So if I sound a little sick in this video that's because I am so fair

warning there.

yeah so I guess that I have kind of actual merch now. They're

shirts, you can buy them, and they look like this. You've got the big main design

on the front as well as some pretty similar designs going up and down either

sleeve. But before I talk any more about how or why I made this the way that I

did I want to quickly go over, for those of you who be interested in buying this

and wearing it yourself, how you can buy it. Now this is only going to be

available for the next week so if you want to buy one for yourself head on

down to the website in the description of this video. I know it's a Wix site and

I didn't feel like paying for hosting for a site that I'm only leaving up for

a week so there are ads, excuse those. Just visit the site and you can check out

with the PayPal button there. Just put in your size and your address and we're

good. Depending on where you live, shipping is probably going to take a

while. That's mostly just because of the way that I've put this together. Instead

of using a merge distribution website like teespring that does everything for

you I'm basically taking all of your orders then printing them and shipping

them out, so that's why the process is probably going to take at least a few

weeks. So if it takes a little while for you to get it don't get mad at me, that's

why. The main reason that I decided to make this was because you guys expressed

a lot of interest in it. I've been getting a lot of dm's and comments lately

of you people asking when I'm gonna make some kind of merchandise and will I be

making any anytime soon. So I decided to try it out but I wouldn't even consider

this really merchandise as much as just a new type of project that I wanted to

try out and share with you. Keep creating is obviously something that I

say a lot. It's in the outro of every single one of my videos,

it's my Instagram bio, and that's because I think it's really important. It's the

first and most important step to achieving any kind of creative goal- is

just to keep making stuff. So I took that phrase and used it to design something

that I would like wearing, and hopefully you like it as well. Finally I want to

close off this video with a few little, or actually kind of significant updates

about what I'm doing with my channel over the next two months. It's the

beginning of March right now and for the entirety of the month of March I'm

actually gonna be uploading two tutorials every week at the expense of

not making a vlog and I'll explain that in a second. So I'm gonna be uploading

every single Saturday as usual but I'm also adding Wednesday as an upload day

for the rest of March. And you can expect to see a lot of shorter quick tip type

videos. I'm also hoping to do a couple of live streams and the next one will be a

little bit different. Every time I do a stream I usually do it at a time zone

that works for me- when I'm home, when I have time to sit down and stream for an

hour. But that's usually at the same time, around the end of the day for me, which

unfortunately leaves out a lot of people, specifically European and Asian time

zones. So whenever I stream I get comments and direct messages from those

of you in Europe Asia and also I guess Australia asking me to do some sort of

stream in the future that lines up with your time zones. And I have absolutely

heard what you've been saying and the next stream, hopefully in a week or two,

is going to be on the weekend in a timezone that works for you. Now as far

as why I'm focusing entirely on tutorials for the month of March it's

actually pretty simple. The main reason is that I'm not making any tutorials

during April. In April I'm going to be going on a really big spring break trip,

and you can expect to see probably a few, two or three vlog videos from that as

well as a proper cinematic travel film. You could say so April is going to be

an entire month of just creative cinematic videos so I'm trying to

balance that out by making March all about tutorials. I also just saw this as

an opportunity, I guess, to set aside a period of time, in this case one month, to

focus on you could say the business side of YouTube- making more videos and making

videos that people are searching for. So I guess the next couple of months on

this channel are going to be a little bit interesting but I'm really excited

for it and I hope that you are as well. But until then I hope that you enjoyed

A2X Amazon Seller Help for Bookkeeping - Duration: 6:41.

Hey - it's Patti Scharf, CPA and Co-Founder of Catching Clouds, the leader in

e-commerce accounting, and today we're gonna talk about how not to do your

Amazon bookkeeping (and why you're probably doing it the wrong way). Then

I'll tell you the right way to do it to get to a good end result fast. Make sure

you stick around to the end where I'll give you more useful tips on how to do

it right and with very little effort. Let's start by talking about how you're

probably doing it and why that's wrong. If you aren't really familiar with

accounting, chances are you've seen the deposits landing in your bank account

from Amazon, and you're coding all of that to sales. If you're coding from your

bank accounts, it may seem really simple, especially if you're using QuickBooks

Online or Xero where you've got Bank rules set up where it just automatically codes

everything to sales and you're like, "Done!" I know that's really simple, but please

please, please don't do that. It is not right. That number that is

landing in your bank account is the net amount after all of the Amazon fees, and

if you've been selling on Amazon for any period of time, you know that they are

taking 15 to 40 percent of the gross sales and keeping it for themselves as

some type of service fee for allowing you to sell on their marketplace. That's

great. You may think that's super fine and fair; you may think it's really

excessive. But if you're not keeping track of those numbers, you don't know

how much money they're taking of yours.

And if you're keeping track of that over time in your accounting system, you can

see if they start jacking up your fees. We just found out in January almost all

of our clients noticed that all their fees from Amazon went up. If you're not

paying attention to that, you don't know. So how do you get that information? That

brings us to the second method that's probably wrong, and that is going to your

settlement statement. Your settlement statement may look something like this.

It includes product charges and it shows you some shipping fees and things

like that. Do you know what is not showing on this report? Any sales tax

that you collected. So it doesn't give you all the

information that you need to keep track of. The other thing is if you look up

here, the statement date range is from October 23rd to November 6th. That means

what's in this amount, even though it may tie to the amount that lands in your

bank, it's for sales that cover a period that's not in the right period, so if

you're recording this in November, you're recording some of your October sales in

November. That means you can't track what you're selling over time. You can't track

fees over time. It's all just kind of a hodgepodge of things, and I know if

you're if you're telling me that, "Hey, I'm cash basis - it doesn't matter. It matters

only when I collect it, not when the transaction occurs." I'm telling you that

the sale - you collected this in October - so you're still doing it wrong. You

collected it in October. Amazon collected it on your behalf, but

it still needs to be reported in your October books. So this is a bad problem.

So, if this doesn't give you the information you need,

where do you go next? And the next step would be to look at all the

individual sales from Amazon. Okay, so you go into Amazon, you download all those

individual orders. It gives you the break out including sales tax collected,

it gives you the break out with shipping income, and all these different things,

but the problem now is that - how do you line that up with your batch settlement

statement? You saw before the batch of settlement statements equal what gets

deposited into your bank account, but a massive spreadsheet download from Amazon

does not. And the unfortunate thing is a lot of Amazon's reports don't match each

other, so you may pick the same period for one report as another one and

they don't match. Now you're ready to pull your hair out. The other

problem is if you're selling like ten orders a month, it's not a big deal. If

you're selling ten thousand orders a month, it is a big deal. If you're pulling

all that information into your accounting system, 1) systems

like Xero, they'll only let you pull in a thousand orders a day,

2) it's going to crush your system because your accounting system wasn't

built to house all that information. You really need to enter the information in

a summary fashion. So you're like, okay - I can't do this, this, or this. What do I

do? And I'm so glad you asked. Here is the

answer, and I'm telling you - this is not a paid advertisement. I've been doing it

since 2012. I started doing number one with the bank deposits. No, I knew that

wasn't right right off the bat. Number two, went to the settlement statements.

Within a few days, I was like that's not right either. Tried the individual orders.

That wasn't working either. We ended up creating our own database to just track

everything and make sure we could keep track of returns and everything else, but

in 2014, A2X came along, and it changed my life. It is an amazing tool. I highly

recommend you look into it. This is the right way to record your accounting for

Amazon. The good news is it will go in, it will grab all the information from your

settlement statement, all the details. It'll include all the fees and sales tax

and knows exactly where to put everything. If it spans two different

months, it will create one invoice in one month, one invoice and the other one.

It'll show up in your accounting system and you can just go OK and it reconciles.

It is a beautiful, beautiful thing. And in 2017, they started integrating with

QuickBooks Online in addition to Xero also. The A2X - Amazon to Xero - they now

integrate with QuickBooks Online, so people who love Intuit, they can use

that as well. So now you know why you need A2X to make your bookkeeping life

simple and fast and accurate, but how do you get started? If you

Hot n New ep.121: Havok H101 20x10 -24 - Duration: 3:05.

- Hey guys, Shawn with Custom Offsets,

Custom Offsets TV on the Youtube.

Got another Hot n New for you, this is gonna be episode 121,

and we've got the Havok H101.

So, where it all started for Havok.

We haven't done this one yet because

we have not seen, this is one of the original designs.

You'll even notice that on the website,

you'll see it's got a blacked-out logo

with the two tone Havok; that was the original design.

Now, they go with the red 'H' and then the blacked-out

'Havok' completely, and then what they're doing now

is they're actually including the chrome version.

So, there were some people saying that red clashes

with my truck, so now they'll include the metal plate,

or plastic, I don't know what it is.

It's an actual emblem though, it's not a sticker,

and then it's got the 3M on the back, and you can replace

that emblem and run the chrome version, which looks

quite a bit better if you've got a maroon truck or something

that that bright red's gonna clash with.

So that is included; that's an improvement they've made.

You'll see it is a covered cap, so this one is not gonna be

one to run with spike lug nuts.

You'll see it's got some pretty cool bolts,

lug heads, many lug heads all the way around,

and then, of course, where you actually fasten,

it doesn't have those.

It's got the rivets with the dimples left in them

all the way around, and then this is the milled version,

so you'll see there's some milling in the split of the spoke

and then some light milling around the windows,

just going about three quarters of the way around,

nothing on the top, about three quarters of the way around,

and then that can continues all the way around.

So this one's gonna be a gloss black with the mill,

and then they also make this one in a matte black,

where the whole thing is matted out.

They're gonna keep the rivets going all the way around

as being machined out, so you'll still see those pop.

So, the size is 17x9, 18x9, 20x9 and then, of course,

I have here the 20x10, -24,

so let's get into some...let's measure it.

It's 20x10 wide, - 24 offset, which is gonna give you

a lip wheel, and it's gonna be right at 4 inches,

so good job, Havok, they kept it right in there.

On a 10 wide, you pretty much, for a deep lip wheel,

want to be around 4 inches or greater.

Anything around there is gonna give you that lip wheel look,

and that's what they've accomplished here.

Everything's gonna look good, like I said,

we got a cover cap and those spike lug nuts for this guy,

comes in the two finishes, and then the 3 different sizes --

4 different sizes: 17x9, 18x9, 20x9, 20x10,

so 4 sizes, technically.

And then, your price point's gonna sit right down there

towards your typical name brand cast wheels,

so I'd call it about moderate,

right around that $1000 price point for 4 of these guys.

I think it's a little under that

to get 4 of them to your doorstep.

So, competitive...

Sweet design; Havok does a really good job

of keeping them clean.

And then, like I said, with 2 finishes,

you can get what you want.

been spoiled her whole life so I get how naturist she is naturally she's like

okay I'm just gonna take over the world since nobody can get me what I wanted I

did like that the parents were nice it's not through the parents with jerks like

the last one it's just that she was spoiled and she wanted everything and
