what is this guy even doing this dudes sideways and stuff oh, he's off the bike now. Let's pop him oh

No, we died from a sniper oh

Man that was that was sketch

Honestly, that's probably my craziest game

I've ever had like there was just so much action constantly going on everyone was around me like that was all around just like a

Fantastic game, so I think we are gonna be ending the video here keepin today's video

But nonetheless, hope you guys enjoyed it, so this has been eclipse. Thank you for watching and peace out

You

UNEXPECTED ANTIOXIDANTS || Inexpensive & Amazing - Duration: 10:02.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel

It's Justine and if you are new here before you do anything

Click the little subscribe button below and turn on post notifications, so you can get notified when I post more videos like this, okay?

So today, I'm gonna be doing another kind of sit-down chit chatting video

And I'm going to be talking about antioxidants, which have gained a lot of popularity in recent years

So I just wanted to touch

On some of the ones that I like to include in my diet ok before I get started

I just want to say like I did in my last video talking about the anti

inflammatories the iron by no means an expert or a doctor or

nutritionist anything so um I have done my own research online and I'll pull the links below that I have

Looked at myself, but I just think it's cool to be able to share the knowledge that I have and

spread awareness about these types of foods, so yeah feel free to do your own research though, and I welcome you to

Comment or message me with any of your own pieces of information or advice that you have yourself so firstly

I just want to talk about

What the heck?

Antioxidants are and what they do in our body?

That's so good for us so the first thing that I want to talk about is called

oxidative stress

So basically what happens inside your body every day is oxygen

grabs stray electrons and basically goes crazy this results in cellular damage

And it's thought to contribute to the aging process

This is why we all get wrinkles it contributes to why we lose our memory and also

It contributes to the destruction of our organ systems

We really want to include antioxidants in our diet because they can help slow down this process and in particular we want to include

plant-based

Antioxidants because they've been found to contain

64 times

more antioxidants than food sources which are

animal-derived it's also known that diets high in

antioxidants help prevent against things like stroke

inflammation the formation of blood clots and

Arteries stiffness so yeah, that's basically kind of what oxidative stress is and how antioxidants help in?

Preventing that and preventing the aging process alright so the first

Antioxidant that I want to talk about and it's probably one of the cheapest and most widely available

Antioxidants that you can get and I think I mention it in my anti inflammatory video as well, but it's red cabbage

I'm gonna read my notes because I don't want to miss anything here, but red cabbage contains components like Simon riboflavin

Folate calcium manganese magnesium iron and potassium as well as vitamin C vitamin

A vitamin E. Vitamin K

dietary fiber and the B vitamins and on top of that researchers have now identified nearly 20 different flavonoids and

15 different phenols and cabbage all which

Have antioxidant activity in your body so basically red cabbage contains anthocyanins

and indoles which is actually where the purple color comes from and these are where the

antioxidant component comes from as well, so the indels and red cabbage have been connected to reducing breast cancer and

the vitamin A in red cabbage has also been connected with reducing the chances of lung cancer also at the

High levels of vitamin A and red cabbage is very beneficial for your skin

So it helps regrow skin cells and it protects from sun damage

And it helps protect the elasticity of your skin so some of the ways

I like to include red cabbage in my daily diet is I basically add it to any type of salad?

I'm making it doesn't matter what type I just shave some on the top of it, and it just adds a really nice flavor

It's kind of cabbage is almost a little bit spicy so it adds a nice bite

And then other ways I like to enjoy. It are in stir fries alright, so the next food

I'm going to talk about is lemons so lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C. It's essential for protein metabolism

production of

neurotransmitters and collagen which is a key component in connective tissue it helps in wound healing and

eating vitamin C with a source of iron

Helps with the absorption of the iron some of my favorite ways to enjoy lemons are in my morning

Elixir that I have which now includes lemons apple cider vinegar, and then my III live in a big jug of water

And I have that every morning to start out with my day, and it's awesome for aiding in digestion

And it just gives you a huge boost of antioxidants in the morning also

I like to put lemon on any of my salads

Any of my food ables

things like that any

Excuse that I can get to put lemon and things I usually do because I really like the taste of it alright so the next

Thing I'm going to talk about is called a moi, which is also known as Indian gooseberry

This is more of a recent one that I've come across and I found it on nutrition facts or by dr. Michael Greger. He did

Actually, he has a few videos on it, but basically it's an Indian spice, and it's been used for a long time in

Ayurvedic I think that's how you pronounce it

But I'm not totally sure it's been used for a long time in the treatment of high cholesterol

inflammation cancer prevention and even in diabetes and Alzheimer's

It's been found to have more antioxidants even than blueberries even a teaspoon of it a day has super potent antioxidants

So it's really cost effective and it's an easy

Spice to just order online and add to your daily diet pretty much

the only way that I know how to add it to my diet right now because it has been more of a recent addition is

Just putting a teaspoon of this in my daily smoothie

You really can't taste it, and it's super good for you

So that's just how I've been enjoying it, but let me know if you have other ways that to enjoy it

Okay, so next up. I want to talk about goji berries, and you've probably already heard about goji berries. They're

super fruit goji berries contain one of the highest concentrations of an antioxidant called

Zeaxanthin so this is what makes them so powerful out of all of the common dried fruits that you can get goji berries have

the highest antioxidant

Concentrations in them so they're super good dried for you to get your hands on and they last forever because they're dried

Obviously some of the ways. I like to enjoy. Goji berries are just throwing them on my smoothie bowls

They add a really nice flavor, and they're nice and chewy to have with the smoothie Bowl

I also keep them in my car. Just a snack on them as is and I take them with me when I go traveling

also

super fun fact

That's kind of unrelated, but goji berries contain one of the highest concentrations of melatonin so if you're ever at night

And you're having difficulty sleeping just snack on some goji berries before bed

And it'll help with you going to sleep another tip is for a cheaper option you can find

goji berries at Asian markets

But they're under the name lycium berries so check your local Asian food market for a cheaper option of goji berries

Otherwise you can get them at your bulk food store or order them online okay. Next up is

Berries so berries are super high in antioxidants, but the berry with the highest antioxidant

Concentration is actually black berries, so they contain even more antioxidants than blueberries and all berries contain

Anthocyanins which are the antioxidant component in them along with many others, but the anthocyanins are what make them?

So ready and purpley blue, and so you can kind of tell like black berries are so dark

they're black almost so they contain the highest concentrations of

anthocyanins so if you can get your hands on black Ray's that's great

But also all berries are a great source of antioxidants berries help boost the immune system

Prevent against cancer and they help protect the liver and the brain so really great source of food to have in your diet

Daily some of my favorite ways to enjoy berries are just throwing them in smoothies

I'd like to put them on my oatmeal even in my salads

I like drawing blueberries and blackberries and raspberries on my solids, okay

So the last thing I'm going to talk about is clothes, and I have mentioned these before in my antiinflammatory video

But they're also a really powerful

Antioxidant cloves contain eugenol, which I have talked about as being the anti-inflammatory component

but they also contain camphor all and rambutan which are the antioxidant components and

Cloves are actually a hundred times more concentrated in their antioxidant content than

Blueberries so clothes are really good one

Just to keep around in your house some of the ways that I like to enjoy cloves are in

try tea

Apple cider I throw them in chilies and soups the sky's pretty much the limit with cloves

They're really awesome to add in baking as well alright

So that's all the antioxidants that I have to talk with you about today. These are just some of the antioxidants

There's a ton of different antioxidants out there

But these are just the ones that I wanted to talk about today because they're pretty accessible super cost effective

And they're all fairly simple to include in your daily diet

So one of the things about antioxidants is it's important to consistently eat them throughout the day and eat them daily

Because as soon as you stop eating them the effects of oxidative stress come back so it's important to keep a constant level of antioxidants

In your blood to reduce the effects of oxidative stress

like I said at the beginning of the video if you have any of your own pieces of information or

Articles or books or anything like that that you would like to let me know about please feel free to comment below or shoot me

A message on here or on my Instagram my handle is linked below

That's everything that I have to say. I hope you enjoyed this video and found some useful information in it

Please give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe if you like this video

I post twice a week, so you don't want to miss out on my videos. See you on my next video you guys bye
